I felt I should note right up front here that I live in a very rural area and there are NO local shops around within 3 hours driving distance. Otherwise, I would go touch and look and talk to the person there for advice. Fortunately, I have the next best thing - Reddit.
I'm 51 and have enjoyed rc cars since i was a child. First kit was a Grasshopper, 2nd was a Hornet. I currently just have a trx4 and its fun, but I'd like to race again and I'm not finding anything RTR that suits me. So, I've been looking at kits, which I prefer anyway. The problem I have is that after I pick the kit I want, I'm not familiar with current electronics, and all the other stuff I need to get it going. I know there are a lot of compatibility issues with sizes of servos, batteries to use, ESC capability and form factor and I'm sure there are more I'm not thinking of. My cars over the last decade have been pretty much RTR so I've not had to figure out what I need.
So that's the backstory. Now I'm looking to get into racing again. I have an idea of the cars I want, but I'm hoping you folks could help me with solid, compatible options for what I'll need to get it on the track.
I'm looking at either the Tekno EB48 2.1, one of the Associated buggies, or maybe something by Mugen. I'm open to suggestions from others.
I want it to be a buggy, electric, 8th or 10th scale, 2wd or 4wd. I don't to spend just for the sake of spending, but it'll probably be my only one for a long time and I'd rather lose because I'm slow and not my car. I'm aware I can't buy skill, but I'm also aware that there's a happy middle that will balance competitiveness with affordability. So, I'm not looking for the most expensive stuff, just solid stuff that's compatible with each other and the car.
I need to know what would be a good buy for radio, rx, esc, motor, tires and wheels, batteries and charger. I know it sounds wild, but it's been so long since I did this, I just don't want to order a bunch of stuff and find out it won't work/fit or whatever. I basically need to know what I need to go from built kit, to outside driving buggy.
Be nice please, I'm old and the last kit I built and raced used ni-cad batteries. So that's the situation. I just would appreciate some help.

The plane will have a Raspberry Pi 4 on board as the onboard computer which will control the plane's movements, it would be made of IMC Carbon Fiber and would have multiple sensors like GPS, Lidar, Barometer, Gyroscopic sensor, AOA, Accelerometer, Camera, Speed Measuring Sensor, Accelerometer, etc. I would be coding the project in Python, it will also have 2, 400W brushless fans. Now my question is, **what DL model should I use? I am currently thinking of using a hybrid architecture of a CNN and LSTM. would that work? Should I implement reenforced learning? ** Also, how do I train the model using simulations? It would be impossible to find flight logs for all the data in .csv format and honestly I don't think that would work... I probably need to simulate a plane and realistic winds and condition with access to all the sensors that I would need. Could anyone maybe give me a sense of direction? I m familiar with DL and ML btw.

My bill says I consumed 1400 and only sent 850.
Am I confused as I was under the impression that RC was received , meaning what the metecompany received. And DL was what the company delivered.
