I remember mine clear as day honestly. It was the start of 4th grade, picture day. I remember I had a blue and green dress. It was my favorite dress for the last year since I wore it in my 3rd grade pirate play. I remember I was in the classroom at some point between pictures and lunch and all of a sudden a switch just. Clicked. It was so sudden where I looked down at myself and my first thought was "I don't feel right. I shouldn't be wearing this." I don't remember anytime I wore dresses after that. Not even skirts. I got my hair cut shorter, I did martial arts, I was into gaming and pizza and stuff which obviously isn't a "boy" thing but to little elementary school me it was pretty damn masculine. I even convinced my Nana to let me wear a button up, tie, and black jeans when I attended a wedding with her. That whole time I still felt like something was missing though. I couldn't really figure out what, not until 6th grade when I even learned what being trans was. And it took me a while to even accept that I was a full blown man, not just nonbinary or a demiboy. I remember being called sir by strangers or being called a boy by younger kids and having this weird feeling where it didn't feel wrong but I wasn't in a proper mental place to know it was right yet. And now I've been on T for almost 3 years and had top surgery in January. I think younger me would be extremely proud of me for the life I've built for him. Transitioning filled that hole and really made me look back on my life and realize why I never felt like I 100% fit in with girls and why I wanted to be called a "boy" name by teachers.

I’ve personally bout about 20 packs from my local GameStop just for fun. Got a couple Wendy’s(on purpose) and then spend could spend $120 for all 3 of them to get graded then take it back to GameStop and get an offer of $90. This is hypothetical. It’s just not the right move.
My point is there is a very respectable market for this. GameStop is going to be the joke of the market, unless you can set the bottom line, and by doing that you’ll raise the card prices outta the market you’re trying to precedent.

Our school uses standards-based grading (1-4), with two attempts to prove mastery. A 4 can only be achieved on the first try, and missing assignments are marked as 0 due to lack of evidence.

Me and my bf of almost 2 years recently moved in together. We currently live in a single room in his parent’s already crowded house, so we are constantly in the same room as each other apart from when he’s working. I was just recently diagnosed with bpd (allthough i’ve had my suspicions for 6+ months). I suspect that my bf may also have bpd, but he isn’t diagnosed nor has he brought it up in therapy that he’s told me. We’ve been arguing a bit more recently now that summer has started. The thing is, he can be really hurtful. Throughout our entire relationship he has had a very unstable pattern of saying he loves me more than anything, or telling me that I’m the reason for all of his bad feelings and behavior and he would be better off without me in his life. this definitely contributes to a lot of my insecurities in this relationship. Our relationship as of right now is not healthy, but breaking up isn’t on the table yet. I love this man fully ever since i met him in 6th effin grade! I don’t think either of us are willing to throw this otherwise wonderful relationship away because of issues we are just now trying to improve on. I told him we have 1 year to get our shit together and if by then we still have unhealthy cycles, it would be best to split. This is a man who has proven time and time again that he is devoted to only me, and who I can confidently say is as much my world as I am his. The way he looks at me says everything. He just has issues that we’re trying to cope with more healthily. In the meantime, I have an issue that needs addressing. Criticism is a huge trigger for him, and I accidentally trigger him all the time. Since i’ve been actively trying to pull our relationship back together, every time i try to make points about our relationship and how I would like to be treated, he takes it as criticism. I sent him a few relationship advice videos, and he got upset and told me that it makes him really upset and feel like he’s doing everything wrong. That was not the intention. Im not perfect either, but I have more quiet type bpd so when I’m triggered I just feel like I’m drowning in negative emotions and just want to be comforted or assured that he still loves and cares about me even though hes mad and that he isn’t going to leave me. Or i just need to take a while to sulk. I often cry. I can say shame is a huge trigger for him as well, because he also hates whenever he sees that his words and actions have a negative effect on me. Which begins a spiral of him becoming more loud along with blame shifting to avoid shame(“its your fault i took it out on you why would you bother me if i was in a bad mood?”) And me just sinking further and further into my mind while also melting down. A terrible cycle that leads to nothing but hurt for both of us.
I understand it’s destructive, and i understand that it’s unhealthy. But im not giving up yet. Please just give me advice on how to remove myself from situations like that without triggering him more by abandoning him or something. I don’t want to throw away the life I’ve dreamt of with this man. The thought of it tears my heart out. And recently he’s been a little more receptive to my criticisms on his treatment of me. I am 17 years old. I have struggled with ocd all my life and just recently got diagnosed a few months back and have been on many pills trying to help. I have also been very sick off and on since middle school. Missing a lot of school. I’ve had bad stomach pain. I had my appendix taken out in 6th grade. I Have taken every tes and screening under the sun. And recently had my gallbladder removed. My Gi Doctor recently moved me onto a cardiologist because he believes that all my Gi problems are gone and that I may have POTS. On top of all my stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting from my gallbladder I have been having sinking spells. I’ve been very fatigued and tired. Not able to do much physical labor becoming very hot and sweaty. My vision going black and getting close to passing out. I was sent to the cardiologist and he basically just said he doesn’t know for sure if I have POTS but I fall under the spectrum and to try and up my salt intake by double the average and get more excerise. Which really sucked because I haven’t been able to function like a normal human being the last few months. Missing work. But I understand there’s not much you can do for pots besides just lifestyle changes so it will take time. So I just said ok and have been doing all the things he asked of me. But recently I’ve noticed it’s just getting worse and I’m having other symptoms. I’m still having all my stomach pain and nausea from eating. My fatigue very bad. But I’ve also started to have lots of night sweats which isn’t normal for me. And itchy skin. Especially when laying in bed. I washed my sheets thinking maybe it had just been too long (don’t judge I’ve been sick!) but all the symptoms are still there. And just yesterday I noticed a lump in my armpit. Now. With all this. It’s all symptoms of lymphoma. But. Sadly in the past due to my ocd I’m terrified of cancer. I convince myself I have it all of the time. In the past I’ve cried myself to sleep every night thinking that was my last and I was dying of cancer. My parents have went and got my blood drawn and had screenings to make me feel better. They always come out perfectly fine. So even though I’m showing symptoms they don’t really care and don’t want to do any tests. My mom has grown really frustrated with me. And yelled at me today when I told her about how nervous I am. I tried to explain to her that I understand how annoying it is and that it’s not rational. I told her to picture how annoying it was for me. Being so scared and panicked and being genuinely terrified but when I express it to my parents they laugh and make fun of me or yell. I understand how annoying it must be. I get why she yells. But it’s making it worse. I feel like I’m not being heard. I started to think harder about if I’m just having an episode or if this is a genuine concern. A month ago when my gallbladder was removed they also drew my blood. I figure they would find something then and that I’m ok. But then I remember how so many doctors told me I was ok for years to actually find out that I had a genuine problem and my gallbladder wasn’t functioning. Doctors don’t really make me feel heard. They’ve told me my pain is all in my head and it’s just anxiety before. So I think I’m just not the most trusting of doctors. But. I’ve had a cat scan on my stomach recently for my surgery nothing suspicious. And blood work with no suspicious things. So I’m probably just freaking out for no reason. But the symptoms and how they’re worsening just really scares me. I’m just scared that I may have become the girl who cried wolf by my past freak outs. And something is actually wrong. I don’t really want to ask my mom again because I don’t want to get yelled at. Any thoughts or advice would be so helpful. If you think I’m just crazy or maybe something is happening:)

So the night sweats could just be because it’s getting hotter. But I’ve never really sweat that much before but I’m 17 and on hormonal birth control so my hormones are a bit all over the place so it could just be that. My itchy skin I’m really not sure. It could just be anxiety symptom. I’ve been having very bad nightmares the last few months and they make me too anxious to go to sleep. It feels like bugs are crawling all over me right before I’m about to fall asleep and it wakes me up. All those symptoms could definitely be explained. All my stomach problems nausea and puking is obviously due to my gallbladder surgery. It’s not going to get better over night. It’s been a month and a half since. And I probably just need to keep recovering. I’ve been following a low fat diet. And my fatigue is probably just the POTS. I haven’t been on the double salt and double excersise for longer than a week. So I think I maybe just need to give it some time. Thinking as rationally as I can. All of these things make sense. But I am still not able to stop obsessing over the thoughts. I’m scared. I just wish I had someone that understood. I recently had to drop my therapist due to opening up about my intrusive thoughts and her making me feel judged. I don’t think it was her intention but I’ve asked her about it and tried to get over it but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth and I can’t move on. So I’m looking for someone else to try and help me through my ocd and anxiety. I think I wish my parents didn’t laugh when I tell them how scared I am. I have massive panic attacks and cry myself to sleep mostly everyday. And I get it’s funny that I roll out of my room in the morning deciding I have cancer. But it’s genuinely scary for me. And I wish that maybe my mom didn’t yell at me for it. I get how frustrating it is. How annoying it could be. But I need to depend on her. That doesn’t mean I think she should take me right up to the er and get testings done every time I think I’m dying of cancer or something else terminal. Because that’s just enabling my unhealthy behavior. I understand that. I think I wish she talked me through it. Or talked me down from my high. Yelling and laughing makes it worse. My parents have told me if I keep stressing it I’m gonna manifest it into reality and actually get cancer. And I get that it’s just a silly joke. But later when my brain is spiraling I actually convince myself that will happen. Whatever I’m definitely fine. The doctors have done everything under the sun for me. I just need to get over myself. But who knows I could have lymphoma and I’m not nuts. But I think I’d definitely rather just be nuts.

I got an 89 for the midterms of the first sem in PE. May hindi lang narecord ni-raise ko 'yung issue na 'to sa teacher namin, and he said he'll fix it and that I actually got a 95. That was October-September last year. Hanggang ngayon 'di pa rin ayos, dahil, according sa registrar, hindi naman daw niya pinapasa yung correction of grades.
Final Midterm grade for PE was 94 (8998>94).
Will this affect my enrollment?

My review won't have any spoilers.
It was three different stories so I'll give three different grades instead of one universal grade for the movie.
The first story gets a 5/5. It was interesting, dark, funny, the performances were great, the themes were very clear and it didn't need to be longer or shorter. It lives up to "Dogtooth" and "The Lobster" which are my two favourite Lanthimos and Filippou films.
The second story gets a 3/5. It was fun but I don't get what happened at the end. This one needed a bit more expanding. But overall it was still fun. I had similar feelings about "The Killing of a Sacred Deer".

It was three different stories so I'll give three different grades instead of one universal grade for the movie.
The first story gets a 5/5. It was interesting, dark, funny, the performances were great, the themes were very clear and it didn't need to be longer or shorter. It lives up to "Dogtooth" and "The Lobster" which are my two favourite Lanthimos and Filippou films.
The second story gets a 3/5. It was fun but I don't get what happened at the end. This one needed a bit more expanding. But overall it was still fun. I had similar feelings about "The Killing of a Sacred Deer".

I have also been very sick off and on since middle school. Missing a lot of school. I’ve had bad stomach pain. I had my appendix taken out in 6th grade. I Have taken every tes and screening under the sun. And recently had my gallbladder removed. My Gi Doctor recently moved me onto a cardiologist because he believes that all my Gi problems are gone and that I may have POTS. I was sent to the cardiologist and he basically just said he doesn’t know for sure if I have POTS but I fall under the spectrum and to try and up my salt intake by double the average and get more excerise. Which really sucked because I haven’t been able to function like a normal human being the last few months. Missing work. But I understand there’s not much you can do for pots besides just lifestyle changes so it will take time. So I just said ok and have been doing all the things he asked of me. But recently I’ve noticed it’s just getting worse and I’m having other symptoms. I’m still having all my stomach pain and nausea from eating. My fatigue very bad. But I’ve also started to have lots of night sweats which isn’t normal for me. And itchy skin. Especially when laying in bed. I washed my sheets thinking maybe it had just been too long (don’t judge I’ve been sick!) but all the symptoms are still there. And just yesterday I noticed a lump in my armpit. Now. With all this. It’s all symptoms of lymphoma. But. Sadly in the past due to my ocd I’m terrified of cancer. I convince myself I have it all of the time. In the past I’ve cried myself to sleep every night thinking that was my last and I was dying of cancer. My parents have went and got my blood drawn and had screenings to make me feel better. They always come out perfectly fine. So even though I’m showing symptoms they don’t really care and don’t want to do any tests. My mom has grown really frustrated with me. And yelled at me today when I told her about how nervous I am. I tried to explain to her that I understand how annoying it is and that it’s not rational. I told her to picture how annoying it was for me. Being so scared and panicked and being genuinely terrified but when I express it to my parents they laugh and make fun of me or yell. I understand how annoying it must be. I get why she yells. But it’s making it worse. I feel like I’m not being heard. I started to think harder about if I’m just having an episode or if this is a genuine concern. A month ago when my gallbladder was removed they also drew my blood. I figure they would find something then and that I’m ok. But then I remember how so many doctors told me I was ok for years to actually find out that I had a genuine problem and my gallbladder wasn’t functioning. Doctors don’t really make me feel heard. They’ve told me my pain is all in my head and it’s just anxiety before. So I think I’m just not the most trusting of doctors. But. I’ve had a cat scan on my stomach recently for my surgery nothing suspicious. And blood work with no suspicious things. So I’m probably just freaking out for no reason. But the symptoms and how they’re worsening just really scares me. I’m just scared that I may have become the girl who cried wolf by my past freak outs. And something is actually wrong. I don’t really want to ask my mom again because I don’t want to get yelled at. Any thoughts or advice would be so helpful. If you think I’m just crazy or maybe something is happening:)

I feel like it’s just a way to get rid of old stock: Context Skin, Beauty for Real, Huda’s dried out Mascara, I’m looking at you. And the PH Lip Gloss was a money grab. It’s not Claire’s, right? —————- ON the BRIGHTSIDE~ + I AM happy about the Glow Peptide Serum: I’ve tried the whole line, but not this one. The Dew Drops & Plum Plump are my everyday staples; the Strawberry Pore Drops, Guava Eye Cream, Sunscreen and Dark Spot Cream didn’t do much outside basic moisture. + Glow Avocado Cleanser: this ceramide heavy cleanser is IT for irritated, stressed, and exfoliated skin. I transferred sections for grade 12 because I got bullied in 11th grade. I know the class didn't know me that much but it shouldn't have been reason for them to make fun of me or call me names. I went to a school which only had SHS. For context (not hating) most of the students there mainly spoke Filipino. My first language is English, I only started fully speaking Filipino in 6th grade.
Back to 12th grade, I found out that this group in my class was making fun of me for speaking in English. They called me cringe and a try hard and kept giving me dirty looks. I'm a HUMSS student, also been a writer for school magazines for 4 years already.
Honestly, I could just say that they were insecure. They had trouble in English at times and I guess that may be the stem of their insecurities. I just hate that I kept getting called names for speaking my first language. I never made fun of them or judged their speaking skills.
Also petty, one of the people in their group got mad that I didn't give him a piece for paper. For context, when there's a quiz, I only give around 5-8 sheets of paper max and so many asked from me so I didn't give any after those and he was part of the people who didn't get to receive any.

Other disclaimer: This is a post I made on a website a month ago but no one responded unfortunately. So when you read stuff like “a week ago” and see the dates don’t correlate to now, that’s why.
Background information: I had two friends, one a guy and the other a girl. We were all online friends for years, me and the guy were friends since I was in elementary school.
Starting with the guy who from here on I’ll call Blake (not his real name of course) me and Blake were the best of buds, we played the game basically every day, and regardless of our different lives and us only being online friends, I actually liked Blake a lot (as a friend). But Blake had a tendency of bullying me, which didn't bother me too much when I was younger, but as I got older, I did. For example, I told Blake one time that I failed/got held back in first grade, and he would bring that fact up whenever anything intelligence-wise come up or just bring it up out the blue. “N word, you failed the first grade” or “ok…flunky” and other variations. He would say all that…even though first grade was a million years ago (I’m a senior about to graduate high school, and I haven’t gotten held back or struggled with grades since.) (I’ve graduated high school now!). Like I'm about to graduate and he would still make fun of me with that fact, saying stuff like "you would've graduated soon if you didn't fail the first grade" and if I tried to rebuttal saying how I do well in school, he would say "well you did the first grade twice so of course you'd do better. you've done it twice".
He would constantly compare his life to mine, making fun of how I’m a virgin who never done anything with a girl, my social anxiety, me being a loner, how I don’t have as much money as him, how my parents are not as laid-back as his, how I didn’t have as much money as him, make fun of the type of girls I like, my music taste, and more.
He was controlling while we played games. He would always decide what games we played, and he would bitch and moan when I wouldn’t get onto a game he wanted to play with me despite valid reasons like it being too expensive. He would always be on his phone or just be otherwise distracted for long periods of time when we're playing, and then he would expect me to wait for him. He was especially very controlling when we play a game like R6s, he would be in my ear after he died ordering me around and telling me what to do and where to go, expecting me to get kills when I’m completely trash at the game, then he would complain heavily when I would of course die. Note: he was a frequent rage quitter and frequently switched games, which was very annoying

Now: Now let’s go back about three weeks ago, April 1st, my 19th birthday, Amber called me up and told me to hop on the game, I was in the ignoring them phase, but I decided to hop on because they wouldn’t be mean to me, right? Wrong, they told me to install rocket league, a game I’ve never played in my entire life and when I was able to join their game and we got into a match, I was obviously performing very very poorly, but that didn’t stop them very berating me and telling me how trash I am…even though they been playing longer than me.
Then we got on Roblox, and I was having technical difficulties because I was using the Microsoft store version of Roblox as I didn’t know that there was an actual Roblox client and launcher. when the two found out that I was using the Microsoft store version, they proceeded to berate me and belittle me some more, calling me stupid and dumb and questioning how in the world did I not know about the Roblox launcher and just basically making it feel like I just committed a cardinal sin. Then we play some Roblox, and somehow someway I kept on doing things wrong and games were playing because I kept on getting berated and belittled. Eventually, I got off.
I didn’t talk to them on the second, but I did talk to them and play with them on the third. We ended up playing Roblox again and just like last time I was getting berated and belittled because I would do things that they didn’t like. And after a couple hours, we eventually stopped playing Roblox and it suddenly goes into Blake diss tracking me. He would find random rap instrumentals on YouTube and then he would rap over them dissing me. He then told me to diss him back but I didn’t want to cause I was already in a bad mood, and I’m not good with words so I would make a fool of myself. And despite me saying multiple times that I didn’t want to rap, they both kept saying that I had to rap, eventually I just unplugged my mic and said that my mic was broken, which caused Blake to be like “if you don’t want to rap just say that dude, you don’t have to do all that”, like, bruh, I said I didn’t want to rap multiple times…
Eventually, I left a discord call and went to sleep because I had school in the morning, and when I woke up in the morning and checked my Discord, I saw that I had a message from Blake and the message said “pussy”. After that, I ignored them again until the 6th. When I took my phone off chill mode (do not disturb which I have specifically to hide text and calls from Blake and Amber) I noticed that Blake unfollowed me on Instagram and that he kicked me out of the discord server (it was of course his server as he liked being in control of everything). I was like "damn", but I just went on about my day, Amber was still following me though.
Now today, the 25th of April, I realized that Amber unfollowed me on Instagram as well, and that they both blocked me on Steam. So, I thought our friendship was over, so decide to unfollow both of them on Instagram, Discord, Steam, and delete both of their contacts from my phone.
I wasn't perfect in the friendship either, but I never berate or belittle either of them, bully and make fun of either of them constantly for their struggles in life or interest, and I never made either of them feel inferior. Never...
Part of me feel relief that I no longer have to deal with them anymore, but another part of me feels sad as they were both my only friends. I don't really know how to feel or if I should try to reach out to them somehow and apologize for ghosting them.

Other disclaimer: This is a post I made on a website a month ago but no one responded unfortunately. So when you read stuff like “a week ago” and see the dates don’t correlate to now, that’s why.
Background information: I had two friends, one a guy and the other a girl. We were all online friends for years, me and the guy were friends since I was in elementary school.
Starting with the guy who from here on I’ll call Blake (not his real name of course) me and Blake were the best of buds, we played the game basically every day, and regardless of our different lives and us only being online friends, I actually liked Blake a lot (as a friend). But Blake had a tendency of bullying me, which didn't bother me too much when I was younger, but as I got older, I did. For example, I told Blake one time that I failed/got held back in first grade, and he would bring that fact up whenever anything intelligence-wise come up or just bring it up out the blue. “N word, you failed the first grade” or “ok…flunky” and other variations. He would say all that…even though first grade was a million years ago (I’m a senior about to graduate high school, and I haven’t gotten held back or struggled with grades since.) (I’ve graduated high school now!). Like I'm about to graduate and he would still make fun of me with that fact, saying stuff like "you would've graduated soon if you didn't fail the first grade" and if I tried to rebuttal saying how I do well in school, he would say "well you did the first grade twice so of course you'd do better. you've done it twice".
He would constantly compare his life to mine, making fun of how I’m a virgin who never done anything with a girl, my social anxiety, me being a loner, how I don’t have as much money as him, how my parents are not as laid-back as his, how I didn’t have as much money as him, make fun of the type of girls I like, my music taste, and more.
He was controlling while we played games. He would always decide what games we played, and he would bitch and moan when I wouldn’t get onto a game he wanted to play with me despite valid reasons like it being too expensive. He would always be on his phone or just be otherwise distracted for long periods of time when we're playing, and then he would expect me to wait for him. He was especially very controlling when we play a game like R6s, he would be in my ear after he died ordering me around and telling me what to do and where to go, expecting me to get kills when I’m completely trash at the game, then he would complain heavily when I would of course die. Note: he was a frequent rage quitter and frequently switched games, which was very annoying
There is way more things he would do but if I typed them all out, I would be typing all damn day, so I’ll stop here.
Next is the girl, who I’ll refer to as Amber.

Here's my honest review of my experience and the features that really made a difference in my hunting journey. The first thing I noticed about the Invader 400 was its amazing accuracy. With its fully adjustable Pro-View scope and 3-arrow instant-detach quiver, I was able to hit my targets with incredible precision. This feature was especially useful for my first hunting trip, where a close-range shot was crucial. In terms of safety, the ACUdraw 50 cocking system made the crossbow feel much more secure when I was preparing to shoot. It was also very easy to handle, even after a long day of hunting, thanks to its lightweight design. However, there were instances where the cocking rod did feel a bit rough on my hand, which caused some discomfort after several shots. One of the features that I appreciated the most about the Invader 400 was the quiet operation. In the forest, sound can be more important than you may think. Not having my target spooked away is crucial, and this crossbow performed exceptionally well in that regard. That said, the quiet operation did come at the cost of a slight reduction in power compared to some other models on the market. i’m 19m and i’ve had my fair share of poor religious experiences. i don’t know if they constitute as trauma really, but it has had some effect on my life course. for some context, i’m transgender and queer. my parents raised me in the church, but they never forced any of their beliefs on me. they expressed many times that whatever religion i chose was fine with them, and that they took me to church solely because i was too young to be left home alone. when i was in 6th grade, i came out to my parents as bisexual. they confided in our pastor at the time, because they wanted some support in learning how to navigate my new identity. my parents were then told by the pastor that i was no longer welcomed in that church unless i started leading a better life. my parents quickly decided to let me attend a different church. the only reason i was still required to attend was because they didn’t trust leaving me alone due to a history of self harm. i found solace in the new church, many of my friends from school attended with me, and there was a group of other queer people. the youth pastor never preached against homosexuality or anything. i felt as though i was finally in a place that i belonged. 8th grade came around, and i was still struggling with self harm at the time and i confided in one of the service leaders. we bonded quickly, despite him being at least 7 years older than me. i was young, and i didn’t realize how strange it was for him to take interest in me. in the end, it turned out to be him grooming me. he had sent me inappropriate photos and messages. i told one of my friends about it, thinking it was cool to have an older guy be interested in me. she expressed how weird it was and made me understand, when i confronted the service leader, he acted like he had done nothing wrong. a few weeks went by, and everything was normal. one day, my mom was waiting for me to get out of therapy, and she got a call from the youth pastor. he told her that someone he trusted very well had accused me of drawing satanic symbols while i was in church. i had obviously not done anything like that, i even showed my parents my sketchbooks and my laptop. they didn’t really need the proof, they just wanted to see if it was misinterpreted. they called the pastor back and basically told him that the accusations were bullshit, but to no avail, as i was unfortunately no longer welcome. i was around 14 years old the last time i set foot in a church, my parents finally trusted me to stay home alone and they were sick of people excluding me. they eventually also stopped attending church because of this. recently, i started a new job. i’m a waiter at a local restaurant. during my training, i saw my old youth pastor. i honestly don’t really hold anything against him, because he was just going based on the information he was fed. he didn’t have the authority to really investigate the claims, he just had the responsibility of notifying my parents. i wanted to walk up to him and say hello, but unfortunately i didn’t get a chance. earlier this afternoon, i was at a party and he was there again. another person present at this party was the service leader who groomed me and got me kicked out. i decided to say hello to the youth pastor, he seemed relatively happy to see me. he asked me about my life, and didn’t seem to have a lick of hate towards me. the service leader saw me and kept his back toward me whenever he could. all of this to say that i feel like it’s a sign that i should start going back to church. not the same church of course, but a church. i don’t know though, has anyone else dealt with stuff like this? i just don’t know if this is like meant to be happening to me or something, or if it’s all just crazy coincidence. any advice is helpful.

Here are mine. I think.
First one was my brothers best friend. It started in 7th grade, lasted probably through 9th or 10th grade. He was a drummer. So so good looking, irritatingly so. Quiet, sweet voice. Skinny. These are recurring themes.
Second one was in college. Outgoing, not necessarily “attractive” but funny as hell. I heard he was attracted to me and somehow that made me interested in him. I hooked up with him a few times, but he didn’t want a relationship, and looking back, his disorganized/avoidant/whatever attachment was an absolute drug for me. This one was bad because I really thought I was In Love. Spoiler alert… I wasn’t.
Third one… later in undergrad. My accompanist (I’m a classical singer). He was a doctoral student. Great pianist and smart musician, and I desperately wanted his approval (another recurring theme). This one wasn’t so bad. This was also the first one I had WHILE I was in a relationship with my SO (now fiance). This one may have been just a crush. It wasn’t so bad.
Fourth one… my professor in grad school. So not even my type physically, first one who was married with kids. Outgoing, great musician, blah blah blah. I was his grad assistant and he confided in me and treated me as a special student. It was both of our first years at the school so it we joke that it was blind leading the blind. This one actually lasted for a while… I finished grad school in 2018, but I have memories of having fantasies about him during the pandemic. Hm. Looking back I’m like yo that guys was Flirting with me and he is 20 years my senior. Not a great look, that being said, I probably flirted back. Not my best look either.
Fifth one… shortest lived but intense. Only one that was my age, only one that was a guitar player. Nice guy. I wish him the absolute best.

The avoidant attachment style is doing a number on me. He’s also quite religious. I have sense that what happens is he gets right to the line of flirting, or I do, and he gets uncomfortable and backs away because he doesn’t want to be tempted. Or maybe I come on too strong and he gets spooked and creates a little distance. I’m ok with that. I just need his approval so bad.
