Depuis deux semaine, mon fils pleure avant de partir à l'école. Y'a une semaine et demi y'a prétexté un mal de ventre pour que j'aille le chercher, le lendemain y'a éclaté en sanglots en classe pis depuis chaque matin c'est les gros pleurs.
Mon fils c'est pas le plus émotif qui soit, normalement il est plus du genre "ti though qui pleure pas" tsé. (On normalise full les émotions, c'est lui qui ne l'est juste pas tant que ça, je précise) Fake ça me met vraiment toute à l'envers de le voir de même.
La TS l'a rencontré, elle dit que tout semble bien aller pourtant. Je me suis assise avec lui à plusieurs reprises pour essayer de comprendre, je lui ai demandé si un autre enfant/adulte lui causait des problèmes, si quelqu'un lui faisait mal, j'ai même été jusqu'à demander si quelqu'un avait eu des gestes déplacés à son égard. Rien de tout ça. Il m'a seulement dit "Je m'ennuie de toi c'est tout"
On se voit toujours, je suis maman à la maison, on passe beaucoup de temps ensemble en dehors de l'école pis je considère être une maman très présente malgré les nombreuses tâches et les trois enfants. Je leur accorde chacun un moment bien à eux et je ne crois pas en délaisser un pour les autres tsé.
Il est en première année, jamais ça ne c'était produit auparavant, y'aime aller à l'école voir ses amis pis jouer.
Je trouve ça dur voir mon fils en pleurs chaque matin, surtout que de base c'est tellement pas dans sa nature, ça me brise le coeur encore plus on dirait et même son enseignante n'y comprend rien.

The Dungeon Dungeon Fruit is a paramecia-type devil fruit that allows the user to become a living dungeon, making them a Dungeon Master.

Strengths

Upon consuming the Dungeon Dungeon Fruit, the user will gain a permanent pocket dimension of a dungeon within themselves which they are able to customise however they like. The user can teleport people and objects into their dungeon through touch, shrinking them down and transporting them into the dungeon's interior.
The user also gains the ability to transform their body into a full-size dungeon matching the pocket dimension one as it is just the pocket dimension one expanding into the world and transforming the user into the building. If the user is above ground their dungeon will resemble a tower as it towers above the ground with its height dependent on the number of flours the user has created. If the user does it above ground the dungeon's rules of floors get flipped and the lower floors are weaker with the higher ones being stronger. Also, there will be an entranceway for people to enter or exit at the bottom of the "tower" form. If the user is underground their dungeon will meld with the environment and go down with the height dependent on the number of flours the user has created, additionally, the user will rise or sink to have an opening on the surface marking the entrance into the dungeon. When transformed the user has complete control over the dungeon, allowing them to manipulate its structure, features, and contents as if it were an extension of their own body. The user can enhance the durability of their dungeon, fortifying it against environmental hazards and potential threats.
Inside the dungeon, the user is able to create anything that can be found in a dungeon, including but not limited to, weapons, monsters, treasures, puzzles, traps, etc. The user is able to take out their creations however they must keep physical contact with it constantly and if they don't it will disappear and reappear back in their dungeon when the user has the energy to create it again.
Inside the dungeon, the user has absolute control capable of creating and controlling anything and everything in relation to dungeons.

Weaknesses

Standard devil fruit weaknesses apply.
Floors: The user has to separate the structure of their dungeon into floors, with every floor down able to create stronger entities and items with more elaborate and stronger traps and treasures.
Creatures: The creatures that the user creates in the dungeon are able to be influenced and controlled by the user's direct orders but anything besides the user's direct orders can possibly be disobeyed or dismissed by the creatures.
Outside contact: Items and creatures that the user made within their dungeon will turn into dust once they are apart from the user. Meaning that an item or creature can be taken out but only partially. The user can take out a sword and use it as a weapon but once they discard it or it no longer makes physical contact with them it will start to turn to dust.
Energy: It takes energy for the user to make anything within the dungeon be it items, monsters, or even them manipulating the dungeon to their will to make the impossible happen, or even remake the dungeon and its contents. The stronger the things/creatures that they create the more energy it will cost the user.
Space & Haki: Strong haki can neutralize creatures within the dungeon and make passage throughout the dungeon really easy, additionally any space manipulation can enable people the ability to escape from the user's Dungeon unless the user is constantly twisting space to prevent them from doing this.
'Magic': The dungeon is filled with the user's energy which they can use like magic. The 'Magic' within the dungeon can only ever be the user's energy that they used to create phenomenon, it is not real magic but the user using their ability to create anything within the dungeon. Haki can disrupt this energy and make the user's control over the dungeon unstable/erratic and it acts as a kind of anti-magic.
Destruction: Vistors can destroy the dungeon and trigger a full-scale collapse in order to get out of the dungeon quickly.
Dungeon Limit: The Dungeon can be of any size be it 1 floor, 10 floors, 100 floors or even 10,000 floors as many as the user wants, and these floors can be as big or as small as the user wants with space distorting to the users will. As well as the contents being however the user wishes them to be. However, the user is limited to having only one Dungeon created at a time.

Techniques:

The core of the Dungeon: This technique allows the user to merge their physical form with their dungeon, becoming the true core and centre of the Dungeon. When activated, the user's body undergoes a transformation, imbuing them with the visual appearance of their dungeon while retaining their base form's humanoid shape. The user appears as their usual self but with subtle manifestations of their dungeon's architecture spread across their entire body visible both internally and externally. Parts of the user's body may take on a spectral or ethereal quality, resembling stone, wood, or other materials found within their dungeon. Floors within the dungeon will be visible on the user's body and the user can interact with them like normal. While in this state, the user's control of their dungeon and sense of the dungeon as a part of their body is strengthened, granting them unparalleled control over its features and inhabitants. They can sense disturbances, manipulate the environment, and summon forth creatures or objects from within their domain with ease. The user's thoughts and intentions shape the very fabric of their dungeon, allowing them to adapt and respond to any situation. The Core of the Dungeon technique offers numerous tactical advantages. In addition to serving as a formidable defensive measure, it enables the user to access their dungeon's resources and defences instantaneously. They can summon forth weapons, traps, or allies as needed instantaneously. Additionally, the strongest part of this technique is that the user is able to take on the full condition of the dungeon allowing them to be as durable as the entire dungeon combined, as smart as the entire dungeon combined, and the user is able to draw on all the strength of the entire dungeon, etc.
Dungeon Gate: The user is able to create a portal on any part of their body, this portal can connect to anywhere within their dungeon. The user can use this to take out something or someone from their dungeon temporarily, the user can also use this to make an opening for one of their creatures to attack from the portal or to take out an item.
Treasure: The user can create valuable items or weapons from their dungeon and bring them into the real world by maintaining physical contact. However, these items will disappear if contact is broken.

Eternal Chalice: A mystical cup that, when filled with any liquid, will never run out of that liquid until the cup is turned over completely and the contents are completely spilt out.
Golem's Heart: A magical gem that, when placed on the ground, summons a powerful stone golem to protect the owner of the treasure. The Golem is about the same size as a goblin and is made of solid stone, it will last until it is completely broken.
Chrono Amulet: An amulet that allows the wearer to slow down and speed up their movements at will, giving them a significant advantage in battle. However, there is a high energy consumption which increases the more the wielder wants to speed up or slow down.
Spectral Lantern: A lantern that can summon spirits to aid the user in various ways, such as scouting, fighting, or showing the way. The wielder must make sure the spirits they summon listen to them and make sure that the spirits don't try to lead the wielder to the dead's same fate.
Serpent's Eye: An orb that grants the user the ability to see through illusions and detect hidden objects or beings. The orb has a swirling pattern inside that resembles a serpent's eye. However, Continuous use can strain the user's eyesight.
Dragon’s Eye: A gem that allows the wielder to see through illusions and detect lies by emitting a faint glow when deception is present. The wielder must be paying attention to the gem to see it glow, plus someone may be talking too fast for the wielder to understand what words they said are a lie or not. It also has a limited range of effectiveness.
Death's Whisper: A pendant that allows the user to communicate with the dead, gaining their knowledge and advice. The pendant is shaped like a skull with glowing eyes. However, communicating with the dead can attract malevolent spirits.
Spirit Stone: A gemstone that can capture and contain the essence of defeated enemies, allowing the user to temporarily harness their abilities. The stone has a limited capacity and requires time to recharge between uses. Using too many abilities at once can overwhelm the wielder or allow them to be possessed by the collective spirits within the gemstone should their spirit not be strong enough.
Starlight Pendant: A pendant containing a fragment of a fallen star. It allows the user to harness the power of starlight, creating blinding flashes, energy beams, and shields of light. The pendant's power diminishes in the absence of starlight or strong light sources. Continuous use can cause the pendant to overheat, requiring a cooldown period.
Serpent's Fang Dagger: A dagger crafted from the fang of a mythical serpent. It can inject a potent venom that paralyzes or weakens its victims. The venom needs time to replenish after each use, limiting the number of effective strikes in a short period.
Starry Night Robe: A robe adorned with patterns that mimic the night sky, granting the wearer the ability to blend into their surroundings and move silently. The camouflage effect is less effective in brightly lit environments.
Abyssal Grimoire: A dark tome filled with forbidden knowledge and powerful spells. Reading from the grimoire allows the wielder to cast devastating dark magic at the cost of their own vitality. Each spell cast siphons a portion of the wielder’s life force, and prolonged use can lead to severe consequences, including physical and mental corruption.
Eclipse Ring: A ring that harnesses the power of lunar and solar eclipses, allowing the wielder to cast powerful light and shadow magic. The ring’s power is tied to the phases of the moon and solar cycles, making it weaker during certain times.
Whispering Leaves: An enchanted book filled with ancient knowledge of nature magic. When read, it allows the wielder to communicate with plants and animals. Requires time to read and understand the spells. Using powerful spells can drain the wielder's energy and concentration.
Evil Dispelling Talisman: A talisman that wards off evil spirits and curses, providing protection against dark magic and supernatural threats. One-time use.
Talisman of Fortitude: A talisman that increases the wearer’s resilience, providing protection against physical and magical damage. The protection requires energy to maintain and can fail if the wielder is overwhelmed by powerful attacks. One-time use.
Shadow Dagger: A dagger that allows the user to merge with shadows, becoming invisible and intangible while within them as well as allowing them to directly attack someone's shadow as if it were tangible. It is ineffective in well-lit environments, and cannot physically harm anyone bar their shadows.
Vortex Gauntlet: A gauntlet that can create and control miniature vortices, allowing the wielder to manipulate wind and suction forces. The gauntlets have high energy consumption and limited range. Overuse can cause severe strain on the user’s arm.
Stockpile Gauntlet: A gauntlet encrusted with crystals that can absorb and store magical energy, which can then be released in powerful bursts. Has a limited capacity for storing energy and can become unstable if overloaded. The release of energy is also taxing on the user’s arm causing it to strain from the backlash of powerful attacks/blasts.
Warlock's Staff: A staff imbued with dark magic that enhances the wielder's spellcasting abilities and allows them to drain the life force of enemies. The staff’s dark magic can corrupt the wielder over time, leading to physical and mental deterioration.
Harmony Orb: An orb that balances opposing forces, allowing the wielder to neutralize magic. The orb’s power can be overwhelmed by extremely powerful magic.
Tempest Bow: A bow that allows the wielder to shoot arrows infused with the power of wind, capable of creating powerful gusts and small tornadoes on impact. The bow has a high energy cost and requires the wielder's energy to create wind-infused arrows. The bow's effectiveness is reduced in enclosed or windless environments.
Blazing Quiver: A quiver that enchants any arrows placed within it to become flaming arrows, capable of setting targets ablaze on impact. The fire enchantment drains the user’s stamina, and arrows can be extinguished by water or strong winds.
Seeker’s Map: A magical map that reveals the location of hidden treasures, secret passages, and important landmarks. It can easily be burned or torn and damaged by water like aged papyrus.
Orb of Whispers: A crystal ball that allows the wielder to communicate telepathically with anyone they have met before, no matter the distance. The telepathy is one way and there is no way to know if the message they sent was successful without meeting up with them.
Frostfire Lantern: A lantern that can switch between emitting a freezing cold light or a searing hot flame, depending on the wielder's needs. The lantern drains energy quickly when used in either mode, and the user must be careful to avoid harming themselves or allies with the extreme temperatures.
Mermaid’s Locket: A locket that grants the wearer the ability to breathe underwater and communicate with aquatic creatures. The locket’s power is limited to water environments and drains energy if outside of water for extended periods.
Phoenix Tear Flask: A flask containing a single, precious tear from a phoenix, which can heal any wound or cure any illness when consumed. The flask only contains a single use, and once used, it cannot be refilled. The healing effect can be overwhelming and incapacitating for a short period.
Shifting Sands Bottle: A bottle filled with enchanted sand that can transform into various shapes and forms at the wielder's command. Controlling the sand requires mental concentration, and the transformations are temporary, reverting to sand if not maintained.

Celestial Harp: Crafted from the finest celestial metals and adorned with shimmering angelic runes, this harp produces music that can heal wounds, soothe minds, and uplift spirits. When played, it can calm storms, mend broken hearts, and bring peace to troubled souls. However, its power can only be harnessed by those with a pure heart.
Saint's Cloak: A cloak woven from threads of starlight and blessed by archangels. It grants the wearer invisibility, protects them from harm, and allows them to move silently and swiftly. The cloak also has the power to create protective barriers that can shield allies. Only those with a heart dedicated to good can wear the cloak without it losing its power.
Inferno Ring: A ring that grants the wearer the ability to control and manipulate fire, allowing them to create fireballs, walls of flame, and other fiery constructs. The ring consumes a significant amount of energy, and the ring is unable to be used when it is covered in water or ice.

Prideful Armour: Armour adorned with intricate designs and enchantments, the more prideful the wearer is the stronger the armour becomes allowing it to take attacks that appear instantly fatal. However, once the user takes off this armour they will feel worthless and will despair until they wear the armour again or learn to live without it.
Greed's Coin: A golden coin that multiplies the wielder's wealth with each transaction, bringing untold riches to its owner. However, every gain comes at the expense of others, leading to exploitation and manipulation. The insatiable desire for wealth will eventually drive the user to commit increasingly ruthless acts, ultimately isolating them from all but their material possessions.
Glutton's Chalice: A chalice that endlessly produces the finest foods and beverages, satisfying every craving of the user. Indulging in its offerings grants temporary pleasure and sustenance but leads to insatiable hunger and addiction. Over time, the user becomes enslaved by their own desires, unable to resist the allure of excess.
Wrath's Broken Sword: A broken Zweihänder infused with the fury of the enraged, granting the wearer immense strength and destructive power. When activated, the sword will grow as if healing itself from all of its lifetime of damage, and then it engulfs the user in a raging aura of flames, enhancing their combat prowess but clouding their judgment with unbridled anger. Prolonged use risks losing control and becoming consumed by rage.
Envy's Mirror: A mirror that reflects the desires of the beholder, showing them what they covet most in the world. When gazed upon, the user can see what they want the most in the world, and then they can take it out of the mirror, a mirrored copy of what they want the most. However, the more they use the mirror the more they will begin to envy those around them succumbing to its temptations which can lead to obsession and eventual downfall.
Lust's Mask: A mask that enhances the allure and charisma of the wearer, captivating all who gaze upon them with irresistible charm and desire. While wearing it, the user can manipulate others to fulfil their every whim and desire. However, once the mask is removed the user will look disfigured permanently, with only a holy artefact that can remove curses capable of dispelling the terrible effects.
The Crown That No One Wanted: A Crown that once worn will grant its wearer the power to be empowered by every sin they commit and others commit in the wearer's vicinity. However, this crown can not be removed except upon the wearer's death, and everyone the wearer sees the wearer will be able to see all of their sins and the next sin they are about to commit.
Amulet of the Demi-Lich: An ancient amulet crafted from obsidian and etched with ominous glyphs, housing the imprisoned essence of a powerful demi-lich. When worn, the amulet bestows upon the wearer all the Demi-Lich's knowledge of dark magic and necromancy, granting access to the lich's vast repository of forbidden spells and arcane rituals. The wearer gains the ability to draw upon the demi-lich's powers, wielding dark energies to bend the forces of life and death to their will. Shadows obey their command, and the air grows thick with the whispers of the undead. However, with each use of the amulet's power, the malevolent consciousness of the demi-lich begins to seep into the wearer's mind, whispering temptations and promises of unimaginable power. The wearer's thoughts become consumed by the lich's desires, their will is slowly eroded by its relentless influence. If the wearer succumbs to the lich's control, their body becomes a vessel for its resurrection. The amulet shatters, releasing the demi-lich's essence to merge with the wearer's soul, transforming them into a vessel of undeath. From the ashes of the wearer's humanity, the demi-lich rises once more, eager to unleash its reign of darkness upon the world once more.
Lich's First Wand: Crafted from the ancient and gnarled wood of the Veilwood trees, this wand holds the essence of the lich's earliest forays into magic, before corruption took hold. The wood is smooth to the touch, with delicate carvings depicting scenes of nature and life. When wielded by a skilled mage, the Veilwood Staff channels the untainted magic of its creation, granting the user the ability to manipulate the forces of nature and harness the primal energies of the earth. It can conjure gentle breezes, summon vines to entangle foes, and heal wounds with the touch of its tip. Unlike the dark artefacts associated with lichdom, the Veilwood Staff does not seek to corrupt or dominate its wielder. Instead, it serves as a reminder of the lich's origins and the purity of their magical pursuits before succumbing to the allure of immortality. However, despite its benign nature, the staff still bears the lingering echoes of the lich's ambitions and desires. Those who wield it may experience faint whispers and visions of the lich's past, offering glimpses into the choices that led to their transformation. The lich's pleads for help to find the one that he could not echo in the wielder's dreams, to complete what he never could.

Dungeon Master's Clarvoiant Gaze: The user can see through the eyes of any creature or object within their dungeon, providing them with complete surveillance of their domain. Although this can be very helpful to the user to help them survey their dungeon as if they are all seeing, without training, they will have no attention of their surroundings and may be ambushed in their distraction.
Monster Maker: The user manifests fearsome creatures within their dungeon, bringing them to life from the depths of their imagination. By channelling their energy and focusing their will, the user can create a wide variety of monsters, each with unique abilities, characteristics, and behaviours. These creatures serve as guardians, minions, or challenges within the dungeon, obeying the user's commands and defending their domain against intruders. To create a creature the user goes through three steps; Visualization, Energy Channeling, and Materialization. Firstly the user begins by visualizing the creature they wish to create, envisioning its form, size, and attributes in vivid detail. They draw upon their knowledge of mythology, folklore, and imagination to craft a truly unique monster. Then with a focused mind and a surge of energy, the user channels their power into the creation process, infusing the imagined creature with life force. This energy serves as the catalyst for bringing the creature into existence within the dungeon. Lastly, as the energy takes shape, the creature materializes within the user's dungeon, emerging from the depths as a tangible entity. The user can control the creature's appearance, abilities, and behaviour to suit their needs and objectives. The user can make any type of monster that they like, the only limit is their energy and their imagination, but some examples include; Beasts: Ferocious creatures such as dire wolves, giant spiders, or griffins, possessing keen senses and formidable physical abilities. Undead: Reanimated corpses, skeletal warriors, or spectral apparitions, instilling fear and dread in those who encounter them. Elementals: Living embodiments of natural elements, including fiery salamanders, watery serpents, or earthen golems, each with unique elemental powers. Aberrations: Bizarre and otherworldly entities, such as tentacled horrors, shape-shifting mimics, or mind-controlling aberrations, capable of confounding and terrifying intruders. Constructs: Artificial beings crafted from magical or mechanical components, ranging from clockwork automatons to golems forged from enchanted stone or metal. They can also create many more, but these are only some examples. The user can control their creations in multiple ways and command them to act together; The user can maintain their control over the monsters they create, commanding them with their will and asserting their dominance as the Dungeon Master. The monsters obey the user's orders without question, serving as loyal guardians or relentless assailants. Also, the user can tailor the behaviour and objectives of the monsters to suit their needs, directing them to patrol specific areas, guard valuable treasures, or attack intruders on sight. The main limitations of Monster Maker are its energy consumption, maintenance, and the limits of the user's control, just meaning that the monsters can possibly rebel if they are strong enough and the user has mistreated them.
Fake Floor: The user creates a temporary floor within their dungeon that can hold illusions, making it seem like a normal, physical floor with traps, monsters, or treasures. All of the illusions on this floor seem real and can actually work to a degree on this floor with illusions capable of causing damage (although weaker than normal and unable to cause any damage if the illusion is seen through) and even treasures appearing to work within the fake floor, but upon exit of the fake floor, they will find out that everything they gained from the floor was but an illusion.
Safe Floor: The user creates a temporary floor within their dungeon that can act as a sanctuary for those within the dungeon. This floor is imbued with a protective aura that prevents any monsters or hostile entities from entering. Additionally, it has a restorative effect, healing anyone inside over time. The effect of keeping monsters out acts as a semi-permeable barrier and can be broken or pierced by high-ranking creatures.

A Sanctuary For Everyone: If a low-lever monster is pulled into the safe zone by others then it can turn into a normal harmless creature like a deer, squirrel, badger, etc.

Exit Floor: The user creates a temporary floor within the dungeon in between any floor that they want that allows visitors to leave the dungeon. The Exit floor will appear at the end of every dungeon and will be the turnaround point for the visitor(s) allowing them to go back into the dungeon from the start, where they came from, or even leaving the dungeon entirely.
Empty Floor: The Empty Floor is the start and the end of the dungeon, it will always be present and from here the user can create the dungeon, store whatever they want to, keep others safe here, etc. The empty Floor will be present even when the dungeon is destroyed, it can never be destroyed except with the death of the user. This floor is free from all laws, no laws from the universe exist in this space without the user making them. No laws not even life, death, time, space, reality, cause and effect are present within this floor without the user making them exist. In the case of Life and death do not exist here letting those who die in the dungeon live here should the user want them to, the user can even reincarnate them into a creature however this would make them completely reliant on the dungeon and die should they leave the dungeon and the connection with the user. Anyone within this floor is capable of moving throughout the dungeon as they please and even leave as they, please.
Dungeon Collapse: The user can start a dungeon collapse, making their dungeon and all of its floors begin to collapse, starting from its first floor and going to its last floor. Space will begin to distort and the monsters will either flee to other floors in order to survive a little longer or crumble to dust from the cataclitic wave of destruction that the user set in motion. The user can send any creatures that they wish to survive into the Empty Floor. Any visitor within the Dungeon will have to flee from the dungeon collapse as quickly as they can and reach the exit, if they cannot make it in time then they will be heavily wounded and possibly killed by the collapse of the dungeon depending on debre, and they will wake up in the Empty Floor dead or alive.
Treasure Trove: The user can create hidden chambers within their dungeon filled with valuable treasures and artefacts. These chambers can only be accessed through secret passages or by solving intricate puzzles. Creating elaborate treasures consumes a significant amount of the user's energy.
Gate: The user can create temporary portals within their dungeon that allow instant travel between different locations. These portals can be used for rapid deployment of allies or for quick escapes. Gates require precise control and consume a large amount of energy. Misuse can lead to unintended destinations or portal malfunctions.

Defensive Gate: The user creates a gate on their body which either pulls in someone who makes contact with it, or it takes in an enemy's attack making that attack directly damage the dungeon in the location of wherever the user set the destination of the gate.
Pocket Gate: The user creates a gate on their body and pulls out an item or stores an item in it allowing for quick storage and allowing the user to take out weapons from seemingly nowhere.
Gate Binding: The user makes multiple gates on their body and traps a target's limbs in the different gates stopping their movements. The gates are not strong enough to rip the target apart but the user can use creatures on the other side of the gates to hold the target in place.

Awakening:

With the awakening of the Dungeon Dungeon Fruit, the user can now use their abilities on a much larger scale, with their mind finally caught up with their powers, their powers are able to affect the world around them spreading much further than their body once stopped them. Their power spills over into the world around them, letting them expand their dungeon into the environment shaping it to their desire. The user is able to extend their abilities to what could be considered impossible or illogical, empowering old techniques to new heights and creating new ones that were not possible before.

Awakening Techniques:

Heart of the Dungeon: Similar to "The Core of the Dungeon," the Heart of the Dungeon allows the user to merge their physical form with their dungeon, but it comes with even greater powers and capabilities. When the user activates the Heart of the Dungeon, they gain the extraordinary ability to morph and reshape their immediate surroundings to form the intricate corridors, chambers, and traps of their dungeon. This transformation is both fluid and immediate: walls sprout from the ground, ceilings stretch overhead, and floors ripple like liquid, all under the user's absolute control. The entire dungeon environment responds to the user's movements and commands, making it a living extension of their will. Moreover, the Heart of the Dungeon bestows upon the user the power to draw strength from everything within their dungeon. This includes the treasures hidden within its depths, the creatures that inhabit its halls, and the traps laid to ensnare intruders. Every element of the dungeon, whether animate or inanimate, contributes to the user's power, enhancing their physical abilities, powers, and overall resilience.
Dungeon break: The user is able to create a gate that connects to the inside of their dungeon and then releases whatever they want, may it be the creatures, treasures, or even the dungeon itself causing space to distort and merge the dungeon with the world around them. Creatures will pour out of the gate in a stampede, treasures and items can pour out of the gate like a sea of gold, and the dungeon can expand out of the gate like a crawling calamity. The gate while being a spatial distortion can still be broken with enough force. Once the gate(s) are closed then the creatures, items, and/or dungeon will be sucked back into the gate returning to the user's dungeon.

Creatures: The user is able to create a massive amount of creatures within their dungeon and then release them from themselves pouring all the creatures with weapons and items that the user has created come out of a gate they created able to be used freely without fear of them disappearing until the user has run out of energy to sustain them.
Dungeon: By creating a gate connecting to the user's dungeon, the user causes the surrounding area to 'fold' into their dungeon, effectively transporting portions of the external world into their dungeon and vice versa, until the gate is closed.

Authority: The user is able to grant a portion of their authority to people they brought into the dungeon or any creature they want, allowing them to control the creatures and the contents of a specific floor.

Limited Trust: Limit the granted authority by time or a specific action, automatically revoking control after a certain period of specific condition(s) are met, ensuring temporary stewardship.
Delegate: The user can specifically define the level of control an individual has over creatures and traps, fine-tuning the balance between autonomy and oversight.

Living Dungeon: The user can create a 'living' dungeon that adapts to intruders, capable of thought and acting in the best interest of the user and their dungeon. Capable of dynamically generating obstacles and challenges to test visitors specifically based on their observed strengths and weaknesses.
Trap Reave: With a single gesture, the user can implant numerous traps in their immediate environment or even within themselves that can then be activated and affect those nearby. These traps can have a multitude of hidden triggers and can be adjusted to be more potent, and capable of protecting larger areas with complex mechanisms.

Chains: The user summons chains from the depths of their dungeon, binding and dragging enemies into their dungeon, whether it be from their gate or their main body, forcing targets to escape their dungeon.

Mini-Dungeon Core: The user creates a crystal-like smooth ball that contains a Dungeon within it, anyone who touches this mini-dungeon core will be drawn into the dungeon within and have to clear the dungeon to escape. However, since this is a mini-dungeon core it has a few limitations, firstly the dungeons in the mini-dungeon core can only have a maximum of 10 floors, additionally, the mini-dungeon core can be broken out of with either strong haki, spatial abilities, or any abilities that allow someone to break the crystal balls shell and release those trapped within it.

Gate Landmark: The user can use the Mini-dungeon as a spatial anchor to allow them to teleport to the inside of the dungeon from their own dungeon and then exit it letting them be able to have a limited form of teleportation outside of the dungeon.
Dungeon Master's Watch: Through the mini-dungeon core, the user can spy on those trapped inside the mini-dungeon, gathering information or learning from the way they handle the challenges presented to them.
Dungeon Master's Hidden Influence: The user can control the creatures within the mini-dungeon core remotely, using them to perform tasks or relay messages to the outside world as if they were puppets. The user can also possess the creatures allowing them to share their senses and see through the creature's eyes and control them as easily as they can control their own body, however, the user will feel all of the body's physical pain and will also feel it's death should the creature die with the user possessing it.
Fake Core: This generates a copy of the mini-dungeon core, which operates as a decoy, with both the original and the duplicate appearing legitimate to outsiders.

Awakening Weaknesses:

Energy: The vast expansion of power and control can be incredibly draining, meaning the user could risk total exhaustion or burnout if they use these abilities too frequently or for extended periods of time.
Heart of the Dungeon: While the user is merged with their dungeon the dungeon will be taking damage directly making every hit they take shake the dungeon and possibly collapse it. Additionally when the user is using a creature(s) and they take a serious hit that creature will die if that hit is strong enough to kill the creature(s). The same applies to treasures.
Dungeon Awareness: The user may need to split their awareness to monitor the larger area of effect of their dungeons and mini-dungeons, which can leave them blind to certain regions or overextended in their vigilance.
Waning Authority: Granting authority to too many individuals could dilute the user's overall control and open up the possibilities for internal conflict or sabotage.
Gate Fragility: The gates, while powerful and useful, are a lifeline for the user and their comrades getting in and out of the dungeon. The gates themselves are fragile and can be destroyed with enough strength or anyone capable of cutting space temporarily severing the user's lifeline in and out of the dungeon and cutting off a large amount of their powers until another can be made.
Dungeon Dissonance: The larger-scale dungeon transformations(brought into the environment) may not be as finely tuned as smaller-scale manipulations leading to instability or flaws that clever opponents can exploit.
Complexity: As old techniques are powered to new heights, the complexity of managing and understanding them also increases, which can lead to mistakes or malfunctions in their execution. Or it can just make it where the user is unable to make new techniques for most techniques.
Sensory Feedback: When the user possesses a creature they feel everything their controlled creatures feels, and then they might suffer from sensory overload or distraction during critical moments.

Had a delightful evening at Delta, a new-ish tasting menu in Athens. It’s housed in a beautiful campus that includes the national library and opera house. The restaurant is gorgeous, with trees in large planters that hang from the ceiling. Service was kind and knowledgeable, and servers seemed excited to share the dishes. It’s a very experimental menu, with both Nordic influences and a lot of tromp l’oeil. The ingredients use mostly local Greek produce and the restaurant highlights their goal of sustainability. All of this leads to major Michelin bait. Good thing is that while some dishes didn’t do it for me, on a whole it was a delicious experience, with some very novel techniques. Even the dishes that weren’t to my taste were interesting and showed reach for the kitchen, and the reasons I didn’t enjoy them came down to mostly personal taste. The dishes that did hit were absolutely delicious and wildly creative.
Courses were as follows:
1) a mushroom and nut tartar flavored with chamomile on a crispy cabbage base: strong start with a tasty amuse that had some deep chamomile flavor that read purely savory 2) Second course was a fake Calla flower filled with confit pigeon leg and topped with bergamot foam- wildly delicious with fresh citrus mingling with savory meat and the “flower” petal acting as a delightful base 3) Grilled deer covering fermented artichoke and fermented blueberry with oxalis flowers- interesting dish with lots of strong flavors- I would have loved it if not for the strong fermented funk that’s not my cup of tea- if you love lactofermented stuff you’ll love this 4) “Leaf” of dehydrated pear filled with grilled iberico pork and sprayed with pine- one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten, a textural and flavorful dish of light and meaty happiness- ate like a fresh but still savory delight 5) Grilled corn on fermented buckwheat- another knockout, this ate like the best corn on the cob ever, and the buckwheat base had a meatiness to it, like what seitan should be 6) Bread coarse was shaped like a porcini mushroom and flavored with aged vegetables, blackened apple, a variety of herbs and brushed with aromatics, served with a foamy bone marrow crème anglaise: another stupidly delicious course that was beautiful too- bread was intensely flavored and the bone marrow foam added even more richness, all tempered with this bright green dehydrated gremolata paste hidden underneath the “mushroom” cap. It tasted like the best pizza bagel I’ve ever had 7) Cod made to look like a scallop, with fresh flowers covering the orange “skirt”- the skirt was actually fermented and grilled plums- this was a good dish, very light, with good flavors off the cod, plums, and flowers- but felt like it could use a light more salt on the fish itself . Good but not amazing. 8) Sweetbreads covered with koji inoculated grains to look like a fuzzy bird- a really creative dish that looked amazing but was not to my taste. The mold was my favorite part, but the sweetbreads were way too heavy for me. 9) Possibly the best dish of the night for me- a slowly caramelized and dehydrated apple filled with picanha steak and covered in beef garum and Demi glace. This was mind blowing in that the apple had just as much meatiness as the beef with full apple flavor but no sweetness, so it tasted like a savory apple with just immensely deep umami. 10) Pigeon breast glazed with fermented cherry and berries with endive and a pigeon sauce- a nice final savory dish with good grilled flavor . Not mind blowing but certainly good 11) First dessert was a puffed sugar Mille feuille made to look like a sunflower, filled with a cream flavored with chestnuts, sunflower praline, and caramelized puff pastry- very tasty and a smart dish to use puff pastry to flavor the cream- was very tasty
12) final two desserts (one was a celebratory cake for my special occasion):
12a) the cake was fully edible (even the candle which was made of walnut oil). It was nice but could have had a bit more flavor and diversity of texture 12b) An edible butterfly, this was the best dessert. The wings were crunchy and acidic with a perfect snap and the body was light and creamy with a good acidity- as nice to eat as it was to look at. Was filled with beeswax cream and cherry.

I'm actually stunned right now weddings do bring out the worst in people.
So I had a "friend" of mine from middle school reach out to me recently. This friend let's call her stacy(fake name) I haven't actually like TALKED to in 10 years we are both the same age 23 if that is relevant at all. We went to middle school together way back in 2011-2013 and we were connected at the hip. At the time I knew her everyone was experimenting and she was part of my sexual awakening (I'm bi/demi) at the time (2012) it was still very looked down upon to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community so I kept it hidden. But the feelings were eating away at me and after an abusive boyfriend and finding out the fact that I was moving (military brat) I couldn't keep my feelings inside anymore I pulled her aside and confessed to her. She looked at me with the most stank eyed look ive ever seen before smiling and saying "thank you for your feelings but your moving and I'm straight so it would never work out" she patted my shoulder and left. I moved a week later.
After that stacy followed me on Instagram and would send me the occasional "how are you" DM but that was it. Fast forward to a week ago I got a call over Instagram from stacy with the news she's getting married and she wants me to be a bridesmaid. Without even waiting for me to accept or reject she started naming things that she needed me to do which included.

Buying my own bridesmaid dress (for some reason it won't let me link the dress but it was $800)
Paying for a jewelry set to wear $200
Paying for tickets to Hawaii were the wedding would take place ($200-600 for individual tickets meaning $400-1000 for there and back)
Pitch in for the resort that we would be staying at (expensive a$$ resort)
Give a gift of no less the $200

In total that would be well over $2000 which at the time I cannot afford. So I stopped stacy in the middle of her monologue and said that I wouldn't be able to attend as I am currently working as a SERVER pinching pennies just to be able to pay my rent. Stacy blinked at me gave an angry face and started yelling at me saying why can't I be happy for her we've been friends forever and I should just drop everything and attend her wedding. She then went on and and said "I shouldnt have invited you in the first place I knew your feelings never faded for me it's absolutely disgusting" then Stacy said the only reason she wanted to invite me is to make her look better so her wedding could be more diverse and colorful and called me a whole bunch of homophobic slurs. It's at that point I hung up and blocked her on everything. I no longer consider stacy a friend or a good memory like I once did. The cherry on top I found out through a mutual friend that she is getting married to my emotionally abusive ex. I think I avoided a shit show and I hope her wedding flops.

C’est mon premier j’écris ici, je ne sais pas trop à quoi m’attendre et quel genre de réponses je vais recevoir. J’ai hâte de vous lire !
J’utilise des noms fictifs.
Pour un peu de contexte, j’ai écrit la lettre ci-dessous pour mon « ex », je ne sais pas si je peux vraiment utiliser le mot ex. Nous avons toujours qualifié notre relation comme étant simplement David & Mathieu. Quand les gens nous demandaient si nous étions en couple, nous répondions que non, c’était seulement David & Mathieu.
Nous avons été amis pendant 1 an et demi avant de commencer une dynamique différente. Ce n'était ni prévu ni voulu, c’est juste arrivé très naturellement. Il a toujours été quelqu’un de spécial pour moi, je ne sais pas comment l’expliquer, mais d’aussi loin que je puisse me souvenir, il a été spécial pour moi et je lui disais.
Deux choses à savoir sur lui, c’est qu’il a un style d’attachement évitant, lui-même le reconnaît. Alors c’était parfois compliqué, il ne me rassurait jamais sur rien, avait des blocages du style nous ne pouvons pas nous voir en semaine, et très souvent je ne pouvais pas le toucher (affectueusement) parce qu’il avait besoin d’espace. Mais je sais qu'il a fait des efforts et qu'il est sorti de sa zone de confort pour nous. Il a commencé de lui-même à me tenir la main en public, à s’ouvrir de plus en plus et m’a présenté à des personnes importantes pour lui. Ça ne semble pas être grand-chose, mais pour une personne avec un type d'attachement évitant, c’était déjà beaucoup.
Ce qui rendait la situation encore plus compliquée, c’est qu'il était fraysexuel aussi. Alors plus la relation évoluait, plus nous étions proches, plus il perdait l’intérêt sexuel envers moi. Il avait toujours besoin de sexe, mais avec moi, ce n’était pas possible. Là encore, il était conscient de comment il était et nous en avons toujours parlé ouvertement.
David & Mathieu ca duré 7 mois, ce qui a fait en sorte que ça se termine, ce sont des disputes que nous avons eues vers la fin. J’ai commencé à être insecure par rapport à sa sexualité, le fait qu’il était de retour sur des applications de rencontre (il me disait que c’était juste pour baiser) - je le crois, mais ça me mettait quand même insecure et il avait de la difficulté à me rassurer. Il se fâchait et disait que je mettais sa parole en doute. De plus, j’ai ramené des choses du passé, comme un gars avec qui il a vécu quelque chose en parallèle de nous deux durant le premier mois de David & Mathieu. De plus vers la fin, il me verbalisait son besoin d’avoir de l’espace et de minimiser les contacts, j’ai eu aussi de la difficulté à lui offrir sa. Je crois être du type d’attachement anxieux, alors pour moi c’était compliqué de répondre à certaines de ses demandes. Mais quand nous étions ensemble c’était vraiment bien, nous nous le disions souvent que les meilleurs moments ensemble c’était ceux où nous étions juste nous deux seuls.
Bref, il n’a donné comme raisons d’arrêter nous, le fait que je mettais trop souvent sa parole en doute, que je ramenais trop le passé et qu'il avait l’impression de ne pas pouvoir faire des choses qu’il avait le droit de faire (coucher avec d’autres) et le fait que jetait pas capable de lui donner l’espace dont il avait besoin. Il a toujours été honnête sur le fait qu’il ne voulait pas perdre sa liberté. Je n'ai jamais eu l’intention de lui enlever, mais parfois j'avais besoin de discuter pour me sentir bien, lui avait de la difficulté avec ça.
Bon, voici enfin la lettre. Ça fait maintenant une semaine que nous n'avons plus de contacts. Nous n'avons jamais vraiment eu de discussion pour clore le tout, il m’a partagé, sa décision au téléphone, j’ai mal réagi, j’ai essayé de le convaincre de changer sa position et voilà.
Le lendemain de l’appel téléphonique, il a tout de même accepté de venir faire une activité avec moi, mais il m’a dit seulement parce que je lui avais dit que ça me ferait du bien et suite à cette activité il m’a redonné les choses à moi qu’il avait chez lui.

Je ne suis pas dans l’attente ni le besoin que tu répondes à ce messages. C’était important pour moi de te partager mon constat à tête reposée et non pas en étant dans des émotions irrationnelles. Je ne suis pas dans la culpabilisation, je ne prends pas tout le blâme sur moi mais je parle de ce qui m’appartiens. Je ne suis pas fâché, déçu et je n’ai aucun sentiment négatif à ton égard. J'ai du travail à faire sur moi-même sur plusieurs aspects. Je dois apprendre à croire, éviter de me faire des scénarios, laisser le passé là où il est, verbaliser plus clairement mes besoins et limites, apprendre à réaliser que ce que j’ai devant moi est vrai et apprendre à dire : 'Cette chose me fait peur, je ne sais pas comment l'apprivoiser, je ne sais pas comment ça va nous affecter, parlons-en.' Je suis toujours le même dude qu’il y a une semaine, je n’ai pas déjà magiquement changé, mais ce que je peux te dire en toute confiance, c'est qu'il y a eu une prise de conscience et que j'ai un réel désir d'être meilleur.
Je sais que pour toi, nous, c’était un challenge et maybe sometime déstabilisant, ça te sortait de la zone de confort. J’aurai pu prendre ça plus en considération et m’assurer que tu te sentes bien au lieu de te rajouter de la pression et des frustrations.
Moi et toi nous sommes des personnes particulières, pour qui c’est pas easy de bâtir certaines dynamique, nous méritions d’avoir ce que nous avions, mais avec les enjeux d’la fin, parfois ce n’était pas facile.
Je n’ai jamais voulu quelque chose de conventionnel. Pour moi, répondre à la question 'Êtes-vous en couple?' par 'Non, c’est juste David & Mathieu' j’en étais fier et j’aimais ça, pour moi y’avait pas besoin d'explications supplémentaires.
Je n’ai jamais demandé ou espérer que t’ailles les même exigences que celles que je m’imposais à moi même. J’ai toujours été conscient de tes besoins. Le fait que pour moi c’était important de ne pas me faire toucher et tout le tralala par d’autres, ça m’appartenais juste à moi, j’aurai aimé que nous puissions naviguer dans ça plus sainement.
Avoir essayé David & Mathieu n'était pas une erreur pour moi, cela a été positif sur bien des aspects. Et comme je te l’ai déjà dit ce qu'il y avait me suffisait, toi tu me suffisais. Les enjeux de la fin pour moi étaient pour la plupart prévisibles et tous surmontables et pesaient moins dans la balance comparativement au reste. David & Mathieu c’était particulier, imparfait et parfait en même temps, le fait que les bests moments étaient ceux où moi étions seuls day & night, que y’avait ce sentiment que main dans la main c’était nous vs le reste et le sentiment de fierté. Je nous souhaite de retrouver tout cela.
Quand tu me disais que tu étais chanceux de m’avoir, j’ai aussi été chanceux de t’avoir et j’espère que tu sais pourquoi.
Laissons-nous du temps, au bon moment et si nous le voulons tous les deux, essayons de voir s'il est possible de reconstruire une dynamique dans laquelle nous nous sentirons tous les deux bien. Nous avons toujours réussi à bâtir du mieux avec le passé, espèrons que ce sera encore le cas. Nous formons une bonne équipe lorsque nous sommes dans le respect et l’écoute.

I am searching for new solid Otome Isekai stories to read so please recommend me solid ones that you have enjoyed greatly. As long as the story and characters are good i can probably enjoy anything but if i have to give a preference i don't like when FL or ML are just simps as in when the ML is just the ''Yes my lady'' type where his entire existence in the story is to obey FL's every word (kinda like Nine from Beware of the villainess) and for the FL to be just a huge ML simp who comments about how gorgeous ML is in every two to three sentence. Bonjour à tous,
C’est mon premier j’écris ici, je ne sais pas trop à quoi m’attendre et quel genre de réponses je vais recevoir. J’ai hâte de vous lire !
J’utilise des noms fictifs.
Pour un peu de contexte, j’ai écrit la lettre ci-dessous pour mon « ex », je ne sais pas si je peux vraiment utiliser le mot ex. Nous avons toujours qualifié notre relation comme étant simplement David & Mathieu. Quand les gens nous demandaient si nous étions en couple, nous répondions que non, c’était seulement David & Mathieu.
Nous avons été amis pendant 1 an et demi avant de commencer une dynamique différente. Ce n'était ni prévu ni voulu, c’est juste arrivé très naturellement. Il a toujours été quelqu’un de spécial pour moi, je ne sais pas comment l’expliquer, mais d’aussi loin que je puisse me souvenir, il a été spécial pour moi et je lui disais.
Deux choses à savoir sur lui, c’est qu’il a un style d’attachement évitant, lui-même le reconnaît. Alors c’était parfois compliqué, il ne me rassurait jamais sur rien, avait des blocages du style nous ne pouvons pas nous voir en semaine, et très souvent je ne pouvais pas le toucher (affectueusement) parce qu’il avait besoin d’espace. Mais je sais qu'il a fait des efforts et qu'il est sorti de sa zone de confort pour nous. Il a commencé de lui-même à me tenir la main en public, à s’ouvrir de plus en plus et m’a présenté à des personnes importantes pour lui. Ça ne semble pas être grand-chose, mais pour une personne avec un type d'attachement évitant, c’était déjà beaucoup.
Ce qui rendait la situation encore plus compliquée, c’est qu'il était fraysexuel aussi. Alors plus la relation évoluait, plus nous étions proches, plus il perdait l’intérêt sexuel envers moi. Il avait toujours besoin de sexe, mais avec moi, ce n’était pas possible. Là encore, il était conscient de comment il était et nous en avons toujours parlé ouvertement.
David & Mathieu ca duré 7 mois, ce qui a fait en sorte que ça se termine, ce sont des disputes que nous avons eues vers la fin. J’ai commencé à être insecure par rapport à sa sexualité, le fait qu’il était de retour sur des applications de rencontre (il me disait que c’était juste pour baiser) - je le crois, mais ça me mettait quand même insecure et il avait de la difficulté à me rassurer. Il se fâchait et disait que je mettais sa parole en doute. De plus, j’ai ramené des choses du passé, comme un gars avec qui il a vécu quelque chose en parallèle de nous deux durant le premier mois de David & Mathieu. De plus vers la fin, il me verbalisait son besoin d’avoir de l’espace et de minimiser les contacts, j’ai eu aussi de la difficulté à lui offrir sa. Je crois être du type d’attachement anxieux, alors pour moi c’était compliqué de répondre à certaines de ses demandes. Mais quand nous étions ensemble c’était vraiment bien, nous nous le disions souvent que les meilleurs moments ensemble c’était ceux où nous étions juste nous deux seuls.
Bref, il n’a donné comme raisons d’arrêter nous, le fait que je mettais trop souvent sa parole en doute, que je ramenais trop le passé et qu'il avait l’impression de ne pas pouvoir faire des choses qu’il avait le droit de faire (coucher avec d’autres) et le fait que jetait pas capable de lui donner l’espace dont il avait besoin. Il a toujours été honnête sur le fait qu’il ne voulait pas perdre sa liberté. Je n'ai jamais eu l’intention de lui enlever, mais parfois j'avais besoin de discuter pour me sentir bien, lui avait de la difficulté avec ça.
Bon, voici enfin la lettre. Ça fait maintenant une semaine que nous n'avons plus de contacts. Nous n'avons jamais vraiment eu de discussion pour clore le tout, il m’a partagé, sa décision au téléphone, j’ai mal réagi, j’ai essayé de le convaincre de changer sa position et voilà.
Le lendemain de l’appel téléphonique, il a tout de même accepté de venir faire une activité avec moi, mais il m’a dit seulement parce que je lui avais dit que ça me ferait du bien et suite à cette activité il m’a redonné les choses à moi qu’il avait chez lui.
Moi j’ai encore des choses avec moi. Dites-moi ce que vous pensez de la lettre.

J’me suis posé la question à savoir si c’est aussi ce que je voulais et que maybe j’étais vraiment juste delulu de penser que non.
Je ne suis pas dans l’attente ni le besoin que tu répondes à ce messages. C’était important pour moi de te partager mon constat à tête reposée et non pas en étant dans des émotions irrationnelles. Je ne suis pas dans la culpabilisation, je ne prends pas tout le blâme sur moi mais je parle de ce qui m’appartiens. Je ne suis pas fâché, déçu et je n’ai aucun sentiment négatif à ton égard. J’le sais que tu es une bonne personne avec des bonnes intentions et que tu n’as jamais eu l’intention de me blesser.
Ta décision, je l’accepte beaucoup plus facilement à tête reposée et depuis que j’ai finalement pu comprendre que d’avoir contact avec moi te fessais maintenant plus de mal que de bien. J’ai toujours voulu ton bien et te faire sentir spécial. Tu sais ce que je pense de toi, ce que j’te disais, ça jamais été fake ou pour te faire plaisir, c’était simplement la vérité. Pour moi, quand j’étais avec toi, c’était toi le plus…you know et j’avais aucun intérêt à détourner mon regard. J’ai jamais joué de game avec toi ni essayer de te vendre du rêve. J’suis conscient que ça pouvait jouer maybe contre moi et je m’en tape. Mais honnêtement je n’ai jamais eu le sentiment que tu prenais avantage de ça.
Je ne sais pas comment tu vies la situation mais j’espère que tu vas bien. Pas que je pense que tu care about that, mais j’ai déjà arête de parler au dude à qui je parlais durant notre dernière activité ensemble. Je ne suis pas le genre de personne qui saute dans autre chose pour ce sentir mieux, je ne trouve pas ça sain ni respectueux et c’est tout simplement pas moi.
Désolé d’avoir perdu l’important de vu et d’avoir trop souvent focus sur le passé et des choses qui n’avaient aucune cibole d’importance. Désolé de ne plus vers la fin avoir été dans le respect et l’écoute, d’avoir donné le sentiment que j’te fessais pas confiance/je voulais te restreindre/d’avoir pas su mieux te comprendre/de ne pas avoir assez affirmé mes besoins et de ne pas avoir su te donner l’espace dont t’avais besoin. Quand jte disais que nous étions mieux que ça, et ben j’ai fail et je t’ai laissé tombé d’une certaine façon, j’le reconnais et j’en suis désolé. J’ai foirré et c’est correct de faire des erreurs. Tsé l’être humain est parfois mal fait, perdre force à réaliser des choses qui étaient pourtant évidente.
J'ai du travail à faire sur moi-même sur plusieurs aspects. Je dois apprendre à croire, éviter de me faire des scénarios, laisser le passé là où il est, verbaliser plus clairement mes besoins et limites, apprendre à réaliser que ce que j’ai devant moi est vrai et apprendre à dire : 'Cette chose me fait peur, je ne sais pas comment l'apprivoiser, je ne sais pas comment ça va nous affecter, parlons-en.' Je suis toujours le même dude qu’il y a une semaine, je n’ai pas déjà magiquement changé, mais ce que je peux te dire en toute confiance, c'est qu'il y a eu une prise de conscience et que j'ai un réel désir d'être meilleur.
Je sais que pour toi, nous, c’était un challenge et maybe sometime déstabilisant, ça te sortait de la zone de confort. J’aurai pu prendre ça plus en considération et m’assurer que tu te sentes bien au lieu de te rajouter de la pression et des frustrations.
Moi et toi nous sommes des personnes particulières, pour qui c’est pas easy de bâtir certaines dynamique, nous méritions d’avoir ce que nous avions, mais avec les enjeux d’la fin, parfois ce n’était pas facile.
Je n’ai jamais voulu quelque chose de conventionnel. Pour moi, répondre à la question 'Êtes-vous en couple?' par 'Non, c’est juste David & Mathieu' j’en étais fier et j’aimais ça, pour moi y’avait pas besoin d'explications supplémentaires.
Je n’ai jamais demandé ou espérer que t’ailles les même exigences que celles que je m’imposais à moi même. J’ai toujours été conscient de tes besoins. Le fait que pour moi c’était important de ne pas me faire toucher et tout le tralala par d’autres, ça m’appartenais juste à moi, j’aurai aimé que nous puissions naviguer dans ça plus sainement.
Avoir essayé David & Mathieu n'était pas une erreur pour moi, cela a été positif sur bien des aspects. Et comme je te l’ai déjà dit ce qu'il y avait me suffisait, toi tu me suffisais. Les enjeux de la fin pour moi étaient pour la plupart prévisibles et tous surmontables et pesaient moins dans la balance comparativement au reste. David & Mathieu c’était particulier, imparfait et parfait en même temps, le fait que les bests moments étaient ceux où moi étions seuls day & night, que y’avait ce sentiment que main dans la main c’était nous vs le reste et le sentiment de fierté. Je nous souhaite de retrouver tout cela.
Quand tu me disais que tu étais chanceux de m’avoir, j’ai aussi été chanceux de t’avoir et j’espère que tu sais pourquoi.
Laissons-nous du temps, au bon moment et si nous le voulons tous les deux, essayons de voir s'il est possible de reconstruire une dynamique dans laquelle nous nous sentirons tous les deux bien. Nous avons toujours réussi à bâtir du mieux avec le passé, espèrons que ce sera encore le cas. Nous formons une bonne équipe lorsque nous sommes dans le respect et l’écoute.
Btw, j'ai la bague de ton grand-père. Je la portais au doigt quand je suis sorti de ta voiture. Si tu veux que je te rende tes affaires rapidement, fais-le moi savoir. Sinon, ne t'inquiète pas, je vais en prendre soin.
Ça me fera toujours plaisir d'avoir de tes nouvelles, mais je comprends que toi et moi avons besoin d'espace pour le moment. Oui, moi aussi j'en ai besoin.
Si un jour nous reprenons contact, je n’ai ni le désir ni le besoin de reparler des enjeux que nous avons vécu. Moi mindset c’est d’aller vers du mieux, pas de retomber dans le négatif.
Peut-être qu'un jour j'écrirai une chanson de 10 minutes sur un David qui laissait toujours 56 000 trucs chez moi, qui sait. 🤷🏻‍♂️ (Il adore une chanson de 10min de Taylor S qui parle d’un ex, alors c’est une référence à ça)

Hi. In the beginning of April, I started having extreme anxiety because I could feel something was off. I kept trying to communicate with my husband of almost 2 years and he just kept saying everything was fine(36f, 43m). Cut forward a few weeks and as we are in bed, not cuddling, I have a panic attack. I dip into out closet to cry so the kids don't hear me(we have 3). He hears me and comes in, holds my hand til I calm down then tells me, "I don't say I love you reflexively but I don't think I have romantic feelings for you."
Once things calmed down(mostly just me crying), we talked and outlined some problems(communication, as well as me not initiating sex because of PTSD with a DV situation). He wanted to call it quits. I asked for a chance to fix things(he works and I'm a SAHM to 3).
Since then, I've been initiating more but he doesn't want to have sex with me because he's demi sexual and disconnected because the romantic feelings for me are missing. Recently, within the last week, he's let me start giving him BJ's again and agreed to trying sex. We've set one day aside a week for dates(we never made time before), as well as one day a week for game nights. We cuddle, kiss, say I love you every day - fake it til you make it, I suppose? I know he loves me, just the romantic feelings for me are missing. We've been reading a lot of marital books and advice, been making more time for each other, I'm trying to be more sexual and more hands on caring as his love language is physical touch.
I guess my point with all this is, can you fall back in love with your spouse? Is this hopeless? It's killing me right now. He's my best friend and I don't want to lose him. (It happened to me too, someone came at me with the ‘have you ever been abused’) And now, every single time Fancy goes live, she either does something outrageous or gets her banned, or both. Specifically every time fancy starts talking about the chromosome disorder 🤔 odd right? I think little miss Gyp shit is afraid of people finding out about that. Why? Because it throws her whole case out the damn door and proves she played us all for fools AGAIN. So I think we need to help the truth and be more loud about the disorder. She can’t get all of us 😇 one day all of this is going to come crashing down and we’ll see her fake tears that only come when she’s in trouble or undeniably caught, and we’ll all laugh. Shoot maybe she’ll do us a favor and get in trouble again by then. Sorry to ramble on and on like this, but with each attack her fans do on anyone that doesn’t agree with her, every celebrity comment of support, each ban for someone telling the truth, her confidence and ignorance skyrockets and she thinks she’s unbeatable. It’s disgusting.

I’ve always gotten the feeling that Adora is a NPC. She has no original thoughts. All of her arguments and debate points come from other people. Adora stole the definition of “innate sense of self” from Demi. Many of her arguments stem from Andy which Andy has acknowledged she butchers because she can’t understand the logic behind her points just regurgitates it.
I call her Adora of Oz because the Wizard of Oz was believed to be some magical being with all the answers but was just a fake. I believe Adora’s mod team mainly AB,Kapow and MamaMoon pull all the strings that keep her lives going to keep the fantasy alive much like The Wizard of Oz. Her mods will do anything to protect her because they probably genuinely like her but also have gained a sense of power in modding a community devoted to Adora.

2023 and 2024 Calendar

Ahoy there Bastards! Time to get out your eye patches and brush up on swabbing the decks because we're about the hit the seas. I've lost count of how many people Locke and Jean have pissed off at this point, the political twists and turns are never-ending and I'm starting to think Sabetha was just a figment of my imagination (thanks u/tomesandtea for the suggestion).

Chapter Three – Warm Hospitality: Jean and Locke are taken to the Mon Magisteria on the Castellana, the home of the Archon. The Archon’s elite soldiers, called the Eyes, take the Bastards through the awesome waterfall that guards the entrance and shove them into a cell. Surprise! It’s a torture sauna and the Bastards are heated to near death before they are finally brought out and taken to see Maxilan Stragos, the Archon of Tal Verrar.
Stragos pretends like he never intended for Jean and Locke to be treated so cruelly and offers them some delicious pear cider, which they happily gulp down. They admire Stragos’ mechanical bug collection that lines his walls and Stragos reveals that’s not the only fake thing in the room. He knows the Bastards’ real identities, their background AND their plans with Requin. How? Those pesky Bondsmagi told him everything because they want to see the Bastards punished for what they did to the Falconer. And now, Stragos can use Jean and Locke however he wants because surprise #2! The cider was poisoned. And only Stragos knows what it is and has the antidote. As long as the Bastards do what Stragos wants, he’ll make sure the poison doesn’t kill them (or so he claims).
Locke is feisty as always, even though he really doesn’t have much ground to stand on. Stragos says they’re welcome to continue to try and rob Requin, since he doesn’t like the guy anyways. But they’ll also do whatever Stragos has planned because he knows how loyal Bastards are to each other so if they keep being rude jerks he’ll just kill one of them. With that decided, Jean and Locke are ‘escorted’ out of Mon Magisteria and they vow to get revenge on everyone. Jean points out that maybe the Bondsmagi don’t know everything about them and they can use that to their advantage.
Reminiscence – The Lady of the Glass Pylon: Jean goes to visit Azura Gallardine, one of the most famous Artificers (clockwork mechanics) in Tal Verrar. A woman of my own heart, she hates visitors and wants to be left alone so her house is far away on top of a high Elderglass pylon. She doesn’t like flattery but is a big fan of gifts so Jean tries to woo her with some fancy brandy. He tells Azura that he would like some help breaking into a vault, which isn’t technically legal, but Azura doesn’t mind bending the rules for the right price. But surprise surprise, it’s her own work he wants to foil as she designed Requin’s vault. Azura is like, “Are you insane? I’m not messing with Requin.”
We then learn how Selendri got her gold hand. An assassin put flesh eating alchemical powder in one of Requin’s suits but him and Selendri swapped clothes for funsies as part of the masquerade ball. Cue lots of screaming and seared flesh. Requin was determined to find out who dared to harm his beloved Selendri, so when no one came forward for monetary reward, he started murdering everyone in town until he found the man and turned him into a statue. So yeah, Azura doesn’t want to mess with him and instead opens up a trap door that sends Jean (and his brandy) back onto the streets. But no worries, Jean didn’t really expect her to agree to his proposition and instead was simply ‘planting a seed for the future.’
Chapter Four – Blind Alliances: Locke and Jean are visiting Pale Therese, their friendly poison expert. She sadly can’t do anything without knowing what Stragos gave them, but maybe the Bondsmagi could. Oh wait, that’s definitely not an option. So they’ll just have to go along with Stragos for now.
The Bastards decide to return to Sinspire where a man is having a cage match with over a hundred stiletto wasps. They bump into Maracosa Durenna who wants to make some friendly bets on whether the man will survive or not. Selendri appears and whisks Locke away to see Requin. They go via the ‘climbing closet’ and Locke takes advantage of the dark, cramped space to try and wage some psychological warfare on Selendri with a small side of flirting.
Requin tells Locke he’s done some investigating and has learned of Jean’s visit to Azura, as well as the Bastards’ other ‘scheming’ to break into his vault, confirming their story. He also knows they met with Stragos the other night, so Locke goes all in and claims Stragos is actually the one paying them to rob the Sinspire. This seems believable as it would put Requin out of business, piss of the Priori and give Stragos more control over Tal Verrar. Requin tells Locke that if he kills Stragos or gets him in his custody that he’ll give Locke a job, help cure the poison, and let him kill Jean. Selendri agrees to this and sends Locke back down to the cage match, where the wasps have won. Locke pretends to angrily throw his drink on the boy, but really says a prayer for him.
Locke and Jean leave the Sinspire and agree it’s time to give Requin ‘the chairs’. Before we can learn more about these mystery seats, the Bastards are attacked AGAIN by some people pretending to be beggars. They’re saved by Merrain, Stragos’ lady kidnapper, who has been ordered to watch over them and take them on another boat ride.
Reminiscence – The Amusement War: Locke visits Salon Corbeau, a demi-city that functions as a resort for the wealthy. He’s there to visit the Baumondains, a furniture making family, and request some…unique chairs. Locke wants four chairs in the Talathri Baroque style with some mystery mechanisms added on that may help someone if they were trapped in a room on fire (but I highly doubt that’s what it will be used for). He gives the chair maker a ton of money to only work on these chairs and get them done ASAP.
While waiting for the chairs to be made, Locke goes to check out the Amusement War, a twisted gamer that’s played in Salon Corbeau. It’s basically like living chess, except when a “piece” (aka a poor person) is taken, a gang of ‘Demons’ comes out and executes whatever messed up torture the rich people ‘playing’ can think of. Locke is disgusted by what these rich assholes are willing to do for fun and that people actually agree to be the pieces for the small chance of getting some money. We get a flashback to Chains who taught Locke they have two mandates: thieves prosper and the rich remember. Locke really wants to make these rich people remember and reign some Thorn of Camorr terror on them, but ultimately decides to focus on their scheme and returns to Tal Verrar with the mystery chairs.
Chapter Five – On a Clockwork River: Locke and Jean are taken back to Mon Magisteria to meet Stragos. No one knows who could have been trying to kill the Bastards down at the dock, but Stragos sends some of his men to investigate the bodies. Locke gets extra feisty with the Archon, including calling him a ‘goat-faced wad of slipskinner’s shit’, but it’s all bark and no bite. Stragos has a job for the Bastards and they’re going to do it unless they want the poison to slowly kill them.
The Archon takes them on a romantic boat ride through his garden and gives them a brief history lesson. Seven years ago, one of Stragos’ officers, Laurella Bonaire, turned coat and became a pirate. The Archon’s navy defeated her, but then the Priori feared Stragos becoming too popular, so severely limited his power. Now Stragos wants to plant the fear of another pirate invasion so that he can swoop in and save the day. But who will these fake pirates be? Locke and Jean of course! Stragos will give them an experienced sailing master who will make all the real decisions while the Bastards focus on their acting. They’ll also have to return to Tal Verrar every two months to check in with daddy Stragos and get some antidote.
Stragos claims he has a higher purpose behind all of this and shows the Bastards his clockwork garden complete with alchemical weather. If peace is achieved, people can focus on all the cool crafts like this and eventually become just as powerful (if not more so) than the Bondsmagi. Yes, Stragos also hates the Bondsmagi and feels they’re limiting human progress, so it’s time to take them down. Well, it will probably take centuries to do that, but Stragos wants to be the man who plants that seed. He promises to increase the Bastards reward if they’re successful in their mission, although Jean and Locke both think he’s lying. They’ll need to put their Requin plans on hold because they’ve only got a month to become the best pirates in all the land (*cue pirate Rocky training scene montage*).
After the Bastards leave, Stragos tells Merrain to let her master know that the plan is underway and they better be ready to face the consequences. Merrain responds by saying no one will be ready for how much blood is about to be shed. DUN DUN DUNNN

So Exposingsmg is essentially a blog that would post gossip about celebrities that... wouldn't be submitted to the Daily Mail, but they completely break the ethical rules of journalism by saying "my source said " blah blah blah (insert complete dangerous lie that can easily be disproven)
They started their blog out targeting Selena Gomez and accused her of abusing Justin Bieber, cheating on Justin Bieber, manipulating Justin Biebers mother, bullying people like Demi Lovato, and weirdly enough, sending Niall Horan and unsolicited nude pic when he supposedly had a "secret" girlfriend (That esmg didn't mind exposing despite the probably NDA breaches and lack of respect for Niall's privacy). They also allege that Selena is FAKING her lupus. No proof of any of this whatsoever, which is disgusting.
Then after about two years of making these baseless accusations, they started to widen their market and "expose" EVERYBODY. This included celebrities like Meghan Markle, Olivia Wilde, Emma Roberts, Emma Watson, Taylor Swift, Camilla Cabello (who ngl, isn't that nice of a person but you can gather that information by just a google search), Demi Lovato, and Amber Heard.
I would write an ESSAY about all the things ESMG have done but I want to mainly focus on Amber.
I'm not going to share their blog but they made an accumulation of statements that can be proven false by reading a court document. They also discussed Ambers sexuality in a disgusting way by claiming she would only sleep with men for a "career advancement" and that she was only with Johnny "for his money" (even though she took way less than she was entitled to at the divorce and pledged to give it all to charity)
They said that Amber was the aggressor of abuse and Johnny NEVER hit her (even though there's proof he did). They used Ambers "I was not punching you, I was hitting you" audio as their "credibility" while ignoring the transcript that have her apologising and admitting that she did it because she was so used to getting physically assaulted by him and not fighting back (Johnny is radio silent throughout all of this)
They claimed that Amber cheated on him during the relationship (even though they claimed Johnny did too, but didn't care about that enough)
They used ADAM WALDMAN as backup for their claims, along with articles from the Mirror and TMZ (which was hilarious and... based on other blog posts, kinds typical of them)
Alleged Elon Musk donated anonymously on behalf of Amber Heard for the children's hospital. They also complained that Amber didn't donalte the money for 3 years (when as far as I know, they story behind that was not disclosed, Johnny kept suing her and the ACLU and CHLA never complained publically). Even though this could be true, I dont care, it doesn't make her a liar
Right this is a ridiculous one, they claimed that the UK trial was rigged bc everyone was in cahoots of Amber when Amber... according to that chart they released only met 3 people who were... kinda higher up in the UK law, then who knew people who knew people who knew Dan Wooton and Andrew Nicol.
Now I'm from Ireland and I know A LOT about the Sun. Ever since the tragic Hillsbourgh disaster in 1989 (where they victim blamed the fans who died and suffered loss that horrible day), The Sun LOST most cases where people had sued them. It was RARE that they won this particular case. That's why this whole thing is ridiculous to me. And... just because the Sun accused Johnny of DV. Never meant they cared about Amber.
Also, its laughable how they ignored all of Johnny's connections and the way he sued her for the op ed (that had no indication of "Amber accusing Johnny")
They alleged that Johnn'y s family hated Amber, yet ignored Lily Rose's message to her father admitting how Amber being in the relationship brought her closer to him. And ignored how Loly Rose Depp never speaks about Johnny and changes the topic whenever he is brought up. They also use the title of an article of his sister supporting him as "proof" even though she is claimed to have used his money as her own.
Apparently, according to these two credible sources that would never be biased. Amber kept Johnny on drugs and did drugs herself. In the real world, everybody kept Johnny on drugs but her. She was held accountable by her therapist for enabling him and she did everything in her power to help him (cause... yk... she was a 25 year old with a man near his 50s).
The "source" (who was definitely impartial and totally not probably on Johnny's payroll. Oh wait, it is indicated they were actually friends) said he "Cared a lot about her". Yet he showed that by trashing her dressing room, butting her in the forehead, kicking her on a plane, pulling hair out of her scalp, calling her an "over the hill stripper" and a "c*nt", vandalising her ex girlfriends painting and controlling her healthcare by sending her to one of his therpises who would victim blame her for everything (This is just everything that's been proven). It's sad.
The rest of what she said was the same bullshit rhetoric that is on the internet, or that Depp fans try to claim. Despite the fact Johnny was clearly filled with yes men who should have helped him years ago rather than fueling his addictions, it NEVER excuses how he treated Amber. The abuse through the court system and controlling her healthcare Proved to me that this isn't quick incidents that he immediately regrets. He planned all of this. he intended to humiliate her and emotionally ruin her.
Other things ESMG have done:
This is a blog who intends to blame women for what has happened to them, OUT women as queer when these women never admitted to it themselves (but they don't out men and blame the mainly female fans for their theories/beliefs on certain relationships, so... typical misogyny) they OUTED certain alleged survivors of SA when those certain survivors never claimed to have endured that, or even worse, may not have been ready to admit it (so... ESMG may have been taking away THEIR story to tell). They talk about Dark Hollywood but never went into detail about certain individuals who were the abusers (but had no problem, in one post, victim blaming a certain celebrity for "cozying up" to their abusive director).
They are not a nice blog, most, if not, all of the sources (if they had any) are probably biased. If you call them out on any of this, they'll most likely call you stupid, an idiot or a moron and waffle about their credibility. So yeah...
To end, I admire Amber for her resistance while going through the worst things anyone can go through. She didn't make it difficult for DV survivors, Johnny did, the American Justice System did, the world supporting Johnny did (intentional or not) and blogs like ESMG do.

Horus Heresy Book 16: Age of Darkness, an anthology
More short stories. But these are some quite interesting ones including one of our favorites which we have been gushing about every week when looking forward to this book. Again this is an interesting choice to go and explore more of the world and side events, rather than continuing with the main storyline. The Heresy era, much like 40K itself, is treated somewhat akin to a setting, a backdrop to grim dark events, rather than an actual plot itself. We get large key events but most of the story is going on elsewhere. There is no theme to these stories. It is filler - some good, some bad.
“Leon climbed unsteadily to his feet. ‘When I get back,’ he husked, ‘I will tell everyone what you have done. I’ll stop you. I’ll make sure all the other worlds are warned!’
‘No, you won’t.’ Mendacs turned away. ‘You have a choice, Leon. You must swear your loyalty to Horus Lupercal and deny the Emperor’s dominion. Because by the time the Skyhook carries you down to the surface, the colony of Virger-Mos II will belong to the Warmaster. Not through force of arms, but because of the weakness of the people who live there. Because they have exchanged their fear of one thing they have never seen for the fear of another.’ He spared the youth one last look. ‘And if you do not join them, they will be the ones who kill you.”
As with our previous anthology review: the synopsis, review and score will be given for each story, with a final overall review and score at the end.
Synopsis / Review / Score “Rules of Engagement”:
Synopsis: Captain Ventanus of the Ultramarines is tasked with testing Roboute Guilliman’s great work - The Codex Astartes. A manual detailing how to respond to any tactical situation, no matter the odds, no matter the foe. But will it work against the enemy Roboute never expected to encounter - other space marines.
Ventanus battles the grinding Death Guard; the bloodthirsty World Eaters; the pyrotechnic Salamanders (wait a minute - have they turned traitor too?!); before finally holding out against Horus’s invasion of their homeworld.
It turns out that this is all conducted via an “Oculus Rift” and the Ultramarines are playing wargames to test and fine tune their tactics.The Ultramarines are big fans of larping apparently.
Review: Interesting story that tries to pull off a clever twist. I was genuinely shocked when I read the UItramarines attacking Salamanders the first time. The twist is fine - without being particularly mind blowing. This bait and switch will be used again in future short stories. It feels like the sci fi version of “it was all a dream” story trait. Above average bolter porn. We do get hints for what happened to Calth and “Know No Fear”....

Synopsis / Review / Score “Liar’s due”:
Synopsis: Alpha Legion conquers a backwater little agri- planet without needing to turn up. A single Alpha Legion cultist without shooting a single bullet conquers a world. The ordinary citizens are terrified, fearing the Warmaster is coming.
The story uses the threat of fake news and lights in the sky to take over the world. It fully shows how the power of the Alpha Legion can work.
Review: Possibly my favourite short story of the Horus Heresy. The idea of a planet falling to Horus without a single marine making planetfall is great. Brilliantly written bits of subterfuge and deception and showing the fear the Heresy is striking into the ordinary citizens of the Imperium. The quote from Mendacs at the end is harrowing. This feels almost inspired by the Twilight Zone story “The Aliens are Due on Maple Street”
Score: 10/10 - A perfect story, that shows how humanity is affected by fear. No transhumans in armour, no guns, no chaos. Just fear and tricks to completely change a people’s minds. This is the best depiction of the Alpha Legion just quietly getting on with what they are best at.
Synopsis / Review / Score “Forgotten Sons”:
Synopsis: A Salamander and a Ultramarine get shot down and end up in shenigans, trying to convince a neutral world to remain part of the Imperium. Iron Warriors blow up a neutral planet as a “demonstration of a show of force” which the people will respect….What?
Review: Score: 7.0/10 - This one is a bland and mostly forgettable story that we honestly had to look through the synopsis for to fully remember. The buddy cop aspects between the mean Ultramarine and the friendly Salamander are about the best bits. The Warmaster seems to not be great at hiring ambassadors or assassins either….
Synopsis / Review / Score “The Last Remembrancer”:
Synopsis: A traitor ship enters the solar system and is captured by the Imperial Fists. A remembrancer, Solomon Voss, is discovered and taken to Titan as a prisoner. Dorn arrives to interview/interrogate his old friend. He is accompanied by Iacton Qruze. Voss explains how he has been at the side of Horus witnessing his terrible crimes. Dorn and Qruze argue over the fate of Voss. Qruze states that the Imperium must be willing to be ruthless to ensure victory, whilst Dorn clings to the old “honorable” ways. Qruze reveals that Voss was returned to Dorn by Horus as a gift, one which strikes a psychological blow against the Praetorian.
Dorn reluctantly agrees, executes Voss, and orders the body and all writings to be burned.
Review: A slow but interesting story. We can see how the Imperium will be tested to do dark things, and commit evil deeds, all in the name of “winning”. This subject will be covered later in “The Silent War” anthology. This is a psychological story, with Dorn receiving a blow without a bullet being fired. Voss tells him “ "the future is dead, Rogal Dorn. It is ashes running through our hands" and it clearly breaks something deep in Dorn. It's weird that Dorn has this reputation as a granite bastion of self-control but this is the second time he has flown off the handle. You get the feeling that Voss is one of many individuals who will mysteriously disappear across the galaxy in order for the Imperium to maintain order. It would have been good to have met him before his corruption by Chaos.

Synopsis / Review / Score “Rebirth”:
Synopsis: Captain Kalliston, of the Thousand Sons, is captured. After Prospero is burned by the Space Wolves he returns against his primarch orders, and second in command - Arvida. to witness the devastation. Enemy astartes are spotted in the ruins and Kalliston is knocked unconscious in the ambush. He awakes, bound, tortured and interrogated by a foe that refuses to show his face. Kalliston assumes he is one of the Space Wolves, looking to retrieve information as to the disappearance of Magnus.
Kharn of the World Eaters steps into the light. He has been sent by Horus to recover a power pendant used by Magnus to contact Horus during the temple of Davin visions.
Regaining focus and strength, Kalliston uses his psychic powers to peer into Kharn’s soul. For a fleeting moment it seems that Kalliston can reverse the damage caused by the butcher’s nails, and he offers an olive branch to heal Kharn - finally ridding him of the debilitating psychosis. The moment is lost and a wave of rage overcomes Kharn who beats Kalliston to death.
Away from Kalliston, Arvida steals away back to his ship, now commandeered by World Eaters. He executes their leader and escapes using his powers. Review: A fantastic story with a twist that you do not see coming. The brief moment where Kalliston gains the upper hand, and Kharn could be “saved” is a great moment. Then it all comes crashing down in a blurry of anger and fists. Poor Kalliston.

Synopsis / Review / Score “The Face of Treachery”:
Synopsis: The main plot for this story involves a World Eater’s vessel hunting down Raven Guard after the Isstvan massacre. The World Eater’s commander is desperate to stay near Isstvan with the aim of joining the rest of his legion to finish off the Raven Guard in close quarter combat. The arrival of a fleet of Raven Guard support vessels in the system gives Corax and the remaining survivors a chance to flee. Orders are given to the World Eater vessel to intercept, but the bloodthirsty commander ignores these. He is summarily executed by his second in command, an Alpha Legion agent.
The Alpha Legion discuss their future infiltration of the Raven Guard legion as they escape to Terra setting us up for “Deliverance Lost”.
Review: Alpha Legion doing Alpha Legion things, playing both sides as part of their grand plan. I would have enjoyed this more if there was a more subtle build up to the Alpha Legion pulling on all the strings. All the confused and messy bits of the story can be blamed on “Alpha Legion did it” which is not the greatest story telling technique. Gav Thorpe is building a reputation for occasionally writing nonsense. An unneeded prequel.

Synopsis / Review / Score “Little Horus”:
Synopsis: Little Horus Aximand gets a discount ‘face lift”. Little Horus is plagued with doubts and nightmares following Istvaan. He keeps imagining a figure dueling him. He seems to want to return everything to how it was; he tries to rebuild the Mournival but it ends up with an Abbaddon crony. He goes to fight Iron Hands on the world of Dwell and ends up getting attacked by a White Scar, who slices off his face. It gets reattached and Horus is left with a constantly sad expression.
In his dreams, the figure is revealed to be Loken, which leaves him relieved as he knows Loken is dead GEE, I HOPE THIS IS NOT DRAMATIC IRONY/FORESHADOWING
Review: It's nice to get back to the Sons of Horus and understand more about the originally set up characters who we followed for the first three books. It is quite weird to come back to them after all this time. Poor Lil’ Horus. He just wants to go back to how it used to be and does not fully understand the corruption that has fundamentally changed his legion.

Synopsis / Review / Score “The Iron Within”:
Synopsis: An Iron Warrior plays the greatest game and, again, blows things up. Barbaras Dantioch, a crippled Warsmith, has been left to defend a fortress. Unfortunately, Pertarabo did not send him the memo about joining Horus so he is forced to defend it against Brother Iron Warriors. This story includes an incredibly touching death of a Dreadnaught; not quite up there with the one on Istvaan III but it touches the heart strings. The ending is superb and quite possibly the most awesome thing ever done by an Iron Warrior. Seriously, go and read the ending.
Review: Score: 9.0/10 - A fantastic fun story which shows that the Iron Warriors have fanatical levels of stubbornness inherited from their Father. The upside fortress in an amazing idea. The besieging forces are deeply stupid and should have just pulled back and kept the enemy trapped. But hey, Pertarabo is a stubborn git.
Synopsis / Review / Score “Savage Weapons”:
Synopsis: The Dark Angels have battled the Night Lords on the worlds of the Aegis sector and have hit a grueling and bloody stalemate. Konrad issues a parley to the Lion. A chance to meet, agree to part ways and fight wars elsewhere. Both attend with two bodyguards, whilst their remaining fleet remain in orbit.
The two sides spar with words and insults, but it is the Lion who throws the first punch. The two primarchs duel, and if not for Corswain the Lion’s story could have come to an early end.
Review: It’s two primarchs having a fight. The idea of Konrad Curze offering a parley to the Lion is laughable. It's fine, without doing anything different or interesting. We had no idea what this conflict is; the Night Lords have done nothing so far and now they are suddenly fighting the Dark Angels. ADB fails to make the Night Lords interesting in this one - you know, the guy who made the Night Lords the poster child for interesting Chaos characters.
Score: 6.0/10
Overall Review: An interesting collection. Some are fine, others are exceptional.
Overall Score: 7.5/10 - Without “Liar’s Due”, there is no way this one would score this high. Two of these stories could be removed and it would have been much more interesting. There is a huge difference between the good and bad ones in this story.
Cover: Horus is beating an Imperial Fist, on the planet of “somewhere”. An odd choice as neither Horus or the Imperials Fists are represented in any of the short stories. Maybe its another Guilliman larp adventure that we did not get to read about?
Heresy Watch: The Night Lords and the Dark Angels are fighting now. The Ultramarines are having to deal with the aftermath of some vast destruction at Calth. The Rememberances are now gone. The Alpha Legion are out conquering worlds in the name of the Warmaster.

Are we the baddies?: 28 - “Forgotten Sons” - be loyal or we will destroy you; turn to Horus and we will destroy you. Its not much of a choice for the people of Bastion. “The Last Remembrancer” - the Imperium, in facing the threat of Chaos, will have to become full authoritarian dictatorship and Humanity will no longer fully trusts them. For the good of all, Voss has to die.
It's definitely not gay: 16 - Look I’m not saying that Dantioch loves Vastopol but he does refuse to leave him behind and wants to keep him alive long after he knows he will not live. Arcadese swears a blood oath for revenge for Heka'tan’s death - there is a lot of emotion there….
How not to parent 101: 21 - Magnus did not bother to even tell his sons about the destruction of Prospero. Pertarabo is an idiot who wastes one of his best leaders because he was wounded against the H’rud, who are time manipulating demi-gods. Barbaras fully gets his revenge on the besieging forces.
Erebus!!!: 15 - The man himself gets a mention in “Forgotten Sons” as an example of a good manipulator. Warsmith Krendl coming for Barbaras deserves at least an honorable mention. He is such a whiny little bitch who keeps putting his men in the grinder for no good purpose for a YEAR AND A DAY!
Does this remind you of anything?: 29 - The Ultramarines like playing Warhammer 40k. “Forgotten Sons” is basically “Lethal Weapon” in 40k. As previously stated, the Twilight Zone story “The Aliens are Due on Maple Street” is fully adapted for the “Liar’s Due.” Arvida’s final words “Knowledge is power” is very similar to the call of the Blood Ravens. “Savage Weapons” is essentially “my dad could beat up your dad” “yeah well my dad is absolutely insane”.
