Reddit's arrogance in all but ignoring the mods needs has resulted in only harming our users. This sub went dark due to the terrible handling of Reddit's API pricing changes and policy decisions. /Save3rdPartyApps/. 2024.05.14 07:00 Connect-Maize2601 Question about Polo G lyric and Demi lovato

On Fame and Riches the line “Posted on the strip selling Demi Lovato” is said. Ik what the line means. I was just wondering why he used it as it seems weird to talk about her in a song. Was there ever any response from her or statement from Demi? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

2024.05.14 01:56 Lanky-Lie-696 Can you suggest some “You’re gonna want me back” music

I’m looking for songs like
“Sorry Not Sorry” by Demi Lovato
“You Broke My Heart” by Drake
“Feather” by Sabrina Carpenter
“Hate 2 See It” by Danileigh
“U Don’t Have to Call” by Usher
Clearly these aren’t the same genre but they’re the same vibe: “You might’ve had me down bad but ima have you down worse”
Sometimes music can be so triggering that you need a good move on playlist 🤣

2024.05.12 13:57 Truecrimegeek333 Gyps victim complex.

I wanna start off by saying, the more each day passes the more I cannot stand this girl. “That’s hot” “that’s so fetch” excuse me? 🤮 She’s even got Demi Lovato commenting on her bullshit posts now. Watching her behavior, the way she treats people, and her lies how can anyone still support this girl? She’s making actual victims on TikTok and other social media platforms feel like shit, because she has her stans coming for them when they say something about her exaggerating the abuse (or even faking it if you’ve gone down the rabbit hole enough to see that it was Dee afraid of Gyp.) (It happened to me too, someone came at me with the ‘have you ever been abused’) And now, every single time Fancy goes live, she either does something outrageous or gets her banned, or both. Specifically every time fancy starts talking about the chromosome disorder 🤔 odd right? I think little miss Gyp shit is afraid of people finding out about that. Why? Because it throws her whole case out the damn door and proves she played us all for fools AGAIN. So I think we need to help the truth and be more loud about the disorder. She can’t get all of us 😇 one day all of this is going to come crashing down and we’ll see her fake tears that only come when she’s in trouble or undeniably caught, and we’ll all laugh. Shoot maybe she’ll do us a favor and get in trouble again by then. Sorry to ramble on and on like this, but with each attack her fans do on anyone that doesn’t agree with her, every celebrity comment of support, each ban for someone telling the truth, her confidence and ignorance skyrockets and she thinks she’s unbeatable. It’s disgusting.

2024.05.12 09:55 tomato-not-tomayto Genre:pop Year:2010's I remember the music video in great detail, i cant remember the artist or song!

i used to be obsessed with watching music videos as a kid, i didn't care about the music itself, i just liked watching music videos on VEVO. I particularly loved music videos with a storyline.
I have such a vivid memory of being obsessed with this one video, i would have watched it around 2017ish? so it would have been released before that. It was a female singer, relatively young, and the music video went like this:
set in a lab, everything is black and white except for a little girl who is playing at a table. watching through a window, there are old men in lab coats observing her, and amongst them, there is the singer who is also in black and white. the singer is dressed like a scientist/researcher too. then it cuts to a scene where the little girl is a cell/room, and the female scientist/singer comes in, and wipes her face to reveal she is also colourful, just like the little girl. the pair run away, getting chased by the scientists, and they drive away in a red car. there is a scene where they come out of a tunnel and they arrive in a land that is colourful, and there is a crowd of people that are waiting for them.
i tried finding it, i initially looked through Demi lovato and Katy perry, but i cant see any of their music videos that are like this!
Can someone let me know if they recognise this?? thanks!

Gypsy-Rose Blanchard Poses in 'Blondes Have More Fun' Cropped Tank Top as She Shares Motivational Messages
( copied directly from article )
Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is sharing some positivity.
Blanchard, 32, revealed her bright outlook on life on TikTok following her release from prison four months ago and separation from her husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, in March — and she's encouraging her fans to look at life in the same way.
In the May 10 video clip, which was set to Demi Lovato’s song “Sorry Not Sorry,” she shared a selfie of herself posing in a white cropped vest that read, “Blondes have more fun,” with a heart replacing the letter "o" on the top. She teamed the cute top with pink and black checkered pajama bottoms.
“Did anyone get to their destination by driving with eyes only in the rearview mirror? I am NOT,” the text over the video, which has so far been viewed over 1.5 million times, continued.
“That’s why I’m going places 😉," the final line over her clip read.
Blanchard then encouraged her 9.7 million followers to “have a good day,” and to “stay positive” in the comments.
Meanwhile, Lovato herself made an appearance in the comment section under the TikTok video, writing, "Yes girl!!!! Sending love 🖤🖤🖤," to which Blanchard responded, "Omg girl I love you! 💗 You are literally one of my favs. Sending love your way."
The Munchausen by proxy victim has been active on social media since being released from prison in December 2023 after serving eight years for conspiring to murder her mother, 48-year-old Dee Dee Blanchard, with her then-boyfriend, Nicholas “Nick” Godejohn.
Following her release, she has documented her numerous life changes, revealing in March that she had dyed her hair blonde. A month later, she shared that she had undergone cosmetic surgery to change the shape and appearance of her nose.
After separating from Anderson in March, it was reported in late April that the 32-year-old was back together with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker.
However, Blanchard admitted during the An Evening with Lifetime: Conversations On Controversies FYC event panel on May 1 that she ended up taking "a step back" from the internet because the comments were beginning to take a toll on her mental health.
"I'm very much an introvert. And so coming out and this media storm hit me, and I was... At first, I really, really was touched by the positivity that people were showing me," Blanchard said at the panel. "And then as social media began and how it always does, it turned negative. It started to have a negative effect on my mental health."
Since then, she said she’s been easing back into it slowly. "I just recently got back into it with having learned don't read comments," she said. "So I mean, I'm just trying to live my life in the best way that I can."
"And like I said, that's going to include missteps, but I learned from them," she added.
( THIS IS AGAIN NOT MY WORDS, NOT OPS WORDS !! )
