Until I started working. I chose the industry na pinagwoworkan ko para mabuild yung confidence ko. Sa totoo lang, sari sari ang pinagawa noon sa akin, para lang mas maging expressive ako. Andyan yung pakantahin ako sa harap nila, bantayan ako makipagusap sa ibang tao. Hindi yan nakatulong sakin. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Until now mahiyain pa rin ako, pero mas nagimprove ngayon. Why? Kasi I am earning na. Nakapagpabrace na ako, nakapag invest na ako sa skincare. Nakakabili na ako ng mga okay na damit, and mga gamit para makapagworkout ako. Working in this industry, helped me rin with my confidence. Having a fashion sense, meaning, knowing the style that works for you. If you know what looks good on you, mafefeel mo na pretty ka. If you think you are pretty, makikita yan ng iba. Lalabas siya sa awra mo beh. Alsooooo, yung pagwoworkout helped my posture a lot. My dad used to say na ang panget ko maglakad at tumayo. Now, my boyfriend and some people from work, sinasabi nila na I walk and stand na parang nagmomodel ako, kasi straight ang likod ko, (Pati harap. Charot) and parang nasa runway ako maglakad (which medyo naoffend ako nun kasi di naman ako nagpapaandar kapag naglalakad ako) by the way, if gusto mo maayos yung posture mo, magsquats ka beh. Pero yun nga, posture ang unang unang importante na need maimprove, then kailangan ng pera. Kasi mahal magpaganda. No need naman sobrang dami, para lang mas maalagaan mo yung sarili mo kahit sa maliit na bagay or maimprove yung mga bagay na talagang insecure ka.

Hello fellow NV fans!
I come to you in an effort to (possibly) fix the near constant crashing of my NV.
It crashes around 30-40 minutes playing OR in specific areas wich I cannot go through, i.e. McCarran interior around Col. Hsu, The Mojave Outpost interior around Maj. Knight and Ranger Jackson.
I am aware that certain mods should be a no-go together like New California and TTW, for instance. My intention with adding specifically New California was cause I wanted a few specific armors and such.
Looking for any specific help or general directions and knowledge in this area.
PS: have lots of crash logs.

Britómartis / Britomarpis ‘sweet maiden’ is the Cretan version of Artemis. Words like Li. martì ‘bride’, OIr bairt ‘girl’, G. Britó-martis, seem to require PIE *mH2(a)rti- ‘girl / young woman’ (Whalen 2024a). Cr. britús ‘sweet / fresh’ is found in Hesychius (britú : glukú), so it could be evidence of several changes in :
*dleukos > LB de-re-u-ko, G. gleûkos / deûkos ‘sweet new wine’, *dlukús > G. glukús, Cr. britús ‘sweet / fresh’
or be from *melitu- (G. meilíssō / blíssō ‘soothe / soften’, H. malittu- ‘sweet’). Either would require *l > r, which is not regular, but found in many Greek words. Linear A did not distinguish lV from rV, so its presence in Cretan Greek could show that it is due to dialect changes within Greek.
Since Britómartis / Britomarpis is unexplained by origin from *mH2(a)rti- with any known Greek changes, it is likely it points to new ones that have avoided linguists’ eyes. If it has something to do with m-t / m-p, it would match (Whalen 2024b) :
psathurós ‘friable/crumbling’, psapharós ‘powdery’
*pod-s > *poθs > *pofs > *povs > G. poús, Dor. pṓs
*H2arg^i-pod-s > *-poθs > *-pofs > *-povs > G. argípous ‘fleet-footed’, Mac. argípous / aigípops ‘eagle’ < *’swift’
*wekatos ‘to be obeyed / lord’ > Hekatos, fem. Hekátē, *Hekádē > Hekálē, Hekábē / W(h)ekaba

G. bátrakhos, Pontic bábakos, etc., ‘frog’
*mlad- > blábē ‘harm/damage’, *mlad-bhaH2- > blásphēmos ‘speaking ill-omened words / slanderous/blasphemous’
and many others, with a similar *m-x > *m-f behind:
*mok^s > L. mox, MW moch ‘soon’, Av. mošu ‘immediately’, *moxs > *mõfs > G. máps ‘rashly/idly’. Since these change applied to *P-θ and *P-ð they resemble *P-s > *P-f > P-w (Whalen 2024c). At first, its effect only targeting fricatives would make it seem like Britómartis > Britomarpis would not be from the same cause, but I have combined it with another idea.
Changes in *ty > tt / ss could be explained by *ty > *tty > *tθy > *tθ / *ts > tt / ss. A palatal *t becoming th is known in Ms. (Whalen 2024d) for *kWe > *k^e > *t^e > G. te, *t^i > Ms. ti / thi ‘and’; *upo-kau-ti > Ms. hipa-ka-thi ‘she made (this) sacrifice’ (G. hupo-kaíō ‘burn by applying fire below / light sacrificial fires’; other palatal outcome in *upo-dheH1-ti > Ms. hipa-de-s ‘he erected / he set up’; 3rd sng. -thi / -s must be cognate with G. -si / -ti. Thus, Simona Marchesini (1995) derived Ms. Blatthes < *Blatyos, making it certain that Cr. Bíaththos is cognate, and the missing link is provided by the presence of the name P Blattius Creticus (found on an offering in the Alps). Hitchman in “Some Personal Names from Western Crete” shows that Cr. Bíaththos and G. Talthúbios (from thaléthō ‘bloom/thrive’ and *gWiH3wo- ‘alive’, with loss of *H in many compounds) were names alternately passed down to father and son, which made him question if G. bio- gave Bíaththos (such names are often related in one out of two elements). Indeed it could be from *biwotos (with common *-yos added to names) if *-w- > 0 and *ty > *t^t^y > thth were known from Crete.
If Britómartis, known to be a Cretan word, underwent the same change implied above, Britómartis > *Britómartθis > *Britomarpfis > Britomarpis would show the reality of many reconstructed stages, and their relevance for Crete (and, I would argue, for LA). Also, an alternation of *pθ / *pf is already implied within other Greek dialects by *ty > *tty > *tθy > tt vs. *py > pt. Since *py > *ppy > *pfy would be expected, it makes sense that *pf > *pθ > pt / ps (Greek ptílon / Doric psílon ‘plume/down/wing’). The fact that Messapic fits so neatly into Greek dialects and provides evidence for a better understanding of Greek changes shows its close relation to known Greek, with no special closeness to Albanian. The tradition that they came from Crete should not be ignored, and shared changes like *ti > *thi, *ty > th(th) could not possibly be due to chance. That many of these changes are or might be seen in LA (r / l, e > i, h > 0 or not spelled) is more evidence of LA being used to write Greek, just as LB, both recently considered “obviously” non-Greek. It is best to correct the errors of the past, not continue them with no evidence.
In a similar way, the mother of Britómartis, Kármē, might show more *l > r. If G.*kaldmos > Cr. kádmos ‘spear / crest / shield’ (*kald- \ *klad- > OIr claideb ‘sword’, OCS klada ‘beam/block’, G. kládos ‘branch’), it would show l / d known from Crete (G. dáptēs ‘eater / bloodsucker (of gnats)’, Cretan thápta, Polyrrhenian látta ‘fly’; G. hapalós ‘soft / tender / gentle / raw (of fruit)’, amalós ‘soft / weak’, Cretan hamádeon ‘a kind of fig’ ) and other mythical names (Odusseús / Olutteus / Ōlixēs; *Poluleúkēs ‘very bright’ > Poludeúkēs ‘Pollux’) (Whalen 2024b). Knowing that Kádmos / Kassmos ‘the founder of Thebes’ is most likely related to Cr. kádmos implies that Kármē (and her father, Karmánōr) would also be. Since -sm- was used to spell [zm], -ssm- might be seen as an attempt at *-sm-, but if I’m right in *kaldmos > *kaddmos > Cr. kádmos, it would be -ssm- for [zzm] in a dialect with *kaddmos > *kaððmos > *kazzmos. Kármē would show both *l > r and *kardm- > karm-. As to the meaning, since they all came from ‘branch / etc.’, and words for ‘wood(en object)’ have such a wide variety of meanings, it would be hard to say more. Maybe Karmánōr ‘spear-man’ (probably the same as Kádmos) and Kármē ‘tree / nymph / wood(-woman)’.

Not my story, but I can omit enough of the details to feel comfortable sharing this.
My fiancée's mother lives in a remote community in Te Waipounamu / South Island of New Zealand. It is a two hour round trip to the nearest supermarket and the town only has a single tavern/pub on the main road, with a few stray roads and side streets populated by fairly run down / weather beaten homes.
Her neighbour (who we'll call Kelly) lived alone in a batch (Google "old new zealand batch" if you want to get an idea). She was a very odd lady who seemed to take it upon herself to discourage visitors to the beach her abode backed on to. It was a public beach and everyone's homes on that side of the road had easy access to it, but for some reason she became very combative and argumentative when she saw holidaymakers or roadtrippers strolling along the sand.
She also apparently had passports and other identifying documents in different names. She was an American who had moved to the country about 15/20 years prior. My mother-in-law got on with her fairly well but they would occasionally argue over boundaries and shared maintenance stuff - generally quite petty and they'd tend to make up fairly quickly.
Over the course of a few weeks, my fiancée would find out from her mother that she thought she was losing her marbles misplacing things. One item in particular was the brand of coffee she bought. Sounds daft to say but this was a very particular brand of coffee that few people would have bought locally. She was certain she had bought it during her last shopping trip and remembered using it a few times, but now it was gone. Shortly after, Kelly invited (let's call her...) Maude round for a cup of coffee and saw a half used bag of "her" brand in Kelly's pantry. Coincidence. Surely? But unlikely given Maude's tastes.
A few weeks later, Maude is told by a different neighbour that she had seen Kelly moving around Maude's property, from around the side of the house and down onto the beach towards her batch. The neighbour questioned Kelly, who responded very aggressively, like she had been caught in the act. This was enough to make Maude set up some affordable security cameras at the main access points of the home. Sure enough, some time later, she caught Kelly coming out of her house and walking back up the drive. And this didn't happen just the one time - it was multiple times. She'd access the house via the front door with a key hanging from a massive ring of other keys and then just as Maude was pulling into the drive, she was sneak out the back door and onto the beach.
Maude was outraged. She is a kind, generous and principled woman, but not somebody you want to get on the wrong side of. She changed her locks. I can't recall if she directly confronted Kelly over it, but she did call the police and got a trespass notice placed on her. Maude called her other neighbour to warn her about Kelly and her odd behaviour. Kelly was at this neighbour's house during the call. I don't know if she knew Maude was phoning about her, but that was the first chill I got over this whole thing. It felt insidious, like she was doing this to people all over the town and had access to all of these homes.
We came to NZ for a visit. We were staying in the North Island so Maude came up to see us, slightly concerned about leaving the house empty after putting the trespass notice on Kelly. She half-joked that she expected Kelly to set the place on fire while she was gone. She got that level of crazy off her. Maude returns to the South Island and we get on with our holiday, making our way down the country en route to Maude's remote home.
On the night before we were due to fly out to her, we get a call from Maude over dinner. My fiancée speaks to her and there's definitely something wrong. After a few minutes she ends the call and says, "Kelly's dead".
Maude had been at home for a couple of weeks and noticed that there was no sign of Kelly. Before she left to see us, Kelly had told Maude that she was due to fly out to meet with her family for a big holiday. She was very excited about it and told everyone who would care to listen. Maude assumed Kelly had left early, because she said her house "felt empty".
Then, a couple of days before we got to the town, Maude received a visit from two police officers asking if she had seen Kelly. She said no and that it had felt odd not to bump into her over the past week or so as she's usually out on the beach yelling at strangers or chatting aimlessly with locals. Maude told the officers they could check on her by walking onto the beach and up the embankment to her back door. If she was in there, they would see her. They said they were coming to the end of their shift and it wasn't worth their time starting a search of her property at that hour (typical small town New Zealand cops).
Maude's curiosity was piqued, so she took it upon herself to do a wellness check on Kelly. She went around the back of the property. Through the back door could see a bunch of suitcases packed and standing in the middle of the living room, like Kelly had been waiting for a taxi to collect her and take her to the airport. But no Kelly. There was even a sunhat sat on top of one of the suitcases. But the weirdest thing was sat on her back deck. A soaking wet backpack with Kelly's name and address on it. It wasn't a particularly rainy day, but the bag was absolutely sodden. She called the police again and they opened a missing persons investigation.
So, around a week or two later, we arrive. Barely enough time to drop our bags before the neighbours come round to get the goss. Maude was the person who knew Kelly best, even though the community knew she had been breaking in, so Maude's place was where everyone congregated to find out what she knew. Apparently, when the police searched her home, Kelly had other people's property on shelves and in cupboards. And that big set of keys she carried around had a key to nearly every house in the town. No idea how she got them, but she did. The police had found her body on the rocks beneath a nearby cliff.
It was an eerie few days as our bedroom window faced her batch. I knew what Maude meant when she said it felt empty. Days went by and the Kelly situation slipped our minds. I had become a bit uncomfortable with the gossiping from neighbours speculating over what had happened. There was chat about her meeting with fishermen from the local towns and that perhaps one of them had done her in. There are odd characters in small town NZ (and lots of spooky stories about people vanishing without a trace (search 'Piha vanishings', nothing to do with this story as it's in a completely different part of the country, but similar in some regards).
In my opinion, Kelly was a desperately lonely and very odd woman who most likely took her own life.
A year later, we had officially moved to New Zealand. We were visiting Maude for a few weeks and one night, we were skipping around different streaming services trying to find something to watch. I pointed out a particular show I had been keen on watching, which Amazon said was half finished on Maude's account. I asked her what she thought of it. "I haven't watched that show", she replied. And then it dawned on us. During her break-ins, before Maude had changed the locks and put the trespass notice on her, Kelly had been taking Maude's food, stealing her possessions and had been sitting in the house watching her Netflix and Amazon, before darting out when Maude returned home.

Para criar e vender uma criptomoeda da forma "tradicional", você precisa de uma liquidity pool. Ou seja, precisa botar do seu bolso (ou de uma pre-sale, mas aí é assunto para outra hora) algum dinheiro em uma moeda já aceita, como ETH, SOL, etc.). Isso é caro para caralho, sem liquidez não tem como comprar o vender a moeda (retirar a liquidez é o famoso rugpull), e com pouca liquidez o preço fica louco. Geralmente recomendam começar com pelo menos 0.5-1 ETH, o que dá 3.5k USD hoje em dia. Muita coisa.
Para isso entra o PUMP.FUN, que é como uma "incubadora" de memecoins. Lá você manda criar a moeda e paga apenas 0.02 SOL, uns 3 dólares, e compra o quanto quiser da sua própria moeda (não é recomendado comprar mais de 3-5% pois é mal visto, criando risco de um "tipo rugpull" que é o dev dumpar todas as suas moedas.
Aí sua moeda fica "tradando" no site até chegar a 70k USD de Market Cap, quando ela será enviada para uma DEX (Raydium), e parte desse valor adquirido será automaticamente colocado como LP e queimado para sempre (impedindo rugpulls). O site faz isso automaticamente.
Explicado mais ou menos como funciona, vamos ao passo a passo:

All I Can See Is You (あなたしか見えないの, anata shika mienai no) is a song in r-906’s new album diaLOG / 会話記録 (kaiwa kiroku). The album is accompanied by a novel of the same name, and each song is linked to different chapters of the book.
The lyrics of All I Can See Is You can be difficult to understand without knowing the context that each part of the song describes. The aim of this post is to explain the lyrics with reference to the relevant chapters of the book.
The existing translation) that is credited to Kaz on Vocaloid Lyrics Wiki has some differences in interpretation, and I don’t know if it takes the context into account, but not many lines are too different and I like the way some lines are translated, so I’ll modify the translation instead of making my own. Lines marked by (*) are modified by me.
Disclaimer: I suck at Japanese. I’m far from fluent and I’ll only be taking JLPT N3 next month. I had to use the dictionary hundreds of times to read the book. Not exactly ideal for someone writing such a long analysis. If you have any ideas for improvement, feel free to comment.
Spoilers for the book, obviously.

Background

First, the setting of the story. This kid, who we’ll refer to as Subject A (当事者A), realizes that there are five different worlds or realities. Each world has a different version of her friend. In a dream before the start of each day, the friend decides which version of themselves they want to be for the day, and accordingly, which world it will be. The five versions don’t know of the selection that happens daily as well as the existence of versions other than their own. Subject A only gets to experience the chosen world.
Recently, the friend has been choosing the fourth version, because she is popular, a model student, and generally leading the happiest and most fulfilling life among the five versions. We’ll call her Four (IV番). Subject A is friends with all versions except Four, because of something that happened a long time ago which will be explained later. Subject A also laments the fact that Four is so perfect and desirable compared to the other versions, meaning that the other versions rarely get chosen and Subject A rarely gets to talk to them.
Four doesn’t understand why Subject A has been avoiding her, so she eventually approaches Subject A during lunch break one day to ask. This day’s events are first written from Four’s perspective in the chapter 会話記録（四）(Conversational Record (Four), p. 31-40), and then from Subject A’s perspective in the chapter 独白 (Monologue, p. 69-83). The song’s lyrics are written from Subject A’s perspective. Subject A’s grievances are directed towards Four, so “you” in the lyrics refers to Four.

Title and Omitted Subject

Although the official English title uses the subject “I”, the Japanese title omits the subject. Really, it should be “All Everyone Can See Is You”.
Subject A’s case is obvious: Four keeps showing up and the other versions don’t get to.
On the other hand, Four is the only popular one, whereas the other versions literally (yes, literally) have zero friends other than Subject A. In this sense, a “Side Character B” in Four’s world knows Four, whereas the same “Side Character B” in Five’s world wouldn’t know Five.
I’ll leave all translations of the title as they are to match the title though.

A-Melody: The Big Picture

As explained in the background, Subject A views Four as this perfect person receiving all the attention from everyone else. But unlike Four, Subject A knows of the other versions.
The second line is interesting. In p. 70, Subject A describes Four as 魔性の女 (mashou no onna, devilish girl) due to her natural incredibly charming nature that draws everyone to her, as well as her seemingly malicious tendency to leave Subject A waiting for her at the school gate while she chats with other people in the school, back when Subject A and Four were still friends.
Same as Catchy !? (the first song in the same album), the term 一等星 (ittousei, lit. first-magnitude star, an astronomical term describing the brightest stars in the night sky) is used to describe Four.

B-Melody: “Because I Love Everyone”

Having been made to wait too many times, eventually Subject A timidly asks Four what happened. Four replies,

「んー、でもわたし、みんな好きだからなー」 “Hmm, but you know, it’s that I love everyone…” (p. 70)

Flapping hands probably refers to the Japanese gesture of waving a hand in front of one’s own face to mean “no”. The book doesn’t mention the hand-waving nor the exact conversation, but perhaps Subject A asks, “Did something happen?” To which Four replies, “No, not at all! It’s just that I love everyone…” The existing translation renders あけらかん (akerakan) as “absentmindedly”, and “shocked” is also a given definition in the dictionary, but I think “nonchalantly” fits best with my image of Four. Her approach of loving everyone equally is so natural to her, she doesn’t realize that that comment and the way she treats everyone was what caused Subject A to start avoiding her. Plus, Four appears to Subject A (and surely most readers) like a person who has things under control.

Unbeknownst to Four, this sows seeds of insecurity into Subject A’s head. She had assumed she was particularly close friends with Four as opposed to normal friends. Four’s words make her think, “Am I part of ‘everyone’? Am I really no better than everyone else?” (p. 72) All she could do was wish they were special friends.
Now more than a year after the event, she has mostly gotten over her intense resentment and anger towards Four. However, she still struggles to come to terms with the fact that her feelings are no more than jealousy.

Chorus 1: The Rabble

Today, same as it has been for a long time, the moment Subject A’s eyes met with Four’s, Subject A averted her gaze. She escapes into her classroom as Four is called out to by a junior in the same student committee. Subject A reflects on the past and her emotions (A- and B-Melodies), and snaps back to reality as she hears Four lightly chide a teacher whose collar is twisted. She acknowledges that she can’t really blame Four for her own emotions. Neither can she blame anyone else. Then, who can she direct these vile emotions towards? (p. 73-74)
Four’s conversations with her junior and the teacher give the reader a taste of her charm, humor and tact. I imagine Subject A thinking up these lyrics, green with jealousy, as all she can do is watch these two side characters become captivated. In this section, “I can only see you” is said from the perspective of every one of Four’s friends.
The term 有象無象 (uzoumuzou, the rabble, masses or common people) is used in the novel as Subject A’s insecurities build up.

あたしも彼女に魅せられ惑わされた、有象無象の一人に過ぎないのだろうか、と。 Am I no more than another face in the crowd, enchanted and captivated by her? (p. 72)

Lunch Break

Although Four has no idea what she did to cause Subject A to avoid her, she wants to ask and apologize, so she goes to Subject A’s classroom and asks to eat together during lunch break. Subject A accepts, though she is shocked and confused why Four has suddenly approached her after so long. At the same time, she feels terrible for hating and blaming Four in the past.
The song skips over the first part of their conversation where they start having lunch together, but I think it’s important to mention it as Subject A better understands why Four is so well-liked.
Four compliments the colors in Subject A’s packed lunch. Subject A notes that this might be the first time any of the five versions has done so and concludes that Four is observant. (I think all five versions do notice it, since the detail is mentioned in the chapters written in their perspectives. Four is the only one who actually puts it into words.)
Subject A truthfully criticizes her own cooking, saying her tamagoyaki isn’t so great today. Secretly, she feels even more miserable failing, of all days, on this very day when Four comes to talk. The insightful Four uses the opportunity to praise Subject A instead, “Eh, by ‘today’, do you mean you make it yourself every day? Isn’t that amazing?” (I’m no cook, but rolling tamagoyaki sounds pretty difficult.)
Being praised by Four intensifies Subject A’s misery, and she replies, “Not as amazing as you.” Sensing the distance that Subject A is putting between the two of them, Four tries to close it up by poking fun at her partner using a speech style that is primarily used by the elderly: 「まあまあそんな謙遜しなさんなって。」(“Now, now, don’t be so humble.”) Followed by her own humble elaboration that she only tried to make tamagoyaki today because she happened to wake up early. (Four notes afterwards that she hadn’t revealed to Subject A that she made her own lunch, so what did Subject A think was ‘amazing’? It’s likely Subject A was referring to Four herself, while Four thought it was the tamagoyaki.)
Four’s ability to come up with the right things to say leaves Subject A amazed, staggered and feeling miserable.

Secondly, in this chapter is the first instance of any mention of Khaotic, the language that Khaosicans, and by extension, Khaotum, uses. To give an idea of how it sounds, imagine somebody talking while trying not to throw up, but while also standing either beside or actually in a pool of water that's got bubbles audibly rising through it and popping.

As we reached the entry to the Cerebis chamber, I turned to Lan, and asked him through our connection,
Can you guard the door for us? Nobody enters except by my allowance. He dipped his head, and with a low huff, turned at the door and sat down. Akyra looked at me, and I said simply,
"Best Sentinel in the Cluster." With that, I scratched his favourite spot, between his ears, and chuckled. Then we stepped through, and the chamber's lights came on, illuminating two chairs. One had a simple sensor cap, and the other had a full immersion helmet. I sat down in the Subject chair, and Akyra sat in the Interrogator chair, and pressed the buttons to begin the sequence. As she brought the systems online, I said,
"You'll want to set it to immersion mode." She nodded, and carefully placed the immersion helmet on her head, and I placed the sensor cap on my own. The helmet visor illuminated, and her now green gaze looked at me through the golden screen.
"Are you ready?" I asked, and she nodded. I nodded back, and pressed the holographic "Start" button.

Lord Aerrus nodded to me as he pressed the button to initiate the connection, and the room faded away as the feed layered itself onto the visor. I took a deep breath and prepared myself for the coming disorientation, as my auditory and visual senses were replaced by those of Lord Aerrus.
The darkness flickered, and soon enough, I opened my eyes, blinking a couple of times, before looking around. I was in some kind of... Orbital station? No, there was a waterfall in the distance. A waterfall required gravity, which was impossible to create on this scale with any technology the Cluster Council had at its disposal.
"Cewa, what can I do for you?" A male, Terran sounding voice said behind me, sounding surprised to see... Me? Lord Aerrus? I realised that it would be the latter, given that this was a memory of his. I turned to the voice, and replied,
"I need to see the Archive relating to Khaos-corrupted groups." The owner of the voice was indeed Terran, but also not. His skin was as pale as the moons of Haldios IV, but he was obviously not Terran. He was garbed in robes of a deep blue, and adorned with silver moons of various Cycle stages.
"That's Luunah." Cewa's voice said, cutting into the feed. "And yes, I do mean that Luunah. His actual name however, is Luunrahkis. He resides here in the Cascade of Worlds, alongside his sister Sholhara, who we know as Solahra, and the previous wielder of the Tempest, Aberra. You won't see him in this memory however." As Cewa fell silent, the memory resumed. The man, Luunah, nodded, and turned around, leading us to this 'Archive'.
After a minute or two of walking, we entered a small portal, and found ourselves in a massive library. Luunah walked over to a standing basin, and gestured to it. I nodded, and replied,
"Thank you. The first group has shown itself in my reality; They call themselves the 'Fingers of Khaotum'. It's starting to spread all over the news in the Cluster. I'll be ordering the deployment of the Blade Fleet as soon as I leave here." Luunah nodded, and walked away. I sighed, my vision bouncing slightly as I did so, and laid a hand on either side of the basin.
As the view filled with the basin, which was somehow getting bigger while also not moving, we were plunged into an even deeper vision. In this vision within a vision, a green-skinned Terran-like creature was standing where this memory had begun.
"Khaotum will attempt to corrupt the minds of weak-willed individuals. It will show them visions that entice them to its side, showing a fabricated reality of how the Khaos Raelms actually function. These visions will show the targeted individual a world where yes, everything is always in motion, but it is slow, methodical. Ordered. But the reality is anything but." The being walked over a section of wall, and waved his hand. The wall melted away, revealing a scene that was oddly hypnotic. The ground seemed almost like it was... Flowing, but in such a way that you could tell that it was also stationary. Then the being waved its hand again, and
I jerked in the Cerebis chamber chair, my instincts telling me to back away from the danger. But I couldn't tell what the danger was. It was as though it was... "The Khaos Raelms. Your instincts are probably screaming themselves hoarse at you right now, from there mere sight of them. They are also the endgame of Khaotum." Cewa's voice came through the feed again. Then, the momentarily frozen image in the wall started moving again. "Khaotum wishes to convert all realities to be this." The being said. "I would show what a Khaosian looks like, but I doubt anyone wants to have a headache from this Archive. So I will instead say this: If you cannot comprehend something that you're looking at, unless you focus on either its shape or the colors that make it up, you're probably seeing a Khaosian. If that's the case... You have my sympathy. Especially if it's noticed you."
With that, the being waved its hand again and the wall returned.
"Khaos Corruption is easy to spot; The Corrupted will sing the praises of some variant of a paradise which is never static. They may call it an Evershifting Paradise, or perhaps a Formless Heaven. If the Corruption is strong enough, they may even call it A World of Eternal Change. It goes without saying, but each of these names is an indicator of ever increasing corruption." The world froze, and suddenly I was looking at Lord Aerrus through the gold visor of the immersion helmet. His gaze was fixed on me, and he gestured to the waste bag he had grabbed mere minutes earlier.
I nodded, and took off the helmet, then, placing it on the panel and opening the bag, my stomach violently emptied its contents into the bag. When the retching subsided, Lord Aerrus asked,
"Are you able to continue?" I nodded shakily, and replied,
"I see why you didn't want to discuss this with the crew..." He nodded.
"You're a veteran of the Uhines conflict, aren't you?" He asked, and I nodded, my tail twitching at the memories the name brought up. The planet was no more, but the scars remained.
"I am thankfully shielded somewhat by the knowledge that even if our reality is lost, I will survive... But those like you who do not have such a luxury... I'd rather protect you from as much of this knowledge as possible." I nodded, and placed the helmet back on. The feed flickered back to life as the helmet made contact with my head.
The being sighed, and waved its hand once more.
"Beyond those who are Corrupted, we have... The Taken. These are people who are so Corrupted that their physical form has been twisted by the Corruption. These are not Khaosians, however. At least not yet. A Taken can still be killed, although it takes the power to sunder realities to do so, according to current knowledge. No known material can be wielded against them... And even Luunrahkis Himself seems to fear for our civilisation if Khaotum ever reaches our reality." The being looked directly at me, and added,
"Sholhara, I... I don't understand... Why are you having me repeat all of this information to you? Is it not in the Scrolls? In the Archives of the Great Cascade?" My view bobbed, and a female voice replied,
"Of course. However, the Scrolls are made of Ordered Matter. If the worst were ever to happen and Ambere fell..." The being's skin deepened to a rich purple, and he swallowed. Then he nodded, the movement jerky and stiff.
"I think that should do for this Record though; I will go and submit it to the Archive. Your name and likeness will live on as long as the Archives survive." The voice continued.
As the voice fell silent, the basin shrank back to its normal scale, and my hands raised slightly from the basin, shaking as though I were ill, or cold. I heard a sharp exhale, as though Lord Aerrus was trying to calm himself within the memory, and then I walked over to another basin. My hands came down onto the basin's sides just like before, and I looked down.
"Most likely the one viewing this in the Cerebis chamber with me is Akyra... Hopefully I remembered to get you a waste bag. And, if Luunah smiles upon me, I got one with a reverse filter... Because you will most likely be using that bag again."

[Cewa]

I closed the connection to the Cerebis chamber, and sighed.
"You're not going to like what comes next..." I said to Akyra, and she looked at me through the helmet again.
"That basin? That's the Record I had Boltz make of his nightmare. The one that showed us what Khaotum was doing... A Cycle ago." She nodded, and I opened the connection again, allowing the memory to resume. We descended into the Record, and the nightmare began.

A few minutes later, as the nightmare ended and my memory rose from inside the basin, Akyra had to once again remove the helmet to retch into the bag. I couldn't say I blamed her however; If I wasn't prepared for what I saw, I too would have needed a bag to empty my stomach into. As she closed the bag, she shook her head, breathing heavily.
"That's... That's all I can take for now..." She said, and I nodded. She stood up shakily, and I took off the sensor cap, replacing it on the panel and shutting down the connection fully, before walking around to her side. She gratefully put an arm around my chest, and I reciprocated, helping her walk shakily towards the med bay. She would need to stay there for a little while to recover from what she had seen in the memories, but she would thankfully be fine aside from that.
I opened the door, and Lan looked around, before standing up.
Nobody tried to enter while you were in there, Stormborn. He said, and I nodded to him.
"Thanks, Lan." I said, and he fell in behind us as we made our way to the med bay.
That bad? He asked, and I nodded.
"That bad. She's a veteran, even more experienced than I am... but it was still more than she could handle. And this is unfortunately just scratching the surface." I replied. Soon enough, we made it to the med bay, and I guided her to a bed, before she handed me the waste bag and I dropped it into the incinerator chute.

A few minutes later, Akyra was laying on the bed, and I walked out of the med bay. Suddenly, my comm unit beeped, and I answered it.
"Aerrus." I said, and the voice on the other end said,
"Cewa, you might want to get into your suit, and then get back to Command." It was Boltz, and he didn't sound calm.
"Copy. Be there in around 3 minutes." I turned to Lan, who dipped his head. Giving a very thin smile, I climbed onto my companion's back, and we sped through the spacious corridors to my quarters, where I hastily stripped off my casual civilian clothing, dropping it on my bunk, and put on my flight suit. Once I was suited up, I climbed back on Lan's back like a Lupine horse, and we madly dashed back to the Command bridge.
Arriving under a minute later, I leapt off Lan's back and Boltz, seeing my arrival, waved me down to the CT.
"Raider band, one jump out. Looks like they're Fingers." He said, and I nodded.
"Let's get them then." I turned to the navigator, and said,
"Make the jump. Lieutenant Zerrekhul, you're with me. Lan, I want you in the hangar once we drop; Co-ordinate resupply with ground crew." Lan dipped his head and I mounted up. Instead of simply beginning to head to the hangar however, he looked expectantly at Boltz, and I grinned.
"Mount up, pilot." I said, and Boltz blinked before doing as ordered. On the back of Kaelani we made record time to the hangar bay, where Boltz and I slid off his back and rushed to our fighters.
The canopies were already open for us, and we both climbed in almost in sync Our canopies closed over our heads, and once we were secured in our flight seats, the fighters were tilted to a 90 degree angle for the drop. Focusing on my own craft, I activated each system, with the only indicators of the systems activating being the illumination of a series of small lights.
Taking a deep breath, I shoved my hands into the control gloves, and the craft whirred to life. As the energy flowed from my hands, the controls lit up, as did the panel itself. I locked my feet into place, and counted down. Three... Two... One... With a thud, the small craft dropped like a stone, and I powered the engines up to full. The sudden increase in power resulted in me being pushed back in the seat, and I flew away from the drop hangar with expert precision.
With another deep, focusing breath, I oriented myself towards the enemy, and looked around.
"Orientation... Planet with polar cap visible... Orient as down." In a rapid sequence, the lights indicating the rest of my squadron, who had deployed with us, blinked acknowledgements.
"Polar cap orientation... North." I added, and they blinked again. Now we had our orientation, because compasses would be no help in an exoplanetary environment, and there is no down without gravity.

Soon enough, I was circling the raiders' craft, my weapons reaching out like teal arms to strike the hull. Within minutes, the craft was crippled, and I dropped my visor, sealing my helmet. As soon as the seal indicated full contact, I popped the canopy of my fighter, and launched at the hijacked ship. I floated through the void of space, eventually hitting the airlock, and cycled it. I watched as the air vented, before I pulled myself into the airlock, faint thumps accompanying my fingers making contact with the entry rails. It seemed the raiders, or perhaps the crew, had disabled gravity. I hit the airlock release, and the door slid shut behind me, before a moment of silence, followed by a hissing sound as the airlock filled with atmosphere. The inner door opened, and I spoke into my comms.
"Boarding successful. Moving interior." I said, and Akyra's voice crackled over the comms in reply.
"Aurora copies, Storm Leader. Good hunting." I grinned inside my helmet, and pushed off the airlock door.

After a few minutes, I heard voices, but they were... Slightly garbled. I sighed; They were Corrupted. Reaching deep inside, I took hold of my power, and floated around a corner, revealing a group of around seven or eight of them. I popped my visor, and said,
"Sorry, but this party is over." One of the Corrupted turned, and I saw their eyes were swirling black and brown.
"Khget theh eentreudah!" It said, in extremely rough Khaotic. I simply grinned, and replied fluently,
"I'm a native. And you? You've defected. Pity it was to the wrong side." The Corrupted blinked, and then the others rushed me. I threw my head down to lock my visor back into place, and shoved my hand out, fingers shaped into claws. As my fingers connected, I allowed the Tempest to flow, resulting in an inhuman scream ripping itself from the throat of the Corrupted I touched.
Another came at me from the side, and I spun around, using the now floating body to give myself angular momentum, and the second Corrupted was sent flying as my boot slammed into its gut. I pushed off from the wall, only achieving a very slow speed due to my distance, and grimaced. I turned on my jetpack and gave myself a boost, then rotated myself with the maneuvring jets and assumed a crouching position. I landed on another Corrupted, and fried its internals as well, before leaping off towards another, slapping my hand onto its face and pushing the Tempest through my palm.
The face almost immediately blackened from the electricity I poured into it, before I flipped off it into the fifth Corrupted, which just so happened to be the one who ordered the others to attack.
"Orderis says hello, Khaotum." I grinned, and placed both hands on the Corrupted's head. I pushed the Tempest through both hands, causing the head to pop into black goo. I leapt off its now headless body and slammed into the sixth Corrupted, riding it into the seventh, leading both to hit a control stick of some kind. The stick penetrated the second Corrupted in front of me, and partly embedded itself into the first.
I flicked my wrist, sliding out my plasma dagger, and I stabbed its chest, before ripping my arm out to the side. Black slime flew across the room and splattered on the walls, before I turned to the final Corrupted. As I prepared to leap at it, the Corrupted shook violently, before its body twisted unnaturally, and then the swirling darkness spread from its eyes to its entire body. Once the conversion was completed, it grinned at me, showing slick, black teeth, and I got the distinct impression that it was holding a singular form to make it easier for me to comprehend it, as a taunt.
I refused to acknowledge the taunt, and the grin faded slightly.
"Chiild of Oorder... Why do you resist the inevitable?" It asked, the sound like an evershifting ocean of lava. I shrugged.
"Call it the Terran spirit. I suggest you pull back from this reality, unless you want me to hunt down your core universe and rip it apart from within, just like Aberra did with the Twilit Raelm to deny it to you." I said. The thing laughed, the sound like clashing metal, and I pulled down my small Kaurine Blade from its inverted sheath. The hilt was already attached, so I simply held it at the ready.
"A pitiful defence, Mortal..." The thing crooned, and I grinned.
"It's called Kaurine. And it's about to make you feel a new emotion: Fear." I said, and Empowered the Blade. The creature seemed to be unfazed by it... At least until I activated my jetpack to boost past it, slicing through its arm in the process. It twisted around, howling with rage and pain as I held out a hand to stop myself on the far wall.
"IMPOSSIBLE!" It roared. I simply opened my visor, and allowed the Tempest to fill my body. I felt my eyes begin to glow, and grinned. As I let the Tempest spread ever further, it filled my body, before beginning to creep up the Blade in the form of fog. The creature floated backwards, and stammered,
"W-W-What ARE you? You are no Mortal!" I spun the Blade, something only possible without gravity, and replied simply,
"A Guardian of Orderis." And with that, I launched off the wall, slicing the creature in two, the Tempest-covered Blade burning its form as I passed. As it died, its body slowly being consumed, it asked,
"What is that material?!" I turned around and replied,
"Ambere and Haldios combined. Two realities, in one cosmos. It is crystallised Orderis, and a biphysical material. You can target one reality, but not both... And that will be your downfall." The thing screamed in agony and rage as the body was reduced to no more than a head, and finally, it was gone. Almost as soon as it vanished, the gravity returned and I fell to the floor.

Almost immediately, a voice came through the comms system of the ship.
"Whoever you are, thank you. We... We couldn't stop them. We tried, but... Anyone we sent in... They... Changed. It was like they were being puppeted." I walked over to the nearest viewscreen, where a Draekkus male was speaking. His face seemed to light up with happiness when he saw my face. I nodded, and replied,
"That's because they were. They are what are referred to as Corrupted. They've been taken by a new force that has only just made itself known in our universe." The Draekkus blinked, and said,
"So... So these aren't just ordinary raiders?" I shook my head.
"No, they are attempting to sow discord and division within our galaxy, in order to give them an entry point deep inside the universe. The only solution is to eliminate all that are Corrupted, or, as I plan to do, take the fight back to the enemy." I said, and then looked towards the airlock.
"Would you be able to give me a boost back to my fighter? It's the one that's floating with the canopy open." I said. The Draekkus nodded, somewhat surprised, and I smiled.
"No gravity, meaning I can use the venting atmosphere to launch towards my craft." I explained, anticipating the question.

A few minutes later, I was looking through the window to my fighter, still floating where I left it. I nodded to a viewscreen to my right, and said,
"Blow it." There was a pop, followed by a hiss that got cut off almost as soon as it began, and I was floating towards my fighter, the only one left deployed. I impacted the edge of the cockpit, and maneuvred myself into the seat just in time to see the freighter ship's engines begin to glow a deep purple, and it vanished with a flash of light. I pulled the hatch down, and flew back to the Aurora after a job well done. But this would be only the beginning of our work.

Players whose average rank landed them in places 100-91 are on this portion of the list revealed today. Players are associated with the team they finished playing for at the end of the 2023 season
Below you will see some write-ups from the community summarizing the players’ 2023 season and why they were among the best in 2023. Stats for each player are included below. Additionally, their ranks from previous years are available for y’all to see

• Step 1: A Call to Rankers right after the Conference Championship games
  
• Step 2: Rankers from each team nominated players to rank, with a 11 game minimum threshold. Players are associated with the team they played for in 2023
  
• Step 3: The Grind. We instructed users to tier positions groups into T25, T50, etc based on 2023 regular season play only. This took several weeks as the rankers tiered each position group and discussed them. There were no individual player threads and no arbitrary position caps. Just questions and rankings.
  
• Step 4: Users submitted their own personal Top 125 lists.
  
• Step 5: User lists were reviewed by myself, u/mattkud, and u/MikeTysonChicken . The rankers were expected to answer questions about their lists. They were allowed to make any changes to their list, and were not forced to make any changes

#100 - Stefon Diggs - Buffalo Bills - Wide Receiver

Following yet another offseason of cryptic tweets and drama, Stefon Diggs showed up from the onset of the 2023 season as red hot as the lasers he was catching off the arm of Josh Allen - making it clear he came to play and leave everything out on the field. However, 2023 was a tale of two Diggs’ - and that's not a reference to Stefon's brother, Trevon, who unfortunately was out for the season prior to their two teams facing off in week 15.
Through the first 6 games of the year, Stefon Diggs was averaging 8 catches, 104 Yards, and nearly a touchdown per game. During that time, the Bills passing offense funneled the ball through Diggs and relied on his ability to make plays all over the field to remain productive. Diggs answered the call and delivered the type of results we've come to expect of him, however just like the team itself, Diggs’ season would fall off pretty harshly following the team's week 6 match up against the Giants. In the 11 remaining games of the season, he failed to produce a single 100-yard outing and would only catch 3 more total touchdowns on the year. It's important to acknowledge that the Bills as a whole struggled offensively between weeks 5 and 10, directly leading to Offensive Coordinator Ken Dorsey's firing after Buffalo’s week 10, 24-22, loss to Denver - a game in which Diggs only caught 3 passes for a total of 34 yards.
Once Joe Brady stepped in as Interim Coordinator, the Bills offense began healing as a result of changes made to their strategy, changes which resulted in a more balanced attack that trusted the run game and prioritized spreading passes around to a wider selection of targets in the air. This shift meant Diggs was on the field less, in addition to receiving less targets when he was out there running routes. The impact of this change is most plainly obvious when comparing Diggs’ stats from weeks 1-8 to 9-16. While this adjustment ultimately worked out in Buffalo's favor (they would close out the last 7 games of the year with a 6-1 record), it did drive an unfortunate statistical drop for Diggs. Diggs would still flash his elite hands and skills often enough to finish the season respectively though, earning a spot in the pro-bowl as well as finishing #13 in total receiving yards and #7 in total receptions. Tragically, what he will probably be remembered most for this past year (at least in the minds of Bills Mafia) will be the ugly, game-altering drop he had late in the Divisional round matchup against Kansas City.
Throughout 2023 there were all manner of rumors on whether Diggs was playing through an undisclosed injury or experiencing a falling out with the organization, true or not, it would be foolish to claim that Diggs isn't still a premier pass catcher in the NFL. Now a Houston Texan, Stefon Diggs will serve as another weapon for C.J. Stroud to take advantage of in 2024. Assuming he doesn't destroy the culture in Houston by manifesting into some sort of target-hoovering diva-demon like all the tired sports media personalities predict, expect the former Bills Captain to be a key contributor for the Texans next year.

#99 - Lavonte David - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Off-Ball Linebacker

After flirting with retirement and leaving Tampa Bay last offseason, Lavonte David stuck around for another year as a Buccaneer - year 12 (and soon to be year 13). And it paid off, yet again, as David stayed the impactful, complete LB he has been for over a decade.
Playing 956 (98%) defensive snaps, David was impactful across the board, recording 99 tackles (134 combined per pfr) with a 5.7% missed tackle rate, 4.5 sacks with 19 total pressures on only 76 pass rush opportunities, 5 forced incompletions and 1.1 yards per cover snap, and a ridiculous 61 run stops and 17 TFLs. His coverage stats took a bit of a dip from the past, but he was still solid while being incredibly impactful against the run. He's smart - see here how he diagnoses quickly, and beats the blocker to the spot before sticking the TE for a loss. He's exceptional at slithering through OLs - see here and here how he uses his speed and awareness to split through holes in the line and finish the play before it can start. Despite being 33, he's still really fast - if you're late on rotating in pass protection, he's already past you and sacking the QB. And he's always had a nose for the football.
David has been one of my favorite players of the 2010s and it will be sad to see him go. Few LBs are as complete as Lavonte has been for his career - he can do everything you want from an offball LB. Given that he's likely to retire pretty soon, this might be the last time he appears on this list, so I'm gonna break the rules a bit. Lavonte has always stood out statistically in two ways, by forcing fumbles and TFLs. As for FFs, the only LB with more is Cornelius Bennett, who was somewhat of a hybrid rushbacke4-3 OLB. Which means that among true off ball LBs, nobody has forced more fumbles than Lavonte David (tbf only tracked reliably since 1993). Similarly, I've never seen a player as adept at slicing through blockers to make a TFL. He has 160 career TFLs, 9th all time. No other offball LB is in the top 20, and only 4 other LBs have even 100. We might as well start giving out the "Lavonte David award" to whoever leads LBs in TFLs.
Put him in the HOF, cowards.

#98 - Bradley Chubb - Miami Dolphins - EDGE Rusher

One word has followed Chubb throughout his career: Dynamic. Coming into his second year in a Dolphins jersey off a five-year, $110 million contract extension (recently restructured in the wake of injury)—Chubb managed to arguably elevate to higher levels of said dynamic play than even in previous seasons that saw him earn Pro Bowl recognition.
In 16 games this season, Chubb managed to thrive in a defense that utilized its front 7 in unconventional manners. Of the 837 snaps Chubb played: 36% of snaps against the rush, 57% against the pass, and 7% in pass coverage (top 20 in EDGE coverage snaps…over a dozen in the slot). Amongst his position, Chubb posted a top 10 pass rush win rate per ESPN along with top 15 pass rush and top 5 coverage grades per PFF respectively. This showed with 11 sacks, 73 total tackles, 44 hurries, and 6 forced fumbles (t-1^st in NFL) over the season.
Chubb has an uphill battle going into the next season with a torn ACL acquired in Week 17 against the Ravens. Still in the prime of his career and a leader within the locker room, Chubb certainly seeks to return to this level of form as soon as possible. There's a lot of money on the table for him.

#97 - Kolton Miller - Las Vegas Raiders - Offensive Tackle

Offensive tackles have always been highly sought after for one important reason; to keep their franchise quarterback healthy. Miller had a slightly different objective; keep Jimmy Garoppolo handsome, it's fine if he misses the season since he was far from a franchise quarterback; but Miller excelled, allowing the least pressures (only 16 pressures per PFF, compared to 18 for Tyron Smith and Trent Williams) out of any premier tackle. While he missed a few games due to a shoulder injury, Miller put in enough work to prove he's a top 100 player in the league.
Always one of the more underappreciated OTs in the league, Miller's impact was best felt by his absence; in the first missed game of his career, Jets defenders got to Aidan O'Connell several times, and the rest of the offensive line just looked flimsy.
Combining agile, quick footwork with enough armpower to seal off some of the biggest men in the NFL, Miller quietly dominated opposing pass rushers, and #74 could even scale multiple levels on the run to help his team generate big plays. Even when it didn't seem like there was much worth fighting for, Miller never gave up hope.

The shnowman cracks the top 100 this year after a dominating performance in the trenches all season long. While offensive line play can be hard to parse and judge, Dawkins ranked 4th in the league among OTs in pass rush win rate at 93% and only allowed 1 sack. The 30-year-old from New Jersey (famously the home of the Giants and Jets) also provided numerous rare O-line highlights, such as the absolute shnowplow of a block he delivered against the Cowboys’ Damone Clark. His arguably career-best season also saw him named to the Pro Bowl for the third straight year.
The Bills shook up their skill positions on offense this off-season, but the core of the offensive line remains largely the same, and Dawkins will certainly be a leader of the unit. This off-season he signed a 3-year, $60.5 million extension, making him one of the highest-paid offensive linemen in the league. He has played in at least 15 games each season of his career so far, and Buffalo is clearly banking on his production to continue as the rest of the offense takes a new shape.
This year, Dawkins was also Buffalo's nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award, due in large part to his foundation Dion's Dreamers, which provides mentoring services to troubled youth. Dawkins has become highly involved in the Buffalo community since being drafted in the 2nd round in 2017.

Being a running back in Josh Allen’s offense is a bit tricky. Allen is virtually a one-man offense, willing to not only sling the rock deep but also bruise out some yards on the ground for himself. For most of Allen’s tenure in Buffalo, Bills running backs haven’t been the most productive, failing to produce a single season with more than 1,100 scrimmage yards. When Buffalo selected James Cook in the 2nd round of the draft last year, they sought to give Allen a workhorse back that could efficiently eat touches and take the load off of Allen just a bit. After a timeshare in the first year, the Bills let Devin Singletary walk and gave Cook the lead back role, and he did not disappoint.
James Cook is a true modern running back. His lightning quick acceleration allows him to hit holes hard and bounce outside if they’re plugged. He’s not the biggest or strongest back, but he can still shrug off arm tackles and churn for extra yards. Pass catching out of the backfield is a key part of his game as well, for a running back he’s very proficient at route running, catching the ball in stride, and running after the catch. He does everything you want out of a running back in the 2020’s NFL, and he rewarded the Bills with the 6th most scrimmage yards in the league. He’ll have to do quite a bit to pass his brother in career stats, but this season was a great start.

One of the most powerful and positionally versatile offensive linemen in the NFL, Elgton Jenkins’ value to, and dominance on, the Packers OL has more than earned him his place on this list. Elgton is the engine that makes the Packers' run game go. Whether it be trapping, wrapping, or pulling to lead, Elgton is the Packers’ most-pulled lineman and their best (and one of THE best in the league) elevator to the second level on inside zone and duo run plays. Finally able to hunker down and stay, more or less, in the same position for a full season, Elgton was the driving influence on the Packers finishing top 10 in yards per attempt and top half in overall rushing offense, even while being near the bottom of the NFL in called run plays. It has yet to be mentioned how great he was in pass protection this year, as well. With a younger QB who at times held the ball a bit too long, Elgton allowed 0 sacks and had one of the lowest pressure rates allowed in football.
As mentioned before, Elgton is a dominant player in the run game because of the power he executes his blocks. His main weakness throughout his career has been his feet and ability to play in space, but this year he was tasked with reaching, trapping, and pulling to lead more than ever before. And as demonstrated here, he excelled in that role. The Packers were at their best when Jenkins was tasked with doubling and elevating or climbing to the second level immediately. Here, he displaces the LOS, comes off the 3T, and gets to the backer to create a lane for the back to follow into the endzone. In this example, the player engaged with the LT does not cross the LT’s face, so he quickly climbs to backer and creates a cut back lane for the back to gain 6-7 yards. As you can see, much of what the Packers did in the run game centered around 74, and he delivered time and time again.
In the pass game, Elgton used his strong anchor and well-timed striking to shut down every interior defensive lineman he faced. 0 sacks allowed, an absurdly low 4.4% pressure rate allowed, and the sheer dominance he displayed on tape has led many experts to call him a top 3 pass protecting guard in all of football. This is probably his biggest area of growth once making it to the NFL, as he always had the power in his lower half, but has improved his base and hand placement to truly stonewall any bull rushes he faces. And if you try and get cute by swimming or, god forbid, knowing your beat and jumping to swat the ball. Well, you will probably end up on your ass. He rose to the highest levels of competition, repeatedly shutting down (three examples there) the likes of Aaron Donald on a game-by-game basis.
Overall, Elgton Jenkins continues to push the established elite at the guard position, and with continued technical improvement, he looks to rise even higher on this list next season.

Will Anderson. What a full grown manderson. Only a rookie, but already the most electric pass rusher we've had since JJ Watt. His early season stats didn't quite show it, but since week 1 he's performed at a high rate already producing one of the top pressure rates in the league and opening up opportunities for the rest of the banderson. In four months, people went from criticizing Demeco and Caserio for trading a supposedly massive draft haul to Arizona for Anderson to realizing the incredible positive impact that the trade had. All according to planderson.
In his first season, Anderson showcased great pass rush ability, always working his way into the pocket, stuffed the run effectively, and even blocked a field goal; WAJ Swat, amirite? In fact, Lil Jon is rumored to be working on a song called "Turn Down for Wanderson", Daniels music video and all. JJ Watt is one of the all-time greats, but are the Terminator-Megawatt comparisons valid? Can Area 51 stand on the same ground as the Milkman?
(Yes, those are all real nicknames.)
Anderson's rookie year compares nicely with JJ’s , both on stat sheets and the eye test, and both got even better as the year went on; WAJ also walked away with the DROY award (though he didn't have to compete with Von Miller and... Aldon Smith?) Will he follow the same trajectory as JJ? In fact, he doesn't need to. It's fine if he doesn't. We don't need the greatest defensive end of the century, because Will Anderson is already damn good, does his job, and is certain to improve even further. Maybe he'll end with a gold jacket in Canton, maybe he won't, but we don't need that. What expectations we do have of him, he's easily exceeding, and on his current trajectory -- whether JJ-like or not -- he'll continue to exceed them for a long, long, time.

Deebo Samuel's 2023 season saw him compile 1117 total yards and 12 total touchdowns in 15 games (though that 15 includes a weird injured decoy game with 0 targets, a game with 9 snaps, and a quarter in a meaningless week 18). The best metric to summarize the impact that he has on the team: the 49ers were 11-1 when Deebo played more than 33% of snaps in a game and 1-4 when he did not.
8.8 yards after the catch per reception ranked first among receivers, making this the fourth consecutive season that Deebo holds that distinction (and he was 2nd as a rookie). The ascension of Brandon Aiyuk and full season from offensive player of the year Christian McCaffrey shrunk the role of one of the league's most exciting players, but he made the most of the opportunities he got, ranking 8th in yards per target among players with 1000 yards.
The most memorable game of the year for him is undeniably his hat trick against the Eagles amidst a tense race for the 1 seed, capped off by a 46 yard all-YAC touchdown. Contrary to popular belief, this is actually not how he gets all of his touches. His longest touchdown of the season, a 54 yarder against Seattle, and one of his back shoulder TDs (a new feature off the offense this year!) put the wide in wide back to remind fans (and a couple loud players) that Deebo is more than capable of killing you on traditional routes.
This was the final season for #19 in the Bay Area (because he's changing his jersey number to 1) and he once again left it all out there, putting together enough production to clinch a spot on this list despite a diminished role.

Winners are remembered. The glory of sports comes from hoisting a trophy at the end, and everyone who touches it becomes immortal. To those who never touch it, they can still create a legacy through winning in other ways: big regular season games to get into the playoffs, and perhaps even winning a couple games in the tournament.
In this lens — losers have no space. Those who come up short get nothing. Sports are zero-sum. There are always winners and losers. Every immortality comes with a death.
Justin Simmons played 118 games with the Denver Broncos since 2016. In his rookie year, the team went 9-7 but missed the playoffs. In every subsequent season, the Broncos had a losing record. Despite his All-Pro play, Simmons never played in a meaningful football game in late December or January. In a team with a history of winning — Justin Simmons was a loser.
A ball on a memorial in 2021. Spending a weekend at charity events in the city months after getting cut. Maybe the problem is the binary. Pursuit of immortality driving everyone mad to the point of blindness. There is the trophy and that matters, but there are more things in life too. There are the connections. There are the emotions.
Justin Simmons never won a big game in Denver. He never played in one. But in 2023 — as he had done throughout his career — he proved himself worthy of immortality in the Ring high above.
