I don't know if I count as a "career shifter" since I technically haven't started a career yet. I'm a graduating econ student na malapit na mag ojt. Interested sana ako sa Data field and I've already done my research sa roadmap for the roles I'm interested in. I'm planning to study coding for the next 7mos before my ojt sem para may malagay naman akong skills na match sa future roles na gusto ko. I also have some project ideas that I'm passionate about. Curious lang sana ako kung anong specific internships and certifications should I be eyeing na maganda ilagay sa cv? As an econ student may strong background na ako sa algebra, statistics, basic SQL, and Excel.
Last question: how to not be discouraged in my tech journey dahil sa AI? yung feeling na in 2-3 yrs time obsolete na ang skills na inaaral mo kasi may AI na for everything :(

Le plan conventionnel de redressement qui a été mis en place depuis plusieurs mois stipule qu'il n'est pas possible pour les créanciers de prélever ses dettes pendant une durée de deux ans.
Parmi les créanciers se trouve une enseigne de salles de sports pour laquelle Antoine n'a pas pu régler des factures.
La Banque de France précise aussi qu'Antoine ne doit pas aggraver ma situation avec plus d'endettement.
Cependant, j'ai envoyé une lettre recommandée au club pour résilier son abonnement et le club me réponds qu'il faut d'abord régler les factures impayées avant de pouvoir résilier. (Je précise au cas où qu'Antoine n'a jamais participé à une seule séance).
Les factures s'accumulent donc tous les mois.
D'autant plus que le contrat de l'abonnement précise ceci :
"En cas de non-paiement de deux mensualités consécutives, de non-régularisation d'impayé ou des frais afférents dans un délai de 15 jours, la carte d'accès au club sera désactivée et l'abonnement souscrit sera résilié de plein droit par le club"
Cela fait plus d'un an qu'Antoine ne peut pas payer les factures et l'abonnement n'a jamais été résilié.
Le siège de la société est forcément au courant du plan de surendettement car la Banque a dû les contacter au sujet des dettes.
J'ai l'impression que le club ne comprends pas bien la situation.
Cela me parait très abusif de le forcer à payer ses dettes avant de pouvoir annuler son abonnement, sachant que cela alourdit sa situation puisqu'ils continuent de le facturer chaque mois.
Que faire?

I need help, need advice. I have a full time job and a part-time job pero yung part-time ko is napagkasunduan namin na hindi ako isasama sa payroll nila para wala akong tax and hindi magka-conflict sa mga benefits ko like SSS, Philhealth, etc.
Contract based lang ako, and mae-expire na contract ko. Wala rin ako plan mag renew. Pero solid yung experience ko rito, more on IT kasi siya and maganda siya pang resume.
Now ang problem ko is, kung considered ba siya na naging job ko siya since wala naman akong maipapasa na ITR? Although, may makukuha naman akong Certificate of Employment (COE). Mabait yung sa part-time ko, so kung may need akong irequest na papers pwede kong pakiusapan. Please help, kung may mga ganon paaa. Ang worry ko kasi is yung next job ko, baka magkaproblem.

Wala man lang post or kahit small gift man lang from my partner nung nag-celebrate kami ng anniversary. Habang ako effort na effort mag-plan ng anniversary getaway namin, binilhan ko siya ng token for our anniversary para maalala niya how much I love her, tapos siya wala siyang effort. Binati lang niya ako and that’s it. Kahit onting post lang sa socmed ng celebration namin, kahit nung birthday ko rin wala. Sinabi ko rin na sana magpost man lang siya for our anniversary para naman makita ko mukha ko sa IG niya pero tumawa lang siya and teased me na ganon daw pala ako. Tapos makikita ko pa sa phone niya na hindi pa niya dinedelete photos nila ng mga people na naka-date niya before and when I told her I’m a little jealous about what I saw tinawanan lang ako. 3 araw na akong nalulungkot pero mukhang inis pa siya that I’m acting this way. I love her but sometimes I feel so alone in my relationship. Wala ako mapagsabihan kaya dito nalang.

P10C - first pistol purchase to get my CCW license - staying stock (goes bang when and where needed) - sits in a Bradec IWB for EDC - sleeps in a Vaultek Lifepod at home or away when not carried SP-01 - 2016 model, bought used for a sweet deal before I even picked up the P10C - main use is range fun, and serves double duty for HD beside the P10C - wears a Holosun PID (other than getting dirty, this is nice to have on at the range for extra stability) - didn’t love the original ring trigger; now wears a black Armory Craft “flat” trigger, which has a nicer feel both because of the shape and texture - having bought used, it was nicely broken in already. I did want to lighten the DA/SA pull weight, so I added a CGW ultra lite kit last week, along with their stronger firing pin retaining pin(replacing the original pictured), trigger return spring and floating trigger pin. I’ll run like this for a while and see if I get the urge to go further with the rest of the CGW pro kit. - the barrel was losing its color, so I polished/brushed the chamber end just enormous gah to remove the remaining black coating. I didn’t want a bright polish on this one - came with Trudot night sights but I wanted a narrower and brighter front sight, so I swapped in a Dawson (red) fiber front to contrast the green rear (which I may black out) P-01 (75 D Compact roll mark) and Kadet kit - bought these two together, used - main P-01 use is, um, a bit of everything; it’ll see backup/alternate carry, HD and range use (both in 9mm config and as a Kadet host for additional cheap range reps) - also had the old style ring trigger, didn’t like it in here either so I swapped in a silver Armory Craft “flat” trigger - swapped in the CGW trigger return spring and floating trigger pin with the AC trigger change - no plans to change springs or other internals since this will see a variety of uses - chamber and muzzle ends of barrel polished a bit more than the SP-01 General notes about the work done: - I’m a handy DIY guy, so modifications weren’t really difficult. - the white disc is my quick DIY solution for pounding out pins, cut from a slab of HDPE cutting board - CGW tool kit covered almost everything I needed, supplemented with a small plastic and brass hammer, and a few other punches I had on hand - used some of the HDPE to soften the jaws of my bench vise when working on the slide pins - the original trigger pins took a bigger hammer to get moving, but along with the CGW starter punch they weren’t terrible. I don’t feel like myself anymore.
This second sem as a freshie, compared to the first, mas lighter workload ko ngayon. Currently nagreretake ako ng math course. One of the other major subjects I am taking are My bio lab & lec which, well, kala ko, mapapanis ko. Ever since talaga my elementary days to HS days, biology was something I considered as my forte, lalo na dream ko magpursue ng med one day.
So with the start ng second sem, I was excited, with bio being there (& my plans to shift to this course), and mej nalax aq konti with math, knowing na, Ive been through this before, I could not possibly fail this again.
Fast forward to present day me, I am on the verge of failing bio & math (again:(). At first it was ONLY 1 failed exam for both, then next thing ik, wala pa akong napapasa na exam, kahit isa. AND I am just so frustrated, sad, dissapointed, angry, & tired.
What am I doing wrong? Nag-aaral naman ako super hard, I am pushing myself to heights I never thought I could even reach, I Fucked up my sleep schedule para lang sa studies ko. Yet, despite ALL this, I am ending up as a failure……
What. In. The. Actual. Fuck Universe.
With all these dissapointing results, there are days wherein, di ako makatayo, nakahiga lang or nakatulala aq from my bed. Nawawalan ako ng ganang kumain. Fuck, I am not even aiming for 1s or 2s, amp kahit tres lang, kahit pang removals, im ok, I just want to pass. I want to be able to feel na my hardwork was worth it. The sleepless nights and my deteriorating health, I wanna feel like kahit papaano, nakapagyield ako ng passing marks in the end.
As for my family, honestly, they are not even that strict, kahit 3, masayang masaya sila. But failing & retaking the subject wholly Is not an option again. After failing math & telling them that I need to retake it, grabe dissapointment sa mga mata nila. They told me stuff bout how yeah, obviously ako very dissapointed cause I was the one working my ass off this only to end up retaking the subject, but mas sila daw ang nadidisappoint(?) like iba daw as a parent yung dissapointment, lalo na carrying the fact na ur child failed overall a subject in school. Hindi daw normal yung pag fail ng isang subject sa college. Siguro I understand (or try to) where they are coming from, but idk, parang a bit unfair lang for me yung thought na, mas sila daw ang nadidisappoint?? Mas sila daw ang may burden na ito?? Like as much as I wanted to scream or tell them na “No, you have no right to tell me na mas mabigat toh for you, na the burden Is lighter on my end, NO!”, I cant. At the end of the day, they are my parents. Anyways yun, idk if maaaccept pa ba nila kung niretake ko tong math for the 2nd time, as they said, and I quote, “this Is the first & last time you are going to let this happen. hindi ito normal.”
So ayun, with all that, I am even questioning myself if I am really deserving of UP. If I am good enough to be a doctor one day, if I am even strong enough to endure it.
Everyday nalang, I feel this darkness looming. Subtle siya sa mornings, but very strong niya sa gabi. I tried to fight it before, the monster of my anxieties & doubt, but lately, I just let it. I let it consume me, I let it beat me up to shit. I am starting to get tired of fighting. Nakakapagod ipaglaban ang isang bagay na, sa huli, ididisappoint ka lang.
Idk what to do anymore tbh.

So with the start ng second sem, I was excited, with bio being there (& my plans to shift to this course), and mej nalax aq konti with math, knowing na, Ive been through this before, I could not possibly fail this again.
Fast forward to present day me, I am on the verge of failing bio & math (again:(). At first it was ONLY 1 failed exam for both, then next thing ik, wala pa akong napapasa na exam, kahit isa. AND I am just so frustrated, sad, dissapointed, angry, & tired.
What am I doing wrong? Nag-aaral naman ako super hard, I am pushing myself to heights I never thought I could even reach, I Fucked up my sleep schedule para lang sa studies ko. Yet, despite ALL this, I am ending up as a failure……
What. In. The. Actual. Fuck Universe.
With all these dissapointing results, there are days wherein, di ako makatayo, nakahiga lang or nakatulala aq from my bed. Nawawalan ako ng ganang kumain. Fuck, I am not even aiming for 1s or 2s, amp kahit tres lang, kahit pang removals, im ok, I just want to pass. I want to be able to feel na my hardwork was worth it. The sleepless nights and my deteriorating health, I wanna feel like kahit papaano, nakapagyield ako ng passing marks in the end.
As for my family, honestly, they are not even that strict, kahit 3, masayang masaya sila. But failing & retaking the subject wholly Is not an option again. After failing math & telling them that I need to retake it, grabe dissapointment sa mga mata nila. They told me stuff bout how yeah, obviously ako very dissapointed cause I was the one working my ass off this only to end up retaking the subject, but mas sila daw ang nadidisappoint(?) like iba daw as a parent yung dissapointment, lalo na carrying the fact na ur child failed overall a subject in school. Hindi daw normal yung pag fail ng isang subject sa college. Siguro I understand (or try to) where they are coming from, but idk, parang a bit unfair lang for me yung thought na, mas sila daw ang nadidisappoint?? Mas sila daw ang may burden na ito?? Like as much as I wanted to scream or tell them na “No, you have no right to tell me na mas mabigat toh for you, na the burden Is lighter on my end, NO!”, I cant. At the end of the day, they are my parents. Anyways yun, idk if maaaccept pa ba nila kung niretake ko tong math for the 2nd time, as they said, and I quote, “this Is the first & last time you are going to let this happen. hindi ito normal.”
So ayun, with all that, I am even questioning myself if I am really deserving of UP. If I am good enough to be a doctor one day, if I am even strong enough to endure it.
Everyday nalang, I feel this darkness looming. Subtle siya sa mornings, but very strong niya sa gabi. I tried to fight it before, the monster of my anxieties & doubt, but lately, I just let it. I let it consume me, I let it beat me up to shit. I am starting to get tired of fighting. Nakakapagod ipaglaban ang isang bagay na, sa huli, ididisappoint ka lang.
Idk what to do anymore tbh.

Konting backstory, pauwi na ko from a day out with my friends. I boarded a bus sa tapat ng gate 1 sa UST. Not even a few tens of meters away a guy was pushing against me. Naweirdohan ako kasi ang laki naman ng espasyo sa kabilang side. Kaya dun pa lang nakaramdam na kong may mali. Pagkapa ko nga dun sa bulsa ko wala na phone ko. Buti may witness na umaksyon agad while I was stunned from shock na merong mandurukot. Di pa nakakalabas and nagpakapa pa whole body. Nung wala naman ako nakapa i had a hunch na may kasama siya sa bus. Pinababa na kami ng driver near a police station but i was hesitant na din kasi baka madali pa ko nung gumitgit sakin. Bumaba na din ako eitherway nung nakita kong medyo malayo sakin yung nanggitgit. The witness stayed sa bus kasi he caught up with the tactics din and checked if positive yung phone ko sa person na yun. Lo and behold, nasa kasamahan nga. Witness dragged the guy back to the police station. Nagshare na kami ng details and nadetain si guy. (TL;DR failed dukot by a group of three people, nahuli yung isa.)
I'm planning on pressing charges for causing inconvenience sakin and sa witness but I don't know paano ang proseso. If I can get some pointers, that would be nice.

Salutare! Se da următoarea problemă. Skoda Octavia 2 1.9 TDI(BXE) nu pornește, deși bateria e noua si învârte. Prima data mi-a făcut așa acum 1 luna, 1 luna și puțin, mi s a spus ca s-a dezamorsat pentru ca a prins aer și ar trebui schimbate oringurile și pana le schimb, sa o parchez cu fata pe un plan înclinat. Zis și făcut, timp de 1 luna pana le am schimbat și am parcat o așa, n am avut treaba. Azi, la o săptămână după ce am schimbat oringurile la injectoare, m am trezit ca nu pornește deși învârte, în condițiile în care în ultima săptămână am mers mult cu ea, inclusiv aseară pana pe la 9-10 seara. Ce pot face? Mersi!
