Hi, im a returning playing from a bunch of years ago, started on Epsilon 3 days ago. Ive been leveling farming, baking and alchemy to supply myself and make some kamas, but ive noticed that water and bakers yeast are kinda expensive? 14kk for 100 water seems like a lot to me, i barely break even when selling the bread. Ive been killing crabs to get water and save some kamas but its getting kinda tedious. Same with magical cure. Is there a better option or is it just this way atm?

I know most don't have any love for prebuilt systems, especially Dell's Alienware line. But my local Best Buy has what I think is a pretty screaming deal right now on an open boxed system that is also on clearance. I believe it is 2nd from the top tier of 2022 model Aurora R15. Specs are as follows: i9 13900KF, 32GB DDR5 4800 mhz ram, 1TB NVME PCIE M2 drive (and I believe another expansion slot unpopulated), RTX 4080 GPU. Since it is open box and clearance, I could get if for $1300 right now. Seeing as how a 4080 is around 800-1000 new anyways, this seems like it might be a really good deal. And I have to imagine this is enough to play pretty much everything out there right now at ultra settings. I was planning on spending around 3K to build the best rig I could, but I feel like this is probably pretty close to where I would end up anyways for half the cost. Which I think would make it a good stop-gap at least to get me to the next gen or maybe 2 more down the road.
Would love to hear the thoughts of those with more knowledge than me on this.

Long story short, I’m 26 and the grandson is 34. I never thought about going for someone with that big of an age gap, but I’ve thought about how is just a number, especially when you approach your later 20s. And as I get older, 30 and 35 don’t seem as old as I thought they were. I’m not opposed to being introduced to someone that I know mutually through someone else, but here’s the tricky part of it: his grandmother is also my patient. And at first I didn’t think she was being serious, and so I kindly declined. But as the days went on, she continued to bring it up. And part of me didn’t see it as a big deal, but I don’t exactly have guys lining up for me. But I also took it as a compliment, that she holds me to such high regard, to want me to even meet her grandson. I’ve been told I don’t put myself out there, but is anyone ever perfectly okay with potentially making a fool of themself trying to meet someone organically? Anyway, back to the grandson….normally if it was neighbor trying to set me up with their grandson, I’d be less hesitant, but since it involves a patient’s family member, I feel like major ethical concerns come into play. But also idk if he’s even agreed to do it either. Because at first I said no, but now I feel like I’m shooting my shot but not taking her up on her offer. And call me crazy, but what if I’m stepping in the way of meeting my dare you say…soulmate? Because this grandma (love her dearly, I’m actually quite close with her) is 94, so she knows a thing or two, especially with how well she knows her grandson. And she said I’m just his type. And I know she talks about both of us to one another, she’s literally trying to set us up. And like I said, I’m not sure if he agreed to meeting me. But through all the thoughts I’ve had, I keep coming back to how hard it is to meet someone nowadays, and how sometimes being set up actually works out. My parents started dating by my mom asking a mutual friend of her’s and my dad, if he wanted to go to a party with her. He agreed and after that party, they started dating. So they were age 16 and they’re 59 now, so you do the math. In the few weeks of this going on, the times he’s been visiting her, I’m always busy at that same time with other patients, so we end up missing each other. And I hope she didn’t tell him that I’m hiding, because I’m literally not hiding…except one time when I could hear her calling out about me from down the hall “there she is!”. I felt so awkward being singled out like that, I literally walked into a random room, not thinking they would be coming down the hall and passing me in the room. FML. And as they passed by the room, she shouted “there she is!” again FML 😭 I’m also not trying to come off desperate if I agree to meet him, but what if he wasn’t even on board to begin with. And then I just look Iike fool who agreed to meet him, even though I’m caring for his grandmother. Is that cringe? Men: what should I do? Would you agree if you were the grandson?

I already know the result if I follow through and relapse. The vicious cycle starts all over again. One day turns into a week+ long bender, miss work, spend hundreds of dollars, withdraw on the couch at home for a few days and have to start sobriety all over again. I know this yet it’s so hard not to give in. I have an itch to drink and I’m having a hard time not giving in and scratching that itch. I know that a strong part of me just wants the initial rush, that part of me is blind to the outcome. When I play the tape through, it’s never good. I actually started walking to the liquor store 2 days ago with the full intent of picking up and drinking my face off that day. I started thinking about how I would feel the next day and I gathered the power to turn around and walk home. I know it would be a horrible decision, so why do I want to do it so badly?

Tomorrow, May 16th, at 12:00 UTC, we'll release the 0.8.1 update, focusing on the new 4-Player Brawl game mode, but also introducing a number of balance changes and improvements. Let's dive into some details!
4-Player Brawl
4-Player Brawl offers a new way to play, that stands as a compliment to already established Mechabellum meta. The mode is a combination of a Free For All battle with PvE elements. You'll face off against three other players, while also contending with an NPC faction located in the middle of the map. The players' objective is to accumulate points for eliminating your opponents, while also destroying Supply Ships in the middle of the map to afford more units and upgrades in each round. The player that gets the specified amount of points first, wins the whole match.But be careful! Being in the lead all the time isn't always beneficial. The neutral AI will pay extra attention to the best performing player each round and will set up its defenses specifically to counter their army.
The 4-Player Brawl isn't as hardcore or demanding on micromanagement as the 1v1 or 2v2 modes, and requires a different type of strategy than the usual Mechabellum match. Think in more macro terms, know when to give ground and surrender your lead, and set yourself up for the final victory!
A few words about ongoing performance improvements
The 4 Player Brawl is demanding on player hardware, due to a much larger number of units compared to classic game modes. Currently, the performance in this iteration of the mode isn't where we want it to be by the time of the full release. Players playing on high-end hardware should already have a satisfactory experience, but we want to be upfront here and it's likely that those of you playing on more mid- or low-range PCs will experience a varying degree of lag, especially in the later rounds of the 4 Player Brawl.Improving the performance will be one of our priorities for the coming updates, so expect your performance and experience to only improve going forward. In the meantime, we want to thank you for your patience!
Balance Adjustments
Over the years of development we've had many questions regarding how we approach balancing units, production, and tech. From this update onward we'll try to address balance changes with additional notes on why a change was made in hopes to be more transparent with you all! Not every post or a hotfix we make might get that treatment, but we'll try to do this as frequently as our time allows.Production Techs
Now all production Tech have a maximum production amount. Note: In the past, production Techs were too powerful in 2v2. This change has almost no impact on 1v1 battles, but it may limit the role of production Tech in 2v2 and our new 4-Player Brawl.Vulcan

[Quantum Reassembly] has been adjusted: the time required for reassemble is reduced from 20 seconds to 15 seconds, and the maximum number of reassemble is reduced from 2 to 1. The reassembled Phoenix is calculated as a quarter of the original score at the end of the round.Note: In the past, [Quantum Reassembly] was weak in 1v1 and strong in 2v2. This change aims to balance the strength of [Quantum Reassembly] between different modes.
Scorpion
ATK increased from 9661 to 10047 (4% increase).Range decreased from 110 to 100.
[Siege Mode] has been adjusted: In siege mode, the attack interval of the Scorpion is increased by an additional 1.5 seconds, and the ATK reduction value of the Scorpion is decreased from 40% to 35%.
Note: Although the win rate of the Scorpion is not high, the relatively long range and high health of the Scorpion have made it difficult for many players to find a suitable counter. Therefore, we decided to shorten the range of the Scorpion. We hope that this change will give more units the opportunity to fight against Scorpions more effectively.
Fire Badger
HP increased from 5703 to 5931 (4% increase).ATK increased from 26 to 27 (4% increase).
Movement speed increased from 9m/s to 10m/s.
Sabertooth

A huge part of my personal mental health issues is anxiety about "doing things right". My mother has spent 50 plus years telling me "You are doing it wrong" in one way or another. I don't want to go into details here but I am sure many of you can fill in the gaps.
Exercise and sport allows me to do things right and on my own terms too. When I was playing rugby and cricket and had a good game I was doing things right. I wasn't very good at either of them really but its a hell of a feeling walking off the pitch with your team mates patting you on the back and saying well played when things go your way. My mother hates me lifting weights and every rep and set proves to my that I can do things right. I keep going and I get stronger. When I am sweating on my rowing machine or slogging round a parkrun in the mud I am doing it right. No one can take that away from me.
What inspired me to write this was something that happened last night at the archery range. I was shooting and doing quite well but more or less keeping myself to myself although it was quite busy. Eric was giving Annie a lesson in shooting a longbow and I loaned David one of my longbows so he could join in the lesson. After a while I wandered over to see how they were getting on. We chatted for a bit and then David and Annie started shooting and I carried on talking to Eric. Just for fun while I was there I pulled an arrow from my quiver took very careful aim and hit the exact dead centre of the gold. My mind was clear and I focussed 100% on my aim. My body was in perfect alignment to make the arrow go where I aimed, my release of the string was perfect. Literally a perfect shot.
For one moment though, one wonderful moment, I did everything right. Not just right but perfect. I don't think I have felt that good for years. That one shot will stay with me for a long time. When I am shooting in the middle of winter and its cold and wet that shot will inspire me to keep trying. When I am struggling at work or with any other part of my life I can look back at that shot. It will inspire me to overcome the ways of thinking that my mother has drilled into me my entire life, that I can't do anything right and that I can't get better. I can. I know I can.
This is what exercise and sport can do. It can change your whole way of thinking.

I bought RDR2 recently and basically I'm looking for a way to unlock everything in online and be set without having to grind. I haven't played the game yet so I don't really know how stuff works (gold bars, animals and stuff like that I've seen in some recovery video). What would be my best course of action? My friend also wants to try it with me, but he doesn't have an account. Would it be the best to buy a modded account in his case or do I buy a menu and then we share it to get all the quick progress options? If menu, which one offers the options we need and how much would it be? I saw that they have a 1 day license so would that be enough to get everything or do you have to take it slowly to avoid getting banned? I guess I should start with (35M), I honestly don't know if that's the right way. Nothing makes sense anymore.
I've been suffering with this horrific disease now since 2008. I had a series of bad injuries in the military I don't want to get into that. But the doctors say my major depressive order stemmed from that. I've been fighting it for years now. This post December I finally decided to try to get my life and health on track and I went to a primary physician. They had the mental health screening on the forms that I had to fill out. All these years I've always lied and just march everything good, everything's fine, everything's perfect. You know the usual fucking bullshit fake smile that we have all put on for the world so they don't know the deep dark black hole that infects our chests. I don't know what changed, I filled it out as honestly as I could in my score came back horrifically. I want to say it was a 21 testing and I scored 17. Before I could even get the words out to ask if it's bad My doctor said yeah we need to get you on some meds. I started off on 50 mg sertraline and 50 mg trazodone because I was not sleeping anymore. I started noticing the effects rather quickly. Everything was starting to feel much better. I started eating again, I started sleeping again, I even started smiling again, genuine real smiles. Then in March, I started having noticeable declines and my doctor bumped me up to 100 mg sertaline. Again same trend where everything started picking up and feeling good, feeling normal, feeling right. April comes along, I catch COVID while working across the country. I come home to recover and was home for 3 weeks. I was absolutely miserable the whole time despite taking my meds. I honestly was hoping the COVID would kill me at that point. Because how I felt from having it, and just my general mental health. Three and a half weeks goes by, I finally get to go back to work. Not even a week later, my boss says we need to have a meeting. It wasn't a meeting, there's never any intention of a meeting according to co-workers. My supervisor whined moaned and complained the whole time I was gone that we were losing revenue because of me. They talked about firing me the whole time.
Now I'm sitting here broke, alone, depressed, in my bedroom. I've been searching for over a week for employment. And honestly at this point, it doesn't look like I'm going to find anything quick enough to be able to pay for rent because of all this. I've hit a point where I feel like I've let my friends/roommates down. I'm at a point where I feel like I'm an absolute failure. My meds aren't working, I'm barely eating, I'm barely sleeping, I can barely get the interest to play my games. I turn my Xbox on and I just look at the TV. I feel like I'm a broken shell of a human being at this point. Sadly I feel like I'm starting to move on from passive suicidal ideation, into something much more terrifying. I can't bear the thought of being homeless, and even worse having to go through SSRI withdrawals because I don't have insurance or money for my medicine now. I just want this pain to stop. I just want to feel normal. I don't know what I'm doing wrong in my life.

So my body decided to freak out after my most recent immunotherapy. I've been in hospital 2 days so far, definitely will be in tomorrow also and potentially more depending on my cell counts.
I'm really worried about my rats in the meantime. My Mum can feed them, give them fresh veg and water and check on them throughout the day.
But my concern is I've only had them 4 weeks and they were making such good progress with bonding that I'm worried a break like this will undo all the work we've done.
Do you think that is plausible?
When I'm home I plan to get straight back to it (will definitely spoil them with extra time and treats and love) I'm just so worried about them in their cage wondering why no one is playing with them. (They haven't bonded with my mum yet as much as they have with me and won't leave their hides when anyone is in the room but me).
I feel like such a crazy rat lady crying in my hospital bed thinking about my little boys. They are 11 weeks old this weekend.

So my ex broke up with me about 3 months ago. Mostly because I was too jealous. I accepted it and went into no contact almost immediately. After about 1 1/2 months she contacted me because of tickets for an expo. We were supposed to go there together with two of her friends but then the break up happened. However I had my own ticket so she really had no reason to contact me because of it. We had some small talk and ended up meeting for coffee. The meeting was pretty good and I was trying to set up a second date at my place. She said she likes me a lot and only wishes me the best but right now she does not see me as more than a friend. She did say if I was fine with meeting up as friends it would be ok for her. I thanked her for her honesty but told her that I am not interested in just friendship. She said thats a shame but that she understood. I went back to no contact. That was about 1 month ago. After the break up she almost instantly removed me as a follower on instagram but kept following me and watched my stories. I simply ignored it. She also went on dating apps 2 weeks after breaking up and got her first tattoo which she never mentioned before. She knew that I was not against tattoos so she had no reason not to tell me about it when we were together. She also refollowed all her ex partners and former lovers on instagram apart from the ones that she knows are in a relationship currently. She even matched one of my friends on bumble who did not know she was was my ex instantly and lied to him about how long she has been single. So here is what is totally confusing me right now. After I went back to no contact because she just wanted to be friends I posted two selfies on instagram. She liked both of them. The latest one was about a week ago. I did not read too much into it because she still followed me and she told me she liked me as a friend. So I thought it was just a friendly gesture. Until yesterday. I posted my new piano on my story. I always wanted to learn playing it and thought this was a good time to do so. She saw the story. Later she unfollowed me. But she did not just unfollow me she also unliked all my pics. Not just the recent ones. All of them. I never posted anything to make her jealous or anything. I would have understood her unfollowing because she just does not want to see the stuff I post anymore. But to purposely unlike all my pics after just liking one week ago is extremely confusing for me.
