Doing research on nearby plastic surgeons I noticed many only have a single picture example posted or none at all. The doc I will be going to has a questionnare that asks if I want my pictures taken and posted(of course face wont be shown) I chose not to but now Im not sure. I am thinking of changing my mind and letting them go ahead and use my gyno pics so they can have another example of their work on the website and in hopes it will encourage more guys that suffer with gyno to go out their and get the surgery. I am in my mid 30’s and have yet to get the surgery and I can tell you now that if you are young get it done as soon as financially possible. I have missed out on so many life opportunities just about all of them due to the embarassment of having gyno and its effects on my mental health.

Hey everyone, so I made a post before that so many of you lovely people responded to with many words of encouragement for moving here. It's my birthday month and something I want to do is try and get as many spider-men/women together out front of my balcony while I blast all of the best Spider-Verse songs (even the classic Spider-Man 3 Toby Maguire dance).
I'm hella shy but something I loved doing last Halloween was throwing beads out dressed as Spider-Man. It was my first time putting that outfit on and I truly felt the great power and responsibility when seeing how all the kids reacted. It warmed my heart that I actually stopped drinking to keep the magic of these kids meeting Spider-Man. There was a specific moment I'll never forget where I finally went to walk into the street and this little boy dressed as Tom Holland Spider-Man was walking with his dad in front of me. I motioned to the dad and he nudged his son to turn around and omg, the way this kids face glowed up was amazing. He kept talking and talking and talking and gave me a big hug and we got a picture. I have no clue what he said but just being a fan my whole life I know it'll be a core memory for him and everyone I met that day as your friendly neighborhood.
So for my birthday month, it would be amazing if any other spider-friends out there would help make some magic.
My plan is this: Friday 5/17 meet out front of the Gumbo Shop at 7pm when it starts to cool down.
IF IT RAINS we will reschedule for: Thursday 5/23 (three days before my actual birthday) at the same location and time.

I was hoping to get some help finding a replacement part. A few days ago someone hit my passenger side mirror of my 2023 Ascent Onyx while it was parked at a store. The black cover must have popped off. I didn't notice this for a few days so I do not have the cover that popped off. There doesn't seem to be any damage other than the cover is now missing. I took a picture of the driver side mirror and outlined the part I'm trying to find. I've tried searching for it but I don't really understand the subaru part schematics and I want to make sure I'm ordering the right part. I appreciate any help identifying the part number.

UDIO users ask for stem separation feature all the time. This is a really important feature that would be extremely useful. But is it possible to implement it as everyone imagines it inside UDIO? Probably not.
Considering the specific nature of neural networks and AI music generation, it is simply not technically possible for UDIO to split a finished composition into separate stems. I can't know exactly how the UDIO algorithm works, but most likely the composition is generated from a cluster of noise, which with each iteration acquires the shape (sound) that was specified by the prompt. Therefore, you can split the composition into stems only after it is completely done, using additional software like Demucs, Splitter, Lalai.
The disadvantage of this method is that the stem separation algorithms are still not working perfectly, so each stem after separation includes some amount of artifacts. Keeping in mind that the AI generated tracks themselves contain some artifacts, after stem separation these artifacts sometimes become so numerous that the stems can become unusable.
After thinking about this problem, I came up with the idea that perhaps we should go the other way around. I will not describe the technical aspects, but will try to present only the basic idea.
The key requirement for the realization of this idea is itself an important feature that has been long awaited. It is the option to generate purely solo tracks. Imagine, you press the button "solo stem generation" and write the prompt "acoustic guitar, flamenco, Spanish theme" and then you get a guitar solo track. This option in itself is already extremely powerful, people will be absolutely delighted as everyone will be able to enrich their own compositions without having to generate a whole song in UDIO. This option will be even more effective when UDIO will be able to generate audio with specified tempo and tonality, and based on custom midi. These features have already been mentioned many times, so I won't focus on them.
Obviously, to be able to generate solo tracks with high quality you need a training date, but there should be no problem with that. For this time tens of thousands of sample packs with all kinds of individual instruments have been created and recorded in perfect quality. Most of these samples are perfectly categorized by tempo, tonality and genre. And if that's not enough, think of the thousands of albums and recordings of concerts and live performances of any solo instrument.
So we have the ability to generate a solo track, we've got our flamenco guitar. Now the main power of UDIO comes into play: it keeps the context.
UDIO understands prompts and is able to evolve, change, and remix an already finished composition based on what has already been generated by the user's request. The same logic can now be applied to our guitar solo track.
I'm asking UDIO to generate a few more solo tracks ("funky bass guitar", "Motown drum section" and "female vocals, sustained notes"), keeping in mind the context of our already generated guitar. Because of that, these tracks will probably be in the same pitch, tempo and overall feel as the first track, since it is the source of the context.
With this feature, users will be able to generate entire songs as separate tracks. If you want, you can generate an entire orchestra or Gregorian chorus in separate stems, which you can then edit and mix as you like. The creative possibilities of this feature are endless.
Most likely, this feature will have to be monetized, as it will multiply the number of generations and the load on the UDIO's servers. But I'm sure there will be plenty of people willing to pay for this feature.
I hope I've made my point. I may have been a bit optimistic, since I mostly just used my intuitive understanding of how the UDIO works, but at least I tried.

Thanks in advance for reading this. For our 15th anniversary, my wife and I - along with our daughter - are driving from Georgia to Orlando and going on a cruise that leaves on a Saturday. However, I told them that we would get there Thursday evening so I could relax for a day after the long drive. In reality, I’m planning on taking them to Magic Kingdom for the day on Friday.
I know it’s going to cost a lot for one day, but there’s a good reason. We went to WDW for our honeymoon, then our 5 year anniversary, and then our 10 year anniversary. Each time, we took an identical picture of the two of us kissing in front of the Partners statue. When the decision was made to go on a cruise for our 15th, I knew there was no way I could let the tradition die - especially when we would be so close. So here we are.
I need help maximizing our day. Things have changed since our last visit in 2019, so I was hoping to get some quick tips to make things simple and ensure we get on all the big rides. The only new ride I see is TRON, but Genie+ is new to me. Plus, we always had a full week on our other visits so there wasn’t as much of a time crunch to fit as much into each day as possible.

The emperor had woken up because of some wizard, so me and Subodai have been helping him catch up on what's been happening. It’s been an interesting couple of months if i have to say so. Luna read the note by Sarah, one of her closest friends and crew members. She, like everyone on the crew, felt the same way about being separated, but all understood the purpose of this separation. Bonnie and Jack went to Marleybone; Sarah, Monkey King, and Subodai went to Mooshu; Herself, El toro and Sally stayed within skull island with the couple bouncing back and forth to Cool Ranch. The rest of the crew spread across the spiral helping with the reconstruction after the armada.
Signing, Luna leaned back in her seat and looked towards the pictures she had on her desk. One was the picture of Marco Pollo’s crew that they found in Captain Blood's cave. Another was of her friends back in Grizzleheim, and the last one was of her, Sarah, Subodai, Jack and Bonnie. Picking up the photo she started to remember when it was taken.

“You guys can’t possibly think that can be an okay thing to do to him, right.”
Luna with her small crew sat in the cellar of the tavern in skull island. It was only a few after they saved Ratbeard from the water moles. A decision that has caused some of her crew (particularly Sarah and Subodai) to grow creative threats towards him. The most recent one was to take a very brutal excitation method from her homeworld and use it on him. Granted they probably only saw it within books, she still didn't understand how they thought it would be ok.
“Even still, he needs to know we won't be putting up with him, especially after what he did to his own crew. I mean killing them just to have everything to himself. That could've been me in there if he hadn't taken the will when he did.”
Sarah was right afterall, she could have been a part of that. Looking around the crew nodded in agreement to what she had said. Shaking her head Luna decided to drop the subject. Turning to Jack this was the first time in hours that she was able to find out about who her parents truly were.
“Hey Jack? Can you possibly tell me what my parents were like? Your guys travels? Anything really.”
Her voice came out more meek than she had liked, making her sound like a child that was asking permission for something. Bonnie and Sarah turned their full attention to Jack, while Subodai leaned back and closed his eyes. She could tell if he was doing it to be able to envision what Jack was saying or if he just didn't care too much (she asked him a month after this, it was to envision it). Jack turned to her with a smile, took a swig of his yum and leaned back.
“I don't even know where to start for you. I joined the crew when I was around 20 (I like to think our parents were in their mid 20’s when they had us) and your parents were about 22. I grew up with your father in Marleybone. He was always headstrong, knew what he wanted, but was always willing to help others. When we were around 16 that's when we first met your mother. It was shortly after she left darkmoor and all three of us just clicked together. After we hit 18 your mother went off on her own for about four months, and came back as a different person. I don't know what she did, where she went or what happened. However, that's when your parents decided to create a crew. We knew people who wanted to leave, and who had the experience. At the time I wasn't ready, so I told them to give me about a year and to come back to get me.”
Jack took a break for a second to take a drink and eat some food. Looking around, Sarah and Bonnie were so interested they ended up leaning on their arms to be comfortable. Honestly Luna was also in that position. Subodai was in the same position but with a small smile.
“I can’t tell you how many places we’ve gone to. We went to Grizzleheim to see Siv, Cool Ranch, Mooshu, Zafara which was actually really nice, and Krokotopia for a short time. I do remember that Jenny wrote journals for every world we've gone to. If we are able to find them then you'll be able to learn more about them personally then I do.”
Luna knew about her mother’s journals, Siv would talk about them consistently but she never knew where she put them. At that point Ratbeard came down into the Cellar holding a camera with a goofy smile.
“Where in the world did you get that thing?”
Bonnie asked him, having an idea of his answer.
“I stole it. Hey, don't give me that look, we're pirates. We steal, that's what we do for a living. Now, get together so I can mess with this thing.”
Looking at each other the five of us leaned in for him to take a picture of us. Held it up to his face, counted, then there was a flash. Within seconds was the picture of the five of them huddled together smiling.
(End of flashback)
The memory slowly faded as she held the picture within her hands. Back then it wasn't as stressful as it is now. The crew was small meaning she only had to worry about a handful of people, we didn't know about the armada, they didn't have as many enemies. However, now they have to worry about the people who are after them simply because of the map pieces.
A knock on the door disrupted her thoughts.
“Captain, something came up and I think you should hear this personally. Me and Toro will be waiting by the schools next to the person that needs to talk to you.”
“Thank you Sally, I’ll be there shortly.”
Luna set the picture back on her desk, opened up the top drawer of the desk and put Sarah’s recent letter in it. Smiling at the amount that she had and remembering everyone she slowly closed it. Getting up she grabbed her weapons, put on her coat and hat, and headed out to where her two crew members were waiting.

F26, fiance is M26. Together for over 3 years and live together.
In March, he went through a completely unexpected and severely traumatic event.
He floundered a lot in the beginning trying to cope with what happened.
In the first few days/first week following, he was struggling to manage all the texts/calls/etc from family & friends- not because they were doing anything wrong, it was just a lot during a traumatic time. He asked if I'd mind being his POC for the time- he didn't want his loved ones to be wondering/worried but could not handle the extent of it. I was happy to do so.
As he came out of the initial trauma, he obvs began reaching out to people himself and spending more time with them. His siblings live in our city but his parents live farther away so they haven't seen him.
His mom however still calls me daily for updates and has been asking me about things that are really unnecessary and/or none of her business. I know she's extremely worried about him but they talk on a regular basis now.
For example, she asks me what chores he's "been able to do" and gets upset when I say at this point he's pretty much doing the same chores as before, and says I should be doing them for him since he's recovering, etc. She's asked me weird questions pertaining to our sex life and how the trauma has impacted it, that she hopes I'm not expecting too much of him, etc. Multiple calls/texts per day and always an implication that I'm doing something wrong or pushing him to do too much too fast after a severe trauma.
Over the weekend he made me a beautiful birthday cake and I texted MIL a picture and raved about it and got an upset phone call the next day about how I shouldn't be making him do things like that for me and how unfair I'm being toward him.
I spoke to her Sunday night and told her that for the time being I am no longer going to be taking calls, and am happy to answer texts that do not pertain to "updates" about my fiance, but I won't currently be discussing our daily lives or his trauma with her. She will have to contact him directly.
MIL is extremely upset with me and has been texting paragraph upon paragraph. She's accusing me of isolating him from his family and of negatively impacting his trauma recovery. She has also heavily implied that I could have done something to prevent what happened to him. She keeps posting and sharing very passive aggressive Facebook posts about me and is telling me that she may withdraw her part of funding our wedding if I don't reconsider (her and FIL had previously offered to fund the entire rehearsal dinner and a large airbnb for the wedding party).
We're not worried about that, but I'm frustrated with the way she is acting and her constantly contacting me and posting about how I'm the asshole. Her and I have always gotten along great with no issues and I understand that she's devastated and stressed about what happened to her son. Not sure how I could/should be handling this differently. AITA?

Just to lay some background for the scenario in OTL The Popular Front was a mixture of parties from many sides of the political spectrum ranging from moderate to Communist in France. Due to a harsher WW1 more conservative elements rise to power in the UK and France as the Conservative Party is headed by a vehemently anti appeasement Winston Churchill following his election in 1931 and again in 1935 and a more moderate dominated Popular Front after Hitler rises to power calling for a crusade against Fascism. It’s the 7th of March 1936 and the German army has marched into the Rhineland and claims it is merely marching into its own territory. France and Britain seeing this as a flagrant disregarding of the Treaty of Versailles and issues an ultimatum for Germany to withdraw their armies from the Rhineland or face war. Hitler attempting to call the Allies bluff ignores them and is immediately slapped by a declaration of war from Britain, France and the wider commonwealth. Europe after 18 years is once again at war. This war somewhat declared spontaneously is met with the public by horror. Many people saw the horrors of the First World War and are hesitant to send another generation of men off to die in a seemingly pointless conflict. The war further sours in the public eye once King Edward VIII famously isolationist and beloved by the people attempts to veto the war and his royal perogative is overridden by Churchill leading to a constitutional crisis. Similarly in France protests sweep the nation with a March on Paris being put down by the Gendarmie (Military Police). A resurgent left in France launches a coup in Paris reinstating the Paris Commune and attempting to spread throughout France. This situation further worsens when as soon as an offensive is attempted into the Rhineland a mass mutiny begins and large sections of the army pledge allegiance to the Paris Commune. After a general strike is called the Popular Front is paralysed to respond and they are forced to do nothing as their country is consumed by the Revolution. A French Socialist Republic is established and immediately signs a peace with Nazi Germany. With the fall of France calls for peace in Britain only grow louder and Winston Churchill seems dead set on continuing the war. The anti war Communist Party of Great Britain and British Union of Fascists begin to enjoy greater support in large cities both playing off the fall of France to communism and preaching peace. Oswald Mosley and his blackshirts attempt a Putsch to storm Westminster palace and other Blackshirts in other cities attempt mirror marches. This doesn’t having the fast coup effect like Mosley was hoping attempting to mirror the French and it escalates into a full blown civil war. A Revolution also ignites into the industrial cities of Greater Manchester South Yorkshire and Birmingham pledging allegance to the CPGB. Both revolutions declare a state with the British National State (BNS) and British Socialist Republic (BSR) Facing immense internal unrest Britain signs a peace treaty with a relieved Germany that was in no way prepared for war. Alliances and treaties begin to form with a Franco-Soviet pact being signed in early 1937 welcoming France to the Comintern and feeling threatened Germany, Italy, Hungary and Romania all sign a pact linking them into a new Berlin Rome Axis. And finally the Ottowa accords are signed formed the allies closely linked to the UK though not officially due to a non intervention agreement regarding the British Civil War. The British and French empires begin to collapse so there is a fight for control through volunteers and supplies for the empires and the jewel of them all the British Isles. A Cold War has settled upon the world between the Allies Axis and Comintern being an existential matter for every nation involved.

But hello, I was just kind of wanting to get another thought on this leg wound I got about 3ish weeks ago. I think it's healing but I'm not completely sure... my mom thinks it still looks infected.
Backstory is that I was picking up a board from the recent storms here in Nebraska (4/26) and I lost my grip and dropped it on my leg, not realizing there was a nail sticking out. Luckily I did not puncture myself, but I did get a small scrape. I immediately cleaned it and bandaged the wound (it bled a tiny bit).
Wound looks like it's healing, it's red and itchy but it's not spreading or anything. Seemed to be closing up too. I kept it clean, was keeping it covered, etc. And then Tuesday May 7th, I pull off the bandage and I noticed I had a second wound next to the original and it was definitely infected. I think I wasn't letting the wound breathe enough and I think the bandaids irritated my skin causing a second wound. The original wound did not seem to be infected from what I could tell.
I immediately contacted my doctor who prescribed cephalexin (2x for 5 days, 500mg) and I finished that Sunday May 12th. Obviously I stopped using the bandaids and switched to gauze pads and I'm letting it breathe when I can. It cleared up the second wound... but now it looks like the original wound might be infected now??
There is no yellow discharge coming from the wound, but there is yellowish discharge on the gauze pad when I remove it. There is a clear discharge coming from the wound which I know is normal and part of healing so that doesn't concern me. I know some yellow discharge could be normal, but this seems like an odd amount and the wound is still pretty red, and it's a bit itchy/stingy. There is a small amount of bleeding as well but it comes and goes and it's flaking a little bit. The second wound seems to be healing fine.
I contacted my doctor this morning (5/14) and I'm just waiting for a response. Thank you!!

I was struggling with horrible IBS-D for months on end, and even had to quit going to school in person and started doing it totally cyber. It was seriously debilitating and had me calling out of work more than I should, which just gave me more passive aggression from my bosses over something I couldn't control. The last few days have been a lot better, and I've been having more solid bowel movements. At first, I thought more fiber was what I needed and so I was taking supplements and this caused me to have diarrhea every day. I even changed my diet multiple times over the course of months, nothing helped. Then I also tried peppermint oil capsules, which helped with a lot of the bloating and stomach pain, but definitely attributed to my nausea on an emptier stomach. Had my mom, who is a nurse, freaked out that I had an internal blockage that maybe was just causing a small amount of diarrhea to occur instead of a full, solid BM. So she had me chug a thing of mag citrate and do an enema, which I know cleared me out from top to bottom and this didn't seem to really do much either. I finally stopped taking my fiber supplements and I also stopped smoking weed, and my gut health is finally getting better. Smoking weed at first helped with a lot of the pain and mental anguish all of this has caused me, but ultimately I think it sped up my digestion and attributed to a lot of the diarrhea. The last few days I have had some bloating and nausea, but my BMs are nowhere near as bad. I recommend the app PCal if you're interested in tracking your BMs. I find that it is a pretty private app, even allows you to take pictures (sounds gross but honestly it does help tremendously to keep track of what affects my stomach and how it affects my BMs). This app helped me to narrow it down a lot also. Hoping to start my journey on making my IBS a lot more tolerable and less debilitating.

Hi friends, We recently started writing about Danish idioms on our newsletter the Simple Danish Newsletter - I also started posting them here on Reddit, but I have not been great at keeping up, and so now I am 12 weeks behind here on Reddit, and rather than space out 12 different posts, I thought I would do one big post and hopefully get back on track with the postings 😅 So here’s a bunch of Danish idioms for you!
At have det som blommen i et æg
Litterally; to feel like the yolk in an egg. I like this idiom a lot because of how visual it is. It means that you feel good, you feel comfortable, protected, and in the right place.
For example:
A: Se de søde killinger der sover.
B: Åårh, de har sikkert som blommen i et æg.
En heldig kartoffel
Literally, a lucky potato. If someone is especially lucky, in Danish ,you can call them a lucky potato. As far as I can read, the expression comes from an old sailors game, where you would pass a potato around in a circle, and a person in the middle would try to catch it. If the person in the middle could not catch the potato, it was said to be a lucky potato.
For example: A: Jeg har fri på fredag, så jeg kan nyde det gode vejr.
B: Din heldige kartoffel.
A: Har du hørt at Jonas har vundet i lotto? B: Sikke en heldig kartoffel!
En varm kartoffel
Something can also be a hot potato. It is the same expression as in english, where an issue can be a hot potato. Something so hot that it is painful to touch, and so something you would want to avoid. This expression is less used in Denmark, and mostly by newspapers or the older generations.
Lokummet brænder
Litterally: The toilet is on fire.
Either you are in big trouble or you are about to be in big trouble when your toilet is on fire.
Lokum in Danish used to refer to the old shed behind the house, where hole-in-the-ground-with-seat type toilets with no running water were found. Nowadays the word can also refer, with some disgust, to normal toilets.
For example:

• Danskerne er gode til at få psykologisk hjælp når lokummet brænder.
  
• Når lokummet brænder, ved jeg at jeg altid kan regne med dig.
  

Så er den ged barberet
Litterally translating to; then the goat is shaved. Means that something is done or solved. You can use it if you got an annoying task out of the way, either by avoiding the task entirely (and then ironically using så er den ged barberet to humorously say that it was easy), or by actually finishing it.
Example 1: Jeg skal lige færdiggøre den sidste del af præsentationen, og så er den ged barberet.
Example 2: FCK scorede et hurtigt mål mod Brøndby, og så var den ged barberet.
Hvor kragerne vender
Where the crows turn around is used to to mean the same as in the middle of nowhere, although I like the illustrativeness of the Danish phrase much more than in the middle of nowhere. It means somewhere so far away, that even the crows don’t dare go there. You can for example say; Rasmus er vokset op på landet. Der hvor kragerne vender. Or if someone asks you what you did this weekend, you can say: jeg var ude at gå en tur, helt derude hvor kragerne vender. Or if people ask you where you are from: jeg er fra en lille by ude hvor kragerne vender.
Den der kommer først til mølle, får først malet
Litterally; The one who arrives first at the mill will get milled first. This is pretty much the the Danish equivalent of first come, first serve, mixed with a bit of the early bird gets the worm. However in everyday life, you pretty much only hear the first part; først til mølle or you might see something like; “efter først til mølle princip” which was recently added to the Danish dictionary. You might see the phrase if you are looking at items being given away for free or being sold online. I can definitely see how the isolated phrase can confuse new learners though: “Selling sneakers. First to the mill.”

at spille kong gulerod
At spille kong gulerod, to play king-carrot. You can use this expression if someone is acting arrogant, cocky, or superior in a pretentious way. You can for example say du skal ikke komme her og spille kong gulerod if someone is being pompous around you. The phrase apparently comes from an old french, satirical opera from 1872, where vegetables from the garden take control over France. Or so I’ve heard. Don’t cite me on that.
At købe katten i sækken
Literally meaning to buy the cat in the sack. To buy the cat in the sack, means you got cheated in a trade, or that you were not diligent enough when checking what you were buying and got something not worth a lot. You can change the person or the idiom in the idiom as in jeg har købt katten i sækken meaning you already made the bad deal, or you can say hun køber katten i sækken in the 3rd person future tense if someone is going to make a bad decision. You can use it as a warning to someone Pas på du ikke køber katten i sækken if you think there’s a risk they will not make a good choice later.
At gå som katten om den varme grød
Litterally; to walk like the cat around the hot porridge. We use this idiom when someone hesitates to speak directly about a sensitive subject, when they skirt around the issue. I imagine a cat, interested in eating a nice bowl of hot porridge, but the cat is hesitant because it is afraid of burning its tongue.
Example: I forbindelse med spørgsmålet om klimaforandringer, gik politikerne som katten om den varme grød.
at skyde papegøjen
To shoot the parrot, or to have shot the parrot, means to be very lucky. It can also mean to have gotten hold of a very valuable object or person. It is in a sensee the opposite of having bought the cat in the sack. Here’s a few examples:
Rasmus har skudt papegøjen med hende Antonina. Hun er godt nok sød. Jeg har skudt papegøjen her I weekenden på loppemarkedet.
Det med småt
“that with small/little” or more legibly: the fine print.
Har du læst det med småt? Did you read the fine print? You will often see this when websites are trying to be transparent or quirky about their terms and conditions. So you might encounter a link or a website titled “det med småt” if you are trying to buy something.
