What's the best way to watch free 2024 PGA Championship (Live) Streams? Hey fellow Golf viewers. As I’ve been watching Golf for quite a few seasons now, I've done some digging to access the trusty pga golf championship streams. Pretty much just finished it, I've had some water now I'm relaxing now haha. It was my first ever ritual, I keep thinking I must have messed up by fumbling my cards, having a small space, or being distracted by sister and mum loudly watching a movie in the lounge room haha, but everything went quite well! Hi there, guys. I'm not sure if this is the best way to do this, but I thought I'd give it a go. Thanks for reading this, anyway.
Six months ago, my father suffered a pretty severe stroke. His motor skills are totally fine, but he was diagnosed with aphasia.
He manages to say some things that often feel like muscle memory speech, like specific short sentences or certain words, but most of his speech is blurred even if he's able to keep recognizable talking patterns. He can recognize some numbers and even write them, but he cannot read and struggles a lot to imitate sounds or words.
My father is not a quick learner. He's the kind of person who would mindlessly bash his head against a block instead of trying to figure out a way around a problem. He gets some writing exercises from his therapist (she says he's doing them because he seems keen to write), but then he obsessively tries to read these words and short sentences he writes for hours with zero success.
Just to give you an example: while he was still at the hospital, the nurses gave him a sheet with different drawings of potential needs he could have (they use these for patients who struggle to talk), like the TV remote, some slippers, or even reading glasses. One day, after I tried for some time, he managed to connect those drawings to real objects, but then, instead of using the sheet, he started pointing obsessively to the same items he identified the first time he got positive feedback from me, probably trying to send me away or just get some more positive feedback.
He seems to be obsessed with memorizing stuff, with some sort of relation of 'effort -> reward' that comes after learning patterns, which, after discussing it with his rehabilitator, we agreed isn't helping at all, but is sort of conditioning him in an almost Pavlovian way.
His life has turned into a very depressive cycle: he gets up and starts writing, then tries to read that for hours. Then, mostly my mum (I live abroad but I come every time I can to spend a few weeks with him) takes him out for a walk or to help her run some errands. Then, after lunch, he tries some exercises - if we convince him to leave the writing/reading for a while, he'll go for numbers - once more and we try to help him too, but then he wants to go to bed before 6pm.
He's very depressed. He doesn't really think of anything else. He doesn't want to do anything else. He's a massive football fan, for example, but since he was diagnosed, he hasn't watched a single match, not even with me, since I've been here, and it's pretty much the only father-son activity we ever enjoyed, which is heartbreaking. My mum cries very often, and they end up arguing, so the environment is basically a feedback loop of toxicity. He also somewhat forces my mother to go to bed as early as he does, so in a way she doesn't even have any space for herself at all, which is starting to cause visible damage in her mental health too.
I don't know what else to do. Everything I try seems to irritate them, so it has become a bit of a nightmare beyond the aphasia itself.
I'd really appreciate it if you have any tips or comments that could help us in any way, whether it's with his social dynamics or with the aphasia itself.
Maybe it also just feels good to share this with someone.

It was two weeks in and since we’d only ever seen each other in a work setting, John and I had been discussing how nice it would be to see each other outside of work. It didn’t take long and as fate would have it(we are both believers in fate), the perfect scenario for us to finally meet, arose that same weekend. But like all good things this too had to come to an abrupt end when I finally came to, and realized it was the early AMs and my partner and our child had been waiting for me to return home (over 30 missed calls and messages from my partner and sister, as this was very unlike me). To say, Chris was very upset by the time I was dropped off from the night is an understatement and from the texts on my phone he quickly gathered where and with whom I was.
An argument ensued and Chris gave me an ultimatum- it was either him and the life he had together or John. Of course I chose Chris and I really wish it had been that simple, but I also had undoubtable connection and feelings for John.
And here lies my problem. To that point, John and I had never really figured out what exactly was going on between us. However , we were both mildly, infuriated at the sudden surge of feelings we had towards each other, both being parents of one, cohabiting with our partners whom we were fully committed to. Last session the players dealt with most of the hags at the Old Bonegrinder, after which they decided to travel through the wilderness towards Argynvostholt. After arriving at the river they spotted a swampy area to the south, with Argynvostholt being towards the north(they visited Argynvostholt before but ran away after being very resource-depleted after triggering the magic-wall trap). They knew they had to venture to a ruined village in the swamp due to the card reading from madam Eva, and decided they should thus explore the swamp after which they would go back to Argynvostholt. They arrived at the ruins of Berez and quickly went to the hut where they failed to free the ravens from the cages. We ended the session when they entered the hut where they spotted the ''baby'' and Lysaga.
After they session I gave them a heads up that the next session might be their last, since they probably won't survive any combat encounter with their current level(4 lvl 5 PC's), and due to circumstances it might be best to end the campaign when they TPK.
So here I am sharing my story, and would be wondering what you think of it.
Summary of the group and how they played through Curse of Strahd. Currently we've played 25 online sessions(one of them in person for the dinner with Strahd), with the first five sessions having taken place on Stormwreck Isle. The group is fairly new to D&D, with some having some earlier experience. After finishing Stormwreck Isle I gave them several plot hooks which would lead to several campaigns, Together we decided to go to Barovia due to it's reputation, altough I warned them the campaign itself could be very deadly.
While preparing the Curse of Strahd(I've done two runs of the campaign as a player, our first party/group nearly dying at the Winery and afterwards disbanding because of problems between the Dm and another player) I took some notes from the incredible Mandymod for further additions for my campaign.
The group: -Hafling Drakewarden ranger, alongside his drake companion: Mír. This player previously played in my very first campaign of Rotfm, but the campaign fell apart after some drama between the two other players. -Owlin rogue, who multiclassed into warlock after deciding a swashbuckler rogue couldn't do enough things in combat an lacked in damage. -Eladrin bard -Tortle druid, the powergamer of the group.
Due to not really having any backstories related to curse of strahd, I made up some things for them in Barovia, and during the card reading gave them each an extra card with a suitable objective to their class/character personality.
The problems we faced on the way The group itself first faced some problems with roleplaying of course, but these quickly resolved itself. However the rogue and ranger portrayed themselves as criminals, and were always demanding something in return for helping people out in the valley. They took Ireena to Vallaki, encountering Vasili near Vallaki where he was ambushed by dire wolves. Vasili was quickly renamed to Gaston. The group spent a rather large amount of time in Vallaki, and refused to engage with several npc's, This caused them to miss out on several quests and information which led to other area's. This included engaging with the Martikov's, Rictavio and the Vistani. Due to this they only visited Argynvostholt(way to early) and the Vistani encampment near Vallaki. This forced me to give certain information via other npc's(like Jeny/Jenny? Greenteeth, but this still didn't cause the players to take ''proper'' action.
Forced endgame The players assassinated the burgomaster on behalf of Fiona Wachter, and afterwards dealt with some problems casued by her taking control of the city. Next they triggered the vampire event in the coffin maker shop, which resulted in most of the vampires running of to cause problems in the city and kidnap Ireena from the church(they dumped here there since they considered her a liability in combat and just wanted to get rid of her), and the party would have severe problems dealing with the vampire spawns(being lvl 4 at the time, having nearly no radiant damage potential). The kidnapping of Ireena gave me the opportunity for Strahd to invite the players for dinner, which I used as another info-dump moment and to raise the stakes. During the dinner he gave the players several offers to tempt them to do his bidding(like joining him or misleading them into ridding him of several npc's). I also announced that Strahd would enforce the wedding after 14 days, which I used as a way to urge the players to do more and start taking action.
What were we even doing? The session after the dinner took place, I had a conversation with the player to discuss what their characters would be doing. Only one player had solved her card reading(being Izek's lost sister, but due to rejecting him and later refusing to aid him in opposing Fiona, he died and was turned into a monstrosity), with the others either having no clue where to go or they hadn't solved their one yet. This resulted in the rogue proclaiming she had no purpose in Barovia, and claimed that she thought the party's actions had no proper effect/they gained no proper backlash. This in turn caused several other party members characters to doubt their purpose, with each member trying to make sure the party would do the specific quest/mission that that specific party member wanted/needed to do.
Post session chat I've discussed with 3 out of 4 players how we should proceed, and although some of them want to follow the story through, we thought it might be best to end the campaign(for now at least, I told them we could return to Barovia in a follow up campaign with new characters at a higher level, so they might partially pick up the pieces where they left off). Some players expressed that they weren't satisfied with their class, or reached the conclusion their character didn't fit the objectives the campaign presented. -Which was a bit tricky, since the player who suffered from this the most(the rogue) changed their character's goals and values multiple times during the campaign Another issue was that this was of course for most of them their first (longer) campaign instead of a oneshot, The last issue was their lack of engamement/drive to explore and visit certain sites. This caused them to miss out on several usefull items(the party hasn't aquired any fortune of ravenloft or found their fated ally).
Character deaths/Dark Powers Three of the players would have died once during the campaign, but were ''saved'' to continue the story and prevent the campaign from ending way to early. Two of them were in the first stage of dark power corruption, with the 3rd player being saved from death by Strahd himself, seeing him as a usefull pawn or eventual replacement.

So as the title suggests, "THIS IS IT YALL"!!!! Today is my last physics P5 exam ever in 2 hours. Honestly it's a bitter sweet feeling, knowing that I'm gonna be done with this hellhole makes me relieved but also knowing that now I have to work hard on my uni apps makes me stressed. These past 2 years were definitely not the best 2 years. When I started AS, I moved to a new school and that was the most dreadful year of my life. A2 was definitely wayyyy better in terms of good relationships with my juniors n teachers and academic comeback. But I learned alot in those 2 years. Made me realise that there are so many people that care about you in those tough times. These 2 years have taught me alot and I'll definitely implement it in the future.

I feel like I need to give a little bit of background here so all of this makes sense, sorry this is gonna be a long one.
I’ve been with my boyfriend for about 6 months, we were dating or seeing each other for about 4 months before that, mind you, in the last 2 months of those 4 months we were seeing each I thought we were exclusive, he would call me his girl a lot of the times, spend all the holidays with me, made me face time with his dad, spend almost everynight at my house, damn I was even doing his laundry, so in my head we were officially dating, but then at the same time he was doing a lot of shit that made me extremely confused, never posting me on his socials, even hiding pictures that I tagged him, sometimes he would disappear for a couple of days and things like that. When I asked him what the hell he wanted and confronted him about all of this he always said that he wanted to be with me and that there was no one else and that I was over reacting (there was a lot of gaslighting yes, I’m aware) after those horrible 4 months of not knowing what the hell we were, we finally had a conversation and he did told me we were oficial, a week after this I found out he was texting daily with a girl who he dated at the beginning of last year, this girl lives in a different country (in her head they were in a relationship) I confronted him about this and he was extremely sorry that he wasn’t being honest we neither of us, that he didn’t know how to tell her that he was dating me, he ended up telling her the truth and that he wouldn’t be speaking to her anymore, he also was honest about how all those 4 months we were seeing each other he was talking to multiple girls, and even using tinder, he begged for another chance, that he was done fucking around cuz I was basically end game for him, and that he truly loved me, so I decided to forgive him, but there was something still bugging me, a few weeks before we were oficial he went on what apparently was a solo trip to another country, but I then found a girl who is a friend of his (I know who she is because we have friends in common too) was also at the same cities he was at the same time, damn she even starting posting pictures at the same places, I asked him about all of this and he just said that she was there with his boyfriend and that they just hang out sometimes, this for whatever reason never made sense to me, but I decided to believe him. Fast forward all this months every single time there was some kind of fight about me not trusting him or whatever and I asked about that trip he kept saying the same, that he went by himself and nothing else and that was the truth. We then move in together and he’s been a 10/10 boyfriend since we made it oficial, hasn’t give me a reason at all to suspect about him being unfaithful, he’s been nothing but amazing. I knew the password to his laptop so I could watch Netflix and I couldn’t help one day to look through his pictures, because deep down in me I knew he was lying about that trip, turns out I was right and I found all the photos, they did not only went on the trip together, they stayed at the same room hotel, she even stayed at his house in the same bed I used to sleep the night they left, I was absolutely heart broken, I confront her him about this, I wasn’t only mad about him going with the girl, I was mad about him not telling me the truth from the beginning, and him lying non stop every single time I asked, he told me he was sacred to tell me the truth because he knew I would leave him, that he regrets going on that trip, he swears that nothing really happened, that they actually got into a fight because she wanted to sleep with him and he didn’t want to, so the girl felt like he made her waste her time, they haven’t spoken since that trip and that was it, he swore they were no more lies and that was it, of course I do not believe the whole story but I kinda decided to let it go because it happened before we were oficial, this shit did fucked me up and made me a very insecure person tbh. Now since we’ve been oficial like I said he hasn’t given me a reason to suspect anything else, he’s been an amazing boyfriend, loves me deeply, treats me great, we have the best time together, and he talks a lot about how this is end game form him, that he knows he fucked up at the beginning a lot and that he’s extremely sorry for all that and wish he could take all back, he has made a great effort all this months to show me he is not messing around with me anymore, he has truly changed and I am head over heels over this boy, obviously but I don’t know how to learn to trust and is destroying me I don’t wanna feel paranoid forever… So here’s the situation I’m dealing with now.. after I found the photos on his laptop, I kept looking every now and then (yes I know this is bad but I’m extremely scared to be lied again) I haven’t found anything else other than him looking at porn every now and then which I honestly dgaf, I guess he realized I was looking into his computer so he started deleting his search history, never said anything and well I kept looking into it to see if I ever found something, but suddenly he changed the password to his computer,hasn’t said anything’s and acts completely normal.. and this made me feel extremely insecure, cuz I don’t know if he’s just tired of me looking into it or if he’s hiding something. So I don’t know if should just let it go and learn to trust him without having to look at his stuff, or if I should have a conversation with him that I need an open phone policy or something so I can build trust again? I hate that my grief has had a significant impact on my life, my career and my goals. I’m torn between taking the time off work to grieve and just feeling very anxious about all the opportunities I’m missing while away. I was on track for a promotion at work which hasn’t happened due to the time off I’ve taken. I’m missing out on training opportunities which would have helped with my personal and professional development.
I was looking for new jobs before it happened but now I’m stuck with no motivation to apply and watching my housemates get interviews and job offers and succeeding in life. They are soon moving away so I will be all alone in this city.

Tried my best to cut it short 🙏🏼 I(f25) met, and was then soon after courted by a sophisticated man who turned out to be a big deal in my country and was at the height of his honor as his establishment was having a big national launch at that particular time.I knew non of this at the time. We’ll call him John. So John inevitably got my number since my company was largely responsible for supplying his establishment and I was thrown headfirst into handling our business with them. And really it took no more than 2 conversations for him to make his interest known. And like any other loyal girlfriend, I let my partneboyfriend(m25) of 7 yrs, call him Chris, know of John’s advances to which he, Chris gave me ‘permission’ to keep talking to John as that’s all it was at the time; business talk with random flirtations on his side and Chris was almost always part of the conversations from my side(John wasn’t aware of Chris at the time).. We, Chris and I would respond to John’s messages together and sometimes even have a giggle over his corniness… And don’t y’all judge Chris, he allowed this to happen because he was/is fully secure in our relationship and trusts that my heart is his, and that I would never leave him with anyone else. Which truly is the case even now.However, eventually, the conversations became just mine and John’s alone. We had so much in common and he really was the kind of man I had envisioned myself ending up with. We talked every day and sometimes till late night, and Chris would watch me smiling while texting. Then the inevitable happened, we fell for each other. HARD
It was two weeks in and since we’d only ever seen each other in a work setting, John and I had been discussing how nice it would be to see each other outside of work. It didn’t take long and as fate would have it(we are both believers in fate), the perfect scenario for us to finally meet, arose that same weekend. I felt like I had known this man for years at this point, so I wasn’t even big excited, I was just moderately looking forward to seeing him as if again… That feeling didn’t last for too long, because as soon as he arrived at the agreed meeting spot and got out of his car, a white luxury car, wearing a black top my weakness when worn by a man.
I had not noticed this about him before, since I had only seen him in his work overalls, but he was quite buff man with a very delectable height, and he looked like he had waited all his life to see me and the way he pulled me in for a hug proved just as much. We spend some time(though barely) together that night, drinks and conversations flowing. If I wasn’t sure before, then, after that night, I knew for a fact I was in love with John. And no, nothing happened further than just some lip locking, he was a real gentleman and I consider myself to be a lady of standard. But like all good things this too had to come to an abrupt end when I finally came to, and realized it was the early AMs and my partner and our child had been waiting for me to return home (over 30 missed calls and messages from my partner and sister, as this was very unlike me). To say, Chris was very upset by the time I was dropped off from the night is an understatement and from the texts on my phone he quickly gathered where and with whom I was.
An argument ensued and Chris gave me an ultimatum- it was either him and the life he had together or John. Of course I chose Chris and I really wish it had been that simple, but I also had undoubtable connection and feelings for John.
And here lies my problem. To that point, John and I had never really figured out what exactly was going on between us. However , we were both mildly, infuriated at the sudden surge of feelings we had towards each other, both being parents of one, cohabiting with our partners whom we were fully committed to. I hate to be long-winded, so let me know if I should make another post with a conclusion/update?

This rant is not meant to be directed at anyone on the individual level, who is either learning English as a second language or just does not have the best grammar.
Commercials are supposed to be professional productions that represent The company theyre advertising, and like a newspaper I'm sure there's an editor or whatever you call it in that industry who goes over the final productions for mistakes or changes that need to be made.
Anyone has been up late, Watching TV has probably caught the inogen infomercial for the battery powered oxygen generator that can be carried with the person. I don't normally leave this crap on but sometimes I don't get a chance to change it right away. Last time I was watching it I heard:
" When I was first prescribed for oxygen...." [Something something it was a hassle I didn't go anywhere etc.]
So, I don't know anything about being a doctor but I'm pretty sure they don't prescribe people for machines. Even if there's a slim chance that the person in the commercial is not a paid actor but an actual user of the product who's being paid for their time, wouldn't the director or somebody stop them and correct them?
Second commercial, the Friday night plans commercial the one that packages their Viagra in a big bag with an graphic of a rooster on it. We get it, you have cock pills. And says if you want to get a discount to text a word to 69069. So apparently there's a 13-year-old boy in charge of that part. Moving on, in the commercial when they're talking about how easy it is to get the pills they say that you have to answer a few questions, and "a doctor will prescribe you online." I found it strange that there were two commercials that I've seen relatively close together and both of them have doctors prescribing people.
Do neither of these commercials creators have a single person on staff who was able to say hold on, what you mean is a doctor will prescribe them to you?"
And please disregard any poor punctuation like periods that are in the wrong place, I was using voice to text and lately it's been having punctuation problems.
