 | So if you're reading this you were probably kicked in the pants during premarket trading 06/07/2024. Cohen released Q1 earnings early and filed to to issue 75M newly minted shares from the company's treasury. Kitty was taking us to the moon, and the rocket exploded before it exited the atmosphere. So now what? Here's a sober reading of where things stand and where I think Cohen's turnaround is going. submitted by ME_CPA to Superstonk [link] [comments] tldr: Cohen is turning GME into a Berkshire Hathaway type company and the share price will rocket to mars if you trust the process. Take a step back and consider the situation. Shares of a video game pawn shop are the proxy for a battleground on wall street. Many hedge funds and large whales think the company will fail, and buy puts or take short positions on the stock. Others like you and I think the company's stock is going to go up via a squeeze, or because the fundamentals are rapidly improving under Ryan Cohen's tutelage. What happened yesterday matters less than what happens tomorrow. I have a thesis for what Cohen's thinking, and why Friday's moves by GameStop will be good for the stock that you like. So 75M new shares represents 15% of dilution and raises outstanding shares to 420M (nice). Technically 421M but whatever. At the end of trading Friday, 279M shares traded. Loud AF volume. Cohen very easily could have completed the 75M share offering selling into that frenzy given that extraordinary liquidity. Including premarket prices, the stock traded between $26-64. Share activiy 06/07/2024 per yahoo! finance What this means is: Racks on Racks Assuming Ryan Cohen lined up some trades from the line of people that want their hands on shares, we could have sold those 75M shares at a $40/sh average. That means the company just raised a fresh $3 Billion with a B. Add that to the $2 Billion already in the bank and you got nearly $5 Billion cash and no debt or liabilities. Assuming Cohen decides to take a nap on that cash pile, the company will generate $250,000,000 Interest Income per year at a 5% rate. THIS IS BIG. At a minimum this means GameStop will be profitable this year, next year, forever. Remember back in March 2024, we learned GameStop was profitable for the first time in years? Source: GME Earnings Release FY 2023 What if we slap $250M of interest income onto the $6.7M of FY 2023 income? We'd have a 2023 net income of $257M vs a net loss in 2022 of $313M. That's a $570M swing in income. But we are in FY 2024 and we just got Q1 results...and guess what? FY2024 net income is going to crush FY2023, and the media isn't telling you that. jerk off hand motion Let's analyze Friday's Q1 earning release (the worst earning report of the year as it follows the holidays). https://gamestop.gcs-web.com/news-releases/news-release-details/gamestop-discloses-first-quarter-2024-results We learned: Expenses are shrinking and our Net Loss for the Quarter was $32M compared to $50M the year before. That's a 36% improvement in profitability in a 1 year timespan. Revenue will decrease yes, but so will expenses, and margins in the remaining stores will grow. Remember, GameStop was profitable for the year, and with continued cost cuts at retail stores, and with $250M interest income, will may FY 2024 net income of $3-400 Million, or a $1 + Earnings per share. Cohen is doing the impossible: making GME stores income generators. So what? I want to shit on my boss's desk on Monday? Well if you want to make money think like Roaring Kitty and Ryan Cohen. Remember RK is DeepFuckingValue, and he sees value in this play from a fundamentals lens. Here's what Cohen is doing: $250M of interest income is cool, but not cool enough. Imagine a quarter or two from now we get a big update from RC and this is what he does with the $5B cash: example of DeepFuckingValue A move like this would cause tectonic plates to shift on wall street. GameStop's cash balance shifting into equities turns the company into a mini Berkshire Hathaway raising the floor on the stock price, eliminating bankruptcy and setting us up to make money on the stonk through capital appreciation. Say Cohen is as savvy as we think and his investments of GameStop's capital increase 20% and he sells them in a year? 20% on $4 Billion of gain is net income of $800M, $2 EPS. GameStop can use it's cash pile to leverage it's earnings potential and explode it's market cap. My parents are Guatemalan, and so I moved to Guatemala when I was 13, and now that I'm 18 and I am planning to leave my family for good so I can return to the US, it turns out that you cant buy airline tickets using cash, but you would need a bank account with a debit.
I also want to open a Paypal account, so I did all what Paypal wanted initially: my DPI (Guatemalan identification card), a phone number, address (you can just put the address since it didn't prompt me for a utility bill), and email.
It turns out if I want to verify it to make purchases online, I would need a debit card to verify it. I tried the bank option but it only prompts me to add a US bank. I might have to contact Paypal for this.
It also turns out that if I want to work on fiverr, I would have to withdraw with a VERIFIED Paypal account.
If I want to open a bank account in Guatemala, I would need a DPI, some money to deposit and a proof of address.
Now here's the part: My parents nor any family members aren't willing to make me a personal bank account, and I just cant go to a bank institution since that would require me to leave the house and I cant drive yet.
I turned to neobanks, and I signed up for Guatemala's only neobank called "Nexabanco". On their app I took photos of my documents, and when I tried to send them a photo of my PARENTS utility bill as a proof of address, they wont accept it.
Currently what I am having such a problem is the proof of address part since I currently don't have any utility bills under my name, and I currently don't go to a school right now.
I don't really understand why bank insitiutions require a proof of address with the exact name as the ID card. An 18 year old doesn't really have proof of address under their own name.

This is a long story but I will try and condense as much as humanly possible. Also on my phone so if it’s the wrong format I apologize. I just really need advice from a neutral party.
I 34F have a mom who wasn’t around much when I was a kid. Always chose drugs and men over her 2 daughters. We lived with my dad as he had sole custody. His parents, my grandparents, helped out so much and did so much with my sister and I. We had more of a “mom and dad” relationship verses a “grandparent” relationship. We had our own bedrooms at there house and they would take us on trips, amusement parks, basically we were always with them. My grandma and I were inseparable. When I would see my mom it wasn’t very long visits and I’ll use one story as an example of how our relationship was. I was 16, and she was bringing me back to my dad’s. I had just gotten a prom dress and was so excited to show her! To this day it’s still my absolute favorite. When I came downstairs the only thing she did was look at the tag and say “I’d never be able to fit into that, I’m a size 6!” As she’s smiling and laughing too in her world to notice I’m on the verge of a breakdown while looking at my dad he was my rock. Many more things to add but I’ll stop there.
My grandmother who I’ve been inseparable with had gotten diagnosed with dementia a few years ago. My husband and I had been living with her at this time, and had been since my grandpa died 10 years ago to help her and she was never one to be alone so as much as it helped us not have to pay rent or anything it also helped her. We did everything at the house from grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning etc. We started looking for a place when she got diagnosed because we knew with 2 kids it would become to much for her and my sister lived a block away until we found a nursing home. She wasn’t alone long but if anyone’s had to deal with nursing homes and pricing with Medicaid, at least in Ohio, you have to sell literally all your assets and have under $2,000 in the bank at all times. So we were going to have to move regardless and at that time didn’t want to be homeless.
About a year after we moved out I felt bad for my mom as her fiance had unexpectedly passed away. We hadn’t really had a relationship up until this point. She quickly weaseled her way into me and my families lives. My kids 4 and 8 see her often. Every now and then would still make comments about my weight. At this point I was 1 yr post partum. I should also add I’m the only one who has a relationship with her in the entire family.
I have over the last year lost 70 pounds and feel better then ever. I feel like I have my body back. I’m working on toning my “baby belly” now but other than that my stomach is flat! I’m FINALLY confident in myself! Well over the last several weeks my dear mother has made comments about my weight. How I’m now “too skinny” and “don’t lose anymore weight you’ll be too skinny” never happy with how I look basically. How my stomach is flat but I still have a “buldge, but it’s a cute buldge” makes it better right? I should mention she’s no longer on drugs so she herself has gained quite a bit and has all sorts of hip and knee problems.
The last few weeks my grandma’s health has been significantly deteriorating. I’ve gone up everyday and some days my mom has come to sit with the kids so I can go. On Friday, I get back, and my mom was asking “how much do you weigh now?” I said “down to 150!” She said “that’s great, are you done now?” I said “no I’d like to lose maybe 10-15 more”. She then goes, “I’d stop now, you don’t want to be too skinny and look like your on drugs!” I said “I’m gonna lose what I want”. She then looks at me with the most serious look and says “you’re not using drugs to lose weight are you?” I said “what? Absolutely not!” Shocked and appalled she would even ask that. Then looks at me confused, “you sure your not using?” I replied with, “no mom, I’m not. I would never put my kids through what I went through as a kid. It was awful and I’d never” now offended and she said “okay well it’s easy to get into so just had to ask”. She left and I was heated. Mind you at this time I had been over her stuff for a few months now. She’s a legit Karen, those videos online? Yeah that’s her to a T. She’s a full blown narcissist.
So this morning I get a phone call from my dad at 730 saying the nursing home called and it’s not gonna be long. I called my mom asking if she could come now. She said she was gonna get dressed and be on her way. My dad calls back and didn’t have to say anything. I broke down. My grandma had died. So I put myself together as best I can, call her and say don’t rush just get here when you can. She got here at 8/815 and I left to say my goodbyes with my dad, stepmom and sister. About an hour into being there my dad, sister and I get a few messages about there condolences. Weird as we havnt told anyone yet but who? My mom who was watching my kids. SHE MADE A FACEBOOK POST! WTF! I immediately text her and tell her to take it down. She replied with “I didn’t say any names”. I go “you didn’t say any names but mentioned it being your former mother in law and ex husband. Anyone can put two and two together. We don’t need this while saying goodbye.” She said, “okay I took it down”. I just said “thank you.”.
I go back into the room and am just livid. I told them how people knew and was just shaking in anger, grief, disbelief my own mom was trying to make yet again, this all about her. My dad loses it and just starts crying along with my sister as I’m saying “fuck her I hate her how could she”. Made what was an already hard time, losing my grandma who was practically my mom, even harder. About an hour later we’re all leaving. I get into my car just shaking with emotion and I texted her “I'm on my way home, I'm really upset and think it would be a good idea for you to leave when I get home. I don't want to talk about it, I don't want to say anything in front of the kids you should have waited to tell anyone or say anything on Facebook until WE did. I mean we were literally saying our goodbyes as people started texting which is something I, Ashley and dad didn't need.”
She didn’t reply. My husband talked me down as much as he could while at work. I’m normally a person who stays as far away from conflict as much as possible and I bottle things up. The last few months she’s been so jealous when other people come over or we go do stuff, she’s been picking at my weight and more and I just had it. I havnt heard from her since and that’s okay. I just wanted to know if I was TAH for how I handled it. I texted her because I didn’t want to blow up in front of my kids. If you need more info I’m an open book, just ask.

I still am a premium account with minimum 5-1 leveraging glitched to 2-1 with only 400 pounds left in my account and still watches where and when as my judgement has been good when to buy.

Why else would I not the Portfolio I had designated names on.
This can also explain why my trade history has been wiped.

Let me make this clear I do not have any controls or jurisdiction to wipe my history of trades if you could compare with other users to see if they have been wiped out and why it has been wiped out as its detrimental for Securities Agency to have correct data of everything that is going on with trading exchanges.

I also believe Mr S.O prior to 2 years ago before all these new rules started coming, he was using his trading account to artificially increase profits by making a profit/gain.
I.E you open a position in a stock that is about to split in the market or going through one.
Let’s say its 2 5-1 reverse split now its 10 he made 8 decimal gains instead of changing the shares according to the split.
This crime trick he used to manipulate the market ended when sundial went for a share split reverse.

But I felt an eerily vibe So I did not eat their food or take their hospitality which was probably funded by investors like me getting robbed blind because he thought no one would notice.
I also met a man there I spoke to him he told me His trading account was transferred to their platform.
The clue is there which accounts have been moved without consent or choice?
He will plan to bring all in one to have more control and doing this also erases all traces of manipulation in the trading platform it moved from a very sly way to delete history.
Should not affect me though I joined capital.com ticker symbol. NLY as my first and only trading app.
I have lost all history of my trade’s funds and even portfolios deleted without notice of consent why is he observing my account and why is he deleting everything without my consent? He knows he did me wrong that’s why because he uses capital.com to manipulate the market into his interest.

saying it must be the same card but it’s the same account number same card basically so why?
I replied, I put the money from my apple pay send it back to my apple pay card he said please send us an email of all your cards indirectly refusing to let me withdraw whilst I am in profit.
So, I sent them by email which I should have on my email “for reference”.
He also mentioned he will be my account manager and watch my account after the first time he called me because I am a “premium” account.
I still am a premium account with minimum 5-1 leveraging glitched to 2-1 with only 400 pounds left in my account and still watches where and when as my judgement has been good when to buy.
Buy low sell high! Or just hold but I couldn’t do any of these.
I believe it took him this long for many years the issue was my real name and my social media are not the same people.
As I do not have a social media account anywhere with my real name.
He started taking control of my account and portfolios since the day he contacted me on 2024 May 5-15 around the same time I started losing again drastically.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you how much money I had made in profits or losses because “My account manager of a premium account less then 50 grand had deleted all my portfolios and trade history to clear his name”.

Glory CFD and 3 gbps cfds I ended up with one named GBP usd

I suspect he closed my shared and opened it in a different portfolio causing 8888 amc share sale in my account 1112 GME shares.
As these most of these shares were bought months ago which I believe he has to pay for borrowing he doesn’t have to pay if it was new trades, I suspect this happened here.
Why else would I not the Portfolio I had designated names on.
This can also explain why my trade history has been wiped.
I did not do this I did not consent this nor was I notified.
Let me make this clear I do not have any controls or jurisdiction to wipe my history of trades if you could compare with other users to see if they have been wiped out and why it has been wiped out as its detrimental for Securities Agency to have correct data of everything that is going on with trading exchanges.
Which makes me believe more in the investment of AMC & GME.
I also believe Mr S.O prior to 2 years ago before all these new rules started coming, he was using his trading account to artificially increase profits by making a profit/gain.
I.E you open a position in a stock that is about to split in the market or going through one.
Let’s say its 2 5-1 reverse split now its 10 he made 8 decimal gains instead of changing the shares according to the split.
This crime trick he used to manipulate the market ended when sundial went for a share split reverse.
I came to realise this when I ventured in a demo account, and it worked but I didn’t do it with real money as that is not the right way.

- Create your own notes: I followed his notes but also made my own on a separate doc, it made it easier for me to navigate and allowed me to add in extra info from other resources (add info learned from practice questions). I listened to the lectures once. Then I went over my notes a couple days before my exam, highlighting the key info I kept forgetting. The day before my exam I only reviewed the info I highlighted.
- Main topics from him that came up on my exam included adrenal/thyroid issues (eg. Cushing's), peds development + teaching (Piaget), and maternity.
- Warning: you will still need to supplement your studies. He only goes over a handful of conditions. Go through every body system after starting practice questions and write down pertinent conditions, just know what each are in general. I used some old class notes.
- Note: Mark K uses brand names. NCLEX only uses generic. You also do not need to remember lab values for next-gen!
- I searched up/downloaded a bunch of old Uworld. Try extra searches online such as "free Uworld practice questions online". One I downloaded by searching "PDFCOFFEE Uworld 2015", I got to about page 1500 on that doc before my exam + did some other PDFs. Warning: some online links are finicky and you have to play around with them/delete many popup tabs.
- When self-scoring, remember SATA questions now give partial points (search up scoring rules).
- Nurselabs: I ran out of time to use this, but used it a bit during school. Tons of free questions + rationales.
- After you have done a ton of PDF questions, do free trials. You want to do these near the end when you have a decent understanding of question format. Trials will give you exposure to the NCLEX testing format.
- Archer: has a great "24 hr" free trial. You can use it for longer than 24hrs but the question bank will reset meaning it may give you previously tested questions.
- NCLEX BootCamp: also a good free trial. I really liked that many questions have videos of people actually doing the questions/explaining them. It also has a readiness exam.
- Uworld: this trial is not as good but, free is free. It had 50 questions, many of them testing the same topics.
- FYI: if you end up wanting to buy them, there are many discount codes floating around Reddit.
- Videos: obviously search up videos for topics you need clarification (eg. simple nursing, level-up RN)
- Saunder's textbook (bad idea, big waste of time imo): after Mark K I thought having a good baseline of the material would be best before doing practice questions so I started studying the textbook. It has waaaay too much info that's too specific, you'd never remember all of it. Went through half and it didn't help me answer a single question. It could be helpful for topic clarification but I thought videos on x2 speed were better. If you do want it, it's free on LibGen.
- NCLEX Crusade 7 day training YouTube: when I started questions I was miserable! I was getting everything wrong at first :(. That's why it's best to jump right into questions after Mark K cause they test on the most RANDOM shit that you cannot possibly create a baseline for it all. Learn how to answer questions based on type/format. I watched Crusade x2 speed which gave some helpful tips on how to prioritize. They are long, he stops a lot so you have to skip a lot, only watch if you have time.
- Important tip: use M-ABC's and Maslow's hierarchy (pain is considered psychological not physical), for prioritization ask "is this a normal finding for this condition?", NCLEX is a "perfect" world.
- Vocab list: make a list of common term you keep forgetting. Questions are hard to answer if you don't know what the symptom means. Go over them a few days before your exam.
- Suffixes: very important to know! It's the best way to get through pharm. NCLEX also tests a lot on procedures. Learn ending such as "itis", "ectomy", "scopy", "otomy".
- Note conditions you see over and over in practice questions. For me i noticed: myasthenia gravis, guillian barre, diverticulosis/itis, pancreatitis, appendicitis, sickle cell. For Canadians, note scope differences between UNAs (HCA), LPNs, RNs.
- NCLEX sample: while they don't have answer keys, the NCLEX website has samples of the exams. Read through a couple just to get a sense of differences between the official thing and practice questions (don't read them all cause the no answers will just freak you out).
- Ask a friend!: there is no shame in asking friends who have written the exam already if you can use the remainder of their test bank subscriptions. I ended up doing one readiness exam thanks to a friend.
- I was answering average 40-50% questions correctly for about 2 weeks at the very beginning and averaged 70-80% correctly near the end. I studied 1 month and 2 weeks while working full-time.
- You will feel like you still know nothing and that you are guessing everything because the questions are so random, that's normal. Honestly, I almost feel like the NCLEX was just made to force us to study instead of testing our nursing knowledge.

Please can you guys help as I’m getting overwhelmed trying to work out where to book - What hotel recommendations would you have for Abu Dhabi that would be good to travel from as a solo female traveller, anything within 1km of the circuit is around the 4-5k mark which is a bit too high for my liking.
Are there cheaper alternatives (1-2k) you can recommend that maybe won’t break the bank on travel or take so long to get in. Looking to go 3-4 days (Thursday for a track walk maybe) I’m only planning on doing a short stop (attending a wedding a few days prior) so flying in long haul from the 4th, staying for race period only and flying back out on the Monday.

The moment those words leave her mouth, Subject A immediately realizes that she is blaming Four again as well as the fruitlessness of doing so. She is disappointed in herself for saying it. However, of course, Four doesn’t know the other versions of herself and thinks “everyone” refers to the people around them in this world, so she starts listing her own faults. Regretting what she said, Subject A apologizes and tells Four to disregard those words.
Subject A personally considers talking about other worlds to be taboo, but she ends up doing it again. “I still haven’t been to that beach,” she mutters, referring to a promise she made with Three to go together. I mentioned this as a reply to a comment on Part 1, but it seems strange to me that Four specifically is depicted to scribble over the projector showing the other versions of herself while laughing and delighted at herself in the music video. Four is just a version that gets chosen and doesn't know that the other versions exist. Subject A did blame Four in the past though, so maybe the scene is showing what Subject A used to think.
Hatsune Miku is the main vocal playing the role of Subject A, while the five CeVIO AI Musical Isotopes sing the backup vocals and act as the five versions. COKO harmonizes and sings backup almost throughout all choruses/sabi, taking on the biggest role both in terms of duration and importance. In contrast, KAFU, SEKAI, RIME and HARU only get two or three lines to sing, so COKO outshines her fellow Musical Isotopes just like Four outshines her other versions.

Miscellaneous Thoughts
The English title diaLOG is a pun using the Japanese title. 会話 (kaiwa) means "dialogue" in the sense of "conversation" while 記録 (kiroku) means "log" in the sense of "record".
