What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.
- I'll be using the PC to play games (basically all types), do music production, with live instruments (with FL studio), coding (unity and unreal), 3d modeling (blender) and stream all mentioned things. software's for streaming are: twitch, software to support 3d avatar, obs and stream elements.
What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?
- Maximum budget is around 1500-1700€, but if it goes little over, I can overlook it if it's justified.
When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.
- I'm planning on building the PC this year.
What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (ToweOS/monitokeyboard/mouse/etc)
- The budget is just for the PC. So tower, OS and hardware.
Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?
- I reside in Finland and would prefer to avoid shipping from abroad, but if a very good deal is found I can go with it.
If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.
- I'm not reusing anything.
Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?
- I'm not 100% sure will I be overclocking since I don't know much about PC's in general atm, but possibly down the line.
Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)
- I'd prefer at least 32gb of ram (DDR4 pr DDR5), 3tb of storage (1tb and 2tb, M.2 SSD) and room for extra hard drives
Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-towefull-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?
- I'd prefer a black mid-tower with window(s), LED lights and with a good amount of fan slots. for the style I don't really have a preference but a good amount of space inside the case is appreciated. The components I also prefer being black with LED lights. Also having like few'ish brands is preferred instead of everything being different brands. Also a case with good cable management is preferred, but not necessary.
Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?
- Yes. preferably windows 10 or 11 (or some version of those two if there are any)
Extra info or particulars:
- Due to my small knowledge of PC's, I'd prefer known brands which are easy to find guides to since this will be my 1st PC build. Also I'd prefer a build which i don't have to upgrade in a year or two minimum.

2024.05.16 14:17 ProxyminersGC Training Mode - Understanding the Advantages of Blue Side: Blue Minions Always Win
So I was just messing around with my builds and let the game run with no interference of the minion waves. I was watching bot lane as the wave was stocking up 3-4 waves for the red side advantage. I was watching this like, wtf first tower is going to red? It wasn't even close too. Bot side Blue only dropped the plates to 3 and they lost their turret. I was like wow, but the game didn't award first tower. During my time messing around with my build and practicing on the dummy, Blue Mid Wave not only destroyed mid tower, but also tier 2 tower by the time that red side destroyed bot tower.
So I fast forward the game and top towers never fall, but Mid Inhib is taken. Blue minion wave mid will rush the base. I reset the game and tried it again. Mid did it again. Repeat this over and over and Blue Mid does better than Red Mid every game. But Mid Blue wave doesn't always win the game. Bot blue won it. Top lane is the only wave that never wins in my experiment. But Top Blue is always winning.
The game is actually programmed to have Blue side win the game every time. I feel this is a weird game design by Riot. Has anyone else done this before and had different results? Is this a known factor of the game?

Hello my fellow Trolls,
I noticed the subreddit is a little silent recently and especially now with the new split starting.
We Trolls need to rally and show the other top laners that just because Lethal Tempo has been taken away does not mean they can sleep easy!
New Split observations:
Now I played some games yesterday as Trundle and did a little testing to see what I liked and what I didn’t like. I am Silver 4 currently so please take everything I say with a pinch of salt.
Runes:
So far I have only played with PTA and I think it is actually pretty good on Trundle. Since your Q counts as an auto attack, you can usually Auto Auto Q Auto for a nice trade in the early.
I did some messing around with the new Absorb life rune too and honestly I think it is not good for our boy. Yes it does function similar to his passive but the healing is barely noticeable since your passive does most of the work. I even tried this with revitalise and I think Triumph is still the best call here.
I know people suggest Grasp or HoB but I think these two runes are matchup specific/Bait (Just my opinion but I find HoB is useless for long trades which you want to take with your ult).
Items:
Now I am still trying to cook something up in the item department but two issues I have noticed are:
You can all call me crazy but since Trundle has been lacking attack speed after the rune changes, I have decided to build Berserker’s instead of the normal boots.
Pros: I actually feel I get more damage in on tower with Beserker’s + Demolish + Q + W. I would need to investigate this more but honestly I recommend everyone try them out.
Con: Duelling can feel rough and late game the ADC hits hard but I think even with plated you would still have this issue.
For starter items I have been building Blade/Ravenous but I am thinking on maybe trying some unconventional items instead. I think Beserker’s + Iceborne gauntlet could be a really nice first 2 items. MS + AS and you get the Slow to stick on an enemy better. Plus the stats I think would allow for easier duels in the early with your Q acting as an AD stim. I have yet to test this but I think it could work well on Trundle.
Now for 2nd item I think either Titanic/Ravenous Hydra depending on matchup and if you are ahead or not.
Past this point I am unsure but hopefully through testing I can figure out something.
Otherwise I really would like to hear the thoughts of my fellow Trolls!

So I am building a PC for the kids, age 10, they are helping me research and build with a budget of $1500 (give or take). All they really want to play at this stage is Fortnite (never played it before but you know... friends) which I believe the following specs should cover well. However I want to future proof or attempt to get them into maybe some more "substantial" games (however I shouldn't judge Fortnite, I wasted crazy time on CS back in the day).

I was talking with friends and they all thought I was crazy. So back in the day like 2015 ish when I was playing minecraft PE on my iPad I updated In my creative world I had created prior to the update a tower about 5x5 and about 30 blocks high from memory appeared. It contained a bunch of redstone stuff like iron doors which hadn’t been added to the game yet, leaves and signs saying UPDATE.

I'm in the US with a carrier using T-Mobile towers. I can't decide between the 12 and 12R. They both curretly offer $100 if I send in my phone to recycle. That makes 12R only $429.99 after recycle and the 12 $599.99 after recycle credit (both models 256GB storage). I don't know if they always offer this credit but don't want to miss out if they don't. I also create a OnePlus account to get $30 coupon and the joined Rakuten for the cash back of 12% of purchase made in the first 7 days. This makes both affordable options for me but obviously the 12R is still about $150 less not counting any add ones like warranty. I tried asking in OnePlus subreddit and got no responses.
I guess I need to know if I mainly use my phone for light picture taking, moderate gaming (nothing like call of duty or anything intense, think Stardew valley), social media, internet, email, etc, do i need the 12 or will i be ok for 5 yrs with 12R? Should I just pay the extra so I stop thinking about this all day? Lol
I have a truly garbage phone right now that struggles to take a pic or play Stardew Valley (I don't think this is an intensive game but current phone lags and pauses a lot during it). I want a fast phone I can make last 5 yrs with good support/updates. On a mid-range budget, all signs point to these phones being best options.

- To me, the biggest noticeable difference is the camera on the 12 being far superior to 12R. Will I struggle with the 12R camera or since I'm coming from such a garbage phone will I just be happy? For context, I had a galaxy note 4 before my current phone and it took better pics than garbage phone.

But this one game I wanted to play nami support and my adc started throwing the game. I pinged multiple times to back off and indicated my low mana.
The enemies were low on mana too (sona and miss fortune) so they were going home but this Lucian tower dived and gave the enemies a nice kill and an assist.
He was flaming me. Gosh this guy was so toxic. He was telling me to get a refund for my nami skin looool
So much negativity in a single match that I blocked him. Not to mention that all of us got S/A rank except him (the guy did not even get a single badge)
The next game, I met him again but this time as my enemy in the solo lane. He was playing Teemo, with a skin. Troll players, I swear you guys have a severely limited selection of champions. You troll hard and come back to me with Teemo?
I played Urgot and I wrecked him so bad. He recognized me and was sending me that doggo butt emoji at the beginning of the game. Well he did not send a single emoji after I got my first blood by murdering him when he again tower dived. He probably underestimated Urgot E. He did not even use ignite. I think he has chubby fingers
I killed him twice before learning the ulti and continued to kill him and only him like a psycho. I felt bad for the enemy jungle because I was fed and I am 100% sure this toxic kid probably blamed his jungle. This Teemo would not ward either.
Call me a troll but I was keep serial killing him and was spamming emojis every time I killed him. The funniest kill was him getting killed off by my rift herald. Bro standing in front of the rift herald charging at your tower does not slow it down or anything… and why do that when you are at 5% HP?
This felt so good. He tried to run away to the base when we were hitting the inhibitor turret on my lane. I ultied his ass back to my belly and killed him. He was the first one to get killed and the last one to get killed.
I wish I could do this few more times to him.

Eagle:
Eagle Strafing Run - probably the least used stratagem in game. Has narrow attack zone and wiping all light targets is not guaranteed. It even has less usages than cluster bombs run! Outclassed even by primary weapons.- At least double amount of charges (to 6 +1)
- Increase Eagles RoF during attack to reliably wiping all small targets in the area
Orbitals:
Orbital Gatling Barrage - completely outclassed by Gas Strike which has a bit lesser cooldown, similar area, +33% duration and damage everything in the area including heavy units.- -20 seconds cooldown (to 60 seconds)

Machine Gun Sentry - absolutely outclassed by Gatling Turret. While has a slightly better ammo economy (does not fire while switching targets) it has 3 (!) times less ammo and 2.5 times less RoF with all other stats the same.- -80 seconds cooldown (to 100)
