Hello everyone! I'm hoping to get some wisdom from those who may have recently gone through the SSDI application process and who are 100% P&T. I was medically retired from the military in 2020 for a combination of issues including back, knees, joints, and PTSD, after 24 years of service. I'm currently at 100% P&T as of 2020. I attempted to work up until this past year because I wanted to do maintain a purpose. I wasn't sleeping much due to a combination of my conditions and maintaining employment became too much. I was falling asleep at work, forgetting things, and began to start embarrassing myself with my performance.
I left my position voluntarily and have been out of work since Nov 2023, and applied for SSDI in Dec 2023. Here is the timeline for what I've done so far:
12/11/23 - submitted online application
12/15/23 - they conducted a non-medical review of the application
4/25/24 - they completed the medical review. This included a mental status exam which they had be complete virtually. No other examinations were completed. To note, they were able to gather all of my VA medical records.
I am currently in step 4, the final review which is supposed to take 2-4 weeks.
Based on your experience, should I be concerned that I haven't heard anything yet? Not sure if the length of time for the medical review was short, long or average. Also have no clue how the mental status exam went. It seemed very subjective.
Any information, insight, or recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi all- awaiting a dermatology appointment for confirmation. Starting around middle school, during the winter, my hands would dry out to the point of cracking and bleeding. Any time moisture of any sort was introduced once my hands were even slightly dry (INCLUDING MY OWN SWEAT!!!?) I would develop a large rash that would burn, and encompass my hands, on one occasion traveling up to my upper arm.
After switching to ivory soap, I've managed to avoid seasonal dryness, bleeding, etc that causes my rashes. Occasionally I might still break out if I use antibacterial or dish soap too many times in a row.
I can't wash dishes by hand. Normally, I can't be touching cleaner, detergent, etc either. Lotions are a 50/50 on whether they make me break out, brand regardless. Any will, it just depends on my skin at the time. Sometimes I can use bath and body works, sometimes I can't use any lotion whatsoever without a breakout.
My issue is; gloves. They're necessary in a lot of things, especially when you can't frequently use antibacterial soap. One of my cats urinates on things, which is a sensory nightmare, so I'm hoping someone might have a similar experience and found a solution for gloves?
It doesn't seem to be the gloves themselves, it seems to be trapping the sweat against my skin that causes the reaction- dry or not-dry skin. I don't know if it's how salty it is or what exactly. I've tried latex, vinyl, powdered, non-powdered, even rubber. The only ones that seem to take longer to cause the reaction are the type you wear in winter- but they still do 🥲

My eyes slowly squint open as the noise rouses me from sleep. I let out a yawn before looking for the source of the noise. I’m…back in my house… Sitting upright, I see that my door’s been opened, beaming The Dayside’s permanent daylight into my room. I was confused for a moment. The only other person here that would be here is-

“Uuuuhhmm… M-Mrs. Teylim?”

I looked down, and spotted the culprit.

Standing in the doorway was a small human child, cradling my Tohba in his arms. He was silhouetted from the daylight behind him, the light beaming past his adorable onesie pajamas creating a small blue outline around him, matching his eyes.

Strange. For some reason, I thought he was taller…

“Michael, sweetie? What’s the matter?”
​
Still carrying Tohba, Michael made his way over to the bed.

“Uuuhhhmmm… Tohba h-had a n-nightmare…”

“Ooohh, is that so?”

Something definitely didn’t add up. As he gently handed Tohba over to me, he certainly didn’t seem to be having a nightmare. In fact, even now he was still sleeping peacefully.

Michael, on the other paw, was DEFINITELY out of sorts. He was nervous, fidgeting, wrapped up in a self-hug, and even now, refused to even look at me. Whether that was because of his nervousness or if he was still convinced I was afraid of him had yet to be seen.
​
Stupid, ridiculous, Federation dogma…
​
I could tell he wasn’t being honest with me. Ordinarily, I would’ve been upset about him lying, and even more so about him disturbing Tohba, but looking at him now, I knew what he needed now wasn’t a scolding.

“Michael, you know you can be honest with me. Was it really Tohba who had the nightmare?”
​
I heard him nervously gulp as he tightened the self-hug around himself. After a moment, he shook his head.
​
“Mm’mm…”
​
I gave a tired, but loving sigh before holding out my free arm.

“Come here.”

With some hesitation, he stepped closer, allowing me to pull him into a hug. Michael had a lot of issues. From what I learned from his social worker, he’d been terribly abused by his previous mother and he’d lost his father only a few years after moving in with him. And now, with Earth under attack, he simply didn’t have anywhere else to go.
​
It will take a long time before he’s fully comfortable living here, I know that. I’m still not even entirely sure if I’m what he needs. I still wonder if I know what I’m doing when it comes to just raising Tohba. Even so, I’d never forgive myself if I didn’t try. He deserves a home, and a mother who loves him. All children do.

It was a pleasant dream, I’ll give it that. As I sat up, I let my legs dangle off the side of the bed as I stretched myself out and let out a yawn. Once my eyes had fully opened, and the fog had been blinked away, I was immediately met with a sight that warmed my heart to no end. My still fast asleep, and back to being tall, new son, curled up with his baby brother on the other bed.

I did my best to remember if Michael had anything scheduled with Khornel for this paw, but nothing came to mind. He’d been working so hard lately, helping to keep us above water. Now that he wasn’t a refugee anymore, we were no longer receiving stipends from the program, which meant from here on out, keeping the bills paid was much more difficult. And that’s not even mentioning having to put aside anything we can to be able to eventually have the house rebuilt.

I kept trying for a while, I still couldn’t remember anything. For the first time in a decent while, he had a paw off.

Good. I’ll leave him be then. He’s earned some rest.
​
I let out one more yawn, before getting up. Unfortunately, while Michael didn’t have to work this paw, I wasn’t so fortunate. Thankfully, my recent injuries allowed me to continue to work from home instead of going out to the physical office. After one last stretch, I let myself slide off the bed.

I had to give myself a moment once I was upright. While my previously broken leg had healed for the most part, I still needed to be careful of how much weight I put on it. Once I was ready, I began walking to our small kitchen area. The fridge was nearly empty. I’d need to go to the store soon.

Thank goodness we’re staying in Soulroot, where literally EVERYTHING is expensive…
​
After cutting up some leftover fruit and strayu for myself, I went back to my desk. It was impossible to not notice the small stack of colorful books on the ground next to it. They were human kid’s books donated from the embassy here in Soulroot. Tohba would be ready to start going to school in just a few short cycles…

Will we be able to get out of here and back into our house before then?
​
Sitting down at my desk and booting up my pad, I found it hard to stay focused. There was still so much to do, so much to worry about. Before, when I was feeling overwhelmed, I’d have Loh, Dohkar, or Trivah there for me. With them around, it always helped things feel more manageable. But now…now I was alone again. Loh was gone. Dohkar and Trivah were stuck on the other side of that damned fence…

What are we going to do?
​
My head lowered. I stared blankly at the desk, partly wishing I could look through it at ANYTHING other than my work.

But then, there was a glint, just out of the corner of my eye…
​
I looked up, and saw something that I couldn’t help but smile at, something that even when I’m feeling low, reminds me why I have to keep going.

I reach out…and grab the two small frames off the corner of my desk and hold them in front of me. In my left paw, wass a framed picture of Tohba, the paw he was born. So small. So precious. So perfect. And in my right, was another picture. It was my new favorite picture.

A small, human child…in fuzzy, blue, onesie pajamas that matched his eyes.

I'm working on an open-source framework for converting Python notebooks into web applications, it is called Mercury. Recently, I have added an option to execute notebooks with REST API. You can pass paramters in POST request body to the notebook, execute all cells and return JSON as response. I'm also running a SaaS service, Mercury Cloud where you can deploy notebooks with one-click with unique website domain.

What My Project Does

It makes Python notebooks extermely easy to integrate with custom ChatGPT, so GPT can execute Python notebooks and get response. It is 3-steps process:

1. Create Python notebook, with Mercury widgets to accept parameters and return JSON response.
2. Deploy notebook online - it can be done in 1 minute with Mercury Cloud
3. Configure ChatGPT Actions - it is quick, because Mercury automatically generates OpenAPI schema based on your notebooks.

Target Audience

This solution is perfect for people: - that would like to quickly create custom API for ChatGPT with Python, - that don't want to manage server by themself.

Comparison

I think that building API with Python notebooks is alternative for full REST API development with Django, Flask or FastAPI, if you quickly need few endpoints that will expose your Python code.

I have created example notebooks that are used by ChatGPT:

This community is the only one I feel not alone in our at the least there may be others like me here. Hell this community is probably the only thing that's kept me from completely going off the rails...Life's been super impossibly rough lately. The past couple of years since COVID have been incredibly tough for me. I'm 29 years old turning 30 in a week, and have been taking care of my disabled father on my own since I was 11. I've been severely depressed for many years, which has caused me to lose all my relationships with friends and family. It seems like everyone I know or meet ends up distancing themselves from me due to my constant unintended negativity. Unfortunately, this only put me in a worse mental state, costing me multiple jobs and putting me in financial ruin.
I've tried so hard to take care of my sick father and do everything I can to live a normal life, but my mental health is terrible, and regrettably, it has completely ruined my life. I have no friends left, and my family relationships have soured as well. I blame myself entirely for being in this situation. To make matters worse, the one friend I had left, who had been my rock and my brother for over 15 years, passed away at the age of 30 about a month ago, leaving me utterly shattered. I fell into such a deep depression that I started experiencing stress-induced seizures and constant panic attacks, leading to the loss of my job. Now, I can't even afford to eat. For the past 2 weeks or so, my diet has consisted of nothing but water and sliced bread. I had to send my father to live with his sister in another state because I couldn't afford to care for him properly especially with my light being cut at the moment... I owe my aunt money for taking care of him, but I have zero dollars to my name, and currently have no way of making money.
I've applied at every conceivable location in a 45-mile radius, hoping to get an email for an interview, but have had no luck at all. My phone has been disconnected, making it impossible to receive calls about potential job opportunities. I can't afford gas to travel to job locations even if I had a way to get there. I cannot walk to any of these locations, as where I live, the closest store or any type of place to work is over 10 miles away. Most employers also require online applications, which still necessitate a call back for an interview, a call I cannot receive. My electricity is currently cut off as well for the past 4 days in the Florida heat. Can't cook anything even if I had it because no power. Can't spend money I don't have to buy anything to eat. At this point, I don't know what else to do. The bit of money I have I need to save because I need this light turned on before anything and I'm almost there. Been needing just $100 more but I haven't been able to get it since Sunday.
I've reached out to family, but they have all turned me away. I have no friends to ask for help. No bank is willing to give me a loan, and even Amscot has declined due to my lack of employment. I've been trying so hard in life. Just for it to be at the shit out of me at every chance. I'm just beyond my breaking point and have absolutely no one to talk to or speak to about anything. Right! The Translation section! It’s rather unused, compared to the Sleeper side of it all. There are a few active translation topics but all of them seem to be focused on actual, current languages. Sure, there are a few in old Helenian and Latin but the others are surprisingly modern. Thereare some in Wohlian that immediately get my attention, but they seem like finished works.

Mostly directed by that ‘souseiseki’ bitch.

That is a good point. Once they are fully translated, the material is left available for anyone to take it! So I immediately go for the ones in Wohlian and Dobrand.

There are only five texts available, biographies all of them… except for what looks like a flier.

‘El Arte del Contrahechizo’ it read in Hesperian, ‘The Art of Counterspell’ in Dobrand. It apparently was an advertisement for a short lived ‘Combat Spell Course’ in Hesperia? Closed by the ‘Brotherhood’ for ‘breaking the sanctity of the secret’. Maybe this ‘Brotherhood’ is somewhat related to the cloaks.

Nevertheless, there is something in the flier that interests me: a Symbol!

I immediately start looking for it in the book… and what I find was overwhelming. This has to be the single most used symbol I’ve seen so far! It is in a lot of combined words, almost never on its own… but after keeping my eyes narrowed for a while, I find it.

Alright.

No more excuses. I close my computer, take a deep breath and walk to my door. I try my best to ignore the shaking of my hand as I grab the knob and open up. The air in the hallways outside was cold, making me go back in, pick up my long coat and then right out I went again!

The descent in the elevator had never felt this slow…I am excited and nervous at the same time.

“This will be fun!”

“This will be a disaster. You’ll stay up for nothing, you hear me? Nothing.”

Taking a deep breath, I walk out of the elevator as it arrives at the first floor and wave at the night guard, stepping right out and checking my phone.

It’s already a quarter past eleven. I have time… but I may need to call a taxi.


Cities are completely different at night. I have never been an active resident of Party City or anything, but I have been in the streets at the high hours of night, at least back in my old town. I assumed stuff would be quiet here too in Saüle, but turns out I was completely wrong. There were people stumbling around the streets, ladies of the night smiling and parading themselves in some of the corners, a few college students clubbing and singing…

Only now I remember we are technically on vacation. Of course everyone is partying!

Drat, does that mean the library will be closed!?

“Too late to ask the cab to take you back home. No, you'll just have to freeze for a few hours.”

The taxi leaves me in front of the University’s main entrance. After paying and waving the guy away, I let out a deep sigh of relief when I see that the lights of the place are still on.

So either they leave the lights on all vacation or they are still open despite it all.

I try to jog along the dirt trail, straight for the library! But I quickly realize my body is simply not made for running. I still try to keep the pace, panting and gasping for air. Passing right by the Pharmaceutical Sciences building and the Biology building, feeling lucky that no one can see me fighting for my life like this.

The campus is gigantic, with many different buildings focused on the different sciences and disciplines taught at the University. The Library stands in the middle of it all, a perfectly square, five story building comfortably constructed on a plateau and looking over the entire campus. As cool and impressive as that is, it also meant a long climb a massive set of stairs…

“Saints damn it all…”

It’s a miserable jog, but eventually, I make it to the gates before the Librarian closes. An ancient lady of dark skin and thin white hair, eternally dressed in a black, long dress.

“Hmph. Right on time, night owl.” She says with a mix of annoyance and playfulness in her tone, turning her back on me as soon as she closed the door. “Do not run like that inside.”

Still recovering my breath, I just nod and walk towards the machines that scan your credentials. I fish my wallet out of my pockets, scan my old card, and then walk straight in, looking around the main hall with a tired smile. Ah yes… I've always felt more at ease in libraries and the like, especially when there are no crowds of people around. Right now I could see only a few furtive shadows sliding around, and no sandwich sellers at all! With some luck, the librarian will try to gain a few extra Empires by selling stuff, but that will have to wait.
Right now, we are back on the hunt for the Golden Symbol! I need to focus all of my strength on finding it this time, because if they really want it to be both private and easy to find, it has to be here.

Speculation: Chosen warrior blessed by the gods comes forward in front of the masses and takes out the big baddie. You could make the speculation that the song could reference something to do with DRS (A Perfect Circle) and SHFs bleeding out (counting bodies like sheep).

Speculation: First part DFV knows they (Shorts) have messed around again and have been doing it dirty. The gig is up again, time to close and pay up. The second part is a funny scene from arrested development where Buster, a character who just cannot fit in properly goes AWAL to try and show he has a nasty side, it just comes across as way too far. DFV just poking fun at bears here no doubt.

Speculation: I haven't seen the Town but from reading online this scene showed the amazing friendship between Doug and James when James simply replies, who's car are we going to take? in response to what sounds like a risky ask for help from Doug. Then with Mad Max: Fury Road we have a film about a post apocalyptic survivor in Max Rockatansky who eventually brings down a warlords Citadel (hmmm).

Description: First we have the whistling of Omar from The Wire, then we have a scene from the Kingsmen where they are locked in a pub with Galahad and the quote "Manners maketh man" and finally we have a scene from Oldboy with a big fight scene cut alongside some anime which is from demon slayer
Speculation: The whistling is synonymous with Omar and is to the tune of a nursery rhyme, "the farmer in the dell", anyone that watched The Wire would know instantly that this means Omar is coming and this means you best get out the way as he is coming with his double-barreled shotgun and he certainly won't hesitate to use it. The Kingsmen scene where they are locked in the pub is a particularly violent scene and it's an interesting film to reference, the plot *Film spoiler here* is essentially about a boy named Eggsy from a lower-class neighbourhood who's father dies and he finds out that his father was part of an elite inner circle of upper class. After trying to be part of this group, Eggsy discovers their secret plot to take over the world and takes it into his own hands to save the day. u/ ThePhenomNoku talks about the last 2 referenced films; "So the anime is demon slayer. It’s about a kid who has everything taken from him and trains to learn how to fight demons. Though as a sidenote he kind of carries one around with him. It’s complicated.The other movie with the guy holding the person, & the fight scene is the original Oldboy, and without giving too much of the plot away it’s about a dude who is falsely imprisoned for a couple of years or so, and then enacts his revenge."

We then cut to a film i'm not aware (anyone help here?) of where an older gentleman shows a calculator to a young woman and the calculator says "Just up" on it then the woman says "yes that looks correct"
Speculation: In Oceans 11 there was a lot of planning and variables that had to happen for everything to work. It was a high risk high reward plan with a lot set up to go against but it's possible. The target has always been "just up", DFV just reiterating what he said in the first place.

Speculation: Of course with the loophole stuff it could be about all of the DD that has been done on what has gone on over the years but it could equally be about SHFs finding loopholes to get out of the mess they are in with the stock. The second part the judges clearly don't feel the attempt of the cheerleading or gymnastics piece they are portraying is any good but they are giving it a go and it's suppose to a comedy. Note the school is the cougars, cat links again of course.

Speculation: Batman was of course a good hero who would rid the streets of criminals, they would scare just at the sight of the batman signal being fired knowing that they were about to get wrecked. In this clip, two years has been replaced with three years in the monologue and the kitty signal is of course a nice touch.

Speculation: I think it's best just to give the description of what happens in this scene taken from the fandom page. Elliot chooses to sit down with the friend in the dungeon. He lights a match and reads the note "Don't leave me here." Elliot chooses to stay. The alarm shuts off. An explosion happens nearby. Robot opens the door to find a fire raging outside. He concludes it's too late. Both of them sit down. They each say "I love you." Explosions rage around the room. "It's an exciting time in the world," Elliot says. Fade to red. Take from that what you will.

A lot of the text has been changed but to summarize, one person states "he is making a requel" then there is some talk about the squeeze movie that came out last year and how most people in the actual know hated it and how "squeeze mid" pissed on their "covidhood", how the main character is a mary sue? Then a few cuts of Scream and how real squeeze movies have meta slasher whodunnits and that to some people the original is their favorite thing in the world
Speculation: A requel is A movie which revisits the subject matter of an earlier film but is not a remake or a linear continuation of its plot (i.e. a sequel or prequel). So essentially what is happening right now with the stock is not exactly the same of what has happened before but it is essentially a revisit of the same subject regarding squeezes. A mid squeeze implies that it wasn't as high as the squeeze could have gone and the theme of slashers and murdered people really suggests heads will roll (SHFs hopefully).

Speculation: Time is running out for the bear, they can hang around for a while longer but they will be the victim. This is more of the DFV is coming for you as he dresses himself up as a rampaging murderer targeting the bear in this case. Not sure on the bee, whether that is DFV just having some fun or if it's that a sting is coming in some sense.

Anton replies, "you mean the nature of these memes?" to which Carson says "I mean the nature of you!" The scene ends with the phone ringing.
Speculation: DFV putting himself into the mode of Anton from No Country for Old Men is quite the statement. For those who haven't seen this movie, Anton is a wrecking ball of a killer and adheres by his rulebook to seek out different people through the movie to take out. Carson being the desperate short seller here who is not understanding why DFV isn't just playing by the usual financial rules and taking his gains and going. The phone ringing at end could be an implication of margin calls ringing for the desperate short seller.

Speculation: This is the first direct reference to Gamestop word for word and it should be noted that this is the scene where William Wallace is about to be executed. Could mean that DFV is willing to risk it all for Gamestop like William Wallace martyring himself for the freedom of Scotland.

I’m writing this now because of an encounter I had a few hours ago that left me feeling shaken, paranoid, and frustrated with this whole pattern thats been going on for a year. So sorry if it is confusing, I have not been able to sleep for the rest of the night because of this. For some background information, I am extremely aware of my body due to chronic illness and have always had unexplainable encounters since I was young, but I have never been afraid of them quite like I am now.
About a year ago, I started to have immense struggles sleeping and paranoia because of an extremely strong presence I felt in my room. I cannot describe it as anything other than a presence that brings me lots of anxiety and a feeling of being watched. It is stationary in the top corner of my room where I spend most of my day working on artwork and school and maintaining my fish tanks, however, it is most active at night, and that is where my biggest problem with it stems. It does not look away from me, change positions, or interact with me in any way. However, I am currently refusing to acknowledge it because i have this sinking feeling that something bad will happen to me when I do. It does not feel evil per say, but it feels like it is amused by my refusal to acknowledge it and the amount of anxiety it brings me has made me physically ill before. I am not anxious person.
There is another presence that accompanies this one, but it feels like an entirely separate entity. I feel nothing from it. I have a dresser with a mirror that faces my bed, but the mirror cannot see me when I am sleeping because the bed is way too low, and this presence stands between my bed and my dresser. It feels like a physical barrier, solid, and if I could describe it as anything else when I wake up - it would be like I am looking at a torso because it towers over me. The reason I say this accompanies the other presence is because they are always with me at the same time, the only difference being that the one in my ceiling corner is a constant presence when its there, and the other one I discover at random intervals. I sense this one because I randomly wake up with the feeling that something is in front of me. Like when you wander around in the dark and instinctively know theres a wall in front of you.
Both of these entities have grace periods where they don’t bother me as much for a month or two. However, the one that watches me ebbs and flows in this grace period. Rather than as a strong, anxiety-inducing presence that frightens me, I will feel jolts of feeling like I’m being watched throughout any time during the day that I am in my room (from where it stays, so I know it is that specific presence).
This brings me to my most recent encounter with something entirely new. I instinctively woke up to a weird feeling in my stomach. It wasn’t the same feeling as sensing the wall, or being watched, but a weird feeling that told my body to wake up and look. It was so human and solid that for the first few seconds, I genuinely thought that one of my family members was in my room, even though I already knew the stature of this person was not like any of them. It was only slightly taller than my chair, maybe a foot shorter than me, and I was immediately hit with a similar feeling like to the one that watches me. If I move, if it knows I know its there, something bad will happen. This was more like.. accusatory? Like I really, really did not want it to see me.
It started off crouched in the same corner as the thing that watches me, but not a creepy crouch, like it was picking up something from under my desk. (I have a stuffed animal, art supplies, and gifts for my friends I’m making stored under there). It stood up and I couldn’t see anything in its hands, or really its hands at all, and it walked around my chair. It got a few inches past my chair before it suddenly stopped and disappeared entirely. This was the first time I have ever witnessed something so physical that I thought someone was genuinely in my room, or felt like I could physically be hurt by it. I was frozen. (Not paralysis, i was just super scared).
It never acknowledged me, but I had turned on my LEDs after it left and could not sleep for another ten minutes because I had a horrific feeling that it kept showing up again and I had to keep checking. I genuinely couldn’t process if there was an intruder in my house and they just hid. Thats how real they felt and looked. I turned my lights back off after I calmed myself down and forced myself to try and sleep, but ended up just watching videos on my phone.
An hour later, my LEDS flashed on and pulsed while I was talking to my friend about what just happened to me. I promptly turned them back off and refused to say anything else.
It is important to note that this was during a grace period where the two presences I normally have were not present and a week after I got a text from my mom about her hearing me right next to her calling for help. I heard it too, but I was in the bath, and I thought it was the TV (which apparently wasn’t on).
Please offer any advice or theories you guys have as to why this is happening to me. I just want to sleep. I also can’t reach my mirror to cover it because its kind of tall and it would knock over all my earrings.**

Hello. I am currently working on implementing logging in functionality using django's built in session authentication system. I have managed to get it set up and working with a view like so:

On postman any further requests contain the cookie, however on the localhost, it does not. This is the login fetch and the fetch (getallmessages) that I use to check if it's working on the frontend:

I made sure that the localhost is in CORS' allowed and whitelisted origins, cookie is in the allowed cors headers, CORS_ALLOW_CREDENTIALS is True, localhost is running on https, I have the credentials:include attribute on my requests, the sessionid cookie has samesite none and secure True. All of this and still the same results. I also tried doing it on a different browser than firefox like microsoft edge, still same results. This is how the settings.py file (the fragment concerning cors and the session cookie) looks exactly:

slight trigger warning toxic relationship My (27f) break up was pretty much a year ago. I am doing okay, not struggling too much but recently got a photo memory from a year ago on my phone & it triggered me to remember the last week of our relationship, which was fuelled with alcohol, fights and my last desperate attempt to make it work. My ex was also a very avid screameverbally aggressive during fights. Ever since that memory popped up, my sleep schedule hast changed from 8 peaceful hours per night to 5. I dream of him and I fighting, I am more easy to cry, I don’t have an appetite and have already lost some weight just in a couple of days. My heart rate is up, I get headaches & this incredible feeling of being stressed out for no reason.
I’m suspecting this is my body remembering the trauma, because I remember every single day and detail from the last week of our relationship. Down to my mother asking me if I was on drugs, because my panic attacks were so severe and him screaming at me for not wanting to eat chicken during a panic attack and not having myself under control. He wasn’t a bad guy, we just made each other into bad people.
Does anyone have experience with trauma anniversaries? I have read some stuff about them online, but I have never experienced this before so I don‘t know if this is what’s happening to me but I can’t find another reason I would feel this way (as my life is pretty okay right now). Does anyone have tips? I have already tried meditation & stuff but that doesn’t work, friends do distract me, but I can’t do my hobbies right now cause it just makes me worse.
I would appreciate some advise other than melatonin haha, since I already take that every night. :)

Hello there. I(F24) have serious troubles with getting up, Im not working student at university(all lectures are online in the evening), and I just get my body out of bed in the morning. The meds I need to be on really are stimulants, but I can't tolerate these anymore because of my Long Covid.
I also have OCD and anxiety, and it got to a point recently where I'd spend every night obsessing over something minor and it was making me miserable. So I decided to try out Prozac (Fluoxetine) again. Now, I've been on this in the past for a few months at a time. It'd help stop me spiralling but it also made me extremely groggy in the afternoon and it made my focus worse. I work in a job where I have to sit at a desk and look at numbers/talk to clients all day. So imagine trying to do this with a) unmedicated ADHD and b) an SSRI that's making your ADHD even worse. So that's why I'd eventually stop.
So I decided to try Prozac again last week, and experimented with taking it at a different time instead (evening rather than morning). I'm also on the lowest dose possible. Lo and behold - I'm still getting extremely tired and foggy for most of the afternoon. People around me say to just "push through" and I keep reading online "just give it 6 weeks"..... Is this something neurotypical people are able to do better?! How can I spend 6 weeks feeling like this without losing my job? From past experience I also know it won't get better in 6 weeks, so I'm just really sad that switching times didn't work for me.
I've spent the last few afternoons crying because I can't focus and feel like a failure. I don't think NT people understand that just the act of forcing yourself to focus when your body really doesn't want to, is so exhausting and depressing in itself.
I also have health anxiety/OCD which doesn't help.
I'm not looking for advice on alternative meds, trust me I've researched a lot. I chose Prozac as it's got the longest half life and the least side effects for me. I'm just sad that nothing seems to work for me. What is good for my body (Prozac) is bad for my brain, and what is good for my brain (stimulants) is bad for my body. It feels like everyone around me is getting diagnosed for ADHD and getting their meds and improving their lives, or NTs who have depression/anxiety seem to eventually find a med that works for them. But I can't find anything. So my choice is to either be stressed and focussed at work, or chill but useless at work. Tbh I wish I didn't have to work, or had a job that was more ADHD friendly, then I'd find things a bit easier.
I'm not sure what my point is, I'm just so frustrated, I can't seem to handle or tolerate anything, I'm sensitive to everything and honestly trying to work the kind of job I do with this type of brain is a nightmare. Can anyone else relate?
