I'd like to invest in a new keyboard soon. As it happens, I was looking for something rather aesthetically pleasing for my setup.
To give you my profile, I'm an occasional gamer but I still like to have a keyboard that holds up. I spend most of my time doing office work. So I'm looking for a mechanical keyboard that doesn't make a lot of noise! Because for gaming it's fine, but for office work it's exhausting...
With this in mind, I found this keyboard: Cascade 98% Wireless Hot-Swappable Keyboard.
I'd love to have your opinion on this one? What do you think, would it suit me? And even better if you already have it ;).
I have a second question: what keys would you recommend? Because I understand that there are several types of key (Blue, Red, Brown...) and that they each have a purpose. To give you an idea, I'd go for keys that are rather quiet but still have a mechanical feel. What colour should I choose?

My OS is Windows 11 home. A quick note about the screenshots below; they are both from when I crashed at just the start menu before I had refunded it on steam. One solution I have heard about was to increase my systems virtual memory, or something along those lines, but I heard it puts strain on my drive, so I am not totally sure what to do next. The game runs about 120 fps give or take when it does work, and its overall enjoyable, but I hate the looming dread that at any moment it'll get cut short. 2024.05.16 22:54 Automatic-Image5244 How did I, a grade 1, get into a red rank lobby?
I was playing nemesis and not really trying ( I was trolling because I was bored) and I noticed these survivors brought everything, sabotages, medkits, flashlights, and flashbangs. I didn't hook any because I wasn't taking it serious ( I literally chased one backwards and did 180s on tentacle whips) and when the exit gates powered I opened them. Now me not knowing that this was a toxic squad I thought I would just let them go but no. Full team in a line at the edge teabagging. I got one off and hooked them but them I got bombarded with messages saying that I'm grade 1 for a reason (I wasn't at end screen yet) and that I'm a baby nemesis. At the end game screen they had it all, decisive strike, head on, flashbang, Boild Over, a purple flashlight, purple medkit, purple toolbox, and a red key (I don't know about that one). To top it all off, it was red ranks flexing on a grade 1. Should I have not trolled and just tried?

Now, in the center will be a TV.
I want gradient lights to go under the 4" tall, 4" deep overhang at each of the 6 stations (the game master is the bigger section)
I am pretty much sold on the Hue, because I need the following features:
So, I am considering the Smart Gradient Light Strip, and cutting to length. But, it looks like the shortest one is 80" long, and I'd hate to hack off 75+% just to fit each on under the overhang.
Is there a better or cheaper way of doing what I'm planning that will still give individual control over each of the stations, while being able to sync with the TV?
(Also, I am assuming I have override controls over the sync option. If someone could weigh in on that and explain how that might work, it'd be awesome!)

- Needs to sync with the TV in the center. (I know I'll need the bridge/hub and the Sync Box)
- I want to be able to control it with my Elgato Stream Deck (I checked and it has the plugins)
- I want to be able to override the TV sync'ing to to custom affects, such as lighting, pulsing red for dying players, etc.
