I (34 F) dating a new and incredibly attractive man (34 M), and I'd like advice on whether or not it's love bombing/future faking or if he's stating his goals and needs. Please help! Green flags, or red flags? Mixed? It's long feel free to skim!

- We met online. His profile states he wants a LTR with taking things slow and not committing too early. He also really wants children. He asked some of those harder questions on the first date, and then texted a follow up "I'd like to see you again. I think there's potential."
- On our second date we made out. He didn't expect it, I did, but neither of us wanted sex that night. It was true for both, as he said he wants to try old school, wait until there is a stronger connection. He says he's looking for a future wife.
- I only have one ovary and was upfront about that. He then replied "so if we were to try one day, it would take us longer."
- We talked about sex! I love it. Wants, needs, some experiences. I'm all in on that. He mentioned a few times things like, trust me all guys like that. Next time you have a boyfriend, and not saying it's me, most men like this. He talked about keeping things fresh, as it can be hard with relationships and said "if we were together 10 years" I'd still want new things, then said "I don't know why I keep saying that."
- He wants to take it slow and suggested waiting a week before date number 3. He makes it clear and reassures me that he had a good time, will see me soon.
- We text. He made it clear we can text often, but acknowledge he's not the best at texting and he's working on it. Some days it's a check in. Sometimes a couple days go by. Sometimes we have philosophical messages. I think we both have ADHD (I for sure do) so we'll both do walls of texts equally. I grilled him about taking accountability, last time he apologized. He says I'm easy to talk to, he appreciates my open mind. I also express gratitude.

Hi everyone, im telling this story more so to vent, and not because I don’t know what to do, im done with him.
I dated this man for 6 weeks (thank god not longer) we were together so much, (so I would’ve never guessed) and when we weren’t together he was calling and texting me. While the s3X was amazing he always brought up feelings, commitment, etc to me and we were together days at a time. Even said he wants a son and sees me having a boy someday, etc. just always painting the picture that he wants and sees us in a long term commitment and his actions were showing it (may have been moving a bit fast for my liking which can be a red flag, but you get the point here) I’ve been single for awhile before he came along and I’ve been doing a lot of self work and healing, and everyone around me was congratulating me because he is a successful older man that makes good money and he was treating me great. People that care about me also know i don’t catch feelings easy and don’t give chances to people easy. Guess what?
Long story short: he went on vacation with his girlfriend, (they’re still on vacation, they come back in a day or two) i guess she went through his phone, and she contacted me about 4 days ago. We clarified some info on instagram DMs and I found out they’ve been dating for 1.5 years or so. I actually did know who she was, but I thought it was his ex girlfriend (that’s what he told me) and they weren’t posting each other or interacting on social media for 4+ months or so on top of that, plus he gave me so much consistency, time, and attention- so I didn’t know. However, she travels A LOT for work she said, so that’s how he was able to get away with it. She’s older as well and was really nice. They’re both 10+ years older than me, im 25. She said she’s done with him a few days ago, as she’s never caught him doing this before, then kept telling me he’s telling her he just used me for s3X and we weren’t serious, and when I explained the dynamic to her she realized we were in fact dating. But now she’s posting stuff on her insta story to make it seem like they’re happy, then he’ll post stuff on his social media of the trip, but has nothing to do with her, and I don’t know how she can stomach what he did to her and hang out with him? Maybe she’s playing it off til the trip is over since its a business vacation/trip. But it’s just strange to me. I on the other hand didn’t say anything to him and blocked him. The worst part of it all, is I know he’s going to try and come back to me on some bs! I know what type of man he is, and I dodged a bullet! I’m kinda a little heartbroken because we got close in a short amount of time and I thought I was finally getting a good man I deserve to be with, but im so lucky I found this out early and dodged bullets!!!

Hi everyone, im telling this story more so to vent, and not because I don’t know what to do, im done with him.
I dated this man for 6 weeks (thank god not longer) we were together so much, (so I would’ve never guessed) and when we weren’t together he was calling and texting me. While the s3X was amazing he always brought up feelings, commitment, etc to me and we were together days at a time. Even said he wants a son and sees me having a boy someday, etc. just always painting the picture that he wants and sees us in a long term commitment and his actions were showing it (may have been moving a bit fast for my liking which can be a red flag, but you get the point here) I’ve been single for awhile before he came along and I’ve been doing a lot of self work and healing, and everyone around me was congratulating me because he is a successful older man that makes good money and he was treating me great. People that care about me also know i don’t catch feelings easy and don’t give chances to people easy. Guess what?
Long story short: he went on vacation with his girlfriend, (they’re still on vacation, they come back in a day or two) i guess she went through his phone, and she contacted me about 4 days ago. We clarified some info on instagram DMs and I found out they’ve been dating for 1.5 years or so. I actually did know who she was, but I thought it was his ex girlfriend (that’s what he told me) and they weren’t posting each other or interacting on social media for 4+ months or so on top of that, plus he gave me so much consistency, time, and attention- so I didn’t know. However, she travels A LOT for work she said, so that’s how he was able to get away with it. She’s older as well and was really nice. They’re both 10+ years older than me, im 25. She said she’s done with him a few days ago, as she’s never caught him doing this before, then kept telling me he’s telling her he just used me for s3X and we weren’t serious, and when I explained the dynamic to her she realized we were in fact dating. But now she’s posting stuff on her insta story to make it seem like they’re happy, then he’ll post stuff on his social media of the trip, but has nothing to do with her, and I don’t know how she can stomach what he did to her and hang out with him? Maybe she’s playing it off til the trip is over since its a business vacation/trip. But it’s just strange to me. I on the other hand didn’t say anything to him and blocked him. The worst part of it all, is I know he’s going to try and come back to me on some bs! I know what type of man he is, and I dodged a bullet! I’m kinda a little heartbroken because we got close in a short amount of time and I thought I was finally getting a good man I deserve to be with, but im so lucky I found this out early and dodged bullets!!!

2024.05.14 07:44 SuugarFiend Tattood healed for 4 months had yellow scabs/weird textured and patchiness.
 | As the title suggests I got this tattoo Jan 24th 2024 so this year, it's been about almost 4 months healed now but for some reason it's developed this scabbiness/texture and some of the ink on inuyashas hair is turning a weird yellow AND scabbing. All of the sparkles were white freshly applied but are now a weird brown color tht is slowly flaking off. Inuyashas face also has like some patchiness to him he looks like he has vitiligo a little lol. I attribute that to hyperpigmintation definitely as most of that darker brown seems to be clearing up over time. Used to be worse a few weeks into being freshly healed. Some of the flowers are a weird yellow with scabbiness too. My artist is not sure either why this is happening. I had no issues with healing it either and it's not my first rodeo on that front my left leg is a half sleeve. I have one other colored tattoo but it didn't do this once fully healed. I had no swelling, no infection and minimal redness. I'm a medical professional as well so I would know if anything was amiss in that front. Also I didn't do anything stupid like jump into the pool or ocean while I was healing it. Kept it completely covered when out in the sun when it was healing. Slap spf50 now everyday after it healed. I don't play around with my skin art it's too expensive lol. I followed all of my artists aftercare instructions too. I'm not on any medications. I don't have a history of psoriasis or eczema or any other skin conditions. I don't pick or mess with it. It literally just exists and I moisturize and wash it as normal. I don't know why it decided it wants to be angry 🥲. Before my tattoo my skin was smooth definitely not this texture and my other tattoos are smoothed too so it's definitely just this one. My artist recommended I try vitamin E oil and see how my skin likes it and I plan to follow her advice but please if anyone knows why this is happening I would very much appreciate your advice 🙏🏼. I plan to get more colored tattoos in the future and would like to avoid this outcome if possible!😔. I just want to cover myself in pretty color tattoos! |

Themes
With the darkness subclasses being based on mental states, I took the ideology of the id, ego, and super ego to be the darkness elements. I took the ego to be stasis as you are forcing your will into reality and overriding the will of others. I understood the superego to be strand. Understanding the world around you, the complexity and the conections of it all, the restrictions and necessity of reality. That leaves the id. Desires and instinct. Fantasies and dreams. Compulsions.Another theme that had to be included was that of opposition. Strand is about creation and void is about absence. Solar and stasis, while much more complicated than fire and ice, do oppose each other in more meaningful ways. Arc is all about mobility, energy, adapting, and change. The opposite would be complacency. Sloth. Giving in to your desires.
The last requirements would be to have anti-barrier perks and anti-overload perks. This was the simplest and could be flavored in any which way, with anti barrier having some sort of buff, and anti overload having some sort of debuff.
With this I introduce Soul, a form of darkness that takes the shape of a dark red liquid. Names could all use some work.
Verbs
Seeth (Debuff): Form of cc that has non-boss units attack nearby enemies. Combatants affected cant discern between friend or foe. Enemy guardians afflicted have friendly fire enabled and increased recoil. Reticles will slowly shift towards allies within ? meters.Despair (Debuff): Prevents any health gain during affliction. Targets will leave pools of Soul matter wherever they walk. Enemies on the pools take damage. Strong against overloaded enemies.
Wrath (Buff): Weapons are empowered dealing increased damage based on targets missing health. Capped at 35%. Strong against Barrier champions.
Envy (Buff): Enemy accuracy towards buffed targets is reduced based on distance. Closer enemies are more likely to miss shots. Melee damage received is reduced.
Disclaimer
I was more focused on ideology. I have yet to refine ideas but aspects, melees, and supers allow for a lot of creativity of which i am lacking atm. If you have any suggestions, changes or anything let me know. Change the verbs or the whole damn thingHunter
Mind Tap (Melee): Throw a sickle. Headshots cause targets to Seeth. Bodyshots cause Despair.Merciless (Aspect): While Wrathful heal for a very small portion of the damage dealt to Despairing targets. Despairing enemies killed will afflict nearby enemies with Despair.
Paranoia (Aspect) Dodging while standing on Despair puddles lets the hunter dissolve into Soul matter becoming untargetable, and gain heavy damage resist. Visual que shows heavy waves. While in Paranoia gain Wrathful. Gain 100% increased melee and movement speed. Offensive actions pull you out.
Hemophobia (Super) Explode into a massive puddle of Soul matter. Does increased Despair damage. Light attack throws Mind Tap sickles. Heavy Attack dashes forward dealing light damage. Dodge refreshes on use.
Titan
Menacing Strike(Melee) Summon a massive maw from your hand inflicting Despair in an aoe. Hits grant Wrath.Indomitable (Aspect): Standing in Despair puddles slowly provides health and Envy. Powered melee kills while Wrathful return 90% melee energy.
Insurmountable (Aspect): Soul kills charge up a meter. When fully charged your Melee will deal 3x damage and grant damage resistance for a brief period.
Sorrow (Super): Whip around chains before tossing them at the target enemy. Enemy erupts in massive damage Seething all nearby combatants. After a delay the target erupts again, taking damage based on the damage taken during the super.
Warlock
Antophobia (melee): Shoot forward a cloud Despairing all enemies hit along the way. At max distance the cloud lingers.Paranoia (aspect): Seething lasts longer. Killing Seething enemy kills release a Soul spirit. The spirit flies at the nearest enemy Affecting them with Seething. Shooting the spirit splits it once.
Being surrounded by enemies grants Envy. While Envious gain increased ability regen. Reaching critical health releases a Seething Burst
Harrow (Super): Coat yourself in Soul Matter and emerge in a different form. A centipede with increased movement speed and trample damage. Light attack stops you, before lunging at enemies. Heavy attack is a massive charged leap. If charged all the way gain distance and despair enemies where you land.

You’re reading it right, stats can exceed 999. HP can exceed over 999. So what does that mean? I can make true to form “strong-as-shit” super bosses that satisfy that singular breath of fire itch I’ve had in the back of my skull for years. Without the compromise of making them cheap or impossible. There are soooooo many unintended behaviors I’ve discovered by messing around with the values. Like when an enemy uses Tornado and they have HP over 30K, instead of damaging an enemy it HEALS them for 9999. And regen can be adjusted to heal less than 5% for enemies. And skills like Venom can be adjusted to inflict every major status effect in the game (this is borderline almost too strong right now, so still settling on it). Oh and Weretiger? Yeah, it can actually be controllable. Wtf right? But it graphically starts fucking up. But you can totally control a berserker Weretiger. Nuts. So like, there are hundreds of these types of changes I’ve introduced into the game. And every time I think I’m ready to release something, one more damn thing pops up and I’m like “wait, the game behaves like this? What happens if I do that?” Then I start building mechanics around the new encounter. Still not perfect or anything. Most playtesting has been largely positive from people who have tried my mod out. But balance issues are kind of still there, some players figure out how to completely exploit certain encounters or other encounters are way overturned and I need to adjust them. I have a full time job, so I can’t work on this every day like I want. I promise there’s a playable mod that I’ll release eventually. Chalked full of goodness with vastly modified magic, new moves, and more thoughtful encounters — it’s just taking a hot minute. Huge thanks to the rom hacker Red Herring who’s really managed to make parts of this mod come alive. Anyways, it’ll be ready sooner than later. Ideally before the next 2 weeks. But if I keep finding shit, it might delay more. Time will tell. |

“Did that Human just hit my ship?” Admiral Carney of the Saigor Empire peered out of the viewport. His voice tinged with disbelief. His ship, the Gavaron, a superstar dreadnought 10 kilometres long and brimming with every weapon the galaxy had to offer, was being propelled backwards past the fourth planet of this insignificant solar system by a man dressed in a blue suit and red cape. The crew, initially stunned, began to regain their composure and halt the ship.
“Sir? What should we do?” His second-in-command looked at the screen in disbelief. “That hit destroyed the forward shield generators and the forward main cannon!”
“Ehhh? That has to be a hologram. Scan for whatever weapon they used and send in two frigates to destroy whatever that thing is.”
His order was followed, and he saw two of the frigates that had been held back speed past him, launching rockets at the target, only for the rocket to be blasted by some red laser from this human's eyes, according to the video feed.
“Are you seeing this? What in the fifth unholy hell is this thing from? Is it a droid? “
“Scans say it's biological, and there is no technology detected, and according to our files, it looks human.”
“LOOKS HUMAN?” Admiral Carney turned to the science officer. “Does that look like a normal biological being to you? Those rockets are made of Dirunium. We can launch them through a damn sun if we want to.”
He turned to see this human grabbing a frigate and slinging it towards them. The other hightailed out of there, jumping into light speed in whatever direction they were facing. Smart kids, he thought.
“Brace for impact!”
“Brace for impact, but the shields?” His first officer looked at the helmsman as he shouted out the warning. Admiral Carney sighed and looked at him. “He destroyed them, remember? Move the ship out of the trajectory, turn the ships around and get us out of here. We can't fight that thing.“
“What about the shield? We can't jump without a shield?”
“Have a support ship land on the bow, and have them extend their shields over our damaged area. Then, let's get out of here. “
“Sir! The human is approaching us.” The words made it go cold down his spine. How could that thing, man, move that fast without any tech?
“Is he attacking?” He managed to keep his voice calm but he was getting worried. Was he to die here? In what was supposed to be a simple invasion to teach the recruits how to do the job.
“No, he is just watching us.” The words calmed him down. Maybe they could survive this. It was a defence system; it had to be, so if they just left, it would leave them be.
“Then ignore him, and let's get out of here.”
When he finally had time, he went over the reports. Earth was not supposed to have such a being as its defender. He had never seen or heard anything like this. This might cost him his job, but there was no way in the five unholy hell he could ever win over that. He logged the report and got himself a drink. He looked at his own fist. The green muscular fist would never be able to do something like that. They will cut his horns and blind his third eye for this, but he would survive. He could leave the navy and find a job on a starbase far from the capital planet. Yeah, it might be for the best. He got out the pad, wrote down his resignation, and sent it to the headquarter.
Five years later
Jar Carney had been working as a bartender at the Gustun star base for five years now, a trader base that saw creatures from all over the galaxies. Here, nobody knew or cared who he was, though he had heard the stories about the admiral who quit his position after attacking Earth, and a single human beat them back. It was a very popular story among some of the travellers. The only thing Jar found funny was that they often got the species of the admiral. In fact, mostly, it was somebody else than a Cunar like him; it tended to change. Lately, it was a female admiral of the Surion empire. Carney had to smirk at how the story had changed, and then he turned to the new Surion bartender, Saris, a young woman with a serious face who always kept to herself. She was pretty for a Surion; her soft yellow and black striped fur and the short tale made her cute, and her feminine movement had already made a few brave patrons try their luck. However, she ignored them all. “Hey, I didn’t know you guys had female admirals?”
She froze as he spoke, and Jamir, the local drunk, chuckled. “Only if they are royalty, they are given a fleet and told to show what they can do. But this time, this princess went to Earth, which was such a stupid choice. I thought they had learnt by now.” He then winked five of his 15 eyes at Saris.
Both Carney and Saris turned to him and said in unison, “What?”
Jamir laughed and finished his drink. “I’m the Funasta Admiral they spoke about last year. Unlike the smart invaders, I managed to land on that cursed planet, and while that demon tore through my fleet in space, I had to face something even worse. We set up a teleport point and just started to send in our mech units. They suddenly faced a green giant behemoth of a human. The more they shoot at him, the stronger and more dangerous he became. Then, we launched our troops and drone fighters. The humans responded by sending in more of these demons. First was a man in red who ran faster than we could see. Then a man dressed in old armour and a hammer of all things came, he controlled the weather and everywhere he struck was also hit by lightning from a clear sky. The green behemoth and the hammer guy are just as strong as the demon in the sky. They just can't fly like him. Besides the red blur that will zip around and disarm your troops, the ground support of those two monsters is a few other demons. There is a man with metal claws that could heal any wounds we inflicted on him. He is aided by a woman who tore through our men like they were paper. We had managed to defend the teleporter, so we poured in our drone clones. It didn’t matter.” He took another drink as he got lost in the nightmare that would follow. It took a second before he continued.
“The worst happened when night came. They made the dead rise to fight, Led by some bloodthirsty beast who drained our officers. Then came the humans, who turned into predatory animals and were immune to anything we threw at them. At that point, we finally had enough and ran away. We teleported home since all our ships had been destroyed and destroyed our side of the gate. So, of course, I was expelled.” He smirked, showing maw of short teeth.” But I had recorded too much evidence for them to ignore it, so we sent spies to try and find a weakness in their defense, and then we found out we were not the first to face them like this.“ He held out his glass for refill, which he got.
“We discovered that they have defeated at least eight invasions this way. And” He stopped for dramatic effect. “ We discovered their weapon. Those monsters are not real—well, they are real, but they are the result of human imagination. They have this technology that allows them to pull their —what’s the word? Ahh, now I remember superheroes and monsters from their books and movies, and for as long as people needed them, they would protect them from the enemies of the Earth. You see, they vanish once the invasion is over. Then the humans plunder the battlefield for tech.” He chuckles as he looks at his clawed hand. “Yeah, so here we sit, three admirals fracked up by imaginary monsters because nobody would believe it before seeing it with their own eyes. I mean, would your rulers believe such a fracked-up story.”

Hi everyone, im telling this story more so to vent, and not because I don’t know what to do, im done with him.
I dated this man for 6 weeks (thank god not longer) we were together so much, (so I would’ve never guessed) and when we weren’t together he was calling and texting me. While the s3X was amazing he always brought up feelings, commitment, etc to me and we were together days at a time. Even said he wants a son and sees me having a boy someday, etc. just always painting the picture that he wants and sees us in a long term commitment and his actions were showing it (may have been moving a bit fast for my liking which can be a red flag, but you get the point here) I’ve been single for awhile before he came along and I’ve been doing a lot of self work and healing, and everyone around me was congratulating me because he is a successful older man that makes good money and he was treating me great. People that care about me also know i don’t catch feelings easy and don’t give chances to people easy. Guess what?
Long story short: he went on vacation with his girlfriend, (they’re still on vacation, they come back in a day or two) i guess she went through his phone, and she contacted me about 4 days ago. We clarified some info on instagram DMs and I found out they’ve been dating for 1.5 years or so. I actually did know who she was, but I thought it was his ex girlfriend (that’s what he told me) and they weren’t posting each other or interacting on social media for 4+ months or so on top of that, plus he gave me so much consistency, time, and attention- so I didn’t know. However, she travels A LOT for work she said, so that’s how he was able to get away with it. She’s older as well and was really nice. They’re both 10+ years older than me, im 25. She said she’s done with him a few days ago, as she’s never caught him doing this before, then kept telling me he’s telling her he just used me for s3X and we weren’t serious, and when I explained the dynamic to her she realized we were in fact dating. But now she’s posting stuff on her insta story to make it seem like they’re happy, then he’ll post stuff on his social media of the trip, but has nothing to do with her, and I don’t know how she can stomach what he did to her and hang out with him? Maybe she’s playing it off til the trip is over since its a business vacation/trip. But it’s just strange to me. I on the other hand didn’t say anything to him and blocked him. The worst part of it all, is I know he’s going to try and come back to me on some bs! I know what type of man he is, and I dodged a bullet! Months later, one earring dropped out at the Walmart check-out. I split my earlobe and I didn’t feel it happen. Just noticed the earring on the floor. My parents called a plastic surgeon about it, and they said to hold off doing anything about it until I was older.
I stopped putting earrings in the other lobe, and I use the split one as a conversation starter. I’ve been pretty nervous about doing anything else since. After hearing piercing gun stories over the years and enough Claire’s horror stories I learned from the mistake. I also discovered people can have nickel allergies from earrings, and the symptoms I can recall match the ones I’ve heard.
I wear clip on earrings occasionally, but they do burn after wearing them for a while. I‘m not planning on fixing the split one. I think the un-split one has healed the best it could. I’m not sure if it is completely closed, but I don’t want to take the risk of forcing an earring in it.

But when I got my navel piercing done 5 years ago, it was the most painful thing I had ever experienced in my entire life, and I've had my face mauled by a dog before (with strings of dead flesh hanging from my face). I've been told that that level of pain for a navel piercing is not normal.

Hi all, I am looking for some help adjusting my routine to clear up my skin. For background info: as a preteen and teen I had a lot of issues with hormonal acne as well as some cystic acne. Over time I was able to clear this with the help of a dermatologist. He prescribed me tretinoin gel and recommended I use PanOxyl face wash in my routine twice a day. This helped but when I got on birth control my skin fully cleared and I no longer needed the gel or the specific face wash.
About two years ago I stopped taking birth control altogether. I didn’t notice a ton of immediate differences but over time, I have definitely started to break out more often and have acne issues again. They are mild compared to how it used to be, but definitely more noticeable and frustrating when I’m having a bad breakout day, and I am a skin picker which makes it worse and harder to heal. Most of my pimples/breakouts are along my jawline, chin, and near my mouth. They often don’t form a head but are tender to the touch or turn red.
My current routine is:
-neutrogena ultra gentle daily cleanser
-pixi glow tonic toner
-pixi dreamy mist (only at night)
-a random overnight recovery eye cream (this one’s brand is #OOTD but I always buy different/random ones usually)
-neutrogena hydro boost water gel moitsurizer
I usually do my routine twice a day, but I am lazy and skip the morning sometimes. But I always do it at bare minimum once a day. My skin tends to get oily quickly but I can usually control it with my routine. Is there anything I can do or change to better suit my skin and help clear it up? I am willing to spend money for better products but I am on a budget and can’t spend more than at max $20-$25 on any new or replacement products for my routine.
I also am staring to have breakouts on my chest and shoulders as well, which seem more aggressive and get red/inflamed and hurt a lot. I tried a body mist by Megababe for this but it seemed to make it worse and more irritated :( so recommendations for that would be great as well.

In mid-February, I was fixing my closet door (around 7-7.5 feet tall); after "finishing" fixing it, I walked away. The door ended up falling and grazed my right elbow on the way down. At first, I thought it was a mild injury, since it only left a few scratches on my tricep and my elbow didn't hurt at all in the moment. As a result, I went to the gym three times (my usual schedule) in the coming week and did exercises with mild pain, thinking the pain would eventually subside.
Of course, after that week, when the pain got worse and it became difficult for me to lift even my iPad up, I realized I had lateral epicondylitis. As such, I started doing wrist stretches (half of February), dumbbell/kettlebell swings (most of March), and in mid-April, bought a Flexbar.
I've been using the Flexbar for the past month, and since February, where I could barely do a dumbbell curl, the pain has significantly improved (I can comfortable do curls now with a slight twinge of pain occasioinally). I feel I'm at the tail end of recovery, and am wondering how much longer it will take. I know this is a very case-by-case question, but I have nearly cried while thinking about being unable to go to the gym. I really want to be back in the next few weeks, if possible. With the summer coming up and more time on my hands, I can't fathom not being able to go to the gym at all. Based on the three months that it took for the pain to decrease ~80%, I would estimate another few weeks left, but the pain decreasing doesn't seem to be linear, as ~30% of the pain decreased in the last two weeks, when I started doing the Flexbar exercises with more vigor (e.g. more time for each reverse Tyler twist as opposed to rushing the twists).
I feel like I'm at the tail end of tennis elbow recovery (~80% healed). Any tips / advice to get the last 20%? and heal it permanently? The injury wasn't caused by tennis or weightlifting, but instead a door falling on my elbow. Should I just keep doing what I'm doing? More reps / sets with the Flexbar? Upgrade the Flexbar from red to green (more resistance)? For me, the Flexbar, combined with the stretches shown in this video seem to be working the best. Thank you in advance!
