In The Name Of The Most Merciful Allah
"Ye are the best nation that hath been raised up unto mankind: ye command that which is just, and ye forbid that which is unjust, and ye believe in Allah. And if they who have received the scriptures had believed, it had surely been the better for them: there are believers among them, but the greater part of them are transgressors. They shall not hurt you, unless with a slight hurt; and if they fight against you, they shall turn their backs to you, and they shall not be helped. They are smitten with vileness wheresoever they are found; unless they obtain security by entering into a treaty with Allah, and a treaty with men; and they draw on themselves indignation from Allah, and they are afflicted with poverty. This they suffer, because they disbelieved the signs of Allah, and slew the prophets unjustly; this, because they were rebellious, and transgressed." (Al-Imran - verses 109-111).

In The Name Of The Most Merciful Allah
Introduction Praise be unto Allah, to whom we resort for help, and whose forgiveness, guidance and support we seek; Allah bless the Prophet and grant him salvation, his companions and supporters, and to those who carried out his message and adopted his laws - everlasting prayers and salvation as long as the earth and heaven will last. Hereafter:
O People: Out of the midst of troubles and the sea of suffering, out of the palpitations of faithful hearts and cleansed arms; out of the sense of duty, and in response to Allah's command, the call has gone out rallying people together and making them follow the ways of Allah, leading them to have determined will in order to fulfill their role in life, to overcome all obstacles, and surmount the difficulties on the way. Constant preparation has continued and so has the readiness to sacrifice life and all that is precious for the sake of Allah.
Thus it was that the nucleus (of the movement) was formed and started to pave its way through the tempestuous sea of hopes and expectations, of wishes and yearnings, of troubles and obstacles, of pain and challenges, both inside and outside.
When the idea was ripe, the seed grew and the plant struck root in the soil of reality, away from passing emotions, and hateful haste. The Islamic Resistance Movement emerged to carry out its role through striving for the sake of its Creator, its arms intertwined with those of all the fighters for the liberation of Palestine. The spirits of its fighters meet with the spirits of all the fighters who have sacrificed their lives on the soil of Palestine, ever since it was conquered by the companions of the Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, and until this day.
This Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS), clarifies its picture, reveals its identity, outlines its stand, explains its aims, speaks about its hopes, and calls for its support, adoption and joining its ranks. Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious. It needs all sincere efforts. It is a step that inevitably should be followed by other steps. The Movement is but one squadron that should be supported by more and more squadrons from this vast Arab and Islamic world, until the enemy is vanquished and Allah's victory is realised.
Thus we see them coming on the horizon "and you shall learn about it hereafter" "Allah hath written, Verily I will prevail, and my apostles: for Allah is strong and mighty." (The Dispute - verse 21).
"Say to them, This is my way: I invite you to Allah, by an evident demonstration; both I and he who followeth me; and, praise be unto Allah! I am not an idolator." (Joseph - verse 107).

Definition of the Movement
Ideological Starting-Points

Article One:

The Islamic Resistance Movement: The Movement's programme is Islam. From it, it draws its ideas, ways of thinking and understanding of the universe, life and man. It resorts to it for judgement in all its conduct, and it is inspired by it for guidance of its steps.
The Islamic Resistance Movement's Relation With the Moslem Brotherhood Group:

Article Two:

The Islamic Resistance Movement is one of the wings of Moslem Brotherhood in Palestine. Moslem Brotherhood Movement is a universal organization which constitutes the largest Islamic movement in modern times. It is characterised by its deep understanding, accurate comprehension and its complete embrace of all Islamic concepts of all aspects of life, culture, creed, politics, economics, education, society, justice and judgement, the spreading of Islam, education, art, information, science of the occult and conversion to Islam.
Structure and Formation

Article Three:

The basic structure of the Islamic Resistance Movement consists of Moslems who have given their allegiance to Allah whom they truly worship, - "I have created the jinn and humans only for the purpose of worshipping" - who know their duty towards themselves, their families and country. In all that, they fear Allah and raise the banner of Jihad in the face of the oppressors, so that they would rid the land and the people of their uncleanliness, vileness and evils.

"But we will oppose truth to vanity, and it shall confound the same; and behold, it shall vanish away." (Prophets - verse 18).

Article Four:

The Islamic Resistance Movement welcomes every Moslem who embraces its faith, ideology, follows its programme, keeps its secrets, and wants to belong to its ranks and carry out the duty. Allah will certainly reward such one.
Time and Place Extent of the Islamic Resistance Movement:

Article Five:

Time extent of the Islamic Resistance Movement: By adopting Islam as its way of life, the Movement goes back to the time of the birth of the Islamic message, of the righteous ancestor, for Allah is its target, the Prophet is its example and the Koran is its constitution. Its extent in place is anywhere that there are Moslems who embrace Islam as their way of life everywhere in the globe. This being so, it extends to the depth of the earth and reaches out to the heaven.

"Dost thou not see how Allah putteth forth a parable; representing a good word, as a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed in the earth, and whose branches reach unto heaven; which bringeth forth its fruit in all seasons, by the will of its Lord? Allah propoundeth parables unto men, that they may be instructed." (Abraham - verses 24-25).

Characteristics and Independence:

Article Six:

The Islamic Resistance Movement is a distinguished Palestinian movement, whose allegiance is to Allah, and whose way of life is Islam. It strives to raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine, for under the wing of Islam followers of all religions can coexist in security and safety where their lives, possessions and rights are concerned. In the absence of Islam, strife will be rife, oppression spreads, evil prevails and schisms and wars will break out.
How excellent was the Moslem poet, Mohamed Ikbal, when he wrote:

"If faith is lost, there is no security and there is no life for him who does not adhere to religion. He who accepts life without religion, has taken annihilation as his companion for life."

The Universality of the Islamic Resistance Movement:

Article Seven:

As a result of the fact that those Moslems who adhere to the ways of the Islamic Resistance Movement spread all over the world, rally support for it and its stands, strive towards enhancing its struggle, the Movement is a universal one. It is well-equipped for that because of the clarity of its ideology, the nobility of its aim and the loftiness of its objectives.
On this basis, the Movement should be viewed and evaluated, and its role be recognised. He who denies its right, evades supporting it and turns a blind eye to facts, whether intentionally or unintentionally, would awaken to see that events have overtaken him and with no logic to justify his attitude. One should certainly learn from past examples.
The injustice of next-of-kin is harder to bear than the smite of the Indian sword.

"We have also sent down unto thee the book of the Koran with truth, confirming that scripture which was revealed before it; and preserving the same safe from corruption. Judge therefore between them according to that which Allah hath revealed; and follow not their desires, by swerving from the truth which hath come unto thee. Unto every of you have we given a law, and an open path; and if Allah had pleased, he had surely made you one people; but he hath thought it fit to give you different laws, that he might try you in that which he hath given you respectively. Therefore strive to excel each other in good works; unto Allah shall ye all return, and then will he declare unto you that concerning which ye have disagreed." (The Table, verse 48).

The Islamic Resistance Movement is one of the links in the chain of the struggle against the Zionist invaders. It goes back to 1939, to the emergence of the martyr Izz al-Din al Kissam and his brethren the fighters, members of Moslem Brotherhood. It goes on to reach out and become one with another chain that includes the struggle of the Palestinians and Moslem Brotherhood in the 1948 war and the Jihad operations of the Moslem Brotherhood in 1968 and after.
Moreover, if the links have been distant from each other and if obstacles, placed by those who are the lackeys of Zionism in the way of the fighters obstructed the continuation of the struggle, the Islamic Resistance Movement aspires to the realisation of Allah's promise, no matter how long that should take. The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has said:

"The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." (related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).

The Slogan of the Islamic Resistance Movement:

Article Eight:

Allah is its target, the Prophet is its model, the Koran its constitution: Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes.
Objectives
Incentives and Objectives:

Article Nine:

The Islamic Resistance Movement found itself at a time when Islam has disappeared from life. Thus rules shook, concepts were upset, values changed and evil people took control, oppression and darkness prevailed, cowards became like tigers: homelands were usurped, people were scattered and were caused to wander all over the world, the state of justice disappeared and the state of falsehood replaced it. Nothing remained in its right place. Thus, when Islam is absent from the arena, everything changes. From this state of affairs the incentives are drawn.
As for the objectives: They are the fighting against the false, defeating it and vanquishing it so that justice could prevail, homelands be retrieved and from its mosques would the voice of the mu'azen emerge declaring the establishment of the state of Islam, so that people and things would return each to their right places and Allah is our helper.

"...and if Allah had not prevented men, the one by the other, verily the earth had been corrupted: but Allah is beneficient towards his creatures." (The Cow - verse 251).

Article Ten:

As the Islamic Resistance Movement paves its way, it will back the oppressed and support the wronged with all its might. It will spare no effort to bring about justice and defeat injustice, in word and deed, in this place and everywhere it can reach and have influence therein.
Strategies and Methods
Strategies of the Islamic Resistance Movement: Palestine Is Islamic aqf:

Article Eleven:

The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Moslem generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up. Neither a single Arab country nor all Arab countries, neither any king or president, nor all the kings and presidents, neither any organization nor all of them, be they Palestinian or Arab, possess the right to do that. Palestine is an Islamic Waqf land consecrated for Moslem generations until Judgement Day. This being so, who could claim to have the right to represent Moslem generations till Judgement Day?
This is the law governing the land of Palestine in the Islamic Sharia (law) and the same goes for any land the Moslems have conquered by force, because during the times of (Islamic) conquests, the Moslems consecrated these lands to Moslem generations till the Day of Judgement.
It happened like this: When the leaders of the Islamic armies conquered Syria and Iraq, they sent to the Caliph of the Moslems, Umar bin-el-Khatab, asking for his advice concerning the conquered land - whether they should divide it among the soldiers, or leave it for its owners, or what? After consultations and discussions between the Caliph of the Moslems, Omar bin-el-Khatab and companions of the Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, it was decided that the land should be left with its owners who could benefit by its fruit. As for the real ownership of the land and the land itself, it should be consecrated for Moslem generations till Judgement Day. Those who are on the land, are there only to benefit from its fruit. This Waqf remains as long as earth and heaven remain. Any procedure in contradiction to Islamic Sharia, where Palestine is concerned, is null and void.

"Verily, this is a certain truth. Wherefore praise the name of thy Lord, the great Allah." (The Inevitable - verse 95).

Homeland and Nationalism from the Point of View of the Islamic Resistance Movement in Palestine:

Article Twelve:

Nationalism, from the point of view of the Islamic Resistance Movement, is part of the religious creed. Nothing in nationalism is more significant or deeper than in the case when an enemy should tread Moslem land. Resisting and quelling the enemy become the individual duty of every Moslem, male or female. A woman can go out to fight the enemy without her husband's permission, and so does the slave: without his master's permission.
Nothing of the sort is to be found in any other regime. This is an undisputed fact. If other nationalist movements are connected with materialistic, human or regional causes, nationalism of the Islamic Resistance Movement has all these elements as well as the more important elements that give it soul and life. It is connected to the source of spirit and the granter of life, hoisting in the sky of the homeland the heavenly banner that joins earth and heaven with a strong bond.
If Moses comes and throws his staff, both witch and magic are annulled.

"Now is the right direction manifestly distinguished from deceit: whoever therefore shall deny Tagut, and believe in Allah, he shall surely take hold with a strong handle, which shall not be broken; Allah is he who heareth and seeth." (The Cow - Verse 256).

Peaceful Solutions, Initiatives and International Conferences:

Article Thirteen:

Initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences, are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement. Abusing any part of Palestine is abuse directed against part of religion. Nationalism of the Islamic Resistance Movement is part of its religion. Its members have been fed on that. For the sake of hoisting the banner of Allah over their homeland they fight. "Allah will be prominent, but most people do not know."
Now and then the call goes out for the convening of an international conference to look for ways of solving the (Palestinian) question. Some accept, others reject the idea, for this or other reason, with one stipulation or more for consent to convening the conference and participating in it. Knowing the parties constituting the conference, their past and present attitudes towards Moslem problems, the Islamic Resistance Movement does not consider these conferences capable of realising the demands, restoring the rights or doing justice to the oppressed. These conferences are only ways of setting the infidels in the land of the Moslems as arbitraters. When did the infidels do justice to the believers?

"But the Jews will not be pleased with thee, neither the Christians, until thou follow their religion; say, The direction of Allah is the true direction. And verily if thou follow their desires, after the knowledge which hath been given thee, thou shalt find no patron or protector against Allah." (The Cow - verse 120).

There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors. The Palestinian people know better than to consent to having their future, rights and fate toyed with. As in said in the honourable Hadith:

"The people of Syria are Allah's lash in His land. He wreaks His vengeance through them against whomsoever He wishes among His slaves It is unthinkable that those who are double-faced among them should prosper over the faithful. They will certainly die out of grief and desperation."

The Three Circles:

Article Fourteen:

The question of the liberation of Palestine is bound to three circles: the Palestinian circle, the Arab circle and the Islamic circle. Each of these circles has its role in the struggle against Zionism. Each has its duties, and it is a horrible mistake and a sign of deep ignorance to overlook any of these circles. Palestine is an Islamic land which has the first of the two kiblahs (direction to which Moslems turn in praying), the third of the holy (Islamic) sanctuaries, and the point of departure for Mohamed's midnight journey to the seven heavens (i.e. Jerusalem).

"Praise be unto him who transported his servant by night, from the sacred temple of Mecca to the farther temple of Jerusalem, the circuit of which we have blessed, that we might show him some of our signs; for Allah is he who heareth, and seeth." (The Night-Journey - verse 1).

Since this is the case, liberation of Palestine is then an individual duty for very Moslem wherever he may be. On this basis, the problem should be viewed. This should be realised by every Moslem.
The day the problem is dealt with on this basis, when the three circles mobilize their capabilities, the present state of affairs will change and the day of liberation will come nearer.

"Verily ye are stronger than they, by reason of the terror cast into their breasts from Allah. This, because they are not people of prudence." (The Emigration - verse 13).

The Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine is an Individual Duty:

Article Fifteen:

The day that enemies usurp part of Moslem land, Jihad becomes the individual duty of every Moslem. In face of the Jews' usurpation of Palestine, it is compulsory that the banner of Jihad be raised. To do this requires the diffusion of Islamic consciousness among the masses, both on the regional, Arab and Islamic levels. It is necessary to instill the spirit of Jihad in the heart of the nation so that they would confront the enemies and join the ranks of the fighters.
It is necessary that scientists, educators and teachers, information and media people, as well as the educated masses, especially the youth and sheikhs of the Islamic movements, should take part in the operation of awakening (the masses). It is important that basic changes be made in the school curriculum, to cleanse it of the traces of ideological invasion that affected it as a result of the orientalists and missionaries who infiltrated the region following the defeat of the Crusaders at the hands of Salah el-Din (Saladin). The Crusaders realised that it was impossible to defeat the Moslems without first having ideological invasion pave the way by upsetting their thoughts, disfiguring their heritage and violating their ideals. Only then could they invade with soldiers. This, in its turn, paved the way for the imperialistic invasion that made Allenby declare on entering Jerusalem: "Only now have the Crusades ended." General Guru stood at Salah el-Din's grave and said: "We have returned, O Salah el-Din." Imperialism has helped towards the strengthening of ideological invasion, deepening, and still does, its roots. All this has paved the way towards the loss of Palestine.
It is necessary to instill in the minds of the Moslem generations that the Palestinian problem is a religious problem, and should be dealt with on this basis. Palestine contains Islamic holy sites. In it there is al- Aqsa Mosque which is bound to the great Mosque in Mecca in an inseparable bond as long as heaven and earth speak of Isra` (Mohammed's midnight journey to the seven heavens) and Mi'raj (Mohammed's ascension to the seven heavens from Jerusalem).

"The bond of one day for the sake of Allah is better than the world and whatever there is on it. The place of one's whip in Paradise is far better than the world and whatever there is on it. A worshipper's going and coming in the service of Allah is better than the world and whatever there is on it." (As related by al-Bukhari, Moslem, al-Tarmdhi and Ibn Maja).
"I swear by the holder of Mohammed's soul that I would like to invade and be killed for the sake of Allah, then invade and be killed, and then invade again and be killed." (As related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).

The Education of the Generations:

Article Sixteen:

It is necessary to follow Islamic orientation in educating the Islamic generations in our region by teaching the religious duties, comprehensive study of the Koran, the study of the Prophet's Sunna (his sayings and doings), and learning about Islamic history and heritage from their authentic sources. This should be done by specialised and learned people, using a curriculum that would healthily form the thoughts and faith of the Moslem student. Side by side with this, a comprehensive study of the enemy, his human and financial capabilities, learning about his points of weakness and strength, and getting to know the forces supporting and helping him, should also be included. Also, it is important to be acquainted with the current events, to follow what is new and to study the analysis and commentaries made of these events. Planning for the present and future, studying every trend appearing, is a must so that the fighting Moslem would live knowing his aim, objective and his way in the midst of what is going on around him.

"O my son, verily every matter, whether good or bad, though it be the weight of a grain of mustard-seed, and be hidden in a rock, or in the heavens, or in the earth, Allah will bring the same to light; for Allah is clear-sighted and knowing. O my son, be constant at prayer, and command that which is just, and forbid that which is evil: and be patient under the afflictions which shall befall thee; for this is a duty absolutely incumbent on all men. Distort not thy face out of contempt to men, neither walk in the earth with insolence; for Allah loveth no arrogant, vain-glorious person." (Lokman - verses 16-18).

The Role of the Moslem Woman:

Article Seventeen:

The Moslem woman has a role no less important than that of the moslem man in the battle of liberation. She is the maker of men. Her role in guiding and educating the new generations is great. The enemies have realised the importance of her role. They consider that if they are able to direct and bring her up they way they wish, far from Islam, they would have won the battle. That is why you find them giving these attempts constant attention through information campaigns, films, and the school curriculum, using for that purpose their lackeys who are infiltrated through Zionist organizations under various names and shapes, such as Freemasons, Rotary Clubs, espionage groups and others, which are all nothing more than cells of subversion and saboteurs. These organizations have ample resources that enable them to play their role in societies for the purpose of achieving the Zionist targets and to deepen the concepts that would serve the enemy. These organizations operate in the absence of Islam and its estrangement among its people. The Islamic peoples should perform their role in confronting the conspiracies of these saboteurs. The day Islam is in control of guiding the affairs of life, these organizations, hostile to humanity and Islam, will be obliterated.

Article Eighteen:

Woman in the home of the fighting family, whether she is a mother or a sister, plays the most important role in looking after the family, rearing the children and embuing them with moral values and thoughts derived from Islam. She has to teach them to perform the religious duties in preparation for the role of fighting awaiting them. That is why it is necessary to pay great attention to schools and the curriculum followed in educating Moslem girls, so that they would grow up to be good mothers, aware of their role in the battle of liberation.
She has to be of sufficient knowledge and understanding where the performance of housekeeping matters are concerned, because economy and avoidance of waste of the family budget, is one of the requirements for the ability to continue moving forward in the difficult conditions surrounding us. She should put before her eyes the fact that the money available to her is just like blood which should never flow except through the veins so that both children and grown-ups could continue to live.

"Verily, the Moslems of either sex, and the true believers of either sex, and the devout men, and the devout women, and the men of veracity, and the women of veracity, and the patient men, and the patient women, and the humble men, and the humble women, and the alms-givers of either sex who remember Allah frequently; for them hath Allah prepared forgiveness and a great reward." (The Confederates - verse 25).

The Role of Islamic Art in the Battle of Liberation:

Article Nineteen:

Art has regulations and measures by which it can be determined whether it is Islamic or pre-Islamic (Jahili) art. The issues of Islamic liberation are in need of Islamic art that would take the spirit high, without raising one side of human nature above the other, but rather raise all of them harmoniously an in equilibrium.
Man is a unique and wonderful creature, made out of a handful of clay and a breath from Allah. Islamic art addresses man on this basis, while pre-Islamic art addresses the body giving preference to the clay component in it.
The book, the article, the bulletin, the sermon, the thesis, the popular poem, the poetic ode, the song, the play and others, contain the characteristics of Islamic art, then these are among the requirements of ideological mobilization, renewed food for the journey and recreation for the soul. The road is long and suffering is plenty. The soul will be bored, but Islamic art renews the energies, resurrects the movement, arousing in them lofty meanings and proper conduct. "Nothing can improve the self if it is in retreat except shifting from one mood to another."

Hi I am looking for advice on what to do here. My wife and I (both 28 years old) combined bring in $5900 per month after taxes. We bought our first house for $200,000 in 2022. I was doing some thinking, and thought about how our federal government is shitty because every single person there has nothing to do with each other. These people do not have the best interests of every single state at heart. In the EU, there is the European Union, which sets requirements to join it. Membership in the European Union requires that the country or "state" wanting membership maintains a democratic government as well as basic human rights.
In the US, these rights are setup in the Constitution of the US. I believe that in order to receive assistance from the federal government in the US, you should be required to stay true to the constitution. There are states in the US that have almost abandoned the current constitution for certain groups, and I believe that they should still be allowed into the US, but they should no longer be able to have the federal government's assistance. They are using it as a crutch for them to ignore human right violations and they degrade their societies in doing so. I do believe though that there should be a regional branch of government between state and federal to reduce the impact of issues like this to the citizens of those states.

Since each state has its own strengths and weaknesses, regional governments will be able to assist each other in their weaknesses and speak through the federal government for assistance from the whole of the USA. The new food service company we are using allows your order to be submitted using an excel import file. Attached is an image of the food order guide that we fill in weekly following inventory and we create our [twice weekly] orders from.
What I need to know is what the formula would look like to take the order data from the order guide (image linked below) and drop it into the excel file that will then become the import file to the food service company. I can figure out how to do it for a single week, but the idea is that the following week I need the previous week data to be ignored (new week, new orders).

To explain using the image linked above, take the first item, breaded pickles. The top green box is the number that are to be ordered from week to week. In week 14 (F5) it's 1 case, week 15 (J5) it's 1 case, week 16 (N5) it's also 1 case. Then in week 17, you see that the quantity changes to 2 cases (R5). On another excel sheet, I'd have the item "breaded pickles" listed with an order quantity column that should read 1 for those 3 weeks. Then on the 4th week when "2" is entered into cell R5, on that separate sheet the "1" would need to change to "2" for the order quantity that week. This would go for all items for the entire week... so for week 17 in the image the order would be 2 breaded pickles (R5), 1 cauliflower (R8), 2 cheese curds (R11) and so on. The idea is that the separate sheet will update the following week (week 18) as the data fields are filled in (V5, V8, V11) etc. basically overwriting the previous week order.
I'm sure I'm not explaining this the best possible way, but hopefully it's enough to get the idea across at least reasonably well. Please ask questions if I'm being unclear, and thank you in advance to anyone that can help me get this going!

I've been wanting to get myself an iPad pro, hugely because of Procreate. So this is where the problem starts... She went to different stores, sent pictures and asked me to pick. Items are ranked A, B, C based on their conditon. I chose between a ranked A 256gb 11" iPad pro vs a ranked C 1tb 11"ipad pro. Almost same price. But she said she's gonna find a better deal. I was waiting for her msg.. The next thing she sends is a picture of her paying at the counter. No picture of the item cos she said nagmamadali na sila. She got a 12.9 inch ipad pro with 256gb for a much lesser price. Ngl, i was super excited, i watched YouTube vids to learn the know hows of procreate and was really really itching to draw.
It took a few days before we got to meet cos she had errands to do i asked her for pics, but she said its a surprise and wanted me to see it personally... Then we met... and yea, she was right, i was surprised. In my hands, a Rank C 12.9inches ipad pro with 64gb. SIXTY FOUR. Yep, sixty freaking four. How did she not know if you may ask.. She said that the label said 256, i asked her why didn't she even bother to check the 'About' in the settings. She said she wanted me to see the 'hello' when starting it up 🤦‍♀️. So basically it just means that she really didnt even bother to check the screen, the camera and etc. Just for me to see the 'hello' and for me to set it up on my own. As i also mentioned, it was a hectic day when they went there. Nagmamadali na daw sila, kasi there are stuff they still need to buy before catching their flight. So, they were in and out of Akihabara for just 30mins. Her transaction was less than 10mins. She was also surprised, kasi AKALA nya 256. She felt scammed daw kasi yun yung nakalagay, then we checked the receipt, yep it clearly states 64gb. I understand that they lacked the time, but still, i wish she gave kahit man lang another 5mins to check the system.
I was so disappointed. I told her that it was a major purchase for me and a huge investment for my art stuff. I dont mean to be ungrateful. But 64 gb in this day and age for a creative is tough. File sizes are in gbs. ill have to pay every month for extra storage.. And i already said yes to the 11inches 256gb rank A. Which was only priced 1000php more than what she got. But i have to say, it was a total buzzkill. My excitement to draw has died. I didn't get mad at her, cos she got upset about it too, plus wala naman na magagawa andyan na yan e. But i can't help making side comments like, i can't save your pic here sa ipad cos its gonna add up sa space so i only added pics of my dog lol but honestly, i lost my trust to her and i will unlikely rely on her help especially on major stuff.
How do i make 64gb work efficiently? At this point i feel like ill use it exclusively for procreate, which makes it feel like an expensive piece of paper. I cant even download netflix shows or import my other stuff and apps because im so worried of the storage.

Can we at least take them on?! G1: Ummm... kinda. G2: We have better odds against them... but still not great. FS: Why am I the only man in our nation with confidence in our abilities? Earthbending is slow! And it takes a long time to recharge after they attack. G2: Excellent points my lord... but they still have us beat in long range attacks... and also short range, since they can basically punt us flying through the air like a cabbage cart the moment we try to get close enough to attack them. FS: You know, I'm starting to question the competence of our army. Whenever I see them, they are all jumping all over the place and attacking in the wrong direction. G2: They're improving gradually my lord. It took two weeks, but most of them have realised to pull back when they attack so they don't get motion-sick as their bodies are pulled forward out of their control. G1: Great progress. TL:DR You have been warned. This is my dive into the assets and investments of B. Riley Financial and my take on them. I think this provides a great deal of information and insight into the more intimate details of the companies involved than what may show on the surface. I am definitely bullish on the RILY ticker and here is the culmination of many hours of research that I have done that support my view as I focus on the long term outlook as a whole and the possibilities that solidify this as long term investment.
I have spent a great deal of time digging into the details of the individual investments and acquisitions BR has made and trying to gauge future performance. The trickiest part involves primarily the Bluestar Alliance brands, which are mostly privately held companies. This leaves me without any publicly available inside financial information. I pulled the free monthly retailer sales analytics using gripsintelligence for the ones I was able to. I was unsure on the accuracy of the data and it just seemed to clutter things so I left it out.

[AxA] Let us start with the less than desirable assets and get that out of the way.
I spent less time on these than I did on the ones I found to be future positive. Staring at a turd and tearing it apart is not going to make it any less a piece of shit. Many of these really are not even necessarily bad they just are not going to cause any excitement or major increases in income or increased value. Feel free to skim and or skip this section and head straight to the meat and potatoes if you would like.

[Ax1] The Arena Group (AREN)
Riley owns approximately 25% and has two board seats from when they worked with them to join the NYSE in Jan. of 2022.
At this point they are pretty much a wash and not much to look at. They lost their license to Sports Illustrated in Jan. of 2024 after failing to make their payment. Stock is in the dumpster here but, that may leave it as a possible upside as it has most likely already hit rock bottom.

[Ax2] Targus
Acquired for approximately $250m in October 2022.
They sell cheap laptop bags and such at Walmart. It is not exciting and no possible catalyst imaginable could cause revenue on this to skyrocket. That being said they have been doing that for as many years as I can remember and they still exist so they make enough to stay in business.

[Ax3] Bluestar Alliance Brands (part one)
Majority ownership of assets and IP’s to six brands in partnership with Bluestar Alliance in October 2019. Catherine Malandrino, English Laundry, Joan Vass, Kensie Girl, Limited Too and Nanette Lepore.
Failed brick and mortar retail, again nothing exciting. These brands were either migrated to or revived and converted to ecommerce shops. Ecommerce is cheap with minimal overhead and provides a small steady flow of income. Brand recognition and nostalgia is a nice helper in this area.

[Ax4] Bluestar Alliance Brands (part two)
Minority equity investment in Hurley in Nov. 2019, Justice in 2020 and Scotch & Soda in 2023.
Same story as the previous Bluestar brands, minimal overhead and a steady small stream of revenue. Bluestar does seem to be pushing a bit harder with marketing on the Hurley and Scotch & Soda brands versus the others. Hurley will be partnering with Mamiye Brothers for a spring 2025 release. Olympic gold medalist Carissa Moore will work with Mamiye on designing and consulting.
Scotch & Soda announce Joe Jonas as a brand ambassador. Jonas will be leading the creation of a collection to be released Fall 2024 and will be serving as the face of the brand. The brand also focuses on being environmentally friendly and creating a positive impact which is a great draw.
[Ax5] bebe stores, inc. (BEBE)
Acquired approximately 40% stake in Jan. 2018 and purchased again at $5 a share in Sep. 2023 to put total ownership at around 76%. Currently trending around $3 a share on OTC market. Riley has two board seats.
Ecommerce retail conversion again. Bebe also owns joint venture interests in the Brookstone brand and Buddy’s Home Furnishings Rent-to-Own stores. Bebe showed a small growth in sales from 2022 to 2023 but posted a net loss for the year. On the positive in January bebe announced a partnership with Grammy winner Ciara as creative director on a collection slated for fall of 2024.

[Ax6] Communications
All owned 100% by Riley. United Online, magicJack, Marconi Wireless, Credo Mobile, Lingo Management.
These are all profitable enterprises, most are on the downswing but will easily put out positive returns on investment. Lingo is the only one that is predicted to show increasing revenue.

[BxB] Finally, we get to move on to the good stuff. These are not only the bigger side of the investments, they are also the ones that show excellent growth potential.

[Bx1] Franchise Group, Inc. (FRG)
Acquired significant stake in July, 2018 and completed the buyout of the company for a total investment of approximately $2.9 billion in August, 2023. FRG has traded in a yearly range of $22 - $38 and is currently sitting at a solid $30.
I am going to just do a quick glance at this one involving FRG’s 3 major assets. There has been a fair amount of debate and controversy surrounding the accusations that Riley overpaid on this and of course the entire Brian Kahn storyline. If it were not for all that this probably would have gone in the top section as nothing exciting but, I think the consistent trashing of the purchase and the perception of it as a bad investment versus the reality of the obvious value made me shift it to the high side of things. The top 3 assets of FRG alone highlight the profitable business model of the company and show a combined conservative estimate of $2.6 billion. That alone points to the price at which FRG was purchased was definitely within reason. Looking at the return on investment on FRG’s largest investments not only proves the reasonable value of the company’s assets but also shows the value in the company itself.
Sylvan Learning Centers
Acquired by FRG in 2021 for $81 million. The sale of Sylvan to Unleashed Brands was announced Feb. 20, 2024 with the sale expected to be finalized July 30, 2024. Although the actual amount of the sale has not been released, reliable estimates put the sale price in a range of $165 - $185 million, over twice the initial investment.
Vitamin Shoppe
Purchased by FRG in Dec. 2019 from Vintage Capital for approximately $208 million. Approximate yearly cashflow is over $100 million and is growing yearly. Conservative estimates put the valuation at a ballpark of $1 billion, over four times the initial investment.
Pet Supplies Plus
Acquired by FRG Jan. 2021 from affiliates of Sentinel Capital for approximately $700 million.
This company has shown an amazing growth of 65% in the first two years since the acquisition and shows no signs of a downward trend. Conservative estimates put the current valuation at $1.4 billion, twice the initial investment.


[Bx2] Alta Equipment Group (ALTG)
Riley sponsored the SPAC for Alta in Feb. 2020 and owns approximately 12% and a single board seat. ALTG has traded in a yearly range of $8 - $18 and is around $11.50, which is up over 10% since it’s offering. Alta Equipment Group has confirmed that its next quarterly earnings report will be published on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024.
Alta is the leading provider of industrial forklifts and heavy construction equipment in the Midwest.The company sells, rents and services both new and used equipment. They have over 80 total locations and over 3000 employees including more than 1300 certified service technicians.
Alta has shown great growth year over year for 2023 with revenue up 21.7% and adjusted EBITDA up 21.1%. I found a lot of insight into the 2024 outlook for Alta from transcripts of their fourth quarter 2023 earnings call transcript and I below I summarize what I found to be the highlights. More than one board member mentions the stock to be undervalued and reference possible buy backs. I agree with their assessment of the stock being undervalued and have provided the quotes to those statements.
Fourth quarter revenues year over year showed across the board increases with construction up 12.9% year, material handling was up 19.4%, new and used equipment sales increases by 25.5% and parts and service revenue showed a 17.7% increase to just over $1 billion. The increased $205 million dollars of additional equipment put into the field in 2023 brings with it an expectation of an approximate annual revenue of $.50 for every dollar in high margin product support. Non-residential construction industry forecasts predict a slight increase in the upcoming year and Department of Transportation budgets are strong hinting at a very busy spring season. Direct quotes regarding buy backs and share price below.
“So in summary, we've grown this metric 4x in four years with minimal dilution along the way, yet we continue to see our stock price to not be reflective of this progress. We are cognizant of this disconnect to what we believe to be fair value for our equity. And as we head into 2024, this disconnection may inform our capital allocation decisioning as we balance potential stock buybacks versus what is presented to us via the M&A pipeline.”
“the stock is depressed relative to what we think is fair value, we wouldn't hesitate to dip into the buyback program that's here and in place.”

[Bx3] Synchronoss Technologies, Inc (SNCR)
Riley currently owns 15% and a single board seat. In March 2023 Riley made a takeover offer at a 44% premium that was not accepted. SNCR has traded in a yearly range of $2.50 - $14 and is currently sitting around $6.50. Synchronoss has announced its first quarter earnings call date for May 7^th 2024.
I think the takeover offer that was made last year by Riley at over a 40% premium says a lot about the value they see in this company, sadly the offer was not accepted. My research has revealed the wisdom behind said offer, and I see a huge upside to this one. At a glance SNCR really doesn’t stick out and share prices have been trending pretty well flat in the time since that offer. Time for a deeper look.
Synchronoss Technologies provides the backend powering the personal cloud services for a multitude of large tier 1 companies including Verizon, AT&T, British Telecom, Tracfone, Assurant, and SoftBank. Those are some big names that I think we can all agree are not going away any time soon. Once again, I found the fourth quarter earnings call transcripts to be very revealing for the forward outlook.
In 2023 Synchronoss went through major restructuring with a strategic shift pivoting their sole focus into their role as a dedicated global cloud solutions provider. Directing the company focus into the high-margin personal cloud services the company led to the sale of the Messaging and NetworkX businesses to Lumine Group Inc. for approximately $41.8 million. In 2023 the company had a positive net cash flow of $2.7 million and since the Lumin deal they have further refined costs in cloud operations for a $15 million reduction for the year 2024. Along with exercising an extension of their partnership with AT&T they have also launched SoftBank’s Anshin Data Box powered by Synchronoss Personal Cloud. The company currently has over 75% of their total revenue locked down in contracts with terms of four years or more.
Following up this move to a cloud only focus Synchronoss revealed a new AI powered version of their platform at the Mobile World Congress in Feb. 2024. Highlights include a streamlined onboarding process, enhanced photo editing tools, a BackTrack feature for reverting and restoring files, and an Advance Highlight’s feature to identify and present interesting photos to the user from their collection. Many of these features are available for users who purchase an “Enhanced Plan”. Many of us who are more tech-savvy already have our preferred cloud storage and photo editing preferences and will not find any of this all that interesting, which is fine as we are not the intended users. This service has a huge userbase potential with their integration with big telecom providers that they are bound to attract the attention of a large number of non-power user types who it is meant to appeal to.

[Bx4] Babcock and Wilcox Enterprises Inc. (BW)
Riley owns approximately 31% of the company and has a single board set. BW shares have traded in a year range of $.75 - $6.64 and currently sit at $1.04. B&W’s 2024 first quarter earnings will be published on May 9, 2024.
Babcock & Wilcox is an energy solutions provider of equipment solutions and services in worldwide energy and industrial sectors. They have taken a major hit recently primarily involving short term cash flow issues. The leading cause of these issues involves operating losses involved with B&W Solar which was acquired in 2021 which I will attempt to summarize.
In 2022 the company discovered that Solar had loss generating contracts due to construction activity that was “not adequately disclosed in the sales agreement” and insurance claims have been submitted. During the years 2022 and 2023 additional Solar contracts have turned into losses. The company has discontinued operations of the Solar division and is looking to divest itself of the entity entirely.
My overall assessment is that of a positive outlook for the future of the company. They have been hit hard with the Solar ordeal but, they have discontinued operations and are working to come back from the hit they have taken. On the positive outlook is their backlog of expected revenue shown in the 2023 10K filing which totaled $530.5 million and of that $434.9 million was expected as revenue for the year 2024. As long as the company can keep things running and get through this rough stretch, I see a rise from the ashes as they free themselves from the anchor that has been B&W Solar and a steady rise up.


[Bx5] Nogin Inc. (NOGNQ)
Acquired by Riley through a stalking horse bid and Debtor in Possession providing $24.7 million of new financing when Nogin filed Chapter 11 in December of 2023 and was confirmed in April 2023. Nogin is currently traded OTC as NOGNQ at a yearly range of $.01 - $2.09 and currently priced at $.29.
Nogin, a Commerce as a Service provider, has primarily blamed its’ bankruptcy on business agreements involving purchasing the inventory of retail partners. Coincidentally, the biggest one of these happens to be Justice which may ring a bell. Riley has a minor investment in this brand along with Bluestar Alliance.
As of December, the company has initiated a strategic restructuring whilst continuing operations which is a continuation of what they already were working on earlier in 2023. CEO Jonathan Huberman stated during the 2023 second quarter earnings call “The largest decline was with the business where we sell products.” “As previously mentioned, this line of business has been unprofitable for us, and we are in the process of winding it down, which hopefully will be accomplished before the end of this year.” In October 2023 Nogin announced the finalization of agreements the completed the transition out of product sales after the end of the last quarter of 2023. In 2023 the company secured more than $27 million in bookings and added over a dozen new accounts.
What all this shows me is that Nogin had already identified their weaknesses and although, it was too late, they were already working at turning things around cutting out the underlying problems throughout 2023. They were unable to do so in time and fell into Chapter 11. Riley was able to swoop in and acquire the company at its’ low point as a tremendous value buy. The restructuring plan was already in place and the unprofitable portion of the business has already been cut out. Riley is now sitting at on a brand that is ready to turn things around with a revamped business model that should not have any problem showing profitability and increased value in the future. As a bonus Riley will be able to utilize Nogin to support the retail businesses they own or have equity in that were not already on Nogin’s platform. This seems to me like a nice synergy and a way to cut costs and possible bring in increased profitability to their retail sector holdings.

If you skipped and skimmed I don’t blame you as I think I have completed a document that defines TL:DR. This is the culmination of all my research that serves to cement my bullish outlook on the future of B. Riley Financial.There are other parts of Riley’s business of which I did not touch because there are either better analysis already out there or simply because I am not smart enough to say anything useful about them. I am no expert in any of this and I do not have a business degree (or any degree). I am just throwing out my layman’s view of the basic businesses that Riley possesses and my thoughts on them. If it isn’t obvious, nothing in this entire monolith of words is anything resembling financial advice. I didn't really go through and put together a valuation of the company as a Cashflow Hunter article already did a wonderful job doing so and came to a conservative conclusion of $1.69 billion and $52.50 per share. He also details the valuation on the value of Great American Group that Riley has been eyeballing for a sale and its $350 million valuation.

It was a beautifull morning in ethe Village of mutter. it was cold and and Misty as usual . Mutter was a village in the middle of the kanthan forest . Even though mutter is a small village and there is only a small number of residents .the village is mostly crowded because of the large amount of tourist that comes here to enjoy the beauty of kanthan forest and the climate of mutter . For outsiders mutter is a beautifull place with excellent climate and beauty but mutter has a dark secret that only the residents of mutter knows about .
In a house in the northeast part of mutter a large no of people are gathering around. it seem there is a girl crying she's in her 30 s . It seems that her husband is missing . Their is fear in everyones eyes . Because they know this is not the first time some one has gone missing in mutter. And they also know the people that has gone missing has never been found . it all started two years ago at first the missing cases where random here and there cases . But in time it increased . Locals say this is a curse some say it is a demon for there local urben legend wendigo .It is said to cause its victims a feeling of insatiable hunger, the desire to eat other humans, and the propensity to commit murder.
Some elders and the chief of the village announce a gathering in a groups in the middle of the village. Everyone was their early .even though every single resident of mutter was their but the place was silent like never before. Then all of a sudden the chief spoke . I don't think I can take this anymore .how many people need to die in the cursed village. one year before my son went missing in this same village but I stayed strong till now . But It's hopeless . the police investigation is going nowhere .i don't think it's humans doing it . it's the demon .we are helpless we need to get out of here now . Many agreed with him but there where still few people who opposed him . One of them was a man named Rony . Who was completely against it .he didn't believed in this demon bullshit . He stood up and said my dear resident of mutter village I know this is hard for you all but we can't just leave this village and move on just like that . We waited this long because we put our faith in the investigation team but it was going nowhere . Give me one last chance to fix this in one week time I'll find a way . After his speech the croud started chattering to each other . After a few moments the cheaf decided to give Rony one week like he asked .
At that night Rony went to see the chief and the village elders . He showed them a news paper article In it was a man named ADAM . They looked at each other .they all knew this was their last attempt to save mutter . After few minutes of chattering they agreed to bring adam to the village .
Jan 15 Three mysterious man walked into the village Who was clearly outsides one of them was a boy he was short but we'll built. another one was a tall but skinny guy who was clearly holding a book in his hand and the one leading the two was the man named ADAM . ADAM is a strong and athletic looking guy .with strong facial features like he has an aura around him . Usually getting in contact with him is extremely hard and even if you get in speak with him .he turns down almost every case the he think is not worth his time but for some reason when he accepted this case . Which makes this case even more serious . It was a miracle that he himself came here to investigate .usually he senta his subordinate if it's some small case
As soon as they entered the village there was some one waiting for them . It's the people the chief sent to escort them . As soon as the entered the chiefs house he felt a powerfull aura coming from adam everyone was staring at him . Then Adam and his gang introduced themselves to the chief . The two people who was with Adam was joy and Rony .both of them where standing behind adam like two body guards with a blank expression in their face . The chief asked them to rest for the day and begin their investigation tomorrow . The chief asked two of his men to escort adam and his subordinates to a house nearby . It was a small but comfortable house .
Next morning the chief and some of his men went to the house where adam and his men where staying but they couldn't find adam anywhere . So they start searching the nearby place . It was almost noon the chief was sitting outside his house and he saw someone coming towards him . When he looked closely he found out it was adam . The chief asked adam where he went . Without even answering to the chief adam told the chief to bring all of the villagers to his house so that he can intarogate them . After the information no new leads where found so he asked everyone to leave Except few of the villagers that adam has recruited to join him in his plan . Fore days has passed and nothing changed .no new leads .people where loosing hope .
It was a sunny day. extra humid than usual . Adam was sitting in a chair inside his room . He was doing something in his laptop . Suddenly some one burst through the door . It was kid he was shaking and sweating like crazy . Adam stood up . He leaned a little bit and looked outside throught the door . The whole village was outside his house . The boy took a huge breath and said . Adam it's boka he is missing we looked every where he is no where to be found . What now ? Adam smirked . Everyone was furious to the fact that adam was smirking while hearing about a person going missing . The adam Spock . Don't worry everything is going according to the plan . Everyones anger changes into total confussion . The started asking what he was saying and to explain . They where basically begging . Adam raised his hands . Everything went silent .after a moment of silence adam spoke
The moment I heard about this case I know there was something weared about this case .the police or the investigation team where actually doing nathing . As if like they don't want it to be solved . So I got even more curious .
The day we came to this village we decided to check the village for any evidence . We searched the whole village till morning but we found nathing . So we decided to put cameras in the village . For the past for days we where busy monitoring the village at night to see if we could find some unusual activity .and as usual we found nathing .
But it all change yesterday when I was checking the footage I saw a police car roming around the village at noon . I checked all previous footage and I asked around the village about this mysterious police car and then i found out that this police car would usually Rome around the village at noon . It mysterious part is many people has seen this car in the village but no one has ever seen the people that is inside the car . so I sent boka to find out about the people inside the car . And now he is missing .now we know who ever was that was inside that car was the once who are responsible for the people being missing . If we managed to catch them we can bring the missing people back. After a moment of silence everyone started chearing and crying . People where on there knees .
But adam knew this was not the end and it's not as easy like he said to everyone . He went inside his house and closed the door behind him . He was waiting for a phone call from boka . He has give a cell phone to contact him to find out about the location of the kidnappers hideout .
The suddenly his phone rang his couldn't speak normal because if the kidnappers found out he has a phone it's all over so in a low voice boka said burned car and mud road adam wrote it down . Adam ran out of his house he went to see the chief and explained everything one of the chiefs men knew where the burnes car and mud road was . They wasted no time adam took a bike and drove it to the location . It was a few kilometres away from the village . Adam saw the burned car and like boka sai there was a mud road near it . It was getting dark adam was alone . Even so he drove through the mud road as . He couldn't see much ahed .he could only see a few meters ahed by the head light of his bike . After half an hour Of driving through the mud road he didn't see the warehouse .suddenly this uneasiness came to him .like someone was watching him . The air around him went cold . He stoped his bike there and looked around . Then this unbearable paie hit his neck he was feeling dizzy his eyes where shutting .for a moment he was going to give up but then this adrenaline rush came to him giving him the boost he neede . he got on his bike and drove back to the village . When he got home his subordinates knew something was off they checked his neck and found this small needle pocking out of his neck . Someone had used a blow gun on his . The needle from the blow gun poisoned him .his neck was turning blue . They wasted no time and started treating him immediately .
Bright ray of the sun hit Adams face suddenly he woke up . Joy was nere him .Adam asked how many hour was I been sleeping .joy replied it's been three day and you need to rest some more to completely heal.
Adam ignored it and went outside and removed the sheet from his car .the car was loaded with all the equipments they need for this job. He called joy and Rony . As they where about to leave to find the warehouse some of the villages asked them if they could join them . There where more than fifty people . Who was armed with swords knife and bats followed adam and gang . They entered through the mud road and went deep inside the forest . They saw a huge building that was far from the road on the other side of a small canal . Adam didn't spot it yesterday because of the lack of light . That place was surrounded with barbed wire . that fifty people along with Adam and his gang marched into the warehouse .they saw some care leaving that place from the distance. As they went closer they saw that this place was locked with some huge lock so they began to break the giant door with the swords and bats they had . As soon as they break open the door they where struck with this strong stench of smell like there was something rotting in there . They searched the place and found people's cloths , some shoe , and jewelry and stuff . They started breaking the door of the second room and got inside . At first they didn't know what they where seeing there was a big slab in the middle of the room and there was a small crack in the floor that started from the slab all the way out of the warehouse and some storage liquid was flowing through the small crack .there was chains hanging from the walls . bones with small amount of meat sticking from them where all over the floor And when they scanned the full room they knew exactly what they where looking at . This was a human butchering room . After realising this most of the people who where following Adam ran out of the building in panic and fear . But adam went forword because he need to find the underground room where boka was in . Adam went to the third room where he found some people chaned up to the wall some of them where already dead . And the once who where alive is missing some of limps . All of them had stich marks all over their body .Adam asked joy to take the people who are alive to the hospital .
After some time the police arrived . Instead of investigating about this case with this clear evidence . The police was in hurry destroying the place . The people tried revolting but the police used bruit strength to stop it . The people also tried saying that there are still people trapped somewhere underground near the factory but the police sealed the place and told everyone not to go near the warehouse .even so many of the people came back to find the underground room but didn't find anything . After few weeks adam investigated some of the survivers and found out the dark secret behind the warehouse. To confirm his theory of what was happening there adam investigated some other village which was near this warehouse .some of the villagers from a village near the warehouse said that thay have seen a black car constantly visiting the warehouse but they where scared to check it out because they constantly her screams from that place . The villagers also believed that place was haunded. Before leaving the place joy asked adam what was really happening in the village . Then Adam spoke that . if you need to understand what was happening . you need to hear from the start . So these misterious individuals used this police car to kidnapp people in broad daylight . The method they where using was they act as police and arrest thes innocent people from their houses or outside and handcuffs them .by the time they realise these guys are fake police . it's already too late . After that they take them to this warehouse where the put them in chains and when its time they cut them open to take their organs . Human organs can be soled for millions in the black market . The black truck that constantly comes to the warehouse is the organ collecter and they also use it to transport human remains . And the main part is who is behind all this .whoever he is . He is powerfull enough to cuntrol the countries police force . And that is the person we need to find
