Over the course of the past few months I have been working on compiling a list of my 500 favorite songs. It was sort of challenge that I gave myself and I'm super pumped with how it turned out. There were a few rules (only 5 songs per artist being the big rule, among a few others), and here's the list I came up with. Thought it was fun, so wanted to share here and see if it might spark any discussion about song placement, lack of songs/artists, or see if anyone had any similar lists. All thoughts are welcome! This is a bit of just my own frustrations, but most times when I’m put on hot bar I get switched off to cold bar or something else because of my speed. I’ve been with the company for 3 years and am one of the best at drink crafting. I am also kind of a perfectionist which is why every drink I put out has to be perfect or else it bothers me very much. I often find mistakes in drinks that my other coworkers make like layers of syrup sitting at the bottom of drinks or incorrect milk measuring and overall just bad looking - and probably tasting - drinks. Whenever I’m on bar I am constantly nervous about getting switched off randomly because it usually throws me off and kinda puts me in a sour mood. I know about aces in their places but man come on, don’t y’all want customers to enjoy their drinks and come back for more? This was more of a rant than anything but it’s frustrating how Starbucks is supposed to be all about crafting and all that other junk yet when I add those extra seconds of swirling the sauces or grooming the milk I get taken out. Hi guys, i may wrote to all of you, just to have a little bit of help and motivation, and encourage someone others to do it toghether. I'm 24, i developed an a addiction to meds from when i was 18, starting with cough syrup ( like diidrocodeine, codeine ) xanax, all type of benzo heavy smoker ( joints ), did cocaine, extasy, mdma, truffles, but yo i find a pure love on meds. Those xans, and and lean wasn't no more so i started with percs and then oxy and i found the holy grail of pure bliss.. it may ended up bad because i pure fentanyl medication ( not fake fent, all that pharma grade, im not in USA ) but i used only to get knocked out, anyway i was a heavy addicted on oxycontin.. that cold bless that gave was more than other things i could ever feel, but it doesnt stay longer i developed a very bad drugs abit i never IV or nothing, but i had friend that did. In the past i could do like 300 or more mg of oxy and not even catch a full nod, using benzo at same time, luckily i never od i may think its because i was a very huge addict with high tolerancs and all that shit was pharma grade, after few years like 2 years ago i was like that, i finded a gf then i decided to move to rehab, but i constantly feel like i wasnt on nothing ( my mind always searched for that boost of dopamine that oxy gaved me ) but at some time it gets better so i stay on methadone for a bit like 50/70 mg but that cause me going little bit insane like i was in an infinite cycle like a dog that bite his tail.. so relapse because wd was horrible, also my gf never was with me when i was going into wd she was like we need to hang out and do things when i was sick asf, so okay im gonna to rehab clinic again, again methadone because i couldnt even work too.. se was pregnant so i decided to mantain me focus on good things and try to change, i was stable ( maybe not too much ) because at some points i was like a robot, i didnt feel this live no more, i didnt have no more feels, i was undetached from the world.. she is bipolar ( and she doesnt take nothing so imagine.. ) she only stole my xans or sipping on those syrup sometimes.. anyway i try to make story more close and short as possible, like 1 months ago she leaves me alone, its started up like she had 3/4 days where she was only outside with the baby till the night and me alone in house, crying like a baby didnt know whats going happen and i was like it hurts, i know im not perfect, but i was evrytime here for you, i did all for you, for our family, i was like i go versus all my family for making that baby ( no one wanted at starts because we were too young.. she's now 19 y.o, while the baby less than a 1 y.o ) but i gotta take my balls and do what was right, i everytime make her my 1st tought and making her a start, but loosing me.. she was a very toxic person ( talking not for drugs, but emotionally ) anyway after those 3/4 days she came at night with a girl that wasnt in her life from years, making me sleep on coutch, okay no problem. The day after evrythings disapperead, photo, status and all of that things, i dont care about social but strange.. i need to take out the world of her she wouldnt even say me nothing if i didnt talk to her.. anyway she left me because she told me to retake myself.. damn my entire world was like falling like 11 september... today i dont stay in that house by like 20 days or so, i see my baby often.. but im broken a part, sometimes i felt suicidal, sometimes i feel i can do all, but the more ones i think im a failure, im not proud to be here, i wish i could fix my mental state.. i know its all in my head, but its hard asf to go on. I quitted cold turkey from 8mg of subotex daily when i was lying in bed everyday thinking of her, thinking of my family i created. I never go outiside enjoy life, im lonely like no one. I dont have friends, i was having only her she was my all.. and in that time that she was saying to me she needs time, she was out spending my money like a fool ( i left her my credict card for all things, for baby and her too ) and not for the baby, to buy smokes, dinners, eat outside and i find her in the house with man too, and girls. Maybe they're friends or not i dont know, i literally dont know nothing no more, im literally lost, broken, but ey im clean now... wow i dont feel like is a win to me. It may because i have delusion of sobriety idk.. i changed for her, but now i know its more for me. I spend all day alone smoking cigarets taking xans when needed but i dont wanna take it ( even if is 1mg ). I dont snoke no more joint for now, but i want to smoke some. I would love to die with an o.d, making her know what she lost. Im literally clean and lost, i feel like those pieces of me will never be attached no more. Also i dont wanna her to comeback because she literally left me alone, and broken me in pieces. I just want someone to talk with, lucky me i have my granmother, mum.. but i miss my life i feel like standing in the beach waiting me to die in the sea. Sorry guys im broken

Running a fever, low grade. Mainly went because Singular was not agreeing with me mentally. I have never ever in life had anxiety or depression and I have now stopped bawling my eyes out in 3 days. ALso Have not stopped coughing, Havent slept and sinuses are a mess. They prescribed me Clindamycin and Cough syrup with codeine. I just want to feel better we are now on month 6 with no light at the end of the tunnel.

Over the last ~3 years our area has been having an issue with a known pill mill provider, we will call Mr. Frank. Mr. Frank is a Nurse Practitioner (with a degree from the online for-profit university) who has a felony conviction for 3rd degree assault that was plead down from child abuse charge in which he nearly killed his four month old daughter. Here's a lovely excerpt the judge wrote in his subsequent divorce proceedings:
See the [REDACTED] Complaint, which provides that the treating physician’s medical assessment concluded that the reported fall did not account for severity of the child’s injury, which resulted in a subdural hematoma and cerebral edema which required the child to undergo a craniotomy.
Since his conviction, no reasonable employer will hire him- as a result he was forced to start his own practice where he began charging $400 cash for oxycodone prescriptions, for which I still have a picture of from his website before he changed it. Mr. Frank began to try and bully us in Feb 2022 after my manager and I refused to fill a prescription of oxycodone 15mg for one of his "patients". He called back and asked to speak to another manager, and then faxed us some bogus liability workup that he clearly has sent to other pharmacies before us. I began to do research and learned all of the above, as well as his surescripts eprescribing had sent prescriptions for promethazine syrup (no codeine) and sildeanfil (viagra) for fictitious patients. About this same time, surescripts sent out an email stating they inactivated his SPI to investigate suspicious or fraudulent activity. (He would later state that he requested this himself as his account was hacked). I partially believe this, but it was probably done by his employee or a patient as I'm pretty sure all Electronically prescribed controlled substances (ECPS) software suites require 2 factor authentication. I talked to other pharmacists in the area and concluded that we all felt the same way that this operation was suspicious at the least, and most likely illegal. We found other reasons based on old opiate prescribing guidelines from 2018 to refuse to dispense (based on him giving everyone more than 50mMeq daily). Those guidelines were revamped shortly after I was sued in 2022 and that particular part is no longer relevant. Another nearby pharmacist also stated Mr. Frank was having a personal bodyguard pick up prescriptions for his 'patients'. I also discovered that a person who had a prior conviction for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or deceit and attempted to pass a fake prescription for a different provider two years earlier at our pharmacy was getting oxycodone from him- (fun fact, he was confronted about this 'patient' and still is seeing them).

In March 2022 he sent another prescription for oxycodone for a different patient that we refused to dispense for the same reasons as before. On about March 9 or 10, he called to bully us into filling it, and I confronted him that I didn't feel comfortable dispensing oxycodone for a cash only clinic. He started saying I was making false accusations about his practice. Getting upset about being repeatedly called a liar, I told him we knew that he was a pill mill, and that he is a felon, and asked if he informed the board of that as is required. He responded with "yes I've been through this with them; I've reported dozens of pharmacists like you to the board of pharmacy-" "...well I reported you to the DEA, the Board of Nursing, and the local police department, hopefully it goes better for you than it did for this other pill mill provider or your child abuse charges". He responded with "Don't you ever fucking talk about me or my kid[s] again". I said "Did you just threaten me? I think we're done here" and hung up. I immediately notified my pharmacy manager (who was on the same page as I was) and my pharmacy supervisor. I was as transparent as possible with the whole series of events. He filed corporate complaints against me with [FORMER EMPLOYER] and with the board of pharmacy. When he requested a call back from the supervisor, Chris (pharmacist supervisor) stated he was threatening to sue us for defamation, but to not worry about it and just let my manager handle him in the future. By this point my manager and I had to speak with a BOP investigator, who said they were more than familiar with Mr. Frank and other pharmacists were dealing with similar issues. I had communicated with an assistant general counsel for [FORMER EMPLOYER] about my statement for the board of pharmacy, and the events as I recalled them (late March/ early April). at 6pm on Thursday, April 14th, 2022 my wife was served a summons and complaint at our home that I was being sued by Mr. Frank for defamation and tortious interference. I notified my supervisor immediately, and faxed the summons and complaint to the company's assistant general counsel as I was subsequently instructed. I told them I had intended to use the company counsel to tender my defense and that they would reach out to me. In a text message exchange with my brother, who is a patent attorney, he suggested I not use the company's counsel because they would throw me under the bus if it was convenient for them. I did not listen. On Tuesday, after my shift had ended I was walked back to the store director's office, sat in front of an HR supervisor I've never met, the director, Chris. They asked what I said to Mr. Frank was accurate from the complaint i submitted to the board of nursing. I said it was, then I was told "we have to part ways, at least for now..." and terminated. TWO BUSINESS DAYS after I was served.
The summons and complaint were full of incredible inaccuracies, grammatical errors, spelling errors, and lies. Plaintiff stated he was not a felon, and that I was defaming him by telling other pharmacists that he was. IT IS CLEARLY EVIDENT FROM THE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DATABASES HE PLEAD GUILTY TO A FELONY CHARGE. I found a private attorney who specializes in litigation who is well qualified and trust to the tune of $350/hr, which is actually a good rate for his level of experience and below average rate in this market. I applied for unemployment and went on a job hunting spree. I ended up 6 weeks later signing with [Big Chain Pharmacy] for a large signing bonus to fill my 'Warchest' after not being able to find any offers outside of retail pharmacy. My unemployment was contested by [FORMER EMPLOYER], and later declined by a judge when I appealed it. The store director argued he was the only one with the power to terminate me and he was uninformed of my conversation with Mr. Frank. Had I been better prepared, I believe I would have won as I believe his claim to be a flagrant lie: any time someone makes a corporate complaint it goes straight to the store director's email inbox.
Back at my new job, I spoke with other pharmacists in the company and relayed my experience and many were familiar with Mr. Frank. Apparently he went into a store to harass pharmacy staff for refusing to fill his prescriptions. After coordinating with a few others, we submitted a request to have a narcotic prescriber block against him within the company. After 2 weeks, we were notified that he would no longer be able to have controlled substance prescriptions dispensed by our company. A 60 day grace period would be given and mail would be sent to him and his 'patients' so they could make other arrangements. In the fall, I was interviewed over zoom with the state AG office with respect to my complaint, and after being in contact with a few local DEA Drug Diversion Task Force agents. The DEA agents stated their supervisor has a mantra of not taking action against providers/professionals until after their respective board hands down disciplinary action. A little later, I was notified the Board of Pharmacy complaint filed against me was dismissed.
I went through discovery and was deposed and after a little over a year, they withdrew their case with prejudice. The reason: plaintiff says I was defaming him by saying he was going over 50mMeq daily for all his patients. We said we would need patient information to confirm or deny that, and would need a protective order, to which his attorney agreed. Plaintiff refused to provide that information, citing HIPAA. We went to the judge and got an order to compel, which the judge agreed with. The deadline passed, and they did not provide the information (likely knowing it would immediately get handed over to the state AG's office). We went back to the judge who stated if they did not comply the court would look upon motions for sanctions and attorney's fees favorably. They continued to not comply, to which his attorney only said "i know, I'm sorry". They withdrew the case with prejudice before we were able to depose him. However, we were able to subpoena the county records in which he pleaded guilty to a felony and the board of pharmacy complaints he filed against other pharmacists and pharmacies (there were 15 in all by this time, some of which predated my involvement).
After this, I had to deal with getting my now $75,000 in legal fees back from [FORMER EMPLOYER]. Their attorneys were giddy that [FORMER EMPLOYER] was going to send their general counsel on a plane to be present for mediation. Because of this, my brother spent $2500 on a round trip flight to be present at mediation, because "this is what I'm good at". The Sunday before mediation we learned that general counsel wouldn't be there. In fact, nobody would other than their lawyers, and they had one of their attorneys who then had him available by phone. For some backstory, their VP of legal affairs and general counsel was THE FORMER CEO'S SON, who was given that position that usually requires a decade plus of experience at the age of like 32... My brother was pissed, he couldn't comp his ticket because he was co-counsel strictly to be in the fold and have privileged conversations. On top of that, they only offered 10k initially, and wouldn't agree to more than 15k after 5 hours. My brother said "this is insane, and I can't even go talk or yell at the guy because he isn't here". After 5 months of dealing with them and the mediator essentially telling them they were assured to lose, they agreed to settle for what was about 73% of my legal costs (about 25 days before our scheduled trial block would begin). There is no gag or confidentiality agreement in place, only mutual releases. Since then, nothing has happened to Frank with respect to the state AG's office, or the justice department. However, I did hear recently from a friend that [OTHER BIG CHAIN PHARMACY] is now refusing to dispense controlled substances for him. My former employer (sans my old store) continues to fill oxycodone for him, and I have been told the supervisor essentially tells pharmacists not to start trouble with him.
January 2024 update, Since then Frank's felony conviction has been reduced to a misdemeanor after completing a probationary period as a part of his initial plea deal. I recently learned that [FORMER EMPLOYER] now refuses to fill his oxycodone scripts after I settled with them.
I just wanted to let everyone know, never trust your employer. Public or Private, big or small, they won't hesitate to throw you under the bus if you become an inconvenience. Even if you have a decade of dedicated work, through the pandemic, on site covid testing, vaccine clinics that start at 3am, covering a last minute illness, personally delivering medications to notoriously unsafe neighborhoods in the dead of night, even being one of the few pharmacist trained to do nasopharyngeal swabs, and do so outside in -20F weather. They will discard you. And if you stand up for yourself, go public, or become a whistleblower, you'll become unhirable. This is why nobody does the right thing anymore.

Tolerance

• your genetics
• how long you’ve been taking the drug
• how much of the drug you’ve been taking

Dependence

As your body becomes more tolerant of codeine, your cells begin relying on the drug to prevent withdrawal symptoms.
This is dependence. It’s what leads to intense withdrawal side effects if codeine use is stopped suddenly. One sign of dependence is feeling that you must take codeine to prevent withdrawal symptoms.
Dependence can occur if you take codeine for more than a few weeks or if you take more than the prescribed dosage.
It’s also possible to develop codeine dependence even if you take the drug exactly as your doctor prescribes.
Dependence is often a part of addiction, but they’re not the same.

Dependence vs. addiction

Dependence and addiction both cause withdrawal when the drug is stopped, but they’re not the same thing.
Dependence stems from long-term exposure to a drug, and people dependent on a drug will experience mild or severe withdrawal symptoms when they abruptly stop taking the drug.
Physical dependence on a prescribed opiate is a typical response to treatment and can be managed with help from your doctor.
Addiction, on the other hand, may follow dependence. It involves craving and compulsively seeking the drug. Addiction can change your brain circuitry, leading you to use a drug despite negative consequences and eventually to lose control over your usage. It often requires more support to get through.

Symptoms of withdrawal

Withdrawal symptoms may come in two phases. The early phase occurs within a few hours of your last dose. Other symptoms may occur later as your body readjusts to working without codeine.
Early symptoms of withdrawal may include:

• feeling irritable or anxious
• trouble sleeping
• teary eyes
• runny nose
• sweating
• yawning
• muscle aches
• faster heart rate

Later symptoms may include:

• loss of appetite
• nausea and vomiting
• stomach cramps
• diarrhea
• enlarged pupils
• chills or goosebumps

Many withdrawal symptoms are a reversal of codeine side effects.
For instance, codeine use can cause constipation. But if you’re going through withdrawal, you may develop diarrhea. Likewise, codeine often causes sleepiness, and withdrawal may lead to trouble sleeping.

How long withdrawal lasts

Symptoms may last for a week, or they may persist for months after stopping codeine use.
Physical withdrawal symptoms are strongest in the first few days after you stop codeine use. Most symptoms are gone within 2 weeksTrusted Source.
However, behavioral symptoms and cravings for the drug can last months. In rare cases, they can even last years. Everyone’s experience with codeine withdrawal is different.

Treating withdrawal

With a doctor’s guidance, you can typically avoid severe withdrawal side effects. Your doctor will likely advise you to taper off your codeine use slowly rather than suddenly stopping the drug.

For mild pain and other symptoms

Your doctor may suggest non-narcotic medications to ease more mild withdrawal symptoms. These medications may include:

• pain medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) to help reduce mild pain
• loperamide (Imodium) to help stop diarrhea
• hydroxyzine (Vistaril, Atarax) to help ease nausea and mild anxiety

For moderate withdrawal symptoms

Your doctor may prescribe stronger medications. Clonidine (Catapres, Kapvay) is often used to reduceTrusted Source anxiety and treat high blood pressure. It can also help ease:

I’m 32M, recently went to Mexico for vacations and on the last day I think I got something, I have had fever, body aches, the usual, but the worst is the coughing when I go to sleep. It is so bad that I basically cough for 6-8 hrs straight
I have tried all this without success: - cough candies - cough syrups (Benylin) - 15ml - taking tea with ginger and honey regularly - lots of water - sleeping with an incline angle - Calmylin syrup (codene) - 10ml - Clearing sinus w/ saline water
I also went to the hospital - they did a chest xray and said that everything was ok - that it just takes time and rest
The problem is that I cannot get rest because I cannot sleep 💀

Doctors thought it was musculoskeletal and sent her for physio, but that didn’t help.
Her bloating was put down to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) – but changes in diet didn’t ease her symptoms either.
When the agony worsened in her 30s, the mother-of-two found herself bedbound and unable to look after her children. She was prescribed a range of painkillers, including opioids.
It would take two decades – when she was 37 – for her to be correctly diagnosed with endometriosis, which affects one in 10 women in the UK (1.5 million women).
By then, the disease had spread to multiple organs. “Looking back, I had endometriosis most of my life,” she told i. “Because it was misdiagnosed, it had a chance to grow and it had spread quite badly. It had spread to my gallbladder, my ovaries and my intestines, causing more intense pain.”
After suffering problems taking opioids, Ms Bardsley says she has got her life back after using medicinal cannabis.
She is one of thousands of endometriosis sufferers who have secretly used the class B drug, either illicitly or legally, to manage their pain. A survey by Edinburgh University of 2,500 women with the disease found a third had used cannabinoids – compounds found in the cannabis plant – with around half saying it gave them relief from symptoms.
Research suggests cannabis suppresses pain receptors and has a protective effect on the gut, the health of which has been linked to the progression of endometriosis.
Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. This leads to inflammation and scar tissue forming. As well as causing severe pain in the pelvis and extreme pain during periods and sex, it can make it harder to get pregnant.
Ms Bardsley, from East Sussex, had a laparoscopy – an operation in which a camera is inserted into the pelvis via a small cut near the navel – which is the only definitive way to diagnose the disease.
Sadly, she is not alone in how long it took to get answers: On average it takes nearly nine years from onset of symptoms to get a diagnosis, according to Endometriosis UK.
There is currently no cure. Treatment includes hormone medicine and surgery to remove the endometriosis tissue.
Ms Bardsley, who runs a coffee shop in Nutley, East Sussex, says the delay in diagnosis has robbed her of living her life to the fullest.
“I’ve spent so much time lying in my bed with my TENS machine on. I had to save all my energy for work to earn money, so I had to compromise on my social life. I’d go on holiday and I just be in bed,” she said.
The removal of the endometriosis during the laparoscopy had limited effects for Ms Bardsley, and she was prescribed the strong painkiller codeine. “I was taking eight a day, for around nine months,” she explained. “No-one said to stop taking it. And then a consultant I saw did say you shouldn’t be on it that long.”
Codeine is not usually recommended for the treatment of chronic pain. It can cause life-threatening breathing problems, constipation, headache or dizziness, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting.
The drug can cause addiction and tolerance can develop, when it becomes less effective and the body needs higher doses to feel the same relief.
When the medication is stopped, severe withdrawal symptoms can include head and muscle aches, mood swings, insomnia, nausea and diarrhoea.
“I felt extremely nauseous and had headaches and trying to come off the codeine was horrible,” said Ms Bardsley. “I hadn’t realised the damage it can do to your body.”
Ms Bardsley knew of two friends with endometriosis who had found relief from their pain using medicinal cannabis, and so she obtained a private prescription, through one of the UK’s major medical cannabis providers, Curaleaf Clinic.
She says she “didn’t bother” asking her GP for a prescription, given how difficult it is to get one, despite it being legalised for certain conditions in 2018.
Within a month of using it, Ms Bardsley felt a difference, but it took a few months for her to feel the full benefit.
“Before the pain was definitely 10 out of 10, and every day,” she said. “By the end of month three, I was like, wow, I felt like a different person.
“I was taking the oils and vaping at the start, but then the pain was so under control with oils that I stopped vaping.”
“I don’t have daily pain now. I have probably two or three days a month where I’m bad, and the pain will be six out of 10. But I can cope with that.
“I’ve been able to focus on my businesses and my family life is so much better.”
The cost of her prescription is around £50 a month. “I don’t think that’s too bad. It’s worth it to me.
“As a side note, I’ve got really bad ADHD. And I have noticed that the cannabis really helps with that as well. My ability to focus, my drive and motivation, and clarity has improved so much.”

How cannabis is thought to help endometriosis

Currently, over 60 countries have legalised some form of medicinal cannabis. In the UK, prescribing the drug for certain conditions by a specialist doctor to treat health conditions was technically made legal in 2018.
Medical conditions that can qualify for cannabis include severe epilepsy, those with certain multiple sclerosis symptoms and adults with vomiting or nausea caused by chemotherapy.
But fewer than five NHS patients have been given the medicine. The government says safety needs to be proven by research before a wider rollout.
Private practices, however, have a far wider scope for prescriptions, including for chronic pain, certain psychiatric disorders and various neurological conditions.
Research suggests the microbiota – collection of bacteria in the gut – may contribute to the progression of endometriosis and lesion growth.
A study published last November in the Journal of Clinical Medicine found that cannabis shows promise in pain management in endometriosis.
Researchers analysed 140 scientific papers and concluded that cannabis-derived endocannabinoids have a protective effect on the gut, reducing gut inflammation and enhancing permeability. This alleviates bloating, a common symptom of endometriosis.
Additionally, cannabinoids inherently suppress pain receptors and act as a natural painkiller.
However, the authors said clinical studies are needed to determine the effectiveness.
Now, NHS Scotland is funding a clinical trial to research the effects of CBD on pelvic pain related to endometriosis.
Carried out by University of Edinburgh scientists, it is hoped it will pave the way for wider access to cannabis-based medicines on the NHS.

When I was a child I used to get coughing fits where I couldn't stop myself from coughing. No doctor took my mom seriously until my lips turned blue. At some point that stopped but the same dry barking cough follows me around when I get sick and lingers after the other symptoms have cleared. No one takes me seriously when this cough happens. Mostly the treatment was Robitussin which has never done anything for me. My cough came back a couple of months ago without being sick until I did get sick (subbing at an elementary school) and now it's almost at the level of when I was a child.
I tried everything the doctors have given even cough syrup with codeine and it's not helping. I do have albuterol that was given to me by my PCP but it's not helping my cough. I finally got a chest x-ray today and it came back fine. I was able to get the urgent care doctor to prescribe me my first corticosteroid to see if that helps. I know it's not fast-acting but in my experience with this cough, it usually lingers after I get sick.
Luckily I am seeing an ENT I scheduled before this for allergies that specializes in asthma too. I am just so sick and tired of not getting any relief not just now but for my whole life. Every time I go see a doctor about my cough they don't take me seriously. I don't know what to do. I think I'm going to have a panic attack now over this. I just need some advice and that would be great if you could tell me if what I am going through sounds relatable.

Federal officials launched an investigation into Dr L.P medical practice after receiving complaints from law enforcement that the business was a “pill mill” and that a patient had died of a drug overdose.
“In the two-year period analyzed, Dr. Parker prescribed approximately 1.2 million dosage units of opioid pain medications, including oxycodone, hydrocodone and fentanyl, to approximately 1,508 patients, approximately 847 dosage units per patient,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. “Dr. Parker also prescribed approximately 16 gallons of Promethazine with Codeine cough syrup to approximately 29 patients during the same time frame. The problem is that these allegations - if are true- do not seem to justify an accuse of "pill mill":
a) if we consider that pain medication are chronic, we can assume that the average duration of therapy of one year, the average DAILY dosage per person is 2,18 dosage units.
b) about promethazine/codeine syrup, 16 gallons are 60,56 liters, equivalent to an average daily dosage - calculated in one year- of 8 ml ( the amount of a soup spoon) .
Of course, drug addiction is a severe problem, but if the accusations relied upon those numbers, I think that medical Doctors should say something

Hey, Last week i dosed 250mg of dph with 100mg of dxm and it was a very good trip with auditory hallucinations and closed eye and even mild acid like open eye visuals, leading to that i wanted to dose dph again alone this time, i dosed 200~250mg of Benadryl cough syrup straight from the bottle at about 10pm, i started playing some music in my room and over the time the dph started coming up, but this was not anywhere near like last time, it made my stomach bloat and it started acing and as my stomach ace decreased a rush of restlessness entered my body making me have the urge to shake my muscles for about 3hrs until i managed to sleep off some cannabis. i don't think so ill be trying dph again anytime soon, that felt disgusting.
