I'm a really tall dude (6'7" (202cm) height, 36 1/4 (92,5cm) inseam) looking for my first gravel bike and don't want to/can't spend more than $1300 USD (I'm in Canada so hoping for less than $1750 CAD). Looking for more durability/ease of repair than speed (if that's a choice at this pricepoint, speed still appreciated).
I don't really know what I need other than I want to get out on road, logging roads , occasional easier single track and some random in between stuff. Possibly some short bike tours (1-2 nights maximum).
I know accessories will cost me another $XXX. Could use some help from other tall riders on what brands will fit best clothes-wise.

Hi, I’m UK based but have a really nice pair of Thorogoods (804-3898) that I’ve had 3 weeks and I’m really happy with. Only downside I can see is I’m wearing them a lot…6-7 days a week between work and my own projects which is generating a lot of moisture and not a lot of ‘down time’ how best can I look after them? (Are boot dryers actually worth it or not recommended for leather with liners) or any other maintenance etc
Other than that I gave them a good dose of mink oil and then Celtic grease (not sure you have that in USA) I work in a timber machine shop so very dusty!

Boddicker is simply the best villian I've ever watched in a movie. He's clearly a psychopath that enjoys what he does. Played perfectly by Kurtwood Smith. You can tell he loves what he does by his actions. He exacutes two men in cold blood (he enjoys this). Throws one of his goons out of a truck to his death. Causes mayhem and destruction everywhere he goes. Tries to strong arm a drug baron on his turf. The only viscous character that matches this is Bill the Butcher (Daniel Day Lewis) who should have won an Oscar for that performance btw. Robocop like Starship Troopers are perfect films for me.

Being just out of college with not a lot of experience, I offered to make a site for my friend, both to further develop my skills and to give me something for a portfolio. For context, my friend wants a website where people can learn a little bit more about him and then buy digital downloads of music compositions he's created. I thought this would be easy at first, but after thinking it over, I realized it might be more complicated than I originally thought. I did a bit of googling trying to figure out what might be the best framework or whatever to use, and a lot of what I was seeing kept mentioning Shopify, wix, square space, etc. One form even had a guy saying to use one of those instead of trying to create the page from scratch just because there's so much involved in creating an e-commerce site. All that being said, I was hoping you guys might be able to tell me/suggest if I should just use Shopify to create this site for my friend, or if I should try and do something different?? With the new 14.10 patch urgot's W machine gun no longer works as an ability. That is maybe not such a big deal on Summoner's Rift, but it is a huge deal in arena. On previous 14.9 patch urgot could chose spellwake or magic missiles and actually deal some nice damage, he was however still like 100th best champion based on winrate, so pretty bad. Now on the new patch he is seriously crippled, he already doesnt have a fitting prismatic item (he has similar issue he had with mythics last season, he has to chose between being a tank with gargoyle, lethality fighter with duskblade/prowlers, healer fighter with helm or bruiser with overlord, but none of these items really fit urgot, they are just ok, he has to build other items and augments around the prismatic item to make them somewhat work. So I have 2 questions:

• Is urgot's W not counting as an ability intended, or is it a bug and it will get fixed? Can it get fixed at least in arena if not in all modes?
• Is urgot gonna receive some buffs or better prismatic items so he is relevant again? Right now he has to super highroll to have any real chance of being top 3, everybody can kite him easily and outdamage him, new items like Reality Fracture that everybody builds now work against him, urgot has no chance fighting against adc, cc or huge dps like crit garen, and all this is pretty much meta right now, urgot feels super bad to play right now

Unlike my previous letters in this space, this time I'm addressing my actual person ... the one I don't even know yet. Because I don't know who you are or know your name, I have more freedom to truly be honest in this space. For context, the musical inspiration behind this is "She Got The Best of Me" by Luke Combs (which is weird, considering that I'm a woman talking to a man, but I'll explain it).
Anyway ...
The money shot from his song was when he said, "You get what's left of me 'cause she got the best of me". This makes me think of my past mistakes with men, how I'd somehow be attracted to hurt and wounded men, left broken and shattered by a woman from their past. Stupid me, I wasted so much time trying to heal and/or rehabilitate them while secretly hoping that they'd suddenly wake up one day and suddenly choose to be the right kind of guy for me (it never happened). I've stopped hitching a ride on that crazy chain, so you don't have to worry about my wasting my productive energy on those not worth it.
My main point, though, is that I don't want to approach our connection or desire to establish anything substantial with you as long as I'm in a place of woundedness. Just like I hated being hit on by a guy who was still hung up over someone else (again, I was too stupid to understand that I'd never be good enough), I don't want you to have to deal with that from me. It is not your responsibility to make up to me what I never had from another man and it's not your responsibility to "prove" to me that you're good enough for me. As long as I have pain and issues that require more of my immediate attention, I'm not truly available for you. It wouldn't be fair to either of us if I had you right now or had the chance to chase you. It would all be for the wrong reasons.
I need more of an energy cleanse, using this time in my life to truly sever those dead connections and restore my energy until I'm at my best. This is vitally necessary so I'd be able to welcome you in with open arms, being fully present and available for you, and to make sure that our healthy and pure connection is at its strongest and best. There are no ghosts from the past that creep up and get in between us. I want things to be fresh, new, and best. So it looks like there's still many, many films that I have not seen, specially from the 70s and 80s.

I, (F26), and my husband, (M41), were together from 2016 until 2022 and we got back together in March of this year. We met in 2015 when I went to live with my father. My father has a company that is a partner of my ex's company. We met at one of the company's parties, but at the time I was dating someone else and so was he. In May 2016, there was another party, and we met again, both single at the time. We ended up exchanging contact information and started dating. His mother was no longer present in his life because she had started a new family and told my husband that the boy didn't fit into her new family. The boy and I quickly bonded, and two years later (2018), he called me 'mom' for the first time. In 2019, (M41) and I got married. In 2020, during the pandemic, we had our son, who is now 4 years old, and in 2022, I became pregnant again with a girl who is now 1 year old.
We broke up after he cheated on me at a friend's party. He confessed to me what he had done, and I ended things. At the time, I was two months pregnant. However, I'm not a resentful person, so we remained friends and are great co-parents. His older son lives with me and my ex, and after the breakup, he moved to an apartment 10 minutes away from our house. In summary, we have a great relationship. After a few months of separation, he started dating another woman, (F39). This woman is one of my uncle's wife's best friends, so I had seen her a few times before she started dating my ex. My ex and I have birthdays very close to each other, just three days apart. Every year, we go to Greece together, and last year, even though we were separated, was no different. It was just the two of us, our children, and his mother. One night, we went out and left the kids with his mother. We drank, and he tried to get with me, but I refused. We went back to the hotel, and he went to his room. We never talked about what happened again. Last Christmas, he was in Toronto for work, so we decided to go there as a family. What I didn't know is that he had broken up with (F39) because he wanted a second chance with me. Since then, he has been trying to regain my trust. In March, we talked, and I said we would get back together under certain conditions, which he agreed to. All our close friends and family knew we had rekindled our relationship, but we never shared anything on social media. Last month was my uncle's wedding, and when we arrived, my husband and I came face to face with his ex. We ignored her, but she stared at us throughout the entire ceremony. A few days after the ceremony, my uncle's wife's sister called me. She told me that (F39) had had a psychotic episode after seeing me with my husband. She had tried to contact my husband, but he had blocked her on everything. The news spread quickly, but it spread in a different version. Hello Reddit, my English is not the best so if there are some mistakes I apologize.
I (29F) met my boyfriend (31M) 4 years ago and started dating him 2 years ago. Before that, he was with his beautiful wife for 9 years (we met a year after her passing). She was his first everything and he is my first everything (I’ve always been the little chubby one of my group so let’s just say that I never had any men interested).
Unfortunately, I’m in a position where I really don’t think I can continue this relationship for 3 reasons:

1. He told me he doesn’t compare the two relationships and I try to do so (I know comparison is the thief of joy) but I genuinely don’t get how and why he could want to be with me. Is he using me? Maybe. Am I just a placeholder? Probably. I don’t talk about those insecurities with him because he never did anything but be a good partner. I know these are my own issues to deal with and I certainly don’t want to bother him with those. 2. He is so out of my league. Listen, I know physical attractiveness is not everything but there are some limits. To give you an idea, she was the typical blond hair, model body, blue eyes and what not. He is tall, blond and in shape. They looked like Barbie and ken. I’m 5’2 and a little chubby (150 lbs) I have glasses and a small French accent when I speak English (I sometimes look like an idiot). We also have opposite personalities. She was an extrovert, lots of friends and was in general very “popular”. She reminds me of myself when I speak French (language barrier is crazy). I also LOVE being ALONE. My career is in research so I guess you can call me a lab rat. Anyway all of this to say that this relationship doesn’t make sens. Yes we have the same humor and are always having fun but I just know I’m a downgrade. Like how disappointing is that. I know his wife and him were in a group of friends together (he still talks to them frequently) and it’s just a lot of things I can’t relate to. 3. I feel really guilty for his wife. He tells me a lot about her and she’s the type of person I admire and wish I was more. She deserved the world and I feel like it’s unfair that I get to have those things. Maybe I’m just crazy but even if marriage is a subject my bf talked about with me, it’s not something I could go through. In my eyes, she is his wife (I always refer her as such when talking about her). He talked about how he would love to have kids but I just cannot do it. Again, maybe it’s the guilt but I just feel like she’s the one who should be in my place. 

Anyway I know it’s a lot of text haha I apologize. He is the one who made me believe in love. I’m not jealous of his wife. She was her own person and I find her really cool. I just wish I could experience the type of love they had. With him, I know he loves me but i don’t know, maybe I’m just better alone in my laboratory lol. I don’t want to be his one and only (weird and corny). If someone is or was in the same position, your opinion is really appreciated. Wherever you are, I hope your day is going well :)
TLDR; I don’t know if I should continue this relationship considering the fact that I constantly feel like I will never be what he really wants.

Hey guys, so i'm looking for the most lossless way to connect my Bose wireless headset to old school Yamaha preamp, using a cable. Namely you need a cable 2.5mm for Bose and Yamaha requires 6.35mm insert. Answer seems obvious, but i cannot find a cable that has 2.5mm and 6.35mm on the other end, and im guessing thats because of the density of the cable. Maybe i'm dumb. But what would be the best way to connect those and lose minimum quality, without having to buy another expensive headset?

So my grandma was one my best friends and unfortunately died recently. I made a video composition of all my favourite memories with her and not long after this I got her name tattooed on me in Egyptian hieroglyphics (for sentimental reasons). Anyway, so this got me thinking it would be cool if there was an app that every time I held my phone over the tattoo the video memory of her played.
I mean sure, I could just keep the video file in a folder and open it every time I thought about her but I thought it would be cool if I could actually link the tattoo to the memory of her.
So I did some research to see what else was out there and the only thing I could find were soundwave tattoos that you needed to get a specific tattoo design to then link to a sound file. Not only this you had to submit your tattoo when it was done online and then wait for the service to link up your tattoo to the sound recording. A - I wanted to link my tattoo to a video file not a sound file and B - I wanted to link it to my own tattoo design.
Long story short it wasn't what I was looking for so I developed my own app. It works similarly to the soundwave tattoos but everything can be done within the app and there are no limitations to what the tattoo has to look like - it works for them all and not just sound files but videos and photos too.

Finally got my first truck! Being 15 almost -6, the ridgeline was the best choice for my first vehicle, epically for the low skill level needed to drive and the gas mileage! 2021 sport With a 1 inch lift. 16k miles and got a great price! Can anybody tell me where I can get aftermarket head and tail lights that change the appearance? Would be greatly appreciated!
