2024.05.21 16:57 dustsettling I was over in the ex j-dub sub and they asked about the first forbidden things you did when I left the jw cult. Let's do a BHI version.

I answered but didn't put my first acts in any particular order. first thing I did was what most folks do: get with other "defectors" and study with them. However, we then did what a smaller percentage do thereafter: began to read the scripture in earnest. Once we began that, we knew we had to then question everything we had been indoctrinated in. As to be expected, we ended up leaving the group we had been a part of after leaving that bigger camp. What I keep seeing though, is among groups like us, people think when u leave, u have to still stick with whatever you've been taught by that larger group you left. They can't seem to accept...anything else really. It wasn't acceptable when we left, period. Then it was unacceptable when we began reading and came to Galatians 4 and Hebrews 10 and said "okay now we have different beliefs about keeping the law.because of what these scriptures say." Then it wasn't aceptable when we stopped keeping sabbath and wearing fringes (meanwhile they can cheat onto her wives....but it's cool as long as they got beards and fringes). Don't tell em we eat what we want now too. Don't tell em I'm doing research right now on the origin of Yahweh/yahuah/yahawah/ahayah and found that he came from a polytheistic pantheon and he has a story.
But yeah, our family left the black Hebrew Israelite camps/CULT and here are some of the things I changed shortly after leaving up to now (I left in 2020): "Threw away my "uniform" and my granniest clothes, threw away my notes from their "classes," visited red lobster (we had banned foods as well), celebrated birthdays with my family, put on a swimsuit and got I the pool at my local gym, bought something on a Saturday, cooked on a Saturday, got my kids vaccinated, put my kids in school, didn't wait 80 days after having my baby to have sex with my husband, began consuming feminist content...got three tattoos (my first tattoos. I'm in my 30s), and made sort of an exposé on the hateful "camp" I was in. Bought pepperoni pizza and real bacon (folks I knew were too scared and illogical to even try turkey bacon because the word "bacon" was in it). Also began voicing my real opinions, saying no a lot, and just being more assertive.
Oh, I forgot, I too bought lucky charms. I also enjoyed porn, bought an adult toy and went to work. Had my first orgasm too."

2024.05.21 14:54 caffeinated_hardback I’m worried about my Mum’s health. She’s very defensive about it as she’s embarrassed. Advice on how to approach this topic?

This may be structured a bit weird but bear with me. I’m not sure if this is the right forum but if you have any advice please let me know!
So I (22F) live with my parents and my two siblings (20F and 10M). Since December my Mum (52F) has been constantly ill - bad psoriasis, chest and sinus infections, stomach issues. The doctor has cleared her for anything nasty, and my Dad (54F) and I suspect it’s because of her weight and general health. She’s avoided the doctor this long I think because she’s scared that the topic of her weight will come up, and I know it’s something she’s been insecure about since her thirties. She cried last night after the doctor told her she was borderline diabetic and had high blood pressure and needed another appointment to discuss he next steps. I’m worried she’ll avoid the bigger problem or try and paper over it with a fad diet as usual and get “healthy” for a few weeks so her blood tests show normal, then go back to ignoring it to avoid her health issues.
Obesity and diabetes (type 2 on both sides) run in my family, and my Mum is now bordering both those things according to her recent blood tests. We have a fairly healthy diet and only eat fast food once a month (fish and chips UK classic lol). The main thing that’s lead her to this condition is portion control (my Mum’s the main cook Mon-Thurs and it’s almost double portions on those days, then me and my Dad share the other as we work later hours during the week), mindless eating during the day, and not moving. And I mean that almost literally. She’s a stay-at-home wife, and her only movement is moving around the shops twice a week and walking from the car to my brother’s school. Other than that, she’ll sit on her phone for hours or in the garden and not move until it’s time to cook dinner on her days or do school run. Lately she’s not even been doing that as she’s been so poorly. I want to get her to start moving more once her chest infection has gone.
My Dad has tried to help, but being overweight himself he adopts a mentality of self hatred and constantly complaining to try and guilt himself into losing weight. He’s essentially suggested restriction with food, which I think is the wrist thing he could have suggested. I had a secret eating disorder for years and I think my mum has bingeing tendencies, so cold Turkey is not the way forward.
Any advice from people who had to have these conversations with a relative? Or if you were my Mum in that situation, what did you need to hear? What small changes did you make that helped you maintain your journey and help you understand the importance of being healthier. Without hurting her feelings preferably, though she’s so worked up I’m not sure how to go about it now. Thanks

2024.05.21 13:41 Outside-Ebb7712 I(M24) finally broke up with my toxic girlfriend(F22). Need advice on how to stop thinking about her ?

After 2 years, I (M24) broke up with my girlfriend (F22). It was a beautiful and healthy relationship at the beginning, but it changed beyond recognition. Over time, she began to show her toxic, manipulative, and narcissistic nature. The whole world revolved around her, she could never admit her mistakes, and she blamed others for everything. She constantly blamed her parents for her anxieties, saying they didn't listen to her, understand her, or care if she was sad during her childhood. This is not true at all.
To clarify, we lived together in an apartment for about 6 months. The first two months were great, and she helped with household chores and cooking. But after those two months, something broke. When she came home from work, she would lie in bed all day watching TikToks and reality shows. I took care of the entire household—cooking, cleaning, and everything else. The only thing she occasionally did was laundry, and even then, I had to push and beg her to do it. Our sex life suddenly ended, and we didn't have sex for about 2 months. I've always been the type who likes to cuddle and have close contact with my partner. I could only cuddle her when she wanted to; if she didn't, she would just say that she was comfortable and didn't want to be touched.
She was nice only when she needed something; on those days, things were okay with her. But the next day, when she didn't need anything, she was withdrawn and indifferent. I tried to do everything for her, often driving her to and from work, buying her gifts, and getting her whatever she craved. I tried to be her support, but toward the end, she started rejecting it. It's weird because she kept telling me she loved me. About a month ago, she told me she loved me but couldn't fall in love with me. She said the problem was within her and that often, even when I did or said nothing, I annoyed her. This hurt me deeply, and I considered ending it back then.
Meanwhile, she started chatting with her ex-boyfriend, whom she met at a bar while out with her friend. They had a bad breakup, but they supposedly cleared things up and became friends, chatting every day since then. I felt strange and bad about it. Her relationship with me felt like it was out of principle, and she was just using me. She was only nice when she needed something. A week ago, she went on vacation to Turkey with her family, a trip I couldn't attend. We got her passport and everything ready together. On the first day of the vacation, she texted and called me, and I saw she was happy, which made me very happy. But after the first day, she only messaged me once every two days. When she returned from Turkey, I was on a hike with her dad. When I got home, I went to take a nap, and she was at her parents' place. I woke up to her knocking, standing there with three friends. I didn't get a kiss or a hug. She immediately left with her friends to go to a bar. I heard some quiet mocking and smirks but didn't address it. She closed the door, and everything hit me—all the sadness and melancholy of the past months. I felt like crap. I unpacked her suitcase with tears in my eyes, packed my things, and called my dad to come get me. I had a few beers on the hike and didn't want to risk driving. I texted her that I was going home. Her response was that she fully understood.
She had already told me that she was sorry for her behavior but didn't know any other way and that I didn't deserve this. Yesterday, I went back to clarify things and get the rest of my stuff. She told me that during her time in Turkey, she didn't miss me at all and didn't feel the need to text me. She realized then that this wasn't how it should be. We shed a few tears, and she asked if she could cuddle with me one last time, which broke my heart. I felt like crap. She helped me pack my things, and I left. She's probably going to stay with a friend. We were renting this apartment, so we'll just cancel the lease.
On the hike, her dad told me he was very happy that she found a guy like me and that he was sorry for how she was treating me. Even though she's his daughter, he said I didn't deserve this and should pack up and leave. He said she was like her mother and that I didn't want to end up like him. He told her the same thing when she came home—that she shouldn't treat me like trash and should either start acting normal or break up. Her mother told her she hoped she'd find another tyrant who would bully her and make her life hell like all her previous boyfriends.
Sorry for the long text, but I needed to vent and also put my thoughts together in case I need to remind myself why this was the right decision. There are probably many mistakes, so I apologize. English is not my first language, and this is my first experience with Reddit. Thank you for your feedback. I need advice on how to stop thinking about her. I'm afraid I might start stalking her on social media or want to message her. What was your way of avoiding this?

Best Ever Slow Cooker Turkey Meatloaf
Best Ever Slow Cooker Turkey Meatloaf Best Ever Slow Cooker Turkey Meatloaf. I tend to be a bit of an over-exaggerator. I often speak using superlatives and get crazy expressive and animated when telling a story. It helps get the point across. But I promise you. This is, hands-down, the Best Ever Slow Cooker Turkey Meatloaf I have ever eaten! It’s juicy and full of flavor and pairs well with just about any vegetable and side of rice or quinoa. Best of all, it’s easy to assemble and doesn’t require any pre-cooking or browning of ground meat (you’re welcome!). Even the kids will love it! 2024.05.21 02:25 OGghost2 Memed myself into a zyn addiction…

I am in my mid 20s and witnessed to storm of vaping that started in high school. Giant clouds being chucked in the bathrooms between periods.
I saw the rise of smaller salt nic based vapes in college. Hitting the bars. Ripping a juul.
Nothing prepared me for the nuclear bomb of zyn culture. It appealed to me so well. The memes and content created from it are soo funny. No smoke or vape hitting your lungs. Just a small pouch you could easily conceal.
I started using it a few years back and the problem has only persisted. It creates nicotine highs and lows throughout my day. Has affected my ability to sleep. And has hit my wallet pretty heavily. Going through a can about every day and a half.
I’m done.
I want my life back. I want my money back. I want to not be dependent on picking up a can of nicotine pouches when my can runs out.
It’s embarrassing to admit, but I was memed into a nicotine addition… just a cooked zoomer who fell for the marketing.
Going cold turkey starting today. No morning zynuccino in the am. I’m over it.
Will update in a few weeks to share how it’s going!

2024.05.21 02:14 StationCertain7996 Down 75 pounds. Still hate this. Still miserable as ever. I want this to be over.

Sw:320, CW: 245 , GW:220, maybe 210.
Basically the title. I was doing well for a while, then I just don't know what happened. I hate meal-prep, I hate chicken and broccoli, I hate all the food I've been choking down. I miss junk food dearly. I've even started going to fast food places again. (Infrequently, but still. I hate myself for doing it.)
I hate cooking because every time I do it I mess something up, or it takes forever, and there's literally a million things I'd rather do than cook.
Between gym, cooking, eating, I have no time for anything else it feels like. And that this is supposed to be a lifelong thing? I don't know if I can live like this. I don't even remember when I started, it's been so long.
Even my lifts have gotten weaker. (I went on a bit of a mini-bulk to try to improve them, which worked... Somehow. But that could have also been a frequency reduction thing. Anywho.)
I'll hear people suggest meals like "turkey and roasted veggies with hollandaise sauce" and I'm just here like "that's way too much effort."
I know that's bad, and that I'm a lazy fuckwit for thinking that way. Hell, I'm a weak failure with no discipline in general for writing this post, period.
Everyone said "you'll lose your taste for unhealthy food" but I never did. I want it just as much now as I did day 1, and I hate it.
I managed to lose 75 pounds, and fought every step of the way. I'm fucking exhausted, man.
I guess what I really wanna know is when will I start feeling good???

2024.05.21 01:28 OnaDesertIsle Is Cook Islands a Good Option to Immigrate as a Dentist?

I'm a dental student from Turkey and have been looking into islands to Immigrate as a Dentist once I graduate. I don't enjoy living in Turkey anymore and pacific really has excited me as long as I can remember so I am looking into small and big island countries and doing my research on how I can get registered there. Cook Islands and New Zealand look like great options to me. And I am even willing to learn Maori as I move there.
First of all, do you think working as a Dentist, would it be possible to make enough money to travel other countries in the world? I know Cook Islands is far to everywhere so flights aren't cheap. How are working conditions for dentists? Work hours, payment, are they overworked etc... Cook Islands don't have a big population, are dentists still in demand? How is healthcare overall over there? Thanks for any input!

2024.05.20 23:51 Mprah75 Let’s share recipes (my mother’s spatzle)

Let’s share recipes that you either made your self or ones handed down to you that you love. This was a very simple one and goes well with gravy. I usually make chicken gravy for it but beef gravy also tastes great with it.
3 eggs (I use large eggs) 2 3/4 cup flower (all purpose) 1 cup water
Prepare a large pot of boiling water(add a splash of olive oil if you want) Mix all ingredients till all combined. Mixture will be sticky. Using a spoon take a scoop out and with a knife slice off small pieces to drop in water. Let them sit in water till they turn from a grayish color to a nice white color(about 3 mins longer if you make the slices big). Once they are done cooking remove from pot and repeat until all the dough is done. Optional place all completed pieces in a large cooking dish and cook in oven for about 5 to 10 mins at about 350 to 375( I normally don’t do this I feel it some times makes them drier then I want). Once all are ready enjoy them with as I said your choice of gravy. For me I like chicken or beef gravy with it. Turkey gravy is also great with it but I only do that one on Thanks Giving. Share your own or comment if you tried this or a similar recipe.

2024.05.20 23:29 mekmookbro Can someone with a disability/chronic disease become a freemason?

I'm a 26 year old man. I design and develop websites, working remotely. And I have a chronic disease that prevents me from doing any kind of physical activity (like working out) and that sometimes includes standing up or walking for long periods of time.
For example, when I stand up for longer than 2-3 hours, or walk for an hour or two, my feet get all swollen, and I have a difficult time walking in the following couple of days.
I'm asking this because I've seen posts about freemasonry, including physical work like washing dishes, cooking, etc. (How) would that work in my situation?
As a side question, mostly because of this disease, I don't get out of the house often, and I don't have many friends. Though I am comfortable talking to people I don't know, I want to work on it and have some (offline) friends. Would this change anything?
Why do I want to be a freemason?
I love the idea of being a part of something bigger than me. Having other people to depend on and being able to help them in return. I love rituals and secrecy. And ever since I was 4, I wanted to be a part of a "secret boys club".
And I'm not sure if it's correct, but when I picture a freemason, I think of a "gentleman." And honestly, it's almost always my grandfather, who was the most gentlemanly man I know. He'd always wear suits, he would take care of himself and the people around him. He was so selfless, almost to a fault.
In my country (Turkey), freemasonry is very unknown, and therefore it's severely misunderstood, like satanic-people-getting-together-killing-cats misunderstood.. I wish I had asked him if he was a freemason or what he thought about freemasonry when he was alive. He's who I want to become. And his behaviors and beliefs fit perfectly with freemasonry.
Sorry for the long post.

2024.05.20 23:01 Everythingisstupid68 Appetite still gone 5yrs after stopping SSRIs

Hello there and apologies if I am in the wrong place. I am trying to get my experience/ story in front of as many people as possible in hopes of finding answers. I feel like I am at a breaking point.
I was on different SSRIs throughout my childhood. That whole period of time is a blur, but I know I took lots of different stuff, and I remember being on venlafaxine the most.
One day, my venlafaxine got switched to mail order and my parents didn’t realize they weren’t being filled automatically at the pharmacy down the road.. mom went to get my medicine one day and it wasn’t there.. I had no more to take in the meantime.. doctor could not call in an emergency script for some reason.. so I started withdrawing cold turkey and lasted about 4 days before I flew off the handle and attempted suicide.
I weighed like 170lbs when this happened. Got checked into a mental facility where I was allowed to continue my cold turkey withdrawal from the meds, and was only given a small dose of something to help me sleep at night. I gained about 15lbs over 2 weeks in the mental hospital while withdrawing, but ever since then…
It’s like I have PSSD (which i just learned of) but with FOOD. I don’t think about food. I tolerate something one day and gag at the thought of it the next. I could go days without eating or even thinking about food but my body does get hungry/ stomach growls/ whatnot. Everything seems to be functioning as normal with my body, my brain just seems to not be sending the signals.
I went from 185lb to 98lb within a year of being unmediated. I was very unhealthy at that weight and now keep/force myself to stay around 105lb. This was at a trivial point in my life (graduated high school, moved out on my own, was still a teenager) but it just always seemed like more than that, and now 5 years removed, I still don’t have an appetite and am steering to hate the thought of scarring down the staples that I’ve been tolerating for so long.
The thing is, I dont have an eating disorder. Never did. Always loved food. Always was super active so had a need to eat lots of it. Even when I was “fat”, I still thought I was hot shit and had confidence in my appearance, and was always just such a foodie. Denny’s dates at 3am. 4 eggs for breakfast.
Now, I am a fine cook. Not picky or hard to please, usually. Live in a big city so lots of options around… but I. Hate. Food. Even if something does sound like the best thing in the world at the time, by the time it’s in front of me, I’m over it and after 3 bites, I am full.
I hate grocery shopping for my family and these days, I hate even going out to restaurants, which used to be a main part of my diet due to variety and convenience due to my always changing moods.. I hate cooking/ ordering something I know I’m only going to be able to eat 3 bites of before my body feels full and most of the time it doesn’t even sound good.
I don’t know if this is due to withdrawal… It has been a little more than 5 years since I was medicated. I was medicated from age 13 to age 17. I’ve never found anyone else experience something even close to what I have. I’d love to hear from anyone who feels like they may have gone though something similar or if anyone has a medical perspective to offer, I am desperate.

2024.05.20 21:43 l0litzzmars interstitial cystitis friendly meals

hello everyone! i have recently had to pick up an anti-inflammatory diet due recent medical issues and need help figuring out recipes. i am already a very picky eater so i’m limited.
the options must be interstitial cystitis friendly so i cannot have any cured meats (so no lunch meats like deli sliced ham, prosciutto, salami), any acidic or citrus fruits/veggies (oranges, lemons, limes, strawberries, kiwi, tomatoes etc.) and i cannot have any caffeine, chocolate, any flours except for buckwheat or wheat, whole milk, or spicy foods (turmeric based spicy food is the only thing that is safe). only safe cheeses for me are mild cheddar, american, and mozzarella and i can’t have unnatural sugars or preservatives otherwise i will have flare ups.
as i said above i am really picky and do not like turkey, seafood, mushrooms, and cooked peppers. ive tried finding recipes online but many are not ic friendly unfortunately. if anyone on here has ic/knows safe recipes, please send them my way!

2024.05.20 21:31 Dr_Garp How do you freeze food for later?

Hi all. I cooked about 3 lbs of ground turkey not realizing how much that actually is. I would really like to freeze it into burritos or possibly patties if possible so I have a few questions:
1) How do I freeze the burritos without them going bad?
2) How do I reheat the burritos?
3) What is the shelf life?

2024.05.20 17:32 yiggityyoot Second week in!

So im starting my secont week. Mind you before i started i weighed in around 235lb, (27yo Male) Mainly doing this diet because of my 9month old son. I was so lethargic, no ambition, felt like absolute garbage. I tried dieting back in 2020, but got into a pretty bad motorcycle accident. With a 7 month recovery and only one functioning hand i ended up gaining the weight back and have held 230ish since. With my son born ive been working 2nd shift so i can watch him in the morning while moms out for work. Normal scheduel is 630am to 2am. Daily drank about 600+mg of caffine, tons of sweets. Smoke weed daily
Im starting my second week and man I feel so heckin good right now it is insane. I cut it all cold turkey. I have been drinking easily 4 liters of water. As i write it ive already drank 3 liters by 11am. Its pretty hot and ive made about 6 full wheelbarrow trips about 70 yards, so ive been sweating a good amount. Ive stiill got an 8 hour shift to work and ill definitely probably kill 2 more liters of water.
For food ive been eating 3-4 eggs every meal with steak, chicken, bacon and sometimes a little ham when wife wants breakfast. All either cooked in butter or the leftover bacon grease. I smoked a pork loin yesterday and that made me feel kinda iffy but again could have been the weed. Weed feels like it makes me feel worse so it might look like ill quit that till nights when i wanna relax.
I guess mainly looking for pointers. My wifes worried im drinking too much water but i feel like i can get enough. My energy is insane. Im on my feet all day and still had a rough time sleeping the first few days. But ive been taking potassium and magnesium at night. Other than that like i said i feel amazing. I feel strong like i was back when i was a thin 155lb 17yo hitting the gym.
Can we still have a reeses down the road.. thats what i wanna know. Like when i get to a weight im looking for like 160ish (im 5, 7) can i still have a milkshake with my wife and son when we go out? Honestly haven't even cared to eat sugar but i do miss the reeses sticks and icecream.

Easy and Hearty Turkey Burgers (Gluten-Free and Eggless) Most of my recipes are quick and easy, but these Easy and Hearty Turkey Burgers seriously take 5 minutes to put together, and in 15 minutes, you have a great tasting protein to go with your salad, roasted veggies or sandwich. These Easy and Hearty Turkey Burgers do taste better if you let them marinate in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) before cooking, but if you are short on time, rest assured they will do the trick. I stripped them down to the essentials. I don’t add any breadcrumbs or eggs to my recipe. I make this […] See the first comment for a link to the recipe

2024.05.20 13:30 hair_forever Something in stack causing hairloss - Please advise

Hi All,
I have been taking few supplements , implemented some diet changes and started new face cream.
I use Minoxidil and RU58841 to tackle scalp hairloss.
I also started working out. I am not very clear what might have caused extreme hair thinning and shedding in past 2-3 weeks. Let me tell you my stack and then you can comment where I went wrong. I am eating well overall - home cooked food and no processed food. I consume fruits as well on daily basis. I am using Avocado oil, Coconut Oil and ghee for cooking.

Supplements:

Till 14th May:
  1. Zinc Histidine - 15 mg ( Stopped a week back )
  2. Fish Oil - 2.5ml ( Carlson brand - triglyceride form )
  3. Black Seed Oil - 2.5ml . There are some anecdotes of causing hairloss on reddit
  4. Vitamin D3 - 2000 to 6000 IU ( depending on mood - these days only 2000 IU ). Sometimes I take 60,000 IU once per week ( not very regular )
  5. Vitamin K2 - 80 mcg
  6. Vitamin B complex : High Vitamin B5 ( 50 mg ). This vitamin has caused hairloss in past
  7. Probiotics - I feel this might be the culprit as per some reddit post
15th May onwards:
  1. No Zinc
  2. Copper - 0.5mg per day
  3. Magnesium Malate - 110 mg per day
  4. Vitamin D3 - 2000 IU
  5. Vitamin K2 - 80 mcg
  6. No Fish Oil ( Maybe causing hairloss as my body got adjusted to getting it )
  7. No BSO
  8. Continued Probiotics
New Supplements added on 18th May:
  1. Turkey Tail Mushroom
  2. Pure Encapsulations Vitamin B complex ( very low concentration of all b vitamins )
  3. Iron tablet at night ( prescribed by doctor ). My levels are in the lower band but I am not deficient.
Supplement I want to add:
  1. Pure Encapsulations Vitamin B12 500 mcg methylcobalmin to maintain good B12 levels
  2. Vitamin B9 5mg - to reduce homocystine ( mine is around 13 ). I think B12 and B9 go hand in hand if we are taking one of them at high dosages. I need to do more reading on this.

Topical Retinoid to tackle skin ageing:

  1. A313 cream ( retinyl palmitate - a form of vitamin A). Used from 4th May till 14th May. Vitamin A creams have caused excessive hairloss in past for me. I have stopped it now.

Other factor for hairloss:

  1. I already have AGA and hence my body is very sensitive to nutrient deficiency/excess, hormonal changes etc.
  2. I recently re-started working out which increased my hairloss. I always lose more when I start working out. Possibly due to increase in Testosterone. I naturally high high testosterone ( always 750+ ) without working out and being slightly fat ( 85 kgs for 5 feet 8 inches ). More T means more hairloss
  3. I recently started eating 2 eggs omlette daily again after gap of many years ( I was having it intermittently few times but never regular ). Egg whites can cause biotin deficiency ( I know it does not matter when egg is cooked but still I feel I am allergic to eggs. It makes me feel heavy/bloated afterwards )
  4. I have not changed shower filter in past 5 months ( I don't think this is the main cause )
  5. Sleep is okay 6-8 hours per day ( sometimes more as well )
  6. Not much stress
What are your thoughts on main reason behind my increased hair loss?
Thanks in advance

2024.05.20 13:19 ukchic1 I don’t know how to recover

I don’t know how to recover and I feel forced to recover given my recent circumstances on having to move home with my family at 30 years old. I can not b & p. I feel disgusting when I eat and don’t purge, I feel disgusting when I eat and do purge.
Treatment is not an option for me as a single mom (no my parents can’t help) I’m also unemployed due to cancer treatment. I feel like everything’s falling apart.
Being home is so toxic for me, my mother fuels my eating disorder asking what the bad smell is when I try to cook healthy chicken or how many ingredients that has when I try to make cauliflower mash
This is temporary until my house is ready but basically going to be 2 months of hell. Looking for any and all guidance.
I have had no help with residential, therapists or nutionists before - the only time I recovered for 4 years without behavior was when I stopped cold turkey by myself

As a reviewer who's been using Chomps Beef Sticks, I can confidently say that they've become my go-to snack for those times when I need a quick energy boost. The original flavor is my favorite, and with its 100 calories, it's a healthier alternative to high-carb and sugary snacks. I appreciate how these beef sticks are made from grass-fed beef without hormones or antibiotics, and are certified Paleo and Gluten-free.
One thing that stood out to me was the texture of the sticks. They're not overly chewy, but they also don't fall apart too easily. The taste is well-balanced, with just a hint of spice to keep things interesting. Plus, each stick packs a hefty 9 to 10 grams of protein, making them a satisfying, filling snack.
However, there are a few minor downsides to Chomps Beef Sticks. Some users have reported inconsistencies in the manufacturing process, with some sticks having a slippery casing that falls apart easily. Additionally, the sticks can be quite dry, which might not appeal to everyone.
In conclusion, Chomps Beef Sticks are a high-quality, nutritious snack that's perfect for those times when you need a quick protein boost. While they might not be everyone's perfect snack due to their dry texture and occasional manufacturing issues, I personally believe that their taste, convenience, and health benefits make them a worthwhile addition to your daily diet.

When it comes to on-the-go snacking, I'm always on the lookout for something quick, healthy, and tasty. That's where Chomps Grass Fed & Finished Venison Jerky Meat Snack Sticks come in. These meat sticks are not only approved by my favorite diet plans (Keto, Paleo, Whole30) but also packed with 9 grams of protein and only 90 calories per stick.
I've been quite the adventurous soul when it comes to Chomps flavors. The Salt & Pepper Venison is by far my favorite, with its rich venison taste that's enhanced by the blend of grass-fed venison and beef seasoning. It's like having a miniature Thanksgiving feast in my pocket!
One thing that really stands out about these jerky sticks is how fresh they taste. Unlike some store-bought jerky that can be quite tough, Chomps jerky is moist and tender, making it incredibly satisfying to eat. Plus, the saltiness and pepperiness are perfectly balanced, providing a nice tang without being overbearing.
On the downside, I do wish there were more variety in flavors. While I love the classics like Salt & Pepper, it would be great to see some spicier options or even some unique international flavor combinations.
All in all, Chomps Grass Fed & Finished Venison Jerky Meat Snack Sticks have quickly become my go-to snack for those days when I need something quick and filling on the go. The natural ingredients and good taste make them a winning combo in my book!

I recently introduced the Home Range Beef Chomper Stick to my furry companion and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer! This tasty treat is made from 100% pure beef sourced from grass-fed animals - no steroids, hormones, or antibiotics here.
What I loved most about this treat is how digestible it is. My doggo usually has a sensitive tummy, but he's been able to enjoy every bite without any issues. Plus, the high protein content and omega fatty acids have made his coat shinier than ever!
Another standout feature is its ability to help clean his teeth. After just a few chews, I noticed that his teeth were already looking whiter and healthier. And best of all, he loves the taste and can't get enough of it!
However, one downside is that it tends to disappear quite quickly. My little buddy can finish an entire stick in under 10 minutes, which means I have to keep a close eye on him while he enjoys his treat.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Home Range Beef Chomper Stick for any dog owners looking for a healthy, delicious option that promotes joint health and keeps their pup's teeth clean. Just remember to supervise your furry friend while they chomp away!

I recently purchased Crumps Naturals Beef Tendersticks for my beloved Golden Retriever, Max. From what I've heard, they're quite popular among pet owners. Now, I can see why!
First, these tender sticks are made from 100% natural, Canadian beef. That's right, it's just pure, unprocessed meat, free of any additives or preservatives. I feel good about providing Max with such a wholesome treat. Plus, they're thin and easy to break, making them perfect for training or just an occasional snack. I even carry some in my pocket for when we're out on walks or going to the park.
One thing I noticed is that due to the thinness of these strips, they tend to break into sharp, pointed pieces. Not the most appealing thing. However, by breaking the treat into smaller bits, this issue doesn't really affect us much. I just have to be more cautious when I'm giving them to Max.
Additionally, the aroma of the beef lingers on these treats. Not overpowering or anything, but Max definitely catches a whiff and comes running for them. I'm guessing that's a good sign.
Also, the size of these sticks is ideal for any size dog, like Max, who loves to munch on them. Plus, their long shelf life also plays a critical role, especially if you tend to buy treats in bulk like I do.
In conclusion, while there are some minor concerns about the sharpness of the pieces, overall, Crumps Naturals Beef Tendersticks have proven to be a great treat for Max. He enjoys the taste, and I like the fact that it's a natural and wholesome product.
But remember, each dog has its own taste and preferences, just like humans! So while these treats might be perfect for Max, your furry friend might prefer something else. It's all about trial and error, and finding what truly makes your pet's tail wag!

I recently introduced Ruffin' It's Chomp'ems Beef Jerky to my canine companion, and it's been a game-changer! This homemade-style beef jerky is the perfect snack for my buddy, who couldn't be more enthusiastic about them. Made with just one ingredient - real beef - these treats are packed with natural protein and no grains or fillers.
Since we've been using these treats, I've noticed a considerable increase in my dog's energy levels, and they seem to be enjoying the taste thoroughly. The best part is that there are no artificial colors, flavors, or added preservatives, making it a guilt-free reward for my lovable pet.
There is one downside that I must mention - the smell. While my dog loves the aroma, it can be quite overpowering for me and others around. It's essential to be cautious when handling these treats, as they may leave stains on fabrics or carpets due to their greasiness.
Overall, I highly recommend Ruffin' It's Chomp'ems Beef Jerky for any dog owner looking for a high-protein, natural, and delicious treat. Just be prepared for the potent smell that comes with it!

I can personally vouch for the Chomps Venison Stick, Salt & Pepper, Mild - it's my go-to snack when I need something satisfyingly meaty without compromising on quality ingredients. The key to the Chomps' magic is that they're made from venison raised without hormones or antibiotics - that's some serious dedication to clean eating!
One of the things that really stands out about these snack sticks is the savory blend of spices. They give the venison a delicious flavor and a mild kick that keeps me reaching for more. Plus, with 9 g of protein packed into just 100 calories, it keeps me full and energized throughout the day.
However, there are a few cons to note. Some users have reported a slightly greasier texture compared to other similar products. Additionally, the presence of "spray-dried celery powder" as a flavoring and preservative agent might be a concern for those trying to avoid artificial additives.
Nevertheless, the overall reception of the Chomps Venison Stick has been overwhelmingly positive. People seem to love the unique venison flavor, especially when paired with the salt and pepper seasoning. Plus, the product claims to be gluten-free, Paleo-certified, and Whole30 approved, which appeals to a wide range of dietary preferences.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a convenient and tasty protein source that doesn't skimp on quality ingredients, the Chomps Venison Stick might just be what you're looking for. But keep an eye on those artificial additives, as they might not be everyone's cup of tea.

And the Whole30 Program approval means that these turkey sticks meet the highest animal welfare standards.
Overall, I'm absolutely thrilled with the Chomps Mini Free-Range Original Turkey Sticks. They're not only delicious and satisfying, but also incredibly healthy and versatile. I have happily introduced them to my friends and family, and they've all become raving fans. I highly recommend giving these turkey stalks a try – they'll quickly become a staple in your daily snacking routine.

🔗Chomps Original Gluten-Free Beef Sticks: A Healthy, Paleo-Approved Snack

https://preview.redd.it/iswzb9b05k1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7c4ed5815f537896783bf302a2b470b8e04b1896
I recently came across Chomps Original Beef Sticks while searching for a healthy, on-the-go snack option. As someone who is always on the lookout for nutritious snacks that can be easily carried around, these beef sticks became an instant favorite. The packaging is simple and easy to open, and the sticks themselves are conveniently wrapped, making them perfect for tossing in a bag or pocket.
What sets Chomps apart from other jerkies on the market is their commitment to quality ingredients. The Original Beef Sticks contain 9g-10g of protein per stick, with no added sugar, making them a great choice for those following a Paleo or Whole30 diet. Additionally, these beef sticks are certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Verified, and Whole30 Approved, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions.
In terms of taste, the Original Beef Sticks have a mild flavor with a nice balance of savory and smoky notes. The texture is satisfyingly chewy without being too tough, and they are surprisingly filling for such a small snack. I've found that these beef sticks are an excellent option for post-workout refueling, as well as for staving off hunger during long days at the office.
However, one potential downside to Chomps Original Beef Sticks is their relatively high price point compared to other jerky options. At $2.49 per stick (or about $30 for a case of 12), these beef sticks may not be the most cost-effective option for those on a tight budget. Nevertheless, I believe that the high quality of the ingredients and the overall satisfaction provided by these snacks make them worth the investment.
Another point worth mentioning is that some users have reported inconsistencies in the quality and taste of the beef sticks over time. While the majority of reviews for these products are overwhelmingly positive, a small number of customers have experienced issues such as mold or off-flavors. This may be a concern for some purchasers, but it's worth noting that Chomps does offer a customer satisfaction guarantee, so those who experience issues can reach out to the company for assistance.
In conclusion, Chomps Original Beef Sticks are an excellent option for anyone in search of a high-quality, nutritious snack that can be easily consumed on the go. While the price may be somewhat higher than other jerky options, the benefits of the clean ingredient list and satisfying taste make these beef sticks a worthwhile investment for many customers. If you're looking to try a new snack that won't compromise your dietary goals, I would highly recommend giving Chomps Original Beef Sticks a chance.

Making Healthier Snack Choices with Chomps Beef Sticks"
Last week, I decided to clean up my snacking habits and began searching for healthier options. That's when I stumbled upon Chomps - Beef Sticks Italian Style. I was intrigued by their claims of being gluten free, non-GMO verified, and packed with a nutritional punch of 9g-10g protein per stick. Being an avid meat lover, I was excited to give them a try.
The first thing that caught my attention was the packaging. It was straightforward and easy to open, which is a huge plus when you're hungry and just want to sink your teeth into something tasty. The beef sticks themselves were a surprisingly good size, making them perfect for satisfying those mid-morning or afternoon cravings.
As for the taste, I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The Italian Style beef sticks had a rich, savory flavor that was far from boring. I could taste the quality of the grass-fed beef used in their creation, and the spices added just the right amount of kick.
However, there was one issue that struck me as slightly off-putting: the texture. It wasn't chewy or too tough, but it did have a slightly grainy feel to it. This might not bother some people, but for me, it was a minor drawback when comparing Chomps to other jerky products I've tried in the past.
In terms of nutrition, Chomps hits the mark. With 60-90 calories and 0g sugar, these beef sticks are a guilt-free snack choice that won't derail your diet goals. They're also low in carbs, which is great for anyone following a keto or low-carb lifestyle.
All in all, Chomps - Beef Sticks Italian Style are a solid choice for anyone looking to incorporate healthier snacks into their routine. While they may not be perfect in every way, their high-quality ingredients, impressive nutritional profile, and delicious taste make them a worthwhile addition to your snack arsenal. As someone who's always on the go, having a healthy and tasty snack option has been a game-changer for me. That's where Chomps Grass-Fed and Free Range Beef & Turkey Sticks come into play. Their variety pack offers a delicious medley of flavors, each packed with 9-10g of protein and under 100 calories, making them an ideal choice for people following keto, paleo, or Whole30 diets.
I tried the Original Beef, Jalapeno Beef, Italian Beef, Original Turkey, Pepperoni Turkey, and Venison sticks. Each stick had a distinct flavor profile that was absolutely delightful - it's hard to pick a favorite! As someone who is particular about textures, I was pleased with the balance between tenderness and bite.
One thing that really stood out to me was the clean label. Chomps takes the quality of their ingredients very seriously, which is evident in their allergen-friendly status. There are no artificial preservatives, nitrates, MSG, or fillers in these sticks, just real meat for an authentic taste.
However, I wish there was more variety in the size offering. Sometimes, I prefer smaller snacks that are easy to throw in a bag or lunchbox. Despite this, I am thoroughly satisfied with the Chomps Variety Trial Pack and look forward to trying more flavors in the future.
In summary, if you're looking for a yummy and nutritious snack that can go anywhere with you, Chomps Grass-Fed and Free Range Beef & Turkey Sticks are definitely worth trying. Just be prepared to become addicted to their delicious flavors!

I've been using Chomps Mini Grass-Fed Original Beef Sticks for quite some time now and they've become a staple in my diet. These little jerky sticks are the perfect blend of savory and smoky, with just a hint of spice that keeps me coming back for more. The taste profile reminds me of those backyard barbecues I used to love as a kid, just condensed into a convenient, portable snack!
One of the things that sets these beef sticks apart from the rest is the quality of the ingredients. The meat is sourced from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows, which provides a more sustainable option than traditional feedlots. Plus, they're made without any added sugars, fillers, or artificial preservatives, making them an ideal choice for anyone on a keto or Whole30 diet.
However, not everything about these snacks is perfect. Some users have reported issues with inconsistency in taste and texture, as well as a higher-than-average price point that might deter some potential customers. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend giving Chomps Mini Grass-Fed Original Beef Sticks a try - they might just become your go-to snack like they have for me!

Mmm, these Chomps Original Beef Jerky Snack Sticks are perfect for on-the-go protein. I first discovered these during a hike when my energy levels were dipping. The slightly smoky, slightly spicy flavor was just what I needed to power through the rest of my adventure.
One of the things that I love most about these sticks is the use of grass-fed, grass-finished beef. I feel good knowing that I'm not only getting a delicious snack but also one that is sustainable and ethically sourced. Plus, with no sugar and 9-10g of protein, it's a guilt-free choice.
However, I will admit that the texture took some getting used to. The sticks are slightly drier than what I'm accustomed to in traditional jerky, but this also means they're less messy and perfect for tossing into my bag for a mid-day snack.
The convenience factor is another bonus. Each stick is small enough to pack away yet substantial enough to quell hunger pangs. And with no need for refrigeration, they're ideal for tossing into my gym bag or keeping in my car for those unexpected hunger cravings.
In terms of taste, the Original flavor provides a nice balance of smoky and spicy, while other flavors like Jalapeño and Habanero offer a more pronounced heat. It's also worth mentioning that these are Whole30 approved and certified Paleo, making them accessible to a wide variety of dietary preferences.
Overall, I'm very impressed with Chomps Original Beef Jerky Snack Sticks. They provide a satisfying, protein-rich snack that doesn't sacrifice taste or convenience. If you're looking for a quick and tasty way to refuel during your busy day, I highly recommend giving these a try.

🔗Efficient Chicken Feather Plucker for Small to Larger Birds

https://preview.redd.it/2d8pokcbyj1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ec9d88c7c54c9d5ac88451b240d61c7b8c70c1d0
I recently had the chance to try out Cimuka's X-Large Chicken Feather Plucker, and I must say I was quite impressed. The product's design stood out to me, as it's designed to be maintenance-free and rust-proof. It's perfect for those who are looking for a durable and easy-to-use feather plucker.
One of the most notable features of this product was its spiral arrangement of 188 natural rubber chicken plucking fingers. They snatch every feather, from wing to tail, without causing any harm to the skin. The food-grade plastic drum makes it a hygienic and clean option, which is a plus for those who are concerned about the health of their birds.
The plucker's design is simple yet powerful, with a patented motor that reduces friction, eliminating the need for lubrication and costly part replacements. It's also energy-efficient, using 50% less electricity than other units.
While the feather shoot is a nifty feature, it could use some improvement. I found that the turkey feathers didn't come out of the shoot easily. Perhaps adding one finger to the bottom plate upside down could help with pushing the feathers out more effectively.
Overall, I had a positive experience with the Cimuka X-Large Chicken Feather Plucker. With its easy-to-use design, hygienic features, and energy efficiency, it's definitely worth considering for anyone in need of a reliable feather plucker.

🔗Efficient Chicken Plucker Machine for Hassle-Free Processing

https://preview.redd.it/0bi6atqbyj1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7fb245121d51bb6f50d0f4d6b521511241f8b967
I had the chance to try out the Yardbird Chicken Plucker, and I must say, it was a game-changer! This machine took the hassle out of back-yard chicken processing and made it a breeze. The powerful 1.5 HP electric motor was more than enough to handle up to two 8-lb birds at once. The 20-inch food-grade stainless steel drum kept the processing area sanitary and ensured a mess-free experience.
The rotating 110 natural rubber fingers quickly and gently removed dirt and grime from the skin of the birds, while the integrated irrigation ring and garden hose connector made cleanup a breeze. One of the standout features for me was the ability to flush the system using the standard garden hose connector. This made cleaning the drum a simple and efficient process.
As impressive as the Yardbird Chicken Plucker was, it was not without its drawbacks. While the sturdy construction and commercial-grade alloy gear drive reduction system ensured long-lasting durability, some users reported issues with the handle and motor housing. Additionally, the machine could be heavier than expected for some users, especially considering its compact size.
Overall, the Yardbird Chicken Plucker delivered on its promise of making chicken processing fast, easy, and efficient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the benefits of this machine far outweigh the inconveniences, making it a valuable addition to any backyard chicken operation.

The VEVOR Turkeys Chicken Plucker is a game-changer for any poultry lover. It was love at first sight when I saw its stainless steel build and sleek design, but the real test came when I put it to use. De-feathering my first batch of chickens felt like a breeze, with the powerful 2200W motor and 240 RPM motor speed making quick work of the task. What really stood out for me was the efficient water resistance, which prevented any damage or wear and tear.
However, I did encounter a minor setback – the chicken plucker had a bit of trouble handling larger birds, like ducks or turkeys. It took a few tries to figure out the right angle and water pressure to get the job done. Despite this, I was impressed by the machine's all-around performance, and the fact that I could easily maneuver it around thanks to the four rubber wheels and two handles.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a powerful, durable, and efficient chicken plucker, you might just find your match in this amazing product. Although it faces a few challenges with larger birds, overall, it's a fantastic addition to my kitchen arsenal that has saved me countless hours of back-breaking work.

🔗Efficient Stainless Steel Chicken Plucker for Home Use

https://preview.redd.it/2xzfx5gcyj1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ac6ca2a8d3f2782b3cbd0149be03d61084410994
As a farmer, my days are filled with endless chores and tasks; it's like being on a never-ending hamster wheel. But then I stumbled upon the Roots & Harvest Stainless Steel Chicken Plucker, and oh, what a relief it has been!
The first time I used it, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient it was. The powerful 1.2HP motor made short work of defeathering my chickens, ducks, and even geese. In no time at all, each bird was stripped of its feathers, leaving only the clean, plucked carcasses behind. I can't begin to tell you how much time and effort this saved me - it was like having an extra pair of hands!
The stainless steel tub is a testament to durability, with its 430 stainless steel construction promising a lifetime of use. I've had it for a few months now, and it still looks as good as new. Plus, the large capacity tub allows me to process 2-4 birds at once, making this a real time-saver in the kitchen.
As with any appliance, there have been a few minor drawbacks. For one, I found that I needed to adjust the plucking settings to avoid tearing the skin. And the integrated irrigation ring? While it makes cleanup a breeze, I often found that the water pressure was a little too much for my taste.
Despite these minor setbacks, I've grown to love this Chicken Plucker. It's been a fantastic tool in helping me streamline my daily routine and focus more on the aspects of farming that truly matter. If you're tired of the tediousness of manual plucking, I highly recommend giving this a try. You won't be disappointed!

🔗High-Quality Stainless Steel Chicken Plucker Machine with Defeathering Equipment

https://preview.redd.it/v2lufxtcyj1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=49a18a77a5899acfdbacb7fd3ee1dea21129d778
Recently, I found myself in need of a dependable plucker for my backyard chicken project. I'd heard about the VEVOR Chicken Plucker Machine and figured it was worth a try.
This plucker was an absolute game-changer in my chicken processing routine. The sheer efficiency and effectiveness of this machine were astounding. In just a few seconds, I managed to thoroughly de-feather a chicken without a single feather left behind. It was a lifesaver, especially during peak season when I had to process several chickens in a short amount of time.
One aspect of the plucker that stood out was its 108 soft fingers designed for gentle defeathering. It was a relief to know that my chickens weren't being subjected to harsh or damaging treatments while being plucked. The premium 430 stainless steel drum was another significant plus, ensuring that the machine would last for a long time.
Despite its many merits, there were a couple of things worth mentioning. The plug isn't waterproof, so care must be taken to prevent it from getting wet and potentially rusty. Additionally, the plug can be quite heavy and fragile, so it's important to handle it carefully and not accidentally drop it.
All in all, the VEVOR Chicken Plucker Machine has made my life significantly easier when it comes to chicken processing. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to streamline their backyard poultry operation.

🔗High-Performance Small Pro Chicken Plucker Machine

https://preview.redd.it/ltbopu9dyj1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d787d01c5186c3ae589e200d4b77d9a9a76664cb
Using the "Rite Farm Products Small Pro Bantam Chicken Plucker" in my daily life has been nothing short of a game changer. It's durable, and despite being handcrafted in the USA, it's as effective as any machine out there.
One of the most remarkable features of this plucker is its stainless steel construction. Not only does it make the tool sturdy, but it also adds a touch of elegance. The product uses 98 specially designed small plucker fingers that work perfectly with both domesticated and wild birds.
With a 110-volt standard US plug, the power usage is easy and efficient. However, the lowest price on Amazon period makes it a worthy investment for poultry aficionados.
The product description doesn't mention the slightly rough finish, but it's understandable given the handmade nature of the plucker. I found that small scratches, minor dings, and sometimes a sharp edge or two are a part of the package.
Overall, my experience with the "Small Pro Bantam Chicken Plucker" has been rewarding. It's incredibly effective and efficient, with the added advantage of being handcrafted in the USA. The slightly rough finish is the only drawback, but considering the product's low price and efficiency, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient plucker.

What to Eat When Making Lifestyle Changes: Tips for Men 50+

Hey everyone,
I've been making some changes to my lifestyle recently, focusing on both fitness and nutrition, and I wanted to share some tips on what to eat when you're over 50 and looking to improve your health.
1. Prioritize Whole Foods Focus on whole, unprocessed foods. This means plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These foods provide the nutrients your body needs without the added sugars and unhealthy fats found in many processed foods.
2. Lean Proteins As we age, maintaining muscle mass becomes crucial. Incorporate lean proteins like chicken, turkey, fish, beans, and legumes into your diet. Protein helps with muscle repair and growth, especially important if you're adding exercise to your routine.
3. Healthy Fats Not all fats are bad. Healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil can support heart health and help you feel full longer. Avoid trans fats and limit saturated fats.
4. Fiber-Rich Foods Fiber is essential for digestive health and can help control your blood sugar levels. Load up on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. These foods also help you feel full, which can aid in weight management.
5. Stay Hydrated Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Staying hydrated is key for overall health, especially if you're increasing your physical activity.
6. Limit Added Sugars and Salt Be mindful of your sugar and salt intake. Too much sugar can lead to weight gain and other health issues, while too much salt can raise blood pressure. Check food labels and try to cook more meals at home so you know exactly what you're eating.
7. Balanced Meals Aim for balanced meals that include a mix of protein, carbs, and fats. This can help maintain your energy levels throughout the day and support your exercise efforts.
8. Consider Supplements Sometimes it’s hard to get all the nutrients you need from food alone. Consider talking to your doctor about supplements like vitamin D, calcium, and omega-3s, which can be beneficial as you age.
9. Moderation and Mindful Eating It’s okay to enjoy your favorite treats in moderation. The key is to be mindful of what you're eating and how much. Listen to your body and eat when you're hungry, not just out of habit.
10. Plan Ahead Meal planning can help you stay on track with your nutrition goals. Prepare healthy snacks and meals in advance so you’re less likely to reach for unhealthy options when you're busy or tired.
Making changes to your diet can seem overwhelming, but start small and make gradual adjustments. Every positive change you make is a step towards better health.
I'd love to hear your tips and experiences with nutrition! What’s worked for you?
