My sim has given his girlfriend and his best friend residence keys. The problem is that they come by without warning. I've been startled quite a few times by the game notification window showing the "i should be going, thank you so much for having me" when they leave. (I was NOT aware that they came to my sim's home, like ffs i had this guy out working in his garden the whole time where the hell were you)
Is there a mod that has them call ahead of time, or at least informs me somehow when they enter the lot? I don't want to have to take back the residence keys but this is seriously getting annoying.

We have a diverse gaming community of members from around the globe. Our current game offerings are Ark: Survival Evolved, Ark: Ascended and PalWorld dedicated servers. Servers are configured to be well featured with choice mods, plugins and settings to make for a great gaming experience ran on our own in house server rack. Palworld has three servers each with their own difficulty levels. All servers have decreased egg timers relative to their difficulty but not vanilla by any means. Stamina and food drain are half of vanilla. Raids are currently not enabled on any of them due to the ongoing memory related issues. Server restarts are every 6 hrs to clear the ram. Decay is set at two weeks. The full list of setting specifics are on our discord in the palworld category.

Issue With Steam Remote Play and MtG
As title states, l've ran into a problem regarding Steam Remote Play and Mod the Gungeon, and I can't seem to find anything online that can help with a solution. The MtG subreddit doesn't seem as active anymore so I figured I would ask here to see if anyone would be able to help.
I'm pretty new to the modding scene of Gungeon and just recently downloaded and installed everything through Thunderstore and got everything along with some mods to run pretty smoothly, some slow loading here and there but everything seems to run well.
Now to the problem. Last night I thought it would be fun to try and play MtG with a close friend of mine back home. At first, when I opened MtG and started Steam Remote Play, everything was working well, I was able to get him in and we went into the elevator, and that's when the first problem happened. Something with one of the mods literally would not let it load in with two players.
So after activating and deactivating different mods and figuring out what was causing the infinite loading, I reinvited him to Steam Remote Play. However, now whenever he joins my Remote Play he is greeted with a blank Steam screen exactly the same as the one l've attached.
A couple things to note when he is on this screen, 1. He can hear the volume of the game, and 2. Whenever I tab out (like hit the Windows key), he is able to see the paused screen pop up on EtG, bi the second I click back on the game, it goes back to the blank steam loading screen.
I'm not sure if this is being caused my certain mods preventing Steam Remote Play to work for some reason, because I was able to get him in once to MtG before it just started not working completely. Side note to this, when doing a normal EtG Steam Remote Play, we did run into issues with the display at first (only showing around 25% of the game) that we were able to fix, it now runs normally.
Any help is greatly appreciated on how to fix this, it's definitely frustrating to have something working and then all of a sudden it just stops :(

Operator Roles, Trainings, and Specializations:
At TLB, we've structured our training program with your development in mind.
Basic Combat Training (BCT):
BCT is mandatory for all newcomers to Arma 3. In BCT, we lay the foundation by covering fundamental Arma 3 principles, including basic mod setup, introductions to custom assets, and tips for enhancing your experience during operations. Once you've completed BCT, you'll be eligible to join our operations.
RASP 1 (Required After BCT):
After successfully completing BCT, you can dive into our operations, where you're allowed to participate in up to two missions. However, to continue advancing within our unit, you'll need to complete our official training program, RASP 1.
Ranger Assessment and Selection Program 1 (RASP 1):
RASP 1 is mandatory for all members and serves as our primary training for rank progression. In this training, we focus on unit practices and advanced tactics, such as close-quarters combat (CQB) and close-quarters combat (CQC), among other vital skills. It's not just a requirement for ranking up; it's a key step toward assuming more significant roles within the unit.
While BCT is optional, we highly recommend it for newcomers to the game or those who've taken a break from Arma. BCT ensures you're well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
Specializations:
At TLB, we offer a range of specialized courses to enhance your skills and diversify your role within the unit:
  • RASP I: Entry-level course for newcomers, covering fundamental skills and essential knowledge.
  • RASP II: Leadership course for Team Leaders (TLs) and Squad Leaders (SLs) to enhance leadership skills.
  • 11B - B1: Heavy Weapon Systems Course.
  • 11B - B2: Anti-Tank Weapon System Course.

Asked in the discord but figured I would ask here. Anyone install the latest sain update and get worse performance? Was getting 15 to 20 fps drops repeatedly and bad stutters. Only other mod I updated at the time was better keys which I assumed would have no impact in game. Only got to test for an hour. Also the default difficulty I was playing at before seemed cracked.

Here's what you need to mod mail to apply. I need two of the following to confirm you are a real locksmith:
  1. A copy of your locksmithing license taken with a cell phone, personal information blurred out and a piece of paper next to it with your username handwritten and today's date on it.
  2. A photo of a restricted blank such as MX or Medeco or Primus, with the same handwritten piece of paper that has today's date on it.
  3. A picture of your key machine next to the same piece of paper.
  4. A photo of you wearing your company uniform, face blocked out, and holding the piece of paper that I mentioned above. Everything must be readable.
  5. You can also leave your direct phone number and I can talk to you personally for an interview.
I want to make sure that actual locksmiths are helping me run this place if I decide to make it into something.
Again, as long as it's not explicitly illegal/against TOS and not a lockout I don't care what you post here. It doesn't matter if you hand filed a medeco key yourself. Security through obscurity doesn't work and I'm not opposed to that but we're not here to help lay people at the same time.

2024.05.21 16:06 HulkofAllTrades I made a KotOR Mod! Please check it out!

So I love this game but it's full of little things that drive me crazy. I started developing a small personal mod to fix those problems and it quickly grew so big that I decided to polish it up and release it as an all in one balancing mod.
There's a ton of features. Like KotOR 2 class progression, persuade as a class skill, characters joining at level 1 so you can build them however you want, impossible difficulty restoration, etc.
There's an alternate version of the mod called the Radical Jedi version designed to make level saving on Taris unnecessary.
I'm currently doing a full playthrough of the game to test out what I consider it's low-key most important feature: weapon rebalancing. I've reconfigured the damage on almost every weapon in the game.
The general is is if the weapon can be dual wielded, it gets 1-2 dice for damage and if it cannot, it gets 3. When you factor in strength, flurry, and two weapons fighting, the average damage comes out pretty even with ranged weapons being stronger in the early game and melee weapons being stronger in the endgame.
I don't expect this mod to be the definitive balancing mod for this game but I still want to put that level of effort into it. So please check it out and give me your feedback and suggestions. I'd really appreciate it.

Important Notice: Before you switch to the new beta version of the game, it's absolutely crucial that you back up your save files. Failing to do so could result in the potential loss of your progress. The new strings are not localized yet and stability hasn't yet been thoroughly tested. Some balancing changes are still experimental.
To access your saves on Steam for Manor Lords.
  1. Press Win + E
  2. Paste %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ManorLords\Saved\SaveGames into the search bar.
