In the distance you could hear a few of your fellow colonists chatting cheerily. The BUZZ of your communicator interrupted the moment. It read:
Aboard the colonial transport starship, Ares, Paul and a few hundred other male colonists had woken from cryosleep just a few weeks ago. It had taken Paul a few days to adjust, but anti-atrophy system that had been developed a few years ago was really working wonders. He felt stronger than ever. He was playing Spaceball with his friends in the gym when he got the notification.
"Here! Pass!" His friend Tom shouted. Paul threw him the ball. Tom dodged by one opponent, turned as he was blocked by another, and through the ball back to Paul who was now in full sprint. Paul caught the ball in midair and immediately threw it at full speed toward the goal. The BUZZ of the goal sounded almost at the same time as Paul's communicator. Paul wiped sweat from his forehead as he high fived Tom and looked down at his communicator. His heart skipped three beats. He had been matched. His heart pounded more and more as he read your profile. His jaw visibly dropped when he got to your photo.

Paul and the other three guys that he shared quarters with finally went to bed. He took one more glance at your profile as the lightest went out and he tucked himself in his twin-sized bunk cut out from the wall. He drifted off peacefully to sleep to the gentle hum of the engines. He dreamed of the woman in his match message, his future mate. At around 2:00 a.m., the bulge between his legs swelled as he dreamed. The soft fabric of his pajama pants shifted and rose, and rose, and rose... Soon his bedsheets were a mountain in the darkness of the bed quarters. And Paul dreamed even more vividly of his mate. The bulging mountain tensed and shuddered visibly. And then again. I was also toying with the idea of our characters being somehow genetically enhanced to make them sexy as fuck, which explains Paul's absurd statistics early in the prompt. I am happy to discuss that though. Perhaps they are just hot from centuries of natural selection. Perhaps they were engineered from birth to be perfect space colonists, or perhaps they were given genetic treatment while in cryostasis on the journey, or we can totally ignore the issue and just have them be hot for hotness sake! I do like the idea of our characters being very attractive though. I also have to say I am a HUGE fan of big boobs and big booties.

I come to ask the Reddit crowd to be kind with me as I legitimately have no idea what to do. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 7 months now and are on the verge of a break-up because of several reasons.
Currently, we are very open with one another and have good communication (regular relationship checks, we never get into screaming matches). He has never called me names, he takes responsibility for his actions and has accepted blame for every single event that has happened (the lying, the tiktok, ex's harassment) and has not done those since we discussed each issue. Another is that he has been improving himself and his tendencies that hurt me emotionally as well (fixing problems on his own and only informing me they exist well after the fact, not sharing emotions, etc.). I have trouble vouching for this because we had just become friends later in the previous year, but from what I can logically deduce it is true.
THE PROBLEM, finally. I am losing feelings for him because I feel underappreciated, undervalued, and I genuinely feel like I was his second option. Due to the amalgamation of the things we have faced together, I am misinterpreting the pain from those into distrust for him.
To his credit, and if you remove the harassment problem, he has been a good boyfriend to me. We used to regularly go out on dates (used to because both of us are swamped with work, so now he just invites me to future plans after we finish said work), he cooks me food and pays for my meals whenever I allow it (gifts and gestures like this make me feel like I'm a callgirl so we avoid it), bringing me to events I would enjoy (movie showings, concerts, recreational parks) for free (he pays), is physically affectionate, and accompanies me in my commute everyday to and from work regardless if we have fought each other that day, would physically go to me just to talk, spends hours past his curfew if our serious conversations have not finished, etc.
I genuinely still want to work on my trust for him, I want to gain it back and move past our problems. I come to ask the Reddit crowd to be kind with me as I legitimately have no idea what to do. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 7 months now and are on the verge of a break-up because of several reasons.

Her messages usually vary from asking for forgiveness, her moving on, I'm ugly and other insults about my appearance and identity, how she was the third party, how I was the third party, how desperate I am, how she cares about me, how she plans to destroy my academic and social life, etc.
- They had closure sex a few days before we went on our first date. In his defense, we were not exclusive back then and I told him before in the past that I'd probably find someone like him but not him specifically to date; and that I didn't date; so he only confessed because I pushed him to under the impression he liked another girl. Ex girlfriend shared some of their deleted conversation and he had been refusing to meet with her. - He confessed the closure sex happened before we agreed to start seeing each other exclusively. But he didn't tell me exactly when it happened, just that it was recent to that conversation. When his ex girlfriend told me by blasting my face on social media the exact dates, he denied it happened on those specific days. He assured me for 4 months that it did not happen.
- According to him, she had been pestering him for a few weeks prior to that meeting and promised to stop her advances if they had one final time together. Other times she would send messages through financial apps with those short messages because he had blocked her on everything even GMail.
- He says he doesn't want to go back to that relationship because of how emotionally draining it was. I can vouch for this detail because he had been saying this even before we liked each other, and I had seen their correspondences with each other over the years. She had an unbelievable amount of fake accounts she would cycle through because she would get verbally abusive (you're ugly, you deserve none of the success you have right now, posting his nudes, sending wrist slicing videos, you're lucky I decided to love you, etc.) and would blow up over seemingly nothing. Her own admission, she would get into fits that would end up either getting them into physical fights or him trying to hug her and sort of hold her down until she calms.
- He has her blocked everywhere but would occasionally view her Tiktok. He says he isn't in love with her anymore and does not desire a relationship, just that a part of him still cares for her and feels bad because he had promised that he was never going to leave but did.
- Up until recently, she was trying to reach out to my friends (people she does not know) and had been telling them I was a third party. She made a groupchat and asked my friends not to tell me and my boyfriend (they did tell us).
- She had messaged me multiple times that she knew where I lived and studied and that she was going to wait for me outside my buildings. I didn't want to talk to her before because I had already seen her tendencies based on their correspondences and her messages to me, and I still don't want to contact her even now. She talks shit about my identity, my vag*na, my deceased parents, everything she can target to get under my skin.
Currently, we are very open with one another and have good communication (regular relationship checks, we never get into screaming matches). He has never called me names, he takes responsibility for his actions and has accepted blame for every single event that has happened (the lying, the tiktok, ex's harassment) and has not done those since we discussed each issue. Another is that he has been improving himself and his tendencies that hurt me emotionally as well (fixing problems on his own and only informing me they exist well after the fact, not sharing emotions, etc.). I have trouble vouching for this because we had just become friends later in the previous year, but from what I can logically deduce it is true.
THE PROBLEM, finally. I am losing feelings for him because I feel underappreciated, undervalued, and I genuinely feel like I was his second option. Due to the amalgamation of the things we have faced together, I am misinterpreting the pain from those into distrust for him.
To his credit, and if you remove the harassment problem, he has been a good boyfriend to me. We used to regularly go out on dates (used to because both of us are swamped with work, so now he just invites me to future plans after we finish said work), he cooks me food and pays for my meals whenever I allow it (gifts and gestures like this make me feel like I'm a callgirl so we avoid it), bringing me to events I would enjoy (movie showings, concerts, recreational parks) for free (he pays), is physically affectionate, and accompanies me in my commute everyday to and from work regardless if we have fought each other that day, would physically go to me just to talk, spends hours past his curfew if our serious conversations have not finished, etc.
I genuinely still want to work on my trust for him, I want to gain it back and move past our problems. I want to be able to support him because I do know I would also be fucked up if I came from said experience. I don't want to leave him alone because I empathize with what he has gone through and the effects they have on him, but I don't know how to help him. More importantly, I don't know how to process my own feelings about the matter.
This is an incredibly long post and I realize the easier way would be to leave. But I want to give our relationship a fighting chance before we break up. It's not the smart choice, it's not the beneficial choice either. But it's a choice I'm still considering.

It's not going to happen but you think it will so you keep pulling.
The Ted talk was saying, just drop the rope, don't play the game, just stop.
Stop fighting it.
What that looks like in real life, imo, is you've an urge hitting you hard and you just let it. You breathe deeply, slowly and deliberately. You feel it while not taking that action of looking at porn.
Your brain is going to be screaming at you to look at porn, to open that browser and type whatever in . Let it, let it scream, but breathe through it.
The more you can allow it to be there and not take action, that's your strength! That's the true strength in being stronger over urges.
This is really hard when you're starting out so start by doing just 1 min of breathing and feeling it. Then move up to 2 mins and 3 etc.
Pretty soon you''re doing 5 or 10 mins and the urges disappear.

Then literally a few days later he was told heās being made redundant. So really he has to move away now - and I completely understand.

Okay, so Iām not doing too well financially, but I live with my Mom and Pops so we try to make ends meet. A couple weeks back we were in such rough shape financially, that I had to juggle three day jobs just to cover rent and suppress the collectorās from knocking on the door regarding our collective debts. We so broke I literally canāt even afford to sleep because in the night=I can get freelance work done. āI can sleep when Iām dead,ā has become my full-time motto (unfortunately). Anyways, to try to bring some income in my household I offer services as a freelance video editor.
A while back, my older brother (whoās a career criminal and has fleeād multiple countries when authorities were after him for violent offences) hit me up and asked if Iād be down to edit for him. I was hesitant at first, being as last time I heard from him was after he beat our Mum to a pulp when I was only 12. For context bro or sis, whoever you are that is reading this: if I was only three years older I wouldnāt have let that slideāI would have mobbed his ass right then and there, pinned him down and done him so fucking dirtyā¦ IDGAF if my 15 year old ass had gone to juvie for it, I would do anything for my mother, including take a life. But instead, all thatās been imprinted in my brain is how much of a bitch I was at 12ācowering under the dining table as he took multiple shots with a shoe, at our crying helpless mother on the ground.
Anyways itās been a few years, Iām 24 now and he gave me a big sob story how he has changed. I bought it up like the good little sheeple I amā¦ started editing for him under the guise that heād pay me $200 per video: SCORE! Thatās a lot of money!!!
I got to know his business (shady as fuck) and got to find out he now dreams of being a finance influencer (double shady) but alas, heās my big bro and no matter what wrong-doing heās doing, he convinced me that he was a good man. Ight, bet, Iāma edit for him and make some money for the fam! In between his ātakesā of videos he sends me, I piece together that his āwifeā films the videos, and heās still an extremely abusive person. He tries not to let it show on camera, but Iām really good with people, emotions and hidden trauma so I can feel the sickening āabuser-of-peopleā energy SEEPING off of him, still, to this day. I feel sick to my stomach editing for him, but shit, heās promised me $200 per video. Over the course of a few weeks I can see why he never told us about his wife, it seems he keeps her pent up somewhere in Georgia, Batumi, and forces her to do whatever he wants. He once referred to her as āhis slaveā which I originally thought was A JOKE, but now in the grand scheme of thingsā¦ I donāt think it was a joke. I pray that authorities get to them before he does something to her, but idek where to begin to put a āconcerned citizen tipā in a foreign country.
Some context as to why I put up with all the red flags: Momās not working as she has to take care of the house and sheās also trying to make money online, any ways possible. Sheās starting to sell her favourite clothes. It fucking breaks my heart that I canāt do shit about itā¦ at 24 years old, with all the social media influencing and advertising, I feel like garbage that I canāt fully support my parentsā¦ at least not yet! Dad is constantly depressed because heās almost 80 years old and canāt retire ācuz my parentās are in too much debt.
Okay, anyways, three BIG videos done for him (by big, I mean I spent +8 hours on each vid) and brotherās paid me for ONE via PayPalā¦ no worries, he keeps leading me on saying the money will come, the money will come. And PayPal says I got $200 coming my way from him! Uhh ight, bet? Mind you, I start PLANNING my life around this $200 notification because thatās a hot stack for me and my family!!! Takes PayPal about 20 days to actually let me use the moneyā¦ ridiculous because we NEEDED itā¦ but thatās okay, I work around the problems in life, much like we all have to.
Here comes the turning point: Iām a little overworked and a little coo-coo sometimes, and one night I start telling him personal shit, kinda pouring out my heart to him, venting almost. I donāt really remember about what, just life I guess, nothing negative towards him. Somehow he misconstrues it, gets upset with me, and ātells me off.ā I get upset with him, tell him his business is a sham and Iāma change the rules that we agreed upon. Since his fake-ass canāt pay me what was agreed upon, (maybe $200 is a lot for him, as well) so I ask him if we can do $10 per hour instead. I pitch to him that moving forward, anytime I edit more than five hours ($50), I will refuse to edit until the money gets sent. The conversation turns hostile, QUICK. He calls me a ton of bad names with an underlying message that Iām the biggest loser on earth for pursuing a dream in working in Entertainment & he ends it with a sweet āyouāll never be anything.ā LOL WHAT? Completely out of pocket and out of left field, so naturally, I tell him to eat shit, I wonāt be doing anymore free work and he can pay me a mere $30 (yes, thirty dollars) for the entire portfolio of audios, texts/scripts, videos, and clips Iāve taken from the internet that āmatchā the vibe he wants in his videos.
Context: at this point Iāve completed SIX FULL VIDEOS FOR THIS DUDE and heās only paid me the one payment of $200. Not good at maths? Me neither, lemme help you out. He owes me $1,200 from our original agreement because Iāve spent more than 48 collective hours working on his videos, and heās only paid me $200. But I tell him: Iāll let it all slide if he pays me $30 for the portfolio of about 50 gigabytes, and then moving forward, heād pay me the $10 per hour if he wanted more content from me. He already has the six full videos in his possession. The āportfolioā is stuff Iāve found thatās free-use on the internet, stuff that Iāve compiled, and even some scripts that Iāve written out! ALL MINE that I did for HIS business. So it seems logical for me to give this portfolio as an option, just incase he wants to say nah moving forward on me editing for him, and just take the material & go our separate waysā¦
In response, my (35 year old) brother files a complaint on PayPal claiming he only hired me for a channel encompassing trailer that I did not provide and that Iām attempting to extort him for more money. LOL, WHAT? PayPalās like BET and automatically attempts to deduct from MY chequing account, without even getting to the bottom of it. Obviously doesnāt work, my account (not PayPal account, my fucking bank account. these mf so overzealous that they reached right into my mf pocket!!!!) gets put in the negatives and I attempt to appeal, with no sweat on my brow ācuz Iām like no way PayPal finna let this slide. I then proceed to message my terrible relative multiple times, with texts, videos and audio recordings and Iām in a hysterical mess. I begin threatening him, I begin begging to him, pleading with him, saying anything under the sun just for the hope that he has some heart and would send back the $200 if PayPal does end up taking it from me. Already my chequing was fricked but I could do some damage controlā¦ I was cocky, thinking PayPal would obviously side with me once they heard the whole story, so I also told him since heās caused such pain for me out of absolutely nothing, like completely unprovoked, then shit: I want the original $200 PLUS an extra $200 for all this trauma. He responds by blocking me on everything. Itās 4 A.M. and Iām shaking as Iām typing thisā¦
Somehow after all the information I provided, PayPal sides with him. Wow, wait, what? PayPal has since tried to deduct my PERSONAL CHEQUING ACCOUNT multiple times in order to fish back the $200 which I ALREADY HAD TO USE!!! Idk if you ever had a payment tried to be taken out of an account which already has a negative balance, but the payment doesnāt go (it does a minus then a plus) but usually the bank is like WTF and charges you fees. Multiple times = Multiple feesā¦
Before, I was in the negatives on my ONE chequing account I ownā¦ now Iām in the NEGATIVE-NEGATIVESā¦ no clue how tf Iāma get out of it, but we all persevere eventually! Iāve reached out to PayPal but Iām almost sure nothing will come of it.. Iām considering taking PayPal to small claims court to somehow try to fix all this mess, but I fear itāll break me off more trouble than repair anything. I feel sick to my stomach editing for him, but shit, heās promised me $200 per video. Over the course of a few weeks I can see why he never told us about his wife, it seems he keeps her pent up somewhere in Georgia, Batumi, and forces her to do whatever he wants. Completely out of pocket and out of left field, so naturally, I tell him to eat shit, I wonāt be doing anymore free work and he can pay me a mere $30 (yes, thirty dollars) for the entire portfolio of audios, texts/scripts, videos, and clips Iāve taken from the internet that āmatchā the vibe he wants in his videos.
Context: at this point Iāve completed SIX FULL VIDEOS FOR THIS DUDE and heās only paid me the one payment of $200. Not good at maths? Me neither, lemme help you out. He owes me $1,200 from our original agreement because Iāve spent more than 48 collective hours working on his videos, and heās only paid me $200. But I tell him: Iāll let it all slide if he pays me $30 for the portfolio of about 50 gigabytes, and then moving forward, heād pay me the $10 per hour if he wanted more content from me. He already has the six full videos in his possession. The āportfolioā is stuff Iāve found thatās free-use on the internet, stuff that Iāve compiled, and even some scripts that Iāve written out! ALL MINE that I did for HIS business. So it seems logical for me to give this portfolio as an option, just incase he wants to say nah moving forward on me editing for him, and just take the material & go our separate waysā¦
In response, my (35 year old) brother files a complaint on PayPal claiming he only hired me for a channel encompassing trailer that I did not provide and that Iām attempting to extort him for more money. LOL, WHAT? PayPalās like BET and automatically attempts to deduct from MY chequing account, without even getting to the bottom of it. Obviously doesnāt work, my account (not PayPal account, my fucking bank account. these mf so overzealous that they reached right into my mf pocket!!!!) gets put in the negatives and I attempt to appeal, with no sweat on my brow ācuz Iām like no way PayPal finna let this slide. I then proceed to message my terrible relative multiple times, with texts, videos and audio recordings and Iām in a hysterical mess. I begin threatening him, I begin begging to him, pleading with him, saying anything under the sun just for the hope that he has some heart and would send back the $200 if PayPal does end up taking it from me. Already my chequing was fricked but I could do some damage controlā¦ I was cocky, thinking PayPal would obviously side with me once they heard the whole story, so I also told him since heās caused such pain for me out of absolutely nothing, like completely unprovoked, then shit: I want the original $200 PLUS an extra $200 for all this trauma. In the upcoming year, we will support multiple opportunities to discuss and debate complicated issues, including the war in the Middle East, and explore how universities can contribute to a common path forward in the "Year of Democracy and Civic Engagement."
We must find productive ways to engage with one another. We must leverage facts and reason in a spirit of open debate and find ways to work toward solutions. If we can manage to do that here ā a place that is home to some of the most brilliant minds in the country ā then our state, nation, and world will continue to benefit from the diverse perspectives that our university brings together on the most important issues of our day.

Times like these are exactly why freedom of expression is so important and must be honored at public institutions like the University of Michigan. When it comes to freedom of speech, the right to assemble, and the right to protest peacefully, the Universityās commitment has been, and will remain, unwavering. Particularly on a university campus, where we are educating young people to become thoughtful citizens, the importance of these freedoms cannot be overstated and, at the University of Michigan, we have a proud history of honoring them and will continue to do so. But those rights are not limitless. The university can and must regulate the time, place, and manner of expression to ensure one groupās right to protest does not infringe on the rights of others, endanger our community or disrupt the operations of the university.
Ensuring that the campus is safe ā for students, faculty, employees, university visitors, and protestors ā is a paramount concern, which is why the university has provided 24-hour security for the encampment over the past four weeks. - The protesters established their encampment on the Diag on April 22, following months of escalating disruptions to university operations ā including the disruption of honors convocation and repeated disruptions of classes in academic buildings and study in university libraries.
- In late April and early May, individuals in the encampment replaced Diag bricks with concrete and painted over the Block M on the center of Diag. Spray paint graffiti was found on walkways, on the Michigan Union sign and on the fountain outside the League. These actions were not free speech; they were destruction of property.
- A protest outside the University of Michigan Museum of Art descended into violence on May 3. Participants in the encampment helped organize the protest and issued calls on social media for others to join them. Late in the evening, the crowd became unruly and converged in what can only be described as an assault on law enforcement officers. One person, who is not affiliated with the university, was arrested, and multiple police officers sustained minor injuries.
- While they did not occur on campus, the demonstrations that took place during the early morning hours of May 15 at the homes of several members of the U-M Board of Regents went well beyond the lawful exercise of free speech. Marching and chanting in the middle of the night outside private homes, posting demands on private property, and placing a burnt cradle and fake bloody body bags on the lawn of one regent amounted to vandalism and trespass, not protected expression. While the demonstrators wore masks to hide their identities, they made clear on social media that they were the leaders of the Diag encampment.
We appreciate that different points of view will continue to be expressed on campus and in our community more broadly, and we are taking steps to broaden the dialogue around these critical matters.  | Hi everyone, with the Clips out of contention this playoffs and our future (admittedly) looking a bit bleak, I thought I would do something a little fun with these hypothetical trade scenarios, which I'll be aiming to post at least once a week. You can hate or shit on it as much as you want but at the end of the day, it's just for fun. Also just fyi, there will be a lot of words down below so feel free to just skim through. submitted by f00o to LAClippers [link] [comments] Anyways with that over with, for now I'll be avoiding making up any trades with PG or Russ in it as it's unlikely PG does a sign-and-trade nor the fact that Russ signs another lowball contract deal. So for today's scenario, I wanted to try and address the current roster's issues which are: Lack of a proper PF and not enough athletic/glue guys on the team. If you look at the image, this isn't necessary a 3 team trade but I had just put two seperate trades into one, for viewing purposes. 1st trade: Orlando Magic Receive - Terrance Mann & P.J. Tucker Clippers Receive - Jonathan Isaac Now, how can the 'untouchable' T-mann himself be traded? Well firstly, he's 27 years old so I doubt he makes any significant developments at this point in his career and for the past 3 seasons he's had the same general stats. However Orlando possibly makes this trade because they're lacking in the wing position and Mann slots in perfectly as a pretty decent 3 & D guy to play along Franz and Paolo. If you watched the Cavs and Magic series, you'll see how atrocious their offense was (especially in game 7) with no one seemingly being able to a hit single 3 on Orlando. They're also 23rd in 3pt % so T-Mann is a perfect fit for them in just simply spacing the floor. With PJ Tucker, there admittedly isn't much upside to him apart from giving you some scrappy old man post defense with the occassional corner 3 plus some veteran leadership (he's just mainly there as a contract filler). In return, the Clippers get Jonathan Isaac. The Magic seemingly don't need him as much as he only gets 15 minutes a night and is playing behind one of the younger front courts with a rising 21 yr old Paolo ahead of him. However, our old ass Clips team can for sure use a guy like him. Serviceable from three (37.5% however only 0.7 for 1.9 attempts a game), Isaac fits perfectly along Zubac and the general offense of our team as his agile roamer-presence as a shot blocker plus Zubac's defensive anchor(ness?) makes for a pretty airtight front court defense. Plus his ability to sufficiently play behind our stars will make his fit even better, assuming he gets around 25-30 minutes a night I can see him easily averaging 12 ppg and 7 rpg with like 2 blocks (His per36: 15.5 ppg 10.2 rpg 2.8 bpg). Now his main issue is going to be availability. He doesn't exactly have the best track record went it comes to being healthy however this season it seems like he's made a proper return, playing almost 60 games this year. For how good of a fit he is, I think this is a risk we should 100% take. 2nd trade: Nuggets receive - Norman Powell & Moussa Diabate Clippers receive - Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Peyton Watson, Christian Braun. With game 7 of the Nuggets vs Wolves coming to an end, we all saw how Jokic and Jamal fizzled out from exhaustion, resulting in the Wolves to come back and take the W. Jamal and Jokic alone combined for 69 points while everyone else on that team? 21 points. They desperately need a spark plug, starting or off the bench doesn't matter, they NEED a guy apart from Jamal and Jokic that can score the ball when needed. And who better then 6th man candidate, Norman Powell? Norman Powell has been absolutely monumental for us but thing is, he's getting old (30 yrs old). Already seeing a slight drop in ppg and other stats (also due to Harden being there), he like T-Mann, isn't going to get any better than this. We've got to sell him high. 14ppg on 43.5% shooting from 3 is still going to provide insane help to any team, especially Denver who needs more firepower off the bench. As for Moussa, I know his addition won't be anything insane but another issue with their roster is their lack of a backup big. They currently have a 35 year old Deandre Jordan as their backup behind Jokic. For his age, DJ isn't bad at all but how long is his worn-out body going to be able to endure and stay on the floor consistently? They need a fresh new body that isn't required to be impactful but can at least be there when Jokic comes off for whatever short amount of time he's resting on the bench. Now for what we receive, with PG and Russ' presence on this team being questionable, its time we prepare to bring in guys that can play around Harden and Kawhi but also have a few decent young prospects we can actually look into developing. Bringing in KCP obviously won't be the same as PG but to be honest, he might make for a better fit. His defense is nothing to scoff at as it was merely 3-4 years ago where he was 11th in Dpoy votings. Obviously that was a bit of a stretch but even at age 30, he's still good. He's an established 2 way shooter that can spot up along with Harden and Kawhi leading the offense. And honestly with PG, at times it felt like his inconsistency, questionable shot selection and inconvenient passiveness as one of the main guys hurt us more than it helped us. Now with Peyton and Braun, I'm going to clump them together but they're both intriguing, young prospects that each have their own upsides. Peyton's knack for shot blocking and Braun's flashes of starter material, makes them good candidates for this squad. I know Ty Lue for whatever reason seems to HATE the idea of playing younger players but with PG, Russ and Norman Powell gone in this situation, he'll be forced to play some new faces in this lineup. KCP, Peyton and Braun are all wing players that can slot in from the 2-4, replace whichever starter when needed. With this, I'm done with my ranting but after these trades, this is what I intended the lineups to look like. Starters: Harden, KCP, Kawhi, Jonathan, Zubac Bench: Bones, Braun/BBJ, AmiPeyton, Theis/Kobe Brown, Plumlee/Kai Jones I hope you found this at least entertaining, if you did read all this, I appreciate you and I am completely open to hearing any suggestions, new trade ideas or counter-arguments to this scenario. |
