So one of my friends is currently planning on his build and all the parts are almost final the only thing left is to choose a motherboard which seems to be really confusing since every brands has its pros and cons
He'll be using this pc mainly for gaming and code compiling or maybe little bit of streaming
Parts - 7800x3d, Lancer blade 16x2 6000mhz cl30, msi ventus rtx 4080 super, msi m480pro 2tb, xpg core reactor 850w, thermalright peerless assassin, fractal north xl case
Country - Poland
So my question are -
1# he'll be using 2 m.2 slots for now and fill the other ones later so does filling the slot will affect the pcie lanes and if yes how much performance difference will be there
2# he's using 2 sticks of ram for now but he'll add other 2 later so does filling all slots affect the ram frequency if yes then how low can it go and which of these mobos is best for that
3# which out of these brands would be safer in terms of bios and after sales service in case something happens (I've heard that asus has fried many chips and has bad rma so what are your thoughts on that)
4#. By reading all the requirements above which motherboard would you recommend
I recommend him the b650e pg Riptide which is 900 pln but it has slightly blue colour to it so he didn't like it since he's going for all black no rgb build
Budget is not that big of an issue since he's splitting the total bill so he can pay slightly higher than this if it offers the value for it
Can anyone also explain what's the exact difference between b650E and x670E, as far as I know it mainly ports and slot and maybe more lanes but not sure
Also how does the lanes in motherboard works since on official website it sometims says that m.2_1 or any number will be filled then pcie 5.0x16 will run at x8 or something like that sohow does that work and can it impact the performance

I've been using Amazon for so long I can't even remember. I've always loved Amazon for it's reviews and Q&A section in a product and customers can post pictures and videos. I live in a rural area and Amazon was 2 day shipping before COVID but gotten longer since after to the point I have to wait almost a week. I've used to use eBay before Amazon and what sold me using Amazon is the reviews, Q&As, and quicker shipping. Now I'm debating on switching off of Prime because their customer support don't know anything.
(You can skip this part if you don't care about my issue I'm having) This year I've found out about Amazon Household. Since me and my dad uses Amazon for a lot of things (especially for car parts) to save a little money we just go half on buying a year worth of Prime. My dad and I had our own Prime account and when I added him to my Household I thought it'll cancelled his Prime and then put him on mine, nope still charge him monthly so we cancelled his Prime. Then we notice Amazon was still bugging him to join Prime even being on my Household. So I removed him and saw there was a 180 day wait, I contact Amazon, and they renew my wait. I re-added him and still having issue with sharing Prime. So I contacted Amazon; they wanted me to remove him again and readd him. So I did and still didn't work and told them. The person told me to remove him, wait 24hr, and then contact support to add him back (most likely didn't know how to solve the issue, instead of saying idk just wait tll 24hr so I don't have to support you). So I'm on chat as I'm typing this post finally gotten hold of a "specialist" (updates soon). Been on chat since 1130pm to 1:12am. Update: Finally got told since I'm on discount Prime student I can't share Prime even though I'm able to make a Household as long I'm Prime but now allow to share it... Tbh I think it's dumb for even letting me create a Household with no warning except if you dig deep in their policy website in the support it tells you. But on the household page doesn't mention anything about it or gives a warning "hey we detected that you're a Prime student and aren't allow to share Prime benefits, do you want to continue?"
Thinking about switching to Walmart or even Walmart+. My closes Walmart is about 15mins away. I did some looking on Walmart site and saw I can get my some items next day shipping and the shipping cost isn't too bad consider I would get it next day or spend more to get free shipping. But with Walmart+ I can get free shipping with any purchase (to my understanding) and Paramount+ free (never had it before but seen some shows I might be interested in). Also I like the idea I can return my product to a Walmart store where I don't have to drive 40min (granted I work in that area anyways) to return an item and hopes it gets to Amazon.

This LEGO set ( DIO's World ) is based on the latest Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders series. Here I combined several different ones into one. The set contains 2400 pieсes.

The best part in this set is the 5 stands: Star Platinum, The World, Hierophant Green, Silver Chariot and Hermit Purple ( but it doesn't have a unique build, so it's in Joseph's hands ). I bought a townhome at the beginning of August 2023 and am dealing with 2 major issues with the HOA.

1. During inspection there was mold found in the attic that required removal of the insulation and installation of new insulation. This request was made and approved in July as part of conditions to close, the mold was removed the day I moved in but never replaced. I have documentation from the community manager stating it will be done at the expense of the HOA, but since she has left the new community manager and her director are trying to refuse to cover their end of reinsulating the attic. I am now 8 months without it and it definitely affects livability in the house.
   
2. There was a big hail storm in May 2023 that resulted in roofing damage across the complex. The inspection was done and the claim made in October of 2023 but no notice of the loss assessment or amount owed by each unit was sent out until the end of April 2024 with an expectation of payment on June 1, 2024 essentially giving people 1 month notice. While I have loss assessment coverage, my insurance agent is telling me that they won’t cover it since the date of the storm happened before I bought and should be covered by the previous policy.
   

How do I navigate either of these situations? So far the HOA has been next to useless getting me information or straight answers about either of these issues and with the time constraint I’m not sure what legal options I have.

My thoughts, it's good seeing Seth sober and ready for these interviews. He's definitely trying to be more cordial. Even though I'm crapping on Pascal, and he deserves to be crapped on, he advocated for for a united front from Seth, Chris and Katie. He did however cowtow to the idea that Seth should just get to see all the evidence the police have collected. He's smart enough to understand why that can't happen. Tony definitely has Seth's ear, and he probably helped him out a great deal during the Nancy Grace incident... But I still don't think he's doing it for altruistic reasons. I meant it when I said we should hold Pascal to his commitment to come to the vigil. He made more money in an hour and half than I made in the 8 hours I worked today.
My last thought... An hour and 41 minutes. That's how long that live stream was and the majority of it was Seth and Tony addressing drama that Seth and Tony and basically everyone that wasn't the Proudfoot's created (with the possible exception for Chris calling in to Cluemaniti). At no point did the stream put up a picture of Sebastian. At no point did anyone say or show the number for the tip line. At no point did Seth mention what areas his volunteer searches have covered. At no point did Seth outline areas that still need to be searched. At no point did Seth give insight to Sebastian's personality that could help indentify him. If this was the very first thing I'd had seen about this case I'd know all about Seth and Tony and how they feel about things.. but Sebastian would be pretty much a mystery.

I have about 4 years of work experience with 3 years being in a startup and 1 year being in a big government agency. I have used React, Vue, Node, PHP (Laravel), Postgres and much more to a lesser extent.
As much as I love Canada, I really enjoyed the short time I spent in Ljubljiana as a tourist. I realize that visiting as a tourist is very different than working and living there so I was hoping to get some insight and have some people call me crazy. I love a slower pace of life with not much happening. I also ideally would not have a car and would be able to get around with public transit. I'm not concerned about making tons of money and care mostly just about being able to afford a pretty simple/typical lifestyle.
Anyways I just wanted to get some perspective if it would be possible to get a job as a software developer as someone from Canada. I'm really into learning languages and have spent a big chunk of my life learning German, so while that wouldn't help me in learning Slovenian I understand what goes into learning a language. Is there anything I might be missing? Any advice is welcome!

I am F 26. I am a Single Parent since nabuntis. although during the time na buntis ako, di pa kami officially hiwalay (but hindi kami kasal) Our parents agreed na magpakasal kami pero di ako pumayag kasi during the time na nagbubuntis ako, aware akong may mali 💀kaya nag reason out nalang ako na tsaka nalang ang kasal after manganak. Di alam ng family ko na hindi ako tinatrato ng tama ng partner ko. Pinagtakpan ko sya until napansin na ng parents ko na there's something wrong at pinapabayaan niya ko all through out my pregnancy. Kahit nung moment na nanganak ako, he wasn't there. Pumunta lang sya dun nung nakapanganak na ko.
Nung nanganak na ko, wala pang 1 week, nagrereklamo siya sa nanay ko na bakit daw lagi akong tulog at hindi ako kumikilos. Pinaglalaba nya pa ako. When he can do it naman dahil wala naman syang work at wala naman siya ginagawa kundi mag adik sa online games and hello??? I gave birth. Sariwa pa ang tahi at dumadaan pa sa PPD dahil sa pagkakaroon ng iresponsableng partner. Inapelyido ko pa sakanya yung anak ko kasi malaki ang pag asa ko na magbabago siya dahil sa baby. pero i was wrong. wala pa 1 month baby namin naghiwalay na kami.. reasons are irresponsible siya, ayaw magwork mas inuuna ang online games.. at ang pinaka malala third party 💀 anyway so ayun, nakipaghiwalay ako pero umaasa ako na aayusin nya. after 2 months nagmakaawa ako sakanya na ayusin namin yung family.. pero sabi niya, para nalang daw sa bata. lagi sya nagbibigay ng mixed signals. iba iba statements nya sakin. since naghiwalay kami hindi sya nagsusustento, if magbihay man bilang lang sa daliri ko. (gastos ko at ng fam ko) but they didn't attend. Since nanganak ako up to 3 months baby ko, family ko ang sumuporta sa needs ng anak ko. Pero nung kaya ko na i did everything para mabuhay ko ang baby ko dahil nahihiya ako sa parents ko na ipa-kargo yung anak ko.
Hindi ako nanghihingi ng tulong sakanya kasi kapag may maayos akong kita hindi talaga ko nanghihingi dahil alam ko naman na wala siyang work. Nakaipon ako ng pera that time dahil pandemic saktong malakas ang food deliveries at kung ano ano din ang binenta ko. Fast forward, first birthday ng baby ko (i'm so proud dahil galing lahat sa bulsa ko ang ginastos ko dun) 🥹 I invited him and his family. Umattend naman sila then after that mejo nagkasundo, nagpunta kami sakanila to celebrate Christmas. Hanggang sa napagkasunduan namin na i-try ulit.. kaso after 5 months, it didn't really work out.
the reason why? alam kong niloloko nya ko at pinipilit nya lang na pakisamahan ako dahil gusto ng parents nya na nasa puder nila yung anak ko (since nagiisang apo) pero sobra sobrang depression yung nararanasan ko sa araw araw na nandun ako. Umalis kami ng anak ko pero maayos naman yung pag alis ko.

I am in serious need of guidance on a post breakup dating issue. A serious boyfriend (30) (Hank) and I (32) were together for 2 1/12 years and lived together for 1. We broke up in almost a year ago semi-amicably but stopped speaking 5 months ago.
Cut to now, I matched with a former co-worker of his on Hinge (Ben). Hank was “laid off” from that job in May 2023. However, they worked on the same team, interacted frequently while they worked together, and follow each other on Instagram but they do not have contact after Hank left that job (to my knowledge). My ex never liked Ben and would talk shit about him to me during our relationship so I was aware of their relation to one another.
Do I mention this to Ben at all or not? We have plans to get drinks later this week and I am conflicted. Hank is my ex and irrelevant to either of us since they no longer work together and haven’t for some time. On the other hand, it feels weird not mentioning it because I am allowing this guy to talk about himself and his job, some of which I already know via my ex. I had been playing dumb but he has since said where he works and the team/type of work he is in within the company (small team)...not to mention I have his first and last name and he is easily google-able.
I don’t want to come across as a crazy ex that is dating my ex-boyfriend’s former associates but I also don’t know that I owe him anything. I also want to give Ben a chance to bail if he thinks it’s strange. Keep in mind, when Hank and I were dating, I had gone to a few intimate dinner parties with partners and associates of the team but Ben was never there.
When is an appropriate time to bring this up?

The chance of my ex and I getting back together is just about 0% but I low key still love him and in my delusional mind if I managed to really get my shit together maybe some fay we could...and I think that this would be something Hank (my ex) would find messed up as he feels as though Ben took his job from him (however unwarranted). I can't be certain but I think he may have even said it would bother him if we were to even break up and I were to start dating Ben. That being said, I know that they sexted while we were together (we had an open relationship but still). Additionally, I don't know where my ex and I even stand. I am assuming it isn't on good terms because he blocked my number (presumably because I called him a couple times post 3AM when I was drunk/high but I was messed up in the throws of a break up and that's typical toxic bs). I'm taking it to mean he is so over me and doesn't want to deal at all, thinks I am a mess, and couldn't care less. So more power to me? Part of me thinks, and hopes that he blocked me because he knew it was over and had to just make a clean break (I had heard he was having a bit if a life crisis shortly after our break up...not just bc of me but not nott bc of me)....I say this because for a few months after our break up we would text. Just about this and that. Nothing necessarily of substance but just little things. Also, right before he blocked me he had messaged me pictures of our old apartment and said "do you miss it?"...I think he was trying to reminisce but I'm not sure because I didn't respond, didn't plan to, and then called him drunk at 3AM. He didn't answer but then the next day when I texted him to apolgize for calling late (because I knew he hated that) he had blocked me and I found out he dropped off my childhood decorations at my brother's house rather than at mine.
Soooo it's over. I just can't help but hesitate because he did mean a lot to me and frankly he had some legit reasons for the break up. Not that I was cheating or anything but I was using drugs behind his back, which he was unaware of exactly but the affects of my behavior had repercussions (i.e. not wanting to have sex, being lazy, not being a proactive partner, not working out, etc.)....It's hard to say but I took it for granted..He was not saint either to be honest. He pushed for an open relationship that I didn't want but agreed because I was in love with him and I loved our connection.
Ok, I'm sorry. I got off topic. The question is - do I mention to this new guy that I used to date his former coworker? When do I bring it up, if at all? I had planned on playing dumb but feel as though I no longer can because it's been made crystal clear that they worked at the same company, at the same time, in the same group.

• Landlord must be able to file claims on the policy
  
• Following perils must be covered:
  

o Damage caused by tenant negligence under the following perils- Pet Damage, Water, Smoke/Fire, Explosion, and bed bugs
What I'm specifically unsure about is how to ensure that if I select a different insurance than the one they're partnered with, I get the whole "additional insured" and "landlord must be able to file claims on the policy" part.
Currently, they've given me a link to "ePremium by Inhabit", which is offered through Millennial Specialty Insurance.

Is this good? is it normal? If I do shop around, what specific terms am I looking for in other company's policies to ensure I meet the terms of my lease agreement? Or is this a good enough price and company, as far as you can tell, and I should probably just go with it? If someone can get me the same benefits for $100 cheaper, I'm interested. $50? Maybe.
