2024.05.19 01:59 SheikFlorian I've just went to my locals, now I wanna build my own deck!
I was flirting with starting this game, but I was a little skeptical about spending money on a deck; and I was even more skeptical on buying any pre-made decks becuse they tend to suck..
So I decided to go to my local torunament and give a try. I asked if anybody could lend me a deck and everyone offered! I plyed, lost most but I scored a win!
I bought a booster and it came BT13-091-E. I plan to sell it to increase by budget to my deck.
I played with a Amor Rush deck, btw. And before I played a
blue hybrid using the simulator to prepare myself to the tournament and learn the rules. I liked blue hybrid a little more than armor rush, but I believe it's over my budget.
I was planning on spending ~250 BRL that is ~50 Dolars, plus wathever I can get on Belhpie. Anything that is into this budget and is decent is fine; I don't expect to dominate the locals, but if I can score some wins here and there I'm cool.
(But I'm lso willing to run some proxies, so yeah, maybe some a little more expensive decks might work...)
What sort of decks should I aim for? I saw people recomending Red Hybrid and Blue Flare, but could y'all share with me some deck lists?

2024.05.19 01:21 DatUsaGuy How have y’all felt about the general balance and gameplay additions of Season 3 (Strive)?
Here’s a general list of changes/additions with Season 3 for anyone who doesn’t know/remember:
- Wild Assault was added. Blue being best for blockstrings, Red for combos, White for neutral.
- Deflect Shield was added
- Burst gain was pretty significantly increased
- Blue Burst is fullscreen now
- Gold Burst gives positive bonus instead of 100% tension and now is only -2 on block.
- Weights were removed alongside general hurtbox adjustments to make combos far more universal
- A handful of move types were nerfed across the board to decrease damage like command grabs and supers
- Everyone in the starting roster have been promised a new special move (at the current pace of new special moves we’ve been gaining, we likely won’t get all before season 4 starts but we’ve still got 9/15 at the current moment).
There is of course more to it with specific character changes and differences between the initial S3 patch vs the December patch, but those are still some of the most universal and impactful changes of the season.
I’ve been seeing a lot of talk on X (formerly Twitter) about it and I’m curious to see how opinions are on here.
Personally speaking, I lean most towards “step in the right direction.” I like them adding new special moves a lot. Goldburst being positive bonus feels more reasonable. Deflect shield I’m okay with although don’t hold much strong feelings outside of “I like having more stuff.”
Then while I was initially mixed on both the weight and the “fullscreen burst” changes, I think overall they were both good as what I wanted out of both was for most character to have even more combo routes they’d like to do. In reality though, I feel like weight barely was a factor (except I heard specifically Millia really had to take it into account for combo routing). Then the full-screen burst I was worried would take away from cool burst-safe combos, but those mostly just favored certain characters incredibly hard (Chaos and Ram most notoriously) which wasn’t very cool.
On the negative end though, I don’t think Wild assault is super fun to play or deal with. White is the current evil which my main has and it just feels too silly. Don’t hate blue too much but I’m glad I haven’t gotten hit by Bridget doing an unblockable yet. Blue in my experience though seems to be fairly similar in a lot of situations to Red except somewhat worse (even though it’s better on block). Speaking of which. I don’t like Red very much as it increases the damage even more for a game that has really high damage. I do like having more combo options in the game thanks to it, but I wish damage was tuned down significantly more to account for it.
I’m also not sure we need as much burst generation as we currently do. Maybe I would be okay with current Wild Assault if we just didn’t see them as often, I’m not sure. Still though, overall I do like how Season 3 has been and look forward to the future of Strive.

2024.05.19 00:23 agentgambino Giant list of things wrong with new flat upon moving in - how quick should I expect a resolution?
I moved into a new flat in London this week and it’s been a nightmare. There’s a huge list of stuff wrong with the place that wasn’t obvious upon inspecting the property, it includes: - Water damaged floating floorboards that have started to detach from the subfloor in multiple places - the window bays (it’s a basement apartment) were filthy and the cleaner got sent back to address it but did a very average job so I had to resolve it. - the drainage in those window bays was blocked and I had to unblock them - the washing machine stopped working after 1 wash. The drainage was all blocked as the machines filter had broken and I had to clean it all out. The repair technician has now replaced the filter. - the intercom doesn’t return to standby mode after use and emits a high frequency noise until I detach it from the mains. - half the drawers in the apartment were ripped off their runners and I had to repair them. - The sofa bed didn’t work and I had to repair it. - despite being a basement apartment there are rats in the ceiling that are noisy all night. - The range hood is damaged and won’t open
We’re not living in a shithole either - it was meant to be a nice place in a nice suburb. To be fair our landlord has been good at addressing concerns, but every time one thing gets fixed I discover 2 more things wrong. How long would you expect issues like this take to resolve?

I downloaded them all from nexus. Without premium it takes a while but the amount of content in the mod and new systems that are added makes it a whole new game with a lot more depth. It especially adds a lot of end-game content aside from the repetitive siege, field battle, repeat cycle. It adds things like a tech tree, new ownership and lord systems, tons of new units and factions, new skills, religions, languages, life paths, books, etc. It really is the Bannerlord that we deserved as a base game. My game is pretty stable with only 3 crashes in the 30 or so hours I've put into this save. I know how annoying it is to get a correct mod list and load order, so I hope this helps some people so they dont have to trial and error for hours trying to get the game to load. Also, due to the volume of high quality content, I recommend going down one level of graphics settings from what you normally play for frame rate and game stability. The order of the screenshots if the post is messed up is the Harmony at the top, Then RBM and Birth and Aging Options, and finally Ancient Civilizations and Banner Kings Screenshot Edit: all mods I got from nexus through manual download. If you need a guide on how to unblock dll files for windows its as simple as putting all your mods into one folder once they are unzipped, opening windows powershell, and typing: dir c:\mydir -Recurse Unblock-File replacing mydir with the file directory of your mod folder. I have apparently hit the block limit - when I try to block someone, I am told they cannot be blocked. Older posts indicate I must go to my Settings > Privacy and manage my block list. However, my block list does not show up.
Another older post indicates this happens when you have too many blocked users.
How am I supposed to manage my block list now? Neither mobile nor desktop lets me. There's no way to unblock anybody, so I cannot remove people to block new & active people I would like to block.

2024.05.18 19:01 MoonzyMooMooCow Some feedback after playing the game for nearly 600 hours
Inspired by a post recently, I decided to write my own feedback on the game. Please note that these are my opinions, so you may or may not disagree with some of it and that's fine, I respect that.
Mission effects:
- 50% call-in time should NOT affect extract countdown (1 extra minute is a lot, either in a dog fight, or sitting around doing nothing)
- Bug spore map is fine, until there's a mountain that cut across in the middle of the map with no gap to cross in the middle until you run to the end (which end? u have to find out by walking around it, have fun wasting 5 minutes)
- Fire Tornado is NOT fun and doesn't add anything to the game other than wasting your time when they choose to go on objective or just kill your civilians doing almost nothing to enemies that walks in it.
Mission Type: Evacuate trapped civilians(40 minute and 15 minute variant):
- Civilians can get stuck on nothing occasionally, if both (or 3) paths are bugged, it's game over, there has to be a fallback for this
Evacuate trapped civilians(15 minute variant):
- Bugs are fine, but the bot version on this mission is near impossible to clear (without using certain tactics blablabla), more so after factory strider have been added to the spawn pool
Evacuate high value assets (20 minute 8 rocket mission):
- It can get bugged and missile refuse to continue launching, killing the entire mission (suspect it has to do with network instability, especially from network host)
Enemies:
General:
- Dead bodies should despawn sooner (or based on amount on the screen because defence mission on bots can have enemies piled so high that you can't see or shoot past it, god forbid u get stuck under one)
Bug front:
General (almost every unit):
- Should not be able to dig their way up through solid rocks (just remove the dig mechanic, I don't know why it should exist other than bugs digging through solid rock when players stand on top of it by jetpack)
Spewers:
- Nursing Spewer's dead body hitbox does not fit model (after butt have been popped, the hitbox remains, cant walk past)
- Bile Spewer's animation between them raised their butt in the air to suddenly spewing when you are close is non-existent (it's even faster than they running and raising their head to spew, they skip the head raising animation and go straight to spewing)
- Should not one shot players for something that spawns in such numbers
- (still) running too fast
- Too quiet for something that can one shot you out of nowhere (should not one shot)
- Their attack should apply DOT status similar to bleeding (either stim or dive in water to clear), remove the direct damage
Shriekers:
- Dead body deals more dmg than being alive
Stalkers:
- Does not unstealth after taking damage from Incendiary Shotgun from a distance (they should remain unstealth while taking damage, either from bullets or DoT like fire)
- Their knockback sometimes cause your character to have a long [explicit] roll animation if the ground is not even, which is basically a death sentence when fighting them
Brood commander:
- Can call breach without head
- Can track you without their head
Charger:
- Non-intuitive design where the butt is NOT a weakspot to everything (it's ok if I need 1.5 mag of my shotgun to kill it, but at least give us more option to kill that thing than just AT to the face or explosive dmg to the butt)
- Too quiet for something that can one shot you out of nowhere
Bile Titan:
- Non-intuitive design where the SHINING OPEN MOUTH during spit animation is NOT a weakspot, but the forehead is (without any indication)
Spore Spewer:
- Bouncing stratagem at the base of most layout
- Requiring certain weapons/stratagems to destroy after buffed (lowering weapon choice is not a good decision) Possible solution: allow hellbomb, or revert the changes. It's really frustrating and NOT FUN to deal with after the changes. Their main role is to obscure the map until players find it, it shouldn't be hard to remove as well (perhaps removing the red marking on the radar to make it harder to locate, instead of making it tougher)
Shrieker nest:
- Stratagem bounce on certain terrain/layout (particularly the two nest on a mountain layout), making placing hellbomb difficult
Bot front:
General (almost every unit):
- Should not be able to re-engage infinite distance away after been previously engaged before (should lose aggro ~1 minute without line of sight and revert to their regular scan distance)
- Why isn't Arc weapons doing more damage to bots? It should bypass their METAL armor and deal good damage to them
Dropship:
- Killing the dropship should have more significant impact to the enemies they are carrying/carried
Scout Strider:
- Revert whatever changes was made last buff
Rocket Devastators:
- Limit their rocket firing to x amount of salvos (to reflect their model), can add in (infinite) reload downtime to replenish their rocket (so players have opportunity to fire back)
Heavy Devastators:
- Gun firing angle does not fit model sometimes
- Can shoot through wall if they hug the wall (placing the scan further back from their body's hitbox might solve this as it wont be able to phase into the wall and see past it)
- Needs to add more inaccuracy, especially long distance away
Hulk:
- Face hitbox is weird (might be my potato aim but I can miss my shot when I shoot it near point blank)
- Flamethrower variant should not one tap (remove direct damage and just make it deal burning status, burning is already deadly enough)
Gunships:
- Having a VERY small pool of support weapons that can effectively deal with this enemy. One of the worst thing in the game because it's very limiting on what weapon you get to pick IN CASE you see one.
Tanks:
- Too quiet
- Shredder variant turns too fast to be able to reliable target the vents at the back
- Can climb things unreasonably well for something that runs on tracks
(Stationary) Cannon Turrets:
- Should not snipe you from 200m away without any warning or prior aggro, limit their scan distance}
- If they do want to snipe, make their dmg fall off with distance as to not get one shot out of nowhere from something you barely see
Factory Striders:
- Can shoot through wall if their face hugs the wall
- Their cannon turret is a bit too tanky for my liking, for something that already have two deadly MG on the chin
- Limit their spawn per dropship wave to 1 or 2 (especially in defence mission)
Detector Tower:
SAM Site:
- Very hard to locate
- Does the job that it's supposed to do very poorly
Stratagem Jammer:
- Should have limited enemies on them because you can't use stratagems, sometimes it's easy, but sometimes there's so many devastators on there plus dropship it becomes hell
- Can be deadly when spawned close to Gunship fab, perhaps limit the distance between these 2 sub-objectives
Command Bunkers:
- One taps you out of nowhere sometimes (no one likes getting one tapped from full health)
Extract:
- It's not red on the map in mission briefing, but you can drop into an extract with Factory Striders etc
Stratagems:
SOS Beacon:
- What does this do, exactly? Other than being a free one-time use hellpod dmg for host if they manage to attach it onto enemy
Airburst Rocket Launcher:
- Sometimes just fly past enemy's head, what's the proxy radius exactly? Should increase radius but only detonate after x amount of clearance from user (can be time or distance based)
Autocannon:
- GOATed (esp against bots), nothing wrong with it but it's so fun to use against bots that I just want to put it here.
Spear:
- Lock-on issues (it's like wanting to sneeze but you can't)
- For something that require lock on and only have 4 shots, it better one shot regardless of hitzone (or make it lock-on to weakspots instead)
- Useless in snowstorm even though I can see the enemy clearly
- Why would it lock on but miss if the target is too close, what's the point of lock-on if the projectile isn't actually locking onto the target
Orbital Railcannon Strike:
- Needs to lower the CD for something that only targets a single entity
- OR make it one shot every unit in the game (factory strider can be one shot by 380mm, so I don't see why railcannon can't)
"Guard Dog" Rover:
- Sometimes does not target enemies in-front of you, attacking you, or the enemies you're shooting, not sure why
"Guard Dog":
- The constant downtime is so bad compared to its counterpart, PLUS it runs out of ammo
Sentries:
- Non-existent health, too soft for something the developer wont let players place at hard to reach places
Mines:
- Doesn't feel as impactful as other stratagems, other than teamkilling
Shield Generator Relay:
- Should prevent enemy unit from entering
- Should have infinite health until time is up
- Should just be DRG's gunner shield
- Have problems with plasma punisher (the projectile cannot pass through the shield)
Smokes of all kind:
- Needs to work better, enemies should stop firing into/across the smoke or something. I brought smoke to survey mission and smoked the objective, between me and enemies (before the bots drop), I was the one who got smoked instead
Booster:
- Needs to give precise numbers on what EXACTLY each one does (maybe on wiki or something, to prevent people from coming up with nonsense like localisation confusion will create more patrols etc)
- UAV Recon Booster should do something to bug spore map (either reveal the map but not enemies on the map, or enemies nearby but not the map)
- Flexible Reinforcement Budget needs to have more impact to the cooldown time, as it stands it's the worst booster
- Expert Extraction Pilot needs to have more impact to the countdown time, 18s/27s is not good enough for something that does nothing throughout the entire game until the end
- Only a couple booster tends to be taken to missions because the power level of boosters is very different
Misc:
Gameplay:
- Stratagem should NOT bounce, let players decide where we wanna call our stuff, make it stick to walls, top of rocks (if players manage to land the stratagem there, why not), and enemies (sometimes you can stick stuff to chargers, sometimes you can't, I never understood why)
- Equipment/Stratagem loadout would be great to have
- Allow players to finish the mission in solo mode if kicked or lost connection, this would greatly reduce the impact of griefing and/or steam's weekly maintainance. You can prevent abuse by giving each mission an ID that can't duplicate reward if same player complete it twice. (just like Super credits that wont be given twice if you pick up the same one from the same mission)
- Enemies should have more ways to be killed and objectives should have more ways to be solved, so people actually can try out more loadouts than feel pressured to play the "meta".
- Patrol spawn rate should increase when we call extraction, not right after we finish main obj. Finishing sub obj is way harder if we finish main obj first (in blitz especially, where you can't choose when the main objective ends if you want to clear everything)
- Supply packs should have an icon on the map
- Icon for dropped items should appear in a larger radius
- Samples, Requisition Slips, and Medals should have uses other than being allowed to be capped (one interesting idea is the ability to purchase extra stratagem slot for operations/missions)
- Tier 4 Ship upgrade felt underwhelming, like it's AH trying to give players something to do while not wanting to reward the players. (the cost-to-impact is horrible to say the least)
- Armors should have more passives and stat variety, instead of the exact same stats and passive but different color
- Armor passive could be swappable (for fashion divers).
- Allow Stimming at any time (for stamina boost even if health is full to run for longer)
- The animation of rolling slowly after falling/diving/knocked back onto un-even ground is long, unnecessary, and annoying
- Allow viewing of Support weapon's stats like primary and secondary
- Allow players to customise weapons (especially the scope)
Lobby:
- Nickname given to Steam friends should not appear in-game, this can cause confusion between players as I see different name and player tag (ie: H2 vs D2) in mission from other players. But indication of the steam nickname should still be given, maybe upon entry. (ie: "dremskiy (HD2 dreamskiy) has joined the lobby")
- Allow sending friend request from party list (I don't know why this isn't a thing)
- Allow viewing of Steam player's Steam profile (and playstation profile for PSN players? I have no idea of the PSN ecosystem)
- Allow host to disband and create a new lobby (to mitigate the current multiplayer bug that might happens if someone leaves, or just so you can change party members without kicking)
- Allow host to set minimal join level for their lobbies (I know, this is controversial, but I'm tired of Lv20s joining Helldive missions. A good portion of them don't know what to do and run around like headless chicken and using up reinforcements. I'm here to enjoy the game, not carry and get frustrated when I get teamkilled or have them bring a big group of enemies into objectives. Everyone has their preference and "standards" when playing. I also know level isn't an indication of actual skill, but the proportion of frustration I've had with low levels vs higher level players is very different. I once had a lv10 matchmake into Helldive difficulty. How is that even possible? Don't they need to clear lower difficulties first? Yeah, they did nothing but die the entire mission)

Since I plan to get Callis & Toll at some point, I can't just take them as proxies for the two lads. So if I were to grab these two models, what do you think I could proxy them with ? I figured a Cities of Sigmar model, so that it's at least kept in theme with witch hunting, but then I'm not sure if Cities of Sigmar, with their abilities being locked to themselves a lot of the time, could work with another warband that has similar features locked. Hello everyone, I have been addicted to pornography since I was 8 years old and it's only gotten worse and has taken a stranglehold on my life, I have struggled with hypersexuality and pornography for years (I fully orgasm 7+ times a day) with my addiction and now I think I found a way to rid myself of this once and for all.
Reddit is my last weak link, when I block Reddit for good, there will be ZERO loopholes for my hypersexual mind anymore. First let's start off with personal computers and laptops, for my PC I use ColdTurkey blocker and it's the best blocker you can get IF you use it with NextDns. You can't uninstall it and I locked my BIOS behind a password I can't even remember so I can't even reset my laptop anymore to overcome Cold Turkey Blocker. But remember, NextDns is VERY important along with a few others apps I will show you.
With the blockers on I can't even visit the website OR turn NextDns off! My porn addiction has gotten so strong that I have even blocked all search engineson my laptop, so I have to search on my phone using the safe SPIN browser.
I have multiple AI threat driven detection blockers and third party blockers installed within NextDns and it works great! I can ONLY get around it when I have a passcode to get around it, the website to NextDns is blocked with cold turkey blocker with a secure password I don't have access to. I had to turn it off temporarily to install an app for work.. I relapsed but I am getting back on my feet and will continue my journey to be clean from this dopamine addiction.
Blocks browsers, websites, everything you'd want blocked.
ColdTurkey Setup some passwords and store them somewhere not readily accessible or you can create a timer within the app and you won't be able to unblock, uninstall, nothing without the password or until block expires.
And for Android, "App block" is by FAR the best app you can use to block websites, downloads, applications from opening, and even keywords in the URL! Pincode to unlock the app, pincode to turn off blocks, and another to unblock strict mode... Very secure and you can keep multiple codes away where you can forget about them. Like at a friend's house or somewhere you can't easily get to.
These measures have worked for the most part really, really well! I had to unblock certain things for my new job so I can install apps and I fell back into my old habits... But since I don't need to install anything else, I am about to setup my blocks again. Combined with SPIN browser and my NextDns filters absolutely NOTHING can get through, only through me stealing someone's computer or phone can I access pornography now.
With Appblock I have used it constantly with free wifi, wifi at home, etc.. and the safeguards, AI driven detection, etc.. works fine. I can't disable it either with the Appblock or go into my phone settings without a password once I have everything set up.
I can't explain it but once you get it set up it really works great. With NextDns you can also block any top level domains easily, .to .de .cc .wf .av etc... The AI monitoring blocks sites as well, There's free blacklists that are awesome, all you gotta do is press any of them and it's added, All for only $1.99/mo.
In addition to that, you can block websites manually too by adding them to the deny list. Combine this with cold turkey blocker or SPIN browser & Appblock and it's a good enough deterrent that will be a 100% deterrent once I block Reddit. Reddit has too much info on how to bypass blocks such as search engines you have never even heard of.
So, goodbye reddit! I'm focusing on my mental healing from the years of scarring myself with hours long porn binges that last well into the early morning simply because my body can't help itself, I didn't ask to be born hypersexual but I am sick of porn and my addiction to it because it's ruining my life

Someone recently posted this: I block comments from certain friends on my posts so it's only visible to them. I want to block another one but when I go to Settings > Privacy > Interactions > Comments to do that, I can't seem to look them up? I can only look up people I've already blocked to unblock them and can't add a new one to the list. Anyone knows why?

He is NOTHING but irrelevant Other sites say he is abusive.
His Spanish slant on FB to try an attract a Hispanic woman is so gross.
My point is he uses people, employers, TV Producers and shows to try and further his non existent life.
Here's the good news. All his bad behavior will always be on the Internet for everyone to see. His drunk rants, phony dog stories for grifting money, his violent rants, multiple job losses and bragging about declaring bankruptcy for the 4th time. Hello, I have a Catachan army I'm working on at the moment, and I thought it would be cool to have some true-scale marines with it, just to show how small the average soldier is in the universe of 40k. I don't plan on playing in any serious games, but I was wondering what the opinion was on Damned Legionarie proxy. Saw it's 180 pts for 10, don't really know how that stacks up, I've only painted and messed around with models, have never played a game though I've seen them be played.

Obligatory clarification that this was a few months ago, I just regularly feel guilty about it and wanted to see if I'm right in feeling that guilt. Also, apologies in advance since I think this is going to be a long post.
I(20ftm) was abused in multiple ways by my stepfather(46m). I filed a case against him two years ago, which finally got picked up after my younger sister(16f) ran away from the house. During these two years, no one in the family talked to me, as he convinced everyone that I was a liar, a manipulator, and was doing everything as an act of revenge on him for "treating me with the respect I deserved". He was sentenced last October to 15 years in prison, and then they began to investigate my mother(38f) because she knew about the physical/verbal/mental abuse of all of us kids(there were five of us, ages will be given as children are mentioned), and about the s/xual abuse toward me. I live out in Arizona, however when my mother lost custody of our siblings, my older sister(25f), who well call Molly, reached out to me asking if I would be willing to come back up to Ohio, my home state, to help her take temporary custody of the children. The plan was that I would come back up to Ohio, live with my old roommates, get a job, and watch the children in the morning to get them on the bus and afternoon until Molly got home from work. This was something that was agreed upon by everyone, and it was decided that due to a job opportunity I would be going back to Arizona in three months. I immediately explained to everyone involved that I would not flake out on these plans unless my mental health got to a point where I was actively considering self ending. Molly requested that she get "some sort of notice" before something like that we're to happen, and I told her that the best I could do was actively pointing out signs of mental health decline as they happened so she would know where I was in my headspace, to which she agreed.
Fast forward to the day I'm to fly up, and I get a call from Molly. She explains that our grandmother is giving her her old house in exchange for the childcare until my mother got out of jail should the worst case scenario happen, and she wanted to know if I could live in full time with her. In exchange she would pay my way through driving school and get me a car off Facebook marketplace, which would roughly equal out to three months of paid labor. She explained that I wouldn't have to do any chores(though it would be nice) and she would support me financially so that I didn't need to get a job(though I also could if I wanted to) and I could put my full time and care toward the children. This seemed like a fair deal to me, so I agreed. We talked about a few other minor details, such as my room(I wouldn't have one, and would be sleeping in the corner of the living room) and food(I requested that she get healthy food because eating excessive amounts of junk food triggers my ED, which she agreed to but more on that later).
I fly up and reconnect with all of my siblings(I hadn't talked to any of them in person since the incident two years ago), and talk with a close friend of mine, who I'll call Buddy. Buddy expressed that he didn't think that me moving in full time with Molly was a good idea, and tried to imply that she might try and take advantage of me while I was there and overstep boundaries. I told him that I trusted her not to do so, and she and I had agreed that I would be spending weekends with him at his place to decompress and regularly assess my mental health. This was almost immediately backtracked by Molly, saying she didn't expect me to actually take the whole weekend and she requested Saturdays to be her "day off", which I agreed to. About a week and a half after I arrived and was settled in, we started having violence issues with the youngest(10m), and they were mostly directed toward me. We assumed that this was because my stepfather had fed the kids a story about how I had left because I didn't care about them, and he was too young to understand the truth of the situation. Molly was very attentive to my needs at first, making sure to buy fruits and vegetables as well as having the children upstairs by 9 pm so that I could have some private time to relax each night. All was good other than the violent outbursts from the youngest(who I'll nickname Chris).
After about a month, we had to give Chris to an aunt due to the violent outbursts becoming more frequent and the police having to be called several times just to get him to stop attacking me. I explained to Molly that it was affecting me pretty badly, and she and I sat down and talked it out, deciding I wasn't at a point that I needed to leave yet, however if we kept him I would be. So we let Chris go up to my aunts, who we'll call Aunt Hayley. After that things calmed down in the household, with there only being two major fights between the remaining three children. During this time, Molly began to talk about how stressed she was about finances, as well as she signed up for a college course and got a boyfriend. I didn't see this as a big deal at the time, but it compiled with everything else. Molly began coming home at 6-7 and immediately going to her room, and I would end up keeping watch of the children for the remainder of the night. This didn't bother me too much at the time, as I saw it as helping her, however I could. Before this, she and I had pretty evenly split chores, with both of us doing dishes, laundry, and trash periodically. Once she began this college course, I took up the entirety of the dishes, laundry for all of the children, and majority of trash. Molly tended to her room and mandated when the children cleaned their rooms and their upstairs bathroom, but other than that was in her room either doing classwork or hanging out with her boyfriend. During this time she also stopped getting the healthier foods, despite me helping with grocery lists and requesting healthier foods, opting instead for snacks or frozen foods such as pizzas, hot pockets, bagel bites, etc. This upset me seeing as I had already explained to her my issues with said foods, but I didn't feel I had a right to make comment seeing as she was still financially supporting me.
During this time, my no contact order with my mother was lifted, and I agreed to speak with her again, seeing as she had eventually denounced her borderline worship of my stepfather and told the police everything, and was now in therapy and parenting classes. To be clear, from the moment I had arrived in Ohio, I had wanted nothing to do with her, and the only reason I had agreed to talk to her was to give her one last opportunity to man up and explain everything properly. She did, and as I had suspected, he had been severely abusing her in every way as well. I still didn't trust her, but I decided to give her a second chance at a relationship on the condition that she not bring any more men into my siblings lives until they were all 18 or older(which she agreed to). I began to visit her semi-regularly, and Molly and I agreed that I would go to her house Saturday nights for dinner, seeing as I was already going to Buddy's around 7 pm Saturday nights anyway, which meant it wouldn't really change any of Molly's plans. At this time I began having a friend over, who we'll call Max. Max is a close friend of mine since middle school, and Molly approved him to be around any time, however I only really had him around on Tuesdays due to his work schedule. As soon as Max met Molly, he said he didn't really like the way she talked to me, and when I didn't understand(I have autism) he explained that a lot of how she speaks to me sounds like she's talking down to/making fun of me, and that when I say something she doesn't seem to take me seriously. I brushed this off, thinking that it was just him not being used to her somewhat abrasive personality.
Molly continued to complain about finances, and I continued searching for a job as I had been since I got there, and then came the first weird incident during this. One day Molly said that our mother had offered her a motorcycle, but that she had a feeling that she wouldn't actually give it to her, and so she was going to go buy her own. I didn't mention how counter intuitive this was to her finance problem, though I should have in hindsight. She also went out that weekend to get her nails and hair professionally done(which she had told me at one point all together was around $200), as well as I believe the next weekend to get a $180 tattoo shaded. Seeing as Molly had gone out and bought a motorcycle, my mother instead offered me the bike, which I accepted. Molly then began making comments about how she knew my mother was going to give me the bike, and that was why she had gone out and gotten her own(despite the fact that I had asked for the bike before I knew it was supposed to be given to Molly, and was told only if she didn't want it because she got first dibs).
During the last month, my mental health began to hit the decline I had warned Molly about. I informed her of when it became hard to get out of bed, when I was having guilt or s/h urges, and then eventually I reached a point where I requested she take back up at least some responsibility of dishes and laundry because my mental health couldn't handle it. She got somewhat indignant about this, saying that because I was living there rent free I should be doing the majority of the chores. By this time, I had very much seen what Max had been saying about her talking down to me, however I wasn't in the mental state to go against her, so I just reiterated that I really wasn't doing well. She said that her classwork, job, and social life wouldn't allow her to have time for it, and since I had none of those I didn't have any reason to feel the way I was. At this point, Buddy and my two old roommates(who we'll call Rat and Iroh) started insisting that I should go back to the original plan and only go down in mornings and until she got home from work, however I felt obligated to help her so I stayed. They repeatedly reminded me that she still hadn't followed through on any of her promises regarding driving school, car, or respecting my triggers. I continued to stay, partially to help her and partially because I knew at this point that it would backfire on the children as well if I left.
Two weeks before I was supposed to leave, Molly pulled me aside and told me that due to financial concerns, she would be letting the children go to a foster home in two weeks, once I left. This confused me seeing as a) I hadn't been bringing in any financials, and b) she insisted on keeping the 16 year old(who I'll call Fiona) but refused to keep the other two, because (in her own words) "Fiona is the easiest to handle". I felt as if I was to blame for this because the way Molly had presented it to me made it seem like the only reason she was letting the children go was because I was leaving, and a few days earlier she had been trying to push "if you could only stay another month". This plummeted my mental health, and about a week later(a week before my stay was supposed to end) I hit the point of actively wanting to self end. I informed her of this, and she got cold with me, saying she wished I had told her sooner. I reminded her that I had vocalized every step for things going down hill, and she insisted that it wasnt enough and I should have given her more notice, as well as claiming she could have done this whole thing without me and that I was more trouble than I was worth at points. She then started saying that I had only come back to get close to our mother and that I didn't actually care about her or the children(as I said, I hated my mother when I arrived). I told her that I would stay till that Friday night as it was Thursday and I didn't want to force her to try to find last minute childcare so late at night. At some point in this conversation we got a call from the middle(14nb, whom we'll call Sora) child's school saying that Sora had assaulted another student. This student had been making fun of Sora for months, claiming that they deserved the abuse they went through and that she hoped my stepfather got out of jail so that he could hurt Sora worse. I requested Molly not be too intense on the punishment, seeing as this had been an ongoing issue that had been brought to both the principal and Molly's attention, and been brushed off by both. Molly started beating me about how disgusting it was that I was condoning violence, and I clarified that while I didn't condone it, this situation had been hard enough on Sora. At this point in time, I had had enough and told her that if she didn't want my input and wanted to belittle me and "put me in my place", then she could put her money where her mouth was about being able to do this without me and I would leave that night. She said fine, but that she knew I wasn't actually wanting to end myself and was just using it as a convenient out of the situation. I began to pack. As soon as she got home she said that I had been taking her tone wrong, and that she hadn't meant to attack me. She then started saying that I wasn't screwing her over in this, I was screwing the children over. This was while the children were out of the house, and I did raise my voice, telling her that I wasn't trying to screw anyone over, I was following exactly the boundaries I had set, as I should have from the beginning. Buddy came and picked me up, and I went and spent the night with my mother.
The next day I was informed that Molly had told our caseworker that I had bailed, and that the children were to be picked up the next day(all except Fiona, who would stay in Molly's care and eventually the possibility of Molly adopting her was discussed). That Friday was the court case which was to decide what was to happen with my mother. Molly had expressed throughout this entire process that she didn't want my mother to go to jail, and that she would do almost anything to keep her out. The prosecutors had also expressed that they didn't want her to get a full 3 year sentence. During the court proceedings, Molly was the only one in the room requesting the maximum sentence for my mother, and during her speech was consistently deadnaming and misgendering me, which no one else in the court room was doing. My mother walked out with a 60 day sentence, which wasn't terrible, but the damage was done to mine and Molly's relationship, seeing as it was already strained before I found out she had been lying to me for months about her stances on this. She and I had had several conversations about this, while I hated my mother and whole I was healing my relationship with her, and her stance of wanting her to stay out of jail had never wavered. I unfollowed her on most medias, but kept her unblocked on everything. Three days before I was supposed to leave, I realized that my leather jacket and my keys to my boyfriend's collar were still at her house, and I tried to contact her to ask for them back. I texted her twice, neither of which she responded to, and then Buddy called her. She claimed she hadn't seen them, but refused to let us come over to look for them, despite the fact that the last time I had seen either one was in the house because I had been too depressed to leave the house. She continuously refused to let me come check, or even let someone else come check, claiming that she didn't trust me to put things back the way they were, despite me never showing any inclination of touching anything that wasn't mine. I went to text her again on the matter and found that she had blocked me on all platforms. Shortly after this Fiona would start claiming the same things about me not actually wanting to end myself and just using it as an excuse, showing that she had been talking to Molly about this, and her views on pretty much everything shifted to Molly's views. This caused a rift to the point that while I have strong contact with my other siblings, I don't have much contact with Fiona.
I feel as though it was wrong to leave the children in the situation they were in, and I desperately wish I could have done more to help, but I knew that once I hit that mental state I was no longer safe to be around them and only ran the risk of traumatizing them further if I had stayed.

After reading through a bunch of threads, it seems that there hasn't been much discussion about character-specific tech that can give you an edge or knowledge check advantage. I've only really gone deep with Ryu so I'll list out what I know:
- Light tatsu into dash into light hasho leaves you at +1 (edit: +2, not +1) which gives you a mixup
- DR crouching medium punch gives you a strike/throw/shimmy mixup
- OD tatsu in the corner into hasho gives you a safejump
- Heavy hashogeki/denjin hashogeki into DR crouching heavy punch into heavy donkey kick gives a safejump
- OD donkey kick into sweep gives you a safejump
- You can hit JP from fullscreen if he spams projectiles with a heavy tatsu that combos into a heavy shoryuken + SA 3 for crazy damage and is one of the most satisfying things in the game
- If your opponent reacts to hadokens with parry, feint with a light hasho and immediately DR into a grab. This is unblockable/unavoidable depending on distance because they'll still be in parry recovery frames.
- Medium tatsu in the corner into hadoken is meaty and will beat all reversal SA 1s
That's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure I've missed a few things. Please add to the knowledge pool!

I am in hopes that this message or another form of reasoning with similar intent may reach the eyes or ears of those controlling the ban lists for Magic the Gathering. These are moves I'm hoping may be made to keep the more casual/social format of MTG as close to honest as we can, as we shouldn't have to continue to bear bad apples spoiling the bunch for every player out there, both new, and also the old whom want to enjoy new styles of play without having to worry about decks which purpose is to tutor out combo pieces or accidentally bump into one of numerous combos within the deck in a few short turns.
I personally believe that in a format such as commander, we shouldn't have to worry about the game in some instances CONSISTENTLY ending prematurely, especially by players whom had not done a singular point of life to any player, milled a player of a single card, or anything threatening aside from maybe playing lockdown/wipe cards. Players like this bring a negative value to the format... not zero value, a negative value, because they push people away and barricade new people from having or keeping interest in the game when they become witness to the cancer that is slowly killing commander over time as more and more potential combo/draw/tutor pieces are introduced.
I will list a few of the cards that I think are good examples of easy bans to add to such a ban list for commander, and the nature of the cards listed should be implied. Often, these cards from experience, if not in every case, are only ever played in specific manners within decks with purpose to aim at performing an infinite combo. Not everything in magic should be an infinite combo, especially when they would only require a single piece if not two pieces (Etali as Commander with Food Chain in deck is an example of a "single piece", as the only piece you need to draw to have the potential infinite ready is Food Chain alone):
- Demonic Consultation
- Thassa's Oracle
- Food Chain
- Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
- Mindcrank
- Curiosity
There are also certain lines of text that I think should be prevented within commander as well to help with this case, such as one of the halves to the side of the drain combo where a player could potentially play cards that state they "gain life when opponents lose life", but also have a card that says opponents lose life when you gain life", which creates a loop on trigger that can win the game without doing anything other than seeing a single point of damage happen anywhere from that point and forward, which is also anti-climactic to see in such decks with colors that make it easiest to acquire combo pieces.
Another line of text that I believe should be considered personally, which I assume some players may have issue with because "How dare I speak against how others like to play" is "You take an extra turn" cards. These cards have been ridiculous in my eyes from the beginning of my time in playing MTG, and every player I've ever played against whom utilizes ANY card that specifies that they take extra turns, always has a way to abuse it in short time to acquire up to as many turns as they need to win the game, even if they need 5 extra turns to finally come to a point where they can be in a position to eliminate a player from a state of having nothing left on their board, which I have witnessed happen to me before. Opponent had no wipe spell for all of my creatures, but instead played the extra turn spell, ended turn, drew a card, played another land drop, recurred the extra turn from grave to hand to play it again, end turn, drew another card, played another land drop, copied the card from grave and exiled, bounced a card of mine + drew another card, swung w flier, end turn, drew card, played ANOTHER take an extra turn card, and copied it as well with a tap ability... etc etc etc.
"Take an extra turn" cards have a ridiculous amount of value to them, which are overwhelmingly underpriced mana cost wise as well, and clearly so that I do not have to state "in my own opinion". If speaking relatively to other cards, this is simply factual. One of red's specialties is granting the user an extra combat phase, which blue gets in the extra turn. One of green's specialties is granting the user extra land plays, which blue gets inside of the same extra turn. One of blue's specialties is its draw power, which it is getting within the same extra turn replacing the card they'd just played for both a land and combat, as well as a chance to spend all of the accumulated mana again. Blue has also now been playing even faster than red decks, at least in EDH standards. When blue's counterspells cost 0 or 1 in many cases (or even negative payments/refunds where they're refunded for more than they paid for countering spell of X mana cost...) while they're playing Remora or Rhystics to draw even more counterspells, red doesn't have much on them. Even if blue allows the first dose of red to slip, well oops, Cyclonic Rift "accidentally" slipped from his overwhelming hand-size while the blue player was still seen as "not quite a bit enough threat" simply because they have no thwackers on the field. Blue player is completely open and okay with watching players beat down other players when minor openings present themselves as temporary opportunities, yet upon giving the blue player the slightest glance, GAME RESET!~~~ Which brings me to my last point, but outside of the realm of what taking an extra turn might do, and more regarding the final specialties.
White and black both have a pretty high specialty in specifically removal type abilities, whether it be for creatures which black is more prevalent in, or for permanents including non-creatures, which white is more prevalent in than black, yet blue simply outdoes any spell of either of these colors' value within any cards that exist in the game within said colors due to the card called Cyclonic Rift existing. Remove all threats EXCEPT their own at INSTANT speed. I think if blue is going to have something like this, then black and white should have AT LEAST the equivalent, although I'd hate to see it. I just wanted to make the quick point here pointing out the failure to balance mana values of blue. (There is a reason of there being a consensus among other players that "Island" is the strongest of the lands. You don't ever hear that comment about other lands. And I would like to state here that my theory is that since blue is so prevalent thanks to certain players whom would rather win a game than enjoy playing a game, WotC is afraid of becoming bombarded by the toxicity of hyper-competitive sore losers with no creativeness to create an interactive enough commander deck that doesn't involve stalling, seeking, then performing infinite combos without ever ever ever seeing a day of themselves actually achieving victory by any other means other than by performing their infinite loops or recurring new turns.)
Anyways, that's my rant for now. I am not posting this lengthy of a rant with the assumption that it might reach no ears. This isn't just me being angry with the current state of MTG's alternative format that was meant to produce more joy for those that want to experience something greatly different compered to modern, standard, and other available formats. I am posting this because I believe the requests to be reasonable, and do know that there are many others that feel the same way as I do. The "toxic sore losers" that I was referring to before can whine all they want about this post for me criticizing what is likely a number of their favorite cards, but I say to the ones whom this post may have offended, you can have the other formats, do your bs over there, and keep your sticky fingers out of paid commander pods where we are trying to enjoy ourselves. We have paid casual commander pods, sometimes paid precon pods, and we have paid proxy/cedh pods, BUT we have people bring the infinite combo cancer into casual pods simply because "the commander is unique", even though they don't play the commander a single time in most instances. Yes, we lose money to this crap. I limit myself to one PAID pod a week, and I GLADLY stay back if there is someone who would rather play casual who can't pay for they day to play with them, because playing in the paid pod with the sore losers just feels like getting mugged with also the expense of your time while also being locked in place to watch and make sure your cards aren't stolen too along with your time and money to enter the pod.
Wizard of the Coast, I do hope you receive this message in some form or another. This cancer needs to be stopped if we're going to be spreading this game wider, and not instead shrinking it down because of stingy ban lists.
