I am a college graduate and work full-time, so at times, my responses may be slow. I will always try to respond as quickly as possible. My job does require long hours but one of my current goals is to achieve a better work-life balance. I usually watch a movie/show/YouTube video every night and if we hit it off after chatting for a bit (Chats preferred over Messages), watching something together sounds really fun. I don't have many forms of social media, so to move the conversation away from Reddit my only other options are WhatsApp and Telegram, or we could just text like the good ole’ days. P.S. I don’t use Snapchat and will not download it.
My hobbies include:

• Sleeping, seriously, I greatly enjoy a good night's sleep. I hope my username checks out :) I try to average about 6-8 hours every night during the work week but I am not always successful. Fun fact, I can basically fall asleep on command.
• I enjoy mostly pop, country, and rock music. If I had to have one favorite band, it would probably be Linkin Park. I usually have music or a movie/show playing throughout the day so it is not too quiet. I enjoy having background noise.
• I enjoy watching tv shows and movies in my free time (I usually try to find something to watch every night to wind down)
  • As far as tv shows go, I usually enjoy drama or romance-related shows. I am currently on the hunt for a new tv show to watch, but unfortunately, nothing has really caught my attention.
  • As for movies, I enjoy horror and romance movies. My favorite is the Conjuring series.
• I enjoy baking and cooking new recipes. I don't have a favorite food or dish to cook but rather it depends on what I am craving at that exact moment. I’m not a picky eater and a firm believer in trying everything at least once.
• Lastly, I also read about a book a week, mostly romance books. Oftentimes, I will read for a bit before bed or when I have a few minutes of downtime.
• Most importantly, I don’t drink or use any drugs and would prefer a night in over a night out.

I am looking for someone older (preferably between 30-40) as I tend to be able to communicate more effectively with those who are older. I wanted to make a long and detailed post regarding how insane and maniacal the Battlefront II hacker community is and how it is the reason why most if not all Battlefront II streamers and players have moved on to different games and refused to return to it. I want to bring some light to what me, and other Battlefront II PC streamers have been dealing with.
Just a little bit of background about myself, I am a college student who streams as a hobby a few times a week and have been streaming for about 4 years now. I'm a known streamer in the Battlefront II community and have to deal with death threats, multiple swattings, hackers, etc. I am done staying silent about what I go through on a daily basis.
Over these past few months I have been SWATTED, twice, by a group of hackers that roam this game in efforts to "kill" it. One swat call was made and they told officers that I had a "grenade" and in the second one, they told officers that I had killed my family and that I was going to "burn the house down". It makes me sick to think about, getting swatted is something no one should ever have to deal with. Most people would agree that I'm a pretty positive streamer, it makes me wonder why I was the one who got targeted like this. These hackers go after any and every streamer they can and after every other streamer left, I was the only streamer they could target. The fact that these hackers are willing to go to the lengths to literally call in threats to my house is insane, I have been swatted now at my college and my home, and now I have to deal with the whole investigation mess. NO STREAMER should EVER have to deal with this, and I don't wish it on my worst enemy. After my swatting, other hackers and even a streamer have been "celebrating" the swatting as they've won some kind of battle. It's really sad, but honestly, it's the same level of immaturity that I've been seeing for years now and it sucks that the Battlefront II community houses so many of these crazies. I partly blame EA for not keeping up with the game AT ALL to the point where there are mods where hackers can use fucking dev tools. On top of that, when there was a mod created that could crash lobbies, EA came back to fix just that and only that, so they fixed just one aspect of the dev tools, but still didn't make it to where normal ass players couldn't access them in the first place, but that's a topic for a different day. Some of you hackers really need to look at the mirror and get a fucking life, you are sad and pathetic. It's truly sad to see on such a game that everyone, including myself had such high hopes for. I have also found that there are hackers who pay other hackers literal hundreds of dollars to "hunt" me all day. If you don't know know, there is a hack in Battlefront II that allows these hackers to spam admin chat in a goldish text that everyone sees in chat. These hackers would straight up post my FULL NAME, ADDRESS, etc, for everyone to see, it's beyond messed up. While posting these messages in chat, they would repeatedly tell me that they are going to kill me. These hackers have serious mental issues and I believe it all stems from the lack of attention that these kids get IRL. It's almost like they need to feel "powerful" through preying on innocent streamers just trying to play the game.
If you're thinking about streaming Battlefront II, please don't, its not worth the pain of dealing with these mentally insane individuals who want nothing more than to harm you and your family.
Stay away from this game.

Hi folks, I don't want to bore you with a long story but I feel it's unavoidable in order to explain my situation thoroughly so I'll start with bullets to give an overview of what my console is telling me.

• Mesh WiFi
• 100+ mbps download, 25+mbps upload
• ≈23ms latency
• 0-1% packet loss
• NAT type moderate
• UPnP unsuccessful
• Xbox Series X
• enabling QoS tagging temporarily resolves the issue for a few minutes maximum

Story: before I moved out of my parents place in 2018 I had this same issue, NAT type switching from open to moderate over and over, with open still presenting the same issues (almost as if it's actually moderate all the time despite displaying as open) and I never managed to get it working, my Dad runs his business from home and he is the network administrator, he assures me everything is fine with the router and settings. UPnP on, zero config etc
But nothing I do will fix the problem.
I move out, get my own router and everything, and it just works straight out of the box. Finally I have smooth online gaming without any lag issues (network speeds are identical to my parents place) 5 years of smooth gaming pass and sadly I'm forced to move back in with my parents, who now live somewhere else, but have the same network config as they did before.
Now I'm back in their new house and I'm having the same issues again, on both wired and wireless connections. Since I last lived with them my console now has the QoS tagging settings which 'appears' to resolve the issue when I test my NAT type and connection, but it doesn't, the issue persists - I can't hear audio in party chat clearly, it's distorted. I get a constant latency warning when trying to play multiplayer, despite my network speed being fine. I feared I would have this problem again before moving back in and my worst fears have been confirmed. I had to deal with this from 2009 when I was 16 trying to play modern warfare 2 with my buddies, and it continued until I left home in 2018. Hardware has been upgraded, replaced, even ISP has changed in that time and yet, whenever I'm at my parents place I have this issue.
I'm at a loss of what to do, is this anything to do with mesh WiFi? Because on paper the only difference between our networks is that here they're using 'Tenda Nova' brand mesh WiFi system and I wasn't - we have the same ISP and even the same tarrif too.
I cannot find the source of the issue and it's driving me nuts because I'm the only one in the house who is negatively affected by it so nobody else really cares. Every other device including my phone works fine, it's only my Xbox. I help run a sim racing league on Assetto Corsa and I've been unable to partake in any races since I moved back in, this sucks because it's my main hobby and every week I have to watch them all racing live on twitch knowing I can't even connect.
If anyone can suggest anything to help me out here I'd be eternally grateful, it's gonna be a long year if I can't relax and play games in the evenings after work :(

Hey again. I got an Onn 32gig microSD, I followed the guide from 3ds hacks guides.html) on setting the card up. I followed it to a tee, and then copied everything from the original micro over to the new one. I then switched the cards out, and when I relaunched the system the original theme I had was replaced with a blank white background. All downloaded games are missing other than a dsiware title, and one game I had grabbed from on an archive. All of the apps are missing for the homebrew channel, I had downloaded twilight menu and it is still there. Luma3ds and GODMODE9 both still work. I tried to do this step of the guide:
"If NONE of your games are showing up, first Follow Rule #1, then…Download, install, & run Faketik

1. If you can’t launch the Homebrew app because it too is missing, open the “Health and Safety” app, from there press L+Down+Select to pop up the Rosalina menu, “Miscellaneous Options” → “Switch the hb. title to hblauncher_loader”, Return to home, close the “Health and Safety” app, then open it again.
2. If that doesn’t work, your SD card is likely corrupted. Copy everything off the card (Windows/macOS, use: undelete DMDE, R-Studio, or UFS; Linux, use: HDDSuperClone or DDRescue; follow those apps' official instructions), format the card, test the empty card with h2testw.html), and copy everything back if the test is okay. Sometimes that is enough to solve issues like this."

This did not work, however, the card doesn't seem to be corrupted?? Do I need to do something particular to reinitiate their downloads/relaunches?

It was requested that I post one of my replies in a new thread so others can learn. I feel like it’s been repeated many times before, but hey, I guess that magnifying glass 🔍 in the top header is harder to use on some. Just know, I’ve learned everything I know just by doing that, searching keywords until it all came together and made sense.
Not to mention, I was motivated AF to get out of the office.

Yes, OE = more than 1 FT Job. You’ll quickly find out that PT gigs make you do more for less. It’s a trap. Don’t do PT.
Overlap? I’m assuming you’re referring to Teams meetings - always be on mute. Make sure each set up has their own accessories but nothing that’ll flag IT concerning suspicious downloaded software. (Plug usb’s into an external surge protector thing) My meetings overlap often, and I’ve got myself muted listening to both. If I’m asked anything, I calmly take my time to mute the sound of the opposite meeting, unmute myself to answer whatever they want, go back on mute, and again listen in to both. If anxiety will take the best of you, hop on Amazon and find a mute button with a big a$$ bright light that doesn’t require software to download. To be fair, this actually might be the one device you could explain your way out of to IT about software being downloaded. Idk. Share your experience below.
Deadlines on the same day? Personally, I wouldn’t recommend OE for jobs that require a lot of production. But, being the person I am not taking my own advice, this is quite literally my J1. I’m usually up early in the mornings and can knock out about everything needed for J1 between 4:30am - 8am. I know it sounds crazy, but during this time there isn’t anyone bothering me. Kid is asleep, coworkers from J1 aren’t blasting me on Teams, dead zone quiet. By the time 8am rolls around, I can finish whatever is needed from J1 while focusing on the active Teams activities and whatever for J2. From noon til 5, I’m playing Fortnite while all of my mice are on jigglers to keep them moving and my Teams notifications are on full blast volume.
I actually nailed J2 and convinced them I was leaving J1 due to the promise of working remote, but then they took it back. It wasn’t far from the truth actually. I really was about to leave J1. But, they gave me a test drive to work remote and see how it goes. I used this opportunity to go above and beyond hitting my numbers to where they said “as long as you’re hitting those numbers, we don’t GAF what you do.” So, I never cancelled J2 and onboarded during this time. I’ve now found the perfect routine for myself, which includes those early morning hours. Even though technically, I guess I’m on the clock longer, but it really doesn’t feel like it. I’m blowing off the second half of the day kicking some 10 yo butts online.
Keep in mind, the overall culture for OE is this: Why go above and beyond for an employer who wouldn’t do the same for you - just get by with what you need to maintain your presence at both, be mediocre and average, and make twice the salary by working/stressing less.

*Be responsible. Whatever financial goal you have, put stickies all over your monitors to remind you why you’re doing this. Fact check yourself on your spending and don’t go overboard. You just hit the lottery. Act like it. Don’t tell a single soul, don’t make it obvious, don’t make the IRS angry, and for the love of Satan DO NOT OE FOR GOVT EMPLOYERS.

Your answer needs to be as broad and humiliating as possible to make them feel uncomfortable for asking in the first place..such as “my therapist and case worker have gone to extreme lengths to put my safety first due to a past relationship. Regarding to socials, if you absolutely have to have a LI acct, make multiple. Be careful to upload different occupations, limit your name info, DO NOT USE THE SAME PROFILE PIC LET ALONE AN ACTUAL REAL PIC. Do one of those AI trends and fancy yourself a professional shot. Make each different. Does it look like you compared to Teams calls? Eh, maybe it’s arguable. As long as there is room for doubt, you’re golden.

I got my account hacked a week ago and i just got my first rejection after filling out the form. Thinking i had everything right i just remembered that i actually downloaded Genshin first on my phone (i've been playing genshin on my pc for almost two years now) but i have no idea when was the exact day since i dont have any Email from when i downloaded from Google store and i deleted the app after downloading on my pc.
Is there any way i can retrieve this information?

Well, I think i should've put this in offmychest because this post is pretty much a vent but a little advice is appreciated.
For context, I'm in my late teens. I just graduated highschool and will be starting college later this year. I have a sister who's a few years younger than me.
Growing up, I was pretty much "daddy's little princess". He spoilt both my sister and me rotten ffs. We were a really happy family. He taught me everything he could and was ALWAYS there for us kids, no matter what. He always encouraged us to take up any hobby we wanted, drove us himself to and from classes, and I can't even talk about the books, toys and other things he got for us without it being an understatement. He was literally my superhero. When i was a kid, i seriously thought that my dad was the strongest and smartest person in the whole wide world. Not to mention, he was a really really good human being too. Even if a person totally unrelated to him reached out for help, he'd do his best to help them in a heartbeat. I love him so much, and could love no one else as much as him because he's literally the best dad ever.
Exactly a month ago, he had a subarachnoid brain hemorrhage unexpectedly. It was a huge shock seeing my dad unconscious on the floor with his head in a puddle of blood when we woke up in the morning. It was the last thing i expected to say the very least. My sister's birthday was on the previous day, so I put together a small party for her even if she refused and dad thanked me for taking care of my sister and told me that it was the best birthday he had ever witnessed in his life (it wasn't extravagant or anything, literally a small family gathering with cake and some snacks). The thing is, he didn't have high blood pressure, nor did he hurt his head (we didn't hear anything if he supposedly hit his head and fell down and he had no external injuries other than a black eye). We traveled and he drove a few hours on the day before my sister's birthday. Everything was completely normal and we actually had a great time together. He was in a coma for nearly two weeks and then was on life support for around another week after being diagnosed brain dead, because my mom and I needed time to process everything that was going on. We tried everything out there to try and get some response, from the regular medical things to sound therapy, accupressure, homeopathy and anything anyone suggested would work. But unfortunately, he didn't make it and faced a natural death a week or so ago (as in we didn't have to decide when to take him off life support)
They're doing funeral stuff and i don't want to be a part of anything because I'm being delusional and thinking that he's gonna come back. We have a golden retriever, who i take care of to keep me busy during the day and also because dad let me keep it as an emotional support animal, without which i would've committed again. At other times of the day, i just can't get myself to get out of bed. I feel really nauseous, my legs always feel tingly and almost like they're burning and I'm shaky sometimes. I've been on continuous medication and therapy for over a year now. My psychiatrist didn't want to diagnose me since he didn't want me to live with a label of a mental illness but a family doctor informally told us that I had BPD. I've gotten so much better with all the support I've gotten because at one point I used to attempt every other day to try to escape reality. At this point of time, both my parents were with me most of the time trying to provide as much support as they physically could, leaving my sister out a lot. I have some horrible things i don't remember doing as a child from my own memory that my sister told me about. My parents have endured so much and when things finally got better, this happened.
My dad worked with online security and stuff in the past so he was really scared of me getting into trouble. For context, I sent nudes to my bf (both of us were minors) two years ago and got caught because my phone was hacked. I didn't get to have a phone for nearly two years and though it seems like a bad thing, I did pretty well in school. Yeah well he was probably really stressed when I told him I'd still be talking to my bf once I finished school. I was originally supposed to study abroad, that might've caused him a lot of stress, knowing I'd be alone. He wasn't really okay with me dating either cuz he was paranoid guys would hurt me and ruin my life and he was also a little conservative too. Knowing that stress can be a cause of a SAH, I'm pretty sure I'm the cause for his death (I have this gruesome feeling that i physically feel when i mentioned that he died or anything like that). My little sister hates me for it, since she feels it was me who stressed him out with my mental issues. My mom's being as supportive as she can buy she's devastated too. I still take meds, and therapy. I have a LOT of family support, which I'm very grateful for, and also my bf who's been very patient with me. Everyone's literally taking time out of their day to tend to us and help us out. I've seen so many people who I'd never heard of or even seen in my life bawl their eyes when they visited dad at the hospital. That's just how much everyone loves him. I've been trying my best to stay strong but i just can't believe I lost him. I try telling myself to stop being delusional and that he isn't out on a work trip, but inside I'm just hoping my superhero fighter dad will be back all safe and sound. I visited him at the hospital a few times a day everyday and i always told him positive things and how much i loved him even if he could probably not hear anything, but when I saw him lifeless, I almost passed out. I couldn't believe that he was gone. I mean the doctors had told us that he'd only push until his heart could so it wasn't unexpected. He also had complications with blood clotting that added to the problem. I really have no idea what to do because the last thing he'd want is me laying in bed most of the day.
Tl;Dr : I lost my dad around a week ago and even with the help from medication, therapy and family and friends support I'm not able to get out of bed or accept that he's gone. Any advice on how I can get better is much appreciated

Someone who is not me can easily recode an older version of Unreal 4, and why the hell yous wrapped your mobile port into Unreal 4 instead of 5? Faking the amount of accounts to be in the beta. It's still gonna be janky on the newer cards running on an old UE4 engine. Its cause they ported a mobile game which clearly is still fundmentally running mobile graphic software, and got retrofitted with Unreal 4 (NOT 5 FOR NO REASON AS A WRAPPER ON THE GAME WOULD OF SOLVED IT FOR EVERYONE)
So the newer cards dont run well with a combination of mobile port into Unreal 4. They need nvidia to be bothered to patch the new cards to word with UE40.

So my account was stole few months back and i have contacted ubisoft and as expected not a single reply yet from their side. I have rainbow six siege which was purchased from epic games so i thought to myself what happens if i download it from epic games and to my surprise when i downloaded it and opened the game it opened my ubisoft account without requireing any email or password (Ubisoft security excellance lol) Anyway i was able to see the dihead who stole the account he deleted all my friends made the account private and changed the email , he is from argentina appearntly and this fuhead got the account banned from r6s due to hacks. 14 years i have had this ubisoft account for it to be hacked by someone without even recieving an email that someone changed my email and getting it banned. It's kinda of sad how poor ubisoft support is and i will never ever buy a single thing from them , i had all AC games Far cry games ...etc. In conclusion should i be optimistic that i can get my account back ? Hey guys! I'm not that new to 3ds hacking, I've done it three or four times before this without any issue but recently I tried to hack a friend's console and I've run into some issues I cannot find answers to anywhere.
I was following everything on the 3ds hacks guide website and had gotten to the finalization section where you download GODMODE. The only difference I have had with installing GODMODE9 is that there was not enough storage, so I did have to use their troubleshooting guide to how to finalize the scripts and have enough storage to even do that. I deleted both the .bin and .bin.sha file off my SDcard (though they are both saved on my computer in a backups file) and booted up my console.
I just got a normal screen, no new software has been added, and when I check on the SDcard nothing has downloaded on it either. This greatly confused me as I had never run into any issues before, and the only thing I can think of why it did this was because I deleted those two files as I did nothing else differently. I've also checked to make sure all the files are in the correct places, and they are all there. GODMODE boots up fine and so does Luma, so I'm truly at a loss.
So, I'm not sure what my next step should be and I need some advice/answers to questions. Is there a way I can download FBI manually instead(from a trusted source)? Is there any way I can just delete GODMODE and all files to do with it completely and start over with the finalization section to troubleshoot better? Please let me know if you know anything about this!

With the know how of this being the raydium app we did. But actually this was a scam. Unfortunately we did find this out after we got drained.
I know this is our own stupid mistake. But for me and me and my other Sloth victims this is our first time in this big crypto world. We saw the advertisements about this promissing project and we invested in it from the beginning. Just like you all other Sloths we were tired of the 9-5. And just like you all other Sloths we holded in the dip. We'd loved to be a part of this community!

2007, I was 10 and would turn 11 later in the year. My sister’s boyfriend was over the house a lot. He was a skater, Bam Margera type of guy who lived at the beach (albeit on the east coast) and would drive up on the weekends to see my sister. They used to listen to music on my sister’s stereo a lot. They would listen to a variety of music ranging from Grateful Dead to Staind to The Doors. However one CD would play a lot more than the others, the 1996 Sublime self titled album. She would listen to it with and without him and I would constantly hear “Wrong Way” and “Santeria” despite not knowing the title of the song or the artist. Fast forward to Summer of 2008, I was up way later than I should have been trying to remember the lyrics to “Santeria”. All I knew was “what I really wanna know, ah baby”. So I plugged that into Google and got a YouTube video for “Santeria”. From there I downloaded “Wrong Way”, “What I Got”, “Santeria”, and “Doin’ Time” onto my iPod and they were a good portion what I listened to for the rest of the summer. When my sister went to college I immediately ransacked her CD collection and downloaded 40oz, Robbin the Hood, and the Self titled.
Fast forward to early 2009, I’m still listening to Sublime almost daily. One day I’m online and I notice an article about Sublime reforming with an 18 year old named Rome Ramirez. I was very excited to see this band that I just discovered was coming back. Of course I was just excited when they changed the name to Sublime with Rome. Even as a kid I knew it was a good way of separating the two. A couple years pass and I’m not following the news on SWR until 2011 when I see they’re releasing new music on an album called “Yours Truly”. Here’s where SWR would have a knack for releasing music that coincided with major events in my life. I graduated grade school in 2011 and the soundtrack of that summer was “Yours Truly”, I would listen to every track on that album constantly. For Christmas that year I had my parents get me the physical CD. From 2011-2015 I made new friends in high school and was able to introduce a lot of them to both Sublime and Sublime with Rome.
“Sirens” came out the summer I graduated high school and almost everybody in my friend group was listening to it. I have very good memories of hearing “Wherever You Go” at the beach, driving at night with friends, and at parties. That same summer me and 3 others went to see SWR live (my first of 4 times) and it was a great experience to be able to hear the music I love played live.
“Blessings” came out the summer I graduated college and the lyrics to that album resonated with me more than the previous albums. Especially “Light On”. It was yet another summer that I was going through a life change while having new SWR music to accompany it.
Fast forward to 2023-2024, I’m now 27. The past year saw a bad breakup and a departure from a job that I really began to hate. I have not been in too many dark spots in my life, but this one required a little spiritual and emotional recovery. I can confidently say I am truly happy again. I’ve got another summer to look forward and yet again new SWR music to accompany me. This is the main reason I stick up for SWR and Rome as an individual. Their music is connected to major parts of my life. If you don’t like the music itself you’re free to bash it but I will never see the group as “hacks” as some people like to call them.
