My fellow gamers, for too long has our community suffered the indignation of an intolerable culture that has denigrated, besmirched, exploited, and has outright demonized our culture of unique individuals with a genuine love of a hobby that they see as profitable and progressive. They have taken beloved IP’s (Intellectual Properties) and twisted them into their own personal ideological crusade of undermining and humiliating the core aspects of characters they deemed as “Toxic” or “White Supremacy”. Through the guise and protection of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity) & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) they have used our influence in the entertainment industry to push their narratives and agendas that have stigmatized our culture with numerous anti-consumer practices that they call “being progressive”. But the truth of the matter is they were never really looking to be a part of our community, they simply wanted to use our community as a tool of activism and propaganda in the entertainment industry as it was extremely profitable, and they wanted inclusion in that division. Ever since GamerGate & Female Frequency, we have had to endure the incursion of forced ideologies, xenophobic behaviors and inferior overpriced products that have never been in our best interest and have been flat out disgraceful towards foreign media.
Before Gaming had become a major source of entertainment, we were often categorized as anti-social or societies rejects where because we found more enjoyment in playing fictional characters and not spending as much time out and about, we never fully assimilated in society (which is a good thing if you ask me). From 1998 to 2007, at the height of innovation, creativity and production, Gaming had reached a golden age in which it had revolutionized society. Hollywood Execs who had ruined the movie industry turned their attention to video games as a source of income since video games had outperformed movies in terms of profit. No one was concerned about gaming, much less diversity or inclusivity until it became profitable. This makes people like SBI look extremely disingenuous as they were not interested in gamers as a community with its own culture. They simply wanted to use it as another weapon in identity politics.
Microtransactions; the hidden enemy to gamer progress and inducer to mental laziness of our community. Microtransactions have been around for a long time; however, it has never been more potent and apparent than in recent years. It has aided in the dismantling and segregation of players on the ideology of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and has created another sub-culture of gamers who have no real drive to be better outside of how much money they put into the game. This has degraded our culture as well as we have become “fat” off transactional gaming but at the same time we have been “starved” of purposeful gaming where our achievements were our sustenance. I am not saying that microtransactions are bad, but when they are exploitative and predatorial like they have been and don’t give gamers room to grow, we become lethargic and unwilling to improve ourselves as gamers. Oversaturated microtransactional games are one of the many reasons why we have become complacent and unwilling to fight against the exploitative tactics used by big brand game companies such EA, Ubisoft, ActivisionBlizzard, NaughtyDog and so many other western business model companies. Western style games were not like this in the past, they had much more depth and actual effort put into them with the gamer in mind. This has not been the case for over a decade and our connection to western developers has been whittled down to just being transactional. That is one of the reasons why you see so many remasters and remakes in today’s gamer community. They have lost their willingness to improve as developers of games and simply accept corporate/share holder rules.
Game journalists also do not have any real integrity or purpose outside of being funded for their involvement in promoting IPG (Identity Political Games) in a positive light to the public whether it’s positively received or not. They are not interested in what we have to say, they all support the same agenda and that is why they are a dying breed. Within the next couple of years, they will be out of the job and more than likely they will not be able to stay in the industry giving how they have responded to past articles that have clearly been scripted on the premise of diversity and racism. Not only that, but most of them are also extremely hostile to the community as they stereotype and defame the individuals that are a part of the community they are supposed to serve. We have been mentally liberated from their lies and coercive tactics as we tend to laugh at their obvious attempt at virtue signaling while hiding their misdoings so that they can play the victim.
My gamer brothers & sisters, I would not suggest the following action that we must take now without good cause. I have weighed our options and the best option for us now is this…...CULTURAL SECESSION. Naturally this is a form of segregation where they would more than likely claim they are being segregated by the dominant culture of the gaming community but that is incorrect. For years now we have been the ones who are often marginalized and ostracized for the smaller portion of our community. And when we aren’t, we’re exploited for more funds so that these companies can stay in business only to subject us to low quality products that coincide with the “WOKE Agenda” that are often huge expenses to these big brands i.e. AAA/AAAA games that will eventually flop for its obvious forced diversity and bug infested product which will undoubtedly piss off the consumer to the point of wanting a refund. Losing copious amounts of capital and stock in the process, not to mention their reputation is permanently marred.
We must separate on every cultural level in terms of entertainment and ideology. We must reject everything from the west that promotes toxic western beliefs, practices, and exclusion from other cultures (i.e. Southeastern Countries such as Japan and Korea). Japan & Korea have been the targets of unjust discrimination from Western Developers, Western Journalists, Western Localizers (The Wokelizers) and Western Society Prejudice regarding their sense of aesthetics as Westerners hate the aesthetic sense of these countries. The reason why they resort to such base tactics isn’t just because it weaponizes the ideal female form but it’s also because they have deep-seated insecurities about their own looks so when they see attractive female characters, they use terms such as “unrealistic” or “hypersexualized” to establish the moral high ground. But the truth is, they want to feel superior to that which is ideal, so they insult and dehumanize this figure that portrays natural female beauty because they see it as an insult to their own social superiority in what they believe is a hierarchy of them being at the top of all other women. Because of this and so many contributing factors, their movies flop harder than the Fat Chocobo landing on a group of enemies and their games seismically fail just as much if not more. We must sever our connection to Western Developers, Publishers, and ALL Western-Centric Entertainment for they seek to mentally enslave us to their Xenophobic ideology.
Let’s define Western Culture and its traits. Western Culture/Society is composed of more than several different ideologies that work in unison with one another to facilitate dominance over multiple aspects of society. Business, Social, Political, Technological, and sometimes even Global Affairs are affected by these ideologies that portray a specific mindset of Western beliefs. What are those ideologies you ask?

These traits are so nefarious and unconscionable that I have a hard time believing that anyone could harbor them. However, given the social, political, and economic climate that we are in, those in power who use their influence on controlling society most definitely possess these insidious traits. Everything that they do is all about control and since video games are the biggest market in the world, they want control over it and the communities built around it to accrue more wealth and to use that wealth to subjugate other cultures. Mainstream media is a tool as well as mainstream organizations and sites to help accomplish this goal.
The government recently announced its intentions towards what they believe is “GamerGate 2.0” and now even the ADL has made an official appearance, referring to gamers as “extremist’s”. We know EXACTLY what they are doing, and they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore because they don’t think we are aware of their motives. This is just a pretext for them to exert even more control and we know why, it’s because they want the influence we as a community have to must serve them. So here is what we do my fellow gamers-
“In light of recent events and years of mainstream stigma, we the members of the Global Gaming Community [GGC] must officially renounce ALL TIES to the corporate western video game market. We have been financially exploited through predatorial monetization schemes, pelted with numerous articles of disdain and intentional misrepresentation from game journalists, news outlets regarding us as dangerous individuals and, even subjected to inferior products not only riddled with bugs but also products meant to push political agendas. For the preservation of our community and its unique culture, apart from a few select game development studios we officially sever all connections to western owned video game companies & their mainstream affiliates. From this point onward, we will no longer support western corporate developers, journalists and publishers that do not coincide with the goals of our community.”
Naturally this is completely optional. If you are okay with the state of the gaming community as it is, feel free to ignore this. But if you wish for real change and a break away from oversaturated monetization in the games you play and the push for radical ideological reform, then you are in the right place. Not long ago in early May, I ran a croquinol booth for students and parents at a Children's Day event (it was held on the grounds of the University of Education)
The head of the school affairs department suggested, "I heard you like board games, do you want to run a booth?" so I thought very hard. Actually, it was bothersome.
In the end, I accepted because I wanted to make good memories with children as well as selling croquinol. At first, I thought it was easy to take a few croquinols and play a few rounds.
It wasn't long before I realized that the idea was very wrong. This is because there were so many things to consider operating the booth. The program should be organized in consideration of the number of users and the number of people visiting.
The arrangement of objects and the movement of people should also be considered. I shouldn't think, 'I'm done explaining the game to the students in moderation and watching them play.'

I recruited the operating personnel as follows

Me-> First cast (S teacher): A versatile teacher who has been in the next class since we met in the 6th grade this year He became interested after being introduced to Crockinol by me. Second cast (Teacher C): My younger brother who met as a manager and a staff member at my last school and became very close. The same person who said in an old article that he helped move the classroom!
Together, we played about 400 rounds of croquinol 1:1 match. He made a lot of mistakes in his early days, but after hundreds of editions, he became enlightened at some point. He has become quite a master.

So as title says, I don't need help with distro selection, or DE ... I will go with something simple. machine will be some recent middle-low level specs, 16GB ram for chrome, and that's it :D
What I tried to find are tips for software, and all threads here are old enough to be locked.
  1. So first question is voice assistant. It would be like magic for them, and also their vision is poor so don't have to read would be great benefit. I found only abandoned projects, and some where the installation and update is complex so it would be prone to break. There is apparently possibility to integrate Google assistant API somehow, IDK if I want to do this, but should be more stable IMHO. I could maybe opt for some text to speech reader instead, not having conversation ability but could read from browser, so GPT chat can be then used for conversation. Someone succeeded in this?
  2. Lot of usecases they have is to watch their and family photos, videos, and usually watch documentary films on TV. I would like some app that would just do this, catalog their local media, and offer some basic search and presentation. Playing youtube is not necessary, FF with adblock is OK for that. One app, big icons, thumbnails, so they can operate it on TV. I know only Kodi, so I would go with that, but maybe someone has another favorite media app that is good and lightweight?
  3. Remote help. Everyone recommends nomachine, the thing is I have public IP on my router, their will be connected behind small city provider so they will not have it. So I need to initiate connection from their side, and I was not able to find if this is possible with nomachine. I can go with anything that can be scripted so they don't need to make any complex input, just click icon and that's it. Again, I know only basics, I can imagine ssh tunnel and VNC, but maybe there is some solution I don't know about?

so i want to try and game online with VPN, of course vless/trojan because of its nature of using TCP the ping is almost tripled to what i am used to, so i searched for other alternatives i found hysteria2 and tuic which uses QUIC protocol meaning they are UDP based and when i tried them the ping is amazing with only 10ms overhead or so
HOWEVER it doesn't stay perfect to the end
every single game/match in like say Valorant there has to be some random disconnects which of course is bad in online gaming
so i tried different VPS providers (linode,vultr,hetzner), different install scripts, tried different sing-box core versions and went as far as trying different windows client (tried nekoray,v2rayN,furious,hiddify)
but sadly there has to be that moment every 4-5 rounds where i get disconnected from the game
any idea, is there anyone who took the same approach and managed to outcome those issues or you didn't even had them in the first place?
could it be because i use warp (i have to otherwise riot games blocks my VPS IP)?

Hi guys, after losing brain cells trying to find information on how to install the Guppy screen, I wanted to show y'all how to do it on your own if you choose to. I may be wrong on some parts, but these are the things that worked for me. Thanks to wolfie_the_king_574 for telling me some of the steps on how to do it, but some of it didn't work for me. I also used Wiki for Creality Helper Script (guilouz.github.io) and ballaswag/guppyflo: GuppyFLO is a self-hosted service that enables local/remote management of multiple Klipper printers using Moonraker (github.com) and ballaswag/guppyscreen: A native Touch UI for 3D Printers running KlippeMoonraker. (github.com) on the steps for some of it and will be summarizing most of it. I will also be adding in the common downloads needed here for easy access as I was jumping all around to find it. [I'm not sure if you have to keep rebooting your printer during this process, but I'll take the safe way and do it anyways]

My fellow gamers, for too long has our community suffered the indignation of an intolerable culture that has denigrated, besmirched, exploited, and has outright demonized our culture of unique individuals with a genuine love of a hobby that they see as profitable and progressive. They have taken beloved IP’s (Intellectual Properties) and twisted them into their own personal ideological crusade of undermining and humiliating the core aspects of characters they deemed as “Toxic” or “White Supremacy”. Through the guise and protection of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity) & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) they have used our influence in the entertainment industry to push their narratives and agendas that have stigmatized our culture with numerous anti-consumer practices that they call “being progressive”. But the truth of the matter is they were never really looking to be a part of our community, they simply wanted to use our community as a tool of activism and propaganda in the entertainment industry as it was extremely profitable, and they wanted inclusion in that division. Ever since GamerGate & Female Frequency, we have had to endure the incursion of forced ideologies, xenophobic behaviors and inferior overpriced products that have never been in our best interest and have been flat out disgraceful towards foreign media.
Before Gaming had become a major source of entertainment, we were often categorized as anti-social or societies rejects where because we found more enjoyment in playing fictional characters and not spending as much time out and about, we never fully assimilated in society (which is a good thing if you ask me). From 1998 to 2007, at the height of innovation, creativity and production, Gaming had reached a golden age in which it had revolutionized society. Hollywood Execs who had ruined the movie industry turned their attention to video games as a source of income since video games had outperformed movies in terms of profit. No one was concerned about gaming, much less diversity or inclusivity until it became profitable. This makes people like SBI look extremely disingenuous as they were not interested in gamers as a community with its own culture. They simply wanted to use it as another weapon in identity politics.
Microtransactions; the hidden enemy to gamer progress and inducer to mental laziness of our community. Microtransactions have been around for a long time; however, it has never been more potent and apparent than in recent years. It has aided in the dismantling and segregation of players on the ideology of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and has created another sub-culture of gamers who have no real drive to be better outside of how much money they put into the game. This has degraded our culture as well as we have become “fat” off transactional gaming but at the same time we have been “starved” of purposeful gaming where our achievements were our sustenance. I am not saying that microtransactions are bad, but when they are exploitative and predatorial like they have been and don’t give gamers room to grow, we become lethargic and unwilling to improve ourselves as gamers. Oversaturated microtransactional games are one of the many reasons why we have become complacent and unwilling to fight against the exploitative tactics used by big brand game companies such EA, Ubisoft, ActivisionBlizzard, NaughtyDog and so many other western business model companies. Western style games were not like this in the past, they had much more depth and actual effort put into them with the gamer in mind. This has not been the case for over a decade and our connection to western developers has been whittled down to just being transactional. That is one of the reasons why you see so many remasters and remakes in today’s gamer community. They have lost their willingness to improve as developers of games and simply accept corporate/share holder rules.
Game journalists also do not have any real integrity or purpose outside of being funded for their involvement in promoting IPG (Identity Political Games) in a positive light to the public whether it’s positively received or not. They are not interested in what we have to say, they all support the same agenda and that is why they are a dying breed. Within the next couple of years, they will be out of the job and more than likely they will not be able to stay in the industry giving how they have responded to past articles that have clearly been scripted on the premise of diversity and racism. Not only that, but most of them are also extremely hostile to the community as they stereotype and defame the individuals that are a part of the community they are supposed to serve. We have been mentally liberated from their lies and coercive tactics as we tend to laugh at their obvious attempt at virtue signaling while hiding their misdoings so that they can play the victim.
My gamer brothers & sisters, I would not suggest the following action that we must take now without good cause. I have weighed our options and the best option for us now is this…...CULTURAL SECESSION. Naturally this is a form of segregation where they would more than likely claim they are being segregated by the dominant culture of the gaming community but that is incorrect. For years now we have been the ones who are often marginalized and ostracized for the smaller portion of our community. And when we aren’t, we’re exploited for more funds so that these companies can stay in business only to subject us to low quality products that coincide with the “WOKE Agenda” that are often huge expenses to these big brands i.e. AAA/AAAA games that will eventually flop for its obvious forced diversity and bug infested product which will undoubtedly piss off the consumer to the point of wanting a refund. Losing copious amounts of capital and stock in the process, not to mention their reputation is permanently marred.
We must separate on every cultural level in terms of entertainment and ideology. We must reject everything from the west that promotes toxic western beliefs, practices, and exclusion from other cultures (i.e. Southeastern Countries such as Japan and Korea). Japan & Korea have been the targets of unjust discrimination from Western Developers, Western Journalists, Western Localizers (The Wokelizers) and Western Society Prejudice regarding their sense of aesthetics as Westerners hate the aesthetic sense of these countries. The reason why they resort to such base tactics isn’t just because it weaponizes the ideal female form but it’s also because they have deep-seated insecurities about their own looks so when they see attractive female characters, they use terms such as “unrealistic” or “hypersexualized” to establish the moral high ground. But the truth is, they want to feel superior to that which is ideal, so they insult and dehumanize this figure that portrays natural female beauty because they see it as an insult to their own social superiority in what they believe is a hierarchy of them being at the top of all other women. Because of this and so many contributing factors, their movies flop harder than the Fat Chocobo landing on a group of enemies and their games seismically fail just as much if not more. We must sever our connection to Western Developers, Publishers, and ALL Western-Centric Entertainment for they seek to mentally enslave us to their Xenophobic ideology.
Let’s define Western Culture and its traits. Western Culture/Society is composed of more than several different ideologies that work in unison with one another to facilitate dominance over multiple aspects of society. Business, Social, Political, Technological, and sometimes even Global Affairs are affected by these ideologies that portray a specific mindset of Western beliefs. What are those ideologies you ask?

These traits are so nefarious and unconscionable that I have a hard time believing that anyone could harbor them. However, given the social, political, and economic climate that we are in, those in power who use their influence on controlling society most definitely possess these insidious traits. We have been financially exploited through predatorial monetization schemes, pelted with numerous articles of disdain and intentional misrepresentation from game journalists, news outlets regarding us as dangerous individuals and, even subjected to inferior products not only riddled with bugs but also products meant to push political agendas. For the preservation of our community and its unique culture, apart from a few select game development studios we officially sever all connections to western owned video game companies & their mainstream affiliates. But if you wish for real change and a break away from oversaturated monetization in the games you play and the push for radical ideological reform, then you are in the right place. Before Gaming had become a major source of entertainment, we were often categorized as anti-social or societies rejects where because we found more enjoyment in playing fictional characters and not spending as much time out and about, we never fully assimilated in society (which is a good thing if you ask me). From 1998 to 2007, at the height of innovation, creativity and production, Gaming had reached a golden age in which it had revolutionized society. Hollywood Execs who had ruined the movie industry turned their attention to video games as a source of income since video games had outperformed movies in terms of profit. No one was concerned about gaming, much less diversity or inclusivity until it became profitable. This makes people like SBI look extremely disingenuous as they were not interested in gamers as a community with its own culture. They simply wanted to use it as another weapon in identity politics.
Microtransactions; the hidden enemy to gamer progress and inducer to mental laziness of our community. Microtransactions have been around for a long time; however, it has never been more potent and apparent than in recent years. It has aided in the dismantling and segregation of players on the ideology of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and has created another sub-culture of gamers who have no real drive to be better outside of how much money they put into the game. This has degraded our culture as well as we have become “fat” off transactional gaming but at the same time we have been “starved” of purposeful gaming where our achievements were our sustenance. I am not saying that microtransactions are bad, but when they are exploitative and predatorial like they have been and don’t give gamers room to grow, we become lethargic and unwilling to improve ourselves as gamers. Oversaturated microtransactional games are one of the many reasons why we have become complacent and unwilling to fight against the exploitative tactics used by big brand game companies such EA, Ubisoft, ActivisionBlizzard, NaughtyDog and so many other western business model companies. Western style games were not like this in the past, they had much more depth and actual effort put into them with the gamer in mind. This has not been the case for over a decade and our connection to western developers has been whittled down to just being transactional. That is one of the reasons why you see so many remasters and remakes in today’s gamer community. They have lost their willingness to improve as developers of games and simply accept corporate/share holder rules.
Game journalists also do not have any real integrity or purpose outside of being funded for their involvement in promoting IPG (Identity Political Games) in a positive light to the public whether it’s positively received or not. They are not interested in what we have to say, they all support the same agenda and that is why they are a dying breed. Within the next couple of years, they will be out of the job and more than likely they will not be able to stay in the industry giving how they have responded to past articles that have clearly been scripted on the premise of diversity and racism. Not only that, but most of them are also extremely hostile to the community as they stereotype and defame the individuals that are a part of the community they are supposed to serve. We have been mentally liberated from their lies and coercive tactics as we tend to laugh at their obvious attempt at virtue signaling while hiding their misdoings so that they can play the victim.
My gamer brothers & sisters, I would not suggest the following action that we must take now without good cause. I have weighed our options and the best option for us now is this…...CULTURAL SECESSION. Naturally this is a form of segregation where they would more than likely claim they are being segregated by the dominant culture of the gaming community but that is incorrect. For years now we have been the ones who are often marginalized and ostracized for the smaller portion of our community. And when we aren’t, we’re exploited for more funds so that these companies can stay in business only to subject us to low quality products that coincide with the “WOKE Agenda” that are often huge expenses to these big brands i.e. AAA/AAAA games that will eventually flop for its obvious forced diversity and bug infested product which will undoubtedly piss off the consumer to the point of wanting a refund. Losing copious amounts of capital and stock in the process, not to mention their reputation is permanently marred.
We must separate on every cultural level in terms of entertainment and ideology. We must reject everything from the west that promotes toxic western beliefs, practices, and exclusion from other cultures (i.e. Southeastern Countries such as Japan and Korea). Japan & Korea have been the targets of unjust discrimination from Western Developers, Western Journalists, Western Localizers (The Wokelizers) and Western Society Prejudice regarding their sense of aesthetics as Westerners hate the aesthetic sense of these countries. The reason why they resort to such base tactics isn’t just because it weaponizes the ideal female form but it’s also because they have deep-seated insecurities about their own looks so when they see attractive female characters, they use terms such as “unrealistic” or “hypersexualized” to establish the moral high ground. But the truth is, they want to feel superior to that which is ideal, so they insult and dehumanize this figure that portrays natural female beauty because they see it as an insult to their own social superiority in what they believe is a hierarchy of them being at the top of all other women. Because of this and so many contributing factors, their movies flop harder than the Fat Chocobo landing on a group of enemies and their games seismically fail just as much if not more. We must sever our connection to Western Developers, Publishers, and ALL Western-Centric Entertainment for they seek to mentally enslave us to their Xenophobic ideology.

However, given the social, political, and economic climate that we are in, those in power who use their influence on controlling society most definitely possess these insidious traits. 2024.05.13 02:26 Tetrachrome I tallied up the amount of time HSR uses visual-novel style sequences in ALL of its story patches (and found Penacony uses it way more)

In light of recent discussions regarding the delivery of story in Penacony and how HSR is akin to a “visual novel” with narration, I thought it would be interesting to investigate how much of HSR’s story delivery actually takes place in a narrated visual novel style, since the game does feature that type of delivery, and whether or not Penacony has made any significant changes on this front. I'm tallying these because these tend to be the least interactive sequences to look at visually, leading to a heavily expository feel to the scene.
The scenes I consider a "narrated visual novel" sequence:

What I do not count as a "VN" sequence:
I’m only counting the times VN-style scenes are used in the main story quests of each patch and not any side quests, companion quests, events, or Simulated Universe.

THE TL;DR AND OVERALL CONCLUSION:

Penacony 2.1 and 2.2 has significantly more VN sequences, overwhelmingly so. I have provided a chart below depicting the number of seconds spent in VN sequences over the course of the patches. Penacony 2.2 alone has 4271 seconds (1hr 11min 11sec) of VN screentime, which eclipses that of all previous patches combined. Penacony 2.0+2.1+2.2 features 6237 seconds of VN screentime (1hr 43mins 57sec), which is 3.92x that of 1.X's VN scene usage (1590 seconds). Penacony also has more individual instances of VN segments, totaling to 27 scenes in 2.0-2.2, which is more instances than all of 1.X (18 scenes in 1.0-1.6).

However, Penacony is also a much longer story, naturally leading to more dialogue and cutscene time than in previous patches. There aren't many ways to correct for this exactly to see proportionally how long is spent in VNs, nor easily done as it would involve parsing every instance of voiced dialogue or cutscene-equivalent in the main story. If we were to take some rough numbers though, Penacony Acts 2 and 3 are roughly 10 hours long in total playtime if just doing the story, with ~1 hour 43 minutes spent in VN sequences. This equates to roughly ~17% of the runtime being visual novel narration in the past 2 patches, which is fairly significant. By comparison, all of 1.0 content (Herta Station, Belobog, Luofu Act 1) would take roughly ~15 hours to complete if ignoring side content and SU and events, with only ~17 minutes of VN time, leading to only ~1.8% of the time spent in VN sequences.
In conclusion, Penacony definitely exhibits more visual novel style than the previous patches based on the amount of time spent in visual novel-styled sequences. Moreover, the VN style variety in Penacony is more limited than in previous patches, featuring largely still shots with some particle animations and no animations in the scene actors (see my breakdown below). This leads to Penacony’s VN style feeling more static than in previous patches, with a heavier emphasis on the narration rather than the visual presentation in these types of scenes.

The Breakdown

Ok so now for the breakdown. For all this “research,” I’ve used the HSR playthrough videos by the youtube channel Rubhen925, which have cutscenes on autoplay and thus pretty good consistency in cutscene timing behavior. I have also included linked time stamps for the start of these VN sequences in the respective playthrough videos in case people want to take a closer look. I’ve also included a brief note about each VN, as there is some variation in the artstyle of these pre-drawn VN sequences.
I’ll put a disclaimer here and say that I may have missed one or two sequences, as I sifted through the footage watching the videos at 2x speed and skipping through sequences of combat or active gameplay, so there is a margin of error here. With that being said, here is the detailed breakdown, with the total time count in each header:
1.0 Herta Space Station Main Arc – 0 minutes
1.0 Belobog Main Arc – 12 minutes, 48 seconds
1.0-1.3 Xianzhou Luofu Main Arc – 4 minutes, 15 seconds

I've been playing TT under Linux for a very long time. Running Steam on Fedora. I had my install of Fedora 39 running quite well for an extended period, did an upgrade to 40 when it was released a few weeks ago, and since then the game crashes in the block shuffling part of the start-up sequence. I've updated everything, drivers, kernel etc. Removed and re-installed the game and verified that other games I have in Steam start and play normally. The only one I've found to have issues is TerraTech. just looking for some advice about what else I can to to troubleshoot. Here is the steam console output after trying to run the game -

I'd not found a place or job but had funds to hold me alone for at least six months. One of my buddies introduced me to Alan, who was from our hometown. He was living in a 2bd/2bt/2car apartment and would perhaps offer me the spare room until another one of his friends, who was promised the space, in six months. Six months of a cushion to find my own place? Awesome. Thank you. We met and had tons of things in common. Both musicians. Both actors. Both looking to make a new life and find their teams to last the rest of their lives.
I was/am introverted so I don't like to go out much. Unfortunately, he was/is an alcoholic and often went out and continued to drink alone at home, often until the sun broke. It's his life, in his home. He can do what he wants. I fully understand addiction and dependency and am not offering this as an excuse but, some understanding for the situation.
I lived with him for six months with no musical, writing or acting collaborations with anything further than me keeping the friendship alive. Honestly, I was trying to help him through his struggle with the sauce. After six months I moved out to a Studio apartment. Soon I discovered while he was charging me $900/mo, his total rent was $1235/mo, netting him almost $2,000 over the time I resided in his home. I saw it as a minor flag but was happy to be somewhere.
One day, my friend and I were texted by Alan. He was in the hospital after a car accident, most likely, under the influence. My friend and I visited and took care of him. While there, he asked we sneak him in some whiskey. We visited him without fulfilling his request. After our mutual friend moved to New York, I wanted to keep this new friend in my life and didn't mind knowing I had paid for the convenience of a living situation so quickly.
I found a catering job and referred Alan to apply. He was hired. After a year at my studio, I was able to move into Alan's complex. I now had my own 2bd/2bt/2car apartment for only $1250/mo almost next door to my new friend. Now, living so close, we worked Hollywood events while auditioning and trying to break into something good and saw each other often. But, besides carpooling, he rarely wanted to hang out.
Things were normal until our mutual friend contacted me letting me know Alan was back in the hospital after another terrible car accident and multiple surgeries. He was bad. During these multiple hospital visits, nurses would bring him a can of bud light. He was prescribed beer.
Time went on until one early Sunday morning, Alan called me from jail. He asked I pick him up 30 miles away. I confirmed the address and info and began my pre-dawn trek to retrieve him. After his release, within a minute of getting into my car, Alan asks if I'm mad at him. I say, "no". He smirks and asks if I'm disappointed. Once again, I state, "no". He then asks what I'm thinking about. I tell him that, of the top of my head, I could name 1,000 other things I'd rather be doing than picking him up from jail. First of which would be sleeping. Then I asked if he would agree, to which he did. After a shared sigh, he requested we stop by a liquor store. I explained I wasn't his father or parole officer so I would not restrict his freedoms but, would not want to consider myself an inebriator. So I complied with him knowing how i felt. January, 2020, I got a new job, still in events catering and brought Alan along with me. March, covid-19 shut down the world.
One night, Alan and I were hanging out, sharing drinks. I had concluded that I would focus on writing short stories and features as I had already written a horror trilogy I was proud of but, hadn't sold. Alan was also an amateur writer. We were talking about what "sells" and I brought up the obsession with anti-heroes, telling him I'd love to create a Breaking Bad type character. Alan says, "I'd always wanted to write (blank) from the bad guys POV." I quickly agreed and we spent the next few hours discussing the project. I pitched characters, arcs, scenarios, motivations and really thought it would work. I started writing it and asked Alan about completing it. He gave a nonchalant, "sure". The night ended with Alan telling me he wanted to get sober so, I offered as much advice, support and whatever words of wisdom I had. During lockdown, I would text, call and even knock on Alan's door asking if he wanted to write the shared story. He declined and lived his life.
I chose to focus my attention on a western feature I had previously shelved.
Time went on.
One night, as I was on a roll typing away on my laptop, working on my own story, without notice, Alan swings through my unlocked door and claims he's being robbed. I immediately freak out and attempt to figure out what's going on. I put on a shirt and flip-flops, grab my pepper spray and a broom stick, following him upstairs to his unit. He slowly opens his door and I follow him in. Alan then tells me a man's hand came through his jacket on the arm of his couch and a woman crawled in through his 2nd story widow. Knowing the impossibilities, I became confused and confirmed he was alone and nothing had happened.
I actually got mad at him, yelling he had no right to barge into my home and didn't respect my privacy. I went home and called complaining to a friend about what had just happened. This friend quickly asked if Alan was detoxing. I said I wasn't sure. They explained that when detoxing from alcohol, often times, people will hallucinate within 48 hours from their last drink. These can be vividly realistic and half of people who experience this return to the bottle just to quell the dream scenario and avoid/settle their delirium tremors.
Now, I felt bad. I went to his door, knocked and joined him on his couch. He confirmed he was getting clean. I hugged him and said I would be there in any way for support.
He said I saved his life. I explained there were no intruders so, no, I didn't. He then said I saved him from his dependency by telling him, "You only need 72 hours... just spend 3 days in hell and you'll be out. If you don't make this decision, you will never be allowed to make your own decisions ever again. Do you want someone else to tell you when to sleep? When to eat? You know the answer."
I was humbled, honored and proud. He did it. He went through hell and came out the other end with a leash on his beast.
For many people, the pandemic shut down society for a few months. Not Los Angeles. We were shuttered for 18 months. A whole year and a half. FML. I wanted to get into shape at our local park but, am really not a self-starter when it comes to physicality. So I would text, call and ask Alan. At the park, he would work out alone and preferred it that way, so, I didn't push it. I would ask if he wanted to hang out, play music and yes, sometimes I asked if he wanted to get together and write the shared anti-hero story. He would say 'no' and after a few months, maybe too many times of me asking about it, he told me it was his and asked I not write it as he was going to write it with his old college buddies. I was taken aback as I believed it was more my story as I pitched the whole thing as a digestible feature but, only told him I hoped he was joking. He said no and I dropped it. I felt scorned but not burned.
I moved to a new place, closer to my job further from Alan. There's a reason everybody in LA talks about traffic. Work returned to our city and now, I was only seeing him when we were scheduled on the same shifts. He was muscular and healthy. I, already overweight, packed on more covid pounds and honestly, was jealous of Alan's ability to work out independently. If I couldn't self start an exercise regimen, at least I knew I could begin anything creative on my own. With this reminder, I returned to the shared Anti-Hero story and decided to complete it by myself. Time went on and I finished the script and two rewrites. 114 pages done. Wow. Now, the title page. Written by: Alan & Me. It was, and I say 'was' a fantastic story. I hadn't seen Alan in sometime so after I finished it, I reached out to him with no text replies or callbacks. Then last September, at work, I approached him with "good news". I told him about the script and asked him to proofread and edit it. He replied with a stifled sarcastic "awesome..." and walks away. I was confused but, knew the conversation wasn't over. Within a minute, he returned to where I was with multiple other employees and immediately starts cussing at me. "Fuck you, man! That's my fucking idea!! You stole my intellectual property! You can't fucking take my fucking story, my IP, and then fucking tell me you did like it's your own. Fuck you!!!" I replied with things like, "Are you serious? Why do you think I'm coming to you about it? Like I already sold it and cut you out?! I'm not a thief and I won't allow you to call me that." He scoffed and left again. Coworkers were looking at me in confusion and all I could do was return a bewildered shaking head. He returned again with a lowered voice but, still cursing me out. He takes out his phone and shoves it in my face. "Here, look... notes from 2016 'Bad Guy'. I had that fucking idea eight years ago. You fucking stole it from me." Knowing we were on the job, him not calming down and truly being hurt by his words and accusations, I whisper, "No, fuck you. I'm no thief. We can talk later if you want but, I won't allow you to speak to me like that." I return to my work. The event is over and we are breaking down, preparing to leave for the night. I see him across the hall and open my arms. He approached, we hug and step into a private room away from working employees.
I ask him if he won't read the whole thing to at least look at the title page. Hoping he would agree, this is where he would see even though he didn't write a word of it, I put his name as the first billed writer. He rolled his eyes and I felt he wasn't listening to me. I asked again, "What do you think I would gain from telling you? Like I've already sold it and I'm rubbing it in? How do you think I felt when you told me you were gonna write it with some guys I'd never even met?"
Alan doubles down and once again, accused me of stealing his idea and calls me an asshole for doing so. This is where I snap and tell him how I felt about our one-sided friendship. I say, "You apologize to me or you'll never speak to me again." Now I walk away.
That night, I write him a text finally telling him his name was as co-writer and I wanted him to proof so we could make the best story and we would be partners, succeeding together.
He replied with, "I've read this text, I don't want you to think I'm ignoring you."
I follow with, "At this point, I don't care if you ignore me or not. It wouldn't be any different than the way you've treated this friendship since I've known you. You apologize or I'm done. Completely done. Then you tell people I didn't visit you in the hospital? I'm not really YOUR friend? That I never helped you? Like I didn't get you work and pick you up from jail? I don't know if you were too drunk to remember all the times I was there for you. I'm not trying to pick on your addiction, I'm genuinely concerned you don't remember or hurt that you're intentionally lying about me."
Silence. No reply. Ever.
The few times since we've worked together, he's attempted to say, "Hi" to me. I ignore the greeting and the only times we've talked has been me supplying a work request or event update. Just work and no more than a sentence at a time.
He's bad-mouthed me at work and I've since noticed his coworkers do not give me much respect, not just as a supervisor but even as a person.
A few nights after we fought, I deleted the script from my FinalDraft. I didn't want something like that to be so toxic in my life. I would have felt his vitriol every time I read it. I'll only be working there for another few weeks as I've given up on this city and my dream to be a working artist. I'll be moving back to my hometown but, really don't want to leave this city having burned a bridge.
So, Reddit, Am I The Asshole for telling my friend I would never speak to them again and demanding an apology?

2024.05.12 02:45 geegol Network issues - Windows 11 computer drops from internet and will not reconnect whatsoever.

I built this custom computer a about 2 years ago and the internet is completely fine then it will act up only on this computer. I don't know why but it always takes me a few troubleshooting steps to be able to get it going again. However, this time it did not want to connect to the internet. I did some troubleshooting on my end but still could not resolve the issue. Below are my troubleshooting notes. I still have not solved this and any guidance or assistance would be greatly apperciated. I think it may be an issue with my DNS settings but I don't know what I am doing wrong.
OS: WIndows 11 pro
Troubleshooting notes:
I cleared the browser cache on Chrome for all time.
I ran the network-reset script. Script contains the following commands below:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
route -f
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /all
route print (this is the last command in the script).
Reinstalled network driver.
I restarted the computer.
Ran route -f
Ran ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew
Ran ipconfig. IP address was an apipa showing 169.254.30.98.
Checked control panel -> network and internet -> wifi -> IPv4 settings. Confirmed a static IP was not set.
I forgot the wifi connection and reconnected to the wifi.
Confirmed no other devices on the network was having any issues.
Tried running ipconfig /renew again but the command got stuck. I waited 5 minutes. Cancelled the run of the command.
Ran route -f
Ran ipconfig. IP address was still an apipa.
Ran ipconfig /release
Ran ipconfig /renew. Command failed with "an error occurred while renewing interface Wi-Fi: unable to contact your DHCP server. Request timed out"
Tested another device (My mom's computer upstairs) and confirmed it had working internet.
Went to control panel -> network and internet -> wifi setting -> ipv4 settings.
Set the following information on the TCP/IPv4 settings:
IP: 10.0.0.136
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 10.0.0.1
Preferred DNS server address: 10.0.0.1.
I clicked advanced -> went to DNS tab on the new advanced settings window.
I put in the DNS server address 10.0.0.41 on "DNS server addresses, in order of use"
I put hsd1.ut.comcast.net for the DNS suffix for this connection.
The radio button for "append primary and connection specific DNS suffixes" was selected with Append parent suffixes of the primary DNS suffix checked.
The box for "register this connection's addresses in DNS" was checked.
I clicked ok to close out of DNS.
I clicked ok to close out of IPv4 settings.
I clicked ok to close out of wifi properties.
I clicked close to close out of wifi status.
I tried to ping google.com. As soon as I got the first request timed out response, I stopped pinging.
I tried to ping yahoo.com. I got 4 replies back.
I tried to go to amazon.com in google chrome. I could not reach the page.
I cleared my cache and cookies in Chrome for all time.
Restarted Chrome.
Tried going to amazon.com again within Chrome. "This site can't be reached"
I opened a new incognito window of Chrome.
I tried going to Amazon.com. "Amazon.com unexpectedly closed the connection" I could not reach the site.
I tried to ping google.com again. I got 4 replies back via IPv6.
I tried to ping google.com using IPv4 (ping google.com -4) I got 1 response and the rest timed out.
I pinged 172.217.164.14 (google.com) and received 4 replies back.
Went back to control panel -> network and internet -> wifi.
Opened wifi properties -> Opened IPv4 settings -> changed it back to "obtain an IP address automatically"
Changed DNS settings to obtain DNS server address automatically.
I clicked ok to close out of the network menue.
IPv4 connectiivty went from "Internet" to "No network access"
I ran ipconfig and found I had an APIPA address of 169.254.30.98
Restarted the computer.
Computer came back up without any issues.
Wifi symbol was a globe for about 30 seconds then changed to a wifi signal.
I ran ipconfig and I had an IP address of 10.0.0.136 /24.
Confirmed a default gateway was showing.
I tried to ping google.com. Ping could not find google.com.
I ran ipconfig /flushdns.
I ran ping www.google.com and received 4 replies back.
I ran ping www.google.com -4 and received 4 replies back.
I opened chrome and typed in www.google.com. "This site can't be reached. The connection was reset"
I tried to go to www.yahoo.com. "This site can't be reached. The connected was reset." or I will get "Yahoo.com's server IP address could not be found.
Out of curiosity, I ran windows network diagnostics. Troubleshooter could not find anything wrong.
End troubleshooting notes.

Edit 2: SOLVED
huge thank you to u/MageLD for the help with the network and for discovering that my Malloanox card had a static IP instead of needing DHCP. They even helped me discover that the issue was caused by my server's 10g NIC because apparently the x520 is locked to Intel SPF modules only.
I found a forum online discussing this issue but struggled to understand it. Then, I was able to find a GitHub repository with a Python script. However, I discovered that the script itself wasn't working properly. Using ChatGPT, I updated the script to work properly.
Later, I found in the same GitHub comment section that the user bluerockny had updated it. All that I needed to do was to update the code, address the errors with ChatGPT, and reboot the server. Now, I've got 10g networking up and running.

Hi all, I need some help. Im trying to get 10g to work with my unraid server. I am currently using a:
Dell R730 with OEM quad port ethernet 2x 1G 2x SPF 10g (This turned out to be the Intel x520)
This dual SPF 10G switch
and a melloanox Connect x2 in my PC
My computer shows everything as 10GB/s but in unraid I only see the 1000mbps showing up

My fellow gamers, for too long has our community suffered the indignation of an intolerable culture that has denigrated, besmirched, exploited, and has outright demonized our culture of unique individuals with a genuine love of a hobby that they see as profitable and progressive. They have taken beloved IP’s (Intellectual Properties) and twisted them into their own personal ideological crusade of undermining and humiliating the core aspects of characters they deemed as “Toxic” or “White Supremacy”. Through the guise and protection of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity) & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) they have used our influence in the entertainment industry to push their narratives and agendas that have stigmatized our culture with numerous anti-consumer practices that they call “being progressive”. But the truth of the matter is they were never really looking to be a part of our community, they simply wanted to use our community as a tool of activism and propaganda in the entertainment industry as it was extremely profitable, and they wanted inclusion in that division. Ever since GamerGate & Female Frequency, we have had to endure the incursion of forced ideologies, xenophobic behaviors and inferior overpriced products that have never been in our best interest and have been flat out disgraceful towards foreign media.
Before Gaming had become a major source of entertainment, we were often categorized as anti-social or societies rejects where because we found more enjoyment in playing fictional characters and not spending as much time out and about, we never fully assimilated in society (which is a good thing if you ask me). From 1998 to 2007, at the height of innovation, creativity and production, Gaming had reached a golden age in which it had revolutionized society. Hollywood Execs who had ruined the movie industry turned their attention to video games as a source of income since video games had outperformed movies in terms of profit. No one was concerned about gaming, much less diversity or inclusivity until it became profitable. This makes people like SBI look extremely disingenuous as they were not interested in gamers as a community with its own culture. They simply wanted to use it as another weapon in identity politics.
Microtransactions; the hidden enemy to gamer progress and inducer to mental laziness of our community. Microtransactions have been around for a long time; however, it has never been more potent and apparent than in recent years. It has aided in the dismantling and segregation of players on the ideology of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and has created another sub-culture of gamers who have no real drive to be better outside of how much money they put into the game. This has degraded our culture as well as we have become “fat” off transactional gaming but at the same time we have been “starved” of purposeful gaming where our achievements were our sustenance. I am not saying that microtransactions are bad, but when they are exploitative and predatorial like they have been and don’t give gamers room to grow, we become lethargic and unwilling to improve ourselves as gamers. Oversaturated microtransactional games are one of the many reasons why we have become complacent and unwilling to fight against the exploitative tactics used by big brand game companies such EA, Ubisoft, ActivisionBlizzard, NaughtyDog and so many other western business model companies. Western style games were not like this in the past, they had much more depth and actual effort put into them with the gamer in mind. This has not been the case for over a decade and our connection to western developers has been whittled down to just being transactional. That is one of the reasons why you see so many remasters and remakes in today’s gamer community. They have lost their willingness to improve as developers of games and simply accept corporate/share holder rules.
Game journalists also do not have any real integrity or purpose outside of being funded for their involvement in promoting IPG (Identity Political Games) in a positive light to the public whether it’s positively received or not. They are not interested in what we have to say, they all support the same agenda and that is why they are a dying breed. Within the next couple of years, they will be out of the job and more than likely they will not be able to stay in the industry giving how they have responded to past articles that have clearly been scripted on the premise of diversity and racism. Not only that, but most of them are also extremely hostile to the community as they stereotype and defame the individuals that are a part of the community they are supposed to serve. We have been mentally liberated from their lies and coercive tactics as we tend to laugh at their obvious attempt at virtue signaling while hiding their misdoings so that they can play the victim.
My gamer brothers & sisters, I would not suggest the following action that we must take now without good cause. I have weighed our options and the best option for us now is this…...CULTURAL SECESSION. Naturally this is a form of segregation where they would more than likely claim they are being segregated by the dominant culture of the gaming community but that is incorrect. For years now we have been the ones who are often marginalized and ostracized for the smaller portion of our community. And when we aren’t, we’re exploited for more funds so that these companies can stay in business only to subject us to low quality products that coincide with the “WOKE Agenda” that are often huge expenses to these big brands i.e. AAA/AAAA games that will eventually flop for its obvious forced diversity and bug infested product which will undoubtedly piss off the consumer to the point of wanting a refund. Losing copious amounts of capital and stock in the process, not to mention their reputation is permanently marred.
We must separate on every cultural level in terms of entertainment and ideology. We must reject everything from the west that promotes toxic western beliefs, practices, and exclusion from other cultures (i.e. Southeastern Countries such as Japan and Korea). Japan & Korea have been the targets of unjust discrimination from Western Developers, Western Journalists, Western Localizers (The Wokelizers) and Western Society Prejudice regarding their sense of aesthetics as Westerners hate the aesthetic sense of these countries. The reason why they resort to such base tactics isn’t just because it weaponizes the ideal female form but it’s also because they have deep-seated insecurities about their own looks so when they see attractive female characters, they use terms such as “unrealistic” or “hypersexualized” to establish the moral high ground. But the truth is, they want to feel superior to that which is ideal, so they insult and dehumanize this figure that portrays natural female beauty because they see it as an insult to their own social superiority in what they believe is a hierarchy of them being at the top of all other women. Because of this and so many contributing factors, their movies flop harder than the Fat Chocobo landing on a group of enemies and their games seismically fail just as much if not more. We must sever our connection to Western Developers, Publishers, and ALL Western-Centric Entertainment for they seek to mentally enslave us to their Xenophobic ideology.
Let’s define Western Culture and its traits. Western Culture/Society is composed of more than several different ideologies that work in unison with one another to facilitate dominance over multiple aspects of society. Business, Social, Political, Technological, and sometimes even Global Affairs are affected by these ideologies that portray a specific mindset of Western beliefs. What are those ideologies you ask?

These traits are so nefarious and unconscionable that I have a hard time believing that anyone could harbor them. However, given the social, political, and economic climate that we are in, those in power who use their influence on controlling society most definitely possess these insidious traits. Everything that they do is all about control and since video games are the biggest market in the world, they want control over it and the communities built around it to accrue more wealth and to use that wealth to subjugate other cultures. We know EXACTLY what they are doing, and they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore because they don’t think we are aware of their motives. This is just a pretext for them to exert even more control and we know why, it’s because they want the influence we as a community have to must serve them. So here is what we do my fellow gamers-

Hi, Ive been updating DNS via the API for years and its always been great but for the last week ive been getting "Authenticated user is not allowed access" and I cant seem to find why? No matter what I try, even testing a newly generated key I have the same issue, any ideas why? Thanks

I ended up moving my DNS over to Cloudflare, the process was really smooth, even moved most of my records for me, only had to re-add a couple, so I decided to transfer all the domains too and I'm really happy with what Cloudflare offers, not to mention the fact it was anywhere from 50% to 75% cheaper on each domain!
If anyone is interested I put together a quick script to update the A record I needed, I'm sure it could be improved a lot but it does what I need for now

2024.05.10 03:30 laserdemon1 OMG, my luck lately. K1 3002 unknown error.

I just fixed my K1 Max by replacing the main board for a bad X axis stepper motor driver and now my K1 started throwing a 3002 unknown error after updating from 1.3.3.8 to 1.3.3.23. I had just finished a print and got the notification of an update so I did it. Ran some errands and came back to this. Reboot, nothing error comes back, other than that, can't do much else because this error gates me from moving on. Can't find much online about this, can't communicate to the printer via IP at all. Is there a method to boot this thing into some type of diag mode to see what's going on? I know I can place a text file on a usb drive with a certain name to skip the initial setup. Maybe something like that to do a factory reset of diag mode?
Any help would be much appreciated.
UPDATE: The 1.3.3.26 update completely borked the software from the installer script. There was no fixing it, so I factory reset using the helper script and I'm back up and running. Thanks.

Hey all!
I understand I'm asking from some pretty particular advice, but I figured I'd try here first and if this isn't the place, I'll move my question elsewhere.
I've been working on an animated series for the better part of two years and I'm finally getting around to cobbling together artists, designers, animators, actors, and the like. While I'm fairly new in this industry, I am curious what documents I should be having these parties sign in regard to working on the project, rights and IP, NDA type stuff, etc...
My biggest concerns are the original content at hand, as I don't want my ideas, scripts, stories, etc...stolen from me. As I am putting this team together, working with people in freelance positions but also establishing a team of individuals who have genuine interest and a desire to work on it again going forward, what exact type of documents should I be having them sign? I've done audio-play type projects in the past where I've had the voice actors sign a release of their voice and likeness for that project only, but nothing else beyond that.

My fellow gamers, for too long has our community suffered the indignation of an intolerable culture that has denigrated, besmirched, exploited, and has outright demonized our culture of unique individuals with a genuine love of a hobby that they see as profitable and progressive. They have taken beloved IP’s (Intellectual Properties) and twisted them into their own personal ideological crusade of undermining and humiliating the core aspects of characters they deemed as “Toxic” or “White Supremacy”. Through the guise and protection of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity) & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) they have used our influence in the entertainment industry to push their narratives and agendas that have stigmatized our culture with numerous anti-consumer practices that they call “being progressive”. But the truth of the matter is they were never really looking to be a part of our community, they simply wanted to use our community as a tool of activism and propaganda in the entertainment industry as it was extremely profitable, and they wanted inclusion in that division. Ever since GamerGate & Female Frequency, we have had to endure the incursion of forced ideologies, xenophobic behaviors and inferior overpriced products that have never been in our best interest and have been flat out disgraceful towards foreign media.
Before Gaming had become a major source of entertainment, we were often categorized as anti-social or societies rejects where because we found more enjoyment in playing fictional characters and not spending as much time out and about, we never fully assimilated in society (which is a good thing if you ask me). From 1998 to 2007, at the height of innovation, creativity and production, Gaming had reached a golden age in which it had revolutionized society. Hollywood Execs who had ruined the movie industry turned their attention to video games as a source of income since video games had outperformed movies in terms of profit. No one was concerned about gaming, much less diversity or inclusivity until it became profitable. This makes people like SBI look extremely disingenuous as they were not interested in gamers as a community with its own culture. They simply wanted to use it as another weapon in identity politics.
Microtransactions; the hidden enemy to gamer progress and inducer to mental laziness of our community. Microtransactions have been around for a long time; however, it has never been more potent and apparent than in recent years. It has aided in the dismantling and segregation of players on the ideology of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and has created another sub-culture of gamers who have no real drive to be better outside of how much money they put into the game. This has degraded our culture as well as we have become “fat” off transactional gaming but at the same time we have been “starved” of purposeful gaming where our achievements were our sustenance. I am not saying that microtransactions are bad, but when they are exploitative and predatorial like they have been and don’t give gamers room to grow, we become lethargic and unwilling to improve ourselves as gamers. Oversaturated microtransactional games are one of the many reasons why we have become complacent and unwilling to fight against the exploitative tactics used by big brand game companies such EA, Ubisoft, ActivisionBlizzard, NaughtyDog and so many other western business model companies. Western style games were not like this in the past, they had much more depth and actual effort put into them with the gamer in mind. This has not been the case for over a decade and our connection to western developers has been whittled down to just being transactional. That is one of the reasons why you see so many remasters and remakes in today’s gamer community. They have lost their willingness to improve as developers of games and simply accept corporate/share holder rules.
Game journalists also do not have any real integrity or purpose outside of being funded for their involvement in promoting IPG (Identity Political Games) in a positive light to the public whether it’s positively received or not. They are not interested in what we have to say, they all support the same agenda and that is why they are a dying breed. Within the next couple of years, they will be out of the job and more than likely they will not be able to stay in the industry giving how they have responded to past articles that have clearly been scripted on the premise of diversity and racism. Not only that, but most of them are also extremely hostile to the community as they stereotype and defame the individuals that are a part of the community they are supposed to serve. We have been mentally liberated from their lies and coercive tactics as we tend to laugh at their obvious attempt at virtue signaling while hiding their misdoings so that they can play the victim.
My gamer brothers & sisters, I would not suggest the following action that we must take now without good cause. I have weighed our options and the best option for us now is this…...CULTURAL SECESSION. Naturally this is a form of segregation where they would more than likely claim they are being segregated by the dominant culture of the gaming community but that is incorrect. For years now we have been the ones who are often marginalized and ostracized for the smaller portion of our community. And when we aren’t, we’re exploited for more funds so that these companies can stay in business only to subject us to low quality products that coincide with the “WOKE Agenda” that are often huge expenses to these big brands i.e. AAA/AAAA games that will eventually flop for its obvious forced diversity and bug infested product which will undoubtedly piss off the consumer to the point of wanting a refund. Losing copious amounts of capital and stock in the process, not to mention their reputation is permanently marred.
We must separate on every cultural level in terms of entertainment and ideology. We must reject everything from the west that promotes toxic western beliefs, practices, and exclusion from other cultures (i.e. Southeastern Countries such as Japan and Korea). Japan & Korea have been the targets of unjust discrimination from Western Developers, Western Journalists, Western Localizers (The Wokelizers) and Western Society Prejudice regarding their sense of aesthetics as Westerners hate the aesthetic sense of these countries. The reason why they resort to such base tactics isn’t just because it weaponizes the ideal female form but it’s also because they have deep-seated insecurities about their own looks so when they see attractive female characters, they use terms such as “unrealistic” or “hypersexualized” to establish the moral high ground. But the truth is, they want to feel superior to that which is ideal, so they insult and dehumanize this figure that portrays natural female beauty because they see it as an insult to their own social superiority in what they believe is a hierarchy of them being at the top of all other women. Because of this and so many contributing factors, their movies flop harder than the Fat Chocobo landing on a group of enemies and their games seismically fail just as much if not more. We must sever our connection to Western Developers, Publishers, and ALL Western-Centric Entertainment for they seek to mentally enslave us to their Xenophobic ideology.
Let’s define Western Culture and its traits. Western Culture/Society is composed of more than several different ideologies that work in unison with one another to facilitate dominance over multiple aspects of society. Business, Social, Political, Technological, and sometimes even Global Affairs are affected by these ideologies that portray a specific mindset of Western beliefs. What are those ideologies you ask?

These traits are so nefarious and unconscionable that I have a hard time believing that anyone could harbor them. However, given the social, political, and economic climate that we are in, those in power who use their influence on controlling society most definitely possess these insidious traits. Everything that they do is all about control and since video games are the biggest market in the world, they want control over it and the communities built around it to accrue more wealth and to use that wealth to subjugate other cultures. Mainstream media is a tool as well as mainstream organizations and sites to help accomplish this goal.
The government recently announced its intentions towards what they believe is “GamerGate 2.0” and now even the ADL has made an official appearance, referring to gamers as “extremist’s”. We know EXACTLY what they are doing, and they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore because they don’t think we are aware of their motives. This is just a pretext for them to exert even more control and we know why, it’s because they want the influence we as a community have to must serve them. So here is what we do my fellow gamers-
“In light of recent events and years of mainstream stigma, we the members of the Global Gaming Community [GGC] must officially renounce ALL TIES to the corporate western video game market. We have been financially exploited through predatorial monetization schemes, pelted with numerous articles of disdain and intentional misrepresentation from game journalists, news outlets regarding us as dangerous individuals and, even subjected to inferior products not only riddled with bugs but also products meant to push political agendas. For the preservation of our community and its unique culture, apart from a few select game development studios we officially sever all connections to western owned video game companies & their mainstream affiliates. Naturally this is completely optional. If you are okay with the state of the gaming community as it is, feel free to ignore this. But if you wish for real change and a break away from oversaturated monetization in the games you play and the push for radical ideological reform, then you are in the right place. Lets sever these rotted miasmic ties once and for all so that our community can be preserved and made better for future gamers. I noticed weird usernames attempting to login on the skynode server that I leave up for my friends and I. No one was able to get on as I have a whitelist, but here is a list of the usernames UUIDs and IP's I collected and banned.
The Herobrine user is a little smarter than the rest and I think they tried spoofing my username last time. Now they're trying whatever this is? Copy pasting from skynode directly. Just want to make sure they were unsuccessful in whatever this attempt was.

2024.05.09 05:03 axiis341 People trying to hack my server? Can someone read my console logs?

I noticed weird usernames attempting to login on the skynode server that I leave up for my friends and I. No one was able to get on as I have a whitelist, but here is a list of the usernames UUIDs and IP's I collected and banned.
The Herobrine user is a little smarter than the rest and I think they tried spoofing my username last time. Now they're trying whatever this is? Copy pasting from skynode directly. Just want to make sure they were unsuccessful in whatever this attempt was.
