Soooooooooo, this is now the fourth Legendary Animal today that I've killed, skinned and as I'm about to either drop it onto my horse or stow in my hunting wagon, I realized that it dissapeared. Tbh, the first two times I was so lost I spent 5 minutes searching the area for the pelt as I just didn't notice them dissapear till it was time to stow them.

I have been thinking about building my first lighting kit for under 1,5k. I am sure about most of the gear except one thing: The key light. As a key I want to take a light that I could even use in a few years as a second or third light, so I want to be flexible. My choices would be the Amaran 100xs or the 200xs. I am not sure if the extra 100 watts are needed but I love to compliment natural light and I think that it could be necessary. What are your thoughts? Are 100 watts enough or are there better alternative lights?

I am looking for some recommendations, I have leveled both a full feral (leader of the pack > Omen of Clarity) and full balance (Moonkin form > Reflection) druid, and I am in the process of leveling a third SF druid. I wanted to level as a healer, but given how dead HC feels right now, I want to live the Druid dream as a versatile class to fill Healing and DPS roles.
Right now I am theorizing two different builds and I am not sure which is better overall.
First is the Omen of Clarity / Boomy build: Druid Classic Season of Discovery (SoD) Talent Calculator - Classic World of Warcraft (wowhead.com). Pros: Very safe in open world, Moonkins are almost as tanky as Dire Bear, and allows you to very easily solo elite mobs, and more difficult quest mobs (root + dot). Barkskin + Hurricane does a tonne of damage fairly safely, allows you to AOE mobs and finish them off in Dire Bear Form. You can focus on + spell power items over raw stats, and hybrid DPS in dungeons, i.e. Cast in Moonkin with mana / for bosses, and switch to cat to DPS in dungeons with Omen of Clarity. Cons: Less dps overall than HotW spec, mana hungry.
Second is the Heart of the Wild build: Druid Classic Season of Discovery (SoD) Talent Calculator - Classic World of Warcraft (wowhead.com). Pros: I can make use of a wider range of gear, and would be able to level essentially as feral and heal in dungeons. This build would level significantly faster than a Omen of Clarity / Boomy oriented build. Cons: I'm not sure how viable healing Sunken Temple+ would be, even with a healing offset.
Let me know what you think I am open to suggestions.

And arm of the couch slams me in the throat and my hand gets rammed into a wall blood bruising my thumb. He’s uncharacteristicly unconcerned I’m hurt. All the climbing makes us both sick and shaky, so I suggest we sit and wait to fill better in the Ac before driving home.
When we head back I become very aware he’s not talking to me. He’s angry. I already know it. I try to apologize, to make things better, to explain I didn’t know that it was on the third floor and wouldn’t have got it if I had. That it was just a great deal and worked great for what we needed and it was in our budget (it’s almost impossible to find anything in our budget) and that we wouldn’t have been able to get anything near as nice so cheaply, that I’m sorry I know it was more than what he signed up to help me with and if I had known I would have paid family to help move it or thought of something else. I know his annoyance is justified. he explains it to me and to his merit he does it calmly, but he’s still upset at me- not just for the stairs, but for the drive, and for getting a sectional to begin with when “all we needed” was a cheap small love seat, he doesn’t GET IT and he’s pissed

Getting that piece of furniture, the first piece of furniture we bought together for our first home together meant a lot to me. To try to show him I wanted us to have something nice together I moved our old ripped up couch out by myself, scrubbed cleaned and arranged the new furniture by myself and moved every piece of it I could by myself. To preface I adore furniture. Not only did I use to sell furniture, my mother reupholstered furniture and I wanted to be an interior designer. One of my proudest achievements in my life was decorating my first apt in amazingly nice furniture pieces over 3 years while living in poverty. One of the saddest things was having to sell all the furniture. I pintrest furniture. I scroll Facebook marketplace for furniture as a pass-time and daydream. At one point in my life it was the MOST fun hobby ever to go on day long trips to travel to other states to pick up cool furniture I’d found there. So you could say furniture is a deep love of mine.
What’s troubled me is in the last 4 years we had to downsize ALL my furniture because moving into a VERY small living area. The sale of all the furniture went into our saving. His hobby is house plants- a much easier hobby to fit in a home. So about half our living space is dedicated to his hobby. I’ve been pretty miserable unable to decorate for 4 years, and I’ve been pretty open about this. We’ve also been saving for a house so while I don’t begrudge him spending a 100 or so a month on his hobby; there’s no room to justify me spending say 200 on an antique writing desk we can’t fit here.
About 4 months ago I found my dream bedroom suite. When I say it was a dream I mean I’ve been looking for this EXACT furniture set every week for almost 8 years. I found it, for $400 for what’s around 8k worth of furniture- it was a 6hr drive and a headache to pick up. Without help to move it I missed out on the set. I was devastated. It was actually really upsetting because it’s something I knew I’d never find again in my price range. He reassured it me wasn’t a big deal and that I’d find it again. I won’t, I know, because I’ve been looking for that set for a decade. I explained to him that this was a passion and a great love of mine, it makes me feel at home in my space and expressed where I live. Relaxed. I'm trying to get some ice time right now as a goalie and never really tried public city ice but was able to get in four games. I'm extremely confused because the first time I went it was pretty much all semi-pro guys and those who retired from playing overseas, some of the guys took it easier on me. The second and third time I went it was a lot of players who are pretty much your USHL guys and they showed zero mercy out there. On the fourth time it was still a mix of high level players, I don't think I even came across a single player who couldn't skate at an elite level, and didn't have a fast shot you could barely react to, while having McDavid hands.
I talked to a few of them and they've been struggling really bad to get goalies out. Many times they're lucky if even one goalie shows up. After the fourth time I realized the caliber is just too high. Guys are rushing the net like we're playing game 7 and hammering hard snap shots pretty close with extreme accuracy and speed. Even screens are happening but not just guys being in front, but they're actually pushing their bodies into me to force me back more. It really feels like I'm in some try out or playoff game, not public shinny. If I recall slap shots are banned and you'll find no shortage of those coming bar high from the hash marks.
Since I've only really played with private groups, is this normal for public city ice? I'm not planning to return simply because I feel I have zero chance to make a save, and even if I can get a piece of the puck I'm going to end up injured with how these guys play. I already got ran down by an attacking player as my defence went back into me at the same time.
I really thought public shinny would be more low key and guys would at least adjust their play a bit, but wow this was a real shocker! I've also been playing for a while and unless I went to some high level coaching weekly for years I doubt I could even compete with these guys.

Within Regulation SHO, the closeout periods for long and short sales are defined, as well some fancy language for cases where the participant is 'deemed to own'. This is where we get the often mentioned T+2 trading days for long sales, and T+5 trading and T+35 calendar day 'buy in' periods. I'm going to focus on CFR 242.204 - market maker closeouts. If a participant of a registered clearing agency has a fail to deliver position at a registered clearing agency in any equity security that is attributable to bona fide market making activities by a registered market maker, options market maker, or other market maker obligated to quote in the over-the-counter market, the participant shall by no later than the beginning of regular trading hours on the third consecutive settlement day following the settlement date, immediately close out the fail to deliver position by purchasing or borrowing securities of like kind and quantity. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-17/part-242/section-242.204#p-242.204(a)(3)(3))Note here that the close out can be either purchasing OR borrowing a security. I've always wondered why the securities lending data has a persistent quantity well in excess of the reported short interest. Right now there's an extra 30 million shares on loan, and even accommodating for the lag in reported short interest, there was an extra 10 million shares on loan. Shares on loan is persistent and elevated - Ultimately these are functionally short positions Regulation is pretty dry, but the SEC has issued a few 'no action letters' with interpretive guidance. This one for Goldman makes it explicate that Continuous Net Settlement (CNS) delivery obligations are net positions for the participant, as opposed to a true first in first out 'netting'. Well, the market maker can short these two if they're targeted at VWAP, subject to certain volume requirements. In the end, these are all (naked) short for up to 5 days before they hit the lending pool or get bought in. It looks something like this. With the team having 13 picks (which is the most for any team) in the draft this year. I think the chances of them trading up and getting an additional first in the 10-20 range is very high. I could see a trade with a few second round picks / third round being enough.
I like the idea of getting at least two solid defensemen prospects. If they did move up and have 2 first round picks, what players could you see them getting? I think Buium at 6 (left shot defenseman) and then Yakemchuk somewhere 10-20 (right shot defenseman) would be nice.
I could also see them trading up and just getting the best player available for both spots regardless of if it’s a defenseman.
What are your thoughts?

My business signed an agreement for a large shipping company to ship goods. This was during Covid (2021) and was for a decent amount of money (~$12k).
I paid the bill as agreed via wire transfer. A few days later, the company debited my account (I did not authorize this second debit, but they had my info on file presumably from the first). I reach out about the matter and they say it as an error via accounting on their part and they send an electronic refund a week or so later.
Fast forward 2 years to 2023. I’m contacted by the company saying I still owe the $12k bill. I send them the email thread and go back and forth multiple times as they look at the email thread history. Finally they ageee it was paid twice, but then they say they actually refunded me twice- the second time with a check that was cashed 6 months after the debt was paid (I did verify this amount was indeed cashed via a check from the company at that time, but I had assumed it was for something else- there are a lot of transactions in my business).
I say hey, first off I don’t agree that’s what happened/how do I know it’s for that invoice?Second; the money is spent and i don’t have it anymore anyways. Third: you can’t send someone money then ask for it back years later, and Fourth: if you do, you certainly can’t use that as a way to reopen a paid invoice from years ago, right? For example: Even if what they say is true and the money is legally due, it’s not due as part of an unpaid invoice, right? (ie it’s not a collections issue for a bad debt, it’s a banking error involving different laws altogether, right?).
After a few emails, the company passes this issue off to several higher ups within their company. I keep the communication open with them and always respond (I have perfect credit and value it).
It takes literally months of back and forth. Finally I get an email essentially saying they’ve passed the issue off to their internal legal team and will let me know how they proceed and if I owe anything.
More months go by. Get one more email from a new contact at the company and I forward the last thread to this new contact about how it’s been sent to legal. No response.
Few more months go by and I’m contacted by an outside collections agency for the full $12k citing an unpaid invoice.
A few questions: 1) What are my chances of avoiding this payment? 2) Is it legal for them to reopen a paid invoice and send it to collections by wrongly issuing a refund check?
FWIW im in CA, but I’d have to go back and read the contract to see what State it’s enforceable in. Original invoice was Jan 2021 and I have sent via certified mail that I do not ageee with the debt and that it was paid (along with proof of the original wire transfer and written confirmation of the receipt of funds from the accountant at the company).

Impressed by her interest and talent, the Liar gifted her a lyre before he left for future profits in far off lands. Some years of practice though, and a natural storyteller and rumourmonger Helena combined tales of the Seven Pointed Star and was invited to sing in the sept and even twice for Lord Swyft.
Six Eyed Singer (15AC - 20AC)
It was not to last though and following the slaughter in the Kingswood, the line of House Swyft was extinguished. Not wanting to test the new residents of Cornfield, the Warriors Sons and Poor Fellows, after all, all men have vice, she left Cornfield, and took to singing on the road. Going under the name Lyrebird, Helena played and sang for her coin and lodgings, a young girl protected only by being seen when she wanted and an elusive shadow when she did not.
Times on the road were not easy and The Lyrebird drew much attention. This necessitated the need for another alter ego and after a year on the road and towns and villages through the West were soon visited by the travelling Septa Morgan. The Septa heard confessions and sins, gave forgiveness and offered small advice to the poor and needy. She spared coins where she could and allowed Helena to remain covert. It did not matter to most that she was no real septa, she wore the robes, knew the words, and offered as a good moral compass to children. For most in the far flung reaches of the West she was enough.
Being raised in the faith though telling a perpetual lie about being a sister of the cloth was a little too much to bear for Helena. After a year with the reputation of Septa Morgan growing through the small folks of small villages, the Septa soon faded away. Instead Jinny of Aegon’s Rest started coming to smaller castles; Turnbury, Redbramble, Parren Hall, Oldstars and the like. She took on odd jobs cleaning, cooking, teaching a daughter to read or a son to do his numbers. She was after all no threat, knew her letters and numbers herself, and was capable of scheming many a septa or fatherly gatesman to let her in.
Jinny of Aegon’s Rest became a traveller through the keeps of the Westerlands. She heard the tales from children and small folk alike. She had never meant to undertake espionage, but her place inside various courts across the land, and her talent for being in the right place at the right time meant she was an unfortunate witness to many a courtly intrigue. As her small gifts earned her again a broad reputation she would be traded between greater lords. Soon she was playing for the elite, and earning the rewards that came with it. Helena of Cornfield once again took a new name, the Six Eyed Singer, which she quickly used to escape her courtly life and take again to the road as a travelling minstrel.
The Strawberry Tourney and Ball (20AC - Current)
The Six Eyed Singer formed a little bard troupe, nothing extravagant, she wasn’t playing for the Lannisters or the Targaryen’s yet, but enough to provide several shows across the Westerlands, Reach, and former Kingdom of the Trident. Her troupe, much like she had been accidentally, was devious, and while she or they sang, pockets were pinched, and many houses were looted. Her troupe when apart played for all the minor and middle nobles of the Trident and of the Reach too now. She and they were as much a part of the debauchery of the West as any of the wealthy merchants. There was no party too scandalous, no whorehouse unsung, no court too far flung for the right price and the West had gold burning through pockets.
The Six Eyed Singer was not the only bard with a troupe though and soon through the Kingdoms after Aegon’s conquest artisans, bards, and mummers alike filled the world with talent. In 20AC the Songbird made its mark, and with a little bit of fun, a lot of resentment for nobility, and an ingrained childlike sense of chaos, the first of the Songbirds’ letters sang. The voice of the little people flooded across the western coast of the Iron Throne. Lord Belaerys’ dragon had eaten several children whilst growing fat and hungry. Lancel Lannister had claimed the maidenhood of his chambermaid, and sired a bastard all at the age of just fifteen. Lord Frey schemed against his overlord for a free and independent Trident once again. Was all of it true? Impossible to say, but there were enough truths to turn heads, and the songs of the Songbird began to cause chaos in the Westerlands most of all. The Six Eyed Singer and her troupe played through it all, they were bards, but the Songbird was the most famous one of all; not their little merry band.
The Six Eyed Singer though continued her good work, and with her reputation came an invite to participate at the Strawberry Tourney and Ball alongside the other bardic troupes of the West and Reach. She was not so famous as to be alone, merely enough to earn an invite, and a paid job. The planning was years long, and with new songs and tunes came new rumours. While the Six-Eyed Singer played songs such as Fleece-eye, Dornish Sour Grapes, and Lion of the West, the Songbird worked their chaos.
A ripple pulsed through the tourney, first a cheater in the joust was revealed, Ser Byron who was disqualified as a result. Then a second cheater, this time in the melee, then a third cheater again in the joust Lord Payne had accepted a bribe from Lord Reyne to fall early. Cheating in the tourney was just the start, cheating in the bedroom of the ball was the main affair. Here the Songbird revealed three affairs; Lords Serret and Lyden were both fathers to children on women , not their wives. While Lady Serret and Lady Ruskin were bedfriends behind their husbands’ backs. There was one final scandal though, which was revealed to all at the tourney. Septon Karron was no true anointed Septon, and worse there was legitimacy to foulness surrounding young boys who served him.
The chaos broke over the tourney and all the artisans in attendance were forced to flee. Yet, all was not lost, for Lord Gerold Lannister of Lannisport had taken his eye to Helena and her playing. He offered her a job, for he wished to be a great sponsor of art in the new Seven Kingdoms. So it was she came to a courtly position, advising the Lord Lannister on matters of fine art, musicians, mummery, and all manner of artisanal dealings.
Timeline
3AC - Helena is born in the Sept of Cornfield, her mother a woman from Silverhill who begs the septa’s to take the girl in. She reveals her identity to the Governess of House Swyft, and claims the child is Lord Swyft’s bastard. She leaves shortly after giving birth and recovering.
4-10AC - She is raised in the cloister with the sisters, her Septa mothers raising her lessons on reading from the Seven Pointed Star, and numbers from the Governess to ensure that she can do basic arithmetic. She takes basic lessons in scullery maid work, baking, and general service work for old Lord Swyft.
11AC - A travelling minstrel, The Lying Lyre, comes through Cornfield to sing songs of the tourney of Maiden’s Bay, House Targaryen, and the Field of Fire. He takes a liking to the young Helena, and gifts her a lyre. He stays in Cornfield for some time, both because it is lucrative and because he enjoys teaching the young girl.
12-14AC - The Lying Lyre departs Cornfield but leaves a talented and hardworking Helena with the sisters once more. She takes to singing sections of the Seven Pointed Star, and even performs for Lord Swyft a few times.
15AC - The House of Swyft dies out and Helena, unaware of her claimed parentage but with a talent for song leaves the cloister and takes to the road, not trusting the new Warriors Sons or Poor Fellows. She uses the name Lyrebird and sings and plays her lyre for coin to survive.
16AC - After a year on the road Helena takes up the name Septa Morgan and takes to hearing confessions of the poor and needy across the Westerlands. Many of them need guidance and wearing her septa robes she is the perfect person to hear them. She is no real Septa but no amount of explaining the technicality of that stops people asking her to forgive them.
17AC - Her reputation as Septa Morgan grows a little too heavy on her shoulders, and Helena takes to wearing more common clothes, moving from keep to keep and working as a barmaid, scullery girl, and baker amongst other professions. She goes by the name Jinny of Aegon’s Rest.
18AC - Chance takes its favour on her, and Helena with her simple lyre is invited to play at a feast in Lannisport. Dressed now as a travelling minstrel she performs for the gathered nobles and earns herself invitations to other keeps. With her generous benefactors she hires a small troupe to perform her songs across the West.
19AC - Travelling the Westerlands, Helena under the moniker The Six Eyed Singer, takes her talents for being present at feasts and gatherings of all sorts.
20AC - Rumour of The Songbird takes hold, and the West is awash in the voice of the little people.
21AC - The Strawberry Tourney and Ball unfolds and Helena’s skills earn her favour with Lord Gerold Lannister.
22AC - Lord Gerold Lannister recognising her many talents picked her up to be one of the primary serving women in his House. His eye for artistic endeavours endeared him to her enough for a comfortable place as a favoured bard, painter, educator, and common court woman.

 | (Pictures in order of timeline) back in November my skin was at its worst and I got a cyst that was probably the most painful pimple I’ve ever had I could barely touch it. (First photo) in December it eventually completely stopped hurting and redness disappeared it turned colourless and it left a hard lump that I could feel under the skin (second pic) in January I started accutane and by march I was like a little less than two months on accutane and this cyst remained under the skin but it didn’t get worse or better. (Third photo) now four months into my course this is what that same cyst from November turned into. (Fourth and fifth photos) It still is a hard lump and seems to possibly either gotten bigger or bulging out now and it’s definitely turned red. It doesn’t hurt at all but it just looks so bad and I was so happy because my skin is finally looking clear. For example, if you’re doing DB flys and set 1 is 8 x 16kg, 2nd is 10 x 14kg and the third is 8 x 14kg all to failure or 1-2 RIR, on your next session would you increase the last set to 10 x 14kg or the first set to 10 x 16kg?
When i first started the gym i’d work my way up to 3 x 12 and then increase the weight and do 1 x 8 on the higher weight, and 2 x 12 on the previous weight. I’ve realised that if i can do 3 x 12 for a certain weight, the first set and maybe the second wouldn’t be close to failure.

So if I can do it then you can do it. submitted by Treebear_Hunter to granturismo [link] [comments] The easiest strategy is super formula 2019, lower power to accomodate racing softb and still under 950pp. 3 stops. toggle between fm1 and 2 to get 6 laps. You do not have to change tire at each refuel stop but you will be in so much lead it doesnt matter if you did. Alternatively change tire only at the second stop. After your third stop, use fm3 and 4 to make sure you have enough for 7 laps. average lap about 1:07. I finished with 25 laps and one full lap ahead of everyone else. My second strategy was two stops, same car. You need to run racing medium, FM5-6 to make sure you get eight laps for the first tank and the first refuel, and then nine laps after the second refuel. Average lap time is about 1:10. I finished with 25 laps. Half a lap ahead of everyone else. I briefly test the redbull 2019 I think it will work but I didn't finish it. My last run was with R92CP. soft, fm6, 2 stops. The sun was much harder to do. You have to time it to finish just after 30 minutes. If you finish earlier then you have to do another lap. If you do that, then you have to be even more conservative with fuel. You run the risk of being too slow. I did make a few mistakes so I could have been several seconds faster. I tried SRT ROAD CAR. At 950 pp I was too slow. I couldn't do faster than 1:13 per lap. I will try other gr1 cars next. |

First of all, raising a child is a requirement. Second of all, you make 7 times more than my tuition and housing and you expect me to go into debt myself and work while going to university. Third, you spend almost all my tuition and housing on decorating your house!
This just pisses me off.
I attempted to speak with my parents about this ordeal, only to hear that I'm an adult and I should pay for it myself if I want to go to university...

Invasion of SaigonIn December 1966, a clash between Vietnamese and French police during a riot led the Vietnamese side of the Saigon Transitional Government to call on Vietnamese military aid. Within hours, the Republic of Vietnam marched into the jointly occupied city. Rumors immediately began amassing that the Saigon police force worked with the Vietnamese government in order to cease Saigon before the transitional period was up. Although these rumors were just that, President Jackson was surely worried when the news hit him the next morning; alongside the French Ambassador asking for an audience with the President.French Ambassador Hervé Alphand would share with Scoop three things:
The French response was quick, with France officially leaving both NATO and EATO on December 18, 1966. The French declaration of war and further campaign into Vietnam began on the 20th. With naval and air landings concentrated around Rach Gia, Can Tho, My Tho, Saigon, and Vung Tau, the Second Indochina War began. Although Australia would provide weapon assistance, the other nations within both NATO and EATO held their breath on what to do. France had left the two most powerful military and economic alliances in the world, and President Jackson could not be more angry. Glasgow Conference of 1967With the war having gone on for nearly three months, and French military forces having begun to get bogged down by the Vietnamese harsh tactics; Can Tho remained the only major French-held territory in the young Republic. And although Vietnamese war tactics were questionable at best; much of the world was united in believing the French declaration of war was not entirely justifiable; with President Scoop Jackson and General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev at the forefront of organizing peace efforts within and without the UN. He has an air of charisma around him, much like his fellow Republican Ronald Reagan, but Kennedy has only commented on the matter stating he is “far too tired” for 3 Presidential runs in a row. The Senator's health is seemingly beginning to fail, as well. Despite the unlikeliness of the matter, Jackson is prepared to deal with Jack Kennedy again if he wins a draft. Opposed to his older brother, Governor Robert Kennedy has remained Non-Partisan since the fall of the Liberal Party 3 years prior. Bobby has had moderate support from both parties since the beginning of his governorship in 1963. Despite this, and probably with wishes to go against one of his brothers, Bobby Kennedy has denied to run or entertain a draft movement in his name. Scoop has declared Bobby to be of little threat. In recent years, he has become more supportive of progressive social policies, and definitely leans economically toward Labor; but his reach across rural southerners matches a more populist approach. Long has already declared his independent candidacy for President. If Nixon isn't one, Long is certainly the most dangerous wildcard if he plays his hand right. Scoop will closely watch him. Hi, I’m an American here on my first Working Holiday Visa. I’ve been searching for rural hospitality, farming, or construction jobs -ideally with accommodations- that would help me qualify for a second visa. I have experience in retail and a WA RSA. I’m also willing to work any hours or day, including weekends and public holidays. If anyone has any leads or is hiring, please let me know!
Alternatively, I’m also currently trying to get my foreign teaching credentials certified here, but it might be hard bc I only have a TESOL certificate and some experience teaching abroad, not an actual teaching degree.
