I was going to make a throwaway but no one IRL knows my reddit so I guess it'll go here, I never saw myself making a post like this but I feel like there's no one I can talk to about this because a lot of people around me have a "grow up and get over it" type attitude about it.
For some context my mental health has never been amazing but I've generally always been a very ambitious and enthusiastic person. When I was a kid I was desperate to be an actress and I went through all the necessary training to do this through high school and college but due to a disability affecting my legs, along with burnout, unrelated trauma and being short and a little chubby (which is basically a death sentence for most actors unless you're exceptional or very lucky) now that I am 24 and have been out of training for so long it's obvious that it's just not the path for me, I'm not willing to ruin my mental or physical health for it and moving away from my mother who's acting as my carer would be a bit risk since last time I attempted drama school I ended up dropping out three months in after a breakdown that sent me to a psych ward temporarily where I was diagnosed with Autism .
I've been anxious and worried about my future since. I like my job but it's not exactly my dream to work in retail my whole life and I want to do something better with myself, and I was mostly working through these issues until a couple of months ago when my on and off boyfriend of six years decided to cheat on me during my birthday party and then dumped me over text a couple of days later. It now seems he's dating the girl he cheated on me with and he's now decided his favourite place to go two or three times a week is my favourite bar that I used to work at, know everyone and feel safe, even though he told me he hated it when we were together. He was abusive and I'm happy to be out of the situation but he's isolated me from somewhere that felt safe for me and although it's by far the worst relationship I've had, I've never actually had a relationship that was good, which leads me to think I'm just not worth being treated with any kind of respect.
Because of the looming dread of how my future is going to play out since currently I'm always broke, I'm unfulfilled, I'm single, I have friends but not many really close friends (the closest of which lives in another country and I only see them twice a year if I'm lucky) I just have such an overwhelming desire to change every single little aspect of myself to the point where even looking in the mirror is physically painful because I can't believe that my face and my body and everything else looks so weird and lumpy and not as good as other peoples. My room is a mess because I was homeless a couple of years back so I have no furniture and being disabled prevents me from dong anything too that's going to tire me out too much unless I want to be in bed for days which I really can't since I have a job and a life that I need to tend to.
I started briefly dating someone, and he was really nice and we had a good time together but we agreed after our third date there was so romantic chemistry so we called it off, and even though I know we wouldn't have worked out and it's better to have him as a friend it also feels like an added name to the list of people who don't want me, which left me feeling like if I was thinner, or more funny or less TMI or taller or more interesting etc etc etc he would have stayed even though I didn't even want him to.
I'm also really overthinking things I've said, like to the point where it's physically all I can think about for days if I say something slightly rude or embarrassing to someone, I don't even know if Identity Crisis or existential crisis is the right term for what I'm going through so if anyone else knows different please tell me what's happening to me. I think I might have an undiagnosed condition or disorder that's flaring up because I keep being told how I feel is normal but I don't think it's normal to feel like my brain is constantly fighting itself and it's manifesting in physical symptoms like tiredness or hot flashes. I want to make these feelings stop and I don't care what it takes but I feel like I doctor won't listen to me at all because they didn't last time, they just gave me a week off work and said there was nothing else "worth doing."
I just really want to be happy and I just feel like the world around me won't let me. I've been getting into writing recently and I'm ok at it so it's a possible career option but I know it's not a likely one so I'll just settle for feeling ok for a while.

Okay fellow humans, I’m kind of at a crossroads here and I need some advice… So lately some stuff went down with my roommate and her boyfriend and on a night of drinking she showed me and my boyfriend the screenshots of the conversations between her boyfriend and another female(s). I saw some things like “you get me soaked” and him calling her baby which honestly made my red flag radar start going off. I didn’t really pay attention to the time stamps or when the conversation happened but all I know is that if you’re in a relationship you shouldn’t be talking to other people like that, and I told my roommate those exact words. She also went to my boyfriend to talk about it as well and I’m pretty sure he told her the same thing. After that we continued having a good time together and went on with the night having fun as a little family. The next day (Mothers Day) my boyfriend and I were leaving to go see our beloved mamas, as I was walking out the door my roommates boyfriend stopped me to talk to me about last night. He looked at me and started with “First I want to clarify that those screenshots she showed you were old and happened before we started dating, she likes to show stuff like that when she’s drunk.” I was honestly speechless… the questions running through my head in that moment were “why are you trying to justify yourself with me right now?” And “If you already talked about it before with her why are you trying to talk to me?” Of course I didn’t ask those out loud but I just kind of gave him a glare, and I said “alright man” and walked out the door, mind you when he told me that his body language was off and fidgety AND she has never even showed us stuff like that before the previous times we got drunk together. When my roommate and her boyfriend talked about the screenshots… he said he was doing it for “money” because they were in a tight spot, at the time both of them were unemployed. But I smelt total bullshit with that excuse. There’s other ways to get money in a more honest way, I know getting hired and finding a new job is hard but talking to other women who aren’t even sugar mama age is a little sketchy to me, don’t you think? My boyfriend and I honestly were getting restless about the whole situation because we had a strong feeling he was lying right to her and our face. Later we came back home from the domains of our lovely mothers, I didn’t really want to talk to my roommates boyfriend so I went straight upstairs to take a shower while my boyfriend conversed with them downstairs. From what my boyfriend explained to me, he talked to them about the situation and they were allegedly on good terms and roommates boyfriend deleted/blocked all the girls he was talking to, he even let my boyfriend look through his phone to show proof. But there was more evidence of one more girl in his phone that wasn’t deleted, a girl under the name “Fggt😁😁” my boyfriend found a text from him to her saying “Be mine😍😍😍😍” HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL YOUR GIRL YOU BLOCKED EVERYONE AND STILL HAVE ONE LEFT?! The date of the text was from April 15, 2023… My roommate and her boyfriend have been together for the past 3 years… ummmm RED FLAG. My boyfriend didn’t say anything about what he found and handed the phone back. Later that week my boyfriend and I planned on talking to my roommate alone when her boyfriend was at work, and that’s what we did. About two or three days ago we pulled her outside to express our concerns, my boyfriend and I have both been in relationships with shitty people so we know how it feels to be cheated on so it was with good intentions and we were just trying to look out for her. My boyfriend told her to just keep an eye out and proceed with caution. I’m a very straightforward person with my feelings so I told her something similar but I also told her that I don’t really trust him anymore and that he might keep this behavior up and get sloppy about it in the future.. When we came back inside we again clarified that we are watching out for her and we are on her side. We also told her that if shit hits the fan with her relationship, we will be on her side 100% she was willing to listen to us and respected our opinion which we were grateful for. But then yesterday or maybe the day before I’m not too sure cause my perception of time sucks, me, my boyfriend, our best friend, and my roommates little brother were all having a good time drawing really stupid pictures of each other on the fridge, as a JOKE. Then my roommate and her boyfriend came downstairs and the vibe in the room totally shifted to complete tension, her boyfriend was visibly upset or irritated, standing in the corner with his arms crossed and just glaring at us (me, bf, best friend). We looked at him and tried showing him the drawing of him to get a laugh out of him but he was just stone face and not happy at all. We tried asking him what’s wrong but all we got was the silent treatment, which we didn’t really care. But he was being salty which ruined the vibe in the room so my boyfriend and I just went upstairs cause we didn’t want to be around a sourpuss. We didn’t know why he was upset, but my boyfriend and I assumed that our roommate told him about what we said to her and now he’s mad about it. Was it wrong to express or worry to her? I'm currently in the process of organizing a religious event in Nuremberg, and I'm in need of a suitable venue to accommodate approximately 100-150 people for 5-10 days. The event will take place for 3-4 hours daily and will involve communal activities and gatherings.
We're specifically looking for a spacious hall or large area that can comfortably host our attendees. Additionally, access to a kitchen for cooking purposes is essential as we'll be preparing meals during the event.

Hoping for some advice.
Last week someone filed a false cps report. DCF showed up on my porch in what they said was an emergency visit but within a minute or two of walking into my house and after 3 questions they said that it was clearly a false report and they were just as confused as I was as to why they were at my house, followed by “have you p*ssed anyone off recently?”
(They also laughed and made a joke about what was on the report…. It painted our house out to be so awful. Weve got “tons of animals running around and big mean dogs” lol, our “big mean dogs” came up to the workers and were loving all over them. One laughed and said, “oh and you must be the big mean dogs.” As for our other animals- they are all in their own (huge) exhibits and very well taken care of. All contained). (The report was gross).
It listed easily verifiable lies including that we have many police reports written on us, have had child wellness checks, just supposedly had the police at our house talking to us and writing another report last Thursday. We both have clean records and police have never been to our house.
The kicker is we have a mandated reporter at our house every weekend and another who hangs around occasionally (also I was a mandated reporter up until a recent job change for scheduling). They are always hyping us up as good parents. And our house is clean. I have a thing for cleaning… lol.
Tons of other horrific lies (including we have 100 guns laying around… which must be invisible or something idk) but I think those lies alone can easily win us a case.
CPS said the report was confusing to read (someone trying to word it in a way that would give them a loophole if legal action was taken, I assume).
Anyway, they said they’d try to get me the name (s) of whoever wrote it. Yet we went to speak to the DA and to DCF and we were told we can’t have the report or names, and yesterday morning I called one of the social workers who was here and she hasn’t responded.
Oh and the social workers told me this wouldn’t go on any sort of record since it was false yet DCF told my partner we’d have to get a judge to take it off record. It’s all so confusing and someone is lying to us (and about us).
We will be getting a lawyer and suing (our kid means more to us than anything and we’re doing our best to make sure she is never traumatized and some careless person just tried to do that for us? Cps came to take her and said, “we were confused as to why you still have custody of her if you’ve had all these alleged police reports written.” Also the report never listed any abuse and such a thing would be awful for the career I’m pursuing (which will be helping kids living in adversity, lol). So yea, suing).
Just waiting for CPS to call back. In the meantime, what does this mean for us? Can someone with experience tell me if this actually goes on a record? What do we need to be doing?

Have been playing since the start of the league and have witnessed many of the bugs, unintended interactions, and simply bad choices made with mechanics. Scarab changes are another story and I'll leave them out of this bit one for thing, involving the future of the league mechanic.
The idea behind the graveyard and corpses I think was solid, but caters way to much to such a small percent of players at the later stages. I personally don't like any mechanics that require 3rd party applications just to function, and that was the heart of this mechanic. Needing to use resources like Craft of Exile and whatever Graveyard layout we were able to find. I have no suggestions on how to fix this ingame other than adding a "random outcome" option where we can see maybe 5 potentials results before committing to sacrificing all the coffins.
Second, is storage and variety. Remove the creature types. No more beast, construct, ect, and let us stack coffins of the same type. They don't need names or anything, no ones really looking at that anyway. Are they? This would also help trade so much, as people maybe willing to store even a stack of 5.
Graveyard UI. Give us a top down view where we drag and drop into the spot we want. No more running around. This top down UI should also save a few custom layouts. No more spreadsheets.
Allflames are another interesting idea, and I think should they be added to the base game, will be the only way to get corpses. Allflame drop locations are from areas / mechanics associated with them. Breach only drops from breach, legion from legion, ect. Bosses drop their own. You can use ONE a map, and it always additional packs of that type. Could replace the scarab, could be used on the map itself like a deli orb, or a new slot. Rare one like Meatsack can only drop in maps that have an allflame used on it.
The lantern was kinda fun, but I think I'm apart of the minority who got the Divine drops from it. 3 actually, making over 200 divines total. Apart from the convert to x currency or chance to drop x I wasn't much of a fan, and it felt mandatory to grab things on the atlas no matter what I was doing. I'm indifferent if this stays, but for the health of the game and accessibility to new players I think it should be removed, OR turned into a special Allflame that allows us to add the modifiers.
Lastly, scarab interactions with league mechanic. Necropolis set of scarab! One monster in the map will drop a random allflame. Allflames gave a chance to duplicate. increase chance of coffin droprate. increased chance of of a higher tier coffin. Chance for all monsters to be converted to type of Allflame.
My ideas arnt perfect, but I wouldn't prefer to see the mechanic stay rather than never be seen again. Inventory management was by far the worst part. From holding corpses to burying them.

Cassiopeia currently possesses 630 base HP, 350 base mana, 18 armor, and 32 magic resist. She operates out to a maximum range of 700, after which her DPS falls off a cliff as only her Q can reach further.

Mana

At level 2, Cassiopeia has 393 mana before items and runes, going up to 700-750 with the full combination of starting tear, and getting manaflow stacks. Cassiopeia's Q takes 0.25s to cast, and 0.65 seconds from input to detonation, factoring for cast time. Every missed Q is 50 mana. Every missed E is 50 mana.
A level 2 Annie with a 65 HP rune and a Doran's Ring possesses 788 HP and 31 Magic resist (30.94). In practice, this is 1031 Effective Health (give or take).
Before AP, this is would require 14 spellcasts to kill assuming we have no AP, or 12-13 if we do have AP runes. This is 600-700 mana.
At level 2, if we do not have full mana, we literally cannot kill a full HP Annie by committing 100% of our mana to the kill without the aid of runes. Even then, we can only barely skirt over the threshold if we hit literally everything. Remember that this is a character who literally has to start Tear of the Goddess in most matchups because our mana economy is that bad, so we're at a stat disadvantage.
This is not to say Cassiopeia should win lane. It is to say that if we are at 75% mana, we should not have to cower in fear because we literally lack the damage to kill an Annie 1v1 before we are out of mana. God forbid they have Barrier or Heal, because we can't do a damn thing then. This is why we often build Rod of Ages even though it's not a very good item. Catalyst of Aeons actually gives us mana to burn in fights.
When compared to Swain, Swain starts with 118 more mana than Cassiopeia, better range, and lower mana costs. When compared to Annie, Cassiopeia possesses less mana, but lower mana costs roughly even with the lower mana pool.

Damage

Noxious Blast has a 90% AP Ratio over its full duration, in spite of literally never being used for its damage. Miasma has a 70% AP Ratio. Twin Fang also has a 70% AP Ratio. In practice, only Twin Fang is really seen as a damage ability. Cassio doesn't really need, nor should she be encouraged to try to use her DoTs as damage abilities, and we could easily reduce the AP ratio on both Miasma and Noxious Blast to curtail Cassiopeia's poke potential and push her more into the close quarters battlemage that the rest of her game flow says she is.

Durability

Cassiopeia is a 700 range mage. Caitlyn is a 650 range marksman, and RFC increases that past Cass range. In practice, ADC's tend to have better burst mobility than Cass' mobility strategy of "Hit a raw 0.65s trigger time Q from 850 range or less to get movespeed.". However, in spite of this, Cassiopeia currently possesses the worst armor in the game, tied with a few other character, coupled with HP slightly higher than an artillery mage and lower HP growths. At max level, Cassiopeia's HP is equivalent to Xerath, and her Armor is lower than Xerath. In exchange, she possesses higher level 1 HP and 2 more Magic Resist at all levels when compared to an Artillery mage who's signature role is being able to hit things from so far away he is not visible. Xerath has a range of on average over 50% more than Cassiopeia before considering ultimates.
Hell, Xerath has higher HP regeneration than Cassiopeia, meaning he literally possesses more staying power.
Cassiopeia possesses durability only slightly higher than Annie, a Burst Mage. Annie possesses higher Armor, higher HP Regen, and 70 less HP with equivalent HP scaling. However, Annie starts Doran's Ring, and Cassiopeia starts Tear. As a result, Annie has 20 more HP than Cassiopeia, 1 more Armor and 2 less Magic Resist.
Annie is a Burst Mage. Cassiopeia is a sustained damage mage.
Comparing again to Swain, another sustained damage mage, Swain possesses less HP (but also starts Doran's Ring and has a passive that increases his HP). 8 more armor and 2.5 more Health Regen. This is in addition to outranging cassiopeia (725 effect radius Death's Hand vs 700 Range Twin Fang, Nevermove ties with Noxious Blast).
Cassiopeia possesses a sustained lifedrain effect on Twin Fang, scaling with AP. However, due to having no base value and a 75% effectiveness reduction vs minions, this does not impact the laning phase and does not typically matter in teamfights due to her low baseline durability.

Conclusion

Cassiopeia possesses durability and mana economy akin to a Burst mage, but the playstyle of a Sustained Damage mage. She is on average less durable than Artillery Mages who focus on sustained damage, while possessing range barely beyond that of an auto-attack character and shorter than many dashes. This results in not having enough mana to pressure opponents in lane, while often being outranged or outtraded by other mages. In exchange, she has particularly high damage ratios that are backloaded by her need to hit a poison effect in order to deal meaningful damage.
According to Lolalytics, Cassiopeia is particularly strong at the moment, but inspection of her build is telling. Cassiopeia takes Resolve as a secondary rune with Bone Plating and Overgrowth, starts Tear, rushes Rod of Ages into Seraphs into Blackfire, before going for Rylai's. And she takes Barrier. As the game will typically be over after this point, that means that Cassiopeia is taking a durability Summoner, Durability Runes, and building 3 different Durability items, as well as 3 different Mana items.
Because Cassiopeia is exclusively taking Durability and Mana items, and yet is rated highly, this suggests that her current kit is very lopsided towards requiring Durability and Mana to the point of locking her out of other items. As such, I believe that increasing her durability and mana while reducing her AP ratios at a few points would lead to a more balanced item distribution as opposed to seeing full durability items.
This is neither a call for a buff, nor a nerf. Simply an adjustment to balance out her kit.

Just need to get a quick rant off my chest because my wife doesn't play and doesn't understand the frustration lol.
I've been playing consistently for 2 years now. I played a round with a work buddy and immediately got the bug. this led me to playing at least once a week with my dad and becoming infatuated with the sport.
At first, I couldn't hit my driver worth shit, had a big banana slice and I resorted to iron/wood off the tee until I finally told myself I was never going to get better with my driver only hitting it at the range, and I needed to learn how to play it in a round if I ever wanted to get better.
My irons and wedges were the strongest part of my game for a long time and I could always rely on them to get out of trouble, most of my bad scores just came from hitting my tee shot OB with my driver or just being behind trees, or having to hit a long iron/wood on a not so long par 4.
Over the past 2 months, I've finally figured out my driver and have been crushing it. Pretty much hitting it 260-280 exactly where I want it 80% of the time. I game a 2004 Cleveland Launcher 460 my dad gifted to me, and told myself I wasn't allowed to buy a new driver until I fixed my slice with that.
My issue is now I can't hit my irons, I shank everything. I don't know if I'm too in my head but it's maddening. I was just in a men's club tournament where I shot a 105 and hit almost every fairway off the tee and would have been set up for success. I was scoring 8's and 9's on par 4's that I had 100-120 yards in on. I felt like I wasn't even playing golf at this point lmao. The worst part is that I was hitting everything perfectly fine at the range warming up.
That's my rant, it's over but man I have no idea what I'm doing now lol. I'll be back at it again this Saturday and we will see what the golf gods have for me then lol.

I'm currently 35w+5. After much consideration, my husband and I decided we wanted space and time to ourselves that first day - the day I give birth - to sleep, rest, recuperate, and just take in the moment and our new baby. Basically, we'd wait to have our parents and siblings come to the hospital until the next day after we're settled.
Well... I went to see my mom to set that expectation with her, thinking at the absolute worst she'd be a little upset but ultimately respect my decision. LMAO BOY WAS I WRONG. She absolutely laid into me. She called me selfish in about every way possible. She said I wasn't respecting her as a grandmother for not allowing her to see the baby in the first moments after he's born and I'm taking away that experience. She said I only want my family around when I need something from them which is the only reason I wanted a baby shower (which I actually fought against having but she ultimately didn't give me a choice in the matter). She said the only way I could not want her there is if I hated her. When I told her I really just wanted that bit of time to bond with my new little family, oh boy that set her off. She said I'm cutting them out, good to know they're not a part of my family anymore, I've never been opened to my family (because I had a destination wedding and my oldedistant relatives couldn't come), and more. Basically just said every single mean unhinged thing that came to her mind. I just told her she needed to calm down and maybe when she wasn't so emotional she could try to see it from my perspective and I left. I was genuinely lost for words and unprepared to handle that type of reaction.
After this lovely interaction I texted my husband and told him what happened. I got worried about how his mom could react if that's how my mom did and he suggested we maybe shift our position on the matter, but I don't really want to budge due to the way she spoke to me. Why would I reward that type of behavior by giving her what she wants after she said the things she did? I didn't have bad intentions when setting this boundary, I just wanted a few hours with my husband and baby. I'm genuinely shocked and I'm not sure how to proceed. Now I'm terrified of being ganged up on by my dad as well. I don't think my MIL will be this insane, but I worry about hurting her feelings. But again, I'm much less inclined to bend here after my own mother was so intentionally hurtful and mean to me. I'm at a loss.
Advice is welcome, especially if you had a similar reaction/experience.

The top end players are just absolutely none existent, they just can't be pulled.
I have done 200+ 89 exchange packs, 200+ 88 exchange packs, 1000+ Player Picks, 100+ Premium League Upgrades, the 150 crafting objective...
So whilst it can be fun, all that happens is you rinse you're club and eventually just end up with the same players back in you're club that you started with.
Add that to the red picks in champs and them being stuck on the worst 5 or 6 players.

Let me just start by asking everyone to be gentle, I don't like to post about my life because I already know it's a mixed bag. This is a bit long and there's no way to sum it up with a TLDR so don't read if you're not prepared for a couple paragraphs.
I've 27F been with my partner 24M for 2 years now, and I admit our relationship has always been a bit chaotic. I love him, so very much. But he's left me and come back a handful of times, said some really hateful things, gone days without speaking to me without saying why. Refuses to communicate, ever, unless its rude comments or hurtful words. I don't want to necessarily get into it all because that's not 100% what this post is about. Long story short, I put up with a lot, but believe me when I say that he has a million great qualities as well and when his mental health isn't acting up, he's a joy and a blessing. So I try and be patient and understanding.
Our phones have never been an issue, he uses mine to look stuff up and his has always been at my disposal if I ever wanted to use it, which generally I don't. But I grabbed it yesterday to look someone up on Facebook, and when I hit the search bar, naturally his recent searches pop up. Several, not one or two, but several girls are in his recent searches. I click on one, thinking maybe it's someone we know. No mutual friends, nothing. Just a pretty woman. Same to the next. I stop and turn to him and ask very calmly what he was doing looking at these girls' profiles.
IMMEDIATELY he blows up. Very agitated and short with me. First he doesn't know what I'm talking about, then he says he just clicked on them from the "People You May Know," then he said they were girls he knew in high-school. Trying my best to ignore his borderline hostile attitude, I ask why he would be looking up girls he vaguely knew over 5 years ago that he wasn't friends with and instead of an answer, he asks why I'm even on his Facebook and he wasn't doing anything wrong and that I'm being an idiot.
Now, like I said, I put up with a lot with this man and his seemingly very bipolar and/or manic depressive moods, but lately it has been every single day. We have a 6 month old and I have a 7 year old from a previous relationship and he gets regularly agitated with both of them and more often than not I solo parent, even if he's there. I let him sleep all day sometimes. When I gave birth to our son, I had surgery in the hospital and simultaneously had a kidney infection and the flu and he still didn't help at all, would sleep for 12 hours a day, and get frustrated the moment I handed him the baby and the baby would cry. He's frequently short with my oldest son, very snappy overall.
I try my best not to say anything about him not helping with the kids very much or about sleeping all day or even his regular and frequent personality changes, though I admit when he's rude to either one of my kids I am snappy with him and tell him he can't behave that way to them or he needs to go away. Which generally he will choose to go away. And he will never communicate about any of this, I could talk until I was blue in the face and he still wouldn't respond, which is where the silent treatments come in.
Despite all of this I stay, because like I said, he can be a very wonderful, fun, loving and caring person and dad. But lately that side of him has been less and less frequent. He's distant unless he's excited about something that happened at his new job, or the book he's writing, or something that makes him happy. Otherwise, he's angry, snappy, or silent. And now the stupid facebook stalking women has come into play. And yes I do know it's not necessarily cheating, but it's very borderline, as if he's thinking about it. I don't know.
This post has turned into a ramble but I'm struggling to come to terms with ending the relationship and the life we've tried so hard to build. We're married now, we bought a house last summer, obviously we have a baby. The good parts are so amazingly good, which is why the bad parts always blindside me and leave me grasping at straws.

We know that Piper had decided to name her child Prudence Melinda when she thought she was having a girl, which got me thinking about how naming her baby after her recently deceased sister is really sweet, but also kind of morbid and potentially psychologically damaging to both the sisters and the child itself.
One of the reasons why they weren't allowed to summon Prue's spirit was because doing so would keep her alive for them. By naming her daughter after Prue, Piper was trying to keep a part of her alive in this world. She would be responsible for protecting her and keeping her safe, something she couldn't do for her sister at the end. Everything she does for her daughter will be tied in with memories of the sister that isn't here and should be.
Paige, who openly admitted to feeling like she was living in Prue's shadow. Who constantly felt as if she couldn't live up to Prue's legacy, now has to spend the rest of her life being reminded that shadow exists any time she hears her niece's name.
And poor Prue, who is just a baby born into this magical family and now carries the name of her mom's dead sister. Who will hear stories of her Aunt's bravery and greatness and feel pressured to live up to the name she was given.
Thinking about it now, I'm glad Piper had a boy first. It was much better over all for them.

I started collecting Brets in the midst of the pandemic, when The Old World being launched was a mere twinkle of hope in the wistful eye of that old fellah at the back of the bar…
Lo and behold it’s come to fruition!
During Covid I also started collecting a lot of old white dwarf magazines which in part inspired my interest in brets… in particular I was whole heartedly converted by the article on Stillmania as an approach to army building!
The below is my attempt at a 2,000 point list - one that I am hoping to lock in soon and not look to change it too much once it is, in keeping with the Stillmania theme.
I’d appreciate any one giving their 2 cents on how they think it will play, tips and tricks I could pull off, if there’s any glaringly obvious mistakes, or any minor optimisations you might recommend (builds, items, banners, choice of lore’s, models per unit etc etc)
The force itself is inspired by Lord Dunsany’s story Carcassonne - and I’ve tried somewhat to reflect that in how I have modelled the army and named the various champions etc. I’ve also tried to make the force fairly “historical friendly” if that’s the right term thus the lack of Griffons, Pegasus, Unicorns etc etc.
I mostly play against Ogres, Lizardmen, Skaven, maybe rarely against Chaos and Vampires - and it’s not that I am looking for tools to abuse, and I realise I’ve handicapped myself in limiting the types of units and by adopting a Stillmania approach to games - but I would like to be minority competitive / able to hold my own for at least interesting games against the above forces!

In this article, they mention "he could have changed her job, her gender, her hometown (Scottish), etc" and I'm like...Then it would have been a completely different story??
She's not the only Scottish woman lawyer in England...
Why is it his responsibility to say he was stalked by a "man" to protect the identity of his stalker? That makes absolutely no sense.
He expressed his life experience as it happened, he exaggerated where necessary to create a story. He never said her name or gave details about her life, other than those that she, herself would have had to confirm.
Her confirming, "yes I called him baby reindeer because he reminded me of a toy I had as a young girl" was more or less her confirmation of it being HER in the show.
