I am a third-year USMD who took Step 1 on 4/19 after a 5-week dedicated period. Technically, I studied for 7 weeks since I started watching Sketchy Micro and Pathoma during the last two weeks of preclinicals when we were in our last and easiest block.
Per my title, I repeated my first year of medical school after experiencing academic and personal challenges. I was originally part of the class of 2025 but transitioned to the class of 2026 after a few course and remediation exam failures. Honestly, before I joined my current cohort, I was a horrible student with a very poor and fixed mindset - most of my grades were borderline passing, I had pretty much given up, and I was convinced that I was only capable of doing the absolute bare minimum in medical school. When my school told me I had to repeat, I was terrified and unsure if I would even make it out of MS1 the second time around, but was also determined to make the most out of this fresh start and build a strong content foundation which I had failed to do the first time. Over the next two years, I used a consistent study plan for all of my blocks which I not only passed, but excelled in including the ones I had failed previously. I also adopted a growth mindset and healthy coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety, and had a strong support system consisting of family, friends, upperclassmen who also repeated or had their own academic struggles, faculty, classmates, and a free therapist from my school.
Today, two years after I received the devastating news that I would have to start medical school over from the very beginning, my hard work finally paid off when I got the long-coveted P yesterday. Dedicated was not easy - there were several times when I felt hopeless and like I would fail especially given my previous academic history. Additionally, even though my academic performance improved significantly with me getting only 80s and 90s after I repeated, my classmates were so smart that rankings-wise, I was still a pretty average student with my grades usually around the class average - sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. Ultimately, a consistent study plan tailored to my strengths and what worked for me during preclinicals helped me overcome my worries and conquer this beast of an exam.
I realize that this post is getting pretty long now, so below I will quickly outline my resources, scores, and timeline:
UWorld: 24% complete with 60% average - this was after I reset UWorld which I had used in preclinicals. I also only did 1 block of 40 questions a day except on days when I took NBMEs because I took a long time to thoroughly review my blocks. I tried to do 2 blocks once and was completely burnt out afterwards so I stuck to only 1 block per day moving forward. All of my blocks were timed and random which I feel exposed me to many high-yield concepts and helped me with pacing.
Anki: I did the Pepper Sketchy Micro and Pharm decks during the first 3ish weeks of dedicated but eventually stopped. I also made my own Anki cards from my UWorld incorrect and "unsures" (questions I had answered correctly but didn't know why or completely understand) and did these cards every day until my exam.
Resources: First Aid - Read all sections concurrently with UWorld and Anki.
Boards and Beyond - Watched videos on weaknesses that I identified from UWorld.
Mehlman arrows and risk factor PDF documents - Only used these toward the end of dedicated once I had completed content review to further reinforce concepts.
NBME high-yield images - Only looked at these the day before my exam.
Having a good foundation from preclinicals after I repeated also really helped make dedicated more doable.
Scores: School-sponsored diagnostic CBSE (early March 2024) = 58
NBME 26 (3/23) = 61
NBME 28 (3/30) = 61 - This freaked me out so I started revisiting concepts I had already reviewed, but that I had not completely mastered, alongside new content review.
NBME 29 (4/6) = 70 - I attribute this big score jump to starting the above strategy. I used FA and B&B for this.
NBME 31 (4/13) = 73
NBME 30 (4/16) = 76
New Free 120 (4/17) = 77% correct
Real deal (4/19) = PASS!!! I felt confident and ready to take the exam after seeing an upward trend in my NBME scores and consistently getting scores within passing range. The exam itself was similar to NBMEs and free 120 and I was able to finish all my blocks with about 10 min left which I used to review my answers. Trust your NBMEs and don't worry too much about your UWorld %!!!
I'm sorry that this post is so long, but I wanted to share my experience with Step 1 and what helped me get the P especially since this subreddit was a huge help for me during dedicated. I also hope that my story serves as encouragement for other students who have either repeated a year or experienced any kind of academic difficulty. Please don't give up - you are not alone and do have what it takes to pass Step 1!!! ♥️

 | So I made a comment on my last post but for anyone who didn't see it: I went into my post office Monday and requested the detailed tracking. They printed me a sheet and not only did it show my package being scanned in at 5lbs 6oz it also showed the dimensions! So on top of it reflecting I shipped something 5lbs (different than an empty bag) the dimensions of the BOX I sent differ from the bag she claimed it sent. Then radio silence from Poshmark until today and I get that email I attached. They're ruling it a lost package?!? Even though the tracking shows it was delivered?! Just ugh. So I guess she wins and she gets her money and the boots. So aggravating. In the end I'm paid so at minimum that's good but I hate that people can get away with this. I know a lot of people asked for her username to block her and I tried to DM as many as possible but then got busy as the week started and lost track of who I was able to message. Hey everyone!! Was hoping for some help on a couple of my activities.
I was the office manager for a single physician clinic and was responsible for literally everything that the doctor did not do since i was the only other employee (it was a weird setup since we had a host company type thing). I’m leaning towards non-clinical experience but I did all the back house stuff from outpatient connecting, pharmacy, scheduling, greeting patients, taking payments, billing, etc. what do yall think?
I was in band from middle school all throughout hs. I was band president and section leader for the last couple years in HS too. I was not in band or in any group throughout college or thought my past two gap years, but i do my own playing at home. I calculated about 2245 hours with this hobby. Is this worth including as one of my activities?

Background; my mum is an alcoholic and has been my whole life, she made me homeless multiple times as a young adult and as a young mother, she completely disregarded me and my children in our time of need. She has also rang social services on me with a load of lies and malicious intent multiple times. I have created a beautiful life for me and my children in a home full of love and laughter. On the day my daughter was born, she ran off and got drunk in a ditch because they wouldnt let her into the hopsital as i was in a seperate room as i had an emergency c section. One month before my son was born, she punched me in the face. She continues to emotionally neglect us, but I know it's the Alcoholism so I still try to maintain a relationship with her. My mum and dad had been separated for a few years before his death, but were still kind of on and off. As I was by his side in the days leading up to his death, she would send nasty messages which he wasn't able to read, she sent nasty messages to my dad's family on the day of his funeral which she wasnt allowed to attend. She has a victim mindset and refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for how she contributed to all the turbulent relationships she has had.
My mum has a neighbour who moved in less than a year ago, this neighbour is a young single mother who has got herself out of a bad situation and is still getting her life in order. My mum gets distressed because she can hear her shouting at what my mum assumes is her children. My mum rang social services, housing and the police on her before she had even introduced herself to her. They first met face to face when there was an issue with a joint drain overflowing and it turned ugly, with the girl knocking on my mums door being defensive as she now sees my mum as a threat due to her calling everyone which could have potentially resulted in her losing her home and children, my mum slammed the door in her face. I couldn't stand my mum being in a state of distress without trying to help, so I introduced myself to this girl after the school run as our children attend the same school, just so she can associate my mum with me, a friendly face, and so I could step in if needed. I cut my mums hedge and I couldn't reach the top on her side, so I knocked on the door but there was no answer, i found her on Facebook and asked if she would like me to do her side; she declined as she wasn't in but appreciated the offer. Since then, I have had messages from her regarding the disputes between her and my mum and I have tried to stay unbiased and help keep the peace. This girl is exactly where I was less than 5 years ago, just overcome homelessness and abuse, traumatised and trying to fix her life with no support. I really see myself in her and i have so much compassion for her and her situation. I have shared the things that helped me find peace in my own mind and by extention, create a peaceful loving life all round. My advice must have helped as my mum said she didn't hear anything at all for half a week when before it was every single day. But then my mum decided not to cut her side of their shared front garden. I asked my mum how much ot would have cost to do it and she didnt want to tell me. I asked was it a pathetic amount and she said yes; it would have cost £5 extra to do it. I said you have done it out of spite and that's wrong. If you can take a little bit of stress off of a struggling mother than £5 is worth it. She asked me to not talk to the girl anymore and I said I'm not going to stop being kind just because you are choosing to be angry. She then blocked me and we haven't spoken for 2 weeks, except when she unblocked me to send me more abuse and then I blocked her. I haven't spoken to the neighbour either until 2 days ago where she told me my mum has been screaming through the walls that she has called social services again. The neighbour told me the social services have been in contact again. My nan has told me that my mum hasn't done it, but I don't believe her at all because she done the same to me and then tried to deny it but soon admitted it was her because I knew for a fact it was her.
I've taken myself out of the situation as my efforts of keeping the peace were obviously wasted and the only positive impact I had on this situation was I helped this girl feel that she has a choice of peace and love when all she has known is trauma and abuse. Another positive thing is I have realised so much of my energy was wasted on being sad that my mum doesn't love me (or show that she loves me) and now I am emotionally available to be overwhelmed with love and awe for my own children.

Apologies if this has been asked 1,345,258 times before, but I promise I did read through a lot of posts on here. It's just that most people nowadays want a vacuum that self empties and mops, and we do not. We bought a Eufy RoboVac 25C over 3 years ago that finally just died so we need a new one.
The 25C was one that just randomly went around, bumping into stuff. The really annoying thing about it was it would get stuck under our TV console and behind the couch so any time we ran it, we just had to block those areas so it couldn't get in. It did a decent job though, no real complaints.
The space is all hardwood or kitchen tile, no more than 700 sq ft, no area rugs. We have a dog but he's short haired so not too concerned about it handling pet hair. Our living room is also our son's playroom so our coffee table and other small furniture does get moved around, not sure how that would affect mapping.
Looking at the Eufy L60 but wasn't sure if anything better was out there. Thanks!

So, long story [not so] short: I hung out with this guy I work with one time in late February and while it was fine, I could tell we weren’t a good match so I told him that. He flipped out on me and started sending me angry texts about how he saw this coming, sorry he didn’t “measure up to my standards,” telling me that they way I try to get to know guys “bothered” him (namely that I spoke about my ex bf after he asked me why my last relationship ended and that I talked about my friends — he informed me, “Guys don’t want to hear that. I’m there to get to you know. Not your ex, not your friends, you.” I was like okay, whatever. I didn’t say anything to him freaking out on me.
He then started sending me these long texts apologizing for his behavior and saying things like “I’m just a fuck up, I know you hate me now and I get why” and I was like DUDE. So I texted him and said hey, I don’t hate you, it’s fine, no hard feelings, let’s move on. All is forgiven. Then he just continued apologizing as if he didn’t even read my reply and proceeded to reprimand me again for talking about my ex when we hung out. He said, “But you get why I was upset right? You talked about your ex when you were supposed to be getting to know me. Do you understand this, yes or no?” It was exhausting. I just said “Yes, I understand. What I don’t understand is why you’re trying to have this conversation again.” I stopped responding after that completely bc we obviously were not communicating.
Then more long, drawn out apology texts. “I just feel terrible bc that’s not who I am but sorry again for fucking everything up.” Was the summation of basically every single one. I wanted to block him, but I also felt that it might escalate more, especially because he would sometimes tell me he was drinking when he texted me these novels, so I thought I might want to have screenshots of him basically harassing me via text if I ever did want to report him or at the very least, ask my supervisor for guidance. I finally texted back and said “I have no other response for you. If you want to talk to me about something work related only, feel free to reach out.” He said okay and apologized AGAIN.
Then last week I ran into him in the office which was inevitable. I said hello, he asked me how I was, I told him I was great and asked him the same. He seemed completely different than how he had been acting which was such a relief. He seemed calm, happy, and like he had put everything behind him. He then sent me a Teams message right after that and thanked me for breaking the ice. I said sure, it was nice to see you. My ultimate goal this whole time has been for things to smooth over so I don’t have drama with this guy I hung out with ONE TIME! He then said if I wanted, we could go on a walk sometime at work to take a break and get some fresh air. I very stupidly said sure. We went on a few walks and then yesterday right when we got back from one, this text convo ensued:
Him: Hey, I appreciate your time and the 2nd chance at a friendship but maybe we should just keep it a work thing. I get a vibe from you that's what you prefer to have, which sucks but I also know my place with you at this point. I've enjoyed the walks and talks but I'm not trying to ruin the vibe more than I already have previously.
Me: Yeah, I would like to be friends but I will respect keeping it a work thing if that's what you want. Definitely don't want to make you uncomfortable or anything.
Him: Oh I'm not uncomfortable. It's just hard to catch your vibe a little after some things. Maybe I'm just reading you wrong after things went south too. But I'm not trying to make you feel uncomfortable or like you have to try to be friends just cause we work together. I know you're dealing with whatever it is so maybe that's why it's hard to catch the same vibe I caught from you when we first talked. I also didn't really care for how you subtly threw my failure with you in my face on our walk but I deserve that a bit and that's my fault for bringing it up. Hello so my 2 year old soon to be 3 in August has been attending daycare since he was about 1.5 years old. Never had any problems. In October we moved him to a new daycare/school to help him learn. And he was doing great. He is very knowledgeable and knows so many words and things that it shocks me that he knows certain things lol. But in February they moved him up to a new section (Twaddlers for 2-3 years old) and he started to see some problems
They said he runs a lot, and tried to climb on top of the tables and what not. And sometimes screams. And he would throw objects or hit a kid every now and then over a toy. But most of this is typical toddler behavior
I sat down and watched him in the class on their cameras in the office and almost half the class is running around climbing on top of furniture.
They also said he don’t like to sit down during story times or certain activities and like to run around and play. And that he don’t listen to directions and they are unaware if he understands what is happening because he don’t talk.
When we are home he is very vocal and communicates a lot. Even when we are public he will let me know what he is doing and what is happening. And if I give him directions in doing something he will do it. For example I will tell him to wash his hands and dry them . He would do it . Or even if I say lock the door and turn off the light. At the age of 2 he understands and can go do it. Just frustrating for me to have to deal with this

LONDON? WTF?
(I don’t know if anyone care about this story but as part of my grieving process I needed to get it out)
It started as a joke. I work at a sports bar in Boston and we got on the topic of how going to a pool party in the end zone of your stadium is on my bucket list. So many people were unaware this even existed. I showed them photos and they were floored.
A week later the home/away schedule was released, and I see the Patriots were playing you guys on your turf. During a spirited day drinking session on Marathon Monday I bring it up again. “lol, what if we all went to Jacksonville? That would be a riot” Everyone is “totally down”. I take it to Facebook the next day and poll my people, just out of sheer curiosity, to see who would be interested in a scheme like this. The response was overwhelming.
Few days later I’m poking around on the Jags website, just to get a feel for what’s involved in this process. I assume it’s all still a pipe dream, that people book this kind of stuff years in advance. I fill out a form for “more information” and less than 12 hours later I have the most wonderful and helpful woman from the Jags ticket office calling me to see how she can get us in that pool TODAY. Honestly, she seemed amused at the idea of an entire end zone filled with jabronis from Boston.
Turns out, the process is extremely approachable and doable, despite the initially frightening price tag of $17k. All of a sudden, a few days later, myself and a few other bartenders have pooled some money together and put down a (fully refundable) deposit for the pool section of the Patriots/Jags game, date TBD.
That was a month ago, and it has almost literally been the only thing people have been talking about since. I had a list of over 60 people interested (pool apparently has a cap of 55). People I didn’t know were contacting me to get involved. Air bnb’s were being researched. Dunkin Donuts track suits and Patriots bikinis were in our virtual shopping carts. Sign ideas were being floated around (“I flew 1000 miles to see Mac Jones disappoint someone else”). We were so ready to show up and be everything you’d expect from a group of (lovable) assholes from Boston.
The first mini-let down was the leak it was going to be a Monday night game. I had to admit that in my head, this was a 1pm Sunday event, sun shining down on us. But hey, an October night in Florida ain’t half bad, especially considering the weather we are used to, so we decide to not let it dampen our spirit.
Which brings us to yesterday. Fuckin London. I cannot tell you the disappointment that engulfed us as we realized that this epic party, something sure to go down in history in our little corner of the world, a party that seemed too fun and too good to be true, was. We are all now in mourning of the party that could have been.
Jacksonville, we will be coming for you. Maybe not this year, and maybe not next, but one year someone will hear deafening cheers from a group of people in the pool who sound like they walked off the set of The Departed, and you’ll know we finally did it.

Our campus has a long history of effectively balancing our mission of teaching, learning, and conducting research with the rights of free expression as seen through rallies, marches, and other demonstrations. All these activities can and do occur regularly at UC Santa Cruz.
We share in the profound grief and concern for the individuals and families who are being impacted by the staggering loss of life in Gaza and by the fate of the hostages still being held by Hamas. There is immense suffering by children, families, and other civilians. We continue to express our grief for the victims of violence and displacement. We also understand that many in our community feel a deep need to do all that they can, in their own spheres of influence, to halt that violence. We respect that intention. We are, however, a large and diverse community, and we have obligations to our fellow community members and the responsibility to support the rights of everyone in our community to access all aspects of their work and education.
On May 1, a group of students created an unlawful tent encampment in Quarry Plaza. Our response has been to prioritize and support the safety of the students in the encampment and everyone else in our campus community. The campus fire marshal inspects the encampment area daily, and we have appreciated that the student demonstrators have acted to address some of the safety concerns, such as keeping staircases unobstructed.
Still, the existence of the encampment is a violation of law and university policy, has ongoing safety hazards, and has impacted our community in various ways. Our campus store has been forced to close as well as several campus food options, our resource centers are providing services from alternate locations, and a number of events have been postponed or canceled, much to the disappointment of both organizers and those planning to attend. A number of employees and others who work on campus have had their work schedules disrupted. Last week, we also experienced three dining hall disruptions. Disrupting dining halls prevents students who rely on meal plans from accessing food, an outcome that is the opposite of the action's stated goals, but the actual outcome nonetheless. These disruptions reflect a lack of respect, even if unintentional, for many in the community who are trying to do their job and simply trying to serve the campus community.
Campus leaders met with students from the encampment throughout last week to see if we could reach a mutually agreeable resolution that would include the voluntary disbanding of the encampment. We were largely quiet during that time, mostly posting safety updates on the status website to respect the intentionality and earnestness of those discussions. We remained optimistic throughout those discussions. Unfortunately, student representatives rejected the proposal that campus leadership put forward Friday, then posted on social media that our discussions were over. We remain ready to resume our dialogue with student representatives, and the ideas that we put forth remain on the table. We have communicated that with the student representatives. We believe the student representatives saw in our discussions last week that our approach was both earnest and in good faith.
Yesterday, our campus community faced additional disruption. Students blocked Hagar Drive throughout the afternoon and evening, while another group disrupted several classes. These actions are not protected speech and violate the student code of conduct. This escalation of disruption was unprompted by any action by campus administration. The continued presence of the unlawful encampment itself is causing unease for many in our community, because of the loss of access to campus resources and the messaging that has been displayed or chanted at the Quarry Plaza encampment.
We continue to call for the unlawful encampment to voluntarily disband.
We are ardent defenders of free speech and of the right of our community members to express themselves within the rights and protections of the First Amendment. As an academic institution, we encourage and depend on the robust exchange of ideas. We also strive to maintain a campus environment that is welcoming, open, civil, and mutually respectful of everyone and their views. This means speaking out against speech that deeply harms our community. This balance–and responsibility–is something all of us must take seriously. Over the past two weeks, we have seen appalling antisemitic and anti-Israeli messages and graffiti at or near the encampment. These expressions of hate, like all expressions of hate, are despicable, damaging, and have no place in our community. Our campus has a webpage with support and reporting resources for students and employees.
Our campus is special because of the remarkable students, faculty, and staff who make up our community. It is a place of learning and robust discussion. As a publicly funded university, it is also a place of laws, rules, and policies that govern the education that our students receive and the work we do. We expect everyone to uphold their responsibilities as members of this community.

We believe the student representatives saw in our discussions last week that our approach was both earnest and in good faith.
Yesterday, our campus community faced additional disruption. Students blocked Hagar Drive throughout the afternoon and evening, while another group disrupted several classes. These actions are not protected speech and violate the student code of conduct. This escalation of disruption was unprompted by any action by campus administration. The continued presence of the unlawful encampment itself is causing unease for many in our community, because of the loss of access to campus resources and the messaging that has been displayed or chanted at the Quarry Plaza encampment.
We continue to call for the unlawful encampment to voluntarily disband.
We are ardent defenders of free speech and of the right of our community members to express themselves within the rights and protections of the First Amendment. As an academic institution, we encourage and depend on the robust exchange of ideas. We also strive to maintain a campus environment that is welcoming, open, civil, and mutually respectful of everyone and their views. This means speaking out against speech that deeply harms our community. This balance–and responsibility–is something all of us must take seriously. Over the past two weeks, we have seen appalling antisemitic and anti-Israeli messages and graffiti at or near the encampment. These expressions of hate, like all expressions of hate, are despicable, damaging, and have no place in our community. Our campus has a webpage with support and reporting resources for students and employees.
Our campus is special because of the remarkable students, faculty, and staff who make up our community. It is a place of learning and robust discussion. As a publicly funded university, it is also a place of laws, rules, and policies that govern the education that our students receive and the work we do. We expect everyone to uphold their responsibilities as members of this community.

He was but a brute in his youth, charging head-first in any opponent. But that was many years ago. He survived too many battlefields to count, getting both to know and to slain powerful warriors he couldn't help but admire - their immovable spirits, their skills, their eyes burning even in the face of death. He was growing older, wiser.1.2 King Grol's Personality. As you can see Grol's POV is a bit twisted, he tries his best to impersonate what he thinks a King is - a Tyrant who's deeds are justified by the fear his underlings have and who's properties are just means to show other's your status... As such, we'll divide his persolanity in three layers. At first, anyone would think of a just and chivalrous Warrior-King. King Grol will talk as a righteous creature, respecting the law and praising act of heroism and courage. He'll talk about his strenght and how he's not afraid of the players. He inspires trust and respect, especially when compared to the rest of the Bugbears. 2. Running the EncounterThe Players Arrive. Upon arriving at Cragmaw Castle, King Grol will be in his chambers talking to Vierith. Here, two human females are kept as his harem. One of wich is absolutely terrified and disgusted by the bugbear and only seeks an opportunity to escape - the other sees Grol as a necessary evil in order to still benefit of his protection from golbinoids raids to her nearby village. In this moment, King Grol has absolutely no interest in the Players and won't exit his room. He fears the SPider is using him, and his goal now is understanding what's about the Rockseeker dwarf and how worth this "map" is. In order to make sure he's getting the right amount of money from all of this. 3. Stat-BlockThis section uses u/Dragnacarta absolutely incredible "CR2.0" system. A mathematical way to precisely take into account the PCs party Power Level against certain creatures's CR.This Boss Fight is composed by one "Bloody Encounter" and one "Bruising Encounter". The Bloody Encounter has the Players against King Grol and his Dire Wolf Snarl. The Bruising Encounter starts when when Grol is weakened and uses his Lair Action su summon his Goblinoids underlings. The Following Stats take into account parties of 4 LV3 Players.

Fighting as the WarriorKing grol is an experienced warrior: Use his reactions to make him mobile and Snarl to punish the backlines and/or attack players with high AC thanks to the Dire Wolf's Pack Tactics. In any case, positioning him well on the field is the key.Once King Grol starts using his Lair Action (aka he's losing the fight) the Goblinoids will understand the sotuation turned dire and many will run away in fear! This encounter can be quite challenging, if the players are really about to lose think about not using the Lair Action! And if you've used that already, and the players are losing the Second Encotunter think about making Sildar Hallwinter and Daran Edermath apprear for an heroic save! When the battle ends the ramaining Goblins will ony attempt to flee. No one will hurt the players anymore. Let them have their win, and look at the goblinoids run from them! Bonus Round: What if Grol gets uttelry annhilated? He's sly and resourceful. Whenever the Lair initiative comes up again, he'll make EVERY goblin in the hall turn their bows at the players - and put them in front of a choice:1. Stand still, and let the arrows slowly kill everyone. The goblins will auto-hit if they agree to stand immobile. Starting from the players with the lowest AC. 2. Fight to survive, but Gundren dies. One Goblin will threathen to slit Gundren's throat (readied action) and will stay still until the players let the arrows rain on them - as soon as one resists, the Goblin will kill Gundren with no hesitation. If this bonus round happens, make sure the players are thorn from this decision: Option1 they die, option 2 Gundren dies. This is a bit drastic since Gundren is almost impossible to save this way... But this will allow the players to have a VERY tense Roleplay scenario even if they were toying with Grol battle-wise. |
2024.05.16 20:55 BeachBound1 Buyer refuses to accept package from post office. Ebay says I don't have to refund. What do you do?
I've had this happen twice to me in just the few months with the most recent one resolving today. Both times the item was shipped and tracking shows that USPS could not find a safe place to deliver the package so each buyer was instructed to pick up their item at post office. In both cases, neither buyer picked up their item and opened "Item Not Received" cases even though tracking showed the items were waiting for buyer to pick up at the post office. After several weeks, the items were "returned to sender" by the post office. Both times I contacted eBay who said that the buyers' failure to accept the package voids the buyer's ebay money back guarantee and I do not have to refund anything! Both times I received the items back in the same shape in which I mailed them so I don't really feel right keeping the entire amount of the sale. Both times I ended up refunding the buyers their purchase price but not their shipping because it isn't fair to stick me with the postage. I know for a fact that the most recent incident, the buyer was trying to pull a fast one because they messaged me to tell me days after it had shipped that they found the item cheaper some place else so they assumed they could just refuse the package and get a full refund (buyer has over 200 feedback as a buyer so he isn't a newb). I refunded purchase price but not shipping and have blocked the buyer. In cases like this, do you refund the purchase price of the item or do you keep all of the funds since ebay says it's okay?

The historical mineral resource estimate was prepared for Universal Copper in September, 2021. It is not being treated as a current Mineral Resource Estimate, as the Company has not yet had it verified by an Independent Qualified Person. However, the recent date of the Universal estimate and the lack of drilling completed since that date suggests that the historical estimate is relevant. Readers are cautioned that mineral resources, which are not mineral reserves, do not have demonstrated economic viability.
