J'entends souvent autours de moi des gens dire qu'ils prennent du paracétamol le lendemain d'une cuite pour soulager la gueule de bois. Donc, je me suis dit que j'allais le partager ici en espérant que ça se sache plus.
C'est vraiment à ne pas faire, car le paracétamol (Doliprane, Efferalgan ou Dafalgan) va surcharger votre foie alors qu'il est déjà bien attaqué par l'alcool de la veille. Du coup, manger trop gras est aussi à éviter pour les mêmes raisons.

Have spoken of my old friend Earl. Still think about him often, though of course he’s been gone a long time now.
Only natural to. He was one of the several fathers in place of an absent one whom I was privileged and blessed to know in my formative years.

That spawned a close friendship that endured until he moved far away to live with his sister, when even he, in failing health and eyesight, finally admitted he could no longer adequately care for himself. I still miss our long talks about any number of things, especially in my teenage years, as I got older. Of the many hard-earned wisdoms he imparted, one was about the nature of fear. He knew that I was often afraid, in that place. It was wise to be.

Salut, je fait bref. Je suis allé chez le médecin à 16h30. Vers 17-18h je prends doliprane au codéine (2 cachets) qu'il m'a prescrit puis 2 dafalgan codéine à 21h. Je sais plus si j'ai pris 2 ou 3 mais j'ai très mal et c'est pas efficace. Je me suis réveillé à minuit et j'ai mal. Faut attendre 6h j'ai pris espacé de 3h et apparemment plus de paracetamol c'est mortel. Conclusion j'attends pour les rappeler demain et dans un forum quelqu'un m'a dit d'extraire la codéine du médicament pour virer le paracétamol et boire 3-4 cachet de pure codéine. Vous me conseillez ou non de le faire ? Merci d'avance. Edit: merci ne vous tracassez plus je suis dans la fil d'attente du docteur pour qu'on me donne plus puissant, j'ai appelé le 15. A l'appareil le docteur était un peu étonnée vu qu'elle m'a demandé plusieurs fois si on m'a donné des antibiotiques alors qu'on m'a juste donné des doliprane codéiné sans effet Edit2: on m'a donné du tramadol

I’m looking at a 2003 Element and I’d like to get your opinions. I test drove it and it’s pretty loud. Besides that it drove fine for a 20 year old car. He mentioned a couple things like loose transmission mount and another thing I forgot that would help with the loud engine noise.
No accidents from checking Vin. The owner bought it used and had it for a year.
I’m having a mechanic inspect it tomorrow. Hopefully the repairs are not crazy. It’s definitely has wear and tear but I’ll be using it as a beater car.
Concerns: He said he has never driven it further than to work How will the transmission hold up after 230k

UPDATE: cancelled inspection cause I figure driving other Elements is better than spending $150 to find out what I already know. Test drove a 2005 Element AWD with 158k. Night and day diffe rence. Engine sounded normal. Ran really well.
