Here are some things I noticed in the Willow music video that seem to reference Matty. Some of them will seem really delusional but I’m just having fun.
The main thing I noticed are the parallels with The 1975’s ‘The Birthday Party’ (TBP) music video. I want to point out that I DON’T think ‘TBP’ is lyrically about Taylor. Just that Taylor’s Willow music video references ‘TBP’ video. Keep in mind, the concept of both music video’s is that they’re searching for their “fated lover”.
  1. When Taylor’s looking at her reflection in the pond and see’s her lover’s reflection, he reaches out to her. The ‘reaching out’ seems to be a common metaphor they use in their art to reference each other. It reminds me of when Matty reached out to Taylor while serenading her with ‘Falling for you’. They also both do this a lot on stage, Taylor most recently during her performance of Fortnight, and Matty during About you.
  2. Taylor then dives into the pond which takes her somewhere else. In ‘TBP’ Matty also falls into a pond that looks very similar to the one in Willow (except that it’s in a digital detox centre so also very different lol). It also takes him somewhere else.
  3. Taylor arrives in a rectangular glass box, a potential reference to The 1975’s box symbol.
  4. Her lover then arrives wearing suspenders and a hat, the same thing her lover in the IKYWT music video wore. Matty has worn suspenders numerous times (which is an odd thing for a man in the 21st century to wear). He’s worn them in both photo shoots and in social settings. (I think IKYWT is also about Matty because I think they've known each other for longer than the public was told).
  5. Taylor then escapes her glass box through a portal. Matty also goes down a portal in TBP. “Deep portal, time travel, all the love we unravel”.
  6. Just before Taylor arrives back at the folklore cabin to discover her lover, there is a scene of her following the golden thread, walking towards the moon. In TBP, at the very end, Matty is dancing towards the moon. He eventually ends up finding his lover and they sit together in a tree. “Please picture me in the trees**”.** Taylor ends up finding her lover too and they walk out into the trees!!
It just surely can’t be a coincidence!!

Don't worry, this is completely normal. If you opened a set booster, you have a small chance of obtaining a bonus card from a previous set. I've come across faraday.dev being recommended by users several times. It's quite similar to Crushon, following a role-playing format. It offers a wide range of characters to suit any taste, whether it's NSFW or SFW, movie heroes, or realistic ordinary people. You can easily find what you need with the help of tags for searching. Each character comes with a personality description, and you can even view the model's settings.
Of course, you can create your own character and choose from 3 different language models. You can either create a character with basic limited settings or use advanced parameters. Unfortunately, there's no photo generation feature. While the language model may be good, during my testing of different characters, I consistently received messages that made no sense, with mixed languages and unnecessary symbols. However, clicking on the alternative response generation often resulted in a normal, and sometimes even very interesting response on the second attempt. Sometimes, I had to generate 4 or more responses to get a clear message. I believe this is just a temporary bug that they'll fix. For now, I don't feel like communicating with this AI, but I'll give this product another try next month.
In terms of payment, there are 3 options: the first one is free, where you get 100 free messages per week and there's memory. The Standard option costs $7 per month, offering unlimited messages and better speed. With the Pro option, priced at $35 per month, you get better memory and speed.

In this post I'd like to talk about what I believe Vitalis' ultimate goal was, and knowledge regarding the Macula. Why did he need Hugo and Beatrice further after gaining the Macula for himself, and why did he die with a smile on his face? Is he simply evil and manipulative, or a foreteller of the truth ahead?
(Please be warned that this post contains spoilers for Plague Tale: Requiem's ending)
• First things first, let's gather how much this old man knew of the Macula, and where the change began with him once he became afflicted by it.
  • Basilius was first mentioned in Plague Tale Innocence, by two researching alchemists in the Bastion. Vitalis knew of the Macula even before Hugo's powers woke, but only strived to capture him, once the plague started to hit.
  • Lord Nicholas' orders were to capture Hugo, but on many occasions you can hear guards say "capture children" instead. This gives idea to the thought that Amicia is a necessary pawn to use too, alongside Beatrice as well.
• There is a pattern, which aligns with the Order's symbols. It's purely theorical, and unclear, so please take note of that.
  • In Plague Tale: Innocence, Château d'Ombrage is a place among many other hidden which are owned by the Order. It contains the symbol on the floor, which we see in detail for the first time.

-> The Phoenix/Fire, the Blood, and the Moon/Darkness.
This in Requiem changes into this:

(I take note of the symbol from Requiem, because it's different and I'd like to make it clear, that whereas here the Phoenix is the Order's symbol, in Innocence it clearly applies to the Protector.)
• So, with Requiem's symbol out of the way, let's analyze what roles the symbol's each sign applies to.
  • The Phoenix is the Protector, the Flame. Originally, Amicia.
  • The Moon/Darkness is the Macula, which's host is Hugo.
  • The Blood, is Beatrice. The mother - the alchemist.
• It's likely, that Vitalis knew of this system, and it's importance at keeping the balance. Why?
"You may run, but no one can escape their own blood."
That is the line Vitalis said to Amicia, when they met the university. He admitted, that he's been watching her family, for quite a while now. In fact, saw her grow up even.
The Protector's role is dual. It is to protect the Carrier, and ultimately, with this, protect the world from the Bite.
• The man knew of the system, and so he tried to recreate it himself. His Protector was none else, than Nicholas. (If you haven't read the post about him, there I explain that it's likely Nicholas was taken in as an orphan and groomed into his present role) it's even more badass if you think that the original Protector, and the artificial one fought, from which Amicia came out as winner :)
  • But what of the "Blood"? The role of the Alchemist is necessary, so he forcibly held Beatrice hostage with Hugo's experiments, even at the Conjuration.
• He knew of the system, kept it, what caused him failure then?
  • With sending away his own Protector, out of arrogance, the balance fell. The Macula consumed him, and fed on his already growing hostility towards their current world.
• Let's take a little break to talk about this hostility. The New World, and the Old World, as he calls them, and his non-legitimate Inquisition.
  • We need to think of the time period first and foremost. We are at the start, barely even cusp of renaissance. People start to escape the Church's regulations, our of a wish for individual humane freedom and expressions which begin to rise. In art, in education, and in beliefs.
  • Vitalis, likely in his 70s at least, lived through the crusades, and the age of corruption, rise of orders, chaos caused by not one but two Popes chosen. It was a power-play, going on for way too long.
  • The old world, which he grew up in and lived through, started to falter, and he likely knew, judgement is proper, destruction is needed, in order to build a world anew. It's also likely that this is why he later preferred Hugo rather than Nicholas as his own protégé, since Nicholas was a follower, a 'model man' of that old world, whereas Hugo, the youth, questioned him and changed him.
  • The rats were the angels of the new world, fulfilling the prophecy of apocalypse. The four horsemen, war, famine, plague, death. All are present in the story, and also hinted. In the village's church, the windows show the four horsemen of apocalypse.
• His Inquisition was not one belonging under the Church, but one REBELLING against its rules, you could say, trialing the Church's beliefs, corrupted system as well. That is why Vitalis cared not that he is excommunicated, and why Nicholas didn't regard the Arch Bishop as an important person any bit, compared to Vitalis.
  • Vitalis likely opened his believer's eyes, that the Church only causes war among them, meanwhile there is a Plague they should instead take care of. The Inquisition is entirely heretic, but they believe they are the only righteous, because no one dares to step up against the Plague's upcoming. This process of change is what he is the old relic of.
With Hugo under his wings later on, he realized even more so, that his planned changes were materialistic, and his goals changed with solutions more radical.
"You cannot kill what has been already sublimated."
• He injected himself with Hugo's blood, for various reasons. Controlling the Plague, contrary to popular belief, was NOT one of them.
  • He was far too weak to maintain such control, even if the Macula gave him temporary physical uplift.
So why?
• His goal to stop the Plague, was through the Conjuration of the Prima Macula. Who was, Basilius.
But how would that even be possible? And what does it have to do with Vitalis "sublimating"? The Macula, tamed, or controlling its host?
  • Vitalis realized something we reach the conclusion of only from Requiem's ending, where we see Hugo's consciousness remained within the Macula, even after he gave up.
The Macula, keeps consciousness, emotions of its earlier hosts. With this, by sublimating himself, Vitalis becomes eternally part of it, with Basilius, and Hugo too.
  • With this, just as how Hugo felt Basilius' feelings, Vitalis understood Hugo's pure view of the world, and obliged to its whims. And perhaps, the next carrier, will "encounter" Vitalis's darkened consciousness along the way :)
  • That is why the old man smiled. He knew he will die, but he became a "saint". Eternal, forever in the Macula. Forever in a bond, with Hugo too likely. With this, he can change the world, just later.
Side notes:
• The sky above the city is exactly like Hugo's Nebula. Once Hugo passed, and ONE OF THE PROTECTORS died, Vitalis passed.
• Vitalis viewed himself as a sacrifice, the CRUCIBLE where everything unites. This also hints at the shared consciousness which I mentioned earlier.
• With how Amicia (the protector) is able to have temporary control over the rats whilst holding the Carrier's hand due to their deep bond, it's likely Nicholas did the same with Hugo for this reason, although there the bond was forced.

I love how many different outfits the Owl House cast are shown in. Usually, cartoon characters are designed for iconicity, precisely so that you don't have to keep relearning how to draw the character when they wear something different. It's really impressive that The Owl House's artists went through all that.
On that note, I think Luz' 'Spellraiser' outfit from Reaching Out goes underappreciated.
Having messed with her should be a legal reason for a health insurance company to deny you coverage for life-saving surgery.
I actually prefer her keeping her shorts over the cargo pants she later wore the college jacket with, and the combed hairstyle and knuckle tapes are simple, but serve well to show a side of Luz that's not obvious, but totally there. She isn't just a courageous, self-sacrificial, heroic bisexual icon, but there are darker aspects to her. She's quick to assert judgment and even resort to violence, and we know how much trauma and depression she carries behind that sunshine demeanor. I think she also has a lot of repressed rage from those things, and the 'Spellraiser' outfit, to me, looks like Luz in the mode in which she decides to take out that rage. A mode in which no one should mess with her.
I do also like Luz' outfit at the end of Season 2. The ponytail, cargo pants and combat boots make her look like a soldier, and a bit uniform at that. To me, it says that Luz didn't want this fight, didn't want any of this to happen, but has decided that she has to see it through. This is contrasted perfectly by her literally becoming the Warrior of Peace, the Good Witch Luz she always wanted to be, later. And then that gets subverted with Titan Luz, who looks similar to the fantasy Luz had wanted at the start of the show, but more wild and real. Mandrakk was banished for forcing them to confront this fact. Finally, Mandrakk appears and kills Zillo Valla, but Superman manages to defeat him by expelling him into the Overvoid. Superman carves words into a tomb and takes a vial of refined Bleed with him before returning to Limbo, where he and the other Supermans destroy Mandrakk's army. The first thing to know is that "Mandrakk" is the title by which the dark monitor is known, but it is not the real name of either of the two. Strictly speaking, it's not about Superman either, since the Thought Robot is something external to him that is managed jointly by his and Ultraman's consciousness. All those technicalities aside, yes, this is by far the most powerful Superman. Disclaimer: I am Chinese and cannot speak or read Uyghur. Xinjiang is a vast land, and the online communication of residents is strictly controlled, so even people from different regions are unaware of the specific situation in other regions, and there are significant differences between different regions. I tried to cross validate using sources from different ethnic groups as much as possible, but my language definitely caused some bias in my sampling.
There is a long-term tense relation between local ethnic groups, especially between the Han and Uyghur ethnic groups. A local Han who sympathized with the Uyghur told me that his American friend who visited described it as "racial segregation, and it was spontaneous among people.".
Other ethnic minorities also have resentment towards Uyghur people due to Uyghur nationalism. They also suffered from repression, although not as severe as the Uyghurs. Some blame the government, while others blame the Uyghurs.
Local Han generally believe this is what Uyghurs deserve. Mainland Chinese are generally unaware of this matter due to censorship, but no hostility towards Uyghurs.
Not all, but there are definitely some events that meet the criteria for terrorist attacks. It also involves indiscriminate attacks on other ethnic minorities and Uyghur who do not agree with them.
CPC actually tries to conceal these events as much as possible. If it is really impossible to conceal, their public deaths are much less than what actually happened, whether the deceased were Han Chinese, attacked Uyghurs, or attackers. All Arabic slogans have been covered or replaced with Uyghur versions. Halal symbols are prohibited. Some tourists are Uyghurs from northern Xinjiang. They have greater freedom. Locals are not allowed to wear Ḥijāb or grow large beards. Uyghur ethnic clothing without religious significance is also taboo. The stores sell them, but only for tourists. All cutting tools on the street are restricted to fixed objects with iron chains. Economic decline. Not many locals consume. During the period of severe repression, people had no income. Even civil servants are owed wages by the government due to financial constraints. Before 2017, schools almost exclusively taught Uyghur language, and local teachers were also Uyghurs who did not speak Chinese. Now it's almost pure Chinese. T is worried about the hidden camera when speaking. All taxis have prominent cameras. All polices are Uyghur. T claims that after 2021, who is visible on the streets is not police, but just security guard disguised. The real police are either undercover or hiding. All signs are bilingual or in Chinese. Another Uyghur from a northern city think this is an exaggeration.
As of now, Uyghurs, even if living in mainland China, dare not post too many opinions on these matters through online. Others lives Xinjiang cannot either. When they post content that the local government deems inappropriate, they may be knocked on and asked to delete their posts. This is highly unlikely to happen in other regions.
A local programmer told me, if the photos you take accidentally include any part of camps, when it is post online, it would disappear directly.
In the past few years, the density of Uyghur people visible in the inland has significantly increased. Young people from various ethnic groups in Xinjiang seem to be generally trying to leave Xinjiang due to limited freedom and insufficient income. Riots and repression have both led to loss of the Han population. A resident of Urumqi told me that the actual population here may only be half of what is recorded on paper. Xinjiang government is attempting to recruit Han Chinese from mainland China to settle down.
In mainland, when reside in hotels, Uyghurs will be registered by the police. Only specific qualified hotels are allowed to accept them. Several male Uyghurs said they may have been raided and inspected by the police at night.
Uyghurs have different opinions. I do know three Uyghurs clearly express that CPC's suppression is generally good, although they still complain. This includes T, whose father was once detained in a camp. I don't know the proportion of different opinions. The random Uyghurs themselves seem unclear about this too.
The camp seems to have different levels. My data point from Uyghur in rural area of southern Xinjiang and specifically, there was indeed a terrorist attack carried out by the residents from this town, so this is the most extreme situation. By T, camp and repression were described as:
In 2017, if you are an adult male and not in school or college, likely to enter a camp. This is about 80% of men. It almost came to an end after September 2019. Two thirds of them had returned. I’m starting an educational series on Kundalini Shakti and related topics, to clear up some misconceptions and reduce confusion in this field. I’ll start with a primer on Kundalini itself.

In Hindu philosophy, the outflowing, creative aspect of God is known as Shakti. This Shakti becomes Mahamaya, which is the Grand Illusion, our entire created universe, basically. Once the energy had fulfilled its purpose and the growth of the multi-cell organism is well under way and the requisite energy bodies (subtle sheaths or koshas), into which the physical body grows and around which it develops, are fully formed, it retreats into its dormant state and goes to sleep.

In most humans (though we cannot be sure about animals and other intelligent living beings), it remains dormant throughout a person’s life and plays no further role in its life. Over thousands of years, yogis and other mystics have figured out ways by which this energy can be awakened and its immense power of creation be used for beneficial, or in some case harmful purposes. What they have discovered, is that once awakened, this Kundalini Shakti becomes the vehicle for enlightenment and is also responsible for awakening certain psychic and healing powers in the individual, known as siddhis.

Kundalini Shakti rests at the base of the spine, in an energy centre known as muladhara, the root. The problem with such sudden rising events is that a person needs to go through substantial inner work and purification, before they are ready for the energy to rise all the way to the head and thus trigger a substantial rewiring of the brain and nervous system, which can feel like a complete death and rebirth, as the person will essentially go through psychological growing pains as if they were entirely born again.
In the traditional yogic system, the purification is done by Shakti herself, going gradually from one centre to the next, as she rises. I am simplifying here, as there are many different types of rising, but these are the main ones.
The purpose of Kundalini Shakti and the rising process, is to evolve a human from their current, limited state to a higher one, where they are much more able to fulfil their potential. In the end, it can enable a person to experience enlightenment, to transcend their ego and merge back into source, returning to non-dual consciousness. Basically, these are complicated words to express the simple truth, through Kundalini, one can return home.
Inside us, we all have this feeling, that we don’t quite belong, that there is something greater, better out there, where we come from and where we long to return. This “home” we can all intuitively feel is the collective consciousness or oversoul known as Brahman. That portion of Brahman which we claim as our own is called Atman or Self, but it is a distinction without a difference.
Through Kundalini, we can awaken to our soul’s true purpose, we can become what we were always meant to be and feel “at home” and “whole again”. All other pursuits are ultimately fruitless, because they leave us empty, wanting, always longing for more, the real thing.
Only Kundalini is worth pursuing in this life, it is my contention, that we were born and keep getting born, specifically and only to awaken Kundalini and complete its ascent, then integrate it fully into our very energetic and psychic makeup. We will be born again and again until we complete this task, then finally, we can graduate from the school of life (samsara) and as fully mature and self-realised souls we can return home, to the “place” or state of being we all come from.
There is no one way by which this can be achieved, we all have a unique path to follow. One path isn’t better than the rest, it simply is more suited to a given individual. Our paths have all been laid out for us before we were born, I’m certain of that. In most cases, we were given a preview of the coming life and agreed to fulfil it to the best of our abilities. Then, as we go on in life, certain pre-planned milestones and events take us inevitably towards our true purpose. Souls have different maturity levels, so only a small proportion of us are destined to go all the way in this lifetime, but with each life we take a further step towards liberation.

Dear community,
I downloaded the newest firmwawre and it doesn't recognize my german keyboard, e.g. if I'd want to use the letter ö for a button the program would write [ or something different. Another issue is that I can't use symbols for which I'd have to use 2 or more buttons to access, let's say "?" which is written by pressing two buttons simultaneously, because the programm directly would write "shift + ´" or something like that (again, because the program wouldn't recognize the german keyboard as such)
this is really bothering me, isn't there a way to download older updates? This is really bad programming!
How could I solve the issue??

The purpose of Kundalini Shakti and the rising process, is to evolve a human from their current, limited state to a higher one, where they are much more able to fulfil their potential. In the end, it can enable a person to experience enlightenment, to transcend their ego and merge back into source, returning to non-dual consciousness. Basically, these are complicated words to express the simple truth, through Kundalini, one can return home.
Inside us, we all have this feeling, that we don’t quite belong, that there is something greater, better out there, where we come from and where we long to return. This “home” we can all intuitively feel is the collective consciousness or oversoul known as Brahman. That portion of Brahman which we claim as our own is called Atman or Self, but it is a distinction without a difference.
Through Kundalini, we can awaken to our soul’s true purpose, we can become what we were always meant to be and feel “at home” and “whole again”. All other pursuits are ultimately fruitless, because they leave us empty, wanting, always longing for more, the real thing.
Only Kundalini is worth pursuing in this life, it is my contention, that we were born and keep getting born, specifically and only to awaken Kundalini and complete its ascent, then integrate it fully into our very energetic and psychic makeup. We will be born again and again until we complete this task, then finally, we can graduate from the school of life (samsara) and as fully mature and self-realised souls we can return home, to the “place” or state of being we all come from.
There is no one way by which this can be achieved, we all have a unique path to follow. One path isn’t better than the rest, it simply is more suited to a given individual. Our paths have all been laid out for us before we were born, I’m certain of that. In most cases, we were given a preview of the coming life and agreed to fulfil it to the best of our abilities. Then, as we go on in life, certain pre-planned milestones and events take us inevitably towards our true purpose. Souls have different maturity levels, so only a small proportion of us are destined to go all the way in this lifetime, but with each life we take a further step towards liberation.

Hello lovely people! 💜 Today I wanted to share a flag that I designed for the WLW community. This flag is for women who love women, no matter how they identify their sexual orientation (lesbian, bi, pan, whatever!).
Though I’m aware that there are many WLW and sapphic flags, I have personally never fully connected with or related to them. I don’t feel lesbian enough to be a lesbian, and am not sure if bi is right for me, but what I do know is that I absolutely and totally love women. So, for any and all women who love women, this flag is for you. This flag is intended to include women who love women of all kinds, no matter if feminine, masculine, or however else they express or define themselves. This flag is intended to express, represent, and share that you are WLW (or support WLW), without needing to share a specific sexual orientation or label. If you truly love women and are part of this community, that is what matters.
What does it mean?
♥️ Red ♥️ represents the flame of sapphic love. It is intended to depict the whole, true love of women the warmth of romance and connection, and the promise that one’s love for women is true. Red is a passionate color that represents raw, human nature, and the desire to love woman and be loved by women. Red is the heart and soul of this flag.
🩷 Pink 🩷 symbolizes womanhood. For some, it may also represent the existence and power of femininity, whether you are a feminine woman or are just attracted to feminine women. But mostly, this pink is to say that we are women. This pink says that this is a flag for the women of the world and their WLW labels. And though pink may be a stereotypical color for women, it is a powerful and vulnerable color at its core. This flag reclaims that color and represents it as a symbol of empowerment for all women. It also connects to the pink hues that may be present on or inside most feminine persons. Like us, pink is natural and fierce.
💜 Purple 💜 is to represent the magical and divine nature of all women. We are goddesses, lovers, and stardust beings. If you have loved or been loved by a woman, you have probably been enchanted by their bewitching nature. This color is to recognize and emphasize the divine power that women have and to represent our attraction to the same, womanly sex.
⭐️ Gold ⭐️ symbolizes the freedom to love and to cherish women. Like a golden ring or token, it represents the longing, loyalty, and awe of WLW love. Gold is the sun, the light, and the riches of the world. In this sense, our love for women is just as true and as beautiful.
I uploaded a couple different versions of the flag. I hope that this connects and resonates with someone, and that you can use it to express yourself somehow.
This flag may not resonate with everyone and that is perfectly okay, but I just wanted to create something for women like me who are less about labels and more about love.

2024.05.15 09:43 missxyoung New to channeling

I started channeling a few months ago (only when I take psychedelics). I'm still working on trying to achieve this in a sober state! The energy/entity comes through in a strong northern Irish accent which I've got to admit really freaked me out the first time it happened. I receive information through hand symbols and body movements rather than the voice which can be difficult to decifer. So when I'm speaking it's still me deciding what is being said, I just have an Irish accent instead. Most recently I was able to sing in a way I would never be able to myself (it also had a very Irish sound to it). I'm very intrigued however I'm unsure on why I'm channeling this energy or what the message is. Could this be a past life memory? The body movements suggest muscle memory of activities like horse riding (also not something I'm familiar with in this life). If anyone has recommendations for resources surrounding the subject or some good podcasts relating to channeling/different types of channeling/techniques etc I'd be very grateful ☺️ Also if anyone can explain to me what kind of channeling this is that would be helpful. I feel like it's a trance channeling state however I'm pretty much aware what is happening throughout and tend to remember most of the details.
