2024.05.23 21:17 Toastbutterandjelly AITA for not being home or around my family bush because this family is MESSY!!!!!

Hello Reddit this is my first ever post on Reddit but here we go. This is a very very long story so I'm sorry in advanced. This is the story of my family and yes everything you're about to read actually happened and these people you're about to read about are real (except the names of course).
So to tell this story I'm going to have to start from the beginning with my parents and grandparents. (I normally explain my family bush with a chart or diagram so bare with me.) I (22M) was born from my mom, Jenny (F 43) and my dad, Kevin (M 45).
On my dads side there's his dad Dan and my dads mom, Kelly. When my dad was a teenager his parents got divorced and Dan remarried Fan. They both came into the marriage with kids from previous marriages Fan had a son named Jim. Kelly died when I was a baby so I don't know much about her.
Now on my moms side there's my moms mom Karen and my moms dad R and her older brother RJ. When my mom was a children her parents got divorced because R is an alcoholic and abusive. Karen remarried to Nick they both came into the marriage with kids from previous marriages (they arent important to this story). My parents were high school small town sweethearts even moved in together when they were teenagers.
I was born and at this time in the world my uncle RJ is on his third marriage and had 2 kids. My other uncle Jim had 3 daughters one of them, May was very very close with my parents she was about 10 when I was born. My parents ended up adopting May because she was there 24/7 and was a big sister to me. When I was 6 my parents get divorced and me, my mom Jenny and sister May move in with RJ. Well after a few months May gives birth to her daughter Lily. Lily is the daughter of May and MY UNCLE RJ. RJ was 30 something and May was 15 or 16 (and yes it was consensual to everyone's knowledge). My paretns had no idea of their secert relationship until my dad found out after he came home from work early one day and saw my uncle at our house with May.
My parents have split custdy of me and my mom meets this guy Will and shortly after have my brother Sam I was about 9. Also during this time May and RJ are both in jail or unable to take care of their daughter Lily and my grandparents Karen and Will adopted Lily. They kept May away from Lily and cut all contact with her from her daughter. Now I know my sister wasn't a saint or very smart for that matter but she got clean and was going to college during this period.
When I was 13 May passed away she was 23 and Lily was around 6 or 7. She was murdered by her ex. Also during this time RJ met another woman Carly and had 2 more daughters Faith and Sarah. After a few years a lot happened in the mean time but I'll save you all from the minor details.
Anyway RJ and Carly go to jail/prison for drugs and my mom Jenny was going to adopt Faith and Sarah but my grandparents, Karen and Nick adopt them instead. And cut all connect from their parents. Everything cools down for a few years I'm in college in 2021 when I find out that Jim, Mays dad passed away. I came home for the funeral and asked my grandparents if Lily could come? They said no but me and Lily were hanging out and we might of "accidently" ran into her mothers family. It was so sweet and many tear were ahead it was so nice.
At this point I was in a 4 year relationship with my "high school sweetheart." He was awful to me cheated everything in the book. I met my now partner Xaiver we started dating in Feburary in 2022. While at college I talked to everyone back home daily. I.e. Lily, Sam, mom and dad everyone. Well I didn't hear from ANYONE for two days which was weird. I called my mom and she said "don't worry I'll tell you when your home." She NEVER does that. I'll never forget that phone call. I found out that Lily, Faith and Sarah are in CPS custody and Karen and Nick are calling my mom and everyone awful names. Appariently Nick r***d Lily and was grooming Faith and Sarah. And he had done the same thing to MY MOM WHEN SHE WAS A TEEN AND THATS WHY HER AND MY DAD MOVED IN TOGETHER WHEN THEY WERE TEENS!!!
CPS and the police in my town didn't do jack shit about this and my mom had to "legally kidnap" Lily, Faith and Sarah for the police to do anything. In 2023 my mom adopted all three of the girls. So now my mom is the mother of 5 kids. Me, Lily, Faith, Sam and Sarah. RJ at this point is out of prison (yes he's been in prison this whole time) and is now married. Hes on his 5th marriage to... wait for it... Will's mom, Pam. Will if you remember is my moms boyfriend... Pam is his mom.
Because of all this I am moving far FAR AWAY from this crazy ass family but I keep getting backlash because were all family and should love and be there for each other. AITA for not wanting to about this family bush.
Also I am in therapy ALOT of therapy for minor and major things that have happened in this family and yes, everyone in this family need therapy.

2024.05.23 16:07 ConsciousRun6137 The Tavistock Institution, Social Programming, & Paul or Faul McCartney.

The Tavistock Institution, Social Programming, & Paul or Faul McCartney.
Who is this ?
Answer: He’s not Paul McCartney. This new fella is arriving at the EMI studio on 24th November 1966, to record Strawberry Fields Forever – an ambitious new move, to record with the world-famous Beatles. Their new bass guitarist!
If you feel unsure about this, I suggest perusing one or two videoseg Here, or Here. The world has greatly forgotten what the real Paul McCartney looked like, – that cute, round-faced cherubic look, the heart and soul of the original Beatles, adored by his fans around the world – so successful has been the ‘morphing’ of the new lad.

Words of ‘Paul McCartney’

The replacement feels the old being of Paul in him somehow, feels as if he is two people. Let’s look at some of his sayings.
“‘I joined the Beatles, an already set-up affair’ – The real Paul joined the Quarrymen in 1957 – then he co-founded the Beatles in 1960 – NO WAY could he have dreamed that he joined a ‘set-up affair.’
‘In a way, I think of Paul McCartney as ‘Him’… I do wake up some mornings and think, Jesus Christ, am I really that guy that is in the same body as I’m inhabiting?’
‘I’ve learnt to compartmentalise’ … ‘There’s me and there’s famous Him. I don’t want to sound schizophrenic, but probably I’m two people.‘ (Sir Paul confronts the ghosts of his past, Sunday Times – no longer online) That’s honest!”
‘I Look in the mirror and just think, I in this shell, am the guy I’ve read so much about .. I dunno whether it’s a schitzo thing, ….. “I’m very proud of [him], but you know, I don’t imagine I am him ’cause otherwise it would just blow my head off”
So I thought, being Paul McCartney the whole bit is really, you know, too much to live up to: the advantages, I like to think they outweigh the disadvantages.
Why do the rumours come about? Because Paul McCartney’s dead of course.’
About ‘Yesterday, PM’s most famous song: ‘I dreamed it, didn’t believe it was mine really, I didn’t even write it really in a way….’
See ‘Paul Mc’ give a big wink, when the band is asked about ‘all the time you’ve been Beatles’
He can’t now avoid being asked about the matter: “In America, I was asked a thousand times if I was Paul or his clone.”

The last-ever sight of Paul McCartney

Ringo and Paul received a Melody Maker award, in September 1966 (See the video clip, here). Was this on the 13th September? “This is the very last Paul McCartney public appearance, that was three days before the program was on air.” (Comment on video, by ‘Sun king’) On this view, the program went on air on the 13th which would put the Melody Maker awards on 10th September, the day before Paul died.
That last-ever image of the charming, lovely young musician – he was so good, so true – reminds us of the Roman motto: He whom the gods love, dies young.

Jane Asher and Linda Eastman

Paul’s girlfriend since 1963, Jane Asher, had a father who was a psychiatrist-hypnotist. Paul and Jane lived in her parent’s flat in Wimpole Street -which some have felt was rather odd. If there was a Tavistock connection as some surmise, it would have been though her father Richard Asher. He would have explained to her the ‘change’ in Paul M. and help her to cope with it: but then, he had to ‘commit suicide’ (due to ‘depression’) in 1969, about a month and a half after Paul/Faul married Linda Eastman – i.e, he knew too much. Jane had to be seen going out with the new ‘Paul.’ But once Faul married Linda Eastman, she was out of the picture and might have needed a warning never to talk about what she knew – her Father’s death would have achieved that, and to this day, she will never talk about this matter.
Here is the new ‘Paul’ with Linda.
Linda & Faul
The US photographer Linda Eastman homed in on the new ‘Paul’ and they married very quickly – the story is, that she said to him, she knew of his identity change, and had it on photographic record, but she would stay mum if he married her and made her a star: Faul realised that this was exactly what he needed! Here was a sexy female with whom he could talk about all the weird stuff he had been through, and she’s keep his secrets, and, she’s be part of his new band Wings and help to build up his confidence, and her Jewish-lawyer father could be exactly what he needed in tricky times, he in fact acted for Faul as the Beatles broke up. (That story comes from the film, ‘Paul McCartney really is Dead – The Last Testament of George Harrisson,’ which we’ll come to.)
On May 19th, 1967, Brian Epstein held a promo party for select broadcasters and journalists for the Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band release. The sound technician Roby Grange recalled seeing McCartney, looking very different from the images he’d seen. McCartney and Jane Asher stayed on separate sides of the room the entire night. Grange noticed McCartney spent most of his time around a female photographer, Linda Eastman. He questioned a journalist why McCartney was not around Asher, to which he replied, “That is his girlfriend” “But he is engaged to Jane Asher!” “No, this is a different McCartney.”
The new ‘Paul’ used to go to the synagogue at St John’s Wood with his Jewish wife, which I doubt the old Paul would have done.
The film The Winged Beatle – and The Last Testament are two films I’d recommended on the topic. The Winged Beatle is on Youtube, whereas the Last Testament isn’t, its 900 megabytes, get it from a torrent download.

A right-Handed ‘Paul’

Once he broke away from the Beatles and formed Wings, (with help from Linda Eastman) the new Paul grew more confident and had a photo of himself playing right-handed put on the cover of a British pop ‘zine! The real Paul was totally left-handed, as he explained in a 1963 interview:
" The only thing I couldn’t cure myself of was being left-handed. I do everything with my left hand, and no matter how I try I can’t change the habit. I just seem to do everything back to front. I used to even write backwards. Every time the schoolmasters would look at my handwriting they would throw swinging fits. "

But, these two pictures are probably ‘flipped’ left-right, see comments below.

An Intermediate ‘Paul’
San Francisco Airport, 29 August 1966, end of the US tour
Do you reckon the guy at the bottom is Paul McCartney? To help decide this – don’t rush – I suggest watching The last interview (IMO) the Fab Four ever gave, on the 16th August 1966. Its much better to watch videos rather than just photographs, as there has been so much fiddling with the photos over the years.
Some say the Beatles decided to stop touring and never gave another public concert after August 1966 because the stress of having all their adoring fans around was just too much! If you believe that, note how cool and unruffled the Fab Four appear in that last interview. They are getting over the shock of Lennon’s outrageous remark about Jesus and how Christianity would soon fade away – !! – but no way do they seem about to break up. Note how close and natural is the rapport there between Paul and John: you will never see that again.
Here is a picture alleged to show the ‘three Pauls.’ Do you reckon the second of these, is the guy we saw coming down the steps in the above image? Its important here to bear in mind, that doubles are common in showbiz, and their presence does not mean that anyone is dead.
https://preview.redd.it/jahlwztnn62d1.png?width=800&format=png&auto=webp&s=29f4106b3417ba4e0dea30841bab3a24232e5a78

Testimony of ‘Big Mal’

The Beatles’ faithful roadie Mal Evans went with the new Paul to Kenya in November 1966, and came back with him, but got bumped off (shot ‘by accident’ by the LA police) just before his tell-all book Living the Beatles Legend could be published, in 1976. But, a page of it has allegedly been viewed by Winged Beatle (61 minutes into that video) and do we reckon its genuine? A blurry Xerox scan of the original, it concerns that crucial arrival back in London on 19th November: Mal was given the unpleasant job of instructing Paul’s longtime housekeeper-butler George Kelly to pack up and leave – then the new Paul arrived the next day so the two never met, Mal stayed with him. This text is implying that a pro-British colonial style hospital in Kenya performed the initial plastic surgery on ‘Paul.’ My inserts are in square brackets.
" George [Kelly] is not very happy about it. He didn’t understand it, but I had no choice. Brian [Epstein] could have sent somebody else to tell him the bad news, but the easy way was letting me tell him, even though I was closer to George K and his wife than others. I felt so bad and was actually crying in front of Brian, begging him to not let me do this, … poor George, he didn’t understand a thing. Why, he cried bitterly, why? He kept asking me this question again and again. I was standing there as a butcher with his knife. ..George and his wife left Cavendish [Cavendish Avenue in St John’s Wood, where Paul had lived] the same evening. The next day Paul arrived. We were all there, Neil [Aspinall], Robert [?], John, Brian [Epstein], Ringo, Anita [?], George [Martin] and Tony [?]. Everybody was excited and stunned. It was amazing. They did a good job in Nairobi. It was really happening, it was like we had known him forever. Brian was afraid – Neil assured him that he could trust Pete [Best, early drummer]. But Brian needed a commitment from him. John was paralysed. Just don’t go there, he said, we don’t need frigging Pete involved… I felt bad again …I tried to tell them that I had to see my family sometimes, but Brian and John insisted that I should say with Paul for a while. …We all had to get high. It was so unreal and that is why John invented Strawberry Fields. Nothing is real… "
That is the amazing moment, when Lennon first sees it, the replacement, ‘Faul,’ ‘False Paul’. (For more on this text, see Clare Kuehn’ page, 2/3 of way down). We reflect that this film was made by ‘Iamaphoney’ – a consortium who also make the ‘Rotten Apple‘ series. Clare Kuehn described them to me thus: “the funding seems to have come probably from Neil Aspinall; a white knight group of leakers inside the circle, shall we say, but where the final revelations have been stymied by lawsuits from others, or were never intended to come out.” (Neill Aspinall was the Beatles roadie). So if you believe all that, it might follow that someone has got some more pages of that Big Mal manuscript, somewhere…

‘Last Testament,‘ a Film

There is a gripping and scary 90-minute film, “Last Testament of George Harrison” – although the ‘Plastic Macca’ website is unimpressed, saying many PID Truthers think it is “just disinfo to discredit PID. It makes outrageous claims & focuses on goofy theories rather than sound forensic evidence that proves Paul was replaced.” Well OK but I’m recommending it, as the best film available and an excellent intro! Yes it does get things out of sequence, most importantly that it has PM killed on 9th of November 1966 – which is impossibly late. The drama has to revolve around October 1966 IMO, because that is the month with no trace of PM anywhere, he’s just gone. Then the new replacement appears in November. The Last Testament has ‘clues’ appear on the Rubber Soul and the Butcher’s cover – however they are both from well before their given death-date, which would set up severe paradoxes. Remember this film is advertised as fictional, and it might have been necessary to put in some ‘wrong’ bits so that for legal reasons they could claim it was fiction: just as they might have someone else reading George Harrison’s voice onto film.
In The Long and Winding Road, “The wild and windy night that the rain washed away, has left a pool of tears” – a memory of Paul’s burial?
In Northern song of Yellow submarine, George Harrisson sings,
Indeed the band was not quite right, which was why it could never perform in public again, after August 1966.
The Winged Beatle describes the tribute songs that were composed in 1969 when the Paul-is-dead story broke: Lennon had been putting so many clues everywhere that he could not really be surprised. Their old albums climbed back into the charts again as Beatlemania reappeared with a macabre twist, with folk buying albums to search for ‘clues.’
The Strawberry Fields Forever video (1967) showed how the new Paul’s hair parted from left to right, whereas for the original Paul it was the other way round. The Who sang, “And the parting on the left is now the parting on the right And the beards have all grown longer overnight” (Won’t get Fooled again) A lot of facial hair had to appear to cover up the surgical scars of the new ‘Paul.’
Surely the new Paul had the instructions – ‘take these broken wings and learn to fly all your life / You were only waiting for this moment to arise.’ (Blackbird, on White Album)
He did a fine job.

Sir George Martin is sometimes described as the ‘Fifth Beatle,’ for having been so much involved in producing their early albums: “He is considered one of the greatest record producers of all time,” (Wiki).

Here is his new (2004) heraldic coat of arms His OBE Order of the British Empire is indicated in his Latin motto. Amore solum opus est will roughly translate as ‘All you need is love.’ Three beetles are on either side of a tyre-tread design going through them, maybe squashing the fourth?

Have fun listening to me and Jim Fetzer with Clare Kuehn on the Real Deal, two hours!

2024.05.23 10:37 Terrell8799 My thoughts on 2x4 bc I NEED to get this out and there's no discussion thread!

OKAY 100% my favorite episode, maybe even of the whole series!
I'm gonna start with first the only negative I have which is Noa, all she did this episode was piss me off, I'm already not feeling her & Jen but she made it worst by starting this ship by cheating on shawn with her. Not a fan!
The rest though was amazing!!!
I will also say this ep felt THE MOST like OG PLL also Faran was giving me Hannah vibes!! (luv them both)
All the scenes were so intense and I was so scared for Faran and that ending was EVERYTHING
I still don't trust Dr. Sullivan tbh, I know she got Pushed but It was either Rose or I feel for some reason Johnny (likely rose)
Whatever is happening with Kelly has me so scared for her!! FREE MY GIRL😭 I need her safe and away from that church and her crazy ass mom.
I also wouldn't be surprised if it's revealed Kelly's mom secretly married that dude so them having sex wouldn't be "a sin"
I honestly dont know how I feel about Imogen calling Johnny over tbh bc I DONT TRUST HIM and now he knows where the baby and her family live. She should've just called 1 of the girls.
and about the ships tbh I kinda hope all these summer flings stay just that or break up S3 cause i'm not feeling any of them, not jen (dont like Jen AT ALL tbh) , not Johnny, not Christian (Christian is sweet tho but he and tabby should've been besties)
The ships from S1 I still Love tho
ash/mouse
Faran/Henry (They were actually really cute in the beginning of this episode)
Noa/shawn (even thought they're ruining them I still enjoyed that 1 cute moment this ep)
Clearly both Faran&Henry and Noa&Shawn will be over soon so I hope there's new better love interests introduced in the first season. Especially for Noa, jen doesn't give me endgame vibes for like the whole series just first girlfriend.

I(31F) am close friends with Lisa (33F) we met at college, and became roommates and I love her to death. Lisa has a sister ‘Amy’ (20’s F) whom I’ve met occasionally in college but she was so young at that time we never really hung out.
Lisa had a bridal shower in February and I financially contributed to most of it since I wasn’t able to be there in person to help with the planning. I gave money to Amy to pay for everything, the decor, food and alcohol. I even paid for an overnight stay at a hotel for all 7 girls. I did all of this because I couldn’t make it to her bachelorette party the week before, I had also paid for the limo Amy wanted to host the party in. At the shower I saw Amy and she was gushing about how I had spent a lot of money on Lisa. I just said if it’s for Lisa I would have paid for anything. Amy was hinting that my job was paying so much money for me to spend on Lisa this much. I’m a new surgeon just graduated from residency, i got a pay bump but not a lot. I’m lucky because my husband is supporting me while I go through fellowship. My husband (40M) is a doctor too but so much more advanced in his career than me. For my wedding gift he paid off the remainder of my student loans. He is amazing and I am obsessed with him.
Wedding happened in March, my husband and I came for the wedding. Family and close friends were invited to Lisa’s parent’s place for dinner after. Amy was very handsy with my husband even during the wedding she was asking him about his job how smart he was to be working in the ICU how hot he was how he looks like a young Alain Delon bla bla. My husband was giving me signals to come to him and I did. This happened at least 2 more times. At Lisa’s parent’s, Amy was wrapping her arm around my husbands back and was serving him drinks and food. I told Lisa’s mom about how Amy’s making me and my husband very uncomfortable and her mom pulled her aside and told her off i think because she came out grumpy. She was still acting like a crazed teenager because when we wanted to leave she wouldn’t give my husband his jacket back to him and kept sniffing it. I had a feeling that she was drunk and completely out of it. My husband raised his voice and told her to stop messing around and give it to him. I yelled “can you stop being so difficult you’ve been shamelessly flirting with my husband in front of me the whole day give me the damn jacket and leave us alone”.
I got a text from Lisa’s mom demanding I publicly apologize to Amy as in post on social media a heartfelt apology because some of the guests heard me yell at her and thought I was overreacting and humiliated her.
Lisa is on my side and told me Amy has always had gold digging tendencies and that this isn’t the first time she’d done something like this. She flirted with her friend’s dad and their next door neighbour who is married when she thought that they were wealthy. Lisa said that she’ll handle it. I already felt so bad I ruined the last moments of her wedding day and now she has to deal with this. I’m ruminating on this a lot lately and wondering if I should apologize to Amy. I don’t want to but then again if I did, I would explain exactly what happened and how it merited my reaction to her. Though this might add fuel to the fire. There is so much drama right now and I want to preserve my friendship with Lisa.
TLDR: friend’s sister flirting with my husband, i ‘embarrassed’ her and now she wants a public apology. I’m thinking of doing it but detailing exactly what happened and might paint her in a bad light. But all this drama could cost my friendship with my friend.

Are the guests at the wedding also your Facebook friends? I don't understand how a public apology on social media would work in this case... I mean, I imagine the guests include aunts, uncles, neighbors, etc., of the family. Are they really going to see your FB apology?
OOP
Her mom wants me to tag her and Lisa so that their family can see it. I don’t even use facebook anymore but her family are still active on it.
jamicam
If you don't use FB then there's your answer.
Lisa said she'll handle it. I'd let this alone.
Update March 18, 2024
Keeping it as short as I can and typos galore cuz I’m oncall.
Previous post got so popular that Amy’s mom found it and texted me to take down (in all caps). I got around to read most of the comments a day after I posted when I finished my shift. I didn’t not apologize to anyone or did anything at all frankly I forgot about it since I had people close to dying on me left and right at work. I gaslit Amy’s mom into thinking that I never did such a thing and that I did not have a Reddit account (she believed it I think since she didn’t text me back, cmon the details I put in that post were exactly what she experienced and she didn’t find it odd?).
For clarification:
  1. One of you said I had a spine of a jellyfish (loved that comment) and not apologizing was the right thing to do. I was hesitant and was actually considering giving that apology because of the fact that she fed me and let me stay in her home during thanksgiving and Christmas many years ago when I couldn’t go home to my family. I’m the kind of person who’ll remember every good thing you do for me and do my best to reciprocate or get even so as to not be indebted to you. Idk what kind of mental illness is that, I never retained much of the psychiatric info from medschool.
  2. A lot of people insinuated that me being docile and restrained in those kinds of situations makes me a bad surgeon to which i say i beg your effing pardon. Would you want someone who’s operating on you have a criminal record for causing bodily harm/homicide? Also I’ve dealt with worse than Amy I’ve survived handling 19 psychotic patients with TBIs for a whole rotation. Me being aggressive would have gotten me kicked out of my fellowship.
Things that have transpired:
  1. I tried to avoid contacting Lisa since she went off on her honeymoon but because of the popularity of my previous post I decided to give her a heads up. Lisa was more than apologetic, in fact she facetimed me and we had a very teary conversation about her family. There were a lot more going on that I never knew but mine and my husband’s involvement in her family drama was the last straw. She had decided to go no contact with her mom and sister. She also warned me that Amy might approach my husband in some way but no idea how. She’s also getting her extended family involved about Amy.
  2. My husband does not have any social media (so hot) and he did not give out his number to anyone at all during the wedding. He is anal about loyalty and transparency in our marriage. We have access to each other’s electronics. I know he would never cheat on me. 3 days ago someone called my husband’s clinic asking to get his number for an ‘emergency’ and that she needed to get a hold of his wife. The nurse who answered refused to give a physician’s personal number and the conversation got heated. My husband’s colleague, another intensivist, took over and asked her to tell him what the emergency was so that he could tell my husband himself. The person on the phone argued some more and when the doctor wouldn’t give she hung up. That friend told my husband what happened and said the woman didn’t give her name but had a very high pitched child-like voice. My husband immediately knew it was Amy but we have no proof. I know it was her, she must have searched my husband’s name on google and found where he worked since his professional profile is online along with the name of his hospital.
I’m getting more and more irritated by this whole thing and have gone full on mama bear mode over my husband. He was furiously annoyed after the wedding and was saying if the genders were switched he would have definitely gotten punched not even halfway through the wedding. My husband had terrible experiences with women before, two women at different times tried to baby trap him, one did some Sherlock level manipulation and one harassed us when we were dating. He is usually a cool and calm guy but now he hasn’t been smiling or joking around with me like he always does ever since the wedding.
Anywho, my uncle (our lawyer) was consulted, security at my husband’s dept and around our home have been notified. Thank you guys.
PS: Kelly if you’re reading this, do something about your younger daughter before something bad happens. Also you don’t deserve your older daughter.
Edit: a Moriarty level manipulation…now that makes more sense not sherlock tf

Damn, can your lawyer uncle draft a letter to scare Amy? Just outlining what she is doing is harassment and the outcome if she continues? Sounds like Amy might need mental help and threats of repercussions might force her mother’s hand to getting her help. Is the dad around? I hope other family members will start pressuring Amy to get help
OOP
Nope, we couldn’t prove it was Amy that called. We just have to wait and see if she does anything. Our only hope is that she stays broke and can’t afford to travel to where we live since it’s far from hers. Her dad’s dead. I hope so too.

I’ve got so many dms wanting an update but some (legal things) happened since and I couldn’t tell especially since everyone that was involved knows about this post already.
We have the number of the woman who called but it wasn’t Amy’s number (I have her number) but she could’ve gotten another number. At that time, I was almost confident it was her so I got the name of the person the phone number was registered to. We’ll call her Cece Smith. What threw me off was this person had been using that number for 7 years BUT I later found out this woman lived/lives in the area Amy lives. I called Lisa to ask if she knew who Cece is and lo and behold Cece is Amy’s best friend. I told Lisa about the call to the clinic, she went silent, said she had to go and ended the call.
The next day (March 21st) Lisa texted me that she had gotten a verbal confession from Amy about the call to my husband’s clinic. Not only that, when everything happened right after the wedding, I had not blocked Amy from my instagram yet. She must have gone through my followers list and found my husband’s family, dm-ed them with ‘evidence’ that I was cheating on him. Wedding was on March 10th, the call was on March 15th, I blocked her March 16th. Some time after March 10th she had found and gotten in contact with my MIL, 2 SILs and my niece who is 13 years old about my ‘infidelity’. There were skeptical thank God and contacted my husband on March 23rd. I swear to god this girl is so stupid i dont get why she would waste her time on doing this and doing it very poorly at that. My SIL sent a screenshot of the chat from “mizz_(Amy’s real name)” to my husband and he wanted to throw his phone to the wall. Lisa sent me the recording of the entire call she had with Amy admitting to everything and some serious threats about what she would do to me. One of which that she was going to report me to my state medical board (no basis whatsoever like I said, she is an idiot, the premium kind).
We got in touch with my uncle (yes the lawyer who u guys were so baffled about seriously why is it so surprising that I have an uncle who’s a lawyer his wife is a lawyer and so is their daughter, they are a very righteous family idk what else to say), we sent a C&D letter telling Amy to not contact me, husband and in-laws and I let my chief of surgery and head of my program know about this just in case.
March 29th she really reported me to the medical board (it doesn’t have to be doctor-patient related, a doctor could be harassing someone in the grocery store and a witness can report that doctor to the board, THAT is the purpose of creating this avenue to complain) even though they were warned about this, they still had to do the preliminary investigations on me and interview me to hear my side. Major pain in the ass for me especially since I’m 5-months pregnant. The case on me is closed.
April 3rd Amy dm-ed my niece again with ‘new evidence’ of my infidelity. My sweet niece ran to her mom who told my husband and me. We got a court ordered restraining order against her now. When all of this happened, Lisa was helping me along the way, the cherry on top was when Lisa had access to Amy’s email and her instagram (she never logged out), posted how she tried to homewreck a marriage and outing Amy online with screen shots and snippets of the phone call. Lisa changed her password and Amy couldn’t log in to delete it. Lisa made this known to her entire family and they are putting pressure on her mom (hi Kelly) to rein her in. I dont know the specifics but they are using the family inheritance or some heirloom as a bargaining chip for her to behave good. The girl has some mental issues for sure would love to give her a lobotomy.
I hope to god this is the last of this and Amy stays away from us but I have this gnawing feeling that she’s going to try something again. Lisa is the hero in this honestly, she’ll continue to keep an eye out to see if Amy starts shit again (if she does Lisa’s going to hire a hitman so she says).
I dont even know how to TLDR this. Read it or don’t. I hope this is the final update. To the people who don’t believe this happened it did happen but since it’s so unreal, i don’t blame you.
Ps- husband and I are going to couples counseling together as per advised in the comments of the prior post. We are doing very well, he’s planning an intimate gender reveal soon for me (he knows the gender since he’s a trained sonographer lol).
If there’s any question I’ll be happy to answer. Will delete this account in a few days

2024.05.22 06:24 Trainor123123 It just occurred to me that Zack ruined Kelly’s life

We all know how trash ZM was in high school, but if you watched him in the College Years episodes, you won’t need to look hard to see how terrible he was for Kelly.
There’s a thread here someone else started about Kelly being different in the College Years than during the original series. I agreed with that post except with the specifics. Personally, I felt that Kelly was a great character. During high school, she was known as the pretty girl but her intelligence was overshadowed by other characters. Also, she was the oldest of 7 brothers and sisters which to me, means that she had a lot of responsibilities and obligations. Naturally, this would have prevented her from focusing on herself and figuring out who she is and what she wanted in life.
But in college all that changed. She ended up being a more mature character who wanted to learn and get the most out of life. Yes, she has that affair with Professor Lasky, but I think the writers were being lazy coming up with interesting storylines. Still, it was a learning experience for her which contributed to her character.
As I continue, recall that Kelly worked at the health center and held a pretty important job as head orderly. She was planning to become a doctor and was scheduled to study abroad for 3 months in the summer. When I talk about Kelly growing, I’m talking about a lot of growth - from head cheerleader and homecoming queen to ambitious medical doctor and serious scholar.
I think the writers missed an opportunity to tell an amazing story and teach an important lesson on how people may not always fit our preconceptions and stereotypes. But as you all know, Kelly doesn’t go too far with this growth because she marries ZM.
First, there’s an episode where ZM, moved by a desire to live life to the fullest after a popular professor dies in his dorm, asks Kelly if she loves him. She compassionately, yet clearly says no. But because this isn’t the answer he wanted to hear, goes into a hissy fit. ZM’s risk taking behavior (scaling tall building, riding motorcycles, and skydiving) only stops after Kelly confesses her love for him. Happy to get what he wanted, ZM can live.
Then there’s the episode where ZM tells Kelly that she’s not doctor material and that she needs to be “realistic” because she’s not the studious type. There’s no words to describe how wrong it was for him to say those soul-crushing things. As an aside, I get that he was just trying to be honest even if he was wrong about it. I wouldn't want him to lie and say things just to make her feel good about herself, but the problem is that Kelly was doctor material. If he was paying attention to her, he would have known that. The fact of the matter is that ZM despite dating Kelly for years and knowing her throughout HS, except for the Tori years, don't seem to know her very well at all.
Finally, he asks Kelly to marry him, and she wisely declines. Technically, she says she needs more time to decide. ZM’s response is another hissy fit and only in the last minute sees her as she’s about to sail away. Note that ZM asking Kelly for marriage was entirely motivated by his own fear of losing her no matter what he told Kelly that episode. ZM is not only controlling but also paranoid and distrustful of someone he claims to love. Anyway, Kelly, going with her heart, drops out of a potentially life changing experience to get married.
Interestingly enough, ZM has done this before when he tried to sabotage Kelly’s trip to Paris during HS. He did end up “letting her go” but this pattern of control he wishes to have with her are red flags for the long-term success of their relationship. Adding to the fact that they won’t have much money early on means this marriage probably wont last and Kelly’s chance at becoming a doctor will have passed by without her.
If you watch episodes from hs and college, there are various times he speak very harshly to her. I recall (can’t remember the episode) ZM telling Kelly to put a zip on it. I may have paraphrased the exact words, but his tone to her was unnecessary. Sadly, there were few example where he talks to her that way.
So it looks like ZM is controlling, distrustful, immature (and continues to become more immature as he gets older), and just straight up mean.
If this was real life, I’d feel very bad for Kelly Kapowski. If you were Kelly's parents, you'd have to protect your daughter at all cost from this narcissist and sociopath and pray she meets someone who genuinely loves her, trusts her, and believes in her.

2024.05.22 06:03 CaptainBoozin Who Was Kelly Easterbrook Dating? An Investigation (Frasier's Imaginary Friend)

I was always curious as to the identity of the Seattle Seahawks player at the center of the plot to Frasier’s Imaginary Friend. The show makes quite a few references to Seattle sports, to the point where Niles helps out a player for the SuperSonics and Niles hits the half court shot at a different Sonics game. The only specific reference to a Seattle sports player I can remember is Gary Payton who was the biggest star on the Sonics at the time. So I decided to do a little digging on who Kelly could have been dating.
The first thing I wanted to do was determine Kelly’s age to narrow down her potential paramours. Sela Ward who plays Kelly was 43 years old at time of episode airing, almost the same age as Kelsey Grammer. I think it’s safe to assume that Kelly is meant to be younger than Ward, because Frasier tends to date younger women. I would say that she is at a bare minimum 30 years old, if not older.
Active NFL rosters have 53 players, with 22 starting players. It is implied in the episode that Kelly is dating a “star” player. The definition of “star” in the NFL is a fungible term. On a national level usually starting quarterbacks and other players who are the best at their position can be considered star players. Although in a local market any starting player could potentially be high profile enough to warrant coverage in local newspapers and television, especially if he is dating famous model.
Frasier's Imaginary Friend aired on September 23rd, 1997 and the most famous player on the 1997 Seattle Seahawks roster is easily Warren Moon (no relation). He played for the University of Washington in college which would add to his level of fame in Seattle and then had a long career in the CFL and for the Houston Oilers before signing with Seattle at age 41. Moon is an excellent candidate for being Kelly’s boyfriend due to his age and level of fame. However, Moon was married in at the time and did not divorce his first wife until 2001. According to the Houston Chronicle, Moon and his wife had a domestic violence incident in 1995 when he played for the Kansas City Chiefs. This incident went to trial, so it could stand to reason that Moon and his wife privately separated after the trial in 1995 before publicly divorcing in 2001.
I cannot find any record of Moon and his wife being separated — and it is clear that the reason Kelly demands discretion from Frasier is the her relationship with the Seahawks player is public knowledge so even if he was privately separated from his wife, I think this disqualifies Moon as a suspect.
Of the rest of the 1997 Seahawks roster, only 10 of the 52 remaining player are above the age of 30. I think 30 is a reasonable cutoff point for her potential boyfriends because of the tendency for men to date younger women or women of their own age (like Frasier) and I’m already lowering Kelly's age a significant amount. It is possible she was dating someone significantly younger than herself but I tend to doubt it.
Another potential suspect is Steve Broussard who was 30 years old during the 1997 NFL season. He fits with age and even though he was not the starter at running back, he did play at Washington State University which would make him more famous in Washington State. However, according to his coaching bio at Montana State University he is married with three children, with his oldest being 29 years old meaning his first child was born in 1995 so I am going to assume he was married or in a committed relationship at the time and unable to publicly date Kelly Easterbrook.
The rest of the 30 and older players do not cleanly fit. Rohn Stark was a relatively famous player and fits in the age range, but he was married in the late 70’s. There are two brothers, Brian and Benny Blades who fit in the age range but they were controversial players having dealt with a manslaughter charge involving the accidental shooting of their cousin (I think they’re out), John "Deep" Freisz, Warren Moon’s backup is also in the correct age range and even though he was the backup quarterback in 1997, he started many games in previous seasons and would be plenty famous enough to make news in the city. But he is also disqualified because like most players in that age range he was married before 1997.
With my options running low I think I found the REAL player who (maybe) dated Kelly Easterbrook: Rick Tuten. He was a punter, which is not a high profile position and often forgotten about by all but the most serious fans but Tuten is a special case. He played in Seattle from 1991-1997 The Seattle Seahawks of the 90’s were not a successful team, with a total win/loss record of 70-90 with only 1 playoff appearance so Seahawks fans saw a lot of punts from Tuten, especially in the 1992 season where the Seahawks finished 2-14 and he set the team record for total punting yards. Plus, Tuten was famous for being very strong, winning an award for being the "pound for pound strongest player" in the NFL from “Flex Magazine” in 1998, reportedly being able to bench press over 430 lbs. He is also in the correct age range being 32 years old in 1997, his final season in Seattle. And more importantly, according to Tuten’s obituary (he unexpectedly died in 2017, RIP) he had only been married for 10 years so he was most likely unmarried in 1997 and free to be Kelly’s beau.
So based on my research, Rick Tuten is the most likely candidate for having dated Kelly Easterbrook before Frasier and since his final season in Seattle was 1997 I can only assume he was so heartbroken after losing out on Kelly that he moved on to the St. Louis Rams for his final two seasons.
What does everyone think? Is Tuten our guy? Here's a little video clip for a Seattle sports podcast talking about him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t730KUTM3tg
Any Seattle fans remember him or any other players from that era? I was too young at the time.
Thank you for indulging my wasted evening spent on Pro Football Reference.

It's become a long-recognized fact in boxing, 'You can run, but you can't hide'.
Giuliani found this out the hard way when he was served papers for his treasonous behavior when he tried to have Trump installed as President despite losing the election.
Now the rest of the chickens are coming home to roost.
One by one the despots of Arizona and their co-conspirators are being dragged into court to account for their crimes --trying to overthrow the government of the United States -- and so the judicial process continues.

PHOENIX (AP) — Former Arizona Republican Party chair Kelli Ward and at least 11 other people are set to be arraigned in a Phoenix courtroom on conspiracy, forgery and fraud charges stemming from their roles in an effort to overturn Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss in Arizona to Joe Biden.
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani also is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday, though it’s unclear whether he’ll seek a postponement. Arizona authorities tried unsuccessfully over several weeks to serve Giuliani notice of the indictment against him. Giuliani was finally served Friday night as he was walking to a car after his 80th birthday celebration.
Arizona authorities unveiled the felony charges last month against Republicans who submitted a document to Congress falsely declaring Trump, a Republican, had won Arizona. The defendants include five lawyers connected to the former president and two former Trump aides. Biden, a Democrat, won Arizona by more than 10,000 votes.
The indictment alleges Ward, a former state senator who led the GOP in Arizona from 2019 until early 2023, organized the fake electors and urged then-Vice President Mike Pence to declare them to be the state's true electors. It says Ward failed to withdraw her vote as a fake elector even though no legal challenges changed the outcome of the presidential race in Arizona.
Last week, attorney John Eastman, who devised a strategy to try to persuade Congress not to certify the election, was the first defendant in the case to be arraigned, pleading not guilty to the charges.
Trump himself was not charged in the Arizona case but was referred to as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Arizona is the fourth state where allies of the former president have been charged with using false or unproven claims about voter fraud related to the election.
The 11 people who claimed to be Arizona’s Republican electors met in Phoenix on Dec. 14, 2020, to sign a certificate saying they were “duly elected and qualified” electors and asserting that Trump carried the state. A one-minute video of the signing ceremony was posted on social media by the Arizona Republican Party at the time. The document was later sent to Congress and the National Archives, where it was ignored.
Of eight lawsuits that unsuccessfully challenged Biden’s victory in the state, one was filed by the 11 fake Arizona electors, who had asked a federal judge to decertify the results and block the state from sending its results to the Electoral College. In dismissing the case, the judge concluded the Republicans had “failed to provide the court with factual support for their extraordinary claims.” Days after that lawsuit was dismissed, the 11 participated in the certificate signing.
Those set to be arraigned Tuesday are Ward; Tyler Bowyer, an executive of the conservative youth organization Turning Point USA; state Sen. Anthony Kern; Greg Safsten, a former executive director of the Arizona Republican Party; Robert Montgomery, a former chairman of the Cochise County Republican Committee; Samuel Moorhead, a Republican precinct committee member in Gila County; Nancy Cottle, who in 2020 was the first vice president of the Arizona Federation of Republican Women; Loraine Pellegrino, past president of the Ahwatukee Republican Women; Michael Ward, an osteopathic physician who is married to Ward; attorneys Jenna Ellis and Christina Bobb; and Michael Roman, who was Trump’s 2020 director of Election Day operations.
Arraignments are scheduled for June 6 for state Sen. Jake Hoffman; on June 7 for former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows; and on June 18 for Trump attorney Boris Epshteyn and for James Lamon, another Republican who claimed Trump carried the state.

2024.05.21 13:20 LetterGrouchy6053 On the inevitability of justice -- Part II

It's become a long-recognized fact in boxing, 'You can run, but you can't hide'.
Giuliani found this out the hard way when he was served papers for his treasonous behavior when he tried to have Trump installed as President despite losing the election.
Now the rest of the chickens are coming home to roost.
One by one the despots of Arizona and their co-conspirators are being dragged into court to account for their crimes --trying to overthrow the government of the United States -- and so the judicial process continues.
These seditionists ran and hid behind lawyers, hid behind MAGA in the House of Representatives, hid behind the very tyrant, Trump, but to no avail.
There is no hiding from justice,

The Mystery
The other day, someone reached out and asked me about the death of an author.
I hadn’t thought about the author in several years.
The author died under very strange circumstances.
The thing is though, the cause of death was never disclosed.
People were waiting for it because there were some questions about how she died and if this A list mogul/wannabe rapper was behind it.
He wasn’t. One of the reasons he had nothing to do with it was the author had characterized him in the book as, umm manly, which he really liked because the truth is far from that.
Stories flooded the media that the author was unstable and a drug addict and had mental issues.
This version of events became golden and people just moved on.
They stopped asking the tough questions because they had been given the answers they thought they needed.
No one was ever given any answers.
One of the reasons for that was the person she was sleeping with was a married man who had a ton of money and connections everywhere and with everyone.
Our author was talking about confronting the wife of her lover because the author thought that the wealthy man was treating the author poorly, which he was.
Apparently this wealthy man decided to kill her.
From the beginning, the police knew who did it, but were stalling until they got orders from someone higher up the food chain.
This was a very powerful person.
Then, the wealthy man died.
When he died, everyone just decided that keeping things quiet was the way to go and so they have stayed quiet about it ever since.
Erica Kennedy Erica Kennedy was an American author, blogger, news correspondent, fashion journalist, and singer. Her 2004 novel Bling, became a New York Times bestseller. Maybe "blind" like in the blind items? No clue there
"2 chris for one livin" - Seems to me that this means that two people named Chris are dead with one alive. I'd wager that two who've died are Christopher Wallace and Chris Kelly of Kris Kross. The one living may be Christopher Williams (?). I know he was rumored to have some....dealings with Diddy.

2024.05.21 13:06 LetterGrouchy6053 On the inevitability of justice -- Part II
