Throughout my practice med school through residency and into my work now , I am known to be green footed ( a joke on how toxic my shifts are)
I handle alot of cases that come through or end in tragedy .
So am familiar with death , though I fight tooth and nail to prevent it .
I still have soft skin on the outside , when I lose a patient I feel bothered , I feel on the brink of tears when a patient loved ones hug me after delivering the news .
I have seen patients die quietly, I have heard patients shout in agony and live .
A case came a while ago that had me look at the face of a man last moment of having a perfusing rhythm and he looked in so much pain .

The guy came clutching his chest , I knew it was a STEMI lead him on a bed helped him of his clothes while my nurse hooked him to the monitor and ecg machine another brought the crash cart.
I am told that I am a kind soul I started telling the patient to settle down that we will take care of him , that we will make it alright , that is when I touched his forhead and realised that it was soaking wet , I went to ask what sort of analgesia does this community shop carry cause am new to this place . They told me they had no opiods called the hotline for cases that need cath and while am on the phone I returned to see my nurse holding a plastic cup trying to give my patient water .

The patient's did not open his mouth to drink The nurse turned and found me right behind her (am spooky that way ,batman is my middle name) the patient face changed into what looked like the face of a crying newborn ,his teeth clenched his face turned red then purpul in the matter of seconds his angle of eyes pointed down like he is going to cry, like a child would , but that was it , no sound would come from his lips , just tears from his eyes , he was in pain, I don't know if the process of death comes in stages but I believe that was the moment he realised he is dying , he clenched his hands in to tight balls of steel and lifted them to where his shoulders would have been had he not been arching his back , and then a feeble breath came out of his mouth , I though he would draw a gulp of air but no he puffed a small tiny breath like he was trying to blow the raspberry.
That all happened on what I realised later on to be 6 seconds
I wouldn't have believed it were it not for the defibrillator timing of his vtach and the time I delivered the electrical shock to him.
I did cpr for a long time , my team were awesome , I placed a ET tube during the first round of compressions , everything was done spotlessly apart from not having a cath lab where I worked and the patient not gaining a single perusing rhythm.
He died
I checked later he was a middle aged man but way below the average human life span
His only risk factor was smoking cigarettes
I won't forget his look , those eyes , he did not want to die , he wanted to live , or at least my mind imagines so. Everything was done to the letter of perfection but he life ended.
The look on his face flashes back to me and I don't know if I should try and forget it , or accept that death is that painful or, wish that humanity would find a way to make CAD obsolete, maybe we will get a gadget that fits in a pocket that we can cath these people in ER our selves or get a shot every five years the clean up those arteries , but damn , that is gonna bruise me for a while

overall experience
i finally completed revrened insanity and it takes me 6-7 months. now i have feeling of emptyness and i think i can't enjoy others shows or novels that show us power of friendship and emotional sceans for some time. i did not read lot number of novels or manhwa manua but i can say it was best thing that i've ever seen, the plot, the characters, the writing is top notch. i remember during imperial court arc(fight against GSIM will) i was nearly going to drop this but i perserve and drop the idea of droping it and it was a good desision.
book 1
honestly' the begining of story i did'nt realy enjoyed it expect FY quotes and when he slother hunters family. at first i read 5 chapters in novel and i was boaring so i start it's manhua to make interest, it was going avg until when he fights his brother FZ aroung ch 100 and that movement it was turning point for me. this shows power of flashbacks this was very funny for me to see comedy in this novel. than our goated seen when our mc feeds starving bear and yeh saving gu yue clan from their ancestors scheme. this was a good start but i really like that much this book has some good characters like BNB and i realy like qing shou not at that time but later when story progress and experiencing this cruel world and his question towerds living. i liked FZ as character when the story progress. the payback was good when he got A grade aptitude but he lost his cultivation. overall it was good, this was solid 7.5 for me.
book 2
honest this was avg. i did'nt really remember somethig iconic expect mc saving two childs from cold with fire warmth, fang yuan's ruthless nature when refining immortal gu with fighting, the character of shang clan external elder who insisting FY to change path(i don't remember his name) he really cares for mc man and how can i forget shang xin ci? but bro plot was below avg. until BNB betrayal. payback was really good i was excited to think that finaly immortals are going to take action but he leaves southern boarders whatever i enjoyed it so 7 for shang xin ci.
book 3
this part was below avg. i have some good expectation for this part when fang yuan steal blessed land from feng jin huang showing her length of heven and earth and when i heared he was going for giant sun inheriteance but fights was streached it was hell off bordem. characters are avg expect tai bai sheng and hei lou lan but not at this book and especially i really miss hu immortal land spirit. payback of this part was best untill now if he uses summer automn ciceda in this part i was going to drop this repetative shit and bam this really shows how ruthless our mc to himself. he become a zombie but his gains are great and i was exited to see how story progress. i give that 6.5, was was going to rate this part 5.5 but ending was somthing else i really enjoyed the ending.

at that piont of story i did't expect much from this part especially when i heard reviews of this part but after reading my first rection how wrong i was this was best part so far this book is turning pint for i make my mind i was going to finish this novel. this book has hell lot of good characters. expending world building and this shows value of mortal life in eyes of immortals and reality of gu world. this was real starting pont of story. parllels with real world was insale. the build up and payback was awesome. scheaming was great. this book was my second best part of this story 8.5 for me

this book was a hell of crazy ride for me firstly starting was ok FY creating contatcts. and HC hunting FY. but during battle in reverse flow river arc fang yuan flexing perserverence it was was best chapter for me. and his iconic quote,,,,,. battle in souther boarder dream realms was great introduction of duke long, death of purpule, capturing SCDV it was insane but real insanity begins after this arc. and fate war was epic plot twists are really insane like venerables playing chess. characters was epic and in this part exploration of characters and their past was very good some characters like duke long feng jue ge, purpule and many more were epic fate war was like marineford of RI. payback was best our mc not gain something in perticular but get hope for his dream. this part was 9.5 for me

overall review
this novel is great especially i has a lot to say but i can't remember clearly. i really liked this novel because it cas lot of similarity with my favurate manga one piece( i know what you saying like what but it has lot of similarity mc pusued freedom, corrupt goverment, adventure, mc dream his perserverence and many more) but it is also exact opposite so it was 9 for me.

how can i forgott this demon, my fav. mc of all time. ofcourse i don't want to meat peson like him in life but he is what he is. i sometime think about his character development it was very unique in surface he never changes but i can't write his developement into words. he had not talent but he makes for it with his hard work when i read about it hard work it was inspiring. his perspective to world is a eye opener for me. i am little sad that i did'nt see him getting his dream whatever he get what he want or he die it would be beautiful as FY said what he enjoys was journey( oh yeh, same as luffy} and no regrettes so why am i regretting wht important was i give this masterpiece a try. hope he really comes back
and specialy shang xin ci(oh no my inner otaku possecing me) i hope a happy ending for her not with FY. joke aside such a pure character in this dark novel it is something.

I am starting an ironjawz army, and after filling my megaboss's base with dead skaven, I've come up with a bit of lore for them. But since i'm kind of a newby when it comes to AoS lore, so maybe you can help me determine what rea best fits the narative?
They are an underground clan from some kind of cave complex that they share with skavens. The power of the waaagh tels them witch tunnels to follow to find the best fights. They are semi friendly with gloomspite gits wich also live in the cave complex (my warchamter has a bagpipe squig instead of sticks, so im guessing they have to get those from gits right?). Also, idk if this matters, but their armour will be purpule. I think its a good fit for the underground. Also, since i have some kruelboyz, at some point they might join forces if i ever want to play Bog Waaagh

A game that I think is called GumBall but I cant seem to find it since the show “The Amazing World Of Gum Ball” came out, in which you control a ball of gum , the artstyle is very colorful and cartoony, its 2D maybe 2.5D. I remember the world meing gooey and having a lot of greens and purpules as the color pallette. I dont remember the main objective but I know you would travel the world through tunnels and trees.
