Hey everyone,
I've recently decided to buy a nice PC instead of a cheap car, and so my budget is right around $3500-$4000 CAD. I've spent a considerable amount of time picking these parts (I'm new to PCs), and I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be making any catastrophically dumb mistakes considering how much money I'm spending; for example, any potential bottlenecking issues or straight-up bad parts. It would also be useful to know for sure that all of this stuff will actually physically fit together and that airflow/cooling won't be a disaster. Ik it's maybe a bit overkill for now, but I just want to not have to worry about upgrading it for the foreseeable future.

Hi guys, I'm building an all-white PC for my girlfriend but I don't trust myself.
Her budget is around $2000-$2300, including monitor and peripherals. She plays games like The Sims 4, L4D2, emulation games, and new games like Helldivers 2. She also needs a PC for image/video editing

I'm thinking of swapping the motherboard for a cheaper one, but I don't know much about Intel motherboard and I don't know much about monitors for image editing.

Hey guys I’ve just recently hopped back on to fallout 4 after a fair few years since my last playthrough, but I’m having a hard time trying to figure out where I should put my skill points. My last playthrough I think I played a sneak/stealth focused build, I didn’t have any dlc when I last played so all that content will be brand new to me, just wondering if any of you have any “essential” perks you always make sure to invest in or what builds you had fun playing as? I’ve never really been a big fan of power armour in all honesty but I do have the fusion core mod that makes them last for a reasonable time so wouldn’t be against it. Most my skill points have been put into lockpicking/hacking and health among a couple other random ones like gun nut.

Wiki says he can be encountered 3 times, where you can talk to him as he stalks you. But I seen from videos that he can actually be encountered and talked to in 4 different places. You can encounter him at Ruined Watchtower #1, After Getting Rusty Key #2, inside Rampart Tower #3, and above Sorcerer Rogier #4. So what is the logical encounter scheme?

1 #2 and #4 are mutually exclusive, where #3 becomes final that makes him stop stealing your Runes when you die. Am I correct in this assumption?

Welp I fell for it. I sent one stupid picture, honestly it isn’t that bad because it is just a straight DP and in a separate picture is my face. I fell for it a few nights ago and blocked but they added me again on a different account and said if I blocked they would leak and sent me screenshots of my instagram following. I folded and paid what I said was all I had because I’m not a fool. I sent them $50 through a razer gold gift card. They went on to say $50 wasn’t enough for them to delete. Obviously they are going to want more but I insisted that I was broke and they made a “deal” $100 every two weeks for 4 months till they get their total. I have zero intentions of playing along to this so I went and said I don’t have a job etc but I would get one if they give me time. So I bought myself a couple of weeks right now. I already deactivated one of my instagrams and my Facebook and put a post up on my private main account warning my friends or family of a potential hack/leak. I’m going to leave that account up for a day so people see it etc but then going to deactivate it. Honestly it isn’t so bad because if you think about it, it’s just one picture in the drop of the internet of millions. Also it doesn’t directly have my face on the DP so I could just deny etc. I’m not worried or anything but just want to share because this just happened maybe an hour ago from posting this.

I have scoured high and low for all manner of suggestions on dynolod's forums, reddit, specific ini settings and load orders of mods and i cant get my grass to show up to save my life.
What information do you guys need to give me a headsup on what i need to fix or look at?
I have xedit'd my mods, fixed wild edits manually, completed all the autoclean edits, double checked my load order an tried all the suggested ini fixes i could find. I just cant get it to show up. I know i have multiple landdscape and grass modds but i also have a good amount of patches involved as well.

Hi everyone!
My wife and I are from Bosnia and Herzegovina and are going to Japan in November for two weeks and want to check if you have any tips for our itinerary. It's our first time in Japan and we wanted to check out Tokyo and Kyoto mainly, but also make a stop in Takayama, Nara, Osaka and find a nice traditional ryokan. We will be making a round trip to Tokyo so we are considering staying at two different areas (ex. Shinjuku and Ueno).
As far as our interests go, we are big foodies and love anime/manga. We also usually tend to skip touristy places (ex. we visited Tuscany, but didn't go to Florence or Pisa), but for Japan it was a little hard to leave any of the touristy spots of the list because they look interesting :(, so we're wondering if any of the places are skippable. Thank you for any feedback! :)
Day 1: - Arriving at Narita airport early around 8-9AM. We will probably be looking to stay at Shinjuku or any western part of Tokyo so our hotel is close by to the attractions. - After leaving our bags at the hotel we would go spend time around Shibuya crossing, mostly checking out shops like Mugiwara, Pokemon center, Torch torch, Jump shop, Tower records, GBL. - We taught about checking out Shibuya sky during sunset, but we're not too interested in it, so would love to hear if it's worth it - At night probably go check out some izakayas and bars in Shinjuku or Shibuya
Day 2:

• Morning for Yoyogi park and Meiji shrine
• Maybe check out mipig cafe in Harajuku. We know there are also other spots like in Osaka or Kyoto, so we'll see when we would like to go
• Shimokitazawa: go to Shiro-Hige's cream puff factory and walk around, maybe walk in some cheap vintage stores
• Nakano broadway and JOJO bar (if anyone has info about the JOJO bar please share, we heard you need reservation and it's not always open and it's our main reason for going to Nakano)

Day 3:

• Kamakura day trip

Day 4:

• Have the hotel send our luggage to Kyoto while we go to other places for a couple of days (I hope that the luggage forwarding service works like this :D)
• Reservation at Kokuya Shibu Onsen ryokan. Probably go by train early and see the snow monkey park until it's time for check-in. Spend the night in the ryokan and tomorrow go to Takayama.

Day 5 and 6:

• Takayama and one daytrip to Shirakawa-go. Is it easier to check out Shirakawa-go when we are arriving from Nagano, or to go straight to Takayama and go by bus the next morning?

Day 7:

• Kyoto arrival. Probably spend time around the Nishiki market area and go see Kiyomizu-dera. Not gonna be a packed day here, just strolling around and seeing what's interesting. Would love to just get a beer and site by the river

Day 8:

• Arashiyama. Get up really early to beat the crowds at the bamboo forest.
• After that take a stroll to Gioji, Adashino Nenbutsuji and Otagi Nenbutsuji temples
• Come back and maybe od Tenryu-ji and go to monkey park
• When going back home maybe stop at Kinkaku-ji, but honestly I don't see the hype around it. Maybe you can share your thoughts

Day 9:

• Wake up early and go to Fushimi Inari
• After go to Philosopher's path and maybe check out some temples that are close by, but mainly just chill and walk around areas we haven't seen
• We also wanted to rent kimonos and maybe hire a photographer to take pictures of us, but we might need another day in Kyoto for that. If anyone has any experience let us know

Day 10:

• Send luggage to Tokyo
• Go to Nara and spend the day there and then go to Osaka to check-in to the hotel
• Go out in Osaka

Day 11:

• Osaka. Nothing in particular planned. Just walk around and see the city. Honestly, when we were planning Osaka didn't seem that interesting so that's why we are spending so little time here.

Day 12:

• Return to Tokyo. Check-in to hotel in Ueno.
• Maybe go to Ikebukuro for some shopping.
• For this night and the next two night we didn't plan a night out, but probably just go to where we feel like, maybe Roppongi, Ebisu, Shinjuku or Ginza

Day 13:

• Tsukiji outer market
• Ginza - walk around and check out some shops like uniqlo and muji
• Akihabara

Day 14:

• Asakusa - mainly around the Kaminarimon. Maybe go to the samurai ninja museum
• Kappabashi - knife and kitchenware shopping :D
• Jimbocho - book shopping :D

Day 15:

• Free day. Can be reserved for Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Takayama or a daytrip. Any suggestions?

I believe im under serious spiritual attack I've been betrayed framed blamed falsely accused stolen from attacked hacked and anything u can think of ..but first ill explain a bit about me ..I'm 38 male and I live in Canada ..so looking back I can see that there was many times i was unjustly betrayed and always seemed to happen when I was vulnerable .for some reason I could only fall asleep late and suffered from sleep paralysis since I was little.. looking back this caused alot of problems with everything leading me to not do well in school but always felt like I don't understand I'm a good person I'm socially intelligent and can fix just about anything I always put myself last and remember spending alot of time being more excited about helping ppl get what they want and just overall assisting everyone but myself ..I don't know if this is relevant but moving on I would sometimes pray as a child and this I'll never forget while praying one night a crude immoral thought was almost pushed into my head ..it wasn't anything I was capable of thinking or understanding.it was vile to say the least and directed at someone who was the closest living being to an angel that a human could be ..now later in life I see it for what it was ..anywho fast forward things were normal or what I thought would be normal but as I got older the pressures of maturing and me not having the life skills/opportunitys I would lose jobs i would get fired for bullshit reasons or but mainly cause of my own choices but I came to a point where I found myself isolated and at that time no matter what I did there would be something or someone and I even said to myself ..I swear it's like there's an unseen force manipulating everything shutting every door on me it became more than coincidence and that went on for a year and it caused me to become sad about my situation and one day I was supposed to go to work but the guy never showed up when he volunteered to pick me up ..I needed to work cause I had nothing i had enough I started crying and openly ask God to help me from the deepest part of my heart ..this is where my whole understanding of the world changed ..I felt like I was becoming claustrophobic..and then I heard bells from the churnh down the street but it was so loud it was like the bells were in my room with me ..I felt I had to get up so I went down to the half set of stairs and did a circle in the living room ..and went back up to the room at the top of the stairs I stopped cause I felt something that I could only describe as being near radiation or something ..if uve ever taken a hot to the head that bright purple u see with brightwhitelight almost vibrating me with pins and needles behind me I didn't turn around its like I wasn't suppised to but in a knowing I felt a hand reach out and touch my sholder and i tecieved a msg and i knew who it was ..the msg was clear I may have even spoken it tto myself it said yours is a hard life but you will be ok or something to thst extent. i feel like another msg was inside that msg or that I had to pay special attention to the me part like as in it's I'm set apart or singled out that no one will help me it's my hard life and mine alone but ending the msg with I'll be ok I knew that this being is the final word and he knows exactly what will happen with me and confirmed I'll be ok through anything ...the fuzzy purple warm radiation seemed to back up and out back towards the stars the way he entered ..I was crying I've never cried like that before and I was a bit hysterical to be honest everything came back to normal. this experience changed my life I wrote it down in detail it was 4 pages that eventually went missing like every other document I had .. I pondered the whole day and he was guiding my thoughts through the night I came to a realization that I've had a have demonic interest in me since I was born ..and more importantly that almost everyone has entity's attached to them and also that most people can be forgiven and that I can be forgiven because it's not just us that are guiding our thoughts processes ..I forgave everyone I was shown /reminded of trespasses against me and that I could forgive all the things that stuck with me ..I later learned the things that stuck with me was like a base of operations if u will and instantly gone within a 24 hour period..now I had eyes to see ..but wasn't prepared for wat I saw in the next 48 hours I began hearing voices and they began flashing images of who they were when id close my eyes I'll describe them the best I can ..they were like children but had features of someone who aged like well into adult hood but body's of 10 year olds ..bizarre little evil things but had a way of engaging my attention and always casting doubt at the time all this started many strange things in the physical started happening as well ..ppl were attracted to me they were everywhere like the first day I went outside about 3 days after the initial experience I was just sitting parked in the back this dark skinned male just appears around the fence walks right up to the window and starts talking about what am I doing and he's just been walking all this guy looked frantic and eyes so wide just looking around totally paranoid and more than concerning he pulled out a bag of cocaine and offered me the bag I said no and told him to take care of himself ..and he left and I shortly after.. I stopped for gas on my way to 7 11 and at the gas station I'm just getting myself together to go in and pay and I hear a cpl screaming at the top of there lungs grabbing and slapping each other clawing and decided to walk up 3 ft away and continue this domestic dispute ..I get out of there as fast as I could I make it to 711 and there's a girl standing outside she's really dirty and has no shoes on I walk by her and she follows me in she's skinny with knobby knees like the ones that speak to me ..I look at her she looks at me that same look as the guy that aporoached me 20 minutes earlier frantic and disturbed..I felt bad for both these ppl as they looked like there in the middle of some sort of episode.. ...I knew my life would never be the same .. these things knew I could see them and they hated me for it .. the feed on negative emotion it's a theory of mine that they can show them selves to anyone but if they expose them selves they risk losing their food sources .ppl really would come to God and not sin if they knew the power these things have in this world ..they run this world they really do ..but anyways there's so much more and I believe my story can help someone ..this was 5 years ago I've had ppl break into my house attack me steal everything loved ones betray and hate me with lies totally out of character stuff my brother died because of this I shared everything with him and he actually took up drinking and became the most disrespectful person I've ever seen all within a few months of me sharing everything with him. he's the only one that believed me ..the enemy himself visited me one night of debate out of the 2500 I've experienced since..spoke to me in tongues that I understood I recall what he looks like...he spoke so fast and to be described in a few words ..frantic like he something just happened he couldn't believe and was so enraged fueled by a sense of loss ..surprised rage loss realization ..like if a gambler had his life savings on red and black but it lands on green ..if that makes sense ...so much and under 24 hr prosecution mentally and physically ..

I'm most of the way through book 11 (Knife of Dreams) in my first read/listening of the series. Book 11 might be my favorite so far, except for maybe 4, the Shadow Rising.
Book 11 has had some of the best scenes in the series so far, and it's also really feeling like Tarmon Gai'don is getting closer. (I'm ready to get over Elayne's arc with the succession. 🙃)
And so, I thought I would make a list of some of my favorites of the series so far.
Past Books
-Ingtar's confession and sheathing the sword
-Mat in the red door Ter'angreal (both times)
-Mat's arc of discovering his luck in Book 3, and also him beating up Gawyn and Galad
-Rand in the rings of Rhuidean: The steps forward taking Rand back in time to find the origins of the people of the Dragon was really well done and fascinating
-Rand reveals the secret of the Aiel at Alcair Dal: This felt like a dramatic courtroom case, where Couladin denies the secrets of Rhuidean and the clan chiefs side with Rand
-Perrin's return to the Two Rivers
-Min and Siuan's escape from the Tower
-Mat failing to get Rand's attention until he calls "Lews Therin"
-Perrin talking to the wolves preceeding dumai's wells: "They have shadow slayer." "We come."
-Elayne, Nynaeve, and later Egwene in Salidar: It's cool to start to see the respective strengths of these 3 blossom as Nynaeve heal's gentling, Elayne makes Ter'angreal, and Egwene discovering traveling and more
-Morgaize relinquishing the throne to Elayne as the Seanchan take Amador
-Egwene maneuvering several Ais Sedai to swear fealty on the march to Tar'Valon
-Nynaeve reuniting with Lan AND overcoming her block: I'd been waiting for both of those things to happen for books and they happened at the same time
-Seeing the awe and fear from several points of view as chanellers around the world feel Rand and Nynaeve cleansing saidin
Book 11
-Galad challenging tricking Carridin into a trial by sword: Is Galad a prick? Definitely. But this scene was cool anyway. The white cloaks ride for Tarmen Gai'don
-Nynaeve tricking Lan and leaving him in Saldea: "[Lan Mandragoran] rides from World’s End toward Tarwin’s Gap, toward Tarmon Gai’don. Will he ride alone?" Made all the better by the backdrop of New Spring
-Perrin negotiates with the seanchan: Boy was I wrong when I thought Faile's capture would be a one book affair. But intimidating the banner general with his yellow eyes, Two Rivers archers, and the royalty and Asha'man who follow him was pretty sick.
-🌟 Egwene's imprisonment in the tower: This was easily my favorite POV in the whole series so far. The dignity of Egwene as she refuses to deny who she is and the inevitable earning of respect from the novices, accepted, and many sisters was just so cool. For those who are Sanderson fans it reminded me of Bridge 4.
Last but not least:
-"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.": This quote ages like fine wine, and it's my favorite part of starting new book.

I recently bought a new electric scooter(MaxWheel) and I'm really enjoying it. It has all the basic features like three speed modes, lights, and blinkers. However, one thing it's missing is a smartphone app for remote control. This means I can't turn it on or off, or lock it, using my phone. As a result, I'm hesitant to leave it outside since anyone could just take it.
I've been thinking about taking on a side project to upgrade my scooter into a smart scooter. My goal is to be able to control it with a mobile app – to turn it on/off, lock it, and possibly track it if it's moved.
I was wondering if anyone has done something similar or has any advice on how to get started. Specifically, I'm looking for:
