2024.05.29 05:50 merrderber Stay Safe, Girlies! 🌟 Your Ultimate Guide to Online Security
Hello everyone! 🌟
I was watching the Pokimane episode, and she said something that really hit home about the need for online security information, especially for women. She mentioned how scary it is to deal with stalkers, tracking devices like AirTags, and the lack of adequate stalking regulations. This really hit home that we need to be vigilant.
As a normal girlie, I've had people try to hack my accounts and make fake profiles using my photos. It's a bit much. The law hasn't quite caught up yet, so we need to stay vigilant! Here are some tips to keep us all safe online:
This will be a long guide but it's so important to stay informed.
🌐 General Online Safety Tips
Use Strong Passwords: - Create unique passwords for each account: Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using easily guessable info: Steer clear of using birthdays, pet names, or other obvious choices.
- Consider using a password manager: I use 1Password, and it’s a lifesaver! A password manager securely stores and generates strong passwords for you. It was a bit of a hassle to set up, but it’s so worth it now because it helps me store everything. Plus, I can share my Netflix password and other accounts with my family easily. 🌸
- Need help setting it up? They also have great user guides here and support here if you get stuck.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): - Extra layer of security: 2FA requires a second form of verification, like a text message or app notification, in addition to your password. It’s like having a double lock on your door, making it much harder for anyone to break in! 🔒✨
- Why it works: Even if someone gets your password, they’d still need your phone or access to the second verification step to get into your account.
- Always enable 2FA: Turn it on for accounts that offer it, especially for your email, banking, and social media. It gives your accounts an extra level of protection. 🌟
- Need help setting it up? For more details on how 2FA works and how to set it up, check out this detailed guide and JumpCloud's explanation.
Be Cautious with Personal Information: - Avoid sharing personal details: Don't post your address, phone number, or financial information online. This info can be used by scammers or stalkers, so keep it private.
- Be mindful of social media sharing: Think twice before sharing personal updates. Make sure you know who can see your posts and adjust your privacy settings to keep things tight.
- Learn more: For additional tips on staying safe online, check out these great resources from Stay Safe Online.
📧 Email Security
Beware of Phishing Scams: - Be cautious of unknown senders: If you get an email asking for personal info from someone you don’t know, be super sceptical. Scammers love to pretend they’re legit to trick us.
- Watch out for suspicious links and attachments: Even if it looks like it's from a friend, always double-check before clicking on anything. Phishing emails can be sneaky!
- Verify the sender: Check the email address carefully and look for signs of phishing, like bad grammar or urgent requests that seem a bit off.
- Learn more about phishing: Dive deeper into spotting phishing scams with Phishing.org.
Use Secure Email Providers: - Choose providers with strong security measures: Popular email services like Gmail offer robust security features such as two-factor authentication, spam filtering, and protection against phishing attacks. These are great for general use and offer strong security.
- End-to-end encryption: For the highest level of privacy, consider using email providers that offer end-to-end encryption, like ProtonMail. This ensures that only you and the recipient can read the message, and not even the email provider can access it. This is particularly important if you're handling sensitive information or just want the peace of mind that your messages are truly private.
- Robust privacy policies: Ensure your email provider has a solid privacy policy that protects your personal information and doesn’t share it with third parties. Gmail has strong security, but it’s important to understand how your data is used by reading their privacy policy. ProtonMail, on the other hand, is designed with privacy as a priority and doesn’t collect or share user data.
🔒 Social Media Safety
Adjust Privacy Settings: - Review and update regularly: Regularly check and update your privacy settings to control who can see your posts and personal information. This ensures you're always in control of your online presence.
- Limit visibility: Set your profile visibility to friends only or create a custom list of trusted people. This helps keep your personal information and posts private.
Limit Location Sharing: - Avoid real-time sharing: For safety, avoid sharing your location in real-time. If you want to share your location, do it after you've left the place. This prevents anyone from knowing your exact whereabouts at any given moment.
- Be mindful of tagging: Be cautious about tagging your location in posts or stories. This also applies to tagging friends; make sure they're okay with sharing their location too.
Be Selective with Friend Requests: - Accept only known contacts: Only accept friend requests from people you know in real life. This helps prevent scammers and stalkers from accessing your personal information.
- Be wary of strangers: Be cautious of friend requests from unknown people, as they often create fake profiles to gather personal information. Look out for red flags like a lack of mutual friends or minimal profile information.
🛡️ Device Security
Keeping our devices secure is just as important as online safety. Here’s how to make sure your gadgets are protected:
Keep Software Updated: - Regular updates: Always update your devices and applications to fix security vulnerabilities. This includes your phone, computer, and any apps you use regularly.
- Enable automatic updates: Turn on automatic updates so you don’t have to worry about missing any important security patches.
- Learn more: Check out this information from US-CERT.
Install Antivirus Software: - Use reputable antivirus software: Protect your devices from malware and other threats with reliable antivirus software. Some popular options include Norton, McAfee, and Bitdefender.
- Regular scans: Schedule regular scans and keep your antivirus software updated to ensure maximum protection.
- Read reviews: Find out which antivirus software is best for you by reading reviews from AV-TEST.
Use a VPN: - Encrypt your connection: A Virtual Private Network (VPN) encrypts your internet connection, adding an extra layer of security, especially on public Wi-Fi networks.
- Protect your data: VPNs help protect your data from being intercepted by hackers. Some popular VPN providers include NordVPN, ExpressVPN, and CyberGhost.
- Learn more: Discover more about VPNs from NordVPN.
💬 Communication Safety
Use Encrypted Messaging Apps: - Choose apps with end-to-end encryption: For private conversations, use apps like Signal or WhatsApp, which offer end-to-end encryption to ensure that only you and the recipient can read the messages.
Be Wary of Strangers: - Caution with unknown contacts: If someone you don’t know tries to contact you, be cautious. Don’t share personal information or agree to meet them in person without verifying their identity.
- Learn more: Get tips from Get Safe Online.
💖 Mental Health and Safety
Seek Support: - Reach out for help: If you’re experiencing online harassment or threats, seek help from trusted friends, family, or support organisations. Every situation is different, so it’s important to reach out to the appropriate authorities or professionals who can provide guidance specific to your circumstances.
Remember, your safety is paramount. I could yap all day about this, but for all of us (the girls, the gays, the theys) who are more susceptible to harm, the law doesn't usually catch up until tragedy strikes. So let's stay vigilant! 🌟💖

When I first got into the show, in middle/early highschool, I loved it so much that I started a video edit Instagram page. Now I'm in college and I've completely abandoned the page since and the community is kinda dead anyways. But it was so much fun and I made so many online friends. Anyone else in the same boat? I also wanna know if we had any mutuals or heard about the same scandals lol. Best believe the community was ALIVE anytime a new episode dropped. Good times :,)

2024.05.29 05:47 Stuckin13 Magic Elements Inspired by The Post Apocalypse?
Ok, my previous question on unique magical elements was a bit too broad of a question I think, so after figuring out the idea of my story a bit more I've narrowed it down into something that's hopefully a bit more answerable. So my story is going to be based in the post-post apocalypse, where the apocalypse was magic forming suddenly and violently in the somewhat distant future. The actual time that the story will take place is after the fall of modern society by quite a while, enough that the old monuments of civilization like skyscrapers and streets and all that are nearly buried under the encroachment of nature. So I'm looking for some inspiration of what elements/alignments/aspects of magic might have formed during and soon after the start of the magic apocalypse, since that's when the Weave was still fresh and moldable, able to take on impressions from the world.
Here's what I've got so far:
Glow: Inspired by the nukes that were used during the first few days of the magic apocalypse. Glow represents light, death, corruption, etc, and is where both mutants and undead are born from in this world, two sides of the same coin.
Ink: Ink is knowledge, logic, madness, innovation and stagnancy both. Formed from the sheer weight of knowledge held in books both physical and digital during the Weaving, Ink magic can be found powering magical arrays both natural and artificial, acting as the binding for magical enchantments, and even being used to animate basic inanimate objects. It tends to work best on materials and objects of an at least vaguely academic nature (paper, parchment, ink, chalk, wax, clay, wood, oiled cloth, brass, glass, etc.), both also seems to gather around old world artifacts, presumably drawn by both the knowledge hidden within and the logic inherent in their design.
Cloud: Cloud is community, memory, collective power, storage, order, etc. This magic represents both the literal interpretation of weather magic, clouds and rain and all that, as well as the concept of the digital cloud, mixed together thanks to their close ideological relations. Cloud-aligned magic is in fact the framework on which most human magic is built on, since the inherent property of memory allows for complex mental visualizations that separate the magic of man from the magic of beasts.
Also, thanks to the_aurorian for the recommendation of Ink magic, that kind of tipped me into creative gear!

2024.05.29 05:47 Heralax_Tekran Finally about to make decent money, but thinking of pivoting completely. What would you do?
I'm a first-time businessman, and I finally got a decent-sized client, but I'm thinking of pivoting from consulting to a targeted product because I have no idea how to niche this practice down and systematize it. Should I pivot?
Some context: I'm four months into doing consulting/contract development, and I've landed my first five-figure client. I'm approaching the point where I'm going to invoice them for the first set of deliverables -- they seem pretty happy with the results so far and I'm confident that this will be a good, lasting arrangement. I've also been able to level up my technical skills, communication ability, and professionalism over the last few months.
But even though I've closed this client (and they aren't even my first paying customer) I'm getting seriously doubtful that I can make this practice a consistent success as it is right now. Why? Well, let me explain by telling you what I do:
The work I do for clients is basically: I train custom LLMs on company information they provide, like a knowledge base or explainers/sales copy. I basically build an AI that is mostly immune to all the mistakes generic AIs make, because they don't understand what they're talking about.
So for instance, my work for an open-source crypto community has seen me train an AI on transformed versions of their help documents and API documentation, so they now have an expert user support bot which can accurately answer questions about their platform. Their lead dev reached out to me with the offer.
The problem: I'm doing something extremely broad, bespoke, and the end customer has to figure out how to use the service to make money themselves.
Even I realize that's *horrible!\*
I've been wrestling with this since the end of April. My clients have been/are a marketing SAAS, a healthcare-related thing, and an open-source crypto community. It's all over the place, and I'm guessing this is because I'm basically selling skills and a broad direction, not an offer. This all came to a head when I was watching a very good business advice video, and the presenter said,
"When the money comes hard, I go easy; when the money comes easy, I go hard."
So I thought, "OK, I haven't been working as hard as I would like to, but I'm still making pretty good money, so that means the money's coming easy with what I'm doing right now. So I should commit to it! I need to take advantage of the AI boom and get rich before university starts again!"
Then I realized,
"How do I actually go hard here?!"
Since I don't have a precise offer, I can't target a precise customer avatar. I can't systematize it to speed up delivery, making that yet another bottleneck. Sales AND delivery is a problem -- right now I need to talk with the customer to figure out what to sell to them. I can't see that working long-term. I know I need a niche... but all my clients are all over the place, and frankly all of their projects were very unique, so I can't see myself making a repeatable service out of any of them.
So I was thinking I need a product. That would allow me to put all my development time in one place to serve many users, and it would simplify leadgen and selling a bit, because I'd be selling the same thing over and over. My initial idea for a product is sort-of similar to the thing I'm doing for the open-source crypto community, but more commercially oriented: I'm thinking of training a sales AI that can educate users about a company's solution, and nudge them to a call to action on a website (e.g., book a call, claim a free subscription). By training it myself I can ensure it's a specialist that reliably follows a sales script, unpretentiously (i.e., without the voice of GPT). Think like one of those intercom help bots, but actually useful, it knows about the products, and it can try to close you.
And with the synthetic data pipeline in place, I'd even be able to, essentially, finetune the model on customers' sales copy to ensure it really understands their product. With no manual work. Every business needs sales, so I could just specialize this into any sub-niche I wanted (sales AI... for XYZ industry!), and actually, finally, have a targeted offer.
Or so I've been thinking. I'm worried that this may be a case of me having the right idea of the problem but the wrong solution. I wracked my brain through May to come up with a solution to niching down my system instead, but I came up with nothing. And while I have this idea for a "custom AI salesman" I have no idea if business owners would actually want to add something like that to their website, or if we're at the point where they'd be like "eww GPT" and turn their nose up.
So, what would you do? Push on consulting or pivot to product? If push, how do I niche this thing? If pivot, is the proposed product a good one or a horribly bad one?
Sincerely appreciate any responses/help.

2024.05.29 05:44 GalaxiGazer N is for "Neutral"
Dear A,
Again, this is my therapy. But, this time, the energy that's powering this piece to you is strictly neutral. Back in the days when we were talking, you were amused by how I was able to explain things in terms of cars and their related functions. Think of this letter to you as the shift lever indicator, and the setting is on N. No, this is not in reverse, as I'm not looking back or seeing you in terms of the past. I'm also not shifted in D, being able to press on the accelerator and drive our connection forward. The appropriate indicator regarding our connection is on neutral. Yes, the vehicle is in motion, but the speed reflected on the dashboard is a representative of past energy. Therefore, while it is moving forward and in motion, it will eventually slow down. At that point, then, I can finally shift into park and this journey will be over completely.
The me from 2021 was not happy that you had cut off connection and all forms of contact with me. The me from 2021 was looking for you, trying very hard to fix anything and everything that had gone wrong, and used every available resource I had to attempt to make things right.
However, the me in 2024 and onward ... doesn't want you to come back. I can accept how things had turned out. I'm still learning my lessons and growing. I don't foresee any future involvement with you, friendship or otherwise, yet I also don't hate you either. My energy towards you is neutral. It is necessary for me to spill these words into the universe, to affirm that I have earned the right to welcome any new connection that may be due my way. This is for me to present myself before the universe, prepared to give an account for executing any/all resources I had, in my attempts to either reconcile with you or to pursue closure.
FWIW, I don't want you to think or entertain yourself with any ideas that I'm holding the door open for you, checking my inbox, or waiting by the phone. Sure, you can if it will help you to sleep at night, but the universe is very well aware and knows what's what. So, I will leave it there.
Stay blessed,
~ K

2024.05.29 05:44 Icy_Statistician7421 Need some advice about plumbing or pipe welding?
This may not be the best place to ask but I'm throwing some feelers out there to gain more information. I'm looking at applying to my local union (189), but I don't know the path I want to take. Ive always liked the idea of being a plumber and getting dirty ever since I was younger I thought it was interesting. But in my recent years I've talked with multiple people about and observed welding. A couple local business owners said if they could start over again they would get there welding certs and go from there. Both career paths are in need and from the near 20 people ive talked with from service to new construction say the pay is usually good but depends on what your doing and where your at. I really just want to ask what your experiences have been or if you work in local 189 what are the jobs and company's like? What I might look forward to as a newbie in each profession and really some advice on which path to take. It will eventually fall to me to make the final choice but without being able to actually do the jobs myself I don't know which one I would rather be apart of. In my personal life I know electricians, roofers, hvac techs and carpenters but no one in the professions I'm interested in. If you'd please take the time to help an aspiring tradesman I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you.

2024.05.29 05:43 LowerTowel1022 Pickleball in East Ocean Hill?
Hey neighbors - pro pickler here currently “rolling with the punches” after a rough season. I went 18-5 last year and 7-15 this year and got UNFAIRLY accused of having an illicit substance on my paddle. It literally was just a residue from those blue Takis I eat before every match and told the ref to “lick it and see,” which got taken the wrong way and resulted in me getting tossed in front of lots of my buddies.
I had to give back my $16,546 in prize winnings and got slapped with a $50,000 fine with a 15 month suspension. Because of that, I moved out of my Prospect Heights 2 bed, 1.5 bath to a 5 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the Liberty Ave stop in East Ocean Hill that I share with 3 delivery drivers and an NFT investor. TimeIn NY called it, “A vibrant African-American community with room to grow…”
I went to Grace Park on Friday to work on my vertical taps and pickle slices, honestly hoping to play someone, hopefully for some scratch like I did at the Major R. Owens Health & Wellness Community Center before the ban.
Well…a group of junior high school boys challenged me to a match and I thought I’d teach em the game a bit, but one hit my fav pickle across the street and another one with a “hoodie” sweatshirt that read “Fear of God” took my second paddle (one signed by four-time PBC Pickler of the Prairie Morris Steinburn) and ran!!! Not very Christ like or god fearing if you ask me. Another called me Pickle Rick…whatever kid. Scram.
While I cool off a bit and figure out the pickle hustle aka “the pustule” in my current sitch, where’s a good spot in East Ocean Hill to pickle?

2024.05.29 05:43 PushApprehensive8926 Let’s be productive!
| Hey! So today I wanted to talk about how being productive can be a positive factor in our everyday lives! Doing things throughout our day keeps our beautiful brains strong, and our bodies moving! Even if you aren’t used to implementing things into your daily routine, you can start small! One small step at a time is all it takes! If you aren’t sure what things you could do, or if you’d even feel ready to get out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself. Push yourself cause you are incredibly strong and can handle anything that comes! Use that strength to help you in continuously moving forward with different things! Like maybe a bike ride? Or taking the time to meditate? Things that’ll get you busy and moving throughout the day counts! For instance, I know at times I can be a bit lazy, but I implemented productivity by filling out job applications today and did some cleaning around my house! Filling out job applications, especially so many of them can be a lot to tackle, but I’m glad I got through it despite feeling as thought I couldn’t!!! The purpose of implementing productivity in our daily routine is to keep our beautiful brains healthy and our mindsets on life, healthy. Having less productive habits could create less positive views on life and potentially negative thoughts when not doing much everyday. We, as humans, can sometimes be lazy. I myself am a victim of that! But that doesn’t define who we are. Who we can be! So start small, and I know it won’t be easy the first few days or weeks, but remember that change is good. Growth is good, and most importantly YOU CAN DO THIS! Keep that in mind. Again, start small and don’t be afraid to stop by this community for some more little challenges that can help you keep going! I love you, and if today wasn’t that great, tomorrow will be better, let’s work towards it! We can restart the beginning of every new day, don’t be afraid to! Goodnight every one, and remember you aren’t alone in this, I’m here for you! 💛 submitted by PushApprehensive8926 to SupportHaven [link] [comments] |
2024.05.29 05:43 DAHUDMJ Catwifhat: Redefining Memecoins with Deflationary Economics on Solana
In early 2024, Catwifhat ($CWIF) emerged as a standout deflationary meme token within the Solana community, distributing tokens to over 1,300,000 holders through an extensive airdrop campaign. Modeled after the popular Dogwifhat meme, Catwifhat employs a unique burn mechanism where 4% of $CWIF is burned from every on-chain transaction. This deflationary approach effectively increases the value of each remaining token over time. Launched in December 2023, $CWIF has quickly become the longest-running auto-burn meme token on the Solana blockchain. By offering free tokens to users, Catwifhat's strategy has successfully boosted adoption and engagement, drawing in both new and veteran crypto enthusiasts. The project’s burn mechanism is permanent, as all contract authorities were revoked from the start, ensuring that the burn will continue as long as the Solana blockchain operates. Today marks the listing of $CWIF on Bitget, accompanied by a Candybomb event where participants can earn free $CWIF from a generous reward pool. Join us in revolutionizing memecoins with deflationary tokenomics.

2024.05.29 05:41 DAHUDMJ Catwifhat's Deflationary Strategy: Revolutionizing the Memecoin Landscape
In early 2024, Catwifhat ($CWIF) quickly became a popular deflationary meme token in the Solana community, amassing over 1,300,000 holders through its airdrop campaign. Inspired by the Dogwifhat meme and utilizing Solana Token Extensions, Catwifhat automatically burns 4% of $CWIF from every on-chain transaction, making it deflationary. This unique feature increases each holder's share of the circulating supply over time. Since its introduction in December 2023, $CWIF has been the longest-standing auto-burn meme token on Solana. Catwifhat's strategy rewards participants with free tokens, driving adoption and engagement among both new and experienced crypto enthusiasts. | Welcome to the fourth edition of Insights on Chatbots & AI, where we delve into the strategic integration of AI-driven chatbots within customer support functions. This comprehensive issue provides an in-depth exploration of how these advanced technologies are revolutionizing service operations, improving response times, increasing customer satisfaction rates, and reshaping the entire landscape of customer service across various industries. AI Chatbots: Revolutionizing the Customer Support Experience AI Chatbots: Revolutionizing the Customer Support Experience The integration of intelligent AI chatbots into customer support strategies is ushering in a paradigm shift in how businesses approach service delivery. These conversational AI assistants leverage cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to understand and respond to customer inquiries with remarkable precision and speed. One of the primary advantages of deploying AI chatbots in customer support is their ability to provide 24/7 availability, ensuring that customers receive immediate assistance regardless of the time or day. This around-the-clock support not only enhances the overall customer experience but also significantly reduces the risk of losing potential customers due to delayed responses or unavailability. Moreover, AI chatbots are proving invaluable in managing high volumes of repetitive inquiries, such as frequently asked questions, order tracking, and basic troubleshooting. By automating these routine tasks, chatbots alleviate the workload on human agents, allowing them to focus their efforts on more complex and sensitive issues that require human empathy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This strategic allocation of resources not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures that customer service teams are optimally utilized in areas where they can make the most significant impact, leading to higher customer satisfaction and improved overall service quality. Personalizing Customer Interactions for Enhanced Engagement One of the key advantages of integrating AI chatbots into customer support operations is their ability to personalize interactions at scale. By leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms and analyzing data from past customer interactions, chatbots can tailor their responses to meet the specific needs, preferences, and contexts of individual customers. This level of personalization significantly enhances the customer experience, making interactions feel more engaging, attentive, and tailored to each customer's unique journey. Chatbots can recognize and adapt to different communication styles, adjust their tone and language based on customer sentiment, and provide personalized recommendations or solutions based on individual preferences and purchase histories. Furthermore, AI chatbots can leverage customer data to anticipate needs and proactively offer relevant information or assistance, creating a seamless and proactive support experience that exceeds customer expectations. In this section, we will explore real-world examples of how businesses across various industries are leveraging AI chatbots to create more personalized and meaningful customer interactions. We'll discuss strategies for effectively using chatbots to recognize customer preferences, anticipate needs, and deliver customized support solutions that increase customer loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Streamlining Service Operations for Optimal Efficiency Beyond enhancing the customer experience, AI chatbots contribute significantly to streamlining service operations and optimizing operational efficiency. By automating routine tasks such as ticket logging, information retrieval, and initial customer assessments, chatbots reduce processing times and eliminate the need for human intervention in these repetitive and time-consuming processes. This automation not only frees up human agents to focus on more complex and high-value tasks but also ensures consistent and accurate handling of routine inquiries, minimizing the risk of human errors and increasing overall service quality. Moreover, AI chatbots can be seamlessly integrated into existing customer service platforms and workflows, enabling a smooth transition and minimal disruption to current operations. This integration allows for real-time data exchange, enabling chatbots to access and leverage customer data, order information, and knowledge bases to provide more informed and personalized support. In this section, we will provide insights into how integrating AI chatbots into service operations can streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve overall service efficiency. We'll explore case studies where businesses have successfully implemented chatbots, resulting in faster resolution times, decreased customer wait times, and higher customer satisfaction scores. Navigating Challenges in Chatbot Implementation and Continuous Improvement While the benefits of integrating AI chatbots into customer support strategies are substantial, this transformative process also presents a set of unique challenges that must be carefully navigated to ensure successful implementation and long-term success. One of the primary challenges lies in maintaining a human touch and empathetic connection with customers, even as chatbots handle an increasing number of interactions. While AI chatbots can provide efficient and accurate responses, they may struggle to convey the warmth and emotional intelligence that customers often seek, particularly in sensitive or complex situations. To address this challenge, it is crucial for businesses to strike a balance between AI-driven automation and human support. This can be achieved through effective handoff processes, where chatbots can seamlessly transfer complex cases to human agents for personalized attention and resolution. Additionally, businesses must manage customer expectations effectively by clearly communicating the capabilities and limitations of their chatbot systems. Setting realistic expectations from the outset can help prevent frustration and ensure that customers understand when human intervention may be necessary. Another key challenge lies in the continuous training and refinement of chatbot systems to handle an ever-expanding range of queries and scenarios. As customer needs evolve and new products or services are introduced, chatbots must be regularly updated with the latest information and trained to recognize and respond to new types of inquiries. In this section, we'll discuss these challenges in depth and offer strategies for overcoming them, ensuring that AI chatbots enhance rather than detract from the overall customer experience. We'll also address the importance of continuous improvement through ongoing training, data analysis, and iterative refinement of chatbot capabilities. Hi, I’m new to this community. I’m not sure if I qualify as an adult self harmer (I’m 21F so maybe), but I had a relapse tonight for the first time in about 5 months and I’m feeling lonely. I’m not sure why I relapsed and I don’t know what to do with myself.
