Hello pilot people!!! I had a question my usb port that supplies the CarPlay connectivity seems to be loose or not making a good connection. Any little tap of the usb wire and the phone disconnects and I have to push it back in. Is this a known issue? I tried different cables and wires and it still occurs and the port feels loose. I’m have been trying to find a part number but have been unsuccessful to find the part on the Honda websites for parts. Anyone know the part number or easy way to find it?

You and I didn't sleep in the old boat cabin, which was expectedly small. Instead, we slept in an L in a 12'x12' shed with a light bulb, which hung on an extension cord from a truss. We talked until 3am or 4am, about everything, work, girls, childhood, and the things that we'd done that had finally dragged us into sobriety.
The next morning, I'd said I wanted to see if I could swim across Lewis Cove and back. As soon as I said it, you were in. You were so lean from running all the time, and before we even got past the boats and the lobster traps, you were struggling from the cold. I'd suggested going back or even climbing out on one of the docks holding traps, but you refused. In the middle, you were worried about making it across at all. I figured I could carry you, but without a float, I didn't think I could carry you very far. When we finally got to where we could stand, you got out and tried to warm up. I've been using Amazon for so long I can't even remember. I've always loved Amazon for it's reviews and Q&A section in a product and customers can post pictures and videos. I live in a rural area and Amazon was 2 day shipping before COVID but gotten longer since after to the point I have to wait almost a week. I've used to use eBay before Amazon and what sold me using Amazon is the reviews, Q&As, and quicker shipping. Now I'm debating on switching off of Prime because their customer support don't know anything.
(You can skip this part if you don't care about my issue I'm having) This year I've found out about Amazon Household. Since me and my dad uses Amazon for a lot of things (especially for car parts) to save a little money we just go half on buying a year worth of Prime. My dad and I had our own Prime account and when I added him to my Household I thought it'll cancelled his Prime and then put him on mine, nope still charge him monthly so we cancelled his Prime. Then we notice Amazon was still bugging him to join Prime even being on my Household. So I removed him and saw there was a 180 day wait, I contact Amazon, and they renew my wait. I re-added him and still having issue with sharing Prime. So I contacted Amazon; they wanted me to remove him again and readd him. So I did and still didn't work and told them. The person told me to remove him, wait 24hr, and then contact support to add him back (most likely didn't know how to solve the issue, instead of saying idk just wait tll 24hr so I don't have to support you). So I'm on chat as I'm typing this post finally gotten hold of a "specialist" (updates soon). Been on chat since 1130pm to 1:12am. Update: Finally got told since I'm on discount Prime student I can't share Prime even though I'm able to make a Household as long I'm Prime but now allow to share it... Tbh I think it's dumb for even letting me create a Household with no warning except if you dig deep in their policy website in the support it tells you. But on the household page doesn't mention anything about it or gives a warning "hey we detected that you're a Prime student and aren't allow to share Prime benefits, do you want to continue?"
Thinking about switching to Walmart or even Walmart+. My closes Walmart is about 15mins away. I did some looking on Walmart site and saw I can get my some items next day shipping and the shipping cost isn't too bad consider I would get it next day or spend more to get free shipping. But with Walmart+ I can get free shipping with any purchase (to my understanding) and Paramount+ free (never had it before but seen some shows I might be interested in). Also I like the idea I can return my product to a Walmart store where I don't have to drive 40min (granted I work in that area anyways) to return an item and hopes it gets to Amazon.

So, probably stupid questions, but I cannot find any advise online. I am looking at trying to get into the public sector. I am service manager in a car dealership, and handle the day to day stuff with the admin amd workshop. I salaried there straight out of school,and have worked up internally I don't have any formal qualifications apart from being a qualified mechanic. There is a hill in my small town that gets a fair amount of traffic when people are going to and from work; Passenger cars up to semi-trucks. It is a residential area on the main street in the town. Whenever I see people backing out of their driveways onto the road or kids crossing the street it seems like just a disaster waiting to happen as the cars coming over the hill can't see what's happening and have to slam on their breaks or frequently swerve part way into the on coming traffic lane to avoid the kids or cars. It's in Maine as well so you can imagine what it's like with icy roads as well.
Are there any traffic safety devices to maybe go on top the hill and gives incoming traffic a heads up on road conditions on the other side or maybe let people backing out know they have to wait?
I have an AV installation background and my mind started thinking of possible solutions like a large outdoor commercial display hooked up to a camera pointed down the hill. Or maybe a modified radar speed sign set to like 10mph with a large flashing red light on the other side of the sign up on top the hill so people will know not to back out.

The map i want to be the most accurate virtual recreation of New Orleans ever done just circa 2002-2005, i want as many enterable interiors in the game as possible, i want to include everything from Jazzland Theme Park, the Bayou areas, Lake Pontchatrain, East New Orleans, The SuperDome, the then New Orleans Arena next door, Shopping Malls, Car Dealerships for each brand in the game, Upper class Neighborhoods, Trailer Parks, Nightclubs, bars and of course the French quarter and Canal Street

There are rumors that a hotel security guard was fired for letting me wait inside the hotel instead of leaving me out to freeze. I believe this is true, and I feel bad. I'm sorry to him and his family. Good people doing good things out of the kindness of their hearts should not be condemned, and The Mark Hotel should reassess who they put at the top of the chain. At 9:15PM, Bellman Giannakoudis removed his personal vehicle from the parking spot in front of the hotel and the protestors moved in front of his car, refusing to move. There was a short standoff with horn honking and one protester accusing Giannakoudis of hitting him, which was not witnessed by anyone. The Defendant’s Cadillac SUV then pulled in right behind Giannakoudis’ car. Giannakoudis said that the SUV hit his car and called the police back. Giannakoudis was asked to not interact with the protestors, and Front Office Manager Dawa took his post. At approximately 10:00PM the police came back and spoke to the group and Giannakoudis.

I am looking at buying a used Tesla MY but I’m wondering if they would reduce the price ever compared to what is shown on their website?
The reason is that if the price gets below $25k I would become eligible for the used car tax credit, but the ones I’m looking at are right around the $30k mark.

Super confused on if this is a scam or not. I’m shipping a car and found that could do it at a better price than most others online. They are rated well on BBB (https://www.bbb.org/us/nv/las-vegas/profile/freight-brokeamerican-auto-shipping-inc-1086-90065250) and I verified their information on the USDOT website.
What sketches me out is when I called them, the agent said there are a lot of scammers out there and I shouldn’t go with anyone else because of it. Isn’t that a common thing for scammers to say?
I decided to look past that part and pay, as the guy seemed pretty genuine and wasn’t pressuring me to pay today. When I went to their payment portal, it never explicitly declined my card but just kept refreshing the page when I tried finishing the transaction. About 10 minutes later I get a voicemail from them trying to confirm my card information over the phone as it declined online. That was the biggest red flag for me.
I’m really torn as to if this is a scam or not because it does seem to be an established, real, business that might just be a little discombobulated. Does anyone have any idea if this is a scam?

Hi. I am an 18 yr old Type 1 Diabetic, and my licence is about to expire.
The status of my medical assessment is unknown and I have been trying to get ahold of my diabetic clinic for the past 2 months since I submitted it. I have gotten ahold of them once, where they told me they would call me within a week once it was done, but it has been 2 weeks since then.
Is there anyone else I can contact to check whether it’s been done or not? My licence expires at the end of this week and I am couch surfing/living out of my car so it is important that I can drive.

My new car is very expensive to repair because its design is so complex that its parts are difficult to access and replace. Its hundreds of electronic parts are also flimsy and they decide to shit the bed once a year. My old car was simple but functional and ridiculously easy to repair even without a mechanic, but now I need to send my car to someone who basically specialises in fixing my death machine on wheels.

TLDR: Some background. I live in a city that has an artist's co-op. During the pandemic, we relocated to a wonderful location. We were asked by the President when we picked up our door fobs if we agreed to have our personal info/image on the website. I said no because I was stalked, and have PTSD because of it (for real). I am on disability for this and depression. I have not worked for quite a while.
Forward two years later. Another member of this co-op asked if I would sell her small work at the outdoor market I had arranged. Let's call her Joy. I said yes. Then to help me with the tent, I asked her to come with me. I said it would have to be only be her small work, because I had over 138 pieces. Six weeks later, the night before (to make this part very short), I asked her how many pieces besides the small works she was planning on bringing bc I saw her picture of a fully loaded car. (!) She replied Well just come out and tell me you don't want me to go! I thought very carefully about my response because she has a sharp temper often in the studio. My response was to tell her that she should do what she feels is best. You can just imagine the text fall out from that. She went off on me via text. Therefore, she did not go.
Weeks later, I am at the co-op on my scheduled night. She shows up (she knew I was there bc she saw my car). The second the last person left, she started to scream at me. She ran over from the other side of the room and stood above me. She was red and shaking her fists. I could feel her spittle on my cheek.
When she turned around I texted a fellow member to say I was in trouble. I ran to the bathroom and locked the door. I was in there for at least half an hour. The member talked me through it, said that she would have her bf call 911 if she was still there. I was sobbing and shaking. But she had indeed left.
Two days later, I went to the police. They told me that I had to go through the board at my co-op first.
At this point, at no time was there any bylaws posted or shared with any member. I got a copy from a board member though she apologized that it wasn't posted.
I did report it to the President. Her solution was to have a separate meeting with Joy and me at the guild. And I was told that I would have to sign something. The day before the meeting I hired a lawyer to accompany me because I no longer felt safe in that space.
The president commented that she had evidence that I was entering the space. I said that yes I was, but it was late at night (like 1 am) , and I would lock the door put a sign up with my cell number to call to be let in. I was told by my psychologist to do that (I have a letter stating that) bc of my ptsd. All the times that I did go in, not a single guild member ever showed up.
Within half an hour of sending that email, I was told I was kicked out immediately. It was cc'ed to all 90 members. They took two months to refund my fees and then didn't refund the correct amount.
One of the bylaws of this provincially funded co-op is that you cannot be a member in good standing unless you pay for the full six months. I have it on record that Joy bragged about only paying her fees monthly because the president was her bestie. I have text from another member who also only pays in monthly instalments.
It's coming up to almost a year. I am considering going to the human rights commission but I am not sure if this would be considered a violation. I did not go back to the police because I could barely take care of myself. I felt like I was retraumatized all over again. The president knew I had ptsd. Maybe she thought I was joking?
I hired a lawyer and she stated that what was done was against the Society's Act, but it would cost 10 000 dollars, so why not wait until the board changed? Now the president is the treasurer. Go figure.
Is there any point taking this back to the police? Is there any point in going to the Human Rights Commission?
