Kingston trawler for sale

Found this PC on Ebay near me. I can go test and pick it up. How much should I bid/pay for it?

Looking to build a budget PC for casual gaming and work/study related tasks (3D-modelling, illustration, GIS). Hard capped at $900. I’ve already got a monitor (FHD) -- only need the box-thing with the computer bits. I’d like to be able to play at least some heavy load games at ok settings (RDR2, say). Not too fussed about storage space for the time being. Guess I'd prefer the system to be kinda quiet if possible. No lights.
I’ve next to no experience, so I compiled a list of components based on the Logical increments-guide and adjusted for availability (for my location). This amounts to about $800 for me (using local vendors). Does this seem like a decent enough build to you guys? Any obvious flaws or considerations?

I am attending Fan Expo next weekend, and since this is my first time at Fan Expo (I am used to much smaller conventions), I have several questions.
I am getting the full cast of Doctor Who photo and would like to get it signed by all five of them if possible. However, because I ideally would also like to attend the Lana Parilla panel and get a photo with Alan Tudyck, I do not think I will have time to get any autographs on Saturday due to the timings.
How realistic is it that I can get all five to sign on Sunday before David's panel at 3:45pm and still get a seat at the panel? The actors are Alex Kingston, Catherine Tate, Billie Piper, Jodie Whitaker, and David Tennant. I realize that David and Jodie are extremely popular so their lines will be long, but how long exactly will they be? What about Alex, Catherine, and Billie?
What is the earliest I am allowed to line up for autographs? I was thinking if I lined up super early for David I could knock him out first thing and then head to Jodie's table and then get Alex, Billie, and Catherine, depending on whose line is shortest.
How early would I need to get in line to get a seat for David's panel? I don't care if it's at the back of the room.
Similarly, how early would I need to line up to get a seat for the Jodie/Alex/Billie/Catherine panel on Saturday?
What if I decided against the Saturday Lana panel and Alan op and tried to knock out an autograph or two right after getting the group photo? Who would be the best person/people to change over from Sunday to Saturday? I would be done around 4pm.
I am regretting not getting VIP but they are sold out now so I guess I'll just have to make due.. On that note, please message me if you have a VIP for sale!

I have a home owned by myself and my partner in Kingston, ON. She has had to RTO and I will be following her to Toronto once we figure out what to do with the home.
The home is a bungalow with a separate legal basement unit that I am renting for long term. I was considering short term rental for the main home and am wondering the tax implications.
If I run this home as airbnb full time, it seems like it would be considered buisness income especially if this my sole source of personal income. This would mean that we would have to pay HST upon the sale of the home in the future and it makes this whole endeavor much more risky.
Could I do this possibly: 1. Create a separate corporation for the airbnb 2. My gf and I rent the home to the corporation on a long term lease 3. The corporation runs the airbnb
Would the above scenario be possible and would this mean that my gf and I will only be considered to be getting passive rental income (and therefore not have to worry about HST on the sale of the home if that happens in the future?
We are looking for a tax professional and not finding anyone that has short term rental experience. Any recommendations for tax professionals in kingston or Toronto would be very helpful, too.

All these parts have been (until recently) in frequent (normal gaming) use. I have made a one-hour-playtest in minecraft and didn't catch any problems.
I still have a Fractal Design Pop Air (RGB White TG Clear Tint) around but I don't think I should offer that, as that would inflate the price by (about 70€) to much for such a (low) budget build. So we will probably keep an eye out for a cheap, used case.
One last thing. I will offer my family member a full refund for some time after the sale (maybe 6 months - i don't know yet), because especially the GPU is quite old and has been in (near) constant use.

Hey. I'm in the process of selling my old parts (as a complete PC) to a family member of mine. This would be there sons' first PC. I expect him to play games like Minecraft (on moderate settings).

Following these prices I expect something in between 200€ and 250€.
All these parts have been (until recently) in frequent (normal gaming) use. I have made a one-hour-playtest in minecraft and didn't catch any problems.
I still have a Fractal Design Pop Air (RGB White TG Clear Tint) around but I don't think I should offer that, as that would inflate the price by (about 70€) to much for such a (low) budget build. So we will probably keep an eye out for a cheap, used case.
One last thing. I will offer my family member a full refund for some time after the sale (maybe 6 months - i don't know yet), because especially the GPU is quite old and has been in (near) constant use.
