I’m on a sports team that practices 3 times a week, and I train for that sport outside of practice… usually 1-2 hours a day when I don’t have practice and about an hour on the days I do. I also try to get 10,000 steps. I’ve been trying to stick to 1872 calories and not eat back what I burn. Is that the correct approach? I haven’t been crazy hungry or anything, but do feel quite exhausted today. |

I have bulimia, we’ll kind of, i’ve never been to anyone aside from counsellors here and there to talk about it and they never brought up the topic of diagnosing. I guess i’m just sick of it, i’ve struggled since i was 13, i’m turning 17 and i still have the same exact thoughts and the same behaviours, i feel like i go into a cycle. i get really not great, i spiral down and hit rock bottom, i “recover” all for the thoughts or a dream to hit me one day and i spiral again, rinse and repeat. i recover but i wish i found something for me to recover well and truly, the counsellors try their best and i love their support but in the end the care they can give is limited and i guess i have myself to blame for limiting the extent of my illness, i don’t think anybody knows how bad i am truly sick. The thing is i take all their advice, i journal everyday, sometimes twice a day, i fill my social media with positive posts. i don’t follow any ed accounts or interact with that material. i have an amazing circle of friends who i love to bits and i am extremely close with my family, they are my favourite thing in the world. i’m on national teams for horse riding and love my sport SO much. i have big aspirations, i want to be an ER nurse and i get As to try get my ATAR, i know i have to recover to be one, can’t really have a nurse puking all shift, but i don’t see this as a disease anymore i see it as a ritual like brushing my teeth and that scares me, it scares me that i can’t find a way out. My sister and brother were sick with EDs i heard all bout how dangerous of an illness of it, i have images in my mind of me choking during a purge, my teeth falling out, it haunts me but i can’t stop. I have crohn’s disease, my doctors rave about how important diet and health is when they don’t know about it, i feel guilty when i have a flare and i know exactly what caused it. i’m just mad that i feel like this has become who i am. I know i’m sick, i know i’m not healthy and i know this is not normal, i know i need to tell someone a full truth about it because i know from the symptoms i have that i am ill. i’m a smart person i just wish this illness wouldn’t keep trying to make me dumb.

A photographer violated this agreement and started recording Joost as soon as he left the stage. Joost told her to stop, but she did not listen. Thereupon, Joost got angry, shouted at the cameraman and pushed the camera device down, causing the device to be scratched, but it was confirmed by the Swedish police that Joost did not have any physical contact with her. He also apologized after this incident. 4- On the same evening this incident took place, at the press conference attended by finalists, Israeli representative Eden Golan was asked: "Do you think Israel's participation in the competition poses a danger for you, other artists, delegations and the audience in the arena?" While Joost and his team are leaving the stage, they are harassed by a man from the Israeli delegation in the waiting room. The Israeli man came to them and tries to provoke Joost and his team by making fun of them. Security intervened. The Dutch broadcaster appeals the disqualification decision and offers to issue an official apology and pay a fine, but this offer is not accepted by EBU. During this controversy, because EBU was too late to make a proper statement on this matter, the Israelis spread a lot of fake news about Joost, making false claims such as "he used drugs before going on stage", "he punched a female worker" and "he sexually assaulted a woman". They presented it as if the reason for Joost's disqualification was one of these and carried out reputation assassination. 13- Bambie Thug reported rule violations by the Israeli delegation and the Israeli official channel to Abu before the grand final. Even though EBU accepts the violations of the rules in question, it does not impose any sanctions and dismisses them by saying that they will investigate. (Nothing came from it so far) 14- On the 14th of May, an Israeli TV show made a Eurovision 2024 sketch where they made fun of other contestants and made Eden Golan look like a saint, and all of the singers they included in the parody are peace supporters and artists that were harassed by the Israeli delegation in Malmö. It is not a reach to speculate the main reason why they disqualified him was not this controversy, but Joost's stance against Golan at the press conference. In the end, not only did the cameraman violate a prior agreement, but she also did not stop recording even though the person she was recording repeatedly told her to stop. In other words, the disqualification was an excessive and disproportionate punishment. Although many artists representing other countries opposed this situation, EBU stubbornly did not step back on Israel's participation. The same EBU, who immediately expelled Joost from the competition and imposed censorship on the other contestants I mentioned above, has still not announced any sanctions regarding the rule violations committed by the Israeli delegation and the official channel, to this day. Witnesses in the trial chipped away at the prosecution's theory that Michael conspired with associates to hold Gavin Arvizo & his family captive. Maria Gomez, one of Jackson's housekeepers, testified through a Spanish language interpreter, that Janet Arvizo praised Mr. Jackson as a blessing to them and said he was like a father and she wanted her children to call him Dad. But about a week later, Gomez said, the mother started to complain about being held against her will and wanted to leave Neverland because three of Jackson's associates were interfering and coming between her and Mr. Jackson. One of the three associates was Dieter Wiesner, who has been named as an un-indicted co-conspirator. The defense team has sought to suggest that the associates were actually conspiring against Michael to profit off of his troubles rather than conspiring with him Ms. Gomez also stated that while cleaning a guest unit where members of the Arvizo family stayed, she saw adult magazines in an opened backpack belonging to Starr Arvizo Angel Vivanco, a chefs assistant, also testified that the boys showed him sexually explicit material when he delivered food to them in one of the guest cottages. The prosecutions idea that Michael used alcohol to lure Gavin was also challenged by former security guard, Shane Meredith, who said he once found Gavin & his brother, Starr, in the wine cellar unaccompanied with a half empty wine bottle. "I saw the two children laughing, giggling. I could see them with a bottle of alcohol. I told them to get out of that area right now. ..They were pretty shaken up", Meredith saidGavin & Starr previously testified that the only time they were in the wine cellar or drank alcohol was when they were in the presence of Michael Vivanco also testified about an incident he claimed to have had with Gavin and liqueur. He stated that Gavin once demanded that he put a liqueur into a milkshake. "He said if I didnt do it, he would tell Michael and I would be fired", Vivanco testified.The defense, who maintains that Vivanco developed a relationship with Gavin's older sister, Davellin Arvizo, wanted to question him about comments she allegedly made to him critical of her mother & other family members but Judge Rodney Melville severely limited that line of questioning saying it was inadmissible hearsay. Orthodontist, Dr. Jean Seamount, testified that she removed braces from Gavin and his brother on 2/24/03, during the time frame the mother says the family was being held captive In earlier testimony, Janet stated that the appointment was a ruse for them to get away from Neverland and seek help, which she abandoned because the family was being watched. However, Seamount said the family never asked for help, tried to call for help or attempted to leave the office. She said she saw no body guards. When asked if the family members appeared afraid, Seamount answered: "Not at all" Seamount said Janet told her she wanted the braces removed and sent back to the orthodontist who put them on the boys because that dentist was hassling her and wanted to charge her more after discovering their connection to Mr. Jackson. "I spent quite some time explaining to her the need for treatment but the mother insisted on removing the braces", she said.Seamounts assistant, Tiffany Hayes, described Gavin as "rude and kind of a brat". She said her impression of him was that "he believed he was better than us". In the last couple months of the season, there began to be a massive push for Victor Wembanyama to win the Defensive Player of the Year. He was leading the league in blocks (including 4 per game post-All-Star), he had the largest net rating shift for when he was on the floor and off of it, he led the league in steals, and was arguably the best defender in the NBA. All of that is true. But it can also be true that he did not deserve to be DPOY.
For one thing, I think people were underrating how good on defense Gobert was this season. The gap between Gobert and Wemby was far from massive. For estimated defensive +/-, Wemby was in the 99th percentile but Gobert was not far behind in the 96th percentile. Some advanced stats, like LEBRON and Defensive Win Shares, put Gobert ahead.
But I think some of the most telling stats is that Gobert contested 11 shots a game to Wemby's 9, Gobert held opponents to a lower FG% at the rim (below 50% and Wemby's opponents shot above 50%), and Gobert was more of a deterrent around the basket with opponents shooting 6% less at the rim when he was on the floor (which was first in the entire NBA).
So, Gobert was nearly just as good as Wemby this season as a defender but he was far more successful. The reason why I don't think Wemby deserved it is simply this: winning matters. People began to argue "It's an individual award!" and it is but the award has always factored in winning. To act like it doesn't would be dishonest. Now, you can argue it shouldn't, but that's a different discussion. You can't argue that this is the metric and that Wemby came up short. Wemby was the 14th seed, and the 5th worst team in all of basketball. And at the end of the day, wins and losses are more important than any number of counting stats you can achieve. Basketball, like all sports, is about winning. To try and separate it from winning is disingenuous and literally denies the central aspect of sport. You play to win. Is it Wemby's fault that the Spurs were bad? No. But the fact of the matter is that they are.
I believe Robert deserved DPOY over Wemby because he was 85% as good on defense, and just about 99% more successful this season.

Tyler, Mr master of balls and holes, or should I say master of forgetfulness and ignorance. I woke up today (5/16/24) and got ready for work. I got in my car and was so desperately hoping for a gut wrenching tummy twisting laugh out loud episode of GO! my favorite sports team when I was rudely caught by surprise. No episode? No this can’t be right. I checked frantically on Apple, then Spotify, and then quietly wheeled realizing I would get no episode this morning and no longer had an excuse to crash my car. HOW DARE YOU MR SHIDE YOU WILL RUE THE DAY! RUE IT!

Hi everyone. New here, and I am completely mind blown by my issue, so is the IT staff at work. While connected to the internet at home, being wifi or hardwired Ethernet connection, I cannot cut, copy, or paste in Microsoft applications. In excel, while starting a formula, once I type a letter after =, the letter goes away and I get an immediate NAME? error. I can’t remember the exact steps to this one, but in word and outlook when I hit CTRL, I get these {{{{{{{{}}}}}}}. I can’t remember if that happened after CTRL C or immediately after CTRL. (I am at work now so I can’t replicate issue). After the {{{{{{ show up, sometimes I get error saying “Fields are nested too deeply”. I am unable to close this error out permanently, everytime I hit close, it pops back up again. I have to use task manager to end program.
My Microsoft applications also become very slow when connected at home. Once I try something that isn’t working (cut, copy, paste, type formula), I can’t get out of that document. If I hover mouse over other opened documents to bring them up on screen, nothing happens. Using task manager to end program.
If I turn my laptop to airplane mode, the issue goes away. I have connected to wifi at seven places testing the issue, and I only have the issue at home. I reset my modem/router. The only test I have left is to find a neighbor who uses same internet company as me and see if problem replicates while using their wifi connection. None of the seven places I have tested so far have the same internet company as me. The IT staff at work thought I was insane until they remoted in while I was working from home and saw the issue.
I hope I have relayed the issues in semi comprehensive way. I will be home tonite to get more specifics. Just to add: Microsoft teams works fine. Word, Outlook, nand excel are the issues. Thank you for taking the time to read my novel!

I have bulimia, we’ll kind of, i’ve never been to anyone aside from counsellors here and there to talk about it and they never brought up the topic of diagnosing. I guess i’m just sick of it, i’ve struggled since i was 13, i’m turning 17 and i still have the same exact thoughts and the same behaviours, i feel like i go into a cycle. i get really not great, i spiral down and hit rock bottom, i “recover” all for the thoughts or a dream to hit me one day and i spiral again, rinse and repeat. i recover but i wish i found something for me to recover well and truly, the counsellors try their best and i love their support but in the end the care they can give is limited and i guess i have myself to blame for limiting the extent of my illness, i don’t think anybody knows how bad i am truly sick. The thing is i take all their advice, i journal everyday, sometimes twice a day, i fill my social media with positive posts. i don’t follow any ed accounts or interact with that material. i have an amazing circle of friends who i love to bits and i am extremely close with my family, they are my favourite thing in the world. i’m on national teams for horse riding and love my sport SO much. i have big aspirations, i want to be an ER nurse and i get As to try get my ATAR, i know i have to recover to be one, can’t really have a nurse puking all shift, but i don’t see this as a disease anymore i see it as a ritual like brushing my teeth and that scares me, it scares me that i can’t find a way out. My sister and brother were sick with EDs i heard all bout how dangerous of an illness of it, i have images in my mind of me choking during a purge, my teeth falling out, it haunts me but i can’t stop. I have crohn’s disease, my doctors rave about how important diet and health is when they don’t know about it, i feel guilty when i have a flare and i know exactly what caused it. i’m just mad that i feel like this has become who i am.

This interview will typically last for 3-5 minutes.The First Session is designed to assess your current level of gameplay and identify areas for improvement. After conducting an analysis, I will create a Personalized Coaching Plan tailored to your specific needs. This plan will outline a series of sessions designed to maximize your improvement.
The Coaching Plan may include various session types, such as:
- Theory sessions: These sessions will cover key concepts such as wave management, vision, decision making, and more.
- Practical sessions: These sessions will either be VOD reviews or live games, and will be used to put theoretical knowledge into practice and analyze gameplay.
- Reviews: These sessions will occur periodically and will be used as checkpoints to track your progress and identify any additional areas for improvement.
