Bonjour a tous, j'ai 21 ans, je fais 1m81 et 77 kilos. En 2019, j'ai eu une sacrée blessure au genou, je me suis luxé la rotule, tout en arrachant la tête de rotule, et en me déchirant un ligament. J'ai eu au total 5 opération et beaucoup de rééducation.
A la fin de cette longue période, j'ai commencé la musculation en salle de sport pour principalement renforcer ma cuisse gauche qui s'était bien atrophiée... 1 an et demi après nous voilà, j'ai globalement plutôt bien récupéré, niveau mobilité, et je pense suffisamment niveau musculaire pour commencer la course suite au conseil de ma kiné et j'en crève d'envie, pour développer mon endurance et tout simplement profiter en m'améliorant petit à petit.
On me conseil plus le trail, courir sur la terre, l'herbe ou en forêt car ça sera moins traumatisant pour mon genou.
Étape 1 : acheter des chaussures, j'aimerais savoir avec mon gabarit et selon l'endroit où je vais courir (forêt) si vous avez des paires à conseillées, on m'a aiguiller vers une paire d'asics gel kanaku 5, qu'en pensez vous ?

Pour moi, en vrac : - notre corps et notre vie nous appartiennent. On en fait ce qu’on en veut. - tromper son.sa conjoint.e peut le.la faire souffrir, c’est un fait. A condition qu’il.elle l’apprenne. S’il y a très peu de risque , ça se gère. - une aventure par ci par là ne change rien à l’amour qu’on peut avoir pour son.sa conjoint.e. - le délit d’adultère n’existe pas plus que celui de blasphème. Et j’ajoute que je parle aussi des couples non mariés - on n’est pas en couple avec quelqu’un seulement pour le sexe. C’est même un aspect assez mineur de la relation. C’est tellement difficile de faire une « bonne équipe » avec quelqu’un… quand il y a des enfants à élever notamment… - en revanche le sexe, l’affection, les câlins, sont un besoin physiologique . Et on sait très bien que le désir pour une personne s’atténue (beaucoup) avec le temps. The main subject is a person who goes by "Elica Le Bon" online who has gain some following since 2022 on Instagram, TikTok, and X (formally know as Twitter). She has other platforms that she promotes her artistic endeavors, but they seem to be inactive and had gain little traction. If there may be more public knowledge that gets missed in this post, please feel free to share your sources.

On the surface*

Elica Le Bon is a first-generation Iranian immigrant who according to Piers Morgan and herself was born in Iran, moved to the UK to seek asylum. She does go into further detail an interview with Yasmine Mohammed, where she claim her mother's side of the family fled to the UK during the Iranian Revolution in 1979, whilst her father was doing his PhD at Oxford, which was cut short when the regime cut off his scholarship, forcing him to work at a bar. In that same interview, she also claimed her mother and sister were in Evin prison, (notorious site that hold political prisoners before and after the Iranian Revolution.
and currently living in Los Angeles, where she practices law and runs several large social media accounts that bring attention to the plight of the Iranian people.
Elica garnered her following across most social media platforms during the "Women, Life, Freedom" movement in 2022, in 2022 protest had broke out over the death of Mahsa Jina Amini, after she died from her injuries sustained by the brutal assault committed by the morality police of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) over Iran's strict hijab law. Elica's position against the IRGC and the Iranian Regime has been consistent since up to date. However, it is unclear what her position is when it comes to who shall take power over Iran if and when it does the current regime falls.
When it comes to the topic of Israel and Palestinians, Elica's had acknowledged Palestinians briefly in her Blog titled "My People, Your People" dating back to 14/11/2015. She had also made Pro-Palestinian statements numerous times on her X account (formally known as Twitter), as seen in screenshots below.

In more recently, Elica had shifted dramatically, from being called "Iranian Born, Lawyer, Artist, and Social Media Influencer" who "believes in Palestine and their rights and that there is suffering", by Chris Cuomo on CUOMO on NewsNation to a zionist sympathizer. That shift was described in her interview with Noah Tishby on Israeli Channel 12 where she claimed her friend's immediate support of Palestine soon after the attack committed by Hamas "chilled" her to her "core" because that meant to her that they "must hate me (her) so much". She has also expressed the same sentiment on her X account seen below.

Elica today is now openly sympathizing for Zionists on X, as seen below, smearing student protestors and people who she once was, a Pro Palestinian. She was also on Fox News, bashing on protestors, calling them "a generation that don't know how to think" and "don't know how to process information." She also claims the are "an existential threat to middle eastern community; Israelis, Iranians, Syrians, Palestinians even." She can also be seen on CUOMO on NewsNation, the second time around, to criticized protesters and supporters of Iran's Islamic regime amid recent bombings of Israeli targets, saying they're "supporting a terrorist regime." Elica on Piers Morgan claimed that Hamas started this war due to the attack that happened on Oct. 7th, which is an overused talking points to avoid the conversation of how the oppression and slaughter of innocent Palestinians occurred long before Oct 7th.

Here are some other interesting public discoveries of Elica upon a deeper dive into her identity pass the surface. If you open her linktr.ee found on her instagram, you can see she has an an email for the public to contact her. If you search that same public email on google, it reveals that the email is somehow linked to 2 other last names that share the same first name, N. Mojtahed-Zadeh and Zadeh.

Elica Zadeh's Father, Pirouz Mojtahedzadeh***

If Elica "Le Bon" is indeed the same person as Elica N. Mojtahed-Zadeh or Zadeh, which there is not strong evidence to show otherwise, we can she start to uncover who had raised her into the person she is today. A quick google search of her last name, Mojtahed-Zadeh, you can see another notable person that goes by the name Pirouz Mojtahedzadeh. According to his page on wikipedia, you may discover that he has quite the connection to the IRGC. Pirouz has articles ligitimiing the IRI. Even articles argueing for the IRI to have nuclear power. He writes his pieces with a man strongly tied to the IRI. Noteable to add that her father has since tried to burry his past, and posts Monarchist Propoganda on instagram now under the name u/pirouz_mojtahedzadeh
Now previously, Pirouz has publicly supported the IRGC in his social media account, including the statement and video he had posted on X on 07/01/2020. Pirouz in the same video appears to also show support to Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian commander, who was assassinated by an airstrike ordered by former president, Donald J. Trump.

And interestingly, in 2 of 3 of the opinion pieces published by NYT, you can see Pirouz had wrote them with a person name Kaveh L. Afrasiabi. Kaveh was charged for being an unregistered agent of the Iranian Government by the DOJ as reported by the Office of Public Affairs released on January 19, 2021 (Updated July 13, 2022)

Just unlocked the tailoring bench and noticed that Alucard's cape has a white lining instead of the red that he has in game. so long story short game is trash refund /s. sadly I dont think capes can have their colors changed like other armor pieces.
I know In the original concept and promotional art for symphony of the night, his cloak has a white lining.
However, I think the red that is closer to the in game sprite with his full Alucard equipment would be a fun alt to be able to choose from.

Karl Flieher est un paysagiste viennois né en juillet 1881 et décédé en janvier 1958. Assez peu d'élément biographique son connus, dés l'école, ses professeur remarquent son aptitude pour le dessin. Le scénographe Anton Brioschi le pris sous son aile pour le former. Peintre indépendant, il vivra de son art durant toute sa vie, d'abord à Vienne puis à Zell am See.
De toute ma collection, c'est un de mes peintre préféré. Ses toiles sont de ravissants villages montagnards pittoresques comme les autrichiens savent bien les faire. Ses couleurs sont douces et pastel, on dirait des illustration pour enfant. Vraiment, on se croirait dans un conte de fée. C'est à contraster avec Julien Bouvier, que nous avons vu la semaine dernière, qui faisant le choix d'injecter bien moins de fantaisie dans ses vues champêtres.

On commence avec une toile que j'apprécie beaucoup. Ce sont de belles petites maisons baignées dans une atmosphère très sereine. On se croirais dans le village d'Heidi. J'aime beaucoup les environnements recherchés et fourmillant de détails, par exemple ici, les fleurs eux fenêtres, les volets verts de la maison en premier plan un peu tordus, la grange remplis d'outils que l'on devine au centre. J'aime quand l'artiste à réfléchit à son lieux, lui insuffle de la vie, une histoire. C'est à ça qu'on reconnais les bon environments artists.

L'artiste à peint 2 fois ce même morceau d'escalier (3 fois même, mais la dernière de trop basse qualité). J'imagine que c'est à l'occasion de commande. Il faut dire qu'il est très mignon, ce petit escalier, avec son arche, les pierres apparentes de la maison à côté, la végétation... C'est un petit lieu mémorable dont la représentation fait très tranche de vie. Il a aussi un petit côté Ghibli !

Vous remarquerez que ses tableaux sont toujours vides de personnages. Autant je suis plus environnements que personnages mais j'avoue que parfois, ça me manque chez Karl Flieher. On gagnerais beaucoup à voir quelques bonhommes et bonnefemmes habiter ses tableaux. Leurs donner un peu de vie. Le village représenté ici est Heiligenblut, un village très photogénique qui a été représenté par differents artistes classiques de montagne.

J'ai combiné ces 3 tableaux en un set car ils sont assez similaire. Les deux premiers représentent encore la même vue, on pourrais croire que c'est l'exact même tableau mais des différences sont perceptibles. Ce sont des coins qui on particulièrement du inspirer l'artiste. Ça ne m'étonnerais pas que les lieux soient un peu enjolivés dans chaque tableau. Franchement, ça ne me dérange pas, le résultat est si mignon que je suis prêt à tout pardonner !

Encore un tableau, encore une petite rue champêtre avec des chalets. Je les aime tellement que je veux tous les montrer ! Notez toutes les nuances de vert dans la végétation à gauche. C'est très intéressant graphiquement, il y a beaucoup de travail et l’œil ne s'ennuie pas en les regardant.

On quitte un peu les villages pour aller vars un grand refuge de montagne. J'aime particulièrement les teintes très douces de ce tableau, les tons pastel en font un dessin pour enfant. Les grand coups de pinceaux donnent presque un aspect pointilliste, exagérant le côté irréel et presque onirique du lieu. Si j'avais une version en 8K de ce tableau, je l'imprimerais et l'accrocherais chez moi !

On s’éloigne encore des habitation pour finir dans la brousse. Encore une fois, les couleurs douces et peu contrastés sont relaxantes. Cela dit, pour cette toile là en particulier, je ne suis pas sur que ce soit voulu par l'artiste, les pic acérés et les sapins hirsutes montrent montre que Karl Flieher souhaitais cette toile plus menaçante. Comme la scène est lumineuse, ça me fait pas trop cet effet, même si ça reste du très bon travail et que j'ai adoré ce tableau au premier coup d’œil.

Allez, un dernier... Mais vraiment, parce qu'il faut bien s'arrêter à un moment. Ce tableau là est mon préféré. Y a de tout, village, montagne bien en évidence, lumière plus dramatique. De toute la centaines de tableaux alpins que j'ai pu découvrir, y en a un certain dans lesquelles j'aimerais transporter mon âme pour y vivre. Celui-là en fait partit !
Je pense que vous l'aurez compris à ce stade, j'adore l’œuvre de Karl Flieher. De tout les artistes que j'ai rencontrés celui-ci fait partit de mon top 10. Il est assez facile de trouver ses toiles sur Internet. Si ce que vous avez vu ici vous a tapé dans l’œil, vous pourrez en voir plus. Vous ne le regretterez pas !

If you are like me, and have Komplete Ultimate but have found there is a big hole where usable Kontakt woodwinds should be, this library may be of interest. Its on "sale" for USD70 at the moment, down from the "normal" price of 250, there is a discount for your first purchase of 15%, so it came out to 58 USD for me.
It has Dynamic and Expression controls that respond to mappable CC (expression and sustain by default), so its reasonably playable from wind controller, though i only just got it (and use Sylphyo and a KK S49 that are literally made for this).

La décision
Dans la quiétude feutrée de la bibliothèque de la Riponne, les murmures des lecteurs et le bruissement des pages tournées créaient une ambiance apaisante, presque méditative. Assis à une table en bois massif, entouré de rayonnages remplis de livres, je laisse mon regard errer sur les dos colorés des ouvrages. Le murmure des idées et des pensées s'entremêlait avec les souvenirs de mes propres luttes et résiliences.
Je m'apprête à prendre une décision lourde de conséquences : accepter que Vladimir Novikov me nomme explicitement dans sa thèse. Les implications de cette décision tourbillonnent dans mon esprit, comme les feuilles virevoltant dans le vent automnal.
Être nommé explicitement. Cela pourrait renforcer ma crédibilité, donner du poids à mes critiques de l'État-providence et attirer l'attention sur "Le Fugitif". La visibilité accrue pourrait mobiliser un soutien public plus large et attirer des alliés précieux. Mon histoire, ancrée dans une réalité académique, pourrait devenir une arme contre l'injustice, une lumière dans les recoins sombres de l'exclusion socio-économique.
Pourtant, je ne suis pas naïf. Je sais que cette décision pourrait aussi intensifier les tentatives des autorités pour me marginaliser. Être perçu comme une menace pourrait les pousser à des mesures plus draconiennes. La stigmatisation politique pourrait se renforcer, limitant encore davantage mes opportunités professionnelles. Je pourrais être exposé à une attention indésirable, compromettant ma vie privée et celle de mes proches.
Je respire profondément, sentant l'odeur rassurante du papier ancien. Chaque décision comporte des risques, et celle-ci n'échappe pas à la règle. Mais l'alternative—rester dans l'ombre, laisser mes idées et mon histoire se perdre dans l'anonymat—semble bien pire.
En naviguant ces réflexions, je sens une détermination calme s'installer. Je suis prêt à faire face aux conséquences. Mon parcours, marqué par la résilience et l'engagement, m'a préparé à ces défis. La transparence et la documentation rigoureuse de mes activités offrent une protection contre les accusations infondées. Mon réseau de soutien, renforcé par des alliances stratégiques, est une forteresse contre les attaques arbitraires.

Bonjour ! Je cherche a macheter une premiere moto, et je suis tombé sur une offre d une vieille sv650, qui en 20 ans, n a totalisé que 19000km, donc moins de 1000 par an. Est ce un problème ? Le proprio est le meme depuis toute ces années, la bécane à l air clean sur photo, la descri donne confiance. Le prix est assez faible, peut etre du au fait qu il veuille s en débarasser car il ne roule pas assez ? Bref, qu en pensez vous, y a t il un frein a acheter cette moto (ou une autre ancienne avec peu de bornes) ? Merci d avance et v a vous !

En VF ça fait « ho ho c’est marrant ils écorchent toujours son nom » mais en VO ça devient C.C. Nichon-Bite, ce qui est vachement plus graveleux.
