I have just recently discovered the carnivore diet I believe carnivore or at least an animal based diet is the optimal human diet. But the reason im posting this if anyone knows how to optimize my height on this diet or is it more optimal than animal based (with fruit as carbs ) Looking back historically we were taller as hunter gatherers than after we switched to primarily farmers As for mineral deficiency i believe that they are non existent with carnivore because we know for a fact that plant food have anti nutrients that inhibit mineral absorption. Dr. Anthony MD (a well known carnivore)also notes that people do not need calcium from dairy as they can get everything they need from meat. Studies show that drinking milk and having a lot of calcium did not significantly help bone density or osteoporosis, and some showed worse results. Some civilizations and populations thrive on dairy, but many people in the world can have serious problems with it. As for vitamin C Profesor Bart Kay also explains that the need for vitamin C is significantly decreased on a carnivore diet due to minimal carbohydrate intake, as the same transporter responsible for carrying glucose also absorbs vitamin C. If someone relies on meat for both energy and vitamin C while also consuming carbs, the vitamin C may not enter cells effectively, leading to potential deficiencies. However, with a meat-only diet, the GLUT4 transporter, typically engaged in glucose transport, can instead transport vitamin C, reducing the risk of deficiencies. Kay cites examples of individuals who have followed a carnivore diet for extended periods without developing scurvy to support his theory.
I have confirmed that I have open growth plates I am also planning on taking an AI such as Anastrazole, IGF-1 LR3 and MK677 to support my height.

I want to apologize in advance if this comes off as a pure rant. Of course there's also pros and not only cons, but I just needed to get this off my chest.
I met my girlfriend in engineering college around 3 years ago, back then we were both pretty young but things have changed since then and I feel like we're at completely different places in life. I'm employed and working on finishing my masters degree in the next year or so. And I'm wanting to have kids by around 33-34. Whereas she hasn't studied in all the past years, and she's still only 10% (at best) done with her undergrad degree. Plus she's only ever worked part time (like 5 hours a week) as a tutor for high school kids.
She just does not have a plan. I'm not talking about having great ambitions or expecting her to have her entire career planned out. She's really just treading water at the moment. Every day she just wakes up and starts scrolling on her phone or watching Netflix. No sense of urgency, no applying for jobs, no studying, no hobbies, no exercising. (and yes, she already is in therapy)
As shitty as it sounds, I often thought to myself "I wish I was with someone who's just normal". Or "I wish my girlfriend was reliable". Whereas as a teen or even early 20s guy this probably wasn't high on my priority list, I've found that nowadays I find it really really attractive when a woman is some combination of smart, educated and ambitious. And the fun part is, my girlfriend IS smart, she's scored around 130 on several IQ tests. But every conversation with her just feels dull. She has nothing to tell me since she doesn't read or follow the news and doesn't have hobbies either. She knows next to nothing about history (didn't even know japan was involved in WW2 for example), politics, tech or whatever topic one would want to talk about. Plus she thinks philosophizing is lame, so no deep talk. I just don't want to only ever talk about the weather and what other people are doing/saying.
She's 24, and yes, objectively that's still young, but also not that young. I only see two options for her near future right now:

- She continues studying engineering, and by the time she finishes her degree she will be 30 assuming she starts right NOW (and yes, attaining just your undergrad degree can take this long in my country). So she will be 30, with an empty resume, probably won't have the easiest time finding a job. And by the time she's 31 or 32, we would be having kids, further disrupting her career.
- She does something else. But that would require her admitting to herself that she "failed". At the moment she's just not able to do this. She'd probably need a couple more years of personal growth to get to this point.
Anyways. I'm just hoping someone reads my wall of text, and really, any input is appreciated. Thank you for coming to my TED talk! :)

This is something I noticed with how people interpret haracters who dislike adventure, they'll interpret it as if the character is somehow traumatized by them. This happened with louie from ducktales 2017, to the point some fans acted like his familly is abusing him by taking him on adventure when if it was so bad for him, he'd try to sneak out or sit the adventure out like della did because of her phobia back in mervana and if he was so traumatized, even with the treasures, he'd still not be willing to go on adventures.
Part of the problem with this take is it also assume louie is a reliable narrator when considering he's one of the more flawed people on the familly and a con man, I'm not sure hwo legit what he say is, louie also see things in a verry pessimistic view wich I'm not sure isgoing to be the most reliable one (mervana atcually showed louie pessimism was partly wrong since the mermaid people didn't knew their king turned in a monster). Louie being lazy also doesn't mean he's depressed, sometimes people IRL cna not want to do things or chores without being depressed.
Another problem with those interpretation is they also rely on headcanon too much and sometimes a bunch of assumption on how the other treat the so clal traumatized characters, per example with louie, he was only dragged to adventure less than 5 times and he was able to skip the doomsday vault or the cape suzette adventure so to me, this mean he'sot forcedto go on adventures like some claim.
There's also the problem of the characterbeing a fan favorite, this can lead to the person making the character more clean or ignoring the character flaws who can unfluence his action (flaws that can be there without needing trauma).
I'm sure this apply to other character who some see as traumatized when they're not so if you got example, give them below.

I want to apologize in advance if this comes off as a pure rant. Of course there's also pros and not only cons, but I just needed to get this off my chest.
I met my girlfriend in engineering college around 3 years ago, back then we were both pretty young but things have changed since then and I feel like we're at completely different places in life. I'm employed and working on finishing my masters degree in the next year or so. And I'm wanting to have kids by around 33-34. Whereas she hasn't studied in all the past years, and she's still only 10% (at best) done with her undergrad degree. Plus she's only ever worked part time (like 5 hours a week) as a tutor for high school kids.
She just does not have a plan. I'm not talking about having great ambitions or expecting her to have her entire career planned out. She's really just treading water at the moment. Every day she just wakes up and starts scrolling on her phone or watching Netflix. No sense of urgency, no applying for jobs, no studying, no hobbies, no exercising. (and yes, she already is in therapy)
As shitty as it sounds, I often thought to myself "I wish I was with someone who's just normal". Or "I wish my girlfriend was reliable". Whereas as a teen or even early 20s guy this probably wasn't high on my priority list, I've found that nowadays I find it really really attractive when a woman is some combination of smart, educated and ambitious. And the fun part is, my girlfriend IS smart, she's scored around 130 on several IQ tests. But every conversation with her just feels dull. She has nothing to tell me since she doesn't read or follow the news and doesn't have hobbies either. She knows next to nothing about history (didn't even know japan was involved in WW2 for example), politics, tech or whatever topic one would want to talk about. Plus she thinks philosophizing is lame, so no deep talk. I just don't want to only ever talk about the weather and what other people are doing/saying.
She's 24, and yes, objectively that's still young, but also not that young. I only see two options for her near future right now:

- She continues studying engineering, and by the time she finishes her degree she will be 30 assuming she starts right NOW (and yes, attaining just your undergrad degree can take this long in my country). So she will be 30, with an empty resume, probably won't have the easiest time finding a job. And by the time she's 31 or 32, we would be having kids, further disrupting her career.
- She does something else. But that would require her admitting to herself that she "failed". At the moment she's just not able to do this. She'd probably need a couple more years of personal growth to get to this point.

For example, if person A likes marmite and person B dislikes marmite, could it be true that their brains are receiving/creating an entirely different sensation, and that each sensation carries with it an inherently positive or negative quality? And, that if person A were to instead experience person B's experience of marmite, they would in fact dislike it, and vice versa?
Or, could two different people feel differently about the exact same sensation? If so, how would that even be possible? To me that seems impossible

- I'm writing a psychology paper on "the most common causes of depression among men" and I'm looking for materials to help me understand this phenomenon ¡ GPT 4o - The form of the answers, the use of sources and understanding of the topic came off perhaps best of all the models. GTP divided the topic into key aspects, and with this he scored strongly with me. In this inquiry it is a winner. ¡ Sonar - did it very well for using sources. Maybe even better than GPT 4o. He also understood the topic well, but the form of the answer was worse than GPT.
