My boyfriend and I are both 30. We met last year, Aug30 and dated for months and became official on January 1st. A little background lang, I live alone in a condo and he visits me daily when we were just dating pa until we became official. So, last year when we were just dating pa(not official) I clearly remember this day when he visited me at my place, it was the coronation day of Miss Universe yung nanalo si Ms. Nicaragua. So I borrowed his ipad kasi I can put it at the table kasi may stand instead of phone na hinahawakan lang tapos that time I was watching live sa Fb, so i sent the link from my phone to his messenger so I can just watch it directly sa ipad. While I was watching sa ipad nya hindi kasi naka full screen. Na noticed ko lang sa right side parang may suggested na mga profile like except from his mom and dad’s profile meron then 1 person dun always suggested which is si (ex) pala kasi like sa right side ng screen parang like recommended talaga yung profile like( “ex commented to, ex like..”) yung mga ganyan. That was the day I found out na ex nya pala yun. Kasi pansin ko din si fb kung sino ang profile na vinisit mo palagi mag aapear talaga sya mostly sa profile mo like “yung shortcut”.. Out of curiosity, i visited her profile and saw that she’s already in a relationship, and I knew the guy from a previous company. So, mas na curious pa ako then when you try to search kasi sa fb makikita mo history sa “recent searches, visits” at that time nakita ko na my bf still visits his ex’s profile once i a while maybe 3-5x since the day we started seeing. I just told him after ng Ms. U, na “I think I know na sino ex mo, is it (name) noh? He didn’t deny naman and just ask n how did i know, and i just casually said na because sa fb mo sya ang top suggested profile together with your mom and dad, meaning you always visit here profile, that’s it. I didn’t ask anything na.
Then maybe a month or so, we were open to giving access to our phones. One day, while I was browsing some photos, android kasi phone nya so medyo daming albums, meron like “google photos”, so when I went to click it, meron dun another gmail account with more photos, so while I was scrolling, i saw a photos of them, and when I returned the phone I intentionally left it the photos and did not bother to exit so para when he open he would know that I saw the photos but, I did not confront him or anything just waiting for him to say something pero wala. Then a few days after I went to check the photos again, the other account was logged out na. I asked him, bakit na logout yung ibang account and he said wala daw sya ginalaw at wala nman daw ibang acct, i told him anong wala nakita ko pa nga photos nyo ng ex mo sa acct na yun sabi nya hindi naman nya ni logout. So ayun, i just dismissed it.
Fast forward, we rarely check each other’s phones na. We had disagreements, away bati in our relationship just like a normal couple but never this. So just this Monday may 13th. I decided to check his gallery. I saw some retrieved old google photos na sa album nya. So I when checked the account I saw the other account na login na ulit, so I opened it and saw their photos again. So while he was lying down, I just casually said, wow “grabi yung glowup ng ex mo ngayon, like ang layo2 before grabi sobrang puti na” Pero without looking up, he said “yeah, because at that time dami nyang nilalagay sa face nya kaya daming sugat2. Like, hello is that the right thing to say to your gf? Instead of saying, sorry hindi ko pala na delete yung photos because this or that or why i I decided to keep it. He also insisted he didn’t see the photos and I was like how come you knew exactly which photos I was referring, also yan nga una nag aapear eh when you opened that account. I continued to browse the photos and he was looking as if proud na proud pa. He let me continued making side comments and until I saw video nya he was calling her ex their endearment. Then I said, “sus gusto nya palang endearment ****, ako ang dami ko ng sinuggest like baby, babe, love to the point na ginawa ko ng friend, bro and brader, kaya ayaw iba pala ang gusto, kaya pala hanggang first name basis pa rin tayo. Sana all, pati sa mga photos nyo ikaw mismo nag tatake directly pero tayo ni walang halos photos, buti nlang talaga hindi ko din pinipilit mag take tayo ng photos” tapos defend pa saying hindi naman ako ang gusto ng tawagan sya naman” I got annoyed and added more side comments saying na maybe ganyan talaga pag nasa tamang tao, mas nag go-glow naalagan natin ang selves natin, baka cgro we both look stress because we’re not at the right partner. Kaya siguro palagi mo vinisit ang profile ng ex mo kasi di kapa naka move on or maybe ng hihiniyang ka because she’s so happy with her partner now, traveling together.. Between, our argument he said “do you know when was that(referring to the photos) and what we’ve been through?”, “I don’t care about them kung anong gingawa nila and he keep shouting at this point, I’m trying to remain calm because nakakahiya sa neighbors ko kaya even if want to shout back I can’t, instead I sinabi wag ka mag scandalo dito, hindi mo ito place, hinaan mo boses mo”.. He calmed and took his phone put of my hand and deleted the photos. When he did, sinabi ko oh bakit mo dinelete nayiha kapa, kanini proud na proud kapa. He just stood and left. I went to msg him and showed him a screen recording of deleting all our photos and said this how easy to delete photos, it’s less than 1 minute and he should delete our photos too. I also told him that we need to talk in the morning . I have so many questions. He said he’ got diarrhea so we video call, and it turned to argument again, he said shouted at me and cursed me a lot like big time! I never had a partner who cursed me before so i felt attacked and very disrespected like i never expected that it would come from a partner, haven’t heard from him not even sorry. So yesteday, I messaged him saying “Was it worth it? Worth it ba yung pag shout and pag cursed mo sakin over your past? Not even sorry or proper explanation. Ito pala gusto mo style disrespectful and bastos. Then I’ll give it back to you” right after sending the message I blocked him.
Did I overeact or valid yung ginawa ko? Sa true lang gusto ko gumanti ng insults and hurtful words, pero na realized ko na sayang sa oras but if he ever come to my place, feel ko, makapagbibitaw din talaga ako ng insults

Almost 3 months ago, i was trying to fix my sleeping posture one night, so i laid down in my bed facing to the ceiling (That's how i heard you should sleep, idk), now, I've always been grossed out by cockroaches, so i covered all of my body, even my mouth, with my coat so that if one landed on me, it would not walk in my skin, that's just how paranoid i usually am, and while i was already falling asleep, in that state in which you don't even understand your thoughts anymore, i felt it, something had landed on my shoulder, at first i thought it was just my imagination and even if it wasn't, i was "safe", so i ignored it until it started to do a weird noise with it's wings, i opened my eyes and stared at it, i don't know if it was the fact it flied just a second after i opened my eyes, or that it looked like it was staring back at me before it took off, but from that moment on, for the next 15 minutes, every little movement i felt in any part of my body, i reacted by moving fast in the oposing direction on the thought it was a cockroach, every black dot on the wall while the lights are off i felt it was a cockroach, and every time i see a cockroach, smell one (i have a very good sense of smell, so good i can identify cockroaches 7 meters away just from smell), and even the thought of a cockroach triggered those exact same reactions for like 20 minutes or so.
I have never felt this way with any other thing, it's 12:46 here rn and i saw 2 cockroaches entering the room, stood up immediatly and turned out the next room's light (Brother is sleeping here) and killed one of them after a 15 minute standoff in which i used the light of my phone to dragg it out of my bed so i could kill it, i don't know where the other one is and i can't sleep, i'm shivering from the friction in my leg hair triggering the cockroach feeling, i took off my bed and moved all furniture searching for the other one and i can't find it, i can't get it out of my head, i tried to convince myself to just stop being affraid of it since it's like 30 times smaller than me, but that was barely enough to give me the courage to kill the first one, i feel the urge to peel my skin off so that i can't feel the imaginary cockroaches of my mind, can't go 30 seconds without worrying about it being in my room and i just cannot sleep, sure as hell i'm not even in my bed, i'm in a chair in the middle of the room, away from every place in which it could've hide.

So I had a stalker many years ago I met him at work and I made the mistake of being nice to him. He got fired but he would show up to my workplace and hide in clothing racks and he would take pictures of me and send them to me. He would call me from many different numbers. He would leave psychotic laminated, typed notes on my car and he blasted “somebody that I used to know” on his subwoofers while circling my apartment building, I called the cops but they couldn’t do anything. My coworker messaged me after I moved that he got caught with child p on his computer.
I want to post his TikTok username on here so bad so that all you guys can report this psycho but I’m pretty sure that’s not allowed. He messaged me “yay I’m your 1000th follower” and I said “lol yay thank you” without knowing it was him. I know it’s him now because he changed his profile picture to his face and is now messaging me saying he’s autistic and on thin ice? Like wtf
I am absolutely terrified now that this will re trigger him to start stalking me again in real life. He is very tech savvy and he can look up my address on public records (idk why that’s a thing that’s possible but it is!) and I’m freaking out and idk what to do and now. I don’t feel safe to message anyone on TikTok now. All I wanted to do was connect with people and make friends and now I’m crying. Hello everyone, so this is my first post here or anywhere regarding Witch subjects... I tried to not make this a book but please understand this has been building so if you find the time to help me i would greatly appreciate your time and insight/expertise in to this matter.. that being said... I do not know what I am or if I would "belong" within this community... but I know that I have to be something considering certain things I have and or have experienced... "coincidences" can only happen for so long. also please understand i am NOT intending on upsetting or trying to offend anyone here so please treat me as someone who has not only not much idea of what he is talking about in most of this stuff but also im not sure aside from obvious larger topics im not sure how not to offend anyone so please bear this in mind... so lets give you the run down
a little bit of context... my dad also informed me that he could do the same with weather as below when he was young before his "pineal gland calcified" but his level of control was "tomorrow it is going to rain (or snow) so bad that we cant go to school tomorrow" or we cant go to work what have you and literally the next day it was so bad the next day school or work in the military whatever was cancelled sometimes until the weekend...he also had/has some other small abilities but the way he described it to me when i told him about the dream below is i guess his mom was "full blood" but suppressed it all her life then when she got with my grandpa dad would have been considered "half blood" and for me all things considered he said i would be a "quarter blood" which in this space would help me understand why i can do similar things but i have better talents in dreams and less strength in weather and so on...and on my moms side they are more spirit sensitive so i cant really communicate generally but i get strong feelings of energy around me at times or in a home you know and also in dreams which im definitely stronger with i have 100% had some... "nightmares" but as you will read below dreams are important to me because generally when i pray or ask for a sign or what have you i trust a dream the most because thats what i feel aside from a lucid dream that i cant control so getting an answer or sign from a dream is a bit more compelling than the "i have just enough money for this its meant to be" or that random act of someone or something in waking life...
I am in my early 20's and so far in life I exhibit the following:
Mild control over the weather with a simple statement, (since around maybe my teens or a little younger I could simply say " its going to rain later" or tomorrow or what have you or i would say "i hope it rains later" or tomorrow and i have gotten microbursts and sometimes even really bad storms there have even been times i got a little bit of rain and said "come on thats not all you got show me more show me lightning and thunder and more rain" and within half an hour or less sometimes a few seconds it would all pick back up again much stronger) (even my wife would get upset and say "make it stop!" because i proved this ability to her much like my dad did his buddies so she would tell me to stop the rain and all that xD)
Since i was very young almost as long as i can remember i have premonition dreams at random and this had led me to at MANY points in my life of say Deja Vu they have been accurate down to the minute detail ( i couldnt remember the dream before it happened only as that moment in the dream started or up to 1-3 minutes before that part of the dream started in real life... also when i have a "deja vu" moment as that happens the dream is recalled from memory and with almost perfect accuracy when the dream is finally recalled i can almost pinpoint exactly when i had the dream weather i dreamed it 5 months ago or 8 years ago)
i seem to be able to as i get close to someone read their mind (its not perfect and its not guaranteed... but for example when me and my wife slept in the same bed we got to the point where she knew that i finished alot of her sentences and not just in the cute way i mean before or as she thought them without speaking, when she would say something in her mind but not out loud and so on so she would play a game with me it was called "what color am i thinking of" so i thought about it and i would get an image in my mind that was filled in with a color and i would answer and i was right... after about 2-5 minutes of being right and answering very quickly she is competitive so she made it harder and said "what color and shape am i thinking of" i would tell her and continued on with as i gave the answer i would give the next and the next without her having to ask for them it evolved into me telling her what color and shape and why she was thinking about it or even when she tried to cheat and randomly thought of say a purple elephant or a pink dragon i got the shape and color and answered correctly what creature and color she was thinking of and she seemed to get creeped out but this happened most of the time at night as everything was quiet and we were laying in bed talking and hanging out before sleep with all the lights off) (she isnt very spiritual very much a grounded in reality yes believes in god but gods got bigger fish to fry then helping me mindset but this is also why it really creeped her out at times considering my accuracy and speed of my "guessing" and was always right)
i think that i very recently... and for the first time in my life... accidentally dreamwalked... long story short im not with my wife at the moment alot of bad stuff and bad timing stuff happened in my life and we werent great financially so we lost the house and are living separately with our parents and all of sudden after getting married recently she 180'd me and now wants divorce... so im going through that and we are going through no-contact at the moment i dont really message her but if she messages me then i wait awhile and reply... but... its been a few months since this started and all the tarot i see on tiktok say the same things and right now if tarot is generally trusted... it seems she is now at the point of recognizing what she did and i should be expecting contact soon for reconciliation... (i just wanted to put this here because i didnt want everyone only saying oh you dreamt of her because you miss her) but anyways... for a month or 2 i successfully pushed her energy away and was actually doing alot better.. yeah i miss her but im my own person and i have learned alot through this... but recently... as i started to stop believing in tarot because she wasnt reaching out or doing anything... i all of a sudden had a dream i dont remember what happened and in the dream it was super blurry but it was very emotional... and as i had that when i woke up all of a sudden she was the only thing on my mind all the work i did getting over things was gone... and i still cant get her off my mind a week ish later... and then after that dream i started having more dreams of her being with her and remembering older dreams i forgot about in these few months before this most recent dream with all the emotion... and the only way i can interpret this is she is letting the walls down... and subconsciously re-opened her mind to me.. and now im feeling the emotions at times of her.... for example the other day i was at work at my new job perfectly calm no stress actually having a good day but OUT OF NOWHERE i got this MASSIVE amount of panic shooting through my body so bad that i really wanted to vomit.... and thats not my response to panic and i had no reason to panic... again i think im reacting to her emotions or her containers in her mind of emotions...
but here is the thing for dream walking... and this will probably be the last thing for now... this is what i wrote in my notes app (names redacted and edited for here) after i woke up...
I’m in a mall a very large mall… and I just purchased a dog from one of the stores a larger dog I can’t tell if it was a type of rottie? (my wifes old family dog that meant alot to both of them) But she was super sweet and well trained super responsive she could follow me with a snap like my dog (each time the dog veered away i snapped my fingers and she came right back walking at my side) and as she is following me I did notice there were multiple dogs in this mall type place with other people…(this was weird and the mall i felt like i recognized it but the layout didnt seem like any mall i had been too and i knew it was a huge mall) the dream fast forwarded and now im in a back mall sort of cylinder block stairwell with my new dog and a dog came up to me and I was thinking “oh hey look a dog I can pet” but when I went to pet him I saw on his vest “oh for PETES sake” I asked him if Pete was his name and before he could react I realized there was no person with him and that this was a service dog looking for someone to help his owner I then asked “does your person need help? Let’s go buddy” and he took off checking multiple times if I was following he then led me to the bathrooms area where 2 other people where shouting into a hole in the ground presumably trying to help this dog and the person was on the other side of where this vent attached too I looked around and noticed there was a stair case down to the men and women’s restrooms but the hole itself that the 2 other people were at was a type of floor vent to the maintenance room in between the restrooms so I went to the men’s restroom and asked the cleaning guys if it was possible anyone collapsed in the maintenance room they kind of laughed and ignored me and I didn’t know what to do since there were multiple people in the men’s restroom and no one was calling for help I left the bathroom thinking I couldn’t go into the women’s room because im a guy and the dream then fast forwarded to me being in the women’s room and seeing multiple people but no one needing help I left and the dream fast forwarded again and i guess i really had to pee in real life so I was searching in the dream for the bathroom and I saw myself go into the men’s room but it turned out to be the women’s room again… still multiple women in the restroom paying me no mind some looked at me and focused on me but didnt say or do anything just continued walking and talking to other women but I had to leave to go find the men’s room and as I did I kept getting lost in the vastness of this women’s restroom and couldn’t find the door (keep in mind at this point in the dream it was like the 3rd time i was in here and found the doorway out each and every time pretty easily except this last time) when I finally found the door I opened it and multiple women were coming in and leaving at the same time and I said out loud “ why does the women’s room have to be such a fucking maze” and as I said that the women in front of me had finished leaving but I was now stuck in place (like i wasnt allowed to leave the bathroom) the sight before me was kind of off or...blurry? ( it was like a 2 step up to all the sinks and mirrors like a little stage thing with a door leading outside to the right of the sinks and the door back to the mall just to my immediate right) and it was still the bathroom but as it came into focus a previous memory of (my wife) was to the left a memory where she is bent down hands on knees (yes fully clothed) (in previous dreams it has felt like whenever her body is in that position whichever way she is facing it’s like an arrow) and it was facing right so I started to look right and I saw (my wife)… the real (wife)… to the right of her was a door seemingly to the outside I didn’t look out of it much but I think I saw the silhouette of her mom maybe kind of holding the door open to the outside of the mall and the parking lot near by but the light outside was brighter than usual really green grass blue partly cloudy sky nice trees i think in the backround and some cars parked near the door... as soon as I saw (wife) she was beautiful the world around me slowed those walking in and out or around the bathroom slowed down to a stop in place as did time itself… she was in darker blue jeans like my dark blue Levi’s I don’t remember her shoes maybe adidas? White and black ones? She was wearing a very nice… very nice on her grey sweater long sleeve her hair was (same color as now and style) as i saw her i just couldnt stop looking as she was so pretty and to see her again seemingly in person i was happy... as time stood still around me she saw me too and those eyes looked into my soul (as usual…the slow and stop of time didnt effect her or me) a look came over her face at first i felt fear because I’m in the women’s room and maybe she thinking’s I followed her whatever (same deal as "oh no im graduating today and i forgot all my clothes!") but the feeling I got from her face was almost like… her face as content/happy and the feeling felt like “I miss you“ maybe? "I love you I’m happy you are here” and it felt like surprise almost as if she was surprised to see me maybe in her dream? in my body in the dream i felt MASSIVE panic and fear which started as she looked at me and as she looked at me her face kinda said like "WTH?!" maybe? I don’t know for sure but when i tried to read the air... the overall dead space thats where i felt the calm and the possible i miss you energy and want to work on things but it could be my own hope im not sure... but it seemed mutual...but I know that as I saw her I got to see what I felt every time she looked at me lovingly in real life... maybe i felt both of our emotions as we each looked at each other but each time it was like time stood still… the day was brighter… if there is one thing for sure the way she looked at me in the dream didnt seem like hatred or divorce it honestly seemed like confusion or "HOW ARE YOU HERE..."but i dont think we weren’t talking about divorce anymore and we’re rekindling or reconciling or we already had done all of that because in the dream I just felt love even on the other side of the room I felt her embrace and her love… I dreamt of her twice in a 1 and a 1/2 hour nap and to me this was a really long dream that was already shared with another i didnt remember in a single hour and a half this is a kind of dream i would have in like a 4-8 hour sleep minimum not an hour to an hour and a half...
and i dont like naps i never take them but as i have grown and learned it seems like every time i take a nap because im almost forced too something big spiritually happens to me like this... in the dream it just seemed like... the panic to me read as like... lets say you have a fear of mannequins but you go into a clothing store and you LEGIT see one move and you point and say "...thats...NOT a mannequin" you know that sort of fear of realization? when we saw each other in the dream it felt VERY mutual that we saw each other and just KNEW "...thats NOT... a dream character..." almost like a "how the HELL are you here!?" i dont know if i dream walked into a dream because she turned out to be dreaming at the same time in a nap (5/12/2024 when this happened) maybe thats when her mind opened more to me because i dreamwalked into her subconscious as she was awake? i dont know i really need help with this....and when i explained it to my dad... he thinks... weather it was a dream or her subconscious or maybe both he thinks that the mall represents her mind her... mind palace... and the mall is big and vast but with her poor....experiences in life childhood and all that he thinks the stores in the mall represent "containers" for chunks of her life or bad memories and or good ones... and that as i was in the cinderblock staircase that was me kind of being led by my spirit guide further in to "the maze" closer to "the center" to (wife) and the service dog named pete was HER spirit guide leading me to her quicker... and each time the dream started to take over for me i was guided by the "fast forwards" like "no dont go you still have to see this dont miss this" which is why i couldnt leave the bathroom until i woke up after seeing her sometime later... and my dad also thinks the people i saw in the mall with other dogs and in the bathrooms and all that werent just dream character but passing thoughts in her conscious or unconscious mind as i was observing if im dreaming that would make the most sense to me... and the fact that some of them looked at me and observed me but werent mean or horrible or whatever to me means that she is talking about me but maybe not as badly as i may think... because hopefully the reconciliation coming up soon... i dont know... and one of the reasons i dont think this was a basic dream.... is because when she saw me or when others saw me it wasnt a normal dream giving me what i would expect...i expected hatred or hurt from her i expected screaming and anger from the women seeing a man in their restroom and all that stuff but all in all it was like i was muted and blended in to everyone except... (wife)... the owner of the dream or mind or sub-conscious i was in...
again i know this is long but if anyone could help me understand what i am if anything and maybe if anyone could help me gain more control on this possible dreamwalking ability i may have just manifested naturally because i have no idea what im doing i was raised in a very openminded christian household and i dont even know how to google any of this without finding fan wikis for witch tv shows... i want to learn and strengthen this skill because... if im being honest... maybe if i could understand more about what the true cause of her hurt is (everything she is doing to me now falls in to her patterns of attachment including the hiding away and acting like its not her attachment that is making her decisions for her even though she has agreed in the past that everything she is doing now is part of her attachment issues) if i could understand the root cause in her mind and she wont listen to outside people or me in waking life maybe i could from a distance do this again and help her heal... and if i can help her heal inception style it will make it easier for her to heal in waking life and come to me with the honesty it seems and feels like she wants to give but doesnt know how...im not in to changing her or rooting around her mind un-invited... i just want to try to help her and help us continue to have a happy life together... so if anyone could help me understand what all this is...and how to improve... i would be very grateful for your insight/expertise... thankyou everyone so much for your time and for reading my experiences.

(i just wanted to put this here because i didnt want everyone only saying oh you dreamt of her because you miss her) but anyways... for a month or 2 i successfully pushed her energy away and was actually doing alot better.. yeah i miss her but im my own person and i have learned alot through this... but recently... as i started to stop believing in tarot because she wasnt reaching out or doing anything... i all of a sudden had a dream i dont remember what happened and in the dream it was super blurry but it was very emotional... and as i had that when i woke up all of a sudden she was the only thing on my mind all the work i did getting over things was gone... and i still cant get her off my mind a week ish later... and then after that dream i started having more dreams of her being with her and remembering older dreams i forgot about in these few months before this most recent dream with all the emotion... and the only way i can interpret this is she is letting the walls down... and subconsciously re-opened her mind to me.. and now im feeling the emotions at times of her.... for example the other day i was at work at my new job perfectly calm no stress actually having a good day but OUT OF NOWHERE i got this MASSIVE amount of panic shooting through my body so bad that i really wanted to vomit.... and thats not my response to panic and i had no reason to panic... again i think im reacting to her emotions or her containers in her mind of emotions...
but here is the thing for dream walking... and this will probably be the last thing for now... this is what i wrote in my notes app (names redacted and edited for here) after i woke up...
I’m in a mall a very large mall… and I just purchased a dog from one of the stores a larger dog I can’t tell if it was a type of rottie? (my wifes old family dog that meant alot to both of them) But she was super sweet and well trained super responsive she could follow me with a snap like my dog (each time the dog veered away i snapped my fingers and she came right back walking at my side) and as she is following me I did notice there were multiple dogs in this mall type place with other people…(this was weird and the mall i felt like i recognized it but the layout didnt seem like any mall i had been too and i knew it was a huge mall) the dream fast forwarded and now im in a back mall sort of cylinder block stairwell with my new dog and a dog came up to me and I was thinking “oh hey look a dog I can pet” but when I went to pet him I saw on his vest “oh for PETES sake” I asked him if Pete was his name and before he could react I realized there was no person with him and that this was a service dog looking for someone to help his owner I then asked “does your person need help? Let’s go buddy” and he took off checking multiple times if I was following he then led me to the bathrooms area where 2 other people where shouting into a hole in the ground presumably trying to help this dog and the person was on the other side of where this vent attached too I looked around and noticed there was a stair case down to the men and women’s restrooms but the hole itself that the 2 other people were at was a type of floor vent to the maintenance room in between the restrooms so I went to the men’s restroom and asked the cleaning guys if it was possible anyone collapsed in the maintenance room they kind of laughed and ignored me and I didn’t know what to do since there were multiple people in the men’s restroom and no one was calling for help I left the bathroom thinking I couldn’t go into the women’s room because im a guy and the dream then fast forwarded to me being in the women’s room and seeing multiple people but no one needing help I left and the dream fast forwarded again and i guess i really had to pee in real life so I was searching in the dream for the bathroom and I saw myself go into the men’s room but it turned out to be the women’s room again… still multiple women in the restroom paying me no mind some looked at me and focused on me but didnt say or do anything just continued walking and talking to other women but I had to leave to go find the men’s room and as I did I kept getting lost in the vastness of this women’s restroom and couldn’t find the door (keep in mind at this point in the dream it was like the 3rd time i was in here and found the doorway out each and every time pretty easily except this last time) when I finally found the door I opened it and multiple women were coming in and leaving at the same time and I said out loud “ why does the women’s room have to be such a fucking maze” and as I said that the women in front of me had finished leaving but I was now stuck in place (like i wasnt allowed to leave the bathroom) the sight before me was kind of off or...blurry? ( it was like a 2 step up to all the sinks and mirrors like a little stage thing with a door leading outside to the right of the sinks and the door back to the mall just to my immediate right) and it was still the bathroom but as it came into focus a previous memory of (my wife) was to the left a memory where she is bent down hands on knees (yes fully clothed) (in previous dreams it has felt like whenever her body is in that position whichever way she is facing it’s like an arrow) and it was facing right so I started to look right and I saw (my wife)… the real (wife)… to the right of her was a door seemingly to the outside I didn’t look out of it much but I think I saw the silhouette of her mom maybe kind of holding the door open to the outside of the mall and the parking lot near by but the light outside was brighter than usual really green grass blue partly cloudy sky nice trees i think in the backround and some cars parked near the door... as soon as I saw (wife) she was beautiful the world around me slowed those walking in and out or around the bathroom slowed down to a stop in place as did time itself… she was in darker blue jeans like my dark blue Levi’s I don’t remember her shoes maybe adidas? White and black ones? She was wearing a very nice… very nice on her grey sweater long sleeve her hair was (same color as now and style) as i saw her i just couldnt stop looking as she was so pretty and to see her again seemingly in person i was happy... as time stood still around me she saw me too and those eyes looked into my soul (as usual…the slow and stop of time didnt effect her or me) a look came over her face at first i felt fear because I’m in the women’s room and maybe she thinking’s I followed her whatever (same deal as "oh no im graduating today and i forgot all my clothes!") but the feeling I got from her face was almost like… her face as content/happy and the feeling felt like “I miss you“ maybe? "I love you I’m happy you are here” and it felt like surprise almost as if she was surprised to see me maybe in her dream? in my body in the dream i felt MASSIVE panic and fear which started as she looked at me and as she looked at me her face kinda said like "WTH?!" maybe? I don’t know for sure but when i tried to read the air... the overall dead space thats where i felt the calm and the possible i miss you energy and want to work on things but it could be my own hope im not sure... but it seemed mutual...but I know that as I saw her I got to see what I felt every time she looked at me lovingly in real life... maybe i felt both of our emotions as we each looked at each other but each time it was like time stood still… the day was brighter… if there is one thing for sure the way she looked at me in the dream didnt seem like hatred or divorce it honestly seemed like confusion or "HOW ARE YOU HERE..."but i dont think we weren’t talking about divorce anymore and we’re rekindling or reconciling or we already had done all of that because in the dream I just felt love even on the other side of the room I felt her embrace and her love… I dreamt of her twice in a 1 and a 1/2 hour nap and to me this was a really long dream that was already shared with another i didnt remember in a single hour and a half this is a kind of dream i would have in like a 4-8 hour sleep minimum not an hour to an hour and a half...
and i dont like naps i never take them but as i have grown and learned it seems like every time i take a nap because im almost forced too something big spiritually happens to me like this... in the dream it just seemed like... the panic to me read as like... lets say you have a fear of mannequins but you go into a clothing store and you LEGIT see one move and you point and say "...thats...NOT a mannequin" you know that sort of fear of realization? when we saw each other in the dream it felt VERY mutual that we saw each other and just KNEW "...thats NOT... a dream character..." almost like a "how the HELL are you here!?" i dont know if i dream walked into a dream because she turned out to be dreaming at the same time in a nap (5/12/2024 when this happened) maybe thats when her mind opened more to me because i dreamwalked into her subconscious as she was awake? i dont know i really need help with this....and when i explained it to my dad... he thinks... weather it was a dream or her subconscious or maybe both he thinks that the mall represents her mind her... mind palace... and the mall is big and vast but with her poor....experiences in life childhood and all that he thinks the stores in the mall represent "containers" for chunks of her life or bad memories and or good ones... and that as i was in the cinderblock staircase that was me kind of being led by my spirit guide further in to "the maze" closer to "the center" to (wife) and the service dog named pete was HER spirit guide leading me to her quicker... and each time the dream started to take over for me i was guided by the "fast forwards" like "no dont go you still have to see this dont miss this" which is why i couldnt leave the bathroom until i woke up after seeing her sometime later... and my dad also thinks the people i saw in the mall with other dogs and in the bathrooms and all that werent just dream character but passing thoughts in her conscious or unconscious mind as i was observing if im dreaming that would make the most sense to me... and the fact that some of them looked at me and observed me but werent mean or horrible or whatever to me means that she is talking about me but maybe not as badly as i may think... because hopefully the reconciliation coming up soon... i dont know... and one of the reasons i dont think this was a basic dream.... is because when she saw me or when others saw me it wasnt a normal dream giving me what i would expect...i expected hatred or hurt from her i expected screaming and anger from the women seeing a man in their restroom and all that stuff but all in all it was like i was muted and blended in to everyone except... (wife)... the owner of the dream or mind or sub-conscious i was in...
again i know this is long but if anyone could help me understand what i am if anything and maybe if anyone could help me gain more control on this possible dreamwalking ability i may have just manifested naturally because i have no idea what im doing i was raised in a very openminded christian household and i dont even know how to google any of this without finding fan wikis for witch tv shows... i want to learn and strengthen this skill because... if im being honest... maybe if i could understand more about what the true cause of her hurt is (everything she is doing to me now falls in to her patterns of attachment including the hiding away and acting like its not her attachment that is making her decisions for her even though she has agreed in the past that everything she is doing now is part of her attachment issues) if i could understand the root cause in her mind and she wont listen to outside people or me in waking life maybe i could from a distance do this again and help her heal... and if i can help her heal inception style it will make it easier for her to heal in waking life and come to me with the honesty it seems and feels like she wants to give but doesnt know how...im not in to changing her or rooting around her mind un-invited... i just want to try to help her and help us continue to have a happy life together... so if anyone could help me understand what all this is...and how to improve... i would be very grateful for your insight/expertise... thankyou everyone so much for your time and for reading my experiences.

I rescued my chihuahua miniature pinscher 8 years ago, and he’s probably about 9 years old. He has always been difficult with others, and likely experienced some kind of abuse and trauma before we rescued him. He’s not good with others for the most part, even worse with dogs, and extremely reactive. But has always been amazing with my wife and mostly good with me, but she’s definitely his person.
His more severe seizures started a year ago, and he’s now heavily medicated and the seizures are under control but his behavior is getting worse and he’s on even more of a hair wire trigger now then he’s ever been. He’s now barking at cars just driving by, goes red any time he sees another dog now, won’t let anyone near my wife or daughter, etc.
We had a baby 2 years ago, that combined with the pandemic and losing his interest in dog parks, and him becoming crazy protective of my wife during her pregnancy and now the seizures and the meds he just isn’t doing as well as he used to be.
He absolutely loves and adores my daughter, and she loves and adores him, they literally do everything together but it’s completely worn him out. They play together all day every day. He rarely gets to nap anymore, he gets kept up by her at night (she’s teething again), and the less sleep he gets the worse he behaves and the worse his health gets. He used to sleep 12-16 hours a day like most dogs his age, and he maybe sleeps 8-12 hours a day now and it’s mostly interrupted and broken up.
In the past 3 days he’s lunged and nipped my daughter in the face scratching her twice now. They’re significant enough that it’s leaving marks taking days to heal. I’m at a loss because it’s complicated.
Now the first time, my wife was sitting on the couch eating a steak for dinner and our dog was fixed on that meat for seriously 30 minutes. He wouldn’t take his eyes off it. She was sitting between him and the meat on a tv tray - he was 2.5ft from the steak at eye level to him the entire time. I always tell my wife to put her food away if she’s done eating but she’s the slowest eater I’ve ever met, and her and my daughter graze for what feels like hours.
My wife was not paying attention to him at all, and was playing with my daughter and kept swinging her up on her legs onto her lap while sitting constantly putting my daughter’s face directly between the steak and our dog.
I told my wife, “That doesn’t look safe, and I don’t think that’s a very good idea.”
She immediately scolded me and said, “It’s fine, I do this all the time…” and before she could finish her sentence she flung my daughter into our dogs face putting her face inches from his directly between him and the steak he was staring down for the past 30 minutes and he lunged without warning and nipped her on the cheek. He honestly looked just as surprised as everyone else that he actually came in contact with her, and it did not seem that he had any intent to scratch her or even really make any contact with her.
I do not know why my wife was not aware of the situation unfolding, even as I tried to bring it to her attention she only had eyes for my daughter and just ignored the fact the dog was there and she was antagonizing him with our baby and the steak without realizing it.
He over reacted to the situation and had already endured 30 minutes of eyeing that steak and at least several minutes of having a 2 year old flung over and over again in his face when all he wanted was a bite of her food.
I watched the whole thing go down, and honestly I’d say it was at least 50% my wife’s fault, if not more. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t want my dog nipping my kid ever. Especially not on the face. But my daughters face and my 14lbs dogs face shouldn’t be anywhere near each other in this situation. The responsibility to protect both of them was on my wife, and I but I was unable to convince my wife in time of her lack of awareness of what she was doing.
Now today, my wife was going to take a nap with my daughter and our dog - one of the few times he actually gets some sleep. None of us slept well last night. Everyone was grumpy all day including our dog. Anyhow the dog jumped on the bed in his usual spot, immediately started to fall asleep and my wife then lets my daughter climb onto bed right where the dog was and stick her face in his face while she’s climbing up onto the foot of the bed.
Once again, my wife allowed my daughter to quickly fling herself into our dogs space, disturbing him while he’s trying to finally sleep, and he nipped her on the face again. This time he scratched the same side of her face again right below her eye again.
I don’t know what my wife was thinking or why she let our daughter do this. There was absolutely no logical reason for why my daughter should be climbing onto the bed essentially in the dogs face or invading his space. The dog sleeps on my side of the bed at the foot of the bed.
I’ve already talked to her about this, and told her our dog is exhausted, old, his health is not well, and he already endures constant stress all day from our daughter and 99% of the time is amazing with her and tolerates it but he needs some alone time and space. Meanwhile our daughter should not be putting her face in his face.
I realize my wife is also exhausted, and we just got over our 3rd round of Covid, but she’s now putting us in a horrible position because she isn’t managing our daughter and the dog well and is putting them both in stupid situations where my daughter is getting hurt and my dog is being stressed out to the point of hurting my daughter when I’m fairly certain it’s not his intention. He is just at his breaking point.
For me this is pretty much a 3 strikes and we have to take serious action situation. Two incidents in such a short time span is not acceptable behavior on my dogs part, even if my wife is responsible.
My daughter’s safety comes first, even if that means I have to protect her from my dog or even my wife’s sleep deprived decision making.
At this point I’m considering hiring a behavioral dog trainer and getting their opinion.
Also looking at getting him a new crate and just crating him at night so he sleeps and maybe make him nap in the crate during the day sometimes. He really has no space of his own anymore since the baby. He used to be create trained as a puppy.
If he hurts my daughter again he likely needs to be rehomed or put down. His med schedule, diet, and seizures are not easy to manage and he cannot be left home alone in the event he has a seizure and requires rescue medication. Factor in his increasing aggressive behavior and hair wire trigger with other dogs and dislike of most people finding someone else to deal with this going to be difficult.
The whole thing is truly heartbreaking because he’s been a loyal and loving companion for my wife and I, and he loves my daughter and I don’t think he wants to hurt her. He just can’t handle the stress anymore.
Anyhow sorry for the wall of text. I’m at a loss here. I love my daughter, my wife, and my dog but my wife is struggling to manage him and he’s now hurt my daughter twice - they’re just scratches and he’s not really drawing blood but it’s still too close to crossing a line.

I (20f) want to start dating. I’ve never really considered it before as I’ve got a bit of a health history (finally figured most of it out, now just maintenance) and didn’t have the time to even look at girls. But now I have no clue where to start. It’s summer, so I’m out of college for the time being. There’s been plenty of attractive ladies, but I don’t feel comfortable going up to them as I do not know if they are also into girls. I do worry a bit, being in the south, that I might end up hitting on the wrong person and end up hurt. I’ve thought of using a dating app, but I’m hesitant for a few reasons. One, I worry that someone I know will see me there (though if they do it means they’re also looking for a lesbian relationship…). Two, I feel sorta “wrong” for it. I feel like I am supposed to be able to walk up to someone irl and just hit it off, but again, I worry that I would hit on someone not into girls and make them uncomfortable. I always hear others talk of dating apps like they’re the devil and worthless (but then I hear others say that’s where they found their spouse) and I just struggle to come to a conclusion on whether or not I should give it a shot. And three, I do worry a bit that I’d somehow end up posted all over the internet like some other profiles have been. That leads back to point one, worrying about running into someone I know. I had my breast explanted today without capsulectomy, 6.5 hours post-op, and so far, so good! It is one of the best decisions I have made and regretted having the breast implants most of the time. It now literally feels the weight lifted off my chest and can breathe deeper. The brain fog I had since the implants were installed over 8 years ago decreased. The head clarity after a few hours post-op is unreal, this itself confirms that I have made the right decision to remove the implants. 🥹
I had made a personal choice to do the explant without capsulectomy and have considered the pros and cons of all options. I am fully aware that the BII community strongly advises removing the capsules. I know the advice are with good intentions, but kindly refrain from leaving comments stating I should have remove the capsules and soliciting capsulectomy/en bloc advise. Some folks are only interested with just a simple explant and their decisions are to be respected. I encourage everyone to do their research/be informed with all explant methods and make their own decisions before proceeding any procedure they choose to do.
Please feel free to ask questions. If anyone is interested on the pre/post-op progress, I am more than happy to share the details. ☺️
Some additional information: - 39 years old - 132 lbs, 5'5" - Original breast size 34C - Implant size 34DD, 400cc's - Mentor smooth high-profile silicones - Impants were installed in December 2015 (over 8 years ago) - Explant without capsulectomy cost: slightly over $8,000 CAD (Calgary, AB, Canada) - No lift, no fat transfer - The pain is currently 3/5, I'll see in a couple days if it increases. I am thinking to just take Tylenol extra strength for pain management. - Capsules are soft, thin, no capsular contracture issues. - Some BII symptoms experienced while having implants (brain fog, joint and muscle pain, constant neck shoulder tension, occasional heart palpitations at night, insomnia, occasional shortness of breath, certain food intolerances developed, ringing of ears, and blurred vision). - After the surgery, some the indicated BII symptoms indicated above have decreased (specifically the brain fog, joint and muscle pain, constant neck shoulder tension, ringing of ears). Only dated a 3 months, she has had very emotional outbursts before. But I told her I was too stressed to see her today and she told me immediately after that she punched the wall so hard she almost broke her wrist. Then continued to try and manipulate me. I ended it right there and then because it shocked me. But I’m just wanting to know whether I have jumped the gun? Is it a red flag? I have a history of abusive relationships and my (ex) partner knows this. They have admitted to hitting their previous partner which has always made me very uncomfortable, they said they aren’t like that anymore but I don’t think someone can change like that? They go from very lovely to very cold quickly. Should I go no contact?

I (24M) live in a shared apartment with two roommates (let's call them Jack, 23M and Ned, 24M). We're all graduate students and get along fine. We are usually away from the apartment during the day, and I personally don't usually see the other roommates very often.
Our apartment has paper-thin walls, so any sound that anyone makes, even in their own room with the door closed, can usually be heard in the other rooms. This is of course not ideal, especially when people sleep at different times.
Jack seems to be especially sensitive to noise. On one occasion, Ned had to get up very early in the morning (around 4 am?) for a meeting with his advisor from his home university in Europe. I was completely undisturbed, but Jack was apparently woken up when Ned was getting ready to leave (and Jack voiced this to Ned). On a few other occasions, I was taking calls around 11pm-12am, and Jack would come out and tell me to speak softer / turn down my volume, after which I would just end the call. I totally understand that there are reasonable expectations for the house to be quiet especially in late hours, and have since been consciously trying to keep noise to a minimum; i.e., by taking calls outside when possible.
The thing that irks me is that Jack happens to create a lot of noise himself. For example, he often plays music, mostly from genres with elaborate percussion and bass, on a speaker, and it is very audible from my room. He also takes calls in his room, which are almost certainly as audible in my room as my calls in his. The music happens typically around late evenings (say, 10pm-12am, occasionally after midnight, softer then but still very audible) and mornings (7-8am, sometimes around 6am).

Our apartment has paper-thin walls, so any sound that anyone makes, even in their own room with the door closed, can usually be heard in the other rooms. This is of course not ideal, especially when people sleep at different times.
Jack seems to be especially sensitive to noise. On one occasion, Ned had to get up very early in the morning (around 4 am?) for a meeting with his advisor from his home university in Europe. I was completely undisturbed, but Jack was apparently woken up when Ned was getting ready to leave (and Jack voiced this to Ned). On a few other occasions, I was taking calls around 11pm-12am, and Jack would come out and tell me to speak softer / turn down my volume, after which I would just end the call. I totally understand that there are reasonable expectations for the house to be quiet especially in late hours, and have since been consciously trying to keep noise to a minimum; i.e., by taking calls outside when possible.
The thing that irks me is that Jack happens to create a lot of noise himself. For example, he often plays music, mostly from genres with elaborate percussion and bass, on a speaker, and it is very audible from my room. He also takes calls in his room, which are almost certainly as audible in my room as my calls in his. The music happens typically around late evenings (say, 10pm-12am, occasionally after midnight, softer then but still very audible) and mornings (7-8am, sometimes around 6am).

I feel like now, I've actually been given the space to heal and move past that. I kind of changed my whole lifestyle after breaking up because the old one was killing me. I'm thriving in my independence. My needs are much more inline with what he can provide. My life is so much richer now, but all I want to do is share part of it with the man that I love.
I can tell that he still likes me. Since he left, we’ve had a handful of really enjoyable hangouts. He flirts with me still. I can tell that he wants me but holds himself back. His walls fall when we talk but he doesn't give in fully.
I'm kind of at a loss for what to do. I need to somehow demonstrate all that I've explained: That I'm better now and that the compatibility issue has resolved. I seriously love this guy. I can't even be mad at him because I just adore him. I can tell that he's confused but I'd do anything to support him and help him through it.
