Hey everyone !
I have always struggled with my weight and my body and had a crappy relationship with food since childhood. When I was a teenager I was always on diets and counted calories obsessively despite being at a healthy weight, just a little chubbier than my friends (around 60 kg/130 lbs, and I'm 1m62/5'4). It turned into what I think in retrospect was bulimia, where I would fast for 24 hours at a time, bingeing right afterwards. Then I got through a small bout of depression during the second lockdown in my country, during the fall of 2020, and since then... I don't compensate anymore, just binge several times a week. I'm now a not depressed 22 years old, but who weighs 93kg/200 lbs (so obese... :( ) and I really feel terrible about that. Apparently I have fatty liver. My doctor was really kind and patient with me, but told me now was the right time to lose weight. She also told me that I had to be careful doing that because of the disordered eating.
I already go to the gym 2/3 times a week, have a pilates class every week, and walk my 10k steps almost everyday (maybe 8k on average ? not counting the steps on the elliptical). The food is the main problem I guess, but if someone has good gym routines for weight loss, please share ! Of course I plan on going to therapy, but I'm currently living in a foreign country so I'd rather wait until July, when I'll be back in mine.
Any tips ?

TL;DR SORTA 2008 Ford mustang coupe v6 automatic p0745 Pressure Control Solenoid A and p0733 Incorrect gear 3 ratio seem to pop up everytime vehicle is low/has no coolant? Vanishing coolant. Bought at 50k miles. Old service records state coolant problem and trans issues diagnosed at 45k miles. 2nd owner of car never mentioned the detailed diagnosis. 2nd owner only stated both CEL and OD blinking light were fixed with fluid change. Car checked out in great shape by multiple mechanics. All lights and problems gone for another 40k miles During regular oil changes every 3k miles they noted coolant seemed to be leaking slow but the leak was never found until I hit 85k miles. The check engine light came back on and o/d blinking light, coolant tank was low on coolant and car overheated. Added 2 gallons of coolant and the lights disappeared again after driving around. Weeks later had some slight acceleration issues but still no codes. Brought it in anyway. The certified transmission mechanic fixed the bad coolant leak and told me I would need a rebuild too due to the previous codes.. I also had them put in brand new engine due to the severe overheating. All brand new solenoids.. Hit 110k miles with the Mustang and for third time CEL and OD blink light came on again P0745 and P0733. Took to a local mechanic and they tried changing the trans fluid to see if it could fix the codes. Didnt fix the codes and was told it likely needs a completely new or a used transmission.. Coolant seemed fine and car still drove smooth for the past several months until last night hit 122k miles and White smoke/steam is now coming from engine area. No overheating yet but coolant tank is holding barely any coolant at all. Leaking can be heard near center of under the hood when trying to add coolant. 37k miles on both brand new engine and complete rebuilt transmission with brand new solenoids and parts.
What are the chances the transmission and engine are still fine and the codes are being caused by a coolant/oil pan gasket leak, or a bad radiator? Or even a simple or similar often overlooked issue? I'm having it towed tomorrow to the certified transmission shop that fixed the coolant leak to begin with and rebuilt the transmission but he seems lost on what the issue could be.
Any ideas or similar issues? For more details that could help possibly help solve the issue I also went in depth with every problem since I bought the vehicle but it's super long!
I have a beautiful 2008 Ford Mustang anniversary edition I bought in January 2018 at 50k miles. 3rd owner. Everything was fine for 4 years until 02/2022. At 85k miles I ran into coolant and transmission problems and discovered in my vehicles past service records from 2017 that the 2nd owner who bought it had taken it to the Ford dealership to be fixed and the dealership discovered a coolant leak and transmission problem that required a rebuild. I called the dealership and they were able to tell me the issues were declined to be repaired. The 2nd owner decided to just resell it. I had no idea because the Mustang drives smooth and beautifully. When I bought it there were no warning codes or check engine lights on but the previous owner only mentioned the check engine light and od blinking had been on for a short while but they had fixed it with just a fluid change. They never mentioned the coolant leak diagnosis or transmission needing a rebuild from taking it to the dealership. I'm assuming the 2nd owner thought they fixed the cause of the issue or may have done something to buy more time to sell it. I also had the vehicle looked over by a mechanic in our town and everything seemed great. During regular oil changes the first 4 years I had the vehicle they always noted coolant getting a little low but couldn't find any leaks either and I was told it was okay to drive and they would top it off and do an occasional coolant flush. Took my vehicle to a few shops for second opinions and no coolant leak could be found even tried taking it to a commercial mechanic Pep Boys and they couldn't find any leaks either and tried telling me I needed a new alternator but when I took it to a qualified mechanic to have the work done the alternator tested fine and was good. After putting about another 40k on the odometer the Solid Check Engine light came on again , O/d light blinking,car was overheating checked coolant and it was completely gone from the radiator. Put coolant in and check engine light along with o/d blinking light went away for good. A few weeks later I started having slight accelerating issues. Still no codes came back but I decided to take it to a certified transmission shop a few hours away and they finally found the coolant leak and told me it was bad and let go for way too long and that the transmission still needed a rebuild as well even though the codes were gone again. I decided to have them rebuild the transmission with all brand new parts and put a brand new engine in for about 11k together. I had told him it was driving smooth up until the coolant issue started. The codes pulled were p0745 and p0733 during the 2nd time it happened. The engine and rebuilt trans have 37k on them now. August/2023 Check engine light popped on and O/D light is blinking for the 3rd time.. The codes are p0745 and shortly after the p0733 came up again . Car drives perfectly smooth/ no shakes or bumps besides the codes and this time a barely noticeable lag in acceleration. Tried a new certified trans mechanic closer to our home with really great reviews and he told me I likely just need a new transmission because of the codes but we could try doing a transmission fluid change to see if it clears the codes. It didn't end up clearing the codes but the Mustang has been driving fine for several months up until a few days ago, 05/2024 9 months with 1 hour of daily driving with the codes Thick white smoke/steam has started coming from my engine bay after driving for 10 minutes, pulled over and waited a bit check codes no codes for overheating this time still just p0745 and p0733 but coolant reservoir was almost completely empty again and is not holding any coolant at all this time when I tried to add it. I can hear it leaking out underneath the vehicle near the area of the alternator in the center under the hood. Maybe this is also unrelated but a small oil pan gasket leak was discovered when I took it for a oil change last week. I have that scheduled to be repaired this week along with the coolant looked at again. I know that issue could also explain the smoke but white smoke/steam makes me think this is still all related to a coolant problem and my concern with the car would be that the trans codes are only appearing with a coolant issue again! What are the chances of just a coolant leak or oil leak issue causing this and not needing a new transmission or a rebuild at all? I'm planning to have the coolant system looked over again for any leaks or a missing hose, could the radiator just need replaced? I had the coolant issue looked at by one of the other smaller local mechanics but they had no knowledge of transmissions. I did not have the vanishing coolant problem checked out yet by the new shop I discovered who tried changing my trans fluid in August 2023. We hadn't looked at anything coolant related because the codes have only been suggesting the Transmission even though the car still shifts and drives smooth and there had not appeared to be any leaks with the engine coolant. No codes for coolant issues until the reservoir tank is near empty and the transmission codes pop up with it.. Could there be anything our local mechanics are missing here that would explain the problem? I would like to try taking it to the Ford dealership but the nearest one is about 6 hours away. I'm really hoping the transmission problem codes will go away if I have the coolant issue/repair solved instead of having to do the tranny again.

I (F) love my current boyfriend, we have been dating for about 6-7 months. Earlier in our relationship we made plans for our future, but over time, I don't think we'll be able to meet those plans. And for the past week l've talked to this guy (in class only), he's funny, cute, smart, tall, and we have a similar childhood & background & our families speak the same language so there's no language barrier. Hi all, how would you speed up belly fat loss?
Checked scales this morning and I'm at 9stone 5lbs I want to get to my usual 8stone5 but at this point 8stone12 is fine as long as I'm under 9stone. I don't look fat but I'm definitely skinny fat.
I'm on a high protein plan, I hardly have any carbs unless it's wild rice, a little pasta, or avocados and stuff. I don't eat sugar or at least processed stuff and all my meals are home cooked using fresh ingredients. My blood sugars are finally back to normal too so I reckon the nutrition side of things is good.
I run 4xs a week, and use my indoor maxi climber. Currently not lifting weights and refuse to go to the gym. I also use a tummy cruncher but feel it's a waste of time.
How can I speed up belly fat loss, I feel as though my waist has definitely shrunk and my hips look less wide my husband doesn't notice but I can definitely see the difference a 5lbs loss has made. But there is a bulge of fat on my belly!
Any exercises I can do at home to get rid of this? And how long does belly fat take to go away? I know it's a slow process but would like an exercise that works the core, the top of my waist looks slim and flat but the lower belly is where the fat is.

This guide is targeted for beginner builders without any tech background, especially the ones who are building Gaming PCs or Rendering Workstations.
Everytime I saw a beginner builder posting their draft builds, there are small but crucial things thats always being overlooked. I made this guide hoping that it will help newbies on building their own PCs. If you find some of the terms/ jargons too technical, just a quick google search will help you understand what it means.

1. After you have all the essential parts listed on your build, your CPU, Mobo, RAMs, GPU. The last part that is sometimes overlooked or not really given the budget for is the PSU (Power Supply Unit). AMDs are more power hungry then Intel CPUs and NVIDIA GPUs, combining both AMD CPU and GPU will take more power rather than Intel and NVIDIA (although modern AMD CPU is on par with Intel in-terms on power consumption). Make sure you do your research on power consumption to provide the best PSU for your build. Just look for the Watts consumption of your CPU and GPU VS the Wattage your PSU can provide, also at least buy an 80+ Bronze rated PSU. Additionally installing AIO Coolers or liquid cooling on your build will add more power consumption, so move up to Silver or Gold rated PSUs. But it's to pricy? If you can buy AIO coolers you can buy a silver rated PSU.
   
2. RAMs. a) This is a personal opinion so haters gonna hate. For me, buying a 1x16gb ram is better than 2x8gb if you are future proofing for an upgrade to 32gb ram, then it's easy to buy an additional 1x16gb rather than 2x8gb, also if you only have a mobo with 2 ram slots then you'll have to dispose your 2x8gb and buy 2x16gb. b) If you are planning to play 9th generation games, then 8gb is not enough even if the specifications says it is the minimum requirements. Yes it will run, but will it run smoothly? c) RAM clock speed, if you noticed rams have these numbers on their name; like 2666MHz, 3200Mhz, 3600MHz etc. The thing you should always remember is if you already have a 2666MHz ram you should buy your new one with the same clock speed, as your PC will use the lower MHz ram as based clock speed. Meaning your 3600MHz ram can't utilize its full potential if partnered with a lower MHz ram. d) Check your mobo's ram slot compatibility a ddr4 ram is not compatible with a mobo that houses ddr5 ram slot, vice versa.
   
3. Cooling. a) Thermal pastes. Are you going to entrust your PHP10k CPU to a PHP25.00 thermal paste? I won't. Buy a decent thermal paste brand (Kryonaut, Thermal Grizzly, Arctic, Noctua are just examples of good thermal pastes) b) Stock CPU Fans are far more better than those "dUaL FaNs CPU cooler with paper thin heatsinks" (you know what I'm talking about). If you want to change your CPU fan, save money for a decent one. c) Case Fans. Don't get fooled with those pretty RGB colors. But IMO if you have an airconditioned room it will help a lot on cooling even you are using "budget meal" brands. d) AIO Coolers and Liquid Cooling. Unless you will be assisted by an experienced builder. I don't recommend installing this on your own, or at least do extensive research on installing one.
   
4. CPU and Motherboard. a) Always buy this two at the same time and always check your mobo's CPU slot. Intel uses LGAxxx (LGA 1151, LGA 1700 etc.) slots and AMD uses AMx (AM4, AM5) slots. You can't use one on the other. b) Also check if you bought a pinned or pinless CPU, a pinless CPU is compatible with pinned mobos, vice versa.
   
5. Warranty. Sometimes we overlook this as long as we can get a cheaper part buying online, but keep in mind the headache of return, replace and refund if you bought a broken part. If you have a choice to buy it on your local store I suggest you do or at least check your area if you have a service center of that part. If the only mean is buying online, buy it on trusted online stores, again a quick google search on the store will go a long way.
   

I know I will be downvoted with this statement, but building a "Gaming PC" is not cheap, you can't just use "budget meal" parts and say it work just fine as a 50k-70k PC (even with these price you can still call your build mediocre). I am not rich, it took me a year to build a decent enough gaming PC, if you can wait just save your money to buy decent parts. I don't hate budget meal parts, as it helps our friends build their own PC with budget restrictions, but let's be real quality comes with a price.
I hope you learned something with this guide and if you have more questions feel free to ask, just don't ask me to provide you a list of PC parts in regards with your budget. For those who have more experienced than me, if you have other things to add please do. Thanks.

Hey everyone I recently bought an LF II 360 ARGB and under the box the print says I have the Rev 3. Out of curiosity I did a bit of googling and discovered that some people have the ARGB Rev 4. So I dug deeper and have read here on reddit that they changed the AM4/AM5 mounting a bit to facilitate motherboard compatibility.
So it got me thinking, did I get screwed for getting a rev 3? I am planning on putting it on a Ryzen 7700x/AM5 along with a B650 Aorus Elite AX motherboard. Will there be any substantial performance in temperatures between the Rev 3 & 4?
I tried visiting Arctics website to know.more about the differences but I can only find a page for the LF II 360 ARGB Rev 3, no 4.
Also, recently discovered that they did a recall on some of the units, will mine be affected by the rubber gasket issues and coolant leaking issues sinces it's a Rev 3? I purchased this last week and it arrived today.

I've been with my SO for 6 months now, he's separated from his ex-wife and has a year left until divorce can be official.
How do I bring up lawyer chat with him regarding his divorce and children? He has two children with his ex-wife.
So far they're doing everything privately which includes selling a house in another country (they used to live in another country), co-parenting, and have a somewhat child support type of thing set up where he pays for everything on weeks he has the children, car payments, and the mortgage on the house in the other country.
I know he is scared to bring lawyers into the equation as he knows he might not get much of a say, I live in a country where the mothers are very favoured over the fathers. He also earns more than her and knows she'll stick him for it.
I want him to be protected and want our future together protected as well.
How do I ask about his thoughts on this and what he plans to do in the future. This is a very sensitive subject for him as he doesn't want it to get messy and miss seeing his children as he works away from home and sees them every second week for a week.
I just don't know how to approach this at all. Any help or suggestions would be lovely. Even your own past experiences in this would be good to open my eyes a bit more would be great!

I'm an American expat living in England with my husband and our child (F7). My husband and I have been together for 8 years, our daughter was a happy accident but it took me at least 6 years to see my husband was the one I should not have kept.
For background: he is an alocholic since day 1, he made me thank him profusely for deciding to stay for the baby because he just wants to live his own life as a bohemian artist, he made us late for our own baby shower because he screamed at me and threw food at me for 2 hours in a parking lot because I bought him some Mcdonalds breakfast due to him being newly wasted at 9am, he proposed to me because his dad was visiting and wanted him to be proud of him - and when he saw his dad was drunk and missed it he got so angry and made us all go home - and then forgot he even proposed, (for the record, I didn't say yes because his friends were pouring beer on us and I wasn't sure I wanted to marry him but he told everyone I said yes and I wasn't capable of standing up for myself at the time). The day of our wedding I wore black and watched a zombie film in the bath haha that's not part of the story just something I'll always remember as symbolic. Of course he was wasted for our family meal reception and kept trying to dry hump his male friend which was weird, but ok. Then ruined seeing Phantom of the Opera for our honeymoon and then admitted to sleeping with his ex when I was newly pregnant (that he repeatedly told me I was crazy for thinking he'd sleep with that 'expletive expletive'). It gets a lot worse for about 3 years while we were in separate countries and waiting on a visa for me as our daughter and I visited a few times for a few months. Lots of binged weekends where he would be gone for days doing various illicit substances and lots of alcohol.
Fast forward to about a year ago and we al live together in England, still having binge days and sometimes things were good and sometimes not so good. the final straw was last March when I had mentioned I might go to a mums-night-out as I didn't feel like I had many friends at the time in England, and he said "I can deal with you being a shit wife but I can't deal with you being a shit mother" because my daughter didn't want me to be gone. Later he told me he only said it to hurt me. The moment he said that to me was the moment everything I was holding onto just died. I'm a massive planner and decided to learn what I actually want out of my life and how to make my own choices and have significantly leveled up since then, I made a 110 page life plan that broke down my life into 13 categories - I was serious about change. I watched "how to talk to narcisstist" videos and stopped allowing him to talk down to me and drive conversations in circles. It was last March when I made this shift and I've just managed to move out last weekend! In that year, he broke my fridge, ruined my bed because he doesn't shower, and shattered my oven glass door because "I made him angry by telling my friends about the situation and making him look bad." He never bought anything because he doesn't work, and the money he does get from his art doesn't go into the family or home. Oh also, I'm his second marriage as he has a case in the states against him for DV but said he only hit her back "in self defence" and he is a wonderful storyteller, clearly. I know, I'm an idiot.
ALL THAT BEING SAID, my visa relies on being married to him and I now have to urgently choose to pay £5k to apply as a parent to my English daughter and will be restarting the whole 5 year visa process which will end in over £10k -or- I could apply for the Domestic Abuse visa which in the long run is waaaaay better for me and my daughter but he would know I did that and would be so angry as he's told me off for "playing the victim" when I reported him to the police and social workers needed to get involved. Since this new year we've had a mostly good relationship as we live completely separate lives and have agreements where our daughter is involved. I feel awful because his parents have helped me so much throughout the visa process and with getting my English license and a car, and until last week I lived in a granny annexe in his mothers back garden with him. I feel like if I apply for DA then its like a slap in the face to his family for everything they've done for me and could potentially isolate myself and my daughter from family in the UK. They know about his character but choose not to acknowledge it and think we just need work things out. I also feel like as it wasn't physical abuse that I am sort of "playing the victim" and shouldn't deserve to apply for it. I don't want to bring my daughter back home to the states as I'm very happy with the safety and quality of life here for her compared to where I'm from, also I'm not even sure if I could as I'd be then taking her away from her dad and english family and friends.
Am I the asshole for wanting to make this massive decision that would then legally label him as an abuser (in the UK) as it would be the most beneficial route for me and my daughter?
Lastly- I am receiving professional support and not relying on internet crowdsourcing support, I'm just so stressed and nervous and there are massive time gaps with the professional support where I 120% overthink these things!!!

I’m kicking myself for this. Today I was at a Wawa gas station. My friend went inside to buy some snacks and get gas for her car. We were parked by the pump. I see a woman with a small 4 ish year old boy walking around. She’s holding his hand. The women was maybe late 30’s blonde dyed hair. She looked Cuban to me. I’m in Florida so I can spot a Cuban women they dress style themselves a certain way I’m also Hispanic . I noticed her hair mainly because of how pretty the style was and the way it was bleached. She definitely was keeping herself looking clean and classy. She had a sad expression on her face that gave me an uneasy feeling it wasn’t fake at all if she was trying to come off needing money by playing fake distressed. I tend to have a bad/good gift of reading people’s eyes and what they are feeling and all I saw was the face of an abused victim. How she was slouched and her body language seemed so off. Like she was scared of somebody or something. She goes up to this random man pumping gas and at this point I was on my phone talking to someone when I couldn’t hear what she asked him but the man was very cold and violently told her off when she approached him with the child. I didn’t hear what she asked but I’m guessing it was about money and I could tell by his tone he was mad. She walked past my car and I was about to ask her if she’s okay when she went straight to this green van. The type of van that is notorious for kidnapping kids. A large Hispanic man was in the drivers side with a leaner Hispanic man. I thought at first she was going to ask them for money but she sheepishly went up to the drivers window and said something. He gestured her to get inside and I pulled my phone out again to try to get a video. She went inside with the boy and in the back there was another girl child. She looked about ten. Both of the kids must be related since they have a darker complexion and similar features. She was very pale compared to them. She looked frightened going inside the van. At one point the man noticed me pointing my phone and he sped off. I couldn’t get a license plate. All I remember that it was an out of state plate with a grey blue plate.After that whole ordeal I can’t shake off the feeling that she must of been in danger and those kids. I got a blurry video of the van and the two men and that’s it. I’m mad that maybe I should have done more. My friend said the cops wouldn’t have done anything. The women just looked like she was being forced to go around and ask whatever she was asking. It was weird to me that she completely ignored me and was only going to men. I’ve been approached/seen countless people asking me for money before but this is the first time I’ve seen this type of situation give me a bad gut feeling. I don’t even know what to do at this point. I was wondering if there is a data base of possible missing people specifically Hispanic. Her face looked familiar like I’ve seen her somewhere.

I (F) love my current boyfriend, we have been dating for about 6-7 months. Earlier in our relationship we made plans for our future, but over time, I don't think we'll be able to meet those plans. And I've seen some guys that I think would be a better "fit" for me. I’m gonna do a "Reasons" list, Imk what you think. • Also he's not funny, and humor is a #1 priority for me 1. He doesn't speak English as a first language: It can be quite difficult for me to communicate with him due to his kind of poor English, and his family doesn't speak English at all. I don't think our families would communicate well. He also has trouble understanding my point in things 2. He's made the same mistakes over and over again: If he knows I won't like something, he does it, then tells me LATER, either if I found out or he accidentally tells me. An example is when I first met him he said that I was the first girl he's ever truly loved, and that he didn't LOVE anyone before me. Then 6 months later, recently, I saw his old messages with a friend from a few months before we started dating and basically, he said that he was in love with a girl, wanted her "so bad", wanted her to "be his so bad" and said he got teary eyed when his friend gave him advice for her. This REALLY hurt my feelings, as he lied to me and hid that from me for however long. So yeah there's that. And there's also other things. He just apologizes, says he'll fix it, but then doesn't. 3. I honestly don't find him that attractive: I know this sounds mean, but honestly... I've lost my attraction for him. He's just not my type 4. We have an age gap: It's not big, but at our ages it IS a big deal. I really don't think it would work out 5. I have my eyes on another guy. I've been considering breaking up with him for a while. And for the past week l've talked to this guy (in class only), he's funny, cute, smart, tall, and we have a similar childhood & background & our families speak the same language so there's no language barrier. I have imagined being with him instead and it makes me feel so guilty. 6. I really don't think it would work out. Not in really any aspect. Our families don't speak the same language, we come from different backgrounds (saying it may be harder for our families to bond and "understand" each other), I'm not that attracted to him, our age gap, and everything else mentioned above including other unmentioned things. Why I don't wanna break up with him: He is really sweet. I can see he WANTS to be the best boyfriend for me, but he just can't. He loves me a lot and cries a lot abt me when we argue or etc. I care abt him and don't wanna hurt him. He does try his best, and he still does make me happy sometimes, but he makes me sad too. Sorry for talking so much, it's just a big topic for me. I really do want to break up. I just don't wanna hurt him or regret it. Please Imk your thoughts asap.

I was reflecting about the themes of the first two movies, and I wondered what the third one's theme could be.
If the first movie's theme was about "Anyone can wear the mask,
And the second film's theme was the question, "Can my individuality co-exist with the demands of the mask?"
The answer could be the theme of the third film, "Yes, and if the demands of the mask don't fit you, then make your own demands. I wear the mask. The mask doesn't wear me."
Here's how I feel like the ending of "Beyond" could be, with Rio and Jeff knowing his secret identity by now:
(Voice over)
"My name is Miles Morales, I was bitten by a radioactive spider. I am New York's one and only Spider-Man. I was once told that it meant letting those closest to me get hurt. However, I think the opposite is true. Spider-Man doesn't have to be a curse. It doesn't have to be a burden. If you need sleep, then sleep. (Show Miles having fallen asleep in his costume). "Let others take the weight off you." (Show Jeff as a cop running to his police car, showing that Spidey can take a night off). If you need a break. Take a break. (Show Miles and Gwen together). It's okay. The city won't fall apart. Spend time with those you love. (Show Rio, Jeff, Gwen, and Miles on the couch together). "You see, being Spider-Man means a lot to me." (Show him swinging through the city). "But so does being Miles Morales." (Show Miles reconnecting with the other neighborhood kids from the start of the first movie). You can do both. You CAN have your cake and eat it too. (Show Miles presenting Jeff with another cake saying, "I'm proud of you, Dad. I love you"). What good is being Spider-Man if you can't share it with the people you love? (Show Rio and Jeff watching Miles leap off the roof as Spider-Man, and they both yell, "Hey, be careful!!")
(Show Miles yelling faintly through the mask, "I always am!")
Rio and Jeff as they stare at Miles swinging into the sunset sky. Rio leans her head on Jeff.
Rio, "You think he'll be okay?"
Jeff- "Yeah. We did a good job raising him."
(As Miles swings into the city, he sees Spider-Gwen swinging with him).
They're shown swinging farther and farther away into the sun, as Miles narrates:
"I think the other Spider-people made the mistake of thinking they had to suffer. That it somehow made them into better heroes. But Peter didn't become Spider-Man because his Uncle Ben died. He became Spider-Man because of what his Uncle Ben taught him, and I didn't become Spider-Man because I watched Uncle Aaron die. I became Spider-Man because of what he taught me when he was alive. Just keep fighting. You're the best of all of us. Just keep going. And I always will.
Oh and Uncle Aaron, that girl I told you about?
It worked out."

Something similar would be the ultimate mic drop.
I suppose I could include what happens to Hobie and the gang, but since I haven't actually seen Beyond, I really can only guestimate the following things:
1.) Jeff and Rio will find out Miles' secret identity.
2.) Miles and Gwen get together.
3.) Somehow Miles has made peace with his Earth-42 version prior to this.
4.) Miles adopted Gwen's mentality of "finding their own band."
5.) My theory is that Miguel will realize he was wrong about his calculations and eventually apologize to Miles. It'd take Miles a moment to forgive him, but he'd ultimately accept the apology--even if not becoming friends with the guy. Miles would say something like, "We're cool. Give you advice though? You need to get some help, man. Some serious help."
(That would be the end of their interaction)
6.) Not sure where Jessica Drew ends up. She's the biggest mystery to me.
7.) Miguel would get some kind of chastising from Rio. Not sure how, but Rio would go OFF on him. Especially if Miguel tracks Miles down, fights him, and his secret identity gets revealed by accident. In some way, Rio would cuss this dude out in Spanish, likely after Miles and Miguel make peace with each other.
8.) How Dark Miles and Spot get involved will be a mystery.
9.) Spot will die by getting stuck in some sort of eternal loop. He would basically keep falling into an infinite number of holes and not be able to stop it.
10.) Rio and Jeff accept Miles' secret identity. Jeff would be like, "So you're the one who gave me the advice ----whaaa?"
11.) Near the movie's end, Rio would make an offhand comment about having contacted Vision school administration to complain about the guidance counselor profiling their son. "Poor immigrant family."
These are my theories for how this movie will end. Thoughts? Additions?

I wanted to share some tips that have helped me build habits that actually stick. It's not always easy, but with a little effort and the right approach like Justly.life, you can totally make it happen. Here's what's worked for me:

There’s barely anything left on medium wave now, just 5 Live and Talksport with a declining audience along with the odd local station like Caroline. Long wave is in an even more moribund state with most countries having vacated the band with the BBC to follow imminently. Usually when technologies die out the spectrum gets resold for a different purpose (4G uses what used to be analogue TV spectrum for example) but the bandwidth for AM radio is so low and noise so high there’s not many other things it’d be that useful for. Given the lack of commercial demand I think there’s a case for pro-social uses to be made for the long and medium wave bands:

• Amateur radio. Giving over slices of LW and MW to radio amateurs would be an obvious thing to do in my opinion. The propagation characteristics are interesting even if the required aerials are large, although it might lead to pressures on their spectrum elsewhere.
  
• Hobbyist radio. While rare now pirate operation on MW used to be a big thing and it’s (just about) still a thing today, they’re radio nerds like amateur radio people but unlike radio amateurs they broadcast to anyone rather than talk to specific people and tend to favour music. I think allowing these broadcasts officially if power is kept low and interference minimised would be a good way to keep the spectrum useful and prevent old radios from becoming e-waste. There’s also the potential for niche vintage appeal as in vinyl and cassettes.
  
• Digital radio. Technologies like DRM allow for decent quality digital transmissions on medium wave bandwidths, but I think this would probably suffer the same issue as DAB in that internet radio is just better if you’re going digital. It would have better coverage in hilly areas though.
  
• Museum pieces. Since it’s been going for a hundred years it seems really sad to shut down BBC radio 4 longwave. Given how this country is full of the sort of people who spend their free time rebuilding steam engines and keeping British Leyland sports cars from rusting away I think there’s probably a decent chance a British longwave signal could be kept running at a low power by volunteers. Obviously nobody’s going to afford the power bill for 400 kW but Caroline manage to keep their 4 kW going on a volunteer basis.
