HIGHLIGHTS:
  • CEO. Craig Parry , Executive Chairman, has assumed the role of CEO.
  • Large, Gold-Rich Resource Base. The Project hosts a current undiluted indicated mineral resource of 152.3 million tonnes grading 0.32% copper, 0.009% molybdenum, 0.09 g/t gold and 2.58 g/t silver and an undiluted inferred mineral resource of 139.3 million tonnes grading 0.29% copper, 0.005% molybdenum, 0.07 g/t gold and 4.95 g/t silver.
  • Development Potential. The Poplar Deposit is a large, near-surface copper deposit that extends to the top of the bedrock and is covered only by a thin veneer (5- 10m thick) of overburden. It possesses a higher-grade core that also extends to the top of the bedrock and may be beneficial to phased mining scenarios.
  • Exploration Potential. Very little exploration drilling or ground geophysical surveying has been completed outside of the immediate Poplar deposit area, suggesting terrific potential for the discovery of additional porphyry-related mineralization.

MANAGEMENT CHANGE
With the continuing evolution of the Company, Mr. Craig Parry has assumed the role of CEO and will remain Chair of the Company's Board of Directors. Craig brings a track record of creating shareholder value in previous CEO roles. Most recently, in his role as CEO of IsoEnergy, he turned an early-stage exploration spinout company into a much larger discovery success story in the uranium space. Mr. Chris Donaldson , remaining as a director of the Company, will step down as CEO effective immediately so that he can devote more time to other pursuits. The Company is appreciative of Chris's efforts as the former CEO.
POPLAR PROJECT
The 39,000-hectare Poplar Project hosts a porphyry-related copper and gold deposit, the Poplar Deposit (Figures 1 and 2). The top 10 historical drill hole intersections (>0.2% Cu) in the Poplar Deposit, ranked by Grade*Length (%Cu*m) are provided in Table 1. The top ranked drill hole was recently completed in 2021 by Universal Copper. Drill hole 21-PC-131 intersected 432.8m @ 0.42% Cu, 0.011% Mo, 0.15 g/t Au and 1.80 g/t Ag (0.58% Cueq 1,2 ) from 2.2m
The Poplar Deposit has a historical indicated mineral resource of 152.3 million tonnes grading 0.32% copper, 0.009% molybdenum, 0.09 g/t gold and 2.58 g/t silver and a historical inferred mineral resource of 139.3 million tonnes grading 0.29% copper, 0.005% molybdenum, 0.07 g/t gold and 4.95 g/t silver (above a cut-off grade of 0.20% copper). The historical mineral resource estimate was prepared for Universal Copper in September, 2021. It is not being treated as a current Mineral Resource Estimate, as the Company has not yet had it verified by an Independent Qualified Person. However, the recent date of the Universal estimate and the lack of drilling completed since that date suggests that the historical estimate is relevant. Readers are cautioned that mineral resources, which are not mineral reserves, do not have demonstrated economic viability.
The Poplar Project is located in mining country, 35km from the Huckleberry Copper Mine. The road accessible property is bisected by a 138 Kva hydroelectric line and lies 88km from the rail head at Houston and 400km from the deep-water port at Prince Rupert by rail.

DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
The Company will be updating the Mineral Resource Estimate for the Poplar Deposit to bring it up to current status. This will provide important inputs to planned internal scoping level trade-off studies which will be used to rank and prioritize development scenarios amongst the various projects and deposits within the Company. The results of the internal scoping studies will determine the path forward for a Preliminary Economic Analysis.

STOCK OPTIONS AND AMENDED STOCK OPTION PLAN
The Company's board of directors have approved amendments to its current 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan (the " Plan "), originally adopted on September 20, 2021 to comply with the recent changes to the TSX Venture Exchange (the " TSXV ") Policy 4.4 – Security Based Compensation. The amendments have been conditionally approved by the TSXV and are subject to shareholder ratification at the Company's next annual general meeting later this year.
The Company has granted a total of 7,500,000 stock options (the " Options ") to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The Options will have an exercise price of $0.09 , expire five years from the date of grant and shall vest over two years. Hey there!
My name is Kate, I am offering tutoring for some of MRU’s Academic Upgrading courses. These include:
*I have not taken Math 0132 myself, but I’m open to chatting about it. *I took CHEM 181, which is SAIT’s equivalent course to CHEM 0115.
Rate: $25/hour for both session hours and prep hours. However long your session time is, I spend an equal amount of hours preparing material (similar to a lesson plan) for us to cover during the session itself. So for a 1 hour session, I spend a 1 hour doing prep - making the total cost $50.
Payment is per session, delivered via e-transfer on the same day that the session takes place. There is no cancellation fee for a missed session.
Format: Regular sessions take place online via Google Meet, with an option of scheduling an additional, occasional in-person session. Such as an in-person exam review session prior to an exam.
Session Options - 1 hour session - 1x/week = $50/week - 1 hour session - 2x/week = $100/week - 2 hour session - 1x/week = $100/week - 2 hour session - 2x/week = $200/week
Group Sessions are available for study groups, where the learners would share the cost of a session.

My Upgrading Transcript
About Me
I dropped out of high school when I was in grade 11, but decided to finally come back to finish my schooling via Academic Upgrading at MRU almost a decade later! I completed my own upgrading this past Winter semester and will be applying to UofC for Engineering when applications open in the fall.
So I understand from personal experience how daunting it can be to overcome various academic challenges: whether they are from the perspective of being a mature student returning to school after many years away, a student with a learning disability and/or struggles with mental health, or just generally overcoming previous negative experiences with school. Due to this, I am incredibly passionate about helping other students “learn how to learn” and fall in love with learning, like I have!
Experience
My tutoring journey began when I was taking Chem 181 online at SAIT last summer. I started an online study group for some classmates and I to meet up weekly, which organically turned into informal tutoring sessions. I loved doing them - I really fell in love with it! I gained so much personal fulfilment from feeling like I was doing something to make a tangible difference for my fellow student’s academic success.
This inspired me to sign up as a Learning Peer in the PLP program when I returned to MRU in the fall, where I received formal training and valuable experience.
As an LP for MATH 0115 my first semester, I received excellent feedback in both my peer evaluation and from my learners themselves, along with a Learning Peer Award. I learned so much - I do my best to follow researched learning practices in my sessions, such as Varied Practice and Spaced Practice. I try to have my learners guide sessions as much as possible in terms of content and learning activities. I am passionate about receiving earner feedback regarding how I can improve. It is important to me that my learners to feel like our sessions are a productive use of their time.
In my second semester, I tutored groups in CHEM 0130 and MATH 0131 - along with taking some additional training through the PLP program. I improved as a tutor and received extremely positive feedback from my learners and in my 20-hour staff evaluation. I was awarded both a Learning Peer Award and an Outstanding Contribution award.
I have completed almost 50 session hours as an LP over the course of the 2 semesters, with nearly 70 total volunteer hours - which includes hours spent in training.

Disclaimer:
I am not an expert on this in that my education did not directly relate to studying Ukraine, but I have been following this conflict since 2014. While I try my best to only post valid information, take everything you read here with a grain of salt.
Why is US military aid to Ukraine Important?
  • Establishing the precedent that nations can take territory by force once more is dangerous for the whole world, particularly when it comes to China and Taiwan.
  • Russia specifically poses a credible threat to the NATO alliance, especially if NATO is perceived as weak and not unified. Part of the point of the war is Russia testing the United States to see how far it will go to defend European countries.
  • The aid we've provided so far is a tiny percentage of our total military budget. Much of what we've given is obsolete equipment by our standards that would cost money for us to hold on to or destroy.
  • The war has shown how much more effective our military equipment is than Russia's creating demand for our equipment all around the world, benefitting the US economy and the our global standing. Much of the aid money dedicated to new production has also been spent in the US, further stimulating our economy.

  • Russia began it's offensive towards Kharkiv this week. It's unclear what exactly their goal is beyond expanding the front further, which they would do in order to stretch Ukrainian forces even thinner than they are. They were able to take a couple of small towns almost immediately before being stopped by Ukrainian reinforcements rushed to this sector. There is currently a difficult battle ongoing for the town of Vovchansk, though the Ukrainians are said to still control 95% of the town.
  • The Russians were able to take the ground they did because the Ukrainians built their defensive lines not right at the border but further inside the country, which makes sense especially because of the restrictions on striking inside Russia using American weapons. I have also seen some reports, however, that some Ukrainian defensive lines were built in places that don't make sense, without proper regard for the terrain in the area.
  • The Ukrainian commander initially in charge of this area was promptly sacked for incompetence and replaced with someone who is apparently very well respected.
  • I don't expect the Russians to be able to push much further in than they are now, but we'll see.

  • Russia took another bite out of the Robotyne salient this week.
Events this week:
  • As I already mentioned Russia launched their Kharkiv offensive, see above for more in depth analysis.
  • Ukraine struck a Russian airfield in Crimea with ATACMS missiles, and claimed the destruction of a Mig-31 (one of the most dangerous Russian aircraft), damage to 3 Su-27s, and the destruction of multiple pieces of equipment from an S-400 launcher. All of these are very important pieces of equipment to the Russian war effort, and the Mig-31s are impossible to replace.
  • The pro-Russian Prime Minister of Slovakia was shot and critically injured by an assailant who's identity has not been made public. He is still in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. We don't know anything about what the shooter's motive was.
  • The US is announcing weapons packages for Ukraine in quick succession. This week we announced another 2 billion dollar package, I don't know if it's contents have been made public, but the fast pace of these announcements show how much Ukraine needs this stuff.
  • France announced it was sending another batch of SAMP/T missiles to Ukraine, these are part of a very effective air defense system and are critically important.
  • Germany announced a 7 billion Euro aid package for Ukraine. Again, I don't know what exactly will be in it, but 7 billion Euros is a lot of money.
  • The UK also announced it's largest ever aid package to Ukraine. Seems like many nations are really stepping up their support.
  • The Prime Minister of Denmark said that Danish F-16s will be available for Ukraine within a month. We don't know if Ukraine actually has pilots yet who are capable of using these airframes, but I think they probably do, either people who were trained secretly since last year, or volunteer pilots from NATO countries.
  • Putin pushed through a very significant shakeup of the Russian Defense ministry, sidelining former defense minister and Prigozhin antagonist Shoigu to a practically meaningless advisory position and bringing in a civilian economist to run the show. This is a dangerous development as it means Putin is further consolidating control of the Russian state. Additionally, an economist is in many ways much more capable of sustainably transitioning Russia to a war economy than a general is. A Russia operating on a war economy basis where a large percentage of the nation's resources are dedicated to building war machines is a very dangerous foe, and Russians have shown the capability to endure scarcity in the civilian market in order to finance the military. Current Russian defense spending is about 6 or 7 percent of GDP I believe, very high compared to almost any other country in the world, but the Soviet Union for most of the Cold War was spending about 30 percent of it's budget on arms.
  • In order to bolster their manpower without pissing off Russians, the Kremlin is now actively recruiting troops from at least 21 different nations, mostly in Africa and Asia.
  • Russian oil giant Gazprom announced historically high losses in it's latest financial statement. This company was an incredibly profitable mainstay of the Russian state for many years, but the damage it has sustained due to sanctions has been severe.

Comprehensive From the Ashes guide
I feel like there is no guide to rebuilding Pribyslavitz that would be simple and straight to the point. That would cover everything you need to know, but only things the game itself doesn't tell you. So I decided to make one. I hope you'll find it useful. The guide is also on Steam, I would appreciate you giving it like over there as well.

Introduciton

This guide is the result of a deep analysis of From the Ashes DLC that I made.
It covers following topics:
  • What to build
  • Building order
  • Judgments
  • Village income breakdown

Disclaimer

Some quests that are not part of FtA DLC can affect your ability to achieve the highest income. These quests are:
  • Ginger in a Pickle (affects charcoal price)
  • My Friend Timmy (affects tavern income)
  • Aquarius (affects traders income)
  • Besmirched (affects tavern income)
  • A Rock and a Hard Place and Gallows Brothers (affects tavern income)
  • Rattled (affects forge income)
Should you make all the wrong choices, it will cost you 275 gr. of daily income.
Details about these quests are described further. If you are planning on achieving maximum possible income from Pribyslavitz I strongly recommend you read this guide before doing any of the aforementioned quests.

What to build

During the reconstruction you will have to make 3 decisions as to what you want to build. These decisions are:
  • Bakery or Butchers
  • Swordsmith or Armoursmith
  • Stables or Guardhouse
Bakery or Butchers
The decision between bakery and butchers is rather easy – take bakery. It makes more money for the same build cost. The drying shed is also better than smoke house, as it allows you to dry all kinds of food. Smoke house can only make smoked meat. Lastly you will need to spend more money on resources getting livestock and grain (you only need grain if you go with bakery).
Swordsmith or Armoursmith
Swordsmith will provide you with the 2nd best sword in the game – Tusk.
Armoursmith will provide you with the best shield in the game – Boarback shield.
These are the only unique items you can get from forge, everything else can be found elsewhere in the game. Which means the decision should be made according to your playstyle. Armoursmith can theoretically make you 10 gr. more than swordsmith, but this difference is so small you should neglect it.
Stables or Guardhouse
Most difficult decision. At first stables seem like a clear winner. It makes more money, allows you to choose from 3 new horses and provides some special horse tack that cannot be found anywhere else in the game.
However. I strongly advise you to consider building guardhouse instead and here’s why.
The overall income difference between stables and guardhouse in fully build Pribyslavitz is just 75 gr. Not a big deal considering the village will produce over 2200 gr. daily.
The new horses aren’t a big deal either. Each is better than Warhorse Jenda in some way, but also worse in another. And the differences are so small I doubt you would notice them.
Lastly, the exclusive horse tack consists of 6 pieces of horse head armor. It looks good, but the usefulness is questionable, as most people don’t really fight from horse.
Guardhouse on the other hand, will get you the strongest bow in the game – Sinew bow. But mainly it unlocks arena master. He will provide you with infinite number of enemies to fight against in an arena. You can choose difficulty, weapons, and armor. And yes, the selection includes polearms. It it’s like your own, custom Rattay tourney anytime you want.
If you like fighting, guardhouse is for you. The fun it provides is well worth the smaller income and extra horses/horse tack. I would only suggest you build stables if you plan on fighting from horse back. Agro is by far the best fighting horse in the game and the horse armor will come in handy.

Rebuilding Pribyslavitz the smart way

Yes, the price of fully rebuild Pribyslavitz is well over 95 000 gr. But you DON’T NEED to save up this much. In fact, you only need 23 580 gr. for initial investment, about 2500 gr. to cover the initial running costs and as a reserve and 3000 to buy stone for building. You should have 29 000 gr. ready as you go to start Lost in the Woods quest. That’s all the money you will ever need to invest out of your own pocket.
The following part details how to rebuild Pribyslavitz. Order is important, as you need to maximize profits first. You should also aim to get the village profitable as soon as possible. For this reason, try to build everything up until you have tavern as quickly as possible.
Initial buildings
Start with building Bridge and Road.
Then immediately after build Woodcutter’s camp.
Traders and resources
This is where you start doing some “chores”. The next building you need is traders. This building will provide Pribyslavitz with resources. It is crucial to get them as cheap as possible.
  • Wood – sourced locally
  • Stone – there’s only one place to get it – Talmberg quarry. Negotiate for lower price (3000 gr.), bring Bard potion if necessary.
  • Grain – buy it in Samopesh, they offer the lowest price. It cannot be negotiated lower.
  • Charcoal – go to the charcoal burners who are friends with Ginger. If you helped him during Ginger in a Pickle (make sure to go back to the hut he’s hiding in and tell him he can return to Neuhof), they will provide charcoal for 180 gr. If you didn’t help Ginger, the price is always the same no matter where you go – 220 gr.
  • Livestock – get it from butcher in Ledetchko and get the Beasts of Burden upgrade for woodcutter’s camp
The only resource you actually need to purchase is stone. Everything else will count as negative income. Stone is one time purchase, so you need to have the required 3000 gr. ready.
While you are running around getting resources, ask Kunesh (in Rattay) and Raspberry (woodcutters camp between Ledetchko and Inn in the Glade, you likely asked him about Reeky’s hideout) to come work for you as woodcutters. Also ask Kornelius to be your trader. You can only ask him after the quest Aquarius has been completed and you cannot give Kornelius a job during this quest.
Tavern
You can now return to Pribyslavitz and build tavern, also buy all the upgrades. Now it’s time to get some skilled workers for your local drinking hole.
First the innkeeper. The only option here is Adam (Rattay) who’s family owned tavern in Skalitz. In order to get him, you need to finish the Besmirched quest. During this quest you need to give Adam his family cross back. After that he will come work for you as innkeeper.
Next the barmaid. Again only one option – Mirka. She lives in the mill south of Merhojed, you might remember her as a sister of Timmy. Unless you killed Timmy, she will come work for you. It’s fine if Morcock and his cronies killed Timmy, she only refuse to be barmaid if you killed him personally.
You can also invite Mathew and Fritz to be local patrons. You need to finish the quest A Rock and a Hard Place and Mathew and Fritz cannot be arrested during the following quest, Gallows Brothers. Initially they will bring negative income of -15 gr. each. But, after a judgment they will start making positive income of +10 gr. each. The sooner you bring them, the sooner the judgment can happen for them to start making money, so don’t wait too long getting them. Once the judgment appears, you must choose “Give them one more chance” option.
Bakery
Your village is now making about 865 gr. daily. Wait 5 days and you should have enough money to build bakery and all its upgrades. Silvester, a skilled baker, can be hired during another judgment, so keep an eye out for it.
Guardhouse/Stables and Beehives
After building the bakery (and hiring Silvester) the village is now making 1315 gr. daily. Wait 5 days and you should have enough to build and fully upgrade guardhouse and beehives.
If you want to build and fully upgrade stables instead, you might need to wait an extra day to gain enough money.
After you build stables, go to Neuhof and hire Mark to be your groom. You will need to convince Zora to let him leave Neuhof. Successfully finishing The Sport of Kings quest will make the convincing easier, but it can be done without it.
Forge
The village is now making about 1745/1820 gr. daily and after another 5 days it should earn you enough to build a forge. Choose swordsmith or armoursmith based on your playstyle.
As far as the skilled workers go:
  • With swordsmith go to Sasau and find Fink (local swordsmith). Start and finish The Queen of Sheba's Sword quest. Then you can hire him.
  • With armoursmith got to Sasau as well and start the Rattled quest. You need to side with Zach. Only then will he come work for you and he will make you +70 gr. If you side with Otta, you can hire him, but he will only make +10 gr.
Rathaus and Church
The village is now making whopping 2600/2675 gr. daily. Rathaus will cost you 310 daily and church 300 daily.
You can build it as the money comes or wait until you make enough to upgrade everything all at once. It really doesn’t matter all that much, but if you want to rebuild Pribyslavitz as fast as possible without spending more than the initial investment of 29k gr. you should wait until you have all the money. It costs 50 300 gr. to build and fully upgrade both rathaus and church. Pribyslavitz should make this much in about 18 to 20 in game days.

Judgments

Every once in a while, you will find an activity marker on your map located in the center of Pribyslavitz. That is a judgment – special type of activity introduced by From the Ashes DLC. You will need to decide various disputes between the citizens of Pribyslavitz.
Some of these judgments are important and can earn you more money. Some have no impact at all. Judgments can also have impact on your reputation with Pribyslavitz, but I wouldn’t worry much about that. It’s easy to keep it high even if you make unpopular decisions. Certain decisions will always result in loosing or gaining citizen(s). As the number of citizens have no effect on the village, it’s not important criterium.
Important judgments
These judgments can earn you substantial daily income or they can lower your daily income by a lot. It’s very important to make a good, or at least not terrible, decisions.
Old Crone
  • Aghata has been accused of witchcraft by Lida

Timber
  • After you completely rebuild Pribyslavitz, you need to decide what to do with now useless woodcutter’s camp.

  • Some villagers are poaching, decide what to do about it

Brothers Brawl
  • Matthew and Fritz are causing problems in tavern, decide what to do with them
  • "Give them one more chance." is the only possible answer here. This will keep them around and they will start to make +10 gr./day each. Other options will either get them to leave Prybislavitz or keep them around, but they will keep on costing you -15 gr./day
Locator's Wage
  • Marius wants pay rise
  • You will need speech check rating of 18+ to get him stick to his original contract of 55 gr.
  • If you can’t get speech to 18+ even with bard potion, agree to his pay rise
  • Don’t give him higher sum (120 gr.) it has no benefit for you
  • Due to a bug, you will pay him total of 175 gr. daily if you fail the speech check, it’s advised to save before negotiating his pay
Minor judgments
These judgments can earn you daily income or cost you daily income, but the amount of money you gain or lose is very small.
Attempted Murder
  • Malis accuses his wife of trying to kill him. Harridan claims he just got drunk and ate too much

Other judgments
All other judgments are either irrelevant, meaning they don’t cost you any money or only one time payment.
There is one judgment which happens when you build butchers instead of bakery.
  • Butcher Kochwurst makes +50 gr./day but costs you -3 reputation
  • Butcher Brisket makes +45 gr./day and has no reputation penalty
As the butcher is overall worse option than bakery, you should never see this judgment

Village income breakdown

Tables below show the village income breakdown for Prybislavitz with bakery and guardhouse and Prybislavitz with bakery and stables.
The breakdown is more detailed than the one you find in ledger. For this reason, some numbers are different, but the overall total is the same.
  • Synergies between buildings are accounted for the building that produces said synergy. For example, bakery produces cakes for tavern, so the income from said cakes is accounted under the bakery, not tavern.
  • In the ledger, the cost of supplies shows under traders, that’s why here it has positive income, while in game it’s negative
  • In the ledger, Marius’s wage shows under rathaus, that’s why the running cost of rathaus here is smaller than the one in ledger
  • Judgments regarding the skilled workers are accounted for under the respective building
  • Every judgment is made to maximize profit, your mileage might vary based on the decisions you make

Daily income of 2360 gr. is actually the highest Prybislavitz can earn after fully rebuilding it. Theoretical max income is 2820 gr. This is after building and upgrading everything except for rathaus and church and deciding every judgment to maximize profit.

Putting the pieces together after today's price action, trying to understand what's happening. Yes, it was a red day, but there's a silver lining here. Let's talk.
Today we saw them use a TON of short exempts, almost 2 million, which indicates they are shorting the stock without having any stock to actually short it with. These usually become FTD's later. The first large batch of these way back on May 6th, when they were trying to keep the stock down after the 30% Friday pop caused a lot of calls to ITM. Monday May 13th, another cool million short exempt.
Short Exempt = New Naked Shorts
They don't have the shares, but they're desperate to keep it down.
For any other stock, no, but For GME with no shares available, yes, I'd interpret this as a proxy for how much real buying pressure (covering) is coming in from whoever is buying the basket. I think it's UBS, but could be another HF.
IV 700%
Also saw something we haven't seen in quite a while, a TON of ITM Puts being purchased in order to drive the stock down. These may indeed have been what created the short exempts as the MMs hedge these new puts.
Short note, the IV has been kept pinned at 700% to keep Retail FOMO out of the chain. Someone doesn't want us buying options, or a Petterfy once put it, global armageddon. 95% of the volume is fake anyways, it's all just smoke to hide the real vol which contains useful information they don't want us to see, but the volatility is also totally fake. They are trying to protect the secondary exhaust port located just below the main port.
This is an old tactic and truly a desperate one, these are all for Friday, and all insanely expensive at 700% IV. This was over $100M in puts, just to knock us down to $35. It's a delaying tactic at best, and if the buying pressure, or retail pressure, pushes us back to $57, every dollar they spent is a complete loss.
It's ray shielded, so you'll need to use torpedos
With still 229k of Calls ITM, the drop today isn't enough to keep them out of danger if a lot of these calls aren't hedged, naked. Only a MM that feels like it can control the price action enough to risk writing naked calls would do such a thing.
We should expect a life or death battle Friday as they try to put it at $30 and nuke the lions share of calls. It gets to $57 and it's just Game Over man.
Setting the stage for the battle of $30.01
The ENTIRE basket of stocks has been moving in sync the last three days. That means someone is buying and someone is selling the basket. Look a the price action, it's almost too perfect, where some other stocks that are massively diluted are clocking in the same percentage gains and losses. Uncanny.

The buy pressure over the last 8 days is steady but consistent, they're trying to cover ... slowly, ~2M a day. One of the MM's is facilitating the exempts for someone who really wants to keep the price action down.
Why would Citadel step in here, and not let UBS cover at whatever insane prices Retail decides they will sell for? Well, we already saw the price going to $80, retail wasn't selling and Citadel was likely in real danger of being called. Even if not them, a few dozen other small HF's getting called would also start an avalanche. How long can Citadel keep taking on Archegos bags, if they're already using ITM puts?

Hi,
This is my first time really discussing getting mental health help/talking about what is happening in my life.
I am a young man going into my junior year of college in the fall. On paper, I feel like I shouldn't have any reason to have trouble with my mental health. I was raised in a good family, although my parents divorced when I was young, I am in a fraternity, I have friends, I have a long term girlfriend, and I don't ever really have to worry about money or anything else.
I have noticed a downturn in my mental health for the past couple of years. In the past I dealt with feeling bad (attributed to my first heartbreak) but never got professional help before. Recently I have been feeling an aching sadness in my chest and stomach that seems to appear out of nowhere. I try to be emotionally intelligent and never hold back my emotions with my friends and family, so I feel like my sadnesses never really have the opportunity to build up and burst. Though in recent times I will get hit with waves of sadness out of nowhere. I feel worthless, I feel like I'm nothing, I feel like I don't deserve to be alive. I know that I shouldn't feel these things and that I AM worth something. I feel like I love myself and I shouldn't change anything about me.
Despite my efforts at trying to keep a positive mindset it always feels like I come back to the same feelings of low self-esteem and self-pity. I cannot keep myself from tearing up in the car and I don't understand what is wrong with my own mind. 95% of the time I feel perfect and on top of the world, I'm blessed to live a fortunate life full of love and good relationships. 5% of the time it feels like the world is crashing down on me and I can't do anything. The feelings aren't extremely severe, but I always have motions of feeling like a nobody and I should hate myself. I hate that I'm a people pleaser, I hate that I can't confront people when I should, I just spiral into a series of negative thoughts and recently this has started to affect other aspects of my life.
Today I started feeling a wave of sadness again and I couldn't even kick it when I went out to dinner with my mom and brother. I just don't understand what is wrong with me. When I feel okay again it seems laughable that I even had those issues. I insist that everything is okay in my life and that everyone goes through ups and downs. I don't know what to do anymore. The sadness hits in waves and seems to be random when it comes in periods. I will go months being okay and then spiral down into bad mental health. I feel like my condition isn't serious enough to warrant a diagnosis of anxiety or depression or anything, but I just feel like shit sometimes.
My brain tries to rationalize it by saying that everyone gets sad, but when I get down and have those feelings of low self-worth I cannot seem to get rid of the nagging voice in my head saying I need help. I haven't talked to my parents about this and I have never been to therapy before. I have talked to my girlfriend a little about it but I don't want to burden her. I am completely lost. I want to emphasize again that 95% of the time when I feel no sadness it literally is laughable that I was ever sad in the first place. I don't understand what is happening. Where do I go from here? I am so scared to talk to my parents about going to therapy. I don't even know how to bring it up. I have been very stoic all of my life and am trying to show my emotions more, but my parents have no idea I've been going through this for the past few years.
Over the past two years, I would say I have had probably had 3 1-2 week spirals of "going through the motions." Is this normal? I am lost. When I get down all I know is I feel bad, sometimes it gets to the point where I feel like I don't even deserve to exist, although I know that's not true. Would anybody be able to point me in the direction of what I should do, should I keep going on without getting professional help? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Even now I feel silly for making this post. I don't know why my problems seem so little when I start feeling better. I literally feel like I don't need help at all and I'm just a regular person going through regular emotions once I feel better. Sorry for the ranting/ramble. Edit: I guess I want to emphasize again that I've had an approach of talking myself through all of my problems my whole life. I always end up doing okay. When I'm okay I feel like my problems are literally nothing and laughable, they're like what every person goes through in life.

With the efficiency of Ghostly spectre generation improved in this update, and the buff to many low-cost exclusive augmented units, the environment is increasingly favoring 2-cost reroll comps. Ghostly Zyra, Ghostly Senna, Ghostly Kindred, and other such comps will become more active.
Finally, benefiting from dual buffs to Wardens and Snipers, another Warden Ashe comp, different from the Invoker build, might attract players' interest.

However, it is worth mentioning that due to the update's focus on win streaks, Fortune players might have more freedom in the early game, so the traditional Fortune Kai'Sa comp might still have a breath of life.
Ghostly Gnar's skill attack damage has been reduced by 20%, dimming its glory and making it a relic of the past alongside Kai'Sa.
Ethereal Blades may be affected by the resurgence of the Ghostly trait, potentially falling short of achieving three-star due to increased difficulty, so Ethereal Shen might indeed be a cautious "Shen."

The T0 tier includes Sage Lillia, Dragonlord 9, and Fated Dryad. Fated Dryad is about to be hotfixed, so its strength post-hotfix is yet to be determined.
The T1 tier includes Ghostly Zyra, Ghostly Senna, Ghostly Kindred, and Warden Ashe. For Warden Ashe, I recommend that players above Master rank avoid it for obvious reasons.
In terms of point-farming strategies, heroes other than Ethereal Blades are basically must-picks: Legendary Hero, Lucky Paws, Drop Blossom, and Midnight Siphon. Their strategies have significantly changed since the initial patch and the "Special Strategies Compilation," so this video will showcase the updated quick-reference chart.

Two-star Lillia + Morgana > Two-star Hwei + Azir. Do not easily switch AP items in the back row.

T0 Comp-Dragonlord 95

This is currently the strongest Dragonlord 9 comp. There are two paths to level 9:
  1. Normal transition, take 2 combat + 1 econ or 3 combat augments, at 8 population, raise a two-star 4-cost warrior carry (Kayn or Lee Sin), then go to level 9 and add Irelia, activate 4 Dragonlords.
  2. Win streak transition, take 2 or more econ augments, directly build physical items on Irelia, with front row items, fast level to 9, Lee Sin cleans up.
Level 8 drop: use Sage (Zyra, Riven, Galio), or Dragonlord (Rakan, Lee Sin, Diana, Janna) as platform, warrior position flex: Lee Sin/Kayn, front row flex: Galio/Annie/Ornn/Nautilus, mage flex: Morgana/Sylas.

T0 Comp-Fated Dryad

Popular Dragonlord Irelia and Sage Lillia in the meta pose a threat to the back row, causing traditional front-back row comps to need more healing, so it is recommended to build a Gunblade.

If you pick 3 combat augments, you can go to 8 with two-star Zyra, and then raise Morgana as secondary carry. This comp requires a lot of items because it has multiple carries to raise.

T1 Comp-Ghostly Senna

Exclusive only. Preferably no one else is playing Zyra, otherwise Shen can't reach three stars and strength drops by half. It's acceptable to roll to 0 gold at 3-2 and win throughout stage 3, but not acceptable to keep full interest at 3-2 with mixed results. This is a comp where pace > quality of completion. After late stage 4, it will struggle against everyone, so you need to pressure your opponents during the power spike.

T1 Comp-Ghostly Kindred

2024.05.16 01:54 MoarGhosts I had a wild loss streak and then a wild win streak in comp (solo, new ranked player) - my MIC was the only difference IMO

I would be the last one you'd expect to say this because I avoided using the mic at all costs ever since the Beta, but this season I decided to try taking comp seriously and I knew that requires a mic. I played for years without touching comp, as a very casual player, but now I'm trying more.
I had an EIGHT game loss streak, dropped to silver 1, and in that time I did not use my mic or I only talked to my duo. It was rough, to say the least.
I then decided fuck it, even if I'm bottom fragging I'll try not to feel self conscious and I'll at least throw some callouts around. It made a HUGE difference and my "mic confidence" began to rise. I went on a 13 wins of 15 games streak where I was positive most games, and even was IGL for a few of those - all games solo. I play as Clove mainly and sometimes Gekko, but my personal performance was never amazing. There was one streak of 5 MVP's in a row, that's lucky as shit tbh since I'm not one to prioritize kills per se
Just made it to Gold 1 and I'm already doing well in Gold lobbies, so I think I might try for Plat this season.
If you're ever doubting the importance of callouts, try this - just mute everyone (I Know many people already do) and then give your callouts without listening to anyone else's. In this way, you're at least making a bit more of a team impact than a silent player.
Anyway, I know Gold is not impressive BUT going from 8 straight losses to almost 13 straight wins is pretty wild. And the only measurable difference was my usage of the mic.
Just be ready to mute toxic people ofc!
edit - I have severe anxiety and I'm not a toxic person, so I'm easily tilted or annoyed by idiots. If you're quick to mute when people are dicks, and you get used to picking out the dicks early on, you can avoid 95% of conflict tbh

How do I (24Nb) deal with having very different social needs than my girlfriend (26F)?
We've been together for around 2.5 years now. She's amazing. She's interesting, funny, loving, accepting, capable, and gorgeous. I still feel the giddy butterflies when we're together sometimes. But my issue is that we aren't together as much as I'd like. I feel like I'm going to be mean in this post, but I want to be the one to change my mindset or something. I feel like I'm losing her, or that we'll spend so little time together that we'll basically break up by default.
I've grown disillusioned with messaging her because I know she won't reply if it's not a direct question. (If it is, she will and we will have a short Convo about it until she stops replying.) We tend to hang out on our days off around once a month, though that number can be more or less. We work at the same place, so we used to hang out when we got off work. This would be about four days a week, for 1-3 hours, and it was a routine for us. In hindsight, I think most of our relationship was in these hours.
She recently got a promotion, so I changed positions in the store to allow it. (I can't date my direct supervisor.) And it feels like I'm getting more and more bothered by stuff. She wanted to stop the routine of us assuming that we'll hang out on days she gets off work at the same time as me. She says we still can, I can just ask. So I have a few times, and normally she says yes. So I'm being petty, but it feels shitty to always be the one asking to see her. She's not asking to see me. She seems content for us to go radio silent for a week at a time.
The other problem is when we run into each other at work, she acts very cooly professional. I've heard her with other coworkers, and she laughs with them, she jokes and uses a friendly voice. But her tone is clipped with me, she cuts off even work related conversations as fast as possible, and most of the time she ignores me entirely. We've snapped at each other at work, but we both apologize. I know saying hi won't end well, so I subtly wave and smile and get nothing. When I talk to her about this, she agrees with me and gets upset about how cold she is. Then she's gentler with me at work for about 1-2 weeks before returning to the same pattern. I'm tired.
Sometimes she goes through phases where she's warm and wants to see me. This happens a lot when she starts dating a new person (we are non-monogamous), as the rush of new romantic feelings also gets passed on to me. She'll message me and ask to hang out often. She smiles at me at work. But eventually it stops, to the point where I feel on edge when she IS affectionate these days because I know I'll lose it.
It's not just me who she acts like this with, I think it's just how she is. She needs her space. Almost everyone she's ever dated has gotten upset with her for not giving them enough attention. (Which, to be fair, some of them message multiple times a day and get mad at no response. I hope to God that I'm not that needy.) Her mom will spend money to stay in our town a few days just to see her, and my gf will usually only visit for about half her trip. She mourns so many friends who she's lost contact with, and I don't know she would KEEP contact with them if she doesn't speak to them for weeks or months at a time.
Please poke a hole in my framing and help me understand how to be okay with this. Alternatively, maybe advice on how to make spending time with me something she wants? I think something has to give though. I feel like I want to wake up next to her every morning and she'd be fine if we ignored each other for 95% of the year.

It’s a long shot & a startup that’s never been tried before. But I partnered with a dentist to try this out. And also so that I’m not self-promoting, I won’t mention the company name.
The idea is: 1. We provide 10-15 min free dental exam to anyone (up to 18 x-rays, 3D Scan, Intraoral) 2. Have the dentist review on site to provide what dental work is needed 3. A network of dentists who wants new patients to review the x-rays & other dental records 4. Each dentist comes up with their own treatment plan & quotes based on what they review**
** Although without examining the patient in person miss some required treatment (e.g. gum problems), we expect it’ll cover about 95% of the problem.
The benefits? Patient gets free exam, multiple treatment options & quotes from local dentists without visiting multiple dentists (same time & cost), and most importantly, accessibility to those who normally are afraid to go to the dentist, or who can’t afford it. Eventually, my hope is some dentists can also volunteer and provide dental services to those who can’t afford.
Dentist gets new patients, choose the treatment plan they want, at the time they want. Pretty much a good marketing option.
We invested in portable x-rays and other dental equipments, so that we can be mobile. Since we couldn’t afford the expensive NYC retail space, we’re starting our pilot through corporates, where if a company invites us (50+ employees), we provide free exams to all interested employees.
We ran a few pilots and showcased at a trade show, and received outstanding positive feedbacks. But we’re still pouring money & resources into the business until we have enough patients going into the dental office (which we take a small fee).
Ask me anything. Because the question I ask myself everyday is: am I crazy to continue to pouring money into this venture. :)

    • MB: While the majority of people that I know don’t specifically trade index rebalancings, we are all impacted by these additions and deletions to some degree or another, so I think it’s important to flag when these rebalancings happen to make the markets seem just a little less random. For those who are unfamiliar, if you consider all the potential buyers of PSE stocks as just one room of buyers in the global “building” of potential buyers, getting added to an index is almost like getting credentials to access an entirely new room of potential buyers. Adding new buyers to the mix will drive up the price of the stock since the number of outstanding shares has not changed, only the number of interested buyers. That’s what is often referred to as “inflow”. Conversely, losing those new buyers will cause a drop in the price as due to the selling pressure from their need to exit their positions in anticipation of the stock losing its “credential” to access the room. That’s “outflow”. I know it’s a goofy analogy, but it can help new traders gain familiarity with all this talk of “inflows” and “outflows” around rebalancing moves.
  • [UPDATE] CREC changed its IPO date for better feng shui... According to a report by Miguel R. Camus of InsiderPH [link], Citicore Renewable Energy Corp [CREC 3.88 pre-IPO] CEO Oliver Tan said that CREC moved its IPO back by a week to June 7 after consulting with a feng shui expert. Mr. Tan said that June 7 is a more “auspicious” date.
    • MB: While I’m not a very superstitious person, I understand why these considerations can creep in where the difference between success and failure can so often be attributed to random chance. We’ve seen companies in the past set their maximum IPO price at a number that is thought to carry better “luck”, but it’s hard to look at the history of IPO results and see much good luck in all that red. Good reason? Bad reason? It doesn’t make that much difference to me as an investor, and it likely won’t make any difference to anyone a year or two from now when CREC is listed and the IPO is just a distant memory. Still, thought it was interesting to pass this along since I was lightly speculating on the reason for the date change yesterday.
  • [DIVS] AREIT declares largest dividend in company’s history... AREIT [AREIT 33.95 ▲0.1%; 116% avgVol] [link] declared a Q1/24 dividend of ₱0.56/share, payable on June 13 to shareholders of record as of May 28. The dividend has an annualized yield of 6.6%, which is a little higher than AREIT’s pre-dividend annualized yield of 6.48%. The total amount of the dividend is approximately 90.3% of the ₱1.47 billion in distributable income that AREIT reported for the period. AREIT’s year-to-date stock and dividend return is now up to 3.32%, and its total return since its IPO is now 54.56%.
    • MB: That’s 16 straight quarters of stable or growing dividends from AREIT. Their management team has weathered all of the issues and problems that have plagued the commercial REIT sector since the pandemic in 2020 (COVID, inflation, POGOs, etc), and they’ve managed to actually grow the dividend 10 times while doing it. Sure, their yield is the lowest of the REITs on the PSE, but it’s low for a reason: risk (or the relative lack thereof).
  • [EARNINGS] Apollo Global Q1 net loss: ₱7.9-M (up 32%)... Apollo Global Capital [APL 0.01 ▲10.0%; 6% avgVol] [link] posted a Q1 net loss of ₱7.9 million, which was actually 32% better than its Q1/23 net loss of ₱11.5 million. The company’s Management’s Discussion and Analysis section is still just a “Plan of Operations” because the company still has yet to earn a single peso of revenue from the offshore mining operation that it was supposed to have started in early 2021. APL’s current President, Bonner Dytoc, was appointed back in late 2022 after the company’s previous President resigned.
    • MB: Longtime readers will know how closely I’ve been following the trials and tribulations of the MB Siphon 1, the vessel that APL allegedly plans to use to eventually conduct its offshore mining. It’s now been 1199 days since APL reported that the MB Siphon 1 was “in position” and “ready to commence operations” before a series of storms, mechanical mishaps, financial transactions, big waves, and training outages conspired to keep the boat from its one and only purpose. I get the sense that even the PSE is getting fed up with the situation, which says a lot considering what they’ve been willing to tolerate from other companies; the PSE officially required APL to disclose the status of the MB Siphon 1 last month, and in response, APL said that the MB Siphon 1 is “currently undergoing its equipment maintenance and continuous enhancements to ensure safety, durability, and operational efficiency.” APL went on to say that it will commission another vessel to “supplement our operations for the year”. And the kicker: APL said that it is “on track to anticipate initial shipments within the second quarter of this year.” On track to anticipate? 60% of the time, that wordplay works every time.

Not tested on PS4 or PS4 Pro performance-wise

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

========== CHANGES ==========

Combat, Enemies

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.
  • Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.
  • No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.
  • Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.
  • Leveling up does not give you health. You rely on stats, bonuses, gear.
  • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.
  • Collecting magazines, bobbleheads, companion perks is now more helpful and recommended.
  • Some skills are changed, reordered, much more interesting and useful.
  • More perks are needed for crafting, especially science perk is required for most technology related stuff.
  • Lockpicking everything is available instantly from level one, but perks and AGI make it reasonably easier. Bobby pins are more rare.
  • Hacking is simplified to not do the repeating minigame. Now holotapes to reprogram and override terminals might be of use.

Settlements, Building

  • Expensive build costs of robot workbenches, turrets, big generators, so buying component shipments is justified.
  • You can hire guards for caps or risk settlers lives on the usual guard posts.
  • Can't harvest planted fruit and veg, you get your fair share in workbench instead.
  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.
  • More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.
  • Only rare enemies like bosses drop legendaries. And many more...

  • Safe to remove/swap mods are listed below the modlist, just in case you don't like or want some of them. Rest needs to be kept for balance or glitch removal, but only in the CORRECT ORDER!

  • Play on performance 60fps. Newly added mode visual 60fps is more laggy and has awfull VATS framerate.
  • If you want even more immersive settings, go to Settings, Gameplay and turn off quest markers or crosshair.
  • Go to Options, Sound and reduce ambience level by 5-8 clicks and reverb by 2-3.
  • Dont forget to change camera sensitivity (I play on max), next go to Options, Display and change hud color to blue or any other that makes sense (not red), lower transparency by 30% or more, set pip-boy colour to your preference (I use red pip-boy and minty hud to have the best compatibility with highlighting perks and scopes).

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST.

This took weeks of picking and testing mods
Played on PS5, should work on PS4
Order is stable, no crashes
New game on survival difficulty required
All 6 DLCs needed
No unbalanced cheat mods added
Very difficult but satisfying and immersive
Adding other mods will break stuff, ask in comments
Not tested on PS4 or PS4 Pro performance-wise

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

========== CHANGES ==========

Combat, Enemies

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.
  • Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.
  • No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.
  • Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.
  • Leveling up does not give you health. You rely on stats, bonuses, gear.
  • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.
  • Collecting magazines, bobbleheads, companion perks is now more helpful and recommended.
  • Some skills are changed, reordered, much more interesting and useful.
  • More perks are needed for crafting, especially science perk is required for most technology related stuff.
  • Lockpicking everything is available instantly from level one, but perks and AGI make it reasonably easier. Bobby pins are more rare.
  • Hacking is simplified to not do the repeating minigame. Now holotapes to reprogram and override terminals might be of use.

Settlements, Building

  • Expensive build costs of robot workbenches, turrets, big generators, so buying component shipments is justified.
  • You can hire guards for caps or risk settlers lives on the usual guard posts.
  • Can't harvest planted fruit and veg, you get your fair share in workbench instead.
  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.
  • More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.
  • Only rare enemies like bosses drop legendaries. And many more...

Before you download:

  • Safe to remove/swap mods are listed below the modlist, just in case you don't like or want some of them. Rest needs to be kept for balance or glitch removal, but only in the CORRECT ORDER!

  • If you want even more immersive settings, go to Settings, Gameplay and turn off quest markers or crosshair.
  • Go to Options, Sound and reduce ambience level by 5-8 clicks and reverb by 2-3.
  • Dont forget to change camera sensitivity (I play on max), next go to Options, Display and change hud color to blue or any other that makes sense (not red), lower transparency by 30% or more, set pip-boy colour to your preference (I use red pip-boy and minty hud to have the best compatibility with highlighting perks and scopes).

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

Order is stable, no crashes

All 6 DLCs needed
No unbalanced cheat mods added
Very difficult but satisfying and immersive
Adding other mods will break stuff, ask in comments
Not tested on PS4 or PS4 Pro performance-wise

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

========== CHANGES ==========

Combat, Enemies

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.
  • Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.
  • No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.
  • Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.
  • Leveling up does not give you health. You rely on stats, bonuses, gear.
  • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.
  • Collecting magazines, bobbleheads, companion perks is now more helpful and recommended.
  • Some skills are changed, reordered, much more interesting and useful.
  • More perks are needed for crafting, especially science perk is required for most technology related stuff.
  • Lockpicking everything is available instantly from level one, but perks and AGI make it reasonably easier. Bobby pins are more rare.
  • Hacking is simplified to not do the repeating minigame. Now holotapes to reprogram and override terminals might be of use.

Settlements, Building

  • Expensive build costs of robot workbenches, turrets, big generators, so buying component shipments is justified.
  • You can hire guards for caps or risk settlers lives on the usual guard posts.
  • Can't harvest planted fruit and veg, you get your fair share in workbench instead.
  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.
  • More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.
  • Only rare enemies like bosses drop legendaries. And many more...

Before you download:

  • Safe to remove/swap mods are listed below the modlist, just in case you don't like or want some of them. Rest needs to be kept for balance or glitch removal, but only in the CORRECT ORDER!

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

2024.05.15 20:47 Jmacz I hit six months since I've had a seizure for the second time since I started having them and I'm terrified.

So as a lot of people here probably know, or at least where I live. You can't drive for 6 months after having a seizure. Not sure if it's like that everywhere, but it is here in Massachusetts. And I hit my 6 months on Friday. It will be the second time I've actually reached the 6 months since I started having seizures on 6/12/2022. The only other time I hit 6 months I only lasted a little over a month before I had another seizure. And the last seizure I had in November was 8 days before I would have hit 6 months.
So needless to say I'm incredibly anxious about all this. I'm driving myself to work for the first time in 23 months on Friday. For a different job, since I was delivering for Amazon when I had my first seizure, and I can't do that anymore. And it's not that I don't want to drive, I do. It's like all I want to do. I hate being 33 years old and having to rely on my parents to get everywhere. I want to start having a life again, but I'm scared I'm just going to have another seizure out of nowhere again. I am on medicine, and have been on the same dose twice a day since I had my last seizure and everything seems to be working fine. We know that they are caused by sleep deprivation (or at least on of the causes). So I have been being very careful with my sleep, making sure I get 8-9 hours a day. And at worst am going on 6 and then nap later on. I have actually called out of work because I didn't get enough sleep and didn't want to risk anything. My last seizure was at work, so they have been understanding. But it's a job I'm only at because I worked there a few years ago (restaurant) and am familiar with everyone there and the job. But it's not somewhere I want to stay long term. I'm not making much money, and not working many hours as a suggestion from my neurologist just to take things easy. Which has made things difficult financially but I won't get into that. I just am so nervous about this because every time things have seemingly been going well, I've had another seizure.
As I said this started on 6/12/22. I had my first seizure in the bathroom, woke up on the floor with my dad slapping me in the face after my 5'1, 95 pound mother kicked in the door. No clue what had happened. Only to find out after I had my first seizure at 32 once the doctors at the hospital begrudgingly believed that I didn't do any drugs (I didn't). I saw a neurologist, he cleared me to go back to work driving for Amazon at the end of August (didn't put me on meds) a few months later. But after working 3 days I had another 3 seizures on my first day off, all in my sleep this time. First one was a focal seizure when I woke up, I was blacked out and don't remember. But I was talking to my mom and making no sense and came too talking to an EMT. Decided not to go to the hospital and go back to sleep, only to come back to on an a stretcher in my room after having a major one. Then had another in the hospital a few hours later. I now knew things were really serious. I saw the neurologist a few days later, they did a bunch of tests, put me on meds this time, but didn't find anything wrong again. So I was just stuck to wait it out again. Only to wake up from having another seizure a month later again. This time I decided to seek out a different neurologist. She took one look at my file, saw that I was on an anti-depressant called Wellbutrin and asked if I was still taking it and I said yes. She asked if the neurologist before had told me to stop taking it, or warned me about it and I said no and she was astonished. I guess Wellbutrin is known to cause seizures, somewhat commonly. So she told me to throw it out when I get home and never take it again, and I did. We did more tests, which is how we found out that they were also caused when I was sleep deprived. So I finally had some answers, and knew what was causing them and thought maybe things were going to get better. And then I woke up a month later on a stretcher again. I had been sleeping well, not touched Wellbutrin, and was taking my seizure meds so I didn't understand why they were still happening. But my neurologist said this was almost to be expected as the Wellbutrin was still leaving my body and would take a while. After that things actually cleared up, 7 1/2 months passed with no seizures. I started driving, feeling good, looking for new jobs, hanging out with my friends. Then boom, I woke up on a stretcher again. This time I was zip tied to it though because I was squaring up with the EMT's and trying to fight them. They won and got me subdued, I have zero recollection of this but I guess this is also somewhat common. I had slept well, so not really sure why this one happened. Might have missed my dose that night, I'm not 100% positive. But my doctor said missing half my dose in a day shouldn't be causing that.
So then finally fast forward to 11/17/23, six months ago this Friday. It had been 5 months, 2 weeks, and 6 days since my last seizure. Things had been going well. I had started the job I'm at 2 months prior. Was at least making money and socializing with people again which was something that had been driving me crazy the 15 months prior. I couldn't drive myself to work, but we were just short of a week away. I had felt fine, but then was walking around checking tables at work when I got a wicked head rush. I stopped for a second and collected myself but kept walking after when a server stopped me and asked me if I was okay. I said yes but she said no your not and took me to the back. Apparently I was drooling and didn't even realize, was seemingly another minor focal seizure but I didn't black out this time. I sat out back for a while, had a cup of water before deciding I should go home for the day and called for my ride. I felt totally fine, literally 100%. But I knew it wasn't worth risking so went out in front of the host stand to wait for my ride. Was talking with the hosts, and then the next thing I remember my manager is holding my face still and I'm looking him right in the eyes. EMT's had seemingly just got there, so they took over and starting trying to talk to me. I was still out of it, but heard my phone ringing on the floor and struggled trying to pick it up as they told me not too but I got it. It was my mom, she was just getting there and I told her I'd be right out lol. She pulled up 20 seconds later seeing the ambulance and knew that was not the case. She came in and we all talked the the EMT's for a while as I came too, and decided I didn't have to go to the hospital. It ended up being okay because I didn't have another, and haven't had another since. That was six months ago this Friday and now here we are. All this is running through my head, I'm anxious, I'm scared, I'm happy, I'm excited, I'm feelings I can't even describe. I just want to go back to normal and Friday is the first step in that, but I just don't want anything to go wrong again. Sorry for this being so long, I just needed to get all of this out.

I work in healthcare and I currently make 80k a year. I live with my parents in Hamilton Ontario. I don't pay rent but I do pitch in for other costs like groceries and household equipment. I am able to save money now but I don't want to have to rely on my family for help forever. It has not been good for my mental health. The stress of working in healthcare also makes me sick but it's the only decent job I'll be able to get.
Because of our close proximity to Toronto housing prices are insane. A tiny 1 bedroom apartment is 50 percent of my monthly income after tax. Houses are like 700k+. I don't need a big house as a single person right now, so I thought maybe I could do a condo. Unfortunately all the condos in my city that have a cheap total value have insane condo fees. 800-1000 a month just for the condo fee itself. There's no way I could afford that with a mortgage.
I currently have a total of 170k saved with no debt. I have 95% of that invested into the market so I know I am in trouble in case of a market crash. But even with every penny I have I can't even afford a condo. I'm taking on massive risk just for the hope of being able to own a shoebox condo.
I am not interested in moving to rural Saskatchewan (what is the point of having a house if I am just isolated and alone). Neither do I want to rent and be broke paycheck to paycheck living in an overpriced cockroach infested apartment.
Is it over for young people like me? I tried to do the right thing. I went to university, got a good job, and invested my money into diversified index funds. I see no future ahead where housing continues to increase and my wages remain stagnant.
I've even thought about gambling all my money into options. If I get a 10 bagger than I can get a house. If I lose it all I could just end it all. It sounds crazy but it might be the only way I could get my own property.
Also please don't suggest therapy because a therapist won't fix the massive housing crisis we have. When you have a fundamentally ruthless and broken society depression is a natural response. And they cost 200/hr which could go into more shares of xeqt. I just want to be financially independent.
I also understand that I'm in a better position than many others. Yes there are people starving on odsp and homeless people. I feel empathy for those people and I've voted in every election since I was 18 in hopes for better change for everybody. But I still feel as if I am financially screwed even with the fortunate position I am in.
Do I have any chance of owning a house without living with my parents for 20 years?

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

========== CHANGES ==========

Combat, Enemies

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.

- Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.

- No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.

- Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.
  • Leveling up does not give you health. You rely on stats, bonuses, gear.
  • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.
  • Collecting magazines, bobbleheads, companion perks is now more helpful and recommended.
  • Some skills are changed, reordered, much more interesting and useful.
  • More perks are needed for crafting, especially science perk is required for most technology related stuff.
  • Lockpicking everything is available instantly from level one, but perks and AGI make it reasonably easier. Bobby pins are more rare.

- Hacking is simplified to not do the repeating minigame. Now holotapes to reprogram and override terminals might be of use.

Settlements, Building

  • Expensive build costs of robot workbenches, turrets, big generators, so buying component shipments is justified.
  • You can hire guards for caps or risk settlers lives on the usual guard posts.
  • Can't harvest planted fruit and veg, you get your fair share in workbench instead.
  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.

- More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.
  • Only rare enemies like bosses drop legendaries. And many more...

  • After installing the mod list, restart your PS4/PS5.
  • Dont add or remove mods mid playthrough.
  • Change game difficulty to survival in options.
  • Play on performance 60fps. Newly added mode visual 60fps is more laggy and has awfull VATS framerate.
  • If you want even more immersive settings, go to Settings, Gameplay and turn off quest markers or crosshair.
  • Go to Options, Sound and reduce ambience level by 5-8 clicks and reverb by 2-3.
  • Dont forget to change camera sensitivity (I play on max), next go to Options, Display and change hud color to blue or any other that makes sense (not red), lower transparency by 30% or more, set pip-boy colour to your preference (I use red pip-boy and minty hud to have the best compatibility with highlighting perks and scopes).

[PS4] Simple Settlers (Immortal Edition) - Instead of #33, so generic settlers don't die during settlement attacks. \ 109... Vrexia's Magical Rings - Add after #57 only if you get poison/perception bug where your PER is shown as (-1). You can offset it by equiping multiple rings from this mod (created at chem bench). Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

I've been a regular buyer of SPWR for over a year (woof) and from what I can tell, they're not doing as poorly as their price reflects. I was happy to see the bump to their price yesterday and I'm hopeful can keep it going. Note: screenshots are from last night, they've dipped again today.
Sunpower is a panel company and they also lease and maintain power management systems. They have had low earnings over the past year, largely due to supplier shortages from what I can tell. The biggest hit to their price came from when they missed the deadline for filing their 10 K form to the SEC, and they haven't recovered since. Despite falling from $13 (where I started buying) down to as low as $1.77, they haven't had a dramatic decrease in equity, they took in $1.69B in revenue in 2023, and they're generally well reviewed from a consumer perspective. Due to their critically low market performance, they've recently restructured and changed leadership, cutting 1000 positions in the process.
The market is also flooded with their short-interest stocks, with a 95% short-to-float ratio, and a short ratio / days to cover of 7.0 . I'm hoping someone can help further my research here- I've already made peace with the losses I may not recover on SPWR. I just want to watch the short interest market swallow the pie that they've served themselves.

This is going to be a bit of a long one so buckle up but know, it is going to be well worth your time to deploy the following strategy.
Scouting is all about getting the most information on the largest group of prospects possible. If you follow this strategy, you will end up with 100% scouting on about 15-25 players.
The key is picking one position group that you are interested in and has a lot of players projected to go in rounds 1-3. It’s important that this position group is deep in talent because you’re going to get 100% scouting on 65%-85% of the players in this group.
For this example let’s say there’s a lot of talent at DE. I would then go ahead and set my 3-star scout to be my national guy and focus on DE. The secondary position of expertise for the scout is irrelevant.
Next, depending on how the players are disbursed by region, you want at least two of the three 1-star regional scouts to have an expertise in the 3-star scout’s focused position group. In this case, DE.
However, you’re actually going to assign those 1-star regional scouts to focus on their other position of expertise. So if I had a DE/DT scout, I’d have him focus on DT. DE/OLB scout focused on OLB. DE/OT scout focused on OT. And so on and so forth for these 1-star regional scouts.
In a perfect world, you want to use your 2-star scout in a region where your 3-star scout’s position of focus has the fewest prospects. The reason being, only a 2-star scout will give you the ability to get to 100% scouted on players in either of their positions of expertise without it lining up with your 3-star national scout’s position of focus.
So in this example, let’s say my 2-star scout is an expert on CB/S and I have him focus on CB.
If you follow the template here, come week 11 you will have 100% scouting on any player in your 3-star national scout’s position of focus as long as that position is also one of your regional scouts’ two positions of expertise. So in this case I’d have 100% scouting on the DEs in those 1-star scouts regions.
In addition to those 100% scouted players, your regional 1-star scouts will also give you 75% scouting on the position group that you did focus them on. So in this case DT/OLB/OT etc.
Your 2-star scouts will yield 95% scouting on their position of focus players and 65% scouting on their other position of expertise, unless it lines up with your national scouts position of focus, in which case you’ll have 100% scouting on those guys as well.
The individual player scouting in week 11 gives you 30% extra scouting so you can use it to get one of the guys that’s at 95% or 75% to the finish line. Or, you can use it on a guy currently at 50% to get him within range to get to 100% at the pre draft workouts.
The individual player scouting right before the draft gets you an extra 40% in scouting so you can use it on your 65% and up guys to get you to 100%.
So if done correctly, you will get to 100% scouting for most of your 3-star scout’s position of focus nationwide and up to six players in your regional scouts’ position of focus.
