So have I really been hacked? The password (crossed out) was only ever connected to evernote which was left unused for years and another account I haven't used since 2-3 years. I am a bit confused because my mail account has a totally different password and has been changed every now and then plus the weird NSFW stuff that is claimed is not correct at all. There are dozens of emails floating around among brokers where someone claiming to be with DAT or Truckstop are asking for brokers to login using a link in the email. No offense to anyone here who has clicked on this link, but your info is now compromised. The link mimics DAT and Truckstop almost perfectly however the scammers are recording your keystrokes so that they can hack your accounts. Once they have your credentials, they wait for you to announce you are leaving your office for a day (appt, vacation, etc) and then they strike. They login as soon as you leave and then start posting loads as your brokerage. Normally they have copied your RC format, and are issuing BLIND SHIPMENT BOLs for general freight for theft or they are using an Amazon relay account to send carriers on Amazon loads. In either case, these scammers can post over a hundred loads per hour. Carriers will fall for it, and brokers will start to get invoices for loads they never had.
To avoid this drama, before you go to a Dr appt, or on vacation, change your DAT and Truckstop passwords. This will prevent the scammers from impersonating you in most cases.

For example, last night someone hacked my EA account, and I got 3 2FA emails sent, but I checked my email, and these 2FA emails were in the Deleted folder. I managed to recover the account because with EA is easier, but I also got other accounts hacked like Facebook, LinkedIn, Epic Games, and all the 2FA emails are sent to the Deleted Folder. Then the emails about the account being changed to another email and password changed are also found in the Deleted Folder.

On April 26th I was working on my house and I received a few discord messages from my eve friends wondering why I had taken out a significant amount of isk from the corporation wallet. I was immediately confused and denied withdrawing the isk as I had not been online in eve for about a week at which point I was presented with a screenshot of the corp transaction. I immediately attempted to log into my account only to find that all of my passwords had been changed, I began trying to reset my eve online account passwords, however when I tried to log into my email, I was met with numerous messages that there were too many log in attempts and to reset my password. After a long battle of trying to get access back for my email, I was finally able to get in and turn on two factor authentication to stop the brute force attack. I reset all of my passwords for eve online and tried to log in to assess the damage, but quickly learned that I was still logged out due to the hacker turning on a Google authenticator on all of my accounts. I filed a ticket with CCP on April 26th, 2024 and received an automated message saying they have received my ticket.
Since initially filing the ticket I have received zero responses from CCP dispite me sending additional information and a request for either an acknowledgment or an update on the ticket.
I've played even online on and off for over 10 years and I've maybe submitted one or two tickets during that time. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I have received (or lack thereof). I paid for a full year of omega time on my credit card and have been locked out of my account since April 26th, 2024.
