2024.05.21 14:50 chicorita_ Need help regarding what to do next. Open to all kinds of options available.

I just completed my BCA with a cgpa of 8.xx in the last year. And idk what to do next at all. I didn't sit for placements as I did not have the confidence to. I gave MAH MCA CET and got 99+ percentile. I'll most likely get admission in one of the top 3 colleges for MCA in Maharashtra. I have filled the form for NIMCET but with only 15ish days remaining I dont think I can do anything much in that considering I am Open. I have the options of preparing for MSc Data Science from some colleges if I give their tests. Should I focus on that instead? Also what after that? Should I do a job or should i prep for more exams like CAT or GATE? I am good at studying smart ig. Because with the least efforts I get a satisfactory score always. But ig that's also my weakness if ykwim.
I was not in a good college for BCA so I was not motivated much & do not have much knowledge in DSA. I am good at prompts and using chatgpt. And better than many of my peers but I feel its nothing at all compared to people who are genuinely interested in the field. I have also done 2 data science and machine learning courses from my college. But yet again they are not good enough for me to actually get an internship or job based on that alone.
I'm very confused as to what path I should select or atleast aim for so that I have some purpose and motivation. Would be grateful for some help regarding exploring different options that could be compatible with me.
myquals : 10th—93% ,12th—89.50% , UG(BCA) — 8-9.xx cgpa , MCACET — 99.18 percentile , MBACET — 95.8 percentile.

2024.05.21 14:31 ELD3R_GoD If I were in charge of balancing. A long post.

Hi guys, here is what I'd change if I were going to improve Helldivers 2, specifically with weapon balance changes. This'll be a long post and I can only balance what I have access to so the following weapons may only receive passing mention or observation.
Arc-12 Blitzer (Weak)
Eruptor (Gutted Completely)
CB-9 Exploding Crossbow (Seen in use once, player hated it)
GP-31 Grenade Pistol (No Observation)
Plas-101 Purifier (No Observation)
P-113 Verdict (No Observation)
Obviously, these are my opinions but I'd love to hear what other people think if I have over buffed or nerfed. I may do the Stratagems not listed here as well as go over the armours if people like this, no TLDR, sorry.
BALANCING:
PRIMARIES:
AR-23 Liberator: My favourite weapon that I feel is mostly in a good place. I would up the damage slightly.
Damage: 60 70
AR-23C Liberator Concussive: I rarely see this weapon used, the concussive effect is more annoying than useful, the slow rate of fire and high recoil sucks and it doesn't deal enough damage. If weapon customization isn't coming, I would personally give this a grenade launcher attachment that fires some form of stun grenade. Another option is to have the rounds effect enemies around the target in a small radius.
Damage: 65 75
Recoil: 28 22
Fire Rate: 320 480
AR-23P Liberator Penetrator: I'm unsure why damage seems reduced so much when a weapon is given medium armour penetration. It removes any effectiveness vs. lower tier enemies and still only tickles medium armour enemies. Make it over-penetrate smaller enemies and hit targets behind them.
Damage: 45 60
AR-61 Tenderiser: Needs more stopping power as per description.
Damage: 60 75
BR-14 Adjudicator: I actually think this rifle is in a really good place.
R-63 Diligence: The two Marksman Rifles don't offer enough in general. They need high damage and higher weak-point damage. I suggest that this weapon also be 'suppressed' in some way, alerting enemies less than it's counter-part.
Damage: 125 135
Weak-point Damage: +30%
R-63CS Diligence Counter Sniper: Same as above but it should have a louder profile and over-penetrate smaller enemies.
Damage: 140 150
Weak-Point Damage +35%
MP-98 Knight: A weapon I love to use, hindered by it's capacity.
Damage: 50 45
Capacity: 50 90
Movement Buff: 5%
SMG-37 Defender: In many ways superior to the current Liberator, with the buffs to the Liberator, I would simply give this weapon a player movement buff as above.
Movement Buff: 5%
SMG-72 Pummeller: Extremely good weapon, although not my personal favourite, I would also give this the movement buff.
Movement Buff: 5%
SG-8 Punisher: I find this weapon is in a pretty good place. It should damage limbs more effectively.
SG-8S Slugger: When compared to the Punisher, this shotgun is seriously lacking. The damage is too little, the medium armour pen doesn't feel there at all. It needs to blow holes in big things and over-penetrate small things. Needs a higher body weak-point damage (Hulk Face/SpeweChargeTitan butts).
Damage: 250 400
Weak-point: 30%
SG-225 Breaker: Needs it's capacity increased.
Capacity: 13 20
SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary: Pretty well used in most games I play, I think it's in a good enough place currently.
SG-225SP Breaker Spray&Pray: This weapon is so bad it hurts. It struggles to kill even the bottom tier enemies with one shot and anything bigger than a warrior takes practically a full magazine. it's a spray and pray and as such, should reflect that.
Damage: 192 280
Recoil: 45 70
Fire Rate: 330 500
Jar-5 Dominator: Generally I think this weapon is in a good spot, I'd maybe increase the damage slightly and give it over-penetration on smaller enemies.
Damage: 275 280
SG-8P Punisher Plasma: This is an odd weapon that feels pretty flaccid when shooting. I would assume plasma would melt armoured points but it doesn't seem to do that very well either.
Damage: 250 300
Weak-point damage: 30%
Melts armoured parts of enemies.
Las-5 Scythe: I actually really enjoy this weapon and feel it needs to simply do a bit more damage to limbs.
Las-16 Sickle: Also in a really good spot.
Plas-1 Scorcher: I would have this also melt weak points on enemies after a few shots, otherwise feels fine generally. I do think that when compared to the dominator, this is practically a down grade every time so it needs something the dominator can't do like melting carapaces etc.
SECONDARIES:
P-4 Senator: Great place now it has the speed-loader. I would let it over-penetrate smaller enemies.
P-2 Peacemaker: I would increase the damage slightly as the P-4 and P-19 always feel like superior options. Damage: 75 85
P-19 Redeemer: Great weapon, no adjustments.
Las-7 Dagger: Like the Scythe, this pistol needs to deal increased limb damage but is otherwise fine in my opinion.
GRENADES:
Impact grenades need to be less strong than their timed variants. Timed grenades are rarely seen in any of the games I play, similarly Smoke, Stun and Thermite are never used.
G-3 Smoke: It's obscuring effect needs to have some effect where enemies suppress, pause, and then search, completely losing the players position unless spotted or fired upon. Currently, they have absolutely no use other grenades can't compensate for.
G-6: Frag: The radius of the fragmentation needs to be higher and the damage slightly upped, dropping off over the larger radius. It also needs to suppress enemies more who are hit.
Damage: 300 dropping down to 200 on the Outer Radius.
Outer Radius: 8 -- > 12
G-10 Incendiary: Also needs a larger radius than it's impact counter-part, I think damage is fine.
Outer Radius: 7 9
G-12 High Explosive: Again needs a larger radius than it's impact counter-part, I also think the damage could be increased due to it's larger size and perhaps a slightly higher penetration.
Damage: 400 450
Penetration: 4 5
Outer Radius: 7 8
G-13 Incendiary Impact: I feel that due to their size and nature, impact should have a smaller radius and lower damage in some cases, fire is fire so this doesn't need a lower damage. If the other incendiary is buffed, this grenade needs no changes.
G-16 Impact: Needs a slight reduction in outer radius, otherwise fine. As above, if the timed grenade is buffed, I think this would be fine.
G-23 Stun: I actually think this grenade is fine. I think this is down to the player base and people preferring to blow stuff up than stun it.
G-123 Thermite: I think this grenade needs to activate slightly quicker. I feel that when attached to an enemy, the enemy should also lose track of the player and potentially attack whatever is closest in a sense of panic or confusion. If the idea is this grenade exposes parts, it's not doing enough and if the idea is it kills heavily armoured enemies, it's also not doing enough.
SUPPORT WEAPONS:
Obviously there are no stats on these weapons however I'd like to make some suggestions on some of them, the below weapons are in a good place.
AC-8 Autocannon
RL-77 Airburst Rocket Launcher
EAT-17
GL-21 Grenade Launcher
MG-43
LAS-99 Quasar Cannon
The following need buffs or changes.
M-105 Stalwart: It feels like this should be a primary. Other than that, it's fine.
FLAM-40 Flamethrower: I would like this to drop with a backpack option so you can either chose to roll with the smaller ammo, or the larger ammo count. The tank should let you should further and for longer at the cost of potentially exploding if shot.
MG-206 Heavy Machine Gun: I'd also like to see this with a backpack ammunition option, making it belt-fed. It should also have over-penetration on smaller enemies and rip chunks off the big boys.
FAF-14 Spear: Do I need to say anything? Lock-on issues aside, it needs to one shot basically everything. I'd also like it to be able to tag player marks including smaller enemies and the environment and I'd like a 'hold-R' option to switch the missiles to airburst or standard.
GR-8 Recoilless Rifle: As above, I would like this to have a fire-option to shoot HE/Flak or AP.
APW-1 Anti-Material Rifle: Needs over-penetration on small enemies.
RS-422 Railgun: With other stratagems being buffed, there is no reason that this can't be reverted with a slightly lowered capacity from 20 12
LAS-98 Laser Cannon: Needs to melt carapace and armour to expose them to weak-points and needs higher limb damage but is otherwise fine.
ARC-3 Arc Thrower: It needs a higher damage and a stun effect on enemies hit. Enemies dying could cause a miniature EMS cloud effect in a small radius.

2024.05.21 14:19 retronaco Overactive bladder

On may 9th I started to have to go to the washroom more frequently I noticed that I had to go roughly every hour… I started feeling back pain on my right side more of a pressure pain. I initially thought I may be getting a kidney stone and boy was I wrong! I’m going to tell you guys my experience and how crazy this has been… here’s a little context. I am currently going through a divorce (which was my own doing), financially I am tight as I have to uphold two mortgages one being my own and other being portion of a rental property I own. However the rental property is not a positive cash flow atm due to high interest rates. A lot has happened in May. I had to buy a new dryer as my drying machine just went, also a new microwave (over stove). I work in sales and with high interest everyone is so tight with money and people aren’t spending nearly as much as they were a year ago. I could go on about more but no need. So may 9th it began, all day that day I had to constantly go to washroom almost every hour, I smoked some weed and went to bed. That night I ended up wetting myself a little overnight (this was a first) I panicked and snapped out of it however the next few days I would continue to have back pain and constantly peeing, unfortunately I started doing some google reading on this and I had pre determined myself that maybe I had a kidney stone and just needed to drink more fluids and try to get better. It went on until Wednesday may 15th at this stage my lower back pain had increased and I started noticing pain in my abdomen area also. I went to doctors and did some sampling. They found microscopic blood in my urine but weren’t sure what it could be and sent it in for further testing on top of that in Canada the long weekend was coming which typically means you won’t get lab results until mid next week (this week). Now this continued as I was freaking out about blood in my urine and more googling which made things worse… Friday May 17th comes around. At this stage I was extremely worried and was going to washroom every 30 mins until night time. Night time was horrible (I don’t wish this on my worst enemy) at night time while trying to go to sleep I started to go to washroom every 5-10mins and shortly after around 1AM Saturday I couldn’t get off toilet the back pain had increased and abdomen pain had increased. It left like my bladder was just squeezing everything out! I panicked further! I spiralled and broke down, I went to the hospital. Once I got to hospital and told them my symptoms they believed I was passing a kidney stone but they wanted to confirm and do a CT scan, blood work, and a urine sample. Few hours later my results were in… everything was fine. The doctor said he was not sure exactly what was happening but thinks I have something called “interstitial cystitis” however said I should speak to my family doctor and see a urologist. This is where I started doing more research as I couldn’t take going to washroom so much… I came across urinary frequency and one of the causes was anxiety and stress… I’ve always told my self that I have never had anxiety and never have experienced it. On google I came across a Reddit and it was someone who has experienced similar things and it turned out to be just anxiety. Currently as I am typing this I am improving quite a bit I no longer have to go every 5-10 mins. I go roughly every 2 hours. I am still in recovery as I do have moments where I need to go within 20 mins of just going to the washroom. However I have not taken any medicine I have slowly learned to accept things and get better and this has helped a lot with my anxiety. I have learned that somethings I cannot control but everything will be ok. I started to keep busy (deep clean the house, do all laundry, cooking, lawn work) and that really helped grounding me. Also one thing that helped me is start to relieving some weight. I’ve had weight on my shoulders about leaving my wife so I apologized to her last night saying that I am sorry for making her feel like her world is getting destroyed as we have a child which we will have to share custody. I also am writing this to get better. Please know guys if you are going through this it will all be ok! You have to overcome what is bothering you and accept it. The mind is very powerful, we can make ourselves sick even when we aren’t. I’m sure this isn’t my last time with this but I hope my experience helps you! And know you will be ok.

2024.05.21 14:15 DisastrousOpening477 Pixel 8 Pro review : 8 months in

Day one Pixel 8 Pro owner here. Thought I’d share my experience, after over 8 months of ownership.
P8P Bay 256GB has been my daily driver since its release. I use it with 5G on, screen at full resolution, dynamic "smooth display" refresh rate is on, no bluetooth or tethering. Brightness left on auto.
TLDR :
Positives = camera quality, great design, OS (with some caveats), great screen (some caveats too)
Negatives = everything else
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Camera : beautiful imagery has always been the signature of the Pixel line, and this release is no exception. Every shot has this mesmerizing "Pixel touch", and the new ultrawide sensor is finally on par with the main unit. Videos are world class too, not quite on the level of the iPhone but we'll get there eventually.
Beautiful and unique design : It's sitting in a clear case, and in a sea of generic, boring slabs, it really stands out and doesn't go unnoticed. People often ask me what kind of phone it is, most are still not aware that Google is making smartphones and has been doing so for almost a decade now.
Very long software support : Seven years of updates is unrivaled in the Android scene, albeit with the following you’ll understand no one would willingly keep this phone seven years, so it’s not really a positive.
Sleek OS : Android in its purest, cleanest form. Customization galore. However as I'll mention later this pure android is NOT running smoothly, so I don't know if this count as a positive.
Gorgeous OLED panel : A truly beautiful display, high-resolution, good brightness..unfortunately plagued by mutiple lags and frame drops in the UI, I'll get back to that. Now onto the negatives.
First off, we must address the elephant in the room. Battery life. This phone charges PAINFULLY slow and discharges EXTREMELY fast. The opposite of what you want, right ?
The 10 minutes top ups to 50% is a concept Google seemingly never heard of. You want half a charge ? Better sit & wait half an hour. Full charge ? Go watch a movie. Now the discharge, and this is where the real drama clocks in. This phone EATS battery, ON IDLE.
On your average 9 to 5 workday (no camera, no games, just basic apps) you’ll head home with 15% tops. Phone dead by 7pm, then full charge will eat 90 minutes off your schedule, better not be in a hurry.
Now try to make a bit of power usage out of your power user phone : A bit of pictures for work at 10am, a short 4K video at 1pm, a bit of Fallout Shelter on the toilet at 2pm. You’re now looking at a 4pm shutdown.
But let’s go real on the camera, after all this is a camera flagship and it should be your reliable companion on a field day. Starting at 10 am : pictures, videos, a bit of editing, about 40 pictures taken and 3 videos of 10 minutes each. Shutdown at 1PM.
The CPU just eats battery on IDLE doing NOTHING. Throw anything heavy at it and you’ll head home with a dead phone, one that died long before your day was over. Simple as that.
Keep in mind that this is my experience with a 8-months-old device, and it will get worse and worse as the battery cell degrades over time. One can only wonder how many cell replacements this phone will need to get to the end of its famed software support.
Now we need to talk UI and animations because this isn’t good either. Stellar 120hz OLED panel and stock android should be a recipe for smoothness, but not here. Actually, some animations including the cool lock screen clock are barely 60hz. Switching apps isn’t 120hz either, nor is scrolling. A TON of lags and various frame drops, resulting in a framerate like 40-90hz, never stable, with the occasional but very rare peak at 120. This isn't TW3 gameplay on a potato but simply browing menus and scrolling instagram on a 2023, 1159€ flagship phone from Google.
This phone FEELS slow, and yet consume an enormous amount of power to do so. Infuriating.
One day I had to handle a coworker’s A54 to tweak a few things. I was SHOCKED by the smoothness, this was indeed true 120hz, which only happens a few times a day on Pixel 8 Pro. I realized what I was missing on by handling an Exynos mid-ranger. I understand the need for a dynamic framerate, not locked at 120hz all the time to save battery. But only reaching 120hz 5 times a day and still having a mediocre battery life wasn’t what I had in mind.
Finally, the optical, under-display fingerprint scanner. This, my friends, is an antique piece of hardware that belongs to a museum. Remember the Huawei Mate RS from 2018 ? One of the first phones with UDFS. The optical technology was so experimental and unreliable (still is, most OEMs moved on to ultrasonic) that Huawei also included another optical fingerprint sensor on the back of the device, just in case. Well, this ancient tech is what you have on the Pixel 8 Pro, and no optical sensor backup in sight.
Sometimes, it can take up to 2 full seconds of contact to….successfully fail to unlock. After it fails 3 times or so, it will ask you to enter your password, making one-hand unlocks a luck job. Sometimes it will successfully unlock after a couple tries, but a couple tries of 2 seconds each makes unlocking your phone a 4 seconds job which is just painfully slow. The occasional one tap magic is as rare as the occasional 120hz peak in the UI. As for face-unlock, I know it's there but I disabled it because it doesn't work in the dark (no IR sensor) and I simply want to unlock my phone at waist height, without having to raise it to my face.
Pixel 8 Pro remembers me of an exotic sports car that might look incredibly cool from a distance but is actually a pain to live with on a daily basis. And indeed it does look incredibly cool. I remember seeing this phone as a much better pick than the generic Galaxy and the boring iPhone, but I’d rather go boring or generic than having to handle this mess of an hardware Google sold me for 1159€.
TLDR : Positives = Camera quality, great design Negatives = everything else

These laptops present exceptional features catering to both students seeking note-taking capabilities and content creators. Users can conveniently write and draw directly on the screen, adding to their utility. CPU - Following the graphics card, the processor stands as the second most pivotal element in your gaming laptop. Although the GPU generally bears the brunt of gaming demands, the CPU significantly influences overall system performance and holds the potential to bottleneck the GPU's capabilities. Gaming laptops housing more robust GPUs are often accompanied by 8-core processors. In the mid-range spectrum spanning $400 to $800, you'll typically find quad-core CPUs. While dual-core CPUs can handle gaming, they aren't optimal since sustaining boosted clock speeds might not always be achievable.

RAM is generally the most straightforward laptop component to upgrade. So, if you're working with a tight budget, you have the option to choose a laptop with lower RAM and later upgrade it yourself. Overspending on RAM is unnecessary; 16 GB is sufficient for gaming. However, considering 32 GB can provide future-proofing for your laptop.
Storage-wise, if your budget permits, it's advisable to select a laptop equipped with an SSD for storage. An SSD can significantly enhance a laptop's speed, particularly when compared to an HDD. This translates to reduced boot times and quicker load times, resulting in noticeably improved performance.

This meticulous procedure ensures that refurbished laptops are in excellent operational condition, offering exceptional value for your investment when compared to purchasing a new laptop. To effectively manage tasks demanding professional-grade editing, editing laptops necessitate a potent processor and a screen of exceptional quality.

2024.05.21 13:09 LightbringerOG Ultra Low Oxygen levels study on Bedbugs, Ozone

The study was done with nitrogen, but can be done with Ozone as well. Cite https://www.researchgate.net/publication/301601108_Effects_of_Ultralow_Oxygen_and_Vacuum_Treatments_on_Bed_Bug_Heteroptera_Cimicidae_Survival
Results All life stages of bed bugs were susceptible to ULO treatment.Higher efficacy of ULO treatments correlated with lower oxygenlevels, longer treatment times, and higher temperatures (Table 1).Under 0.1% O2, 8-h treatment caused 36.1% egg mortality andmortality increased dramatically to 85.7% when treatment was ex-tended to 12 h at 25C. There were no significant differences amongthe 12-h treatment at 25C and the 8 and 12-h treatments at 30C.Under 0.5% O2, egg mortality increased significantly with treatmenttime and temperature increases. The 12-h treatment at 25C onlycaused 50.2% mortality of eggs. However, the 18-h treatment at25C and 12-h treatment at 30C caused 94.3% and 98.4% eggmortalities, respectively. Also at 30C, an increase of treatment timefrom 6 to 8 h resulted in a dramatic increase of egg mortality from29.1 to 93.3% (Table 1).Under 1% O2, a temperature increase from 20 to 25C for 24-htreatments resulted in a dramatic increase of egg mortality from30.7 to 97.8%. There were also significant differences among treat-ments with different temperatures and treatment times under 2%O2. Over 98% mortalities were achieved in the 24-h treatment at30C and the 48-h treatment at 25C(Table 1). Under 3% O2, there were also significant differences among the three 48-h treatments atdifferent temperatures and the highest mortality of 96.0% occurredat 30C(Table 1).For bed bug nymphs and adults, ULO treatment with 0.1% O2at 30C achieved 73.3% mortality in 6 h and 100% mortality in 8 h(Table 2). As oxygen level increased to 0.5 and 1% at 30C, mortal-ity rate declined dramatically from 65.0–76.7% range to 2.5–5.0%range regardless of treatment time. The treatments of 24h at 25Cand 48 h at 20C under low oxygen levels of 2 and 3%, respectively,were not effective against bed bug nymphs or adults (Table 2). At35C, there was a significant increase in mortality from 64.0% inthe 3-h treatment under 0.1% O2to 100% mortality in the 4-htreatment under the same low oxygen level of 0.1%. Increases ofoxygen from 0.1 to 0.3% resulted in dramatic declines in mortalityof nymphs and adults in the 4-h ULO treatments. There was also adramatic increase in egg mortality from 45.8% in the 3-h treatmentto 99.7% in the 4-h treatment under 0.1% O2. The 4-h ULO treat-ments with 0.2 and 0.3% O2had complete control of bed bug eggs(Table 3).In vacuum treatments, egg mortality increased as temperatureincreased from 15 to 30C for both 24- and 48-h treatment times inthe 800 and 900 mbar vacuum treatments. However, 100%mortality of eggs was not achieved in the 800 and 900 mbar vac-uum treatments even in the longest treatments of 48 h at the highesttemperature of 30C(Table 4).In the 982 mbar vacuum treatments of all life stages of bedbugs, the 24-h treatment at 25C achieved complete control ofnymphs and had over 97% mortalities of adults and eggs (Table 5).At 30C, complete control was achieved in 8h for nymphs, in 10 hfor adults, and in 12 h for eggs. At 35C, the 4-h treatment of 982mbar vacuum resulted in 94% mortality for nymphs and adults and 75.2% mortality for eggs. The complete control of eggs wasachieved in 6- and 8-h treatments (Table 5).
TL;DR: - At 30C you need a 8H treatment at 25C you need a 12H treatment for about a 95% mortality rate. - But his was a controlled enviroment, meaning your home could leak and not sealed enough, also you can cracks where the Ozone doesn't reach the same rate as you would like?
What this means in practice is ofc the treament should be done for several days in 12 hour sessions and sealing the treatment area as much as you can. Don't even sleep in the next room, but farther away. On top of that, you have to prepare the room and use Diatomaceous earth to powder into cracks, outlets, all the corners of your room and around the bed you are sleepin on. Why? Cause DE takes away the oils and water from the bugs and kills them in 3 days. Meaning the method goes as follows: - Prepare to seal the room for the gas not to escape, plan not to sleep in the room or even house for 2 days because Ozone is toxic. - Prepare the room by powdering every cracks, corners and around bed in square form DE. - You kill most of the population with Ozone, do two 12 hours sessions with 8 hours between them, so about 3 days far from that area. - For the rest you have to be human lure, after the second 8 hour "air out" it's safe to sleep the area again, you sleep as you would and still use DE around the bed, even on the bed around you if you don't mind. The rest will die in 1-2 weeks when they try to get to you and they come across DE.

2024.05.21 13:05 ShangHaaai Netherlands rematch, unhappy with hf

Hi all au pairs! I have been with my current Dutch host family since January and have been struggling to enjoy the experience, but I don't know if I had unrealistic expectations of what it means to be an au pair, so here are some things and please let me know if I am right to want a rematch:
  1. I don't live with them. I live in a room on the top floor of the apartment building they're in as well.
  2. I only eat with them 2 nights a week when I make dinner. I eat almost all my meals by myself in my room. I get 50€ a week for all food and groceries, including spices, oil, everything. Breakfast lunch and dinner, snacks, except for the 2 dinners a week I eat with them.
  3. I am expected to be able to finish all the kids laundry (2 boys and a baby), their bedding, baby clothes with 3 different types and each with their own wash cycle type, in a morning. Has to be washed, dryed (without the dryer, only allowed for bedding), and packed and folded by end of the day.
  4. The mom asked me to vacuum her chairs to clean them, dust and clean the top of the cupboards in all rooms, on top of the book racks, I shoveled their balcony clean on my hands and knees to get the dust, spiders and leaves in a trash bag, and I suspect she really wants me to wash the windows as well at some point. In the au pair manual I was given it listed chores we're allowed to do and not, but it wasn't very clear but I feel some things aren't considered light chores.
  5. They haven't put me in a language course even though I've asked about it. They expect me to learn it on my own, and I am only allowed to speak Dutch to the kids.
  6. They only want me around when I'm working. When I'm finished I have to go to my room and sit alone and drown myself in Netflix or something.
  7. They have only asked me questions about myself 4/5 times. I've only had "chats" with them to get to know them maybe 6 times and I've been here 5 months. They don't seem interested in who I am as a person at all.
  8. There are many more subtle things they do and say that make me feel like nothing more than a body to work for them, not a human being who's moved across the world to be part of their home life.
Are au pairs no more than nannies and butlers? I thought this was to be more than that, to be a part of the family. I have tried to hold out, change myself to accept the circumstances, but I will always be unhappy here. Am I being unreasonable? Is a rematch worth the risk and effort?

Abstract
Introducing the "Harmony of Energy" (HoE) model, a novel formalism that posits the universe operates according to a fundamental pattern. This pattern consists of energy, defined as the smallest unit anything can be, existing as a fluid form in space, interacting with its environment through a specific method or structure, and then moving out of that space. Space, in turn, is the dynamic environment that energy occupies and moves through, filling it with positive and negative energy that affects its properties and behavior. According to the HoE model, energy moves into space, reacts to its environment, and then moves out of that space, with no time limit for how long it takes to react. This pattern is universal, applying to all aspects of the universe, and nothing escapes it.
The Origin of the Universe
The HoE model posits that the universe began as a singular entity, containing all forms of energy as one unified energy. This singularity can be represented mathematically as: U = ∫∫∫E(x,y,z)dxdydz, where U is the total energy of the universe, E is the energy density, and x, y, z are the spatial coordinates.
As the singularity expanded, the unified energy converted into distinct positive and negative energies. Positive energy is a high-frequency, high-information-potential state that retains its unique signature and individual form, capable of producing heat and maintaining its distinct properties. Negative energy is a low-frequency, low-information-potential state that loses its unique signature and individual form, characterized by a pulling force and a tendency to condense and simplify.
Initially, the universe moved in a straight line, with energy compact and cold. However, this linear movement resulted in a direct head-on collision with the void, a solid structure that hindered its passage.
This collision led to a limitation and subsequent conversion of energy, transforming it from a linear motion to a wave-like motion. The new wave motion created heat and allowed energy to break the pattern of "follow the leader" and collide with the void at an angle, shattering its edge into pieces.
This process of fragmentation can be described by the equation: F(θ) = Σ[nEn * sin(nθ)], where F is the fragmentation function, θ is the angle of collision, n is an integer, and E is the energy density. For reasons yet unknown, possibly due to the singularity's energy reaching its final place or a transformation driven by cosmic "boredom," this conversion occurred, giving rise to the diverse universe we observe today.
The Void and the Ultimate Negative
Outside of the expanding universe lies the void, a region devoid of energy and matter, existing in a state of complete stillness and stationarity. This void represents the ultimate negative, a state of complete absence and zero energy density, unchanging and unyielding. As a whole, it exerts a compressive force on the expanding universe, potentially leading to contraction and eventual return to the singularity. This dynamic interplay between the universe and the void can be described by the equation: F = -G * (M * m) / r2 where F represents the force, G represents the gravitational constant, M and m represent the masses, and r represents the distance between them. The void's stationary and unchanging nature, lacking any internal rotation or energy, makes it inhospitable to life as we know it.
Magnetism and Attraction: A Shift in Perspective
Initially, I viewed magnetism through the conventional lens, seeing it as a fundamental force of attraction between positive and negative entities. However, as my understanding evolved, I came to realize that magnetism operates under a different principle. Positive and negative entities are not attracted to each other; instead, they represent the intrinsic structure of things. The true nature of attraction is frequency-based, with entities drawn to higher vibrations and shorter wavelengths. This phenomenon can be described by the following equations:
F = ∫∫(μ₁⋅μ₂)/(4πr2) dt dt (1)
where F is the force of attraction, μ₁ and μ₂ are the magnetic moments of the entities, r is the distance between them, and the integral is taken over time.
Additionally, the frequency-based attraction can be represented by:
f = γB (2)
where f is the frequency, γ is the gyromagnetic ratio, and B is the magnetic field strength.
Furthermore, the smaller wave's faster movement can be expressed as:
v = λf (3)
where v is the velocity, λ is the wavelength, and f is the frequency.
Energy and its Properties
Energy is the fundamental unit of everything. Energy can be thought of as an individual entity with an electrical signature vibrating at a specific frequency, carrying information from its originating source. If we were to dissect a piece of energy, we would find its genetic makeup consists of various parts, similar to binary code. One constant aspect of energy in our universe is the signature of this universe, which is present in all forms of energy, whether positive or negative. This underlying frequency distinguishes energy from our universe versus parallel universes.
Positive Energy (PE): - Oscillates through space with a frequency (f) and wavelength (λ): PE = f × λ - Exhibits wave-like behavior: PE(x,t) = A × sin(kx - ωt)
Negative Energy (NE): - Vibrates at a slower frequency (f'/2): NE = (f'/2) × λ' - Exhibits a slower, more stable behavior: NE(x,t) = B × cos(k'x - ω't)
Energy Interactions and Signature Changes
When positive and negative energies interact, their unique signatures can become altered. As energies combine, their signatures merge, releasing redundant information about the universe signature and creating an opening for new information to be stored. This process enables efficient storage and transmission of energy signatures, allowing for:
This process could be crucial for understanding how energy signatures evolve and adapt, and how they influence the behavior and properties of energy in various contexts.
The Formation and Evolution of the Universe
Initial Energy Interactions
In the beginning, a vast amount of fluid energy quickly interacted with the largest newly created pieces of the void, described by the wave-particle duality equation (E = hf = ℏω).
Star Formation and Signatures
As these interactions occurred, the largest of the solid structures of the universe began to form, stars, governed by the Lane-Emden equation (d2P/dr2 + (2/r)(dP/dr) + (4πG/c2)P = 0). Each new star held with it an old habit divulged from the singularity, a universal frequency (f = 1/T = ω/2π, where T is the period of oscillation and ω is the angular frequency). Old habits die hard, so each new star offered its own diverse and unique signature (S = Σf = ∫ψ(x)2 dx, where ψ(x) is the wave function and x represents the position).
Energy Collisions and Prime Numbers
As structures formed, a group of energy travels through space with an even number of internal parts (E = 2nℏ, where n is an integer and ℏ is the reduced Planck constant). This group collides with another group of energy with an odd amount of internal parts (E = (2n + 1)ℏ), and the total sum of the newly combined group equals a prime number (P = E1 + E2 = 2nℏ + (2m + 1)ℏ, where m is an integer). New Equation: Prime Number Formation (P = E1 + E2 = 2nℏ + (2m + 1)ℏ)
Schrödinger Equation and Physical Reality
The prime number is crucial, as the extra piece gets stuck in the space it is occupying, acting as an anchor, attracting other parts to breach their negative shell and combine as one, described by the Schrödinger equation (iℏ(∂ψ/∂t) = Hψ). This converts the fluid energy to be contained into the space it is in, which is broken pieces of the void that do not have a universal size, and gives us physical reality, forming particles with diverse unique signatures (S = Σf = ∫ψ(x)2 dx).
Refining Space and Transferring Signatures
As energy continued to interact with space, it further refined and shaped that space into a sphere (V = (4/3)πr3, where r is the radius), adding the discarded portions of size to the diverse field that is the universe. During this refinement, energy was transferred to these pieces, and the signature of the star was embedded in them, forming the galaxy clusters and solar systems we know today.
Smooth Surfaces and Celestial Bodies
As any piece of something breaks, its edges are rigid, and the interaction of energy against this rigid surface knocks off the rough edges, providing a smooth surface (E = Δx/Δt = ℏ/Δx, where Δx is the change in position and Δt is the change in time). New Equation: Smooth Surface Formation (E = Δx/Δt = ℏ/Δx)
The pieces that were knocked off still contain a portion of energy that put in the work to knock it off, and this process contributed to the formation of celestial bodies and the transfer of signatures. This, in turn, led to the creation of galaxies, planets, and other celestial bodies, each with their unique characteristics and properties, shaping the diverse and complex universe we observe today.
The Cartwheel Structure and Energy Movement
The cartwheel structure represents the dynamic movement of energy in the universe, with its rotating wheel and radiating arms symbolizing the harmonious interaction of positive and negative energies. When creation occurred, energy learned how to pass through stationary space (the void) by changing its movement pattern from a straight line to a wave (λ = v/f, where λ is wavelength, v is velocity, and f is frequency). This new wave movement allowed energy to create heat (Q = mcΔT, where Q is heat, m is mass, c is specific heat capacity, and ΔT is temperature change), which was the tool that gave energy the ability to "shatter" the void and interact with the broken pieces to perform a new movement, the cartwheel. As energy moves through space, it rarefies and decreases in temperature (T = k-B, where T is temperature, k is Boltzmann's constant, and B is the energy density), causing it to slow down and change frequency (f = ΔE/h, where f is frequency, ΔE is the energy change, and h is Planck's constant).
The Block and Cartwheeling Bar Analogy
The block and cartwheeling bar analogy provides a conceptual framework for understanding the dynamic interaction of energy in the universe. Imagine a box (representing space) containing blocks of varying sizes, each symbolizing a specific energy frequency (f = 1/T, where f is frequency and T is time). The cartwheeling bar, rotating within the box, represents the harmonious movement of energy between its positive (E+) and negative (E-) forms. Each block must be 100% filled, with positive and negative energy proportions varying as the bar rotates. For example, when positive energy occupies 99% of a block and negative energy occupies 1%, the rotation of the bar causes a gradual shift, resulting in a change to 98% positive and 2% negative, and so on. This constant interaction and adjustment maintain the balance of energy in the universe.
Fundamental Forces Explained
Present State of the Universe
The universe currently exists in a state of dynamic equilibrium, with observable patterns and structures perpetually renewing themselves through the interactions of energy (E = hf, where E is energy and h is Planck's constant). This self-sustaining cycle is evident in the formation and evolution of celestial bodies, galaxies, and other cosmic entities, governed by the laws of thermodynamics (ΔE = Q - W, where ΔE is the change in energy, Q is the heat added, and W is the work done). The universe's present state is characterized by the harmonious coexistence of diverse energy frequencies (f = 1/T, where f is frequency and T is time), which govern the behavior and properties of matter at various scales. This balance is maintained through the continuous conversion of energy between its positive (E+) and negative (E-) forms, allowing the universe to adapt and evolve in response to internal and external influences (E+ + E- = 0, representing the conservation of energy)."
Entropy and the Conversion of Positive to Negative
The physical dimensions of positive and negative energy in a block are equal, with 1% negative energy occupying the same space as 99% positive energy. This equality stems from the different speeds of energy and their individual properties. When negative energy is at 1%, it has condensed the equivalent of 99% positive energy into a single, compact form (E = hf, where E is energy, h is Planck's constant, and f is frequency). As the proportions shift, such as 60% positive and 40% negative, the space occupied remains a 50/50 split. This is because positive energy travels at the speed of light (c = λν, where c is the speed of light, λ is wavelength, and ν is frequency), while negative energy moves at a pace relative to terminal velocity (v = √(2gl), where v is velocity, g is acceleration due to gravity, and l is length). Each form dominates at the 50% mark (T = λ/v, where T is time, λ is wavelength, and v is velocity). The percentages represent available positive energy, while the cartwheel symbolizes space or the ultimate negative in motion, influenced by energy's presence. Negative energy, with its depleted charge, occupies space that needs to be filled and recycled into a positive state. At higher percentages, collisions with negative energy slow down the flow, similar to the concept of crab mentality, where negative energy draws down the percentages.
Energy Dynamics and Galactic Harmony
The 50% Threshold
The 50% mark is a critical threshold that distinguishes between positive and negative energy. Above 50%, energy is considered positive and can produce heat beyond its negative shell. Below 50%, energy is considered negative and cannot produce heat past this shell.
Compressed Positive Energy
When the percentage of positive energy drops below 50%, it becomes compressed and can exceed the speed of light (c = λν, where c is the speed of light, λ is wavelength, and ν is frequency). This allows it to navigate through the "cracks" of negative energy:
v > c (where v is velocity and c is the speed of light)
Quantum Mirroring
Alternatively, the positive energy can align with the negative energy, resulting in a quantum mirroring effect. This enables instantaneous information transfer between entangled particles, regardless of distance:
E = hf (where E is energy, h is Planck's constant, and f is frequency)
Retaining Frequency Signatures
In this alignment, the negative energy retains its unique frequency signature to avoid interacting with other signatures:
Δx * Δp >= h/4π (where Δx is position uncertainty, Δp is momentum uncertainty, and h is Planck's constant)
The Cavendish Experiment and Energy Interaction
The Cavendish experiment, a groundbreaking study on gravity, offers an intriguing analogy for understanding energy interaction with space. Imagine the suspended spheres as representative of space itself, devoid of energy. When energy interacts with this motionless space, it's as if the spheres begin to rotate, symbolizing the introduction of energy into the internal area of space.
As energy engages with space, it's gradually consumed, much like the reduction of energy in the Cavendish experiment. This process can be described by the equation:
G = (2πLθ) / (MT)
Where G is the gravitational constant, L is the length of the torsion wire, θ is the twist angle of the wire, M is the mass of the lead spheres, and T is the time period of oscillation.
This equation, derived from the Cavendish experiment, reveals the intricate relationship between energy, space, and gravity. By exploring this analogy, we can deepen our understanding of how energy shapes the very fabric of our universe.
Energy Absorption and Frequency
Energy absorption occurs when energy slows down, allowing it to be perceived and observed. This process involves energy being absorbed by an atom and reflecting what was not absorbed. As energy slows down, it can still be observed as a wave, but just before it becomes a particle. This phenomenon is fascinating, as it reveals the transition from wave-like to particle-like behavior.
The conversion of positive to negative states is due to positives' ability to produce heat and maintain an individual form. Negative energy, on the other hand, does not produce heat and lacks an individual form, instead traveling at a pace relative to terminal velocity. This process can be described by the quantum mechanical formula: ℏω = ΔE = hf, where ℏ is the reduced Planck constant, ω is the angular frequency, ΔE is the change in energy, h is Planck's constant, and f is the frequency of the energy.
Furthermore, the frequency of the energy can be related to the velocity of the particle using the formula: f = (1/2π) * √(k/m), where k is the spring constant and m is the mass of the particle. Additionally, the energy absorption rate can be calculated using the formula: dE/dt = (2π/h) * V_uv2 * δ(E_u - E_v), where V_uv is the transition matrix element, E_u and E_v are the energies of the initial and final states, and δ is the Dirac delta function.
The Conversion of Positive to Negative States and Planetary Motion
The conversion of positive to negative energy states is rooted in their distinct properties. Positive energy produces heat and maintains an individual form, whereas negative energy lacks heat and an individual form, instead traveling at a pace relative to terminal velocity. This process is reversible, as seen in fusion reactions, or can be influenced by external forces like microwave ovens.
In the context of our solar system, the sun's positive energy release generates heat and propels planets into their orbital tracks. Conversely, the incoming energy from the universe, considered negative, is cold and stabilizes planets in their tracks. Initially, I focused solely on the positive push dictating orbital paths. However, I now recognize the significant influence of negative energy and use it as the basis for understanding abnormal tracks.
Here's an added equation to illustrate the relationship between energy and orbital motion:
F = G * (m1 * m2) / r2
Where F is the force of gravity, G is the gravitational constant, m1 and m2 are the masses of the objects, and r is the distance between them.
This equation shows how the force of gravity (F) is influenced by the masses (m1 and m2) and distance (r) between objects, which is relevant to understanding planetary motion and the balance between positive and negative energy.
Gravitation and Time: Frequency's Role
Time is intimately tied to the frequency of the universe, and this relationship is governed by the laws of gravitation. Imagine the cartwheel's bar having notches, each representing a different frequency. Each notch would experience time at a unique pace, described by the formula:
t = 1/f
Where t is time and f is frequency.
If we could halt the cartwheel's motion, time would appear to pause, as described by the relativistic time dilation formula:
t' = γ(t)
Where t' is the time experienced by an observer in motion, t is the time experienced by an observer at rest, and γ is the Lorentz factor.
The passage of time is directly governed by the oscillations in the wave, or simply its frequency. By altering the frequency, we can change the flow of time itself, as described by the gravitational redshift formula:
f' = f * √(1 - 2GM/rc2)
Where f' is the observed frequency, f is the emitted frequency, G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass of the gravitational source, r is the radial distance from the source, and c is the speed of light.
Gravity and Energy Dynamics
Gravity can be understood in various ways through these thoughts. One perspective is that gravity operates similarly to the orbital planets, but with a twist. Instead of orbiting in space, we orbit at a subterranean frequency. This frequency attracts similar energies, leading to bonding and the formation of matter. For instance, atoms bond to form rocks, and separate rocks may bind together due to similar vibrations. However, other frequencies simply pass through, unable to bind due to differences in energy vibrations and the negative fields surrounding our bodies and the ground.
Our bodies are attracted to the Earth's core, with a force described by the equation:
F = G * (m1 * m2) / r2
Where F is the force of attraction, G is the gravitational constant, m1 and m2 are the masses of our bodies and the Earth, and r is the distance between them.
The vibrations of our energy and the negative field surrounding us can be described by the wave equation:
2E = μ * ∂2E/∂t2
Where E is the energy field, μ is the permeability of the medium, and ∂2E/∂t2 is the second derivative of the energy with respect to time.
The incoming cosmic energy pushes us downward, with a force described by the equation:
F = (E * A) / c
Where F is the force of the incoming energy, E is the energy density of the cosmos, A is the cross-sectional area of our bodies, and c is the speed of light.
The outgoing energy from Earth moves faster than the incoming energy from the cosmos, as observed in the formation of clouds with flat bases and more sporadic tops. This can be described by the equation:
v_out = v_in * (1 + (E_out / E_in))
Where v_out is the velocity of the outgoing energy, v_in is the velocity of the incoming energy, E_out is the energy density of the outgoing energy, and E_in is the energy density of the incoming energy.
Galactic Cycles and Black Holes
The Milky Way galaxy has a supermassive black hole at its center, with a mass described by the equation:
M = (1.989 x 1030) * (G / c2)
Where M is the mass of the black hole, G is the gravitational constant, and c is the speed of light.
As the galaxy spirals towards the center, enough mass will be collected to trigger the black hole to become a large star, described by the equation:
M = (4.383 x 1030) * (G / c2)
Where M is the mass of the star, G is the gravitational constant, and c is the speed of light.
When this happens, the black hole will shed its outer shell to create the galaxy that spirals around it, and the process begins again. This cycle can be described by the equation:
t = (2 * π * G * M) / c3
Where t is the time period of the cycle, G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass of the black hole or star, and c is the speed of light.
The opposite of a black hole is a white hole, but why hasn't this phenomenon been observed? According to this article, it has been observed but misunderstood. With the theme of balancing the universe, would a large star be surrounded by much smaller black holes? Would these smaller black holes feed the larger star by way of quantum bridge or wormhole, and vice versa for smaller stars and larger black holes? This can be described by the equation:
E = (ℏ * ω) / 2
Where E is the energy transferred between the star and black holes, ℏ is the reduced Planck constant, and ω is the frequency of the quantum bridge or wormhole.
Energy Flow and Balance
Energy moves in and out of everything, maintaining a delicate balance. It enters as a positive force and exits as a negative force. Our sun emits energy at 99% strength and high frequency, which combines with an equally sized negative force at 1% strength, filling the space completely. This balance is crucial, as positive energy moves faster than negative energy due to entropy's diminishing effects over time and distance.
As positive energy travels, it loses a piece of itself, converting to negative energy. This process is directly related to gravitational forces and time dilation. When positive energy reaches 50%, it has a certain probability of converting to negative energy, which is then attracted back to a positive source with a corresponding probability of being converted back to positive energy.
This cycle of energy flow and balance is the foundation of the universe's harmony, and understanding it can reveal the intricate web of forces that shape our reality.
Information Transmission through Energy and Light
Energy transfer is not just a physical phenomenon but also an exchange of information. Positive energy (Pos) carries a complete signature of universal information, updated through interactions, and represents the pure form. Negative energy (Neg) represents a degraded form of this signature, still carrying the universal signature, but lacking the capacity to transfer information.
Initial Information and Illumination
Initial information travels at a speed potentially faster than light and is invisible to us. As this energy slows down, it interacts with atoms, exciting them to display colors they don't need. This illumination is a manifestation of the information being transmitted.
I = E × S (Initial information is transmitted through energy and carries the universal signature)
Cosmic Scale and Consciousness
The universal information, carried by positive energy, is infused with the celestial signature, shaping the cosmic context. This process potentially gives rise to consciousness in living beings, linking them to the universe and its harmonies.
C ∝ U (Consciousness potentially arises from the universal information carried by positive energy)
U = S × f × P (The universal information is infused with the celestial signature, shaping the cosmic context)
Information Transfer and Energy Forms
The universe relies on a delicate balance of energy forms to facilitate information transfer. Positive energy (Pos) serves as the primary carrier of information, transmitting universal signatures and cosmic context. Negative energy (Neg), on the other hand, carries a degraded or attenuated version of the universal signature, lacking the capacity for information transfer. However, Neg can be transformed back into Pos, restoring its information-carrying ability.
P = S × f (Positive energy carries the complete universal signature at a high frequency f)
N = S × (1 - f) (Negative energy carries a degraded or attenuated version of the universal signature at a lower frequency)
E = P + N (The universe relies on a delicate balance of positive and negative energy forms to facilitate information transfer)
Frequency and Speed of Information Transfer
The frequency and speed of information transfer play a crucial role in the harmony and balance of the universe. Positive energy (Pos) transmits information at a high frequency and speed, allowing for efficient and accurate transfer of universal signatures and cosmic context. Negative energy (Neg), on the other hand, transmits information at a lower frequency and speed, resulting in a degraded or attenuated signal.
v ∝ f (The speed of information transfer is directly proportional to the frequency of the energy form)
P: v = c × f (Positive energy transmits information at a high frequency and speed, potentially approaching the speed of light c)
N: v = c × (1 - f) (Negative energy transmits information at a lower frequency and speed)
Transformation and Balance
Negative energy can be transformed back into positive energy, restoring its information-carrying ability.
N + T → P (Negative energy can be transformed back into positive energy, restoring its information-carrying ability)
This transformation maintains the harmony and balance of the universe, ensuring that information is not lost but rather recycled and rebalanced.
