So,
EARLY TO MIDGAME:
The early and midgame is easy in terms of resources, only thing to mention here is to get floors asap using vendors and coins. At LEAST get Workshop, Forge and Tailor.
One other tip early game, prioritize seeds when you can, and DONT make too many vermin salves, use a lot of blood rose brews instead once you get it going. You will need fiber and bone in bulk.
MIDGAME:
Midgame iron is solved by going bear form to the iron cave (the golems dont attack animals, and you are a bear, an animal)
If you need scrolls or wool, get a paper press and use the pollen method to make coarse thread into wool at weaver.
Just speedrun bosses.
ENDGAME:
Afterwards, we get in the endgame grind.
Here are the materials and how to best get them:

• Pristine leather: Kill werewolf village at night, roam the cursed forest north and kill all. This will be your biggest bottleneck
  
• Silk: Use the recipe from vermin nest to make silk at base, no need to farm spider cave
  
• Mutant grease: DO NOT FARM OPEN WORLD, farm quartz/glass instead and use vermin nest to make tons of mutated rats. Literally turn glass into mutant grease.
  
• Gems and gem dust: Just progress bosses and destroy extra ones
  
• Gold bars and chains: Silverlight is good, but going mortium and killing patrols is better. I recommend that.
  
• More seeds and saplings: Use stygian summon circle to make blood treants (dont forget to add appropriate floor)
  
• Sulfur and copper: Farm transcendium mine with worker blood. Huge yields.
  
• Bones: Use tombstones with mourning lilly recipe, or just kill mutated rats.
  
• Blood and essences: Kill mobs inside or outside base, and press the blood.
  
• Oil: Send servants for oil, or press fishes (but I dont recommend pressing fishes)
  
• Cloth: Use thick leather only, and combine with fiber to get cloth.
  
• Fiber: Farm high density fields with worker blood, sword spin, and axe second ability.
  
• Ghost shrooms and plague briar: Get goldsun coins and fly batform to silverlight vendor, buy seeds and fishes, and you can batform out as they are teleportable
  
• Extra ghost shroom and mutant grease source: Plant at base gloom and cursed tree saplings. Since the 1.0 update, they give shrooms and grease at home.
  
• Power cores: Batteries are teleportable, so farm them in gloomrot areas, then go 40-60 at once to charge them from base. Dont fight around that area when charging, as you can teleport and do charge runs fast.
  
• Bat leather and Blood crystal: These are the easiest materials to get. Dracula demise and incursions.
  
• Stygian shards: Be good at pvp, and do incursions. Dominate a succubus or any other high blood draculin to send him to greater stygian shards.
  

FINAL ENDGAME:
- GET ALL SERVANTS UP AND GEARED. On a duo server, we have two castles with 5x2=10 servants all geared up and ready to go. They solve all our material needs now.

• Get 100% blood of each type. Use irradiated gruel to increase blood quality of prisoner.
  
• Get a big garden.
  
• Unlock as many passives as you need from stygian altar
  
• Unlock full tech tree using paper press + pollen + fiber method.
  
• Try to get legendary gems on your abilities that you use.
  
• Try to get legendary weapons or good epics. When you do incursions, visit the trader and fast buy your epic/legendary weapon for 1500 greater stygians. Once bought, it cannot be dropped. 10% chance for buy to be legendary.
  
• Make a good castle, raid, defend, and grind legendary weapons and gems

Prologue

Hello and welcome to my post. I will subdivide this into two large parts. One will cover my thoughts, feelings, my hopes and dreams...While the other will tell you the specifics of how I pass the time, what topics interest me, what passions do I posses. I believe that at the end of this leap into my inner world, you dear reader, will have all the necessary information to judge whether we are compatible or not.

Part I
I am writing this in the hopes of finding something that I lack. Lately I have had this feeling, this tinge of melancholy within the dephts of my being, this yearning to find a kindred spirit, another Soul, much like mine, to form a bond with. Perhaps Loneliness is the right word for what is bothering me, but to use it seems to carry with it a connotation of ungratefulness. Ungratefulness for the people that I do have in my life, although none of them, of course, have the connection to me that I seek here.

I have found it increasingly necessary to seek in this Life a sort of purity of thought. What I mean is, I have began to undestand what ideas and concepts are ultimately compatible with my inner most Self, ergo what guidelines I have to follow to feel the most whole. Naturally I have likewise realised what I cannot add to my Self and what I will henceforth reject with all the power that I posses.

With this new context in mind, I now follow on the path of self improvement. I will now begin to mold my Self into my perfected idea of how the Self should be. This is certainly a significant undertaking, one that will not be easy to follow through on but one that I ultimately have to do. To me such context is essential. It is akin to a Guiding Star shining in the night. I will follow this Star for without it I am lost in the vast Darkness.

Looking back at my life, it was suboptimal, especially if one compares the way it molded me to how I will now mold myself. I suppose I must look on with a hint of regret at all that time which one might consider to be lost. Still... I try to stave off such decisively negative interpretations, after all, I have ultimately came to these conclusions. That means that somewhere along the line I had to have picked up on enough of such ideas for them to become so cemented in my consciousness. Well, either that or I was always like this, but in that case I can at least thank my life up to this point for not being able to supress such manifestations of my inner most Self.

To add to the topic of my life, I must admit that not all the battles have yet been won, not all the Demons vanquished, not every Mountain climbed. I want you to keep such things in mind when deciding whether or not to approach me. Many will shy away, I undestand that much, but the pursuit of true Companionship is just another such battle. Having said all that I do believe that being able to overcome hurdles together carries with it a certain appeal. That is to say, what's the fun in joining once the Game is already over?

I don't shy away from such challenges, perhaps to a fault. Certain troubles that I faced in the past carry with them a long shadow over my current health and well being. Still, I intend to change little in this regard other than the proficiency with which I will clash the current of my Will against the cliffs of Life.
Part II
In this part of my post I will tell you about my interests and hobbies, I will try to be thorough, commonality in this regard is rather important to build a relationship
History. I have had an interest in history for almost a decade now, it started back in school and developed from there. Well, now that I think about it one could argue that it started even earlier in my life as I liked watching the odd historic documentary or film aired on television but it wasn't regular back then, I never actively sought it out. I am mostly interested in European history in the period between the 18th-20th century but I sometimes branch out to other time periods and other parts of the world. I watch various channels related to history and read articles and sometimes books. I have recently got a few books on the German revolution of 1848/1849 and a historical magazine on the Thirty Years' War. Besides that I try to visit museums sometimes.
Literature. Especially old novels. I like to immerse myself in the Worlds of these books, I tend to read them while listening to thematically fitting music and take my time with them. One time you are following a troubled Youth in his quest for spiritual understanding of the world, another you see the aged and decrepit Doctor gambling his very Soul on the promises of abtaining satisfaction in earthy pleasures, then again your olfaction notices the most pleasant scent known to man even as the one eminating it has the appearance of a revolting Frog. These and many other stories open up to you once you decide to set foot into the literary World.
Languages. I know three, with one being a bit rusty. I am currently working intently on strengthening it. I believe that if I continue to apply myself in this regard then I should be able to finally conquer it. What language am I working on? Well, if you were to stack all the major works in it they would be as tall as a house... It is fun to go through different works in multiple languages, the same goes for film, games and such.
Games. I recently played Cyberpunk 2077. Well as recently as I played any major story centric game. Now that the dust has settled and the bugs mostly removed...It's not that bad. The main questline at least. Besides that I tried Fallout 76 (Very average, I'm dissapointed with what they made the "RPG" system) and I might give Deus Ex Manking Divided another spin (since it's somewhat similar to Cyberpunk when it comes to its aesthetics). Dark Souls is one of my favorite series, I still haven't beaten Elden Ring though. When it came out I wasn't in the right mindset to invest a hundred hours into it, with all those bosses and difficult locations. I think I'll only consider playing it if I am streaming it to someone. I am generally interested in either streaming games or having the person I am talking to stream them to me. To be specific I mean streaming to a single person while being on call. Besides that I'm a big fan of Paradox strategy games, especially Europa Universalis IV and Heats of Iron IV, I tend to only play single player since I find multiplayer with many people to be rather stressful but on the other hand I have nothing against a co-op game. I'm not the best player though, despite the ammount of hours I have in them. Another great game I would mention would be Dragon's Dogma. A very underrated RPG. I recently beat it again and it was an atmospheric and interesting experience. It is one of those games that feel like they have an endless ammount of depth and constant new secrets to discover.
Anime and Manga. In recent times my interest in them has waned but I still watch the occasional series here and there. Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners (Which I found to be rather mediocre) and the very good first season from the new arc of Bleach. Some of my favourite series include: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Death Note, Fate;Zero, Psycho Pass, Code Geass and Attack on Titan. I wouldn't mind if you were to introduce me to some new series, maybe based on the ones I mentioned. My favourite Manga is Berserk which I still follow, althought I am still not certain on the direction that the new author is taking. I suppose it really is a matter of contention whether a somewhat (or considerably warped) vision is better than an unfinished work. One could argue that a few novels remain unfinished and possess a macabre appeal to them as such.
Music. Classical music has a very special place in my heart. A few of my favourite pieces would be: Clair de Lune, Nocturne Op. 9 No.2, Devil's Trill Sonata, Danse Macabre, Valse Sentimentale, Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92: II. Alegreto (by Beethoven) and Suite from Swan Lake, Op. 20a: I. Scene. Moderato. There are more but these ones always invoke something in me when I listen to them. Besides Classical I also enjoy listening to Synthwave, old Western pop and J-pop, both modern and from the 20th century.
Esotericism. I am interested in things spiritual, mystical, magical and esoteric. I have read religios texts, magical grimoires, introductions to various schools of thought. It is interesting to me.
Epilogue
Hopefully I was able to cast the spotlight upon my inner World in a clear and unequivocal manner. I feel the need to add to the aforementioned that I am rather introverted, which means that I tend to dislike large social gatherings. I managed to condition myself to be able to endure the presense of large groups of people but it isn't something that I would seek out in most cases. Besides that I am neurodivergent and suffer from certain issues with mental health. I have to take medication to keep myself under control. They work well enough but certain days are harder than others. I respect the struggle that others have with mental health but in the context of a relationship I have my limits, no one with BDP for instance. I am also not looking for anything casual. I understand than one cannot demand depth and meaning from a conversation with an absolute stranger, that is akin to trying to build a sand castle right before the waves strike but I ask at least that you enter with a mindset that this might become something of significance. I also do want to say that I am completely Monogamous. My preference? The sickly, pale, intellectual who watches rain droplets slide down the window in Autumn. Lastly, if I enjoy the company of a person I tend to not want to let them go.

Goodbye...Or perhaps untill we meet again

 I know the the subreddit is called humansarespaceorcs, and this story has no humans, or orcs, but I hope you guys like this one... The idea just came to me in a weird dream... 

We were not the first on this planet known as Earth, Humanity is, but... They're gone now. Wiped out from the entirety of the galaxy. Along with every living organism on the galaxy with Earth as its origin. The fauna and the flora, even the tiniest of microorganisms, wherever in the galaxy it is, if it came from Earth, it died. As if the Gods were playing a simulation game with Earth as its sandbox, and decided to hit the reset button to start a new game.
And that new game is us, our species. This 'new game' started out just as the same as how humanity came to existence. The Earth, now reverted back to the lifeless rock in space, spewed out a bunch of molecules from the bottom of the ocean through its hydrothermal vents. And for millions of years, the Gods watched those molecules coagulate to recreate life, a microorganism, then to a cell, multicellular organisms then began to emerge. The Earth undergoes its second Cambrian explosion. Soon, some of those aquatic animals evolve to leave the ocean and inhabit the land, and from there, a species will evolve enough and gain sentience. That is us, our people call our species the "Globians".
"That sounds like a name for a species of slimes." That's because it is. We are slimes.
You see, there's a bunch of differences during our evolution than that of the humans. The planet's climate is already stable for us, we didn't have an asteroid to trigger a mass extinction event. A bunch of new creatures that didn't appear in human evolution did for us such as predatory slimes where we came from, and most of their creatures didn't reappear on ours, including the primates where they evolved from. Except for crabs... Crabs were present on both branches of evolution...
Another big difference that we had over the humans, perhaps the greatest difference there is, is that we were able to discover what the humans have already discovered. Humans discovered that banging certain rocks together can create a spark that can light a fire; we discovered that the humans invented the matchstick.
We have what is left of human technology as our technological starting point. Sure, a couple of million years of re-evolution is enough to crumble even the greatest of human structures to dust. But to discover a layer of silicon rich band of sediment in a cliff face is enough to give us the hint that silicon is a huge part of human civilization. Soon enough, we have rediscovered silicon chips and electronics. A bunch of unnatural alloys were also discovered, greatly boosting our knowledge of structural engineering as we rediscover how to recreate them.
Now you might be wondering how we knew about humans to this extent after literally millions of years. The answer lies in space. Remember, humans have achieved becoming a multi stellar species, which means they have created and left behind friends amongst the stars. It seems that after all of humanity just perished in the blink of an eye, most of the galaxy had focused on the source, Earth. They have managed to compile everything they could about humanity, their past, their culture, history, politics, science and technology, their contribution into the galaxy as a whole. It seems like the humans are a friendly bunch and have managed to befriend most of the galaxy.
But because of humanity's sudden disappearance, fear also gripped the other species. They began to feel the insignificance of life for these Gods that they could just snuff out an entire species on a whim. They treated the former human controlled section of space as sacred grounds. The human core system, the Solar System, became a holy site where pilgrimage became a common occurrence so there's always a bunch of people around the system. So imagine the shock of the galaxy as they discovered new life to emerge on the barren Earth, humanity's epicenter.
A vast array of scanners, sensors, cameras, and telescopes were pointed all over Earth. Everything was recorded in the galactic records. From the moment of the first microorganism to the point where our species achieved sentience, everything, millions of years worth of records. Every species has their own theory on how their species came to be, or how life actually forms, but to witness one happening from the very beginning is enlightening. So they sent us a gift of gratitude, the very first time that our species learned of other beings amongst the stars.
It is a capsule sent from space. It contained a record of everything that I have told you so far. About humanity, about their disappearance, about the beings in space, about us and our origins. It also contained everything about human technology, their computers, robotics, artificial intelligence, the blueprints of human ships, and FTL methods. They told us that they will not be interfering with our own development and direction as a species, but giving us this much information and technology is just them returning what belongs to the humans, what belongs to Earth. This technology is probably still hundreds of thousands of years ahead of what we are currently capable of. But their last message gave our species a goal: "We will be waiting, come see us."
Currently our scientists were working very hard on adapting the human technology to ours towards our species first milestone. Launching the first Globian into orbit, the first slime in space...
That would be me.

Preamble

This is going to be a bit of a lengthy post so bear with me. I am going to get into boons, arcana cards, vows, and weapon/equipment choice in this post and how I eventually was able to clear the underworld at 32 fear. All of this is in context of the build I am going for and the weapon I am using. Different vows, cards, etc. may be better for different weapons and playstyles. This is not a definitive guide and I have only beaten it once so far and by sticking to one weapon during my attempts. I enjoy writing about stuff like this and hope that this can possibly help y'all.
I finished the surface on my 23rd run and then the underworld on the next for reference. I just now cleared the underworld at 32 fear on my 143rd run. Of those between were me completing testaments, trying out weapons/aspects, and chaos trials. I attempted 32 fear a total of 36 times before I finally got it. Total in game time according to steam is 74 hours lol (I had a four day weekend and my gf is out of town so this is pretty much all I did).

Weapon/Aspect: Momus Staff

Firstly you want to get enough resources to unlock and fully upgrade the aspect, I think 10 total nightmare? Giving your special +30 power. I wouldn't bother 32 fear until you can get it all the way up.
For a few runs while I was using the skull with Melinoe/Persephone aspect, as I was trying to complete the 20 fear testament simultaneously. Stopped since I decided I wasn't really comfortable with the skull and switched to Melinoe's staff. Did that for a while and then saw this video and decided to give the Momus staff a shot, where i then won in 7 runs after switching. It also probably helped that I changed around some vows around this time, more on that later.
Watch the video for a breakdown but essentially you want Poseidon special + legendary boon, and ideally the double moonshot hammer that gives your special 2 more projectiles that seek. He switches his binds for left and right click but I did not, up to you.
Took a minute to get used to but essentially I just spammed speciall the entire time in fights, kiting enemies when necessary. I used my cast defensively to root enemies and create space mostly until I got a 3 specific boons, more later. Did not really use omegas at all, as I turned off the magick regen card and turned on the vow that removes your magick at the start of each encounter. If I did gain some magick, I would only use it for the omega special to regain some health when it was safe in fights (5 healing if you are near it when it explodes).

Arcana Cards

This is what I used but some may find other ones more to their liking. I will explain my choices below. Be sure to upgrade these to their max potential. The descriptions that I give are referencing their maxed out bonus. I almost exclusively used my charon cards (obol points) to order 8 moon dust in the camp to upgrade faster. Also having 30 grasp is required so be sure to get that maxed out too. Just playing the game should get you there. Gathering bones and completing minor prophecies are helpful in getting more moondust and nightmare faster to upgrade your cards and aspects. I have starred the one's that I think are almost absolutely necessary.
Arcana card choices
I. The Sorceress: Not using omega moves with this build for the most part, mainly chosen to just fill out the top row to awaken the divinity card.
II. The Wayward Son: +2 health (with 50% healing reduction from a vow) is definitely helpful, some much needed passive healing.
* III. The Huntress: +50% attack and special damage when you have less than 100 magick is probably a must have. Especially in my vows set up where I pretty much never have any magick.
IV. Death: Also to just fill out the row for divinity, not really using omega moves.
* V. The Messenger: +10% dodge chance is a lifesaver.
VII. The Titan: More health (and magick) is helpful for the early game before you get any centaur hearts.
* X. The Lovers: 0 damage from bosses for 3 hits is absolutely nuts, this was a whole keepsake in the last game. Attacks that miss you from dodge or daze from Apollo don't count towards a hit as well.
XI. The Swift Runner: Just generally helpful for kiting and running around, especially with increased enemy movement from a vow.
* XII. Eternity: 3 death defiances are absolutely essential probably in any playthrough unless you are a god at not getting hit ever.
* XVIII. Origination: Enemies with 2 curses take +50% damage is fantastic and helps to absolutely shred through them
* XXII. The Champions: 3 chances to reroll boon choices among other things is pretty much a must for run consistency. I would mainly use it on my first Poseidon boon to get the special. Would also use again to try and get slip or blast damage one or legendary from him, also on Hestia to get her cast or the one that allows you to aim the cast (both possible prerequisites for their duo boon, more later).
XXIII. The Artificer: I slept on this one big time at first until I saw someone using it in a 32 heat run on youtube. Change a minor reward into a major one 3 times is fantastic and really helps in the early game. I would use all 3 in the first region for a chance to get a pom, heart, gold, boon, or hammer. I would almost put this one as a must but you do you.
XXIV. Divinity: 20% extra chance to get an epic boon. Activated by the full top row, its just nice to have to possibly get some more benefits out of boons.
Alternatives: Like I mentioned before I only activate I and IV mainly to activate divinity. You could lose them and go for IX Night (automatic charging for your hex) or XVI The Fates (+3 rolls to change location rewards). I feel like hexes are not all that impactiful personally (except for a couple). Also changing location rewards is a toss up, meh. You could also lose XI extra sprint speed to to open up 5 grasp and go for XV Stength (take and deal more damage at low hp), XVII The Boatman (get more gold at the start of the run), or XIX Excellence (higher % for rare boons offered), which all have valid arguments. In hindsight I think giving up those 3 for Stregnth or Excellence might be worth it, might try in future runs.

Oath of the Unseen Vows

Throughout my runs I experimented a lot with the various choices and found that the ones I chose are best for how I play. It is really up to you, this is just how I did it. I mostly messed around with damage taken, enemy spawns, and health, the rest pretty much stayed constant. I originally was using the 9 minute time limit per region for a majority of my runs until I switched aspects (and the 7 minute several times). I eventually decided that I was playing too aggresively to beat the clock and would lose most of, if not all my death defiances by Tartarus/Chronos, or earlier. I did still have decent amount of time to beat Chronos if I got there with the time limit, just the health and death defiance loss was too much. Here is what I went with and explanations for each, I starred the ones I think should be kept on and are relatively easy to deal with.
Vows Used
Vow of Blood (+3): Just don't get hit duh. No but seriously +60% damage to you hurts, a lot. I really wish I did not have to use this, but the alternatives I think are worse. As you play more you'll get better and learn attack patterns and how to kite effectively.
Vow of Dominance (+3): Enemies now have +30% health which is rough, but with no time limit, just take your time in killing enemies off safely.
Vow of Rebuke (+2): Enemies have 2 barriers before they can take damage, not too bad. Makes clearing enemies a bit harder, but with the poseidon boon, you apply two instances of damage with each hit. So only one special shot with the boon will clear the barrier, also the wave the shoots out of them helps to clear barriers of the other enemies.
Vow of Fury (+3): Enemies are 20% faster (and their projectiles too?! I'm pretty sure this is the case, I haven't played without it in a while so I'm not exactly sure). This one took some getting used to, not much I can say except just keep trying. Another +3 makes them 40% faster which I do not recommend. The screaming shades, wolves and their heads, thorny spinny guys in Oceanus, rats, and Chronos are all insane with 40% extra speed.
Vow of Suffering (+2): +100% for the first hit you take in each encounter. Same as Vow of Blood, its rough, wish I could go without it as well.
Vow of Commotion (+3): 60% more foes in encounters (does not affect the boss summons). Had this one a tier or two lower, or not at all, when I was experimenting with the time limit. The AOE from Poseidon definely helps here, just take your time to clear out enemies. It can get pretty bad in tartarus with the bags and skulls everywhere though so just be careful.
Vow of Haunting (+2): Enemies have 50% of spawning a revenant when killed which if left alone long enough will respawn them. These are annoying as hell but not terrible once you get used to it. On death a flaming green skull thing launches out of them and travels a bit of a distance, just run ovecollect them and they are negated, don't need to damage or whatever. Can sometimes be hard to spot if behind a wall or obstacle. Overall not that bad, its not the end of the world if you let them respawn. Definitely though go for the ones that would respawn an enemy that are hard/annoying to deal with ASAP e.g. rat spawning satyrs, wolves, any projectile shooting enemy. Sometimes I feel like rats almost always spawn a revenant which is annoying. I honestly think they should also rework this so that if an enemy respawns it can't have another revenant spawn.
* Vow of Wandering (+3): 25% chance for enemies to be from the next region. Really not that bad at all, just have to deal with some more annoying enemies with larger health pools.
Vow of Scars (+2): Healing is only 50% effective is not that bad. You only get +2 healing passively from the card now and a lot less from fountains and such, goes hand in hand with blood and suffering, you'll get better at not getting hit.
* Vow of Destitution (+2): Charon's shop (and wells) are 80% more expensive. You'll miss out some boons, healing, poms, hearts, etc. but its not awful, you will still gain a good amount of gold to usually buy a boon or something at the end of each region except Oceanus I found. Also with Poseidon in your god pool, he has some boons that can help with getting more gold like minor find doubling up, increased value of minor finds, and sunken treasure.
* Vow of Panic (+1): No more magick at the start of each encounter. In this build you don't really need it anyways so this is a freebie point of fear pretty much. Also if you decide to have the card that regens magick on it pretty much negates it after a little while.
** Vow of Forsaking (+2): This one might actually be beneficial. The two boon options you don't pick will not longer show up in your run. This is why I have the boon rerolls on, so I can guarantee to get Poseidon special on my first boon. Otherwise this helps to increase your chances of getting legendary or duo boons (if you have the prerequisites) since the boon choice pool is lowered after each pick. It is unfortunate though if both prereqs for poseidons legendary are in the given choices and you are out of rolls though.
* Vow of Arrogance (+4): Prime 10 magick for each level of rarity above common that you pick. Again, not using magick hardly in this build so doesn't really matter. Also in lower fear runs I have used this, it does not really matter all that much even when you are using omega moves.
Unused:

• Vow of Bitterness: Replace the first boon reward of each region with an onion (does not affect shop boons or trial of the gods rooms if they are the first ones you encounter). I tried this many times but it really just worsened run consistency. Also w a keepsake equipped after Erebus to guarantee a certain god's boon, that would become an onion if it was the first one I found, and then would not encounter that god again in that region.
• Vow of Desperation: Time limits for regions: 9, 7, then 5 minutes with increased fear for each increase in tier. Like I said, I stopped playing with this so I could play more carefully.
• Vow of Abandon: Negate all your arcana cards. Insane. Tried it once, it is just too much, the arcana cards are absolutely necessary I feel to clear 32 fear.

Boons/Hammers/Keepsakes/Familiar

Poseidon: Equip his keepsake at start, reroll for wave flourish (special) if needed and rarify. Afterwards look for slippery slope then crashing wave ideally. This primes you to get his legendary which gives +150% damage from splash effects to bosses. Other great ones are double up which is nuts that it can possibly double your hearts, gold, and poms you pick up. Ocean's bounty is nice to increase gold. Water fitness is pretty good if you can get 4 water elements to give you +100 health. Flood control is also nice for damage reduction.
Hestia: Equip her keepsake after Erebus if you did not already get her in your god pool (you get up to 4 gods like in Hades I). Ideally you want her both cast and glowing coal, which lets you aim your cast. Either of which in combination with slippery slope gets you access to Poseidon/Hestia duo boon scalding vapor whcih does insane damage over time. I'm not sure if you should prioritize glowing coal over her cast honestly, both have their upsides alone, but you do want both hopefully. With glowing coal so you can aim your cast since you will be fighting from a distance mostly (not always but in how I played this build I did for the most part), which can activate the steam cloud on foes with slip. Hestia cast is less safe and you need to be closer to enemies to get the steam cloud to activate, but it does more damage, continously applying steam on the enemy. Other boons like soot sprint are nice, almost like Athena's dash in the first game. Slow cooker infusion is alright but you may not get many fire elements to increase your base damage power. Flammable coating is great and helps to melt through armored enemies. Burnt offering is pretty nice to increase you health (and magick) pool if you happen to get offered to sacrifice a useless boon.
Other helpful god boons: Pretty much anything that can help apply another curse to enemies. Demeter and Aphrodite are probably the best since theirs are easy to apply without much effort like frigid sprint, gale force, glamour gain, and passion dash. The other gods require secondary boons to get a curse or your attack/special needs to give the curse, you won't really ever be using your attack and your special is reserved for Poseidon.
Hammers: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like I remember in Hades I if you chose a specific hammer you would be locked out of other hammer choices that affect the benefitting move. If the same applies to this game avoid picking a hammer that affects your special for your first hammer if it is not double moonshot, and hope for it on your second hammer. The DPS from Momus staff is still great with spamming special without it (I won my run without it). You could also go ahead and pick up rapid moonfire or shimmering moonshot on your first one because they are pretty powerful too, and I also may be wrong about the hammer exclusion thing.
Keepsakes: So of course Poseidon first, always. Hestia second if you don't get her in your god pool Erebus. Up to you and what you like for Oceanus, maybe choose Demeter or Aphrodite. If I got Hestia I would generally use any one of the following:

• Engraved pin
• Gold Purse
• White Antler
• Crystal Figurine
• Silken Sash
• Aromatic Phial (be sure to pick it up before using the fountain)
• Experimental Hammer
• Transcendent Embryo

Once in the mourning fields I would typically go with the Lion Fang, or possibly one of the above maybe. Lastly in Tartarus I would either use Knuckle Bones (if I felt comfortable with my health and death defiances), Luckier Tooth, or Evil Eye (if Chronos killed me last).
Sidenote: Is Echo bugged? Or is my game just messed up? I was never given the chance to give her a gift so I've never gotten her keepsake :(
Familiar Toula: Sorry Frinos, but Toula is just superior. She gives you an extra death defiance which when upgraded fully gives you 40 health on death. Also upgrading her attack lets her attack more times before she takes a little catnap (cute). She does 99 damage with each strike which is not insignificant. You don't need to go out of your way to sprint over her whenever she is resting to activate her, if she happens to be where you are running it is just some nice extra little bit of DPS. She has actually killed a few bosses for me in my runs lol.

The Winning Run

So all of this information is from finally beating 32 fear. I followed this strategy in my head for the most part. I ended up not getting double moonshot, but did get rapid moonfire. Poseidon offered me both prereqs for his legendary in the same choice without any rerolls left unfortunately, chose slip of course. I did get the duo boon and both of Hestia's cast boons which was nuts. Also I got rare crop right after I got Poseidon's special so it became heroic by the end. I also got offered to sacrifice rare crop after it became heroic by hestia to get more health, and I was then offered it again at epic rarity which increased 3 other of my boons which happened to hit Hestia's cast boons. I did not get any other way to apply another curse other than slip unfortunately as well. Started Tartarus with 2 or 3 death defiances + luckier tooth and beat Chronos on my last life. Overall though, not a perfect run but it still worked. Would have been even more nuts if I got the right hammer, legendary, and another curse effect

TL;DR

Momus Staff good. More special projectiles hammer + Poseidon special + legendary + Poseidon/Hestia duo = nuts DPS. Arcana cards important, vows are tough.

My party did their final battle with Strahd and his defeat was one of the sickest “how do you want to do this” moments ever.
Context: One of my players’ backstory is he fought Strahd hundreds of years ago only to be bested by the vampire. However, due to circumstances surrounding his death, his body instead became soulless and wandered aimlessly for centuries before finally being drawn to the current party (“invisible hand of fate,” Madam Eva says; plot devices, amirite?).
Sure enough, the party’s destined final battle with Strahd arrives and both sides are prepared. Party has the sunsword, holy symbol, and I empowered the Tome of Strahd to give advantage against Strahd’s spell saves to the attuned character (as per the well-known one-shot version). However, Strahd will not be fighting alone as he has summoned zombies, vampire spawn, his bat swarms, etc. LOTS of monsters on the board but a well-rested, well-prepared party can handle it. And it was EPIC! Guts fly, monsters litter the castle, player almost dies but Death Ward is clutch!
Finally, Strahd is on the ropes and I elect to turn him invisible and have him travel through the walls. However, he was not anticipating that the man he defeated centuries ago would be the one to destroy him. It is my player’s turn and he is under the effects of Enlarge and happens to have the Holy Symbol of Ravenkind active with sunlight. He hears Strahd enter a hallway within his movement range and books it toward him. Despite being invisible, Strahd is hit twice and his HP falls to 0. His tomb was invaded and destroyed by the party in a prior session. So alas, Strahd has nowhere to go.
“How do you want to do this?” I say.
My player narrates: I pick him up with my enlarged hand by the neck and with my other hand, I put the still sunlit Holy Symbol in his mouth.
After centuries of aimless wandering, his character finally got that sweet taste of revenge as the body of the one who caused his hundreds of years of desolation crumbles to ash and dust!
My table goes wild. Barovia is free…
PS: this player is 9-yrs old and this is his first game ever. I did change and bend rules, not to mention our house rules, when it was to the benefit of the atmosphere but otherwise played quite clean. I hope he remembers it forever.

While she was still partying she was happy to partake and party with celebrities and pretend like she wasnt just some random bitch from Utah whose biggest accomplishment was sucking dicks for money.
She was happy to bide her time until a kid came and as soon as she had that meal ticket, all the rumors of Randall (which had always been around) sUdDeNLY started mattering to her. A woman with a newborn baby surely would hit the sympathy jackpot. I think the plan was always to leave with a newborn for maximum effect. So after the season, but before the reunion, she made her move. Blow up one of the many Randall rumors, and get her soap opera performance ready for the reunion where she can sit and fake sob about how blindsided & disgusted she was. By ensuring she missed that season for filming, she thought she was locking in an entire season following HER on how could this have happened? the sad, scorned lover with a newborn? how is she doing? how will she get through this? tonight at 9, follow the riveting story of a racially appropriating sugar baby who sucked dicks for 1 hour jet rides, left in the dust by the married-with-kids man she shamelessly and knowingly home wrecked.
the Randall doc came out in May 2023 which is when the finale/reunions air for each season so she planned on having her moment all season (we saw previews for S10 of her clearly talking to Randall that we never ended up seeing so we know it was originally in the cards), really taking it home at the reunion, then that documentary coming out right then when people are paying attention, then proceeding to go on a media tour fake crying to whoever would listen about how "DANGEROUS" this man was & how "SCARED" she was and thank God her & her baby made it out in time from this MONSTER. *clutches pearls* what a true survivor, this dick suckin' Lala Kent is. 🥲
....until SCANDOVAL. not only did that shove the entire story arc of S10 in an entirely different direction, it took all of the attention or care away from her sham of a breakup. Because ultimately, no one gave a single fuck about her leaving Randall, nor that he cheated on her. No one was surprised some fat ugly producer who left his wife & kids for a 20something would do the same thing again. We were about to get force fed that stupid ass storyline and Scandoval spared us all from that farce. And as a result, all the cheating/dramatic breakup attention she would've gotten went entirely to Ariana, Tom, and Raquel instead. And not just that, but how incestuous, egregious and depraved the details surrounding the affair were, combined with being an exceptionally slow ACTUAL (world/political/economic/sports) news week, the entire world paid attention more than they ever would have, and the affair blew up bigger than anything Bravo has ever seen.
Cut to Lala SEETHING, absolutely fucking SEETHING, that not only was her entire storyline she'd plotted and planned for YEARS punted, but punted for a story she desperately tried to contrive, but which was 9000x more insane, organically. An affair involving the longest relationship on the show with a best friend? And the best friend/mistress being by far the LEAST suspected person on all of Bravo to pull that shit? and because it was such a massive ordeal, has continued now to the next season as well, so any attempt of her dragging her Randall pity party back AFTER s10, had no hope bc it was just too far since it happened (and no one cared from day 1 anyway). So her whole game she laid out and planned for literal YEARS was now swept out to sea, as she watched the Ariana ship floating along and accidentally becoming the exact sympathy-winning, opportunity-getting, beloved star she had always wanted to and tried to become.
So not only was her years planned end goal of being the ultimate victim & getting all this attention for being the scorned lover of some evil Hollywood producer NOT achieved, Randall doesnt even have any money for her to mooch off of (which was her other half of the plan), and Ariana became America's sweetheart & the ultimate peak sympathy-earning victim, the very season Lala planned on desperately trying to earn that exact crown through her plotting. and once Lala was no longer able to leech off the popularity of the scandal to get extra money/opportunities (e.g. Send it to Darrell), the true fury of her storyline attempt being usurped set in.
She views her years long play as being thwarted by Scandoval. but Lauren's shit with Randall would have never, in a million years, have become what Scandoval was. EVER. but since Scandoval overtook it, she probably thinks it WOULD have bc we never got to see it NOT be (even though all the fans know damn well none of us cared). And so that brings us to today. Lala is blind with rage, bitterness, and envy and can't even pretend to be nice to Ariana anymore bc Ariana is everything she wanted to be. And isn't, nor will ever be. This is what happens when you don't live authentically, Lauren.

Got the itch to play some chel and dusted off my old PS4 to check it out, noticed it was on sale so I'm conisdering getting it instead of playing the older ones I have already.
Does it run well? I noticed the PS4 menus are quite laggy when switching from screen to screen, curious if gameplay is going to be the same.
Not looking for comments on how good the game is gameplay wise, but the performance of it on a PS4.

Younger hooper here, i am 175cm, 47 kg, im pretty fast and explosive with a 37 inch vert but very injury prone. I play the 1-2 position, mostly use change of pace, using a crossover or a pushcross to explode pass the defender and/or pull up into the midrange jumper.
I use my own insole(pic 3 n 4), something I recommend everyone to do, and recently got a full length carbon fiber insole.
What i want in a shoe that is low to the ground, has stability, is snug, wont slip out, good cushioning, and comfortable.
My favourite shoes all time are spo1+, kyrie 7, freak4 and kyrie infinity.
Poron Insole review: (US9.5) TTS Usage: 100+ hours (casually and on court) Tech: Poron on forefoot and heel, gel from heel to midfoot. Performance: Insole fits in all my shoes, provides better step in comfort, no arch support. The insole itself has good impact protection, but putting it in the shoe itself is hard because of the gel sticking to the inside of the shoe. Will try same shoe but with tpu plastic from heel to midfoot.

Carbon fiber insoles review:(US9.5) TTS Usage: 5 hours+ (casually) Tech: full length carbon fiber from heel to toe, poron in the heel. Bouncy rubber holds the carbon fiber in place, memory foam on top. Performance: Not much to say currently, will bring this on court soon but currently i am trying to break them in. Currently very comfortable, very bouncy but forefoot will hurt when you land, still has heel compression.

Doom GT Cut:(US9.5) TTS Usage: 10+ hours on outdoor and rubberized courts, not tried on wooden floors. Tech: React midsole with full length zoom stroble and thick zoom unit in the heel. Performance: This shoe is wow! Honestly I expected way less because of the reviews. The traction is incredible, never slipped out. Cushion is amazing! I had to replace the zoom strobel however because it deflated over time, within my second session(low rim dunk training). I would watch out for durability but these never caused any knee pain which is a plus in my book. The react midsole bottomed out quicky and molded to my footshape, no clue if retail does this. Lockdown is good, the tpu piece at the side helped with lateral movements. I never felts unstable in these. Pretty low to the ground. Comfort is another strong point, I would wear these casually.

LeBron Next Gen EP:(US9.5) TTS/0.5 Usage: 20+ hours(outdoors, rubberized and wooden court) Tech: Phylon midsole with Zoom in the forefoot and heel. I loved this shoe because of its colour, but I feel that this is kind of a letdown but definitely a great shoe for outdoor hoopers. Traction is great outdoors and on rubberized courts but it slid out on wooden courts when i was doing crossovers and defending, which as a small and light guard is a huge no no. Cushion is the best part of the shoe, the zoom turbo in the forefoot is great underfoot, heel zoom unit feels great for comfort and impact protection. Definitely amazing for guards playing outdoors. Lockdown isn’t that good from side to side because of the materials making the side of your feet slightly over the base, making it feel like your hanging slightly and feels unstable. I want to say that the quality of the materials isn’t the best, and sometimes how the upper contains my foot makes the shoe feel bottom heavy and sluggish.

Son Of Flash: (US9.5)TTS Usage: 60+ hours all on outdoor court Tech: Two boom pods in heel and forefoot caged in cloud foam. Performance: This shoe is everything its meant for, definitely an outdoor beast. The traction is wearing away at hot spots already but for me to always reach for them before going out speaks for its performance. Traction sticks on concrete, no matter how dusty or rough, it never slipped out. Cushion is plush in the heel and reactive in the forefoot. You dont feel the boom underfoot but it does its job. Lockdown is great, it feels like a kyrie in terms of how it plays but one issue i have is that this is the only shoe ive sprained my ankle very badly in. I dont blame the shoe because my landing mechanics that day were slightly off because one defender kept going in my landing space but after the sprain i could never go 100% in them. This is another shoe i would rock casually, very comfortable and plays well outdoors.

All city 11:(US9) TTS Usage: 20+ hours(outdoors and rubberized courts) Tech: full length caged boom Performance: One thing i regret is not using them more, and getting my true size, this is the most kyrie feeling shoe after i trashed my kyrie 7 and infinity but i didnt like the fit being 0.5 size down. Traction is the same as the son of flash as it’s amazing on outdoors and rubberized courts. Cushion isnt very plush underfoot but its low to the ground and responsive, impact protection does makes me sluggish after more then 2 hours and makes me sore the next day, but great for outdoor players.

Why Not 0.3 SE:(US9.5) go down 0.5 Usage: 10+ hours Tech: forefoot zoom turbo and phylon midsole Performance: This is one of the worse shoes I’ve tried. They are pretty stable and make me play fast but you need to have perfect body control to always land on your forefoot because the phylon at the back doesn’t absorb shit and you FEEL it in your knees when you land. Traction is decent outdoors but I wouldn’t use it outdoors, only rubberised courts and indoor, maybe light pickup to have fun, definitely not 4v4 half court or 5v5 full court. Fit is my favourite part of the shoe, wide foot friendly and super comfortable, materials are good too.

WKB kobe 6(US9.5) TTS Usage:100+ hours on rubberized, outdoors and wooden courts. Tech: Zoom turbo in the forefoot and zoom unit in the heel, cushlon midsole Performance: These are my second favourite shoe, definitely will get more pairs once these completely die out. Traction is insane, no squeak but sticks and doesn’t collect dust. Cushion is very good also, I never felt sore after the game ever, it doesn’t help your bounce because it’s more like subtle in how it works. Lockdown and support is good, lateral support is excellent, but materials are stiff and doesn’t feel like retail. Anyone who gets this shoe I’d recommend wearing them around the house and double socking. This shit heats up, and break in time breaks your feet before the shoe breaks in.

Giannis Immortality: (US9) go TTS Usage:50+ hours Tech: phylon midsole Performance: lasted well before the cushion bottomed out, will probably get an insole for all my shoes that have no cushion so I can play in them. Traction is the best part of the shoe, sticks on wood, outdoors, rubberized, better then some of my retails, herringbone works guys. Cushion is decent but hurts my knees, don’t really recommend for anyone above 50 kg without a rotation. Materials is where it sucks, the upper tore in where my foot needs support the most and now I can feel it sometimes slightly tearing the more I play.

DF kobe 5: Usage: 10+ hours on outdoor court. Tech: ??? All foam Performance: this is the worse shoe I own. Traction sucked even after cleaning but getting better slightly, cushion was okay for maybe 5 hours on court before it bottomed out, maybe an insole can fix it.

Have not tried on Kai 1 or pg 6 but lemme just say Kai 1 is my favourite fitting shoe now, both are extremely comfortable, Kai 1 might be my new game day shoe

Although I'm comfortable and confident in sourcing and changing all these components, I'm still a noob at deciding what and when to get stuff. So any assistance is appreciated.
I posted the other day about reapplying thermal paste due to slightly high temps and it got me thinking about other potential upgrades I can get/do, so hoping, if at all possible, you guys might have some ideas, recommendations or other tips and tricks (i.e. BIOS/other software) to help me get the most out of it. I also a few questions!

Light work - GPU ~40-45 Celsius/ CPU (fluctuates heavily ) ~40-60 Celsius
Under load - GPU ~75-85 Celsius/ CPU ~85-90 Celsius
So, as stated, I'm looking at trying to do a few upgrades to my laptop. I have been thinking about it for a while but still unsure on how to go about it. Firstly, would it be worth it? I'm aware that this isn't exactly bottom of the barrel, however I believe it could be better.
My 1st point of call would be to add an extra TB or 2 of storage, as although I have an external hard drive, i've had to occasionally keep removing games in order to fit others on.
Q1 - Like RAM, would i have to get an SSD that is the same speed, or is it not necessary and can add whatever I like?
Second point will be to upgrade the RAM, As mentioned, currently at 16gb, thinking of going up to 32gb.
Q2 - Is this necessary? Will I gain much (any) more performance by doing so or will it be negligible?
Third point of call, would be to re-apply thermal paste and putty. Yes i have just done paste, however I have since been made aware of a better quality paste, plus my putty was a little dry anyway so makes sense to kill 2 birds with one stone. Trying to keep temps as low as possible.
Q3 - Any recommendations for putty?

1. Battery. Im plugged in 95% of the time currently, so could probably take a miss on this. but am open to changing as the battery is not too expensive.

Q4 - At what stage is it worth swapping out the battery? What wear %?
Fifth Point would be to upgrade the fans, because recently I've started to get what I believe to be coil whine. I have dusted off the fans and yet it is still occuring so for the sake you a few £, it gives me piece of mind...And stops setting off my tinnitus...

Her birthday was coming up and I didn’t really have a clue what to get her because I’m really bad at buying presents. Then it came to me - why not just get her Quest 3 and a few games to go with it??? She did play a ton of games like Age of Empires 1&2, Warcraft 2&3, Cossacs, etc. back in the day with me so yeah, she likes video games, and she bought a house bike to "exercise" at home that became, well, a dust collector.
I bought her several games to try and so far she likes Beat Saber, Into the Radius (idk why, don't ask me why, I think she's into the entire eerie thing in the game), and PowerBeatsVR. She's exercising to Beat Saber and PowerBeats, of course, and I'm happy for her because every time I saw her do that it looked like she really enjoyed it unlike riding that bike that she bought months ago hahahaha.
I plan on getting her Puzzling Places and Deisim next, and hopefully fully convert her into a VR gamer. If you managed to convert your parents to VR players successfully, leave some advice :D

I have a very large collection of games and seem to always want to play the latest game I’ve purchased because it’s the new shiny object of the moment. But I have hundreds of other games collecting dust and not getting any love.
Because my collection is large, I decided to catalog my collection by assigning numbers to my shelves and entering everything into a spreadsheet. Each shelf can hold 12-15 games depending on the size. So what we do now is use a random number app with a range between 1 and 70 and this then selects a shelf and we HAVE to choose a game from that shelf to play next. Then the rule is, games we’ve not played before should be chosen over played games. What’s a nice bonus about this is that if you are resistant to play a game on the randomly selected shelf then it may indicate you should cull it. :)
This has been a game changer for my wife and I as it removes the overwhelming “choice” and narrows it. It’s also so cool to see what “fate” has chosen for us without choosing the exact game we should play. There are apps out there that will randomly choose a game from your collection for you but the “shelf” method gives you some play to have some level of choice that is very satisfying. In fact, when we finish a game now we end the game by doing the random shelf technique and the picking the next game. It’s like a meta game for playing your collection. It also busts the new hotness tendencies. Like this last shelf we picked Thurn and Taxis - highly doubt we would have gotten that out without doing this - it’s added a cool spark to choosing games in the back of the collection :)
Ps. We’ve done something similar for years with movie night in our house where everyone lists 4-5 movies they want to watch and make a numbered list, hit the random generator and do a rule like “the first to four” so you keep ticking off movies on the list until one of them hits four ticks. This creates so much fun tension like a horse race as the movies get randomly selected and get closer and closer to 4 ticks and everyone wants their movie to get picked. It’s particularly good for holiday movies - we even throw in “joker” entries on the list like “cheesy Lifetime Xmas movie” that NO ONE wants but let fate decide lol. And when those hit and win it’s fun and painful for everyone.

i honestly don't use this dr as much since my forest dr is much more nicer to relax in. i never used my waiting room for its original purpose. my waiting room was small with multiple doors surrounding it. it was more cozy though some would consider it claustrophobic.
the waiting room itself was my bedroom. for context, my bedroom has a walk in closet. inside that walk in closet is my dr. inside that closet is my waiting room where it is not a closet. honestly, idk why i didn't just permashift there but i find the process of shifting to be very relaxing for me as well haha.
it still has my other drs that i used to shift to but don't anymore. i just don't open the doors to it cuz i'm too focused on two of them. one that i don't even shift to the waiting room to and one that i do shift to it.

i have talked about this dr of mine before in a couple of comments and i think maybe a post. i haven't really blabbed about all of it. i remember about it just as a memory. i never dreamed in that reality though simply because it is hard for me to dream in this reality too and i never cared to script in 'i can dream in this reality.' however, now i make it a point to add that in.
i did not spend five years straight. it would make me too disoriented. i shifted to it consistently for a total of five years.
my k-pop group was pretty small tbh. at least compared to other groups i listen to. i scripted that i would not know who was in my group and i would find out after auditions and meeting them for the first time. we had five members and it was pretty average. it was not crazy popular but it wasn't very small either. it was one of the most successful of our record company though.
we were a mixed gender k-pop group. meaning some girls, two guys, and me, agender nonbinary. each member had a separate persona. i will give a quick run down of each member, their persona, and my relationship with them. though i was close with all of them. it's just that i was closer with some more than others.

my best friend was the pessimistic black cat of the group. i knew her from training and we grew close since then. i give her a five out of five on the closeness scale. her name was ga-young. she is a tan skinned korean girl. she was dancer and singer.
the bubbly girl. she sometimes acted bratty for the sake of cuteness. the cute bubbly girl was used interchangeably for her. she's very sweet both on and off stage. all of the group members were. she probably had the highest social media following due to her aesthetic photos and content. all of them looked like they belonged on pinterest. she was also makeup savvy and had a lot of skin care so got many promos and sponsorships from that. her name was banyen and she was an international idol from thailand!
then we have the soft girl of the group. her name was jae-eun. she was pretty short and kinda chubby but very shy and soft spoken. she was main singer and rapper.
the tough boy. his name was shik. shik is a sweet heart off stage. one of the rappers and dancers. he was actually pretty soft outside of his persona.
the jokester. another boy of the group. he was half black half korean. i found him to be very nice. he did struggle in the industry in the beginning but his mother had connections made through networking that allowed him to make it into the group. he hopes to have a solo career one day under a bigger company. his name is hwan. he was one of the main dancers and main vocals.

some basics of this dr are that stalkers, sasaengs, diet culture, and general toxicity in k-pop do not exist. i do not wish to deal with the drama and struggles of that and hate to see other idols go through it. i did not want for my friends to go through the same as well. he did not get one however across the five years though. i scripted that i spoke korean and english.
also those were the only things i ever scripted about this dr. i wanted it to be as exciting as possible so everything was left up to chance.

time spent in dr; seven months
i don't often see people write down, talk about, or script this dr. this was my very first fandom drs. even though k-pop itself is a fandom, i personally would not consider it a fandom based dr since it does not belong to any specific group, just the general industry of it.
i got the idea for this reality because i was in a summery mood at the time and binge watched this show and mako mermaids with my cousin on his birthday. we watched this show together and i came up with the idea lol. after that, i kept it going for a little bit longer in my dr until i kinda forgot about it. i was honestly too tired switching between this dr and my k-pop dr and another dr on top of this and decided to take a break with this one. i may revisit it. i still have the script in a google doc.
my merfolk power was substanciakinesis. this granted me the ability to harden water almost as if it was like glass or crystallized. it would be strong, sturdy, and indestructible. if i so choose, i can let it revert back to water after a bit, or keep it crystal like forever.
a bit of a con about this reality was that it was actually pretty annoying. that and having to keep such a secret. i did have some lore to it however. it is a coming of age thing when someone in the family turns thirteen. i shifted to when i was thirteen and did the ceremony then shifted again the next time to when i was seventeen to eighteen as that was my age at the time. i had a single dad that i lived with and one ten year old sister who was later fourteen in the story. she was really sweet and honestly i miss her.
i will say though that the powers made it worth it. the ability to breathe underwater is honestly so cool and such a strange sensation. like you don't take notice on how strange a sensation it is to breathe air either until you've breathed underwater in a dr where you can.

i wasn't even a fan of harry potter haha. i just shifted there because everyone else was and i decided 'hey, why not?' and such.
to decide what house i would script myself into and get sorted in, i went onto a buzzfeed quiz of which house i was. i got ravenclaw and therefore, i was a ravenclaw. i didn't associate myself with the cast too much aside from the teachers and professors because i kinda had to there. the food was pretty good though even if it was kinda out there. it was fun while it lasted but honestly it felt so crowded and overwhelming to me and i'm unsure why. i guess because of the classes that i had to take.
i only shifted there once.

this was the last dr i shifted to before my shifting break. it was a pretty fun one. my main ability was anti gravity. alien me in this dr is slightly humanoid. in most of my drs, i look like how i look in this reality here but for this one, i looked much more different and dressed even more different. it was a cultural based clothes for the home planet i was from. think kinda star wars based but not a star wars inspired reality.
in my dr, i had antennas which basically acted as eyes to see from 360 degrees. hair isn't hair but made from a liquidy slime of bright neons. the neons change colors depending on emotions.
though i did spent quite a while in this reality, i don't have too much to say about it. this is because the most i can say is just different greetings, food, and general culture from aliens than humans. it's from another galaxy and obviously planet. and life span on this planet is much longer. we are more durable than humans.
when an alien passes away, their energy becomes one with the stars, turning into star dust and watching over their people.

i plan on going back to it but not much of my script was done to it yet. i prefer to be spontaneous in my scripting and just choose to cover the basics. i don't even script future upcoming events.
i'll be honest, it was a bit trippy having this as my first animated dr ever. if felt so real but the lines surrounding my hands made it all feel crazy. i think next time i will try realistic instead, haha.
my quirk in this reality is prediction. i can predict the actions and attacks of my opponent. think of it like the attacks in the video game undertale. a warning sign shows up for certain attacks that alerts the player to move out of the way.
one of my friends in this dr's quirk is extensions. her nails can grow into sharp nail extensions that cut like steel.
i am in the hero class of class 3a along with the big three. we spend a lot of time together. i am closer with nijere since she's the most friendly of them.

wolfblood is an english/british teen drama live action series about what are essentially werewolves known as wolfbloods. a wolfblood is born human and looks human up until a certain age and moon. once they reach that age, their blood changes and they become a wolf. they can then interchange between wolf and human however they please except on a full moon. unless of course it is a blood moon. on a blood moon, a wolfblood looks the exact same except their mind transforms.
there's no unique feature of a wolfblood. they can be any race, religion, etc. the thing that holds them all together is being a wolfblood. in my dr.
in my dr, i looked the exact same as here. i came from a small family of wolfbloods. i decided to take my family in my h2o reality and put them here as well. it has a similar coming of age theme. at a certain age, a wolfblood transforms just as in my h2o dr, once you are a certain age, you can go and become a merfolk. in this dr, i lived in england my entire life there and attend the same school as the main cast. however, i am not friends with the main cast nor enemies.
i can sense something is up with them as they act weird in class but can't put my finger on it. i scripted it so i was unaware of the identities on my peers.

'so a bit about my dr that i am shifting to. it is not any fandom related dr but instead an alternate reality where i live in the forest in an advanced tree house. think of the houses in trees type. i spend a lot of time there meditating, practicing spells, and spending time with the animals there but especially wolves. i still have internet connection but irl i don't live close to nature so this is just perfect for me. i'm happy in both this reality and my dr. i switch between the two whenever i feel like it.'
i also shifted to this one first astral projecting. but now i just meditate until i shift. when i shift, i am also in the same meditating position as well. i wanted this to instead be connected to my waiting room, to become a sort of escapism for myself. just in a different way.

Just picked up a K5 Pro last month to replace my G815 for aesthetic reasons: I hated how the paint on the keycaps chipped off over time, and my friends recommended Keychron since they have double-shot pbt keycaps.
Visually it's very nice and the feel is great (I got brown switches), but I've been experiencing a lot of inconsistent inputs that are seeemingly only getting worse: Keys will often have a long delay (showing up about a second after I've pushed the key, usually leading to a typo since I've already typed more letters by then), or input twice (I'll press "B" once and get "BB"), and sometimes, it just completely fails to register repeatedly as if the key is disabled: I can press "F" 10 times and nothing will happen for upwards of 15 seconds, then it'll start accepting inputs again (but the inputs ffrom when it's not working are completely eaten, and don't ever show up) - this has only happened to 1 key at a time max.
When I first got the keyboard, it was only happening on a few keys: F, Q and 7, but as the weeks went on I started noticing it from more and more keys, most recently F11 and B (granted, F11 couldd've been like that from the beginning, I just use it very infrequently)
These problems are extremely disruptive for both typing and gaming, leading to typos and failed actions; but I'm completely lost on how to solve them. I'm not sure what's responsible: The switches, the firmware, or maybe the USB-C cable? I've generally assumed it's the firmware, because when it's bad, the whole keyboard acts up. There are hour long periods where it works flawlessly, but then all the problem keys start acting up at once: Q, E, U, P, A, D, F, K, B, 7, comma, period, and F11. But I've also had instances that seemingly implied it was the switches (i.e I switched the switch on "F" with a switch from the numpad and it worked fine for weeks after I did), so, I'm completely lost now.
Dust and grime shouldn't be an issue, considering I've had it less than a month and keep my hands washed before using it, and it seems to be affecting wayyy too many keys for it to be something like that (Unless these things require way more frequent maintainance than I thought).
I'm hoping it's not a switch durability issue, as I was led to believe that "real" switches (red, brown, blue, etc) were way better than gaming keyboards with soldered switches.
I don't want to return it if I don't have to because I've heard Keychron can be iffy with returns, so I'm looking for any possible resolutions before trying?
Using it wired on a Windows 10 desktop PC.

• After returning from the elimination, the girls all take a deep breath as they read Lala's message, with Elektra getting choked up because she didn't want her sister to go home. She confers that she's now the only US contestant left and feels like she has a target on her back because this is her third time in the competition. Adore says that she chose Lala because she felt like, with this being her third go-round, she was going to pick a queen that she thought had the most to show, and she's demonstrated a lot compared to Angeria, so she felt it to be only fair.
• As the queens look over the lipsticks, Shannel says that it's very telling that Adore is trying to play a very congenial game with how she's deciding, and Shannel says that she's not up for that behavior whatsoever. However, she continues to let Eva do her thing as she reveals that she picked Angeria's lipstick. Shannel claps, saying that someone is willing to play the game. Eva says that she picked Angeria's lipstick because she already won and had so much time to improve her snatch game skills, and she just faltered, and she doesn't think that's necessarily the bill of a winner, which the girls gag at. She responds to Eva by saying that she'll expect her to do the same, with the tension in the room being very thick. Monét laughs and says she's thankful it wasn't her this time in the drama.

• After the mini-challenge results are announced, Monét cheers over the fact that she won, and Plastique jokes that she can only win mini-challenges. She responds by saying that this is a challenge she can win, especially considering how Plastique is the only other UK girl with no wins. The girls gag, but then Brooke announces that it's a ball, to which Monét slaps her hands over her face in the confessional.
• The girls prepare for the challenge as Brooke walks around the room. She walks up to Plastique, who already has a concept laid out on her mannequin, and Brooke congratulates her on the fast work. Plastyique says she's trying to show what she's learned since her time on UK3 since she could only create one silhouette. Brooke then goes over to Elektra, who has a design laid out, but Brooke says that she's worried about it just being a dress and that's it since the one thing that's been holding Elektra's looks back is accessorization, which she nods along to.
• Adore is struggling with sewing, her outfit falling apart right in front of Brooke and causing her to break down in front of the other girls, which all comfort her, and she regains the strength to continue fighting for the main challenge. Angeria, however, is doing very well in creating this beautifully structured garment. Brooke is astonished that she can't even clock that it's made from unconventional materials.

Adore Delano receives negative critiques from the judges. Brooke says her package this week was underwhelmingly pedestrian, a reversion back to her season 2 fashion antics. She was incredibly sexy in her lingerie look, loving the all-black ensemble, yet every other queen that went after she stepped it up, so she looked weak in comparison. Her silver fox look was undeniably an older version of a Chola. While they loved incorporating her upbringing's fashion onto the mainstage, they wish she elevated the look to be much more. On top of all this, her design look could be more impressive, feeling like the tulle is a coverup for messy hot glue and a lack of shape. She got into her head this week, and they need her to pull herself out because she's been doing fantastic.
Angeria Paris VanMichaels receives positive critiques from the judges. The entire panel is shocked by how her package turned out, saying she used that winner's budget. First of all, her lingerie look was so incredibly sexy that they couldn't even clock that it wasn't her body; something about it was so Beyonce-esque; with this silver lingerie with this honey blonde wig and robotic parts, she looked so well put together. Her second runway was even more impressive, turning out this elevated church lady look dressed for the snow in her gorgeous white furs. When she let down that pageant bun to show her flowing gray hair, they knew she was locked in for the win. Her design look leaves the largest stamp on her; with her creation, this pantsuit meets pageant gown, fully complete for someone of her caliber with such stunning detail.
Elektra Shock receives negative critiques from the judges. Brad says that regarding her package, they felt her runways were the least cohesive, and when looking at them side to side, they clashed against one another. Her first look was right, but she was supposed to show her body, and they felt her look was too conservative. They know she has excellent padding, so she needs to push herself to the max because this fell short of what they know she's capable of. Her second look was much better, loving the way that she exited out of her igloo coat and came out as this sexy wolf MILF, but they do think she could've pushed that artic wolf concept a bit further since they felt she didn't fully commit to it. Her design runway, though, is their biggest problem. It's a pretty gown, but that's it. Besides some accessorizing, this is a step down from their knowledge of her skills.
Eva Le Queen receives negative critiques from the judges. Traci says they know she has some fantastic looks in here and that her package this week was more of a mixed bag, but her design look truly brought her down. Looking at her lingerie, she had a gorgeous body, and she stepped out looking like a fairy, especially with her long tuft of fabric and fairy wings flowing in the wind. She fully committed to the concept, even having fairy dust flow from her hair. Her second look was another fantastic entry into the package, coming out with this skinned polar bear look only to wear the bear fur as her outfit in this Cruella-inspired garment was a creative take on the category. The only problem was her design look, which seemed like a rush and afterthought, though it was the most critical part of the challenge.
Plastique Tiara receives positive critiques from the judges. Brooke says that she knows that Plastique wasn't playing around when she said she would give fashion, but this is on an entirely new level. First, they couldn't even clock that she was a drag queen on her first runway. No padding, just her sexy lingerie and Victoria's Secret angel wings. They were gagged by how she looked like she came right off the runway and served them cisgender realness. Her second look was even better, seeing as how she showed up in this icicle-inspired garment and melted herself on the mainstage into this sexy Elsa look; she had them gagged the most on the runway with that look. Then, her design runway was the most impressive one they've seen tonight. She turned out a cultural garment from unconventional materials. She's by far one of the best designers here.
Shannel receives positive critiques from the judges. The judges give her the moment she's finally been waiting for, telling her she's gorgeous as she begins to tear up on the runway, taking a shallow breath. They say that her first look was breathtaking because she embraced her body as an older queen, having the wind make her dress fly off in a reveal was so Marilyn Monroe-esque, turning out this gorgeous Old Hollywood to New Hollywood slut look. Overall, they were impressed by her thoughts during the presentation. Her second look was incredible in this Snow Queen-inspired garment, ripping the fairytale straight to this real-life drag. Her design look is her best, churning out this structural business garment that's just so well made.

• All the girls walk back in, and Monét is the first to complain about being safe, but Shannel notes that she's surprised that she wasn't in the low position over Eva, who had two great looks and was somewhat in the same boat as Monét. They begin to fight one another, with Monét claiming that she's had a problem with her all season and Elektra breaking up by yelling and saying they're not even the ones at the bottom. The tension is extremely thick in the room, and Plastique breaks it up by congratulating herself on a win, which makes the girls laugh.
• Angeria and Plastique talk to one another side by side and apologize for their jokes against one another, promising to have each other's back no matter how the lipsync goes. Adore talks with both of them and starts breaking down and crying, saying she doesn't deserve to be here. She nearly quits, but Angeria gives her an inspirational talk about quitting. Plastique says that she doesn't know if Adore can handle the pressure. Elektra talks to them next and promises them both an alliance, but Angeria says that this is her third time around, and it's pretty clear that she isn't doing the greatest and that she's now the only one, other than Shannel, without a win. The girls are unsure of who to pick.

Lore:
The armies of Noxus have small elite groups among them that serves exclusively a specific high-ranking persons, one of them, at the orders of the grand general, Swain himself, was known as “the black capes”, composed by five members, one of them was Beatrice, known in all the empire for having the sharpest aim in the empire as a whole.
One day, the black capes were sended on a mission to solve a problem some foot soldiers were having in the Western border, some Demacian rangers were infiltrating Noxian territory and systematically taking out their patrols in crucial spots. furthermore, two Ranger-knights were part of this group, one of them being their chieftain, eliminating them would erase the danger the Demacian rangers represented for quite some time, and so, the black capes were mobilized to assassinate them, after all, Demacian rangers are not only formidable foes by themselves, but they also count with the help of their animal companions, making them even tougher opponents to deal with.
After analyzing the places where the Demacian rangers have striked, the Noxian soldiers were able to triangulate their position, a small forest in the middle of nowhere, the Demacian rangers were trying to have the highest advantage they could by fighting in terrain they had mastered, despite this, the Noxian soldiers went after them anyways, in less than half a day, all the available Noxian soldiers got the forest surrounded and the black capes went inside it.
While the black capes were exploring the forest, suddenly, something caught the attention of Beatrice's eye; a big, blue eagle, sitting on a branch. Beatrice could feel something was wrong with that bird, it was looking right at them, it was no coincidence and she soon realized it was one of those ranger's animals, she quickly pulled her bow, but before she could begin to take aim, the eagle flew away and emitted a loud shriek and, within seconds, a round of arrows came from the foliage towards them, despite the surprise, all members of the black capes could dodge them, but the others rangers jumped out of their hiding spot and attacked them, Beatrice fired skyward a special arrow that leaves a trail of red dust, that was the signal for all the other Noxian soldiers to charge towards them, even with the skills the rangers had, they could not defeat so many enemies.
The Demacian rangers started with the upper hand, attacking the black capes from all side, but that situation changed when the Noxian foot soldiers arrived, the amount of troops was overwhelming for the rangers and their solid formation quickly began to crumble with a single casualty, the rangers scatters, desperately trying to end up victorious in this battle, and Beatrice decided to climb up a tree to get a better sight range and hunt down the remaining rangers, from up there, she could see the same azurite eagle from before flying toward her, carrying a ranger with a crossbow on its talons, Beatrice attempted to shoot them down, but, despite her superb accuracy, that eagle managed to dodge all of her shoots and to jump to another branch when the ranger fired back, when Beatrice could finally fire again, she aimed directly for the ranger's hearth, but that was merely a feint, when the eagle got ready to dodge once more, Beatrice changed the trajectory of her shoot, firing an arrow that pierced through one of the eagle's wing, severely wounded, the eagle had no other option but to land, but before that, it flew over Beatrice and the ranger-knight jumped off the eagle to attack Beatrice hand-to-hand, despite not being her expertise, she was able to defend herself against that ranger-knight, while on the middle of the confrontation, suddenly, the ranger-knight whistled, and despite the injury, her eagle flew towards Beatrice once more and clawed her eyes, making Beatrice lose her balance and fall down the tree, hitting her head and falling unconscious.
Some days later, she finally woke up, but something was very wrong with her, she had her eyes wide open, she could feel that, and yet, she could not see anything. That blasted ranger's bird had scarred her eyes and blinded her. While Beatrice was still trying to figure out how to react to this, a nearby soldier informed her about the situation, they were in a carriage and were being escorted back to Noxus, they managed to defeat the Demacian rangers and kill seven out of the nine that were in that forest, but they also suffered a lot of casualties, including the other four members of the black capes. Beatrice was in shock, in a single day she had lost everything, her most powerful asset and all of her trusted companions, a mix of awful emotions started tormenting her, anger, sadness, resentment… She was unable to even articulate a word and suffered in silence until they arrived at the Noxian capital. A helpful soldier escorted her to the doctors where they confirmed Beatrice's worst fear: They were not able to cure her blindness.
After hearing that, she took a decisions, with the aid of the same soldier, she went to have a conversation with her gran general, Swain, when they arrived at his place, she was informed that Swain was already expecting her and she could pass, when Beatrice got inside his office, before being able to say a single word, she immediately fell on her knees and started apologizing for her current state while tears ran down her now useless eyes, after some time of time, Beatrice said she had one request for her grand general, for him to execute her, for she is unable to be of use to the empire of Noxus, now that her vision had been taken away.
After hearing that, Swain produced the first sound he made since Beatrice had entered his office, by sighting to that extreme request she was making, after that, he got up and walked towards her, slowly but firmly, when he was in front of her, he asked if she wished to still be of use for Noxus, Beatrice insisted that she could not do that in her stat, and to that, Swain answered by repeating the exact same question. Without even questioning what that use could be, Beatrice said she wishes to serve Noxus until the last of her days. After that affirmation, Swain placed his hand on her head. A very weirdly-shaped hand, it felt more… like a claw. Before being able to think about that for much, a strange and painful sensation went through all of Beatrice, like if a thunderstorm was happening inside her body, after that sensation stopped, she… could see again. Although overjoyed for a moment, she realized something was wrong… she was seeing herself. Swain explained he had integrated her in his flock of ravens, that their consciences are now linked and she could see through them, after that brief explanation, Swain asked this time if she still wishes to serve him. Still disoriented, Beatrice, while smiling, answered that that would be her greatest honor.

The video begins with an iconic scene from "V for Vendetta," featuring the freedom fighter, V. Symbolizing defiance and resistance, V embodies the spirit of those who challenge the status quo, echoing DFV. His memorable declaration, "First the overture," sets the stage for what follows.

My windows 10 PC has always been a little bit temperamental, it occasionally locks up, screen freezes and audio stutters and I have to hard reboot, but otherwise it's fine.
This evening I decided to change the name of my user account and the name of the computer itself, and a few minutes after restarting for the change to take effect the computer suddenly lost power and crashed. No blue screen, just immediate switch off and black screen. It would reboot again no problem but would then do the same crash while loading my desktop after log in.
I booted to safe mode and changed the computer name back to what it was before. This helped a little bit in that it would no longer crash while I was trying to log in... instead it would crash about a minute after I logged in.
I booted safe mode again and changed my user account name back to what it was before. This didn't make any difference and it's still crashing about a minute after log in.
I thought perhaps it was a PSU issue, the one I have is very old and a hand-me-down from my ex (Corsair TX650), but the sudden loss of power doesn't happen in safe mode, so that makes me think it's not a hardware issue.
I checked event logs and repeatedly saw errors kernel power 41/172 and also kernel pnp 219.
The only changes I've made to the computer recently are to install a wifi adapter about a week and a half ago, which went fine and has been working well, and replace the power cable (I forgot to pack the old one when I moved house) and again this has been working fine since I got it a week and a half ago. I cleaned everything in the machine about two or three weeks ago so I don't think dust is an issue.
I'm completely stumped as to what's causing this (and very stressed out since I just want to chill and play games after the stress of moving house). Does anyone have any advice or suggestions please? I'm fairly confident now with installing hardware etc but I have very little experience of troubleshooting software issues. Thank you in advance.
