2024.05.14 15:01 aznpersuazion My Top 5 Restaurants in South Florida/Miami Area..
Wanted to share my top 5 recommendation list. Having lived here for about 30 years, here are the best spots to visit, whether you're traveling or a local. I've included a range of options from cheap eats to fine dining.
- Chef Tally's - I've binge eaten at least 50+ jamaican restaurants, and while this isn't your typical traditional jamaican spot, this is hands down one of my favorite places in south Florida. I dream about the chicken here. It's always a candidate for my "what should I eat this weekend" thoughts.
- Mila Sunday Brunch - $95 for all you can eat cinco jota jamon iberico, black caviar, and a ton of other creatively prepared dishes. I've had a few of the other brunchs in south florida, like edge, novikov, etc. but this one gets the thumbs up because they actually have more unique spreads and appetizers. Pro tip, they have a cheese wheel pasta and mojito station outside. Did I mention the price includes unlimited champagne and rose?
- Palacio de los Jugos - this is a staple of south florida cuisine. I might get some flack for having this on my list, but amongst all the cuban and latin spots I've been to across Hialeah and Miami, I always find myself back here grabbing a meal for like $7 and juice for $3!
- Stubborn Seed - I haven't gone since they've gotten their Michelin Star, but I used to frequent this place. What sets the tasting menu at stubborn seed apart in my opinion is the almagamation of dish pacing, food sourcing/creativity, and lineup of ingredients. I don't think there's a singular dish that really sets this restaurant apart from the rest of the modern fine dining options, but more so a extremely well presented and curated dining experience.
- Anita Gelato. This spot recently opened in Aventura coming from NYC. It's not a super traditional italian/argentiniam gelato, but the flavor combinations are the best I've ever had. And it's not too sweet. My favorite ice cream/froyo/gelato spot amongst the hundreds I've been to in SoFlo.
Honorable mention goes to Kaeru Sushi for bringing great quality japanese food for an affordable price.* A little extra. South Florida has EXCELLENT latin american food(peruvian, argentinian, columbian, etc.), mediterranean, israeli/jewish delis, italian, caribbean, and much more. I highly recommend checking out any of the above cuisines. DM me if you'd like any specific recommendations.

- If you like to travel, check out this post where I show you how you can hack your way to getting cheap flights that are up to 90%+ off!

2024.05.14 14:54 titoulcn What do you think are the top picks for the best crypto exchange for day trading?
I'm diving into day trading and looking for insights on the best crypto exchanges to maximize my gains. With so many options out there, it's tough to decide where to start. That's why I'm turning to this community for recommendations and personal experiences.
In your opinion, what are the top picks for the best crypto exchanges for day trading? I'm particularly interested in platforms that offer low fees, high liquidity, a wide range of trading pairs, and robust trading tools. Security is also a top priority for me, so exchanges with a solid track record of safeguarding users' funds would be ideal.
What first comes to my mind are popular exchanges like Binance, Kraken, Bitfinex, and Coinbase Pro, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on these platforms or any other hidden gems you've come across.
Feel free to share your favorite exchanges for day trading and why you prefer them. Your insights will not only help me but also fellow traders who are on the lookout for reliable platforms to execute their trading strategies. Maybe you'll find
tips from this article helpful as well.
Thanks in advance for your input!

2024.05.14 14:42 jennithomas321 6 Pro Tip: Invest in a solid LinkedIn profile SEO
LinkedIn can be a sales goldmine when used strategically.
Among all the social media platforms out there, LinkedIn stands out as the go-to platform for professional social networking.
But with over 900 million people using it, how do you stand out?
It requires more than a compelling bio and a polished profile image.
Do You Know??
According to the latest statistics, 40 million people use LinkedIn every week to search for jobs, and three people a minute are hired on the site.
This article will cover: - Keywords
- Headlines
- Profile completeness
- Job title optimisation /Work Experience
- URL Optimization
What Is LinkedIn SEO? How Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) works for LinkedIn???
LinkedIn SEO is all about optimizing your profile and content to boost your visibility and ranking, offering a myriad of opportunities for career progression, business networking, and establishing a prominent presence within your industry.
When you fine-tune your profile’s headline summary, work experience, and skills section with specific
keywords, you can boost the likelihood of appearing in LinkedIn’s search results.
Imagine someone searching for specific keywords or skills related to your professional background – a well-optimized profile significantly increases the chances of your profile being featured in their search results.
On top of that, LinkedIn profiles can also show up in traditional search engine results pages (SERPs) like Google, expanding your online presence.
Beyond profile optimization, the impact of SEO extends to your content. LinkedIn posts and, particularly, articles have the potential to rank within
LinkedIn’s search engine, showcasing your expertise within the platform.
Furthermore, these articles, with their long-form nature and valuable insights, can also rank on traditional search engines, leveraging LinkedIn’s high domain authority for increased visibility both on and off the platform.
Why You Need to Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile:
An optimized LinkedIn profile is one where every part of your personal profile is filled out and shows audiences what you do, who you are, and what you are an expert in.
This helps your profile rank higher in LinkedIn searches and builds trust among those who might want to connect or follow you.
Do You Know??
Even more compelling? Some 44% of LinkedIn users earn
more than $75,000 a year. That’s a considerable bump up from the
national median income of $68,703 per household.
Let's Dive in:
6 steps to help improve your LinkedIn SEO optimization for better results.
Step 1: Keywords.
A keyword is a word or phrase that searchers enter into a search engine. Learn more about
Keyword Research. Examples of keywords and phrases include:
Example:
In
seo bint e jamil, 'Digital Marketing Manager' is the keyword.
- Freelance Digital Marketer
- Certified Digital Marketer
- Best Digital Marketer
For LinkedIn, create a list of 7-10 words or terms that your ideal client would use when searching for the service you offer. For example:
- SEO Digital Marketer
- Digital Marketer Agency
- Digital Marketing Expert
Now, use these keywords throughout your profile in as many sections as possible, including your:
- Headline
- Role descriptions
- Skills and endorsements
- Skills and endorsements section. LinkedIn prioritises skills already in its database, so when adding a new skill, start typing it, then select the most relevant suggestion that appears.
Step 2: Profile Completeness
To rank highly your profile will need to be 100% complete, with every profile section completed. Consider using bullet points rather than paragraphs, and format the text so it’s easy to read.
Let’s take a look at what you should focus on to fully optimize your LinkedIn profile.
1: Images Optimization:
When you’re setting up your profile, you’ll want to make sure you’ve got a solid profile picture.
LinkedIn can be a sales goldmine when used strategically.LinkedIn can be a sales goldmine when used strategically.
Among all the social media platforms out there, LinkedIn stands out as the go-to platform for professional social networking.
2: LinkedIn Background Photo:
Background photos are like billboards. You can use this space to show your accomplishments and awards or offer free resources.
LinkedIn Background Photo Optimization
You should also:
- Add a tagline to inform visitors about who you are and what you do
- Include your website URL and social media handles
- Include a call-to-action (CTA) or provide clear instructions on how users can get in touch with you
- Make sure you avoid placing any important information on the bottom left — it won’t be visible
3: Craft a Keyword-Rich Tagline /Headline:
Your LinkedIn headline sits just below your profile image and name. Customising your headline is not only critical for SEO, it’s also an important part of your personal brand - how people view and perceive you on the platform.
LinkedIn automatically populates your headline with your current or most recent position – however, you have the option to customise it. Remember, you want the headline to create an informative and impactful snapshot of yourself.
Linkedin Headline Optimization
When creating your headline: - Include your role title
- Include your industry
- Include your specialty
- Use all of the 120 characters available
- Steer clear of emoji use
Headline Example:
For a digital marketing manager, a similarly optimized tagline could be, "Innovative Digital Marketing Strategies to Elevate Your Brand's Presence" — placing the target keyword "Digital marketing strategies" prominently at the start.
4. Featured Posts on LinkedIn
The Featured section on LinkedIn is a space on your profile where you can highlight important content.
LinkedIn Featured Section
It’s near the top, below your photo and headline. You can use this section to showcase:
- Articles or blog posts you’ve written
- Videos
- Images, graphics, or infographics
- Documents, like case studies or whitepapers
- Testimonials or other achievements
Featured content isn’t permanent, so you can change it up to include new content as regularly as you like!
5.Create a Compelling “About” Section
The About section is the meat of your Company page. Here, you have the space to go into more detail, telling the story of your brand and naturally incorporating relevant keywords throughout.
About Us LinkedIn SEO
Here are some components to consider including in your About section:
- Your brand vision. Articulate the impact your company aspires to have.
- Mission statement. Use action-oriented language to describe how you plan to achieve your vision.
- Company values. Articulate your brand values to showcase your company culture and principles.
- Brand differentiators. Clarify your brand’s positioning to differentiate your company and its offerings from competitors.
- Products and/or services. Provide short overviews of your main offerings using clear, searchable terms.
Here’s an example of the beginning of an About section for a data analytics company:
At ABC Company, we democratize data analytics, enabling businesses of all sizes to unlock insights through our intuitive, AI-powered analytics platform.
Finally, you can add in some “Top skills” as a way to remind readers what your services are. This also presents another opportunity to add in your keywords.
When I’m looking at someone’s experience section on LinkedIn, I’m looking to see if they meet the criteria of the role beyond a job title. Their job duties and achievements give me a better understanding of their scope of knowledge and specific skill sets this role needs.
LinkedIn “Work Experience” section
Fields for LinkedIn experience entries
Each position on LinkedIn has a combination of required (*) and optional fields:
Required fields for LinkedIn Work Experience entries
Title*
List your position title, including any relevant keywords. Sometimes job titles benefit from being revised for common searches.
Example: "Content Marketing Manager" might be more search-friendly than "Manager, Marketing Content."
Company name*
Many companies already have a company profile on LinkedIn and will autocomplete from the LinkedIn Company Page in the dropdown as you type.
Employment dates*
This is usually shown by a start and end date. If you’re currently working in the role, click “I am currently working in this role” and it will automatically list your end date on your profile as “Present.”
Industry*
This doesn’t display on your profile. Select the best match and keep going.
Optional fields for LinkedIn Work Experience entries
The profile gets much more interesting with the additional, optional work experience fields including:
Employment type
Location
Sharing the location can give people reviewing your profile a sense of where you’ve worked (and where you’re likely based).
Location type
Choose from On-site, Hybrid, and Remote. Showing that you have experience working in a certain capacity can be valuable to some recruiters and employers.
Example: If you have a work history in remote roles, you may be a strong candidate for additional remote roles.
Description This is a written summary, usually two or three sentences long, that allows you to show your job duties, achievements, and expertise. By including relevant information with a few highlights and key accomplishments, you can improve your odds as a job seeker.
Pro tip: To further optimize your LinkedIn profile, consider using
ChatGPT for your LinkedIn summary. 7.URL Optimization
LinkedIn allows you to personalise your URL, changing it from the automated URL, which is usually quite long and contains a random assortment of numbers. Upon updating make sure you update your email signature, business cards and other marketing collateral.
URL Optimization in LinkedIn SEO
To change your LinkedIn public profile URL:
For
LinkedIn Public Profile URL:
- Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
- Click View profile.
- Click Edit public profile & URL on the right side.
- You’ll be redirected to the Public profile settings page.
- Under Edit your custom URL on the right side, click the Edit icon next to your public profile URL.
- Type the last part of your new custom URL in the text box.
- Click Save
Drive Results with LinkedIn SEO Optimization
By enhancing the different components of your LinkedIn profile page with a strategic approach to LinkedIn SEO optimization, you’ll be much more likely to appear in search results. This will go a long way toward increasing your visibility and helping drive more business opportunities. Remember that SEO isn’t just a one-time effort, but rather an ongoing process that requires regular attention and updates to deliver your desired results.

2024.05.14 14:30 aznpersuazion Found a great way to save money on pet supplies
Just wanted to share with everyone a great way to save money on pet supplies that doesn't take a lot of time. I was able to make $1000 in less than a year using Rakuten.
If you’re not using Rakuten yet, I highly recommend giving it a go. All you need to do is either sign up on the website or download the app. You then do your shopping through their website/app. They are a very reputable and secure company with millions of users. I have a dog, and Petsmart/Petco often gives 10-15% cash back! There’s also consistent cash back on stores like Target, Nike, and Grubhub!
Pro tip: New offers are added each day, a lot of them are reoccurring. You can also get special offers through the app, that aren’t available on the website.
Help me out and use my referral link and you'll get $30 the first time you use it.

| So I just got my V1 e-Hybrid last week and enjoying the car so far. Something which I found hasn't been mentioned anywhere in forums etc was that if you're using an android phone. In my case it's a Google Pixel 8 Pro, haven't tried any other android to see if it's the same result. When I use the navigation in android auto via Google Maps or waze it shows the next directions in digital cockpit on the right hand side if you select the compass there which I find really useful sometimes as you don't have to look at whole maps all the time. It dies however works with Apple carplay regardless of whichever maps are used, that I have tested witb iPhone 12 V1 is not full of so many options and I think I have tried most of the things I found around infotainment system in a week or so but if there are any other tips on what I could possibly be missing out on, would appreciate that! submitted by Dad-COD to CupraFormentor [link] [comments] |

2024.05.14 13:36 Sush1burrito Is there a good way to coupon for formula (where do I get them from)?
I'm signed up for the similac and enfamil websites, and I've never gotten anything, despite my address being updated. It has originally been a diff address, but I moved. I did call and check and my address is right.
My baby eats expensive formula. She can have gentlelease (or the Similac equivalent, pro total comfort). She has stomach issues.
I'm just barely catching up on rent, so I have almost no money. I was behind because I took a medical leave to take care of my baby, who was having health issues, but she's now doing great. Slowly catching up on bills and rent.
Two large cans are $65 of the pro total comfort (cheaper than gentlelease).
I do have WIC, but they only cover 7 cans now for me. My baby turned 6 months, and the other cans they used to cover are now purees.
Since she was really premature, she's actually only 4 months old (her premie age) and still rejecting purees. Her feeding therapist told me she may for a while, since she is getting caught up to regular babies.
Any couponing tips?

2024.05.14 13:24 adulting4kids Befriend The Blank Page Part Three
Writer's Block? Befriend the Beast: Pro Tips to Turn Blockades into Bestsellers (With Prompts So Crazy They Might Work)
Ah, writer's block. That ever-present nemesis, the blank page's evil twin, the creativity-sucking gremlin that haunts every writer's dreams (or lack thereof). But what if I told you writer's block isn't your enemy, but a misunderstood ally? A twisted muse, a forced sabbatical from the mundane, a chance to shake things up and unleash your inner writing gremlin in the most productive way possible?
Befriending the Block: Professional authors know the struggle is real. Here's what they say about turning blockades into stepping stones:
- Embrace the Pause: Jodi Picoult: "Writer's block is a sign that something isn't working. Step away, recharge, and come back with fresh eyes."
- Declutter Your Mind: Neil Gaiman: "Sometimes you have to let go of an idea to make space for a better one."
- Experiment, Even If It's Weird: Haruki Murakami: "Don't be afraid to try something strange. The most original ideas often come from unexpected places."
Now, let's get insane with prompts that will have your muse doing a double take: 1. Genre Blender: Combine two wildly different genres. Write a historical romance with zombies, a cyberpunk detective novel set in ancient Rome, or a space opera with a grumpy cat detective as the protagonist.
2. Alternate Reality: Imagine your story taking place in a world obsessed with something ridiculous. Think "everyone communicates only through emojis" or "unicorns are the primary mode of transportation."
3. Flash Forward, Way Forward: Skip to the very end of your story. Write the final scene, then work your way back, filling in the gaps with the most outrageous plot twists imaginable.
4. Dream Weaver: Describe a bizarre dream in excruciating detail. Then, analyze it like a cryptic message from your subconscious, using it as the foundation for your story.
5. Character Chaos: Write a scene where your characters are forced to switch bodies (think Freaky Friday, but with your characters). How does it change their perspectives? What hilarious misunderstandings ensue?
6. Found Object Frenzy: Grab the weirdest thing you can find (rusty spork, deflated balloon animal, taxidermied squirrel) and write a story centered around it. Bonus points for incorporating its bizarre history.
7. Unsolved Mystery: Choose a real-life unsolved mystery (Jack the Ripper, the Bermuda Triangle) and write a fictional account from the perspective of the perpetrator or a hidden witness.
8. Headline Hijinks: Rip a random headline from the news and turn it into the most outlandish story you can imagine. Aliens behind the stock market crash? Sentient self-driving cars waging war on pigeons? Go wild!
9. Animal Antics: Write your story entirely from the perspective of an animal character. A grumpy cat narrates a love triangle, a wise old owl dispenses philosophical advice, a hyperactive squirrel chronicles a daring heist.
10. Time Travel Tango: Send your characters on a time travel adventure with a twist. They can't change the past, but their actions have unforeseen consequences in the present. Think butterfly effect on steroids.
Remember, these prompts are just springboards. Let your imagination run wild, embrace the absurd, and don't be afraid to delve into the depths of your weirdness. You never know what hidden gem you might unearth from the rubble of writer's block. So, unleash your inner gremlin, write with abandon, and remember: sometimes, the best stories are born from the most unexpected places. Now get writing, you beautiful block-busting wordsmiths!

2024.05.14 12:57 Vegetable_Page_4987 AdSep board- Army
Next month i will be attending my adsep board for "civil court cases in foreign countries".
I've got TDS and he advised me on certain things I should produce.
My question for anyone here willing to help... what is some solid advice for me to impress the board? Anyone whos been to one can give some pro tips?
Honestly, I dont even want to be retained. I just want a more favorable discharge, as apposed to an OTH.
Ive got 5 years of honorable service, was never a shit bag, reclassed from combat to medical. As for character statements its not looking so good. I had just arrived here when the incident happened, so no on has really got to know me outside of my resticted life. Mental health in the gutter. Wife and kid still here though.
I really appreciate any vets that are willing to help out with some information. Really, thank you so much.
