I’ve never had the chance to go to a big gaming expo so I’m getting massive envy now!

Hi all, much to my chagrin I'm in England
I'm a sole trader, had a call about a month back from Unitel direct who identified themselves as 118 online. Promised the world in terms of getting my business on the first page of google with a written guarantee, I asked them to email me but business was going well so I never called back.
Cut to wednesday this week, they call again, very convincing salesman, once again I said I'd like to take a day to have a look at some reviews etc online but he talked me round. He sped through the verbal contract like nobodies business and I foolishly ignored the pause it gave me. I have since read countless reviews saying they are a scam company, various accounts of people taking them to court and losing, no option to cancel the contract etc.
The webstie they've built for me is mediocre at best and considering so many others have had bad experiences I'd like to cancel. By all accounts once the verbal contract is done it's nigh on impossible to cancel however I'm hoping they've made a couple of mistakes in my favour.
I've had a load of emails from them but some seem they were meant for another business, an invoice with all the other customers details, a couple which start addressed to this other person but have my business name at the end. Then I have 2 different emails with a link to review and sign a contract, 1 for my business but my surname is spelled wrong and 1 for the other business but the name at the top is their full name with my misspelled name added on.
Can I be held to a contract which doesn't have my actual name on it and what are my chances of leveraging what I assume are GDPR breaches to fully cancel

As the title says, my game freezes a few hours (game time) after Season Unending. Whether I continue playing or just wait 12 hours, it crashes somewhere in there. Of course, because it's a freeze and not a crash, Crash Logger gives me nothing.
In the past, Royal Armory has been fingered as the culprit (and since patched), but I'm not running Royal Armory, so I figure it must be something similar, involving one of the NPCs attending the meeting at High Hrothgar. Below is my load order. Any ideas?

life is tuff, we all know it. i dont think pain should be a competition. one mans notion of pain could be vastly different from anothers, but all in all i see them as equally valid struggles. all we know is all we see.
ive been lucky my whole life, i grew up rich until my dad left my mom and due to a prenup got to keep all of his money leaving mom and us (she was a homemaker until that point) stranded in a way. we did what we could. it was around the time i left home that i thought shit was gonna get a bit easier, but boom traumatic event happens, mom and sister die in a fuckin car crash out of the blue. worst day of my life. youd think my dad would talk to me considering he is all i have left but nope, guess his new family is just too real. more real than me.
i find myself getting jaded more and more.
i have been digging into online methods of garnering income, and figured why not ask here. i have seen some apps on iphoone where you can do surveys and get pennies on the dollar and was hoping maybe there are some better more quick platforms.
im at a breaking point really not wanting to go homeless as my mental health desperately needs routine and stability right now yet it seems so far away....

I fucking hate this song. My ears feel grossly violated every time I hear that disgustingly dreadful chorus. I usually like to listen to Body Heat because that station has a few of the Edgerunners songs on there, but every time I listen to it hoping that the next song is gonna be “I Really Want to Stay at Your House” or “Who’s Ready for Tomorrow” it’s always just Pon Pon Shit at least every other song. It’s everywhere. Every fucking radio in Night City plays Pon Pon Shit. Every time I get in my car it’s always playing Pon Pon Shit. Everywhere I go this abysmal song is being played from somewhere in the rotten hellscape that is Night City. It’s gotten so inescapable that this awful and sonically rotten and lyrically bankrupt song is stuck in my head for days after one session of playing the game. I want this song wiped from the face of the earth and from my memory. I hope I die in my sleep tonight so I never have to listen to it ever again.

About me:
I am a 20 year old 5’ 6” asian guy who is kind of slim but working to put on some more muscle. I guess my family would say I am handsome, but they’re required to say that so maybe you should check the picture in my profile to find out for yourself. I would say I’m a kind, caring person who just likes to enjoy the simple things in life and spending time with people who I care about. My main love language is words of affirmation and quality time probably since I didn’t get too much growing up.
Some interests/hobbies of mine are gaming, going for walks, exercising/playing sports, and watching tv shows or anime. Some of the games I like are league of legends, teamfight tactics, valorant, Minecraft, overwatch, super smash bros, animal crossing, and Pokémon.
Personality wise I would say I’m quite shy and introverted, but warm up over time. I’m more of a homebody but I still like to go out sometimes, just not to parties or that sort of thing. I am also not the best at conversations. I feel like I try so hard to keep the conversation moving, but it doesn’t always happen, so if we chat I will request your patience. I have been in one relationship, but it was all online and when I was younger. I have not been physical with anyone and haven’t even had a first kiss yet.
