2024.06.09 01:11 jonbenetunveiled Why do people feel this letter is a joke? It literally sounds like a play-by-play confession, and I don't get it. The language in the note is very similar to that of the ransom note, as I detail in my book, JonBenét Unveiled.

Chapter One
Who killed JonBenet Ramsey?
How did she die?
Those are the questions most Americans want answered.
And I can answer them.
In fact, I am one of only three people who knows the answer to the terrible question: "Who killed JonBenet Ramsey?"
And who are the other two people who know the answer?
John and Patsy Ramsey, the parents of JonBenet Ramsey
And there is a reason why we know who killed JonBenet.
Unlike other authors who have written books about the case before us, we were actually part of the Ramsey household.
Right up until the day JonBenet died.
But I also know who killed JonBenet Ramsey because I saw John and Patsy Ramsey in their private, unguarded moments. And because I took care of JonBenet as if she were my own child.
But now, because the police have failed miserably in solving the mystery of JonBenet's death, I feel that it is finally time for me to come forward and tell my story.
It is a frightening story with a terrible secret.
The secret is this:
I have no mouth and I must scream.
That's right.
I have no mouth and I must scream!
I have no mouth and yet I must scream the name of JonBenet's killer at the top of my lungs to the rest of the world.
Try to imagine what it is like to know who killed JonBenet Ramsey, and yet have no one to listen to you, or help you do anything about it. That is part of the terrible secret.
No one will help me!
Not the police.
Not the district attorney.
Not even a federal judge.
And yet I know who killed JonBenet Ramsey, just as surely as if I had been there in that dark, awful wine cellar with her and witnessed her murder.
And I will tell you what happened on that dreadful Christmas night.
If you will listen.
But before I can do that, I must briefly tell you about the only two other people who know who murdered JonBenet. They are John and Patsy Ramsey.
While working for the Ramsey family as a housekeeper, I was able to see the interaction between John and Patsy. In the fourteen months I was there, they never once showed the slightest affection for one another.
I never once saw them embrace.
I never once saw them hold hands,
I never once saw them a kiss, or hug, or use words or terms of endearment, or speak to one another with any warmth or tenderness.
Not once.
Not ever!
In fact, I don't think I've ever been around a married couple who looked so uncomfortable together. Or a couple who were as cold to one another, as these two.
There were times when I would not have been surprised to come to work and find that John and Patsy Ramsey had filed for divorce.
On one occasion, while I was working around the Ramsey house, a conversation Patsy Ramsey had with me only confirmed my suspicions that there was "trouble in paradise" in the Ramsey marriage.
Patsy confided to me that she did not enjoy having sexual relations (especially oral sex) with John.
After beating around the bush, Patsy finally asked me for help. Did I have any suggestions? She wanted to enjoy sex with John, but she just couldn't bring herself to do it.
Especially not oral sex.
Was there anything Patsy could do to keep her from thinking about his penis in her mouth and gagging on it?
Well, was there?
Patsy appeared desperate.
Was there anything she could do about the salty sour taste of John's penis, and the pubic hair that would stick in her teeth?
I was astonished.
As a mother of six children, I had never run into that problem.
Quite the contrary.
Before answering Patsy, I took a deep breath, stunned by the completely unexpected nature of Patsy's confession, thought for a minute, and then offered her the only advice a grandmother of ten children could give.
Patsy, I told her, keep thinking about how much you love John and how this is just another way of showing him your love. Make love to his penis as if you were making love to the man.
What else could I say?
Either you love the guy or you don't.
But Patsy's unhappiness and fear of John's penis did not end there. Sometime after Patsy's confession, I came upon her sobbing in the kitchen. When I asked her what was wrong, she explained that she had just spent the night crying her eyes out because John had yelled at her the day before about her being a lousy homemaker and cook. Clearly, there was more to John's anger than an uncooked meal or an unmade bed.
I suspected that the real reason behind John's outburst probably had more to do with his unsucked penis than his uncooked pot roast.
Remarkably, Patsy seemed genuinely upset by his criticism and she was more emotional than I think I have ever seen her.
Later, when appearing before the Boulder grand jury investigating the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, I spoke at length about the trouble I thought the Ramsey marriage was experiencing.
I told the grand jury that in my opinion, based on my personal observations while working for the them, I could honestly say that the Ramseys did not appear to be a happily married couple.
On the contrary, they seemed held together, like lots of other unhappy marriages, by their children.
Without their son Burke, and their daughter JonBenet, it is my belief that John and Patsy would have divorced many years ago.
I also told the grand jury that while Patsy could be kind and even thoughtful, she was one of the strangest people I have ever met.
By way of example, I told the grand jury that while cleaning out and organizing her vast number of purses - one of my tasks every Friday - Patsy took me aside and explained that she had gone to her local church, had members of her congregation pray over her, and the next day found that doctors had declared her miraculously "cured" of stage-four ovarian cancer.
But that wasn't all.
Patsy also had visions.
She confided in me that John's deceased daughter from his first marriage appeared before her to tell her that an angel was coming to cure her of cancer. Patsy believed her dead step-daughter's message was true and that the angel sent her cancer into remission, along with the help of the parishioner's of her church who had prayed over her.
But that still wasn't all.
One of the ways in which Patsy Ramsey would communicate with me was through handwritten notes, which she would leave for me with instructions for various duties around the house that needed my attention.
In the fourteen month period that I worked for the Ramseys, I was left several dozen handwritten notes by Patsy Ramsey. I am quite familiar with her handwriting, and I believe I can recognize it with very little difficulty.
I told the grand jury that since leaving the employ of the Ramseys, I had had occasion to see a copy of the ransom note found at the scene of JonBenet Ramsey's murder. It was heartbreaking for me to admit that the handwriting in the ransom note looked very much like the handwriting Patsy Ramsey used in writing her notes to me.
By way of example, Patsy made her letter "a"s very distinctively, and she would use accents over words like JonBenet and attaché, and often used initialing of words in combination, to name just a few of her many unique handwriting characteristics. Because I once felt very close to Patsy Ramsey, and regarded her with almost as much affection as a member of my immediate family, it has been hard for me to admit that I am now certain that the handwriting in the ransom note looks to me as if it was made by one and the same person.
Patsy Ramsey.
That is why I am convinced Patsy killed and then covered up the death of her daughter.
She alone is responsible.
John may have helped her to hide her crime because he had no choice, especially since she could have pointed the finger of guilt at him if he had resisted.
Perhaps I am being too cryptic. So let me tell you how I believe JonBenet was murdered.
If I were speaking to Patsy Ramsey right now, this is what I would say to her: You were spent and exhausted, weren't you? The holidays do that to people. At the party on December twenty-third you appeared a little out of sorts, perhaps because there were twenty people in the house with another twenty on the way. It was five in the afternoon, and I was on my way out the door, leaving you without help. So it's okay if you dipped deeply into the Beringer Chardonnay, your favorite wine that you kept in the walk-in refrigerator, just off the kitchen.
Holidays can be depressing. I don't blame you for being down. Your big four-oh birthday was less than a week away, you had dealt with ovarian cancer for years, and your beauty queen looks were fading. Miss West Virginia of 1977 had become a middle-aged matron. You loved JonBenet, but she was a handful, wetting the bed night after night. She was driving you crazy.
Christmas Day wasn't quiet or peaceful, either. There was pressure, lots of pressure and I wasn't there to smooth out the rough edges for you. Sure, it was picture perfect, snow on the ground, and your home was a decorator's dream. I remember helping to decorate the artifical Christmas trees, one for nearly every room in the house. Giant candy canes bordered both sides of the walk. But there were homes to visit, open houses that had to be dropped in and dropped out of, and you were expected to gather up Burke and JonBenet and have them ready to fly out at daybreak to Michigan where there was going to be a second Christmas at your lakefront vacation house. John would hire the pilot, but you were the one who had to pack and organize and get the kids dressed.
So you were weary that night, who wouldn't be? John was no help. He did what he always did - swallowed a couple of melatonin capsules and fell into a deep sleep. He wouldn't have heard a cannon go off it was next to the bed. You were still wearing the red sweater and black velvet trousers when you put JonBenet to bed Christmas night. Surprisingly - for someone who has a hundred dresses and prides herself with never wearing the same outfit twice - you were wearing that same costume when the police arrived the next day.
JonBenet wet the bed again that night, didn't she? She woke up and told you about it before you were even undressed and you simply "lost it." You took her into the bathroom. It was the same destination you always took JonBenet when it was time to punish her for bedwetting. You forget that I saw you take here there so many times before, shutting the door tightly behind you, so her screams could not be heard. Except this time there was "an accident," wasn't there? You picked up the long, black flashlight you had brought with you, and you swung it. You swung it first at her crotch and then next at her head. Maybe you meant to scare her and maybe you didn't mean to kill her, but you did.
At first you thought you had knocked her out, but then she wasn't breathing, and you felt for a pulse, but there was none.
What to do? What to do?
Well, someone else must have done this, since it certainly couldn't have been you. Right? After all, you were always a model parent. Right? At least you hoped people thought so.
All of those Tom Clancy novels were suddenly flashing through your mind as JonBenet's body lay before you. What would a clever mystery writer have his antagonist do?
Think!
They sure wouldn't have the villain lie down and take the rap for an accident. A bash in the head, after all, was too suspicious. A parent could do that. But what if JonBenet was slowly strangled, exotically, with, of all things, a garrote?
So you broke off one of your paint brushes, took the white nylon cord, and twisted it around her neck. She might have still been revived, but you didn't know it. You just pulled the cord tight around her neck until it was red.
I remember just such a cord wrapped in just such a way around a box in the basement next to where her body was found.
I remember a lot Patsy.
You kept trying to make it an exotic crime scene, didn't you? You even taped your daughter's wrists and her mouth shut, cutting the tape with a small Swiss army knife that would later be found beside her body the next day.
I remember that knife.
Burke had walked around the house whittling with it a month before, and I told you I put it up at the top of the linen closet near JonBenet's bedroom when I confiscated it from him.
Only you knew and John knew the exact location of that hideaway in the linen closet.
After you finished taping JonBenet's mouth, you carried her downstairs and hid her body in the basement inside a small hidden room - the "wine room" you called it, even though there was never any wine stored there. You then wrapped her in a favorite white blanket of hers, which you took from the dryer, except her Barbie nightgown was stuck to it because you never did have the sense to throw in a static cling strip with the wash.
So you laid the nightie next to her.
You had stored the plastic Christmas trees there, in that "wine cellar." Strange, isn't it? I had worked for you for nearly a year and I didn't even know that room existed until you had me get those trees out of there. An intruder wouldn't have found that place. Not in a million years. Only you, or John, would know it location. Your house was a 22-room rabbit warren and maze that even my husband once got lost in when he was doing some work for you.
What to do next? Well, a ransom note might be nice. It would explain why JonBenet was suddenly missing. But you forgot one thing. The handwriting and language of the note were all yours. I can hear your "voice" in the note. The word "hence," for example, was in your Christmas cards and letters and a word you liked to use in conversation. The phrase "use that good Southern common sense" is what you kidded John about, since he was anything but Southern, having been born and raised in Michigan; the phrase "fat cat" is what your mother, Nedra, used to call you after you and John became rich. The ransom demand asked that the money be put in an attaché, with a proper accent mark over the last e in attaché. I remember how careful you always were to put the proper accent mark over the e in the second syllable of JonBenet's name. The ransom note even ended with the initials SBTC. Do you remember how fond you were of using initials as abbreviations for all sorts of expressions?
Preparing the crime scene and writing the ransom note must have been time consuming and exhausting. You were up all night before you "found" the ransom note just before six a.m in the morning. You didn't even have time to change your clothes from the day before. You began screaming as soon as John had awakened and he didn't even know what had happened when you called the police. John didn't know what had happened to JonBenet when he found the body hidden in the basement.
When did you tell him?

I had something else queued up to write next but after that performance, I knew I had to come back to this series!

In my last post, I realize that i got ahead of myself because I said I’d be doing a song analysis next, but I actually want to talk about the album cover and prologue first.

Disclaimer #4: I decided not to venture into the ethics of creating public narratives about public people and then packaging that up for your fans to eat up like Taylor likes to do. There is a time and a place for that conversation, but the focus on my Speak Now writing is about might have happened. I also have a hard time having sympathy for John Mayer or Jake Gyllenhaal who agreed to the appearance of dating a much younger woman - which is gross and should not be normalized. Did she cross a line at times - like with Joe Jonas’s ex - maybe, but she was 18-20 when she did this and had no idea where things would end up with her easter eggs. Plus if she felt cornered by her label and the music industry, I have sympathy for that.

The first thing that stands out to me is the yellow dress of it all.
If Speak Now is the album that started her forced closeting, then the appearance of the yellow dress (when Fearless had yellow themes), is…interesting.
Fun fact: But I’m a Cheerleader (the movie that a lot of people think introduced the concept of yellow as a closeting color to Taylor) was released in 1999.

Purple has a long history in the queer and lesbian community. The most obvious being lavender which is not the purple on the cover.
Fun colour fact: There is a lavender purple.
According to this article, the designer for the original Speak Now dress describes it as a “strapless violet ballgown” 👀
Violet is often associated with lesbians
Violets have been associated with lesbian love since the 6th century, thanks to the work of the greek poet Saphho, from the isle of Lesbos. Much of her poetry centered around the relationships and love between women, who she often described as wearing garlands of the flowers and other plants.

The pink color represents sexual attraction to the same sex only (gay and lesbian). The blue represents sexual attraction to the opposite sex only (straight) and the resultant overlap color purple represents sexual attraction to both sexes (bi).

Album Prologue

When I first looked at the prologue artwork I thought it looked like a pride flag, but then I realized that it’s missing purple. Taylor being dressed in purple on the cover then finishes the pride flag.
Maybe this is the first example of Taylor literally flagging what she really felt.
The way I approached the album prologue and subsequent song analysis is to look at the text without taking into account the romantic nature of the songs that Taylor tells us is there. Like I said at the beginning of the post, Taylor is an unreliable narrator and her public narratives have for a lot of people, become such a part of analyzing her work.
I’ve bolded what I want to emphasize.
Back then, Taylor did not speak her truth. Like Laura Dern says in the Bejeweled mv “Speak Not!” and I think that line is in that video for a reason because that is what Taylor did during this time.
I really hope she takes the chance to speak her truth now.
Speak now or forever hold your peace, the words said by preachers at the end of wedding ceremonies all over the world, right before the rows. It's a last chance for protest, a moment that makes everyone's heart race, and a moment I've always been strangely fascinated by. So many fantasize about bursting into a church, saying what they'd kept inside for years like in the movie. In real life, it rarely happens.
Ouch ouch ouch. Looking at these words today, knowing what happened post Speak Now hurts. I can’t imagine then what it feels like to Taylor - especially when she revisited this album and everything else that might have happened during the rerecording process.
Real life is a funny thing, you know. In real life, saying the right thing at the right moment is beyond crucial. So crucial, in fact, that most of us start to hesitate, for fear of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. But lately what I’ve begun to fear more than that is letting the moment pass without saying anything.
I think most of us fear reaching the end of our life, and looking back regretting the moments we didn't speak up.
When we didn't say 'I love you! When we should've said 'I'm sorry. When we didn't stand up for ourselves or someone who needed help.
The pain continues lol. But besides that, she doesn’t assign gender to her first love (while in the sentence before making reference to a boy whose heart she broke).
I think is Scott B. is the mean man and the someone who made her world dark for a while
What catches my attention most of all is “the girl who stole something of mine." Without the public narrative of BTR, that line can be read very differently. It could potentially tie to Dear John and an older woman - which isn’t my read on the song, but my interpretation isn’t the truth. Especially when some people think Dear John and ATW have connections.
It can also be read as the girl stealing her heart. Which is what I thought as soon as I read that line. What stops a lot of other people from seeing the line as possibly queer, is that they feel they already know what Taylor is talking about. So they don’t actually read what she writes. They rely on public stories to do their analysis.
These songs are made up of words I didn't say when the moment was right in front of me. These songs are open letters. Each is written with a specific person in mind, telling them what I meant to tell them in person. To the beautiful boy whose heart I broke in December. To my first love who I never thought would be my first heartbreak. To my band. To a mean man I used to be afraid of. To someone who made my world very dark for a while. To a girl who stole something of mine. To someone I forgive for what he said in front of the whole world.
The first line, I take as directed at Scott B and in this case, it’s not something that Taylor said to him, I think she is writing about what was said to her by Scott B.
The second line I bolded is what I believe encompasses so much from the Speak Now era. Taylor wanted to tell her truth, she planned to tell her truth, but then never got the chance. And I think she is haunted by that choice. We hear that over and over again throughout Taylor’s discography, especially since folklore.
Personally, I have spent a lot of time hating myself for the choices I made when I was young - which isn’t fair, I know, I’m in therapy lol - and given how much bigger in a lot of ways, Taylor’s choices were at this age, I can see why she might be struggling with self loathing as well.
Words can break someone into a million pieces, but they can also put them back together. I hope you use yours for good, because the only words you'll regret more than the ones left unsaid are the ones you use to intentionally hurt someone.
What you say might be too much for some people. Maybe it will come out all wrong and you'll stutter and you'll walk away embarrassed, wincing as you play it all back in your head. But I think the words you stop yourself from saying are the ones that will haunt you the longest.
I mentioned in last SN post that I think the concept for the OG Karma album started with Speak Now. The first line I highlighted makes me hope that she has also been planning a tell book on what she’s endured through the music industry since Speak Now as well. I mentioned this in a comment recently, in the LWYMMD mv, when she supposedly mocks Kim K by saying she’s “keeping receipts”, I want to believe that is a warning to Scott B/Scootethe music industry.
And it also feels like she’s saying she knows she can’t speak now, so she is going to wait for her turn, even if that isn’t what she wanted to do or hoped to do.
So say it to them. Or say it to yourself in the mirror. say it in a letter you'll never send or in a book millions might read someday. I think you deserve to look back on your life without a chorus of resounding voices saying I could’ve, but it's too late now.
There is a time for silence. There is a time waiting your turn. But if you know how you feel, and you so clearly know what you need to say, you'll know it. I don't think you should wait. I think you should speak now.

If Taylor has been planning to come out at various points from Speak Now onwards, I do not believe she will give that plan up even with all the roadblocks and pain along the way.
I just can’t see a world where she will lets everyone who kept her in the closet get away with that.
I’ve shared this quote before when I’ve written about Taylor, but it definitely fits here too. Taylor said this in 2022 at the Tribeca Festival, and I feel like it was a warning to those who think they've won.
And also think that Taylor will stay in the closet forever, or won’t Speak Now about what has happened to her
People greatly underestimate me on how much I’ll inconvenience myself to prove a point if I think I'm right.

There were a lot of different groups back in the first and second century that proved to be heretical. Assemblies of Yahweh is another group that did not exist in the first and second century but has resurrected from the Heretics, boneyard and are similar to the Nazarene sect and Ebionites. So obviously, the major error in their belief is they don't accept the trinity when bible speaks of a holy spirit and Jesus being the Messiah and son of god. Jesus also ties himself and the Holy Spirit as being one with the father. Holy Spirit was present when Father speaks and revieals christ's divinity, and apostles clearly say christ is lord and Savior, who would then replace Yahweh as lord in old covanant. We also have Pentecost which is the work of the holy spirit. Assemblies of Yahweh belief imposes that Christians were being called to be more Jewish, when it was the other way around. Jews were being called to be more Christian. Assemblies of Yahweh believe the trinity comes from a Druid God, and they believe everyone, but themselves, is in error. Even the other groups that consider themselves to be in the same camp, they consider themselves to be more correct than them. So we're essentially dealing with pharisees here that think so highly of them selves, they become well learned and long-winded. Thinking that their many words and their long speeches will provide them with relevance and credibility. That it will reach god. But the truth of the matter is that their entire faith is rooted in conspiracy theories, and all they have is speculation, assumption, and conjecture to work off of. Their so learned they can't accept the simple gospel. Its like Gordon Ramsey trying to make a grilled cheese sandwich. They can not trace themselves back to the first or second century.They did not come about through apostolic succession.But actually, it was the early church fathers who came about through apostolic succession. they come against them. So does Peter and Paul in Acts and Galatians. They deny the evidence because then they would either have to decide their heretical. Or Paul and Peter are heretics. They aren't willing to say that, so they completely refuse to see the evidence that is right in front of their face. They are blind. All they have to do is look into Polycarp. Look at irenaeus and look into Ignatius. Polycarp was taught by John the Apostle. They were close friends. He also knew Paul the apostle. Then, take a look at Saint Augustine. The concept of grace that was his main focus in teaching was on God's grace and how it helped him to overcome all these terrible sins. There are many testimonies of people overcoming terrible sins by embracing jesus christ as our Lord and Savior. Im one of them. Also, the Catholic Church has many writings from the early church fathers that specifically come against judaisers and come against the nazarene sect, you should look into it.Because they go into detail about why they're heretical and why they consider them not to line up with common sense.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released 475 pages of documents relating to O.J. Simpson, the NFL Hall of Fame running back who was acquitted of charges he killed his former wife and her friend.
The documents largely focus on the murder investigation into the 1994 stabbing deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Simpson was a person of interest and ultimately charged, and his 1995 trial, often called one of the most famous trials of the past century, drew worldwide attention and spectacle.
Simpson was acquitted of all charges on Oct. 3, 1995. He was found liable for wrongful death in a civil court case two years later and told to pay $33.5 million in damages to the Brown and Goldman families. Simpson maintained his innocence throughout the rest of his life. He died in April.
The FBI publicly releases records it maintains on individuals after they die. Some names in the Simpson documents have been redacted. While the FBI labeled this release of documents "Part 01," it's not clear when or if more documents will be released. In previous such cases, the bureau has released documents in batches as agents review them.
The vast majority of files released by the FBI center on evidence collection and testing, including testing of fibers found at the crime scene and blood testing. The FBI also went to Italy to study Bruno Magli shoes, a rare shoe determined at the time to be worn by the murderer. The documents show the detail that went into tracking the sales and understanding the soles of two models of the shoes sold in the U.S. at the time.
Is it possible that after John Ramsey dies, they could do the same for the Ramsey case...? It seems too good to be true. I'm guessing the Ramsey case is different because, unlike the Brown and Goldman murder investigation, it wasn't resolved or taken to court, and that any such release would compromise a currently open homicide investigation?

“Using fake names” Julia, Kayla, my boyfriend John and I went to the bar one night. Julia decided to go try and get free drinks from 3 guys and we were all like ok just be safe. Well Kayla comes over to John and I saying she’s worried about Julia that these three guys are on something other than alcohol. So I went over and heard one talking about getting married the next day while Julia is obviously drunk and screaming about how they keep looking at her chest and shoving her chest in their faces. I then tried to get her attention so she’s come play pool with us again. She shoved me in the chest so I said “how would your boyfriend feel about this” and Julia said “well he’s secure unlike John” and then shoved me again. At this point I was pretty upset cause I was just trying to keep her safe and she decided to shove me and insult my boyfriend for no reason. I went back to Kayla and asked if I should call her boyfriend Mason. Kayla was like yea you should cause we were both worried about her and couldn’t get her away from these three guys surrounding her and she was obviously drunk. So I went to the bathroom and called Julia’s boyfriend telling him I was worried about her and couldn’t get her away from these guys he didn’t believe me and had Kayla come in and she told him the exact same thing. Then while still in the bathroom Julia walks in and I was like I’m talking to someone else and she goes “ I’m gonna go F with these guys at the bar again” I asked mason if he heard that and he said yes and hung up on me. I went back out and soon after Julia answered a call from mason and walked out of the bar and texted Julia to come out secretly so I wouldn’t notice. Then all three of them ignored me asking about how Julia was doing for 2 days. And long story short they turned the story around where I was the drunk one and intentionally tried to break Julia and mason up. And they whole heartedly believe Julia did nothing wrong and I’m the bad guy. They aren’t even mad at Kayla when she said the exact same thing I did. And I’m honestly just so hurt this is someone that I’ve had in my life for a while and we were supposedly best friends and it hurts so bad that instead of just saying hey I was drunk thanks for trying to look out for me I’ve been completely shut out and blamed for the whole thing
Update* Yesterday another one of her friends “Laura” (known her since she was 8) found out what happened and got Julia and me to go to a restaurant and then wanted us to talk things out after eating. Julia just threw back handed comments the whole time and then when we went outside I tried to tell my side of the story and she just looked at me with a smirk on her face then started saying I was screaming at her and Laura was like no she’s not what do you mean then Julia was like well me and mason broke up because of you (no they did not break up according to her story with them on it kissing) she just insulted me the whole saying I don’t want that thing in my life, she’s a lying dog, I’m gonna h!t you and that’s a promise etc etc and I ended up just walking away cause I said my peace about what happened and If she was gonna lie straight to our faces about her breaking up with mason etc etc and then threaten me I felt it wasn’t worth it and I didn’t need someone in my life like that anyway Julia and Laura ended up talking for another 30 minutes and Julia called mason and said the exact same thing about what happened at the bar that I said just super sugar coated and then Laura told Julia if she was gonna act like that then she didn’t wanna be around her anymore and left… I also have videos of all this.

“Using fake names” Julia, Kayla, my boyfriend John and I went to the bar one night. Julia decided to go try and get free drinks from 3 guys and we were all like ok just be safe. Well Kayla comes over to John and I saying she’s worried about Julia that these three guys are on something other than alcohol. So I went over and heard one talking about getting married the next day while Julia is obviously drunk and screaming about how they keep looking at her chest and shoving her chest in their faces. I then tried to get her attention so she’s come play pool with us again. She shoved me in the chest so I said “how would your boyfriend feel about this” and Julia said “well he’s secure unlike John” and then shoved me again. At this point I was pretty upset cause I was just trying to keep her safe and she decided to shove me and insult my boyfriend for no reason. I went back to Kayla and asked if I should call her boyfriend Mason. Kayla was like yea you should cause we were both worried about her and couldn’t get her away from these three guys surrounding her and she was obviously drunk. So I went to the bathroom and called Julia’s boyfriend telling him I was worried about her and couldn’t get her away from these guys he didn’t believe me and had Kayla come in and she told him the exact same thing. Then while still in the bathroom Julia walks in and I was like I’m talking to someone else and she goes “ I’m gonna go F with these guys at the bar again” I asked mason if he heard that and he said yes and hung up on me. I went back out and soon after Julia answered a call from mason and walked out of the bar and texted Julia to come out secretly so I wouldn’t notice. Then all three of them ignored me asking about how Julia was doing for 2 days. And long story short they turned the story around where I was the drunk one and intentionally tried to break Julia and mason up. And they whole heartedly believe Julia did nothing wrong and I’m the bad guy. They aren’t even mad at Kayla when she said the exact same thing I did. And I’m honestly just so hurt this is someone that I’ve had in my life for a while and we were supposedly best friends and it hurts so bad that instead of just saying hey I was drunk thanks for trying to look out for me I’ve been completely shut out and blamed for the whole thing
Update* Yesterday another one of her friends “Laura” (known her since she was 8) found out what happened and got Julia and me to go to a restaurant and then wanted us to talk things out after eating. Julia just threw back handed comments the whole time and then when we went outside I tried to tell my side of the story and she just looked at me with a smirk on her face then started saying I was screaming at her and Laura was like no she’s not what do you mean then Julia was like well me and mason broke up because of you (no they did not break up according to her story with them on it kissing) she just insulted me the whole saying I don’t want that thing in my life, she’s a lying dog, I’m gonna h!t you and that’s a promise etc etc and I ended up just walking away cause I said my peace about what happened and If she was gonna lie straight to our faces about her breaking up with mason etc etc and then threaten me I felt it wasn’t worth it and I didn’t need someone in my life like that anyway Julia and Laura ended up talking for another 30 minutes and Julia called mason and said the exact same thing about what happened at the bar that I said just super sugar coated and then Laura told Julia if she was gonna act like that then she didn’t wanna be around her anymore and left… I also have videos of all this.

The role played by Irish Catholics during the D-Day landings in France needs to be remembered, the head of the Catholic Church in Ireland has said.
Archbishop Eamon Martin spoke to BBC News NI at Cambes-en-Plaine war cemetery, where a number of Royal Ulster Rifles soldiers who served in the Normandy campaign are buried.
Tens of thousands of soldiers from Northern Ireland and the Irish Free State fought alongside each other in the battle against Nazi Germany.
However, Archbishop Martin said it was sad that many Catholic families do not talk about the role of family members who served in the Allied forces.
He added “everyone owes them a great deal of gratitude”.
“I hope that by being here myself that there are many families who feel that in some way we’re open and recognising the contribution of people from every county on the island.”
Church of Ireland Archbishop John McDowell has also travelled at the invitation of the Royal Irish Regiment to be part of the 80th anniversary commemorations of D-Day.
He said he wanted to hold up the stories of the soldiers and Army chaplains “so people don’t forget” and they are remembered as individuals.
During World War Two, about 130,000 people from the island of Ireland signed up to fight in the British Army.
Half of them were from the Irish Free State, which had declared itself to be neutral.
In Northern Ireland, such was the political division between unionists and nationalists, it was made exempt from conscription.
However, this did not stop many nationalists from joining up.
The 80th anniversary was marked by events in the UK, Ireland and France on Thursday.
Dr Laura Patrick, a heritage officer for the Royal Irish Regiment, said it was difficult to tell the background of those who took part.
"It's not like the census, there's no tick-box to say exactly where they were coming from," she explained.
"People can be republican, but still want to fight that bigger fight.
"It’s one of the unifying stories of our last 100 years because people saw this as a much greater issue than a north/south issue and a political issue.
"It affected everybody across the world and it was about citizenship of the world, not just of a north/south narrative."
She said for those from a nationalist background "signing up to the Allied Forces sounds much better".
"I don’t think it’s helpful to create those very tight barriers and narratives sometimes. It’s a very grey area."
Journalist Allison Morris, who grew up in west Belfast, said British military history “wasn’t spoken about” among nationalist families.
Her great-grandfather was killed in combat and her grandfather had been a soldier pre-1939 before spending three years as a Japanese prisoner of war.
Both of these men were called Thomas Morris.
"My grandmother had thought he [my grandfather] was dead," she added.
Ms Morris explained that nationalists and Catholics felt poorly treated by the Stormont government after the war, meaning "that taints any remembrance that you would have".
"The fact that he [her grandfather] had served and that other people who hadn’t served in the Army were in positions of authority and were discriminating against people like my grandfather who was a war hero," she said.
She also reflected on the fact that she had a cousin who was named Thomas after both men. He was shot dead by a British soldier during the Troubles.
"When you talk about our complicated history and what goes on here, think about that," she said.
"I’m proud of the family I come from."
Commemoration reticence
The Royal Ulster Rifles Museum in Belfast has the medals of a County Roscommon-born soldier who was recognised for his role during the war by the Irish government.
Cpl Michael O’Beirne, 44, who was a tenor with the Royal Carl Rosa Opera Company, served with 2nd Bn Royal Ulster Rifles and was killed on 9 July 1944.
His display contains both his British medals and an Emergency Service medal from Ireland.
Dublin-based historian Diarmaid Ferriter said nationalist soldiers from across the island may have joined for the spirit of adventure, or for economic reasons.
"We know that a private in the Irish Army at the start of the Second World War was being paid 14 shillings a week," he explained.
"If you went into the British Army you were being paid over nine shillings a day.
"There was also those in the Irish Army who did not want to spend the war, given that they were soldiers, not being involved in combat."
Many soldiers in the Irish Free State were co-opted into civil projects, he added, such as turf cutting at Phoenix Park in Dublin.
“Many of them didn’t see that as soldiering.”
In February 1939, then Taoiseach (Irish PM) Éamon de Valera, announced the Irish Free State would be neutral if war was to break out.
In a speech, he said: "With our history, with our experience of the last war and with a part of our country still unjustly severed from us we felt that no other decision and no other policy was possible."
A decade ago, some 6,000 soldiers who deserted the Irish Army to fight for the British during World War Two were granted pardons.
According to Professor Ferriter, there is still a reticence about commemorating the role of Irish soldiers during both world wars.
However, he said the public discourse changed with the decade of centenaries and the visit of Queen Elizabeth II to Dublin in 2011.
During that trip, she visited both Ireland's Garden of Remembrance and the war memorial at Islandbridge.
"There was a sense the island had to recognise what the people of that generation had been involved in, whether they were unionist or nationalist – and of course sometimes they fought together," he said.
Dr Patrick said she had also noticed an increase in the number of people from nationalist or republican backgrounds tracing their ancestry.
"People are finding the shoebox in the attic, they’re bringing us sets of medals and saying my grandfather, great-grandfather was from a nationalist or republican background, why did he serve in the British Army?"
"It’s lovely that we can then tell them why they served, what happened to them and what they came home to as well because they don’t like talking about it.
"So we can help shed a little bit of light and a little bit of connection to their ancestors."
What was D-Day?
D-Day was the first day of the invasion of Normandy - the beginning of a huge campaign by the Allies of World War Two in north-west Europe, which was occupied by Nazi Germany.
Along with campaigns elsewhere - including the Eastern Front and the Italian campaign - it would eventually lead to Germany's defeat.
The "D" in "D-Day" simply means "day" - it is a military term used to mark the start of an operation. The hour of attack was known as H-Hour.
Allied troops - mainly from the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States but also other countries - landed on five beaches in Normandy on 6 June.
The Allies suffered about 10,000 casualties - including an estimated 4,000 deaths - but the operation was a success.

The leading candidates to be Missouri’s next governor disagree on whether the state should offer incentives to keep the Kansas City Chiefs from relocating to Kansas.
On Tuesday, the top Republican lawmakers in Kansas announced that they had reached out to the Chiefs organization to urge the team to consider moving across the state line. To sweeten the deal, the state could consider issuing hundreds of millions of dollars in bonds to finance construction of a new stadium.
Gov. Mike Parson, a Republican and Chiefs superfan, has said he will “do what he can to keep the Chiefs in Missouri.”
But he’s leaving office this year due to term limits. So with the Chiefs’ current lease at Arrowhead set to expire in January 2031, the issue could ultimately fall into the lap of whoever is elected to replace him in November.
And there is a deep divide among the candidates about what, if anything, to do.
Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, the leading Republican candidate for governor, said he is “opposed to providing taxpayer subsidies to keep sports teams.”
Instead, Ashcroft said, if elected he would focus on public safety, education and lowering taxes “so that Missouri will be a destination state for teams, their players and all economic freedom loving Americans.”
State Sen. Bill Eigel, also a Republican candidate, said he’s confident that “the Chiefs will make the right decision and remain in Missouri, but it won’t be because of taxpayer handouts for sports teams or stadiums on my watch.”
Government, Eigel said, “shouldn’t be in the business of picking winners and losers. I’m going to ensure Missouri is a place where all people can thrive.”
On the other side of the issue in the GOP primary is Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe. His campaign manager, Derek Coats, said Missouri deserves a governor “who will fight for jobs and economic growth.”
“Mike Kehoe will not watch passively as other states poach our businesses,” Coats said. “As governor, he will use every tool at his disposal to ensure Missouri is a state that welcomes investment, creates jobs and spurs economic growth.”
State Rep. Crystal Quade, a Democrat running for governor, said that any candidate who “claims they don’t care about the Arrowhead-sized hole losing the Chiefs would create is lying.
“We need to elect leaders who will work with the Chiefs,” she said, “to make sure all sides get a fair deal and keep our Super Bowl Champs playing football in Missouri for decades to come.”
Springfield businessman Mike Hamra, who is also a candidate in the Democratic primary, said Missourians take pride in being the home to the Chiefs.
“State leaders,” he said, “should explore every reasonable option to keep the Chiefs in Missouri.”
Kansas City Chiefs Chairman Clark Hunt has previously expressed interest in remaining in the Truman Sports Complex, which is where the Chiefs and Royals have had venues since 1973.
But Hunt made it clear that all options were on the table moving forward after Jackson County voters rejected a sales tax measure earlier this year that would have helped fund renovations to Arrowhead Stadium and build a new downtown ballpark for the Kansas City Royals.
Missouri currently spends $3 million annually on the Truman Sports Complex, part of a deal cut in 1989 to secure financing for construction of the St. Louis stadium now referred to as The Dome at America’s Center.
That 1989 bill was signed into law by Ashcroft’s father, former Republican Gov. John Ashcroft. Those payments would end if the current leaseholders — the Chiefs and Royals — are not using the facilities.
Missouri’s current fiscal year budget also includes $50 million from general revenue for “stadium and ground modifications, transportation, marketing, and additional event support” around Arrowhead for the FIFA World Cup.
The Kansas Legislature will be in Topeka for a special session starting June 18. The focus is tax legislation, but there is no limit on topics lawmakers might consider, which opens the door for discussing an incentives package for the Chiefs.
Near the end of the regular legislative session, Kansas lawmakers briefly considered a proposal to use bonds with 30-year terms to pay up to 100% of the cost of building a new stadium.
The proposal never came up for a vote.
Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly, a Democrat, has said she would welcome the chance to lure the Chiefs out of Missouri but that she doesn’t think the state is in a financial position to successfully recruit them.
Missouri legislative leaders told the Kansas City Star Wednesday that they are in no rush to put together a counter offer or reconvene in a special session to discuss the issue.
In 2019, Kelly and Parson both signed off on a truce to the longstanding economic border war between the two states, pledging to end the use of tax incentives to lure companies across the state line that do not create new jobs for the region.
