Weird Neck Rash

2024.05.14 15:51 TerribleJournalist95 Weird Neck Rash

31F. About a week ago I had some bumps develop on my neck. They looked somewhat like cystic acne but felt different - they were a bit itchy and hurt if I squeezed them. I tried taking allergy meds and applying hydrocortisone 1% thinking it was hives, but it didn’t help. I switched today to polysporin after 5 days of hydrocortisone in case it is bacterial but I’m not confident. Currently, there are more bumps than when I started, but they are smaller, no longer painful or itchy except one, and sort of look like they’re healing except that they’re still red and more plentiful than when I started. The rash isn’t anywhere except the front of my throat. Any ideas what it could be? I’ll try to add a photo to the comments

Does anyone else often wish their skin looked better today when they see old photos of their acne (from a few months ago) and remember those moments when it was "so bad"? Haha. Obviously thats because of my skincare routine so far expensive, inexpensive etc which includes trets and azelaic acids (the lowest strength) from highstreetpharma, Cetaphil and LRP, cerave moisturisers and la roche posay spf but CeraVe makes my face break out in rash sometimes. Every time I look back, I catch myself thinking, "Wow, I'd kill to have only three pimples right now." I simply had to share!

Is this tinea corporis or something else?
Hi everyone, I got diagnosed with ringworm on both sides of my neck in November, got prescribed ketoconazole cream for 4 weeks and I used as instructed, I thought that was the end of it.
A medium sized lesion came back around a month later, I was using ketoconazole cream again but it hasn't really disappeared like last time, after 2 weeks I came back to the dermatologist and saw another dermatologist for 2nd opinion but they just gave me ketoconazole shampoo that seemed to help but a week later it came back but not as bad as first time.
I stopped ketoconazole cream at this point as it's really drying and hurt my neck to move, I just use the shampoo twice a week. I went traveling after and didn't bring the shampoo, also didn't really think about it, it came back really bad and it was really itchy, the rash even show up on my ears and face.
I asked two different derms who also prescribed me ketoconazole cream, and one gave me itraconazole to take orally. Today it shows red patches like in the photo.
The other weird thing is I thought ringworm was supposed to be contagious but this whole time my boyfriend who lives 24/7 with me is fine and hasn't got a single itch or red patch, could it be a different thing?
TL;DR: tinea corporis/ringworm kept coming back but not contagious, could it be something else?

2024.05.14 08:28 kaitymay19 Mysterious recurring neck rashes

Mysterious recurring neck rashes
Hi all…it’s been quite a journey for me but after my pregnancy and delivery in 2019, my body went haywire. I now know I have confirmed hEDS and suspected MCAS, as well as systemic nickel allergy (SNAS) which I started Dupixent for back in 2022 to try to control the blistering and bleeding on my hands from the nickel allergy. It’s largely helped with that, but now for the past several months I’ve gotten these pesky, burning, unsightly rashes on my neck. First I thought they were from nickel ingestion, a skin flare-up in a new place; then I figured it could be a Malassezia reaction/fungal issue as a side effect of the Dupixent itself; my derm was thinks from the photos I’ve been sending her that it’s urticaria (from what, who knows). I am also noticing a lot of pain in my knees even during low-impact pilates whenever I bend them; but, that could be just garden variety EDS pain? I did see a rheumatologist on Weds and she was really kind of stumped. She didn’t ask to do a biopsy or anything but of course my neck wasn’t actively flaring that day, either. As for the knees hurting, I asked whether maybe it was from the Dupixent itself? She just wasn’t sure. She did order an AVISE CTD panel and I’m patiently waiting on the results. It’s all just a huge, awful mystery so I’m hoping the Reddit hive mind can give me some fresh ideas to consider and research. Not a diagnosis…just idea to mull over! Thank you all!

Does anyone have any idea what is on my foot
About 3 days ago I noticed discomfort below my pinky toe. What now three days later has turned into this rough callous feeling pretty hard bump that is causinnme an immense anountt of pain. It randomly starts hurting more and more and I can barely stand on it yet alone walk. It's now got this rash starting toward this point of the night. I can't for the life of me either find anything that looks similar those red spots on my hand in last photo are from scraping my hand today so they wouldn't be in relation. Appreciate comment.

2024.05.14 03:35 That_Mango_6444 Rash post op?

Rash post op?
I am 6 days post-op and I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. Yesterday I noticed that my hand, fingers, and arm up to my shoulder is completely covered in a rash. Like small little bumps, it looks like a heat rash but I haven’t been in warm temperatures at all. It is only my arm that I’ve had surgery on, no where else on my body. I don’t have any known allergies and my skin isn’t sensitive to the adhesive dressings, so I’m very concerned as to what this could be. I will try and attach a photo but I’m unsure how well it will show up on camera.

Unsure if tick bite, black fly bite, or ringworm
We just noticed this spot on my boyfriend’s shepherd/cattle dog mix, and we’re struggling to identify what it might be. We’re in MN and live by a pond with a wooded area so a tick bite is a big possibility. After looking online we now think it might not be a tick bite but maybe a black fly bite, some photos of ringworm also slightly resemble his rash as well. He already has a vet appointment in a little over a week, and vets are currently closed now otherwise we’d call now. We haven’t noticed any changes with his eating, pee/poop routine. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

2024.05.14 01:57 Immediate_Peanut5096 Red circular raised itchy rash keep appearing on mainly lower extremities only.

I am 23 y/o F, H: 5' 2", W: 145 lbs, Race: South asian, currently living in US.
cc: experiencing red, circular, raised, itchy rash, warm to touch mainly on my legs. REFERENCE PHOTO
These rashes first appeared when I traveled to South Asia last summer. I woke up with chunky rashes all over my thighs and shins. You could see each individual bumps, they didn't all mesh together into one huge mass. They were circular but not perfectly. About 1inch in diameter. I used a very strong steroid to cope with the itching. As the rashes healed, they became blue bruises and then left small dark scars on my legs. It took about 2 wks for them to clear up.
After coming back to US, I had 1 flare up of these rashes about 4 months ago. Same in appearance and healing time as the initial rashes.
1 month, I started getting these rashes out of nowhere again. Same in appearance and healing time. Unlike the last 2 episodes of these rashes, where I would about 10 bumps all at once and they would go away within 2 wks, this time, I keep getting 2-3 new rashes every other day. Right now, I only have this one big rash at the back of my right knee ( SEE HERE ) and 2 small ones on my ankles that are almost done healing. It's extremely itchy and hot. The one behind my knee is SO RED. I have never seen any of these rashes look THIS red so it's kind of scaring me.
Also, noting that most of my rashes have only been on my legs. Except for the current episode that started 1 month ago, I got some on my lower back-upper buttock area and 1 bump on my arm.
Please help me figure out what might be going on. By the time, I manage to get any derm appt, the rashes go away and I always end up consulting the docs on the scars rather than the active episodes.
I do not drink/smoke/do drugs. Don't have any severe food allergies that I know of. I have gotten allergy tested before for ~30 allergens and nothing causes me hives. I haven't been spending time outdoor where I can attribute these rashes to bug bites. I haven't used any new cosmetics or eaten anything new. Nothing foreign in my environment that I can note.

2024.05.14 01:35 ArmChairAnalyst86 Space Weather Update 5/13/2024 - The Party is NOT Over - All Eyes On New Active Regions WOW!

Space Weather Update 5/13/2024 - The Party is NOT Over - All Eyes On New Active Regions WOW!
Good Afternoon everyone. I am happy to report that I got mostly caught up at work today and have a little free time to get this update out. You won't believe this but I met an solarmax member in the wild. I ran into an old friend at the cookout yesterday and we were talking about the auroras and I started talking about the sub and her husband said he was here getting info this weekend! Cool stuff. Data is still pouring in from last weekends storm and I am combing through it and simultaneously deep into research mode for the next article that must be written with precision and poise. Furthermore, with some data coming in and comparisons between the 2003 and 2023 event, I can already see significant relevancy. In fact, I just hit delete on about 3 paragraphs because I realized that talking about it had hijacked the whole update, and that it is better to incorporate those findings in the coming article mentioned yesterday.
That is not the reason of THIS update though. The reason for this update is in the title. You know what they say. After the party its the afterparty. Sometimes the after party is more exciting than the actual. With that being said, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw the active regions on the earth facing side this morning. Yesterday I had remarked about AR3676 and how it literally exploded onto the scene with a Beta-Gamma config. At the time, it and AR3664 were the only AR's with Beta-Gamma-Delta or Beta-Gamma. Well when I checked on things this morning after getting caught up, alot has changed, and if you are ready to chase some more aurora, it has changed in a good way!
Here is a side by side of yesterday and today and while there are no AR's resembling the legendary AR3663...yet. AR3663 was just a pup once too, and they just grow up so fast you know? It's like one minute they are growing their first tiny delta and the next they are firing off X-Class flares and sending aurora to the Caribbean. We should be encouraged that the sunspot number is rising and whatever is going on right now is favorable for the rapid formation of sunspot configurations that are more likely to produce big flares. Does this automatically mean are are hitting the repeat button? Nope and hopefully by now it is clear that you have to take this as it comes, but nonetheless, I am encouraged by what I see today as concerns aurora chances in the lower lats but we will have to wait and see. I encourage you all to keep an eye on these active regions. Also, do you notice that they are roughly appearing in similar latitudes? Interesting pattern to note.
https://preview.redd.it/1eto08qps90d1.png?width=804&format=png&auto=webp&s=7a5cf81a9b63113a724eac6044167281804b6136
In terms of flaring today, we had a back to back M4.8 and M6.6 and an M3.6 a few hours after. I have never in my life been so "meh, dissapointment" after three respectable M-Class flares at any point I have been watching, but I guess that is to be expected when the 9 day stretch from Friday May 3rd to Saturday May 11th saw 12!!! X-Class flares and an unbelieveable 74 M-Class flares. For reference solar cycle 24 saw a total of 49 X-Class flares which means in just over a week we saw around 1/4 of the total X-Class flare count from the entire solar cycle 24 which spanned from 2008 to 2019! Granted, some of those flares were quite a bit higher magnitude than the flares we have seen in this cycle, but as the intensitygrams above are showing you, this cycle is far from over. With that said, I would not be surprised if we continue to see the cycle within the cycle where the suns activity goes up and down in a rough pattern. Obviously right now is a busy stretch, but immediately before it activity was quiet and in fact near the eclipse the sun almost went spotless, IIRC we went almost a week with a single M-Class flare at one point. And then just like that, we are back. This needs more study, but I have been watching this pattern and anecdotally I do believe there is something to it. While SC24 was pretty muted relatively speaking, SC23 was a doozy. It was even termed to have a double peak solar maximum according to some. There was some controversy about how strong or active SC25 would be. NOAA predicted a down year, but not everyone was buying. Physicist Scott McIntosh predicted the opposite, an active cycle based on a theory he had been working identifying markers that would better predict the next cycle based on the time elapsed between termination events in cycles. Obviously he was correct.
The bottom line is, if you were disappointed on saturday or sunday because you missed your chance to see the aurora, do not lose hope, and think positively, because we still have some good opportunites. You also might not realize this, but the aurora has taken numerous trips to lower latitudes, but has done so discreetly with little fanfare, but it has done so all the same. While this used to be reserved only for major storms, this is not the case so much anymore. I am very excited to see those active regions showing the growth they are. The size is not there yet, but the config is and the precdent for explosive growth recently, and not just for AR3663, but 3664 as well before it. When AR3664 was nearing the meridian, naturewalksunset predicted it would blow up after crossing and he nailed that call. Let's see if it happens again.
What is a Termination Event and What Does it Mean?
You may be wondering what a termination event is. A termination event is when the previous cycle ends absolutely with no outliers. During the solar cycle, the suns magnetic poles reverse and when this happens, the polarity of sunspots reverses with it. A termination event is when there are no longer any sunspots adhering to the previous polarity. Even after polarity reverses, there are still occaisionally sunspots which match the previous cycle polarity. This overlap has long been known, but Mr McIntosh realized that this was more than an overlap, that it was an interaction. A termination event is when there are no more opposite groups forming from the old cycle and the longer the time between termination events, the weaker the next cycle. SC23 did not want to end, and as a result there was a long stretch between the termination event of SC22 and SC23 which he theorized partially influenced SC24 to be a weaker than average cycle. The problem is it takes 11 years to test the theory, so what better time than the next solar cycle to go against the grain and put out a completely opposite forecast to NOAA? Well he won that bet because despite the NOAA prediction of a quiet cycle, it has been exactly what Mr McIntosh predicted. He did not predict a super overactive cycle like SC23, but he did predict an above average cycle, and appears to be vindicated in that theory, but surely SC26 will have a say.
Well folks, I have to run. This is really all I could get done today, I am still digging out of a hole from last week, but I am still watching and I still have so much to share with you. I am noting the small uptick in seismic activity today as well as a new Indonesian explosive volcanic eruptionand am watching for further developments. I my heart is absolutely breaking for Brazil who are experiencing a flooding event that is unprecedented. They are not alone, there is a rash of extremes affecting our planet right now. Here is an article in AXIOS sort of taking inventory of some of the more recent examples. You will note its attributed to climate change, as is increasing seismic activity. Next they will say that climate change is increasing volcanic activity as well and responsible for changing the length of day. I am not saying they are wrong, but I am skeptical. As I stated, I do believe that humans have adversely impacted the planet and the climate and what I am saying does not get off the hook at all, but I am quite convinced there is more at work here and we must investigate it.
May you have clear eyes and clear skies,
AcA
PS: I also have two cool photos from you. I took the first last night and what I like about it so much is you can see the suns rays in good detail adding a nice effect and the second was of the moon in the late hours of Saturday 5/11. It looked very strange is all I can say. Just an optical illusion but it looked sort of like a moon eclipse lol! The third is one of my favorite Aurora photos from Friday.

2024.05.14 00:03 Imaginary-Top8459 My experience with perioral dermatitis and my *current* remission

I have been experiencing perioral dermatitis for the better part of a year and I thought that I should share my experience and my *current* remission, including the process of which I *healed* my perioral dermatitis.
Presentation:
I presented with a rash that was very red and bumpy around the perioral region, including the nasolabial folds, the tip of the nose (with only redness), the sides of my chin, and just under my nose on the philtrum.
The rash itself was very red, bumpy, and itchy. It felt as if I had a severe sunburn and felt raw, as if I had been blowing my nose for a week straight.
The rash began one day after using a new vitamin C serum, but I believe this is also when I was trialing nasal steroids for post-nasal drip. I can't remember exactly.
Diagnosis/Treatment process:
I initially felt that the use of betametasone (topical steroid) would help the rash and I had some on hand, as I believed it was an irritant reaction to the new vitamin C serum I had used (or that it burned my skin). The steroids temporarily resolved the rash. I discontinued the new vitamin C serum (and nasal steroids, as I didn't like them), but the rash returned. At this point, I knew it was perioral dermatitis and the steroids weren't a good course of action, so I discontinued this too unless it was extremely irritated to temporarily relieve the burning/ripping sensation.
I then saw a dermatologist, who agreed with me that this was perioral dermatitis. I was advised to discontinue the topical steroids and to refrain from heavy moisturizers, which I had already done, but the rash persisted.
I work at an allergy clinic and decided to complete cosmetic patch testing to identify any potential contact allergens. Patch testing identified formaldehyde, propylene glycol, linalool, and gallates, of which are in almost every cosmetic I own.
I researched new cosmetics that I can use (as I am very into skin care) and found new cosmetics that were allergen free and safe for me to use, including my shampoo and conditioner(s), with the help of incidecoder.com (awesome website to find cosmetics free of specific ingredients).
The perioral rash resolved and the bumps, itchiness, and ripping sensation resolved after a week of my new skincare regimen. The redness slowly went down and it was as if everything was resolving.
After a month or two, the rash came back (though not as bad). I then decided to switch my toothpaste to a fluoride-free (and also SLS free by chance). This resolved the rash again, and it did not persist.
I did some work on a car part (that involved sanding, wearing a respirator, etc)., and my rash came back. I am also very allergic to thiuram, and I suspect that the mask had thiuram in it (also allergic to the epoxy in the clear coat, so that might have also played a role).
At this point, the rash was only really redness (which never really fully resolved) and a dehydration line in the nasolabial folds, but I did not have any itching, burning, or any visible bumps.
Over time, the rash subsided again. Except, now, every time I apply skin care (even ones I am not allergic to), I develop pin-sized red bumps all over the perioral region that look like tiny pimples (white top), though unpoppable. However, this occurs immediately after application of some skin care products (though not consistent; sometimes my cleanser, sometimes toner, sometimes moisturizer, etc), and then resolves within 30 minutes. This suggests to me that it is an irritant dermatitis and not an allergic reaction to my cosmetics.
Currently, I hypothesized that my previous perioral dermatitis, due to allergic reaction, fluoride, steroids, and/or thiuram, etc., compromised my skin barrier and I am now dealing with an irritant dermatitis.
I have removed all actives from my skincare regimen (was exfoliating every few days/twice weekly), removed treatment serums (i.e., THD ascorbate/vitamin C, niacinamide, etc), and decided to focus on repairing my skin barrier.
My current skincare regimen:
  1. Farmacy/Clean it Zero cleansing balm (at night)
  2. Dermalogica ultracalming cleanser (at night)
  3. Anua heartleaf 77 soothing toner (morning and night)
  4. Skin 1004 Hyalu-cica hydrating serum (morning and night)
  5. Skin 1004 centella ampoule (morning and night)
  6. Peter thomas roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Rich Barrier Moisturizer (morning and night)
  7. Supergoop Unseen screen (morning)
  8. A thin layer of penaten diaper rash cream all over the nasolabial folds, cheeks, and chin area (at night).
Following this regimen, I have had a full remission of my rash, including the redness and the dehydration lines are beginning to subside. I have been on this regimen for just under a week now.
Moral of the story,
  1. Remove fluoride, steroids, and the common perioral dermatitis triggers from regimen.
  2. Check for contact allergens. Almost all "hypoallergenic" or "allergen-free" products that I have found contain my allergens, as propylene glycol is not a common "allergen" in cosmetics.
  3. Focus on repairing skin barrier and hydration.
  4. Apply zinc barrier cream at night and/or in the morning if rash is particularly bad.
It may also be helpful to investigate for nutrient deficiencies. During this time, I also had dry, flakey skin (especially over my forehead/eyebrows) that I had considered was as fungal reaction; however, it was resistant to both moisturization and topical clotrimazole (anti-fungal cream). I was then found to be extremely vitamin D deficient, and the dryness/flaking went away with regular vitamin D supplementation!
Photos:
1-2. When my rash was its most symptomatic
  1. Cut out allergens, rash was beginning to settle.
  2. Rash gone, but left with extremely dry and flakey skin.
  3. Rash/irritant dermatitis immediately following application of any skin care product
  4. My skin 5 minutes ago, with a skincare regimen focused on barrier repair, void of known contact allergens, and applying zinc barrier cream at night time.
I hope that this may be of benefit to someone!

Overall thoughts: I enjoyed the fun of going through the boxes to see what I got. The Walmart one is no great loss to anyone not able to get one. I was disappointed with the Amazon one because I expected it to be a bit better based on what others had gotten. Plus I didn’t get the Dude Wipes people were getting and I was looking forward to them lol. The Babylist box was the best of the bunch, which is good considering the hoops you have to jump through to get it. Hey Milestone was great for the butt paste and bottle alone. I was also really pleased with the Target bag. These are just the things I got and each box/bag may be different.

Weird spots on hand
I’ve been getting repeated bouts of this weird rash/hives on my right hand, it is only usually on this hand and on my index finger. The bumps are usually quite painful and irritated but not itchy. In the photos I’ll show how it progresses through the week it usually starts with one spot then spreads to a few and nothing seems to get rid of it I’ve tried steroid cream and antihistamines does anybody know what this is?

2024.05.13 06:20 fahque650 Hip Inflammation/Bruising / No Trauma

Age - 35
Sex - M
Height - 6ft
Weight - 210lbs
Race - Caucausian
Duration of complaint - Week or so
Location - Lower back/hips
Any existing relevant medical issues - A doctor told me I had Sacroiliitis 15 years ago but nobody else has ever mentioned anything about the condition.
Current medications - Advil/Tylenol as needed. Atorvastatin 40mg.
Include a photo if relevant
Not sure how I can better describe it. For the past week or so, since last weekend definitely, I've just been really sore and stiff with hip inflammation and lower back pain. I was taking a shower today and my wife mentioned it looks like I have some kind of rash/bruising on my lower back/hips on both sides. It looks like a bruise but not painful to the touch. No trauma to the area. Should I be concerned?

Rescue may be pregnant??
I recently rescued a 10 month old pit/bull mix who I am worried may be pregnant. She was never fixed by her previous owner and her nipples are pretty inflamed. She also came with a bunch of skin rashes. What are signs I can look out for if she is pregnant. I listed photos below for help, thanks.

2024.05.12 20:46 FabulousJunket1172 Immune system problem??

DESPERATE FOR ADVICE**For about 3 months now my relative (50f) has been going through a weird reaction that doctors haven’t been able to diagnose, and since Canada has been experiencing a dr shortage, it’s been tough to get an answer. I would like to preface by saying throughout this experience she has cut out alcohol and reduced her diet quite a bit. She was diagnosed with asthma in her teen years, but otherwise has no other known conditions. Unfortunately I do not have any photos, I was just hoping that maybe someone has an idea of what could help.
It began with: • a seemingly “normal” ever infection, pink eye symptoms in both eyes She was then prescribed antibiotic eye drops, which made the eye infection worse she had an allergic reaction to the prescribed eye drops Which resulted in: •teary eyes, “crystal” like things coming out, and damage to her vision She was then prescribed a less “harsh” eye drop which helped a bit, but vision never returned to normal. ( luckily at recent eye appointment, she was told that the minor vision loss does not seem permanent, and they also suspected that it may have been triggered by an allergic reaction)
Alongside these symptoms she began experiencing persistent a facial rash: • painful dermatitis like. Peeling/ “dry” skin. Inflamed/ red
We suspect some it is some sort of immune response or potential underlying automation disorder. I know this post may read as a bit vague, nonetheless, if you have any advice or idea, please help and let me know.

2024.05.12 20:11 Confusionparanoia Seems like there is no place to post pictures with HSV questions anymore.

So basically herpespics is atually only for swabbed confirmed OBs, all reddit subs have disabled the ability to ask. I get some weird rashes at rare occasions that I'm very curious to if they are HSV related or something else. I posted some photos of this in the scabies sub because once when I had them a doctor thought it was scabies. If you clicks my profile you can probably find the post that I made somewhere (THis was on arms and leg).
Basically they are flat rashes kind of wide and linear with small red dots on them, while I do get raised bumps often here and there these are generally not raised however. Do you guys ever get something like this? And also where can I post pics?

2024.05.12 20:08 LostRoamer-7 Allergy from Sun Exposure

Good evening,
I'm a 29M. For over 10 years now, I’ve been having this allergy from sun exposure. Unfortunately, the pictures only show the rash/redness/dryness and not the actual problem which are the pimples/bubbles. The white bits are the effect of scratching it due to the itchiness it causes. When the dryness heals a bit, I'll try to upload updated photos of the actual allergy pimples I'm talking about.
In the beginning, it typically starts as small pimples/bubbles on the hand and back/side neck. When I was younger, it would spread starting from the elbow up until the hand, due to mostly wearing t-shirts back then, but nowadays, I mostly wear suits and long sleeve shirts due to the nature of my work and daily lifestyle, so it doesn’t spread on the arms anymore.
Doctors would always prescribe creams/ointments containing cortisone and others that calm the allergy down, such as Alfacort, Perderm, Cortiderm, Elica, and Dermapanthen Panthenol Cream. They do work in calming the allergy and healing it over time, but still, because I get exposed to the sunlight on a daily basis while driving and going to different locations, it eventually comes back. The redness will go away, but the pimples/bubbles do not go away easily, and if they go away, they typically come back.
Wearing white gloves and sun protection while driving isn't very effective. I noticed that It doesn't completely prevent the allergy from resurfacing, it just delays the recurrence of it.
I would appreciate any advise on this and if there's a permanent cure instead of applying creams and ointments for the rest of my life. I know someone who took Medrol (Methylprednisolone) tablets and no longer gets the allergy, but when I mentioned this during my most recent visit to the doctor, he said these won't help.
Thank you, and please feel free to ask me any question if you need any info or clarification.

2024.05.12 16:33 scArletXbegoniaz What is this rash?

What is this rash?
Need help identifying rash on boyfriend’s back/sides/stomach/groin area
what is this ‘rash’ on my boyfriend’s back/sides/stomach/groin? and how do we treat/take care of it?
I’ve attached photos. My boyfriend (38M) has gotten this rash for most of his life. It seems to be associated with areas where he sweats, but we have no idea what it actually is or how to deal with/treat it. Also, it itches- no pain though. And always appears/stays in those same areas- stomach, sides, back, and around the groin area. Any info/help will be greatly appreciated!!
