- Are the two hotends actually structurally different? The product page only describes the NOZZLE being different so I don't get why the nozzle can't just be swapped. (I'm guessing there's something structural that can't let you swap a hardened steel nozzle on the ordinary hotend?)
- Would the "ordinary hotend" also be used for ABS, ASA, TPU, etc? Is the 'hardened steel' hotend really only for like carbon fiber, nylon, etc?
- Does it only come with TWO nozzles?: Guessing a 0.4 Copper alloy and a 0.4 hardened steel.
- Extra nozzle recommendations?:
- Brass vs copper plated?
- Bimetal vs hardened steel?
- Does the manual specify the torque needed to seat the nozzle? Guessing 3Nm. (I sheared my other printer's hotend threads and dont' want to do that again)
- Which bed plate does it come with and do you recommend an upgrade? (Description says it comes with a "Flexible HF Plate" but doesn't say more than that.) Per their accesories, I wanted to get the "Smooth Plate" since it's double-sided PEI textured board and smooth PEA film, rather than the "gold PEI plate".
I do hope they can improve their product documentation over time.

About 2.5 years ago I started to have really bad stomach issues. I noticed every time I ate dairy my stomach would hurt and when I would drink carbonation I would immediate hiccup after one sip and get extremely bloated. I went to my first GI doctor who said to cut out all dairy. That did help for a bit but then I started noticing reflux symptoms. It was constant every day. I call them my bubbles and I would feel it every day no matter what I ate or drank and there was never any relief. I could feel it literally come from my stomach up my esophagus and hit my throat but no burning whatsoever. I went back to the GI and they said to cut out dairy, carbonation, caffeine, and alcohol. During this appointment i believe is when I mentioned I’ve never burped before. It had always just been a fun fact I would tell people and no one would believe me growing up. That was dismissed. I was then put on omeprazole which really didn’t do anything and scheduled for an Upper Endoscopy. During that they found nothing but told me just to continue the omeprazole and when I said it wasn’t working I was told to go buy some Pepcid. I was livid so I immediately dropped that doctor and found another GI and started the whole process over again. I mentioned to this GI that I have never burped before but that was also just a fact that was glossed over. This GI seemed to think it was a sensory issue and put me on mirtazapine. Over the next two months of being on that I did semi notice a change in the very beginning of taking it but that progress stopped pretty quickly. Over two months I gained 20lbs on that medication and my mental health plummeted. I went back and was told basically to cold turkey the mirtazapine and start nortryptaline. I took a half dose for one night and I felt like I just got out of a swimming pool for two days. Extreme sweating. After that I wasn’t on anything and this just kept going downhill. I was extremely depressed and felt like there was no hope for figuring out what this was. I found a therapist and Phychiatrist to help regulate my mental health again after being put on and ripped off so many medications. I then decided to take things into my own hands. I had researched RCPD because I truly felt that described exactly what I was going through. I booked an appointment for an ENT and wrote the disorder down on my chart. The doctor came in and she was my lifesaver! She had never heard of the disorder and actually admitted she had to google it before coming in but she had already called another specialist and read him my chart and he told her to send me his way because he agreed with my diagnosis! Two days later I was in Dr. Bradley’s office and he ran through everything with me and started the process of getting me scheduled for the Botox procedure. Now I am 5 days post op and my life is completely changed! I started micro burping and a few big burps the day after the procedure! I no longer feel sick or bloated every day. I used to puke after one alcoholic drink and now I am trying to figure out what my tolerance actually is because I feel totally “normal” when drinking. I no longer have to air vomit every time I drink or even times I’m not drinking and the bubbles were bad to get relief. It has been crazy to realize this is what my body should actually feel like every day! I am so glad I took things into my own hands and got this done! I am already feeling like my old self before symptoms got bad! I can’t wait to continue to see the progress and get control over the burping but for now I’m just enjoying the feeling of relief and my friends have found it entertaining! No one could believe I’d never burped before and now that I am I have to find a new never have I ever fact haha!

Hello! I’m a first time dart frog owner. I did loads of research before I got my first frog. (An azures. I named them Wolf!) I’ve had him about a month and a half. I’ve been feeding him 10ish flies dusted in calcium once a day. The humidity is in the 80s to 90s, and he has a decent amount of leaf litter on top of some good substrate. His home is bio active. However, I haven’t seen my little friend in about two days. Do dart frogs tend to hide sometimes? Could he just be dug into the substrate a bit? I don’t want to go rustling around in the leaf litter and disturb him if he’s just hiding. Any advice on what could be going on with him or tips to coax him out to make sure he’s alright? He’s roughly 5 months if that helps. Thanks!!

In 2011 I founded the Arctic Methane Emergency Group, which included esteemed scientists John Nissen and Paul Beckwith, professor of climatology at the University of Ottawa.
In 2011 scientists discovered 100 methane seeping structures on the East Siberian Arctic Shelf, and estimated there may be many thousands of them. There are more than 1700 billion tonnes of hydrate in the ESAS. Methane hydrate has been liked to four of the five major extinctions in earth history. Scientists Natalia and Igor told that 50 billion tonnes of methane hydrate could be released at any time, which Peter Wadhams calculated would cause a 1.2 degrees Celsius rise in global temperatures in a matter of years. This would cause localized warming which would release more methane hydrate causing runaway global heating. In 2012 I applied an exponential best fit line to Arctic Sea ice and predicted that the sea ice would disappear around 2016. Peter Wadhams agreed with this conclusion.
Yet here we are, 12 years later and no news at all from the Arctic. I believe the government is secretly geoengineering the Arctic to prevent the collapse of the sea ice and catastrophic release of methane hydrates.
The ESAS contains 1700 Gt (Giga-tonne, billion tonnes) of methane hydrate. Since methane hydrate is about 10% pure methane, the ESAS has about 170 Gt methane. What would be the effect of a release of 1 Gt methane? Since methane has 105 times the warming effect over 10 years than CO2, that would be the equivalent of adding 105 Gt of CO2. Humans now emit about 36 Gt CO2 annually.
Methane is decomposed in the atmosphere by hydroxyl. The level of methane we have been emitting in the atmosphere has significantly reduced atmospheric hydroxyl. Large releases of methane will further decrease it until there is no more. Methane in the atmosphere will not decompose anymore.
The IPCC, the International Panel on Climate Change, a U.N. body, says we must at net-zero emissions in just a few decades. Net-zero is the carbon we can emit that will not increase the emissions. Net-zero is about 8 Gt, about 1 tonne of CO2 per person. This number may be too high.
The IPCC is lying to us when they say temperatures will only rise by 3 degrees Celsius by 2100. They are killing us.
There is more carbon in methane hydrate than in all the coal, oil, and gas in the world. In 2009 James Hansen, former director of the NASA Goddard Institute of Space Studies, told if we burn all the coal, oil, and gas, we will cause runaway heating turning Earth into Venus. He told it is a certainty. Now when you add in methane hydrate, it is a dead certainty.
If we pass this tipping point in the next year, 2026, in a decade humankind will be extinct.
In 2012 I came up with the idea we should have not an Earth Hour or Earth Day, but an Earth Year. A year to solve our problems. This is the list of what we must do.

Smoke is composed of tar, carbon, and chemicals, some which are cancerous. Tar clogs up the passageways of the lung and alveoli. These are microscopic sacs that exchange oxygen and carbon. Carbon cuts up the alveoli. Eventually they collapse, and respiration becomes impossible. Chemicals and small carbon pass into the bloodstream and are distributed through the body. Blood cells try to remove the carbon from the body, and are cut up and killed. Another blood cell tries to remove the carbon, and this continues. Small carbon enters the brain and becomes lodged in the brain cells. To be removed from the body, carbon needs to bond with oxygen. Carbon from smoke cannot bond so remains in your body

In 2012 I applied an exponential best fit line to Arctic Sea ice and predicted that the sea ice would disappear around 2016. Peter Wadhams agreed with this conclusion.
Yet here we are, 12 years later and no news at all from the Arctic. I believe the government is secretly geoengineering the Arctic to prevent the collapse of the sea ice and catastrophic release of methane hydrates.
The ESAS contains 1700 Gt (Giga-tonne, billion tonnes) of methane hydrate. Since methane hydrate is about 10% pure methane, the ESAS has about 170 Gt methane. What would be the effect of a release of 1 Gt methane? Since methane has 105 times the warming effect over 10 years than CO2, that would be the equivalent of adding 105 Gt of CO2. Humans now emit about 36 Gt CO2 annually.
Methane is decomposed in the atmosphere by hydroxyl. The level of methane we have been emitting in the atmosphere has significantly reduced atmospheric hydroxyl. Large releases of methane will further decrease it until there is no more. Methane in the atmosphere will not decompose anymore.
The IPCC, the International Panel on Climate Change, a U.N. body, says we must at net-zero emissions in just a few decades. Net-zero is the carbon we can emit that will not increase the emissions. Net-zero is about 8 Gt, about 1 tonne of CO2 per person. This number may be too high.
The IPCC is lying to us when they say temperatures will only rise by 3 degrees Celsius by 2100. They are killing us.
There is more carbon in methane hydrate than in all the coal, oil, and gas in the world. In 2009 James Hansen, former director of the NASA Goddard Institute of Space Studies, told if we burn all the coal, oil, and gas, we will cause runaway heating turning Earth into Venus. He told it is a certainty. Now when you add in methane hydrate, it is a dead certainty.
If we pass this tipping point in the next year, 2026, in a decade humankind will be extinct.
In 2012 I came up with the idea we should have not an Earth Hour or Earth Day, but an Earth Year. A year to solve our problems. This is the list of what we must do.
- Abandon the cities and return to the farmland, build yourselves homes and grow food.
- End all weapons and live in peace.
- Have only one child. After 200 years you may have two.
- Eat only plants. Fish is allowed on Fridays.
- Technology is not allowed. Electric bicycles and phones powered by solar panels are allowed.
- Timekeeping is not allowed. Live by the cycles of the sun and moon.
- Pay all an equal wage.
- Give all the right to a home, food, medicine, and education.
- Sit, eat, and sleep on the floor.
- Grow hemp.
- You may use the body of a deceased animal, but you must not eat it.
- Cats and dogs must be pescatarian.
- Plastic is not allowed.
- Tobacco is not allowed.
- Coffee is not allowed.
- Sugar is not allowed.
- A man and a lady must use their hands and mouths on their partners sensual organs, and avoid normal lovemaking to prevent the creation of new life.
What happens when you smoke?
Smoke is composed of tar, carbon, and chemicals, some which are cancerous. Tar clogs up the passageways of the lung and alveoli. These are microscopic sacs that exchange oxygen and carbon. Carbon cuts up the alveoli. Eventually they collapse, and respiration becomes impossible. Chemicals and small carbon pass into the bloodstream and are distributed through the body. Blood cells try to remove the carbon from the body, and are cut up and killed. Another blood cell tries to remove the carbon, and this continues. Small carbon enters the brain and becomes lodged in the brain cells. To be removed from the body, carbon needs to bond with oxygen. Carbon from smoke cannot bond so remains in your body

I'm 5'9'', 170lbs, probably 20%+ bodyfat, with a 35" waist when I started 4 days ago. I'm planning to run this for 3 weeks straight, no refeeds. 700 calories or so, with about 115-130g protein. I would estimate my lean body mass to be around 130lb. I lift every other day and do 20-40 minutes of incline walking daily.

We've all heard it, whether you were an adult or a kid being forced to dental cleaning and tooth filling by your parents, the dentist or dental assistant would chew you out with an anti-sugar rant and blamed your cavity on not brushing everyday or even brushing once a day instead of two times a day and your glass of orange juice or canned soda from last week. This is something I've heard from the time I was a kid to my early 20's, it was always my fault because I wasn't brushing enough and because I liked sweet beverages but contrary to their advice I was brushing everyday and I didn't drink very much soda considering my parents started to restrict it from me for a period of time but nevertheless the filling appointments kept coming, while I was mostly cavity free during my teen years things got really bad day once I started smoking cigarettes, first I developed a very bad cavity on abscess in one of my wisdom teeth and this led to me getting gaslighted into pulling all my wisdom teeth, a couple years later while attending a jobcorps where I was never allowed to leave the campus without being kicked out the program and my liquid intake was mostly from sugar free fizzy vitamin drinks, juice and coffee I started developing multiple cavities at a time which resulted in me getting multiple fillings but yet still not all the ones I needed despite that I was brushing twice a day most days, the following year being short on money and dropped off my parents dental plan while the money I did have was going elsewhere I withheld getting a couple cavities in my back molars filled for a few months, I tried compensating for this by pouring a tone of salt in a warm glass of water and swishing that water in my mouth before bed, low and behold not only did this not work but in just a few months of doing this one my molars decayed to the point of being halfway gone and the other developing a large cavity at the gum line, so I wound up getting two root canals in these molars early 2020 along with another filling on my incisor while I first started to make changes to my habits. You'd think I have more since then but after what's been roughly 5 years I've haven't developed another cavity since and I'll go through what I truly believe the reasoning for this being despite that I don't brush my teeth anymore than I used two and that I still consume sugar.

- I started actually drinking water, I came up with this idea while at work to start buying gallons of water because they were cheap, they helped make me feel energetic, and they helped my chronic tendonitis, they say sugar is bad for your teeth because the remains that stick to your teeth attract bacteria that produce an acidic byproduct or because it's acid but the problem is this wouldn't be any different from anything else you eat that leaves residue or gets caught in between your teeth, if a piece of steak gets caught between your teeth the microbes are going to go after that, and sugar by itself actually has a neutral PH. What not only helps wash away debris in your mouth but also regulates the PH level in your mouth di drinking regular water because that's one of the actual reasons why I believe tooth decay is so prominent in our species, we consume lots of acidic cooked or carbonated beverages that can damage the enamel of your teeth, just by drinking a significant amount of water you compensate for this by buffering out the acids leftover plus you simulate your saliva production which has antibody/PH modifying effects of it's own. This principal can be used I you choose to smoke cigarettes as well, smoking whatever it may be is another large contributor to societal tooth decay because the combust is very acidic and it sticks to your teeth, if you wash your mouth it after smoking like I started doing especially with warm water you can counteract this effect, but Ideally smoking should be stopped. Today I still drink my sugary monsters but I'll drink water aside them, I don't find drinking only water is necessary but the important thing to do is to not neglect it. If you reading get my drift here, IT'S NOT THE SUGAR THAT'S ROTTING YOUR TEETH, IT'S DEHYDRATION! WHICH MEANS ACIDS IN YOUR MOUTH GO UNCHECKED!
- I started eating a more nutritious diet, in early 2020 after months after finally getting away from being trapped and graduating from the local jobcorps, this lead to me being able to prepare my own food I developed a more enhanced interest in nutrition after I watched the What in the health documentary, this lead to conduct a mostly whole food plant based diet experiment on myself for several months, while the strict plant based part didn't last what did was my consumption of things that actually have minerals including CALCIUM such as vegetables, beans, whole grains and I bought an instant pot so I could easily prepare my own veggies and beans. Today consume more whole wheat and leafy greens as well as sardines, salmon and fermented dairy products and beverages with fortified minerals.
- I started only brushing my teeth once a day and that time particularly being just before I go to bed, whenever before I brushed my teeth in the morning I could tell they became more sensitive and would lose their exterior natural protection from the acids and I would feel it if I had breakfast after, I also fail to see the benefit of brushing after waking up when I already brushed the night before. I usually just brush once a day now and sometimes I forget and skip a day, the reason why I don't skip brushing altogether is because I don't want plaque building up in my mouth and I want to brush away any possible remaining trails of food debris.

Budget is <$150. Live in a tropical region so it’s hot/humid. Work in a school so I’m dressed business casual most of the time. Age range 25-35. Here’s a list of scents I own and some scores to help anyone recommend something.
-Belcam ADG. Clean and classic. 7.5/10
-Belcam ADG Profondo not my favorite blue but still nice. 7.4/10
-Nautica Voyage 7/10 newest addition. I’m enjoying wearing it. Reminds me of ocean/sea air.
-YSL Y EDP (wife’s pick) 7/10 to me 9/10 to wife. Opening too synthetic. More pleasant dry down to me.
-CDNIM 5/10 on skin 8/10 in the air.
-Invictus Aqua 2018 6/10 (has an alcoholic note that overwhelms my nose. Similar effect with Thomas Kasmala no.4)

 | The vet said I can give him wet kitten food to mix with his medicine but so many brands had carrots, cranberries and other bad ingredients and I ended up just buying "blue menue no salt added wild sockeye salmon" and some boneless skinless chicken that I was thinking of cooking and mashing up since his medicine is in a liquid form and he won't take it if it's not mixed with something.
