Hi. I want to buy a phone that offers high performance that I can use for a long time without upgrading it. The Poco x6 pro only gets 3 Android updates which is sh*t but S24 Fe like S24 and S24 Ultra gonna get 7 years of Android updates which is great for a long time of use. About the built quality we all know Xiaomi is garbage in that but Xiaomi phones offer good performance at a low price it has Dimensity 8300 ultra but the S24 Fe seems gonna have an Exynos 2400 which makes a 40% gap in performance with Dimensity 8300 Ultra which can affect the performance in Long term use [ Other things like battery and camera Are important too but the most important part for me is performance ] I need a phone that can last me at least 5 years without any performance problems in games I can spend a little more money on S24 Fe when it comes but my main question is which one is worth it? ( and sorry for my English I'm still learning )

I got a score of 1260 out of 1600, in May D-SAT (640 from the Reading and Writing Section and 620 from the Math Section). I'm taking it again in the 1st of July. Unlike pretty much everyone else, I'm not taking the SAT for applying to a Uni/College in the US. I'm gonna use it to apply to a school in Istanbul, Turkey.
I'm Turkish, I live in Turkey and in our country we have a national university exam. It's the kinda exam that consumes students' joy of life throughout 12th grade and in terms of level of difficulty, SAT is nothing compared to it. It's the product of a corrupt system anyway; on average, turkish students who take the test are able to answer only 7 questions of math out of 40. It's literally designed for failure; the questions are meant to be unperceived. And if you wanna study in Turkey (which I do) or if you, financially, don't have a chance to study abroad, you gotta study hard and take it. But I learned that those of us who have another citizenship, other than the Turkish one, have alternatives. I was born in the US therefore have a USA citizenship. I'm a dual citizen. The alternative way for me is renouncing my Turkish citizenship, becoming American only, taking the SAT and applying with the score I get from it, as if I'm a foreigner who wishes to study here. Anyone who has such chance would jump on it and that's what I'm doing. But since this is a procedure that's done so rarely, what I must achieve to guarantee acceptance isn't so clear. This kinda leaves me in an uncertainty. I was able to find the minimum scores some universities I'm considering, require for applying: A uni requires min. 1200 (min. 650 from Maths), another one requires min. 1100 (min. 550 from Maths), another requires min. 1300 (min. 680 from Maths). The reason why they also have requirements specifically for the Math section of the SAT is bcuz the major I want to study is Architecture, that's why. Anyway, a college I'm also considering requires 1000 (min. 600 from the Maths) for application. I have two other colleges in mind but I just can't find the base points they necessitate. I know that my worries probably seem unnecessary when you look at these numbers cuz my performance seems fine but there are some important points that must be taken into consideration, as well: The Turkish Ministry of Education has established a certain quota for studying Architecture as a foreign student. And as if that quota isn't limitating enough, schools themselves are given the freedom to reduce that quota as they wish, so they do! Consequently, the quotas of the Architecture programs of these schools I'm looking into, range from 3 to 40, in a country with a population of 85 million lol (One of these published quotas is 3 students, another is 4, another's 15, another's 30 and another one's 40). But that's not all; also, they're not obligated to fill that quota they determine, to the brim, so they don't! Additionally, there's the fact that these are only the D-SAT scores that are required for applying (u need a score higher than the established minimums so that they don't immediately throw ur application in the trash can). It's not like u can start packing once your SAT score exceeds those published min.s. The way I see it, there's no guarantee of anything unless you get a score as high as 1400, 1500 or a perfect 1600. But obvi I'm not sure if "the way I see it" is accurate. So I wanted to ask you redditors about your thoughts. What do you think??

I don’t know if you’re supposed to share the losses in this thread or not because all I see are a bunch of people who are crushing it. I find it motivating but I can’t help thinking that my time to shine will never come.
I have started this weight loss journey almost since I can remember. I was always big. Even in my baby pics I looked heavy. I looked alright when I was in high school and then in college but ever since I started working full time I just blew up like a balloon. I gained almost 72 pounds in 4 years.
I am now around 130 kgs/286 lbs ( I am 5’11). I need to lose 127 pounds to be ideal weight. That is almost an entire person!!!
I started this journey so many times but I keep failing. I can point fingers towards a lot of impediments and problems but deep inside I know it’s because I don’t really have a lot of self control/will power. I can’t follow through. I have paid for gym memberships I haven’t used for even a single day. I have subscribed to healthy food providing services and ate a whole lot of junk food along with it every single day. It feels like I am my own worst enemy.
A whole lot of shit comes with being fat/unhealthy. You do worse at your job because you don’t have energy to compete, you lose your friends because you don’t have the energy to go out and spend time, you lose the people you date because you are so insecure and even if you aren’t they can’t bear to watch you drown yourself like this. Food can be as dangerous as other addictions.
I have hypertension and sleep apnea and I am afraid if I do the right tests I will find out I have diabetes or even heart problems. I’m scared to face the truth.
I am on the verge of losing everything that makes life beautiful and I am desperate for help. Is there anything at all I can try that I haven’t tried before. I really really want to follow through right now. No matter what it takes or costs.
I don’t want to let down myself or the people around me anymore. I want to go back to being a happy person someday again.

Important Notice: Before you switch to the new beta version of the game, it's absolutely crucial that you back up your save files. Failing to do so could result in the potential loss of your progress. The new strings are not localized yet and stability hasn't yet been thoroughly tested. Some balancing changes are still experimental.

What's inside:
This update focuses primarily on balancing and bugfixes. Key changes include:

• Militia Squads: You can now hire 6 militia squads even if you already have a retinue and mercenaries employed. Future builds will connect this cap to the Lord's rank.
• Sheep Breeding: The sheepbreeding development branch has been capped, and sheep no longer spawn exponentially.
• Fields, Harvests, and Fertility: Significant improvements have been made to field overlays, crop prediction, and ox and worker behavior for enhanced accuracy and optimization.
• Barter and Trading: Numerous fixes implemented; on-foot traders can now carry 5 items per trip.
• King's Tax and Trade Route Costs: These have been toned down from the levels introduced in version 0.7.960.
• Loserville Bug: Fixed the "Loserville" mercenary bug.
• Marketplace Distribution: Improvements made to the distribution within the marketplace.
• Experimental Feature: Added a "Allow market stall setup" toggle to prevent workers/inhabitants of certain buildings from setting up market stalls.
• Construction Reserve: You can now set a construction reserve for buildings using planks for crafting, like the Joiner's shop.

Gameplay & Balance:

• Capped sheep breeding to 1 new lamb every 10 days max.
• [Experimental] Villagers are only allowed to fetch water from the well nearest their home, except in case of a fire.
• [Experimental] Yield will never increase past 100% growth to keep gameplay intuitive.
• [Experimental] Even at 0% fertility, a tiny yield is still possible.
• [Experimental] Max yield per plant increased from 2 to 4, although the Hunting Grounds policy still reduces it by half.
• [Experimental] Plant yield rate reduced by half to encourage early harvest in emergency modes.
• The militia squad limit is now 6, regardless of retinue or mercenaries employed; future connection to the Lord's rank planned.
• [Experimental] Doubled the fertility regeneration rate on fallow fields and from fertilization.
• [Experimental] Slowed all plant growth by around 30% for balanced gameplay between field and vegetable crops.

• Reworked the construction reserve system to include various goods like planks.

• Tuned how "current region" is calculated in the UI for more comfortable building on the edge between two player-owned regions.

Hello!
I have an XP 3.0 with a passenger package on it which is great for taking my kid to school, but I'm wondering if it's at all possible to fit something like the Orbiter over it so I can carry two younger kids on there. I know the orbiter is designed around the Xpedition bike, but is it able to be secured at all to the XP?
Alternatively - anyone know of any attachments (third party or whatever) that would allow me to get a pair of small twins on the back of the XP without having to change the bike out?

I'm rising sophomore, not yet leaving the house, but at the age where my parents stress saving up for college and later on high school trips. I don't have a job because of transportation issues, but I do babysit often. Most of the money I get is immediately spent cause I have no self control T-T. How do you save without spending it the next day?
As a side question, what are some ways to make life cheaper? My family is pretty well off but I know that I'll be on my own for college, what are some tricks to save on food, clothes, necessities, etc?

Hey all, I posted here before that I was excited to start reintroduction after finally starting to feel better 2 weeks into low FODMAP elimination phase—only to screw it up. I ate a Japanese ginger salad dressing at a sushi restaurant that may have contained garlic, onion, honey, and/or celery, and was violently nauseous/vomited the next morning, but not sure which ingredient was the culprit.
It took days to stop waking up nauseous but yesterday I woke up feeling like the healthiest person alive, so I did the first reintroduction test—fructose—with 1 teaspoon of honey in my breakfast oatmeal, to be doubled and then tripled on subsequent days. It sat fine. Breakfast was delicious. I had a normal active appetite all day.
I ate an unaltered low FODMAP meal from Modify Health for lunch, and a low-FODMAP Chipotle bowl (that I’ve eaten throughout elimination without issues) and a Mexican coke (no fructose) for dinner. A little after dinner, my stomach started LOUDLY making bizarre rumbling and churning noises, I started burping a lot, I blamed the carbonated beverage, took a gas pill, and went to bed.
This morning? The second I opened my eyes, nausea, urgent bowel movement, weird churning, smelly farts, no appetite. Thankfully I have zofran and I think it headed off the need to throw up.
What do I do now? Presumably, this means excess fructose is one of the culprits for my IBS. This would actually track because several of the times I've been sick recently were the morning after: 1. an extremely sweet cider alcohol 2. the same meals I'd eaten for days no problem, but more asparagus on the day before sick (very high in fructose) 3. that salad dressing that likely had honey in it
I guess stop reintroducing fructose, wait for my symptoms to subside (at least 3 days,) then test the next category?
Once I am done with all the tests, how can I avoid excess fructose in my regular diet?
Is this the end of me loving fruits like apples and watermelon? Is there any kind of enzyme I could take to still be able to eat fructose sometimes, like how I already know Lactaid helps my lactose intolerance within reason?
I’m relieved I may finally be finding some answers, but damn, sick after the first day of the first test?! I used to be able to eat fucking Taco Bell and feel nothing. 😭

If I wait around for someone who actually has knowledge about this topic, I'll prob get a reply by the time I'm graduating from uni so don't hesitate to answer my question after you read and get a general picture of my situation, whoever you are.
I got a score of 1260 out of 1600, in May D-SAT (640 from the Reading and Writing Section and 620 from the Math Section). I'm taking it again in the 1st of July. Unlike pretty much everyone else, I'm not taking the SAT for applying to a Uni/College in the US. I'm gonna use it to apply to a school in Istanbul, Turkey.
I'm Turkish, I live in Turkey and in our country we have a national university exam. It's the kinda exam that consumes students' joy of life throughout 12th grade and in terms of level of difficulty, SAT is nothing compared to it. It's the product of a corrupt system anyway; on average, turkish students who take the test are able to answer only 7 questions of math out of 40. It's literally designed for failure; the questions are meant to be unperceived. And if you wanna study in Turkey (which I do) or if you, financially, don't have a chance to study abroad, you gotta study hard and take it. But I learned that those of us who have another citizenship, other than the Turkish one, have alternatives. I was born in the US therefore have a USA citizenship. I'm a dual citizen. The alternative way for me is renouncing my Turkish citizenship, becoming American only, taking the SAT and applying with the score I get from it, as if I'm a foreigner who wishes to study here. Anyone who has such chance would jump on it and that's what I'm doing. But since this is a procedure that's done so rarely, what I must achieve to guarantee acceptance isn't so clear. This kinda leaves me in an uncertainty. I was able to find the minimum scores some universities I'm considering, require for applying: A uni requires min. 1200 (min. 650 from Maths), another one requires min. 1100 (min. 550 from Maths), another requires min. 1300 (min. 680 from Maths). The reason why they also have requirements specifically for the Math section of the SAT is bcuz the major I want to study is Architecture, that's why. Anyway, a college I'm also considering requires 1000 (min. 600 from the Maths) for application. I have two other colleges in mind but I just can't find the base points they necessitate. I know that my worries probably seem unnecessary when you look at these numbers cuz my performance seems fine but there are some important points that must be taken into consideration, as well: The Turkish Ministry of Education has established a certain quota for studying Architecture as a foreign student. And as if that quota isn't limitating enough, schools themselves are given the freedom to reduce that quota as they wish, so they do! Consequently, the quotas of the Architecture programs of these schools I'm looking into, range from 3 to 40, in a country with a population of 85 million lol (One of these published quotas is 3 students, another is 4, another's 15, another's 30 and another one's 40). But that's not all; also, they're not obligated to fill that quota they determine, to the brim, so they don't! Additionally, there's the fact that these are only the D-SAT scores that are required for applying (u need a score higher than the established minimums so that they don't immediately throw ur application in the trash can). It's not like u can start packing once your SAT score exceeds those published min.s. The way I see it, there's no guarantee of anything unless you get a score as high as 1400, 1500 or a perfect 1600. But obvi I'm not sure if "the way I see it" is accurate. So I wanted to ask you redditors about your thoughts. What do you think??
